As an artist, so much of my wedding was DIY and done by friends and family. However, this also means that I know the value of good photography and I knew it was the one aspect of our wedding that was worth getting the best quality possible. Andrea was worth every penny and I couldn't be happier with the resulting photos and my experience working with her (and her assistant, Cecilia) on our wedding day! Leading up to my wedding, my now-husband and I began to joke that she was our unofficial wedding planner, given she was so much more on top of details than we were. She showed so much care around complex family dynamics and the overall diversity of our community, making sure that everyone was comfortable working with her. She was clear, communicative, and was so consistent and present leading up to, the day of, and following our wedding. Her photos were bright, joyful and colorful, without appearing over-edited, airbrushed, or unnatural. I'm a very critical person, and I would not change a thing about my experience with Andrea. I'll truly cherish the memories that she captured for forever.

Above & Beyond
Andrea was a dream to work with. She made it so stress-free, and I truly felt I could reach out to her for ANYTHING I needed, even outside of photography needs. While she personally was unavailable for our wedding day, her associates Jess and Marlena were incredible, and perfectly captured our day. Andrea was fully involved leading up to our wedding, and completed the editing afterwards. The photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined, and I wish I had more reasons to use Andrea! She was a great communicator and very detailed. You will not go wrong in choosing her for your special day. -

Amazing Photographer
Andrea was referred by my Wedding Venue. The minute I spoke to her I knew I wanted her as my photographer. She was warm, comfortable, organized and very professional at the same time. Her photos were exquisite and endearing. She captured many details and some never thought of. She made everyone feel so comfortable and not entrusting when taking pictures. She went above and beyond before leaving Church she took my centerpieces to the Venue she said they are too beautiful to stay there. She decorated my cake with the fresh flowers.
and fixed my train with Bobby pins so many times during the Venue. Her helper Kate second photographer was great and worked well together .If you are looking for a photographer, you won't be disappointed Neil and I fell in love with her. You can entrust her with your special. day and never ever regret it.

Great experience!
Andrea was the best person to have on our wedding day. She was so helpful in making sure the day went along, and you NEED an Andrea on your big day. Her associate was lovely as well and super helpful with the groom side of things. I cannot say more amazing things about choosing AKP. All my guests were talking about how great they were as well. The pictures came out STUNNING and I am so happy we have these beautiful pictures thanks to a wonderful photographer. -

There will not be enough words to express my sincere appreciation for this woman. We booked a photographer right after we found our venue. It was a priority for me that we find the perfect person to capture these memories for us. I easily emailed a hundred photographers and finally Andrea was the first I spoke with over the phone. It was an easy decision to choose her after our first interaction with her and she provided so much more than we expected. Not only is she extremely talented and detail oriented, but she probably has the most fitting personality for someone you want by your side on this important day. She is someone I would vent to off the bat, she is extremely personable, funny and highly organized. She captured details that I didn’t even think about. She was easily my crutch this entire day and had to listen to me more than any other vendor. She went above and beyond. Minor things inevitably went wrong and she stepped in to make them easier. You'll have things that you may wish you could have done differently, but our decision for photography was absolutely not one of them. I could go on and on, but there aren’t enough words. I received a tremendous amount of compliments and statements about how amazing she was. EVERYONE loved her and her energy. We have been married for almost 9 months now and we still get compliments on her when talking about the wedding.
Long story short! Having amazing wedding vendors will make your day so much more special. You will not regret choosing Andrea. -

If you want a photographer who takes amazing pictures, will go above and beyond for the perfect shot or to make you feel comfortable as can be, and become your new best friend- hire Andrea immediately! I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us. From the start, she was quick to respond to emails. Just from the first phone call I knew I was going to love working with her. The engagement session was so fun, and she spent so much time with us to get all the shots we wanted. A few months later, I did a boudoir shoot with her and it was the best experience ever! Doing something like that was definitely out of my comfort zone, but I honestly felt at ease the whole time with her guidance. Come wedding day, she and second photographer Emilly made the experience so easy and seamless. Talking about going above and beyond photographer duties, Andrea used a rag and club soda to clean mud off my dress. It worked, she's a magician! Also, at one point I wiped my makeup off and she offered me her makeup and even applied it on me. To even offer all that on top of working her butt off to take all the amazing pics for us... I am so thankful for her. I could go on and on, but just know that when you hire Andrea, you are getting the best of the best. Thank you so much Andrea, we love you! -

Andrea is hands down the most talented, hardworking, thoughtful, sincere, professional, and fun photographer I have ever met!!! We were married in the midst of the pandemic, and she was truly there every step of the way to give us advice and make our wedding planning smooth. She was so flexible and accommodating with all of our changes…I can’t even put into words how above and beyond she went to make our wedding unbelievable and so organized. Not to mention, our photos are beyond all expectations and so stunning! She puts so much care and attention into giving you the best photos that capture your day exactly the way you want it. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Andrea Krout Photography! Working with Andrea was the easiest wedding planning decision we made. The second we logged out of our initial Zoom meeting, my husband said "she's the one!". Her organization and bubbly personality just sold us. Andrea is incredibly professional and personable. She is so organized and responsive - she even offered support in other areas of our wedding planning! Because Andrea wasn't available to shoot on our wedding day we worked with one of her associates who was equally as incredible! The pair of them worked seamlessly together. Working with Andrea was the perfect experience, and we could not have asked for anything more. She truly made us feel like we were her only clients, and treated our wedding day with her utmost attention. Andrea was the absolute best to work with! Taking professional photos is always a little uncomfortable at first, but she made it feel so light and fun! Although, she couldn't photograph our wedding day, she still helped us through the entire day of schedule. And then her team executed perfectly! A sneak peak was sent to us so quickly and the pictures are amazing! Her editing skills are exactly what I was looking for, for my wedding photos, very natural and bright! Incredible Experience
My husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience with Andrea as our wedding photographer! Andrea was so engaging from our first meeting, she was warm, friendly and gave me so much comfort that she knew what she was doing. Beyond organized as well! We did our engagement photos with her and immediately grew comfortable and felt confident following her directions. The photos came out so stunning that we knew we made the right choice for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Andrea was so helpful in talking through our wedding day timeline and made sure we had a comprehensive list of photos for the big day. On our wedding day, her and her second photographer were prompt and brought SO much good and positive energy. She was incredible with her communication and direction, and even made sure to keep all the groomsmen on task! She did an incredible job capturing us naturally as well as emphasizing the beautiful scenery of our venue. She worked well with the team at our venue and kept the whole experience comfortable and lighthearted. Once the party started, she captured awesome dance floor shots of our guests and the band! Andrea did not miss a beat. We got a great mini sneak peak the day after the wedding so we could share some professional photographs to social media and the turn around time for the entire album was incredible (even showed up earlier than anticipated!!). We are so pleased with our choice to have Andrea Krout Photography capture our wedding. The photographs that we now have are incredible and really help me to re-live an absolutely incredible day. Before I begin, let me just prepare you for a ton of synonyms because there just simply aren't enough words to describe how utterly amazing Andrea Krout Photograhy is.
Do you want stunning, bright, high quality, breathtaking photos? Do you want a photographer who makes you feel like you've been best friends your whole life? Not a best friend who will just tell you what you want to hear - an actual, true friend who makes sure you look good and puts you in poses she knows work for YOU? Do you want professionalism? Thorough communication? To laugh your entire session and never have to worry whether or not she got "the shot?" Of course you do - who doesn't? That's why your search ends here. With Andrea, you get all of these things... and more!
I started the hunt for a photographer when we got engaged in 2019. I somehow landed on Andrea's Facebook and instantly LOVED her style. After reading the bio on her website, I sent an inquiry and almost immediately received the nicest response that didn't simply give me pricing options - oh, no. The first paragraph was just Andrea being so excited for me and asking all the details - how he proposed, how long have we been together, what do we love doing together? And I was sold. I never even inquired with another photographer because I knew this is the person I wanted documenting the most important day(s) of our lives.
So, naturally, the world came to a stop right before our planned dinner date to get to know each other (how sweet is she?!) and instead "met" over a Zoom meeting. We discussed that we would be postponing to [this] year. Three hours and one bottle of wine later, we figured out the details for her to come shoot our "mini-mony" wedding on our original date. That day comes and my family couldn't stop talking about how much they adored her! Honestly, she will make you feel like she has known you and your family forever.
Okay, I'm probably losing you here so fast forward to our real wedding last weekend and as things go, we got a little bit behind in makeup so Andrea (and her AMAZING second-shooter Rachel) were already at the venue getting the groom shots, details shots, etc. I get there, I'm stressed, not entirely confident in my last-minute coordinator supplied by my venue, and there's Andrea ready to greet me with a huge hug, smile and all the reassuring words a bride needs to hear. Andrea’s photos will help us remember our wedding for a lifetime
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Andrea and how wonderful she made our wedding day and our whole experience. As we go through our album, choosing Andrea as our photographer was probably the best decision we made with our wedding. I cannot thank Andrea enough for her energy, professionalism, awesome sense of humor, and fun that she brought to our wedding day.
From the moment she arrived, Andrea and her partner Jess were on top of everything. They were enthusiastic and proactive to make sure we got all of the photos we wanted. All of our bridal party and families were so impressed with Andrea and Jess’s ability to get everyone’s attention for the photos quickly while making sure each picture was perfect and everyone could be seen. Despite the rain on the evening of our wedding, Andrea planned everything out so that we could get as many pictures outside and she even had us take pictures under an overhang that turned out perfect. I feel like she took advantage of every moment to capture the best pictures possible.
Our pictures are absolutely phenomenal. I have received SO many compliments on our wedding pictures. I love how Andrea uses the light in her pictures to make them vibrant and colorful. Going through the album, I relived the entire day. She documented everything so well and didn’t miss a second. Andrea and Jess also captured so many candid moments from the wedding that had us laughing and smiling. You can see our guests’ smiles and laughing expressions so clearly throughout the ceremony and reception. Every single picture was flawless and will serve as a wonderful memory for our day.
When deciding on a photographer, I was instantly drawn to Andrea’s crisp, bright pictures. I am just so beyond happy at how beautiful the pictures are and how I will always be able to remember our special day so clearly. My husband and I had to change our wedding date three times because of COVID, and we are so grateful that we had Andrea, who was so patient and professional with us. Now that our wedding has come and gone, I am so thrilled that we chose Andrea and will have her pictures as a beautiful memory of our wedding day. Absolutely amazing!
Andrea was absolutely amazing to work with! She is SO personable, professional, and talented! Words cannot describe how happy I am that I chose Andrea as my wedding photographer. From day 1, she has been amazing. She always understood our vision and took the time to really get to know my husband and I. We clicked from the first call and from there on, I knew she was the one for us!
We were first timers at our engagement shoot, so she took the them to show us how to pose and made us look like pros!
Andrea always made us feel comfortable and did anything and everything to make sure we looked our best and had amazing pictures. On my wedding day, she was an absolute godsend. She helped with anything and everything. She basically made my day run so smoothly while still capturing every moment.
Another amazing thing was that she had about 30 edited images ready to show during my reception! All my guests loved that and were swooning over her work!
Thanks to her, we have beautiful engagement and wedding photos that we will Cherish for a lifetime. If you are looking for a fun, professional and all around great person to shoot your wedding, Andrea is your girl. I plan on using her for all my major life events from here on out! -

Andrea is an amazing person and an amazing photographer! We clicked right away during our very first phone call to discuss what I was looking for and get more info about her work; she was so friendly, outgoing, and helpful that I felt like I had known her for a long time! My husband and I had such a great time doing our engagement shoot last summer with Andrea - she made it so much fun and got us comfortable in front of the camera! She made a descriptive outline/timeline for our wedding day almost 2 months in advance, which was so helpful! The day of the wedding, she arrived early to scope out the venue to find good picture spots. It was super hot in the 90s that day (July 6th), and I was so worried about taking pictures in the heat before the ceremony, but she really moved things along and did things very efficiently and effectively to get us back into the AC quickly! She was so helpful throughout the whole day and night! She even individually wrapped all of the leftover sandwiches/wraps from our luncheon and put the food in our fridge as I was getting my dress on! The second photographer that came with her was Cecilia, and she was so great, friendly, and helpful too! & she was fantastic with kids, as we had 3 ring bearers and 2 flower girls in our wedding party! It rained during our reception, but they still got some pretty cool and beautiful shots out in the rain! My husband and I LOVED our engagement photos, as well as the sneak peek photos from our wedding! & We are so excited to get all our wedding photos from Andrea soon! 😍 She is always so quick with getting our photos back to us! Andrea was the glue to our entire wedding day. Throughout the entire process she was timely, responsive, receptive to my questions an concerns, and she was so pleasant to work with. She was very efficient with her timeline during the wedding day and not to mention she had photos edited and displayed for the guests to view on her iPad before dinner wasn't even over!! I HIGHLY recommend using Andrea Krout Photography. We worked with both Andrea Krout and Anthony Page. Andrea did all of our coordinating and editing of our photos. She is so lovely and responsive. She was on top of everything and I never once had to reach out or follow up. She made everything so easy. She calmed every nerve and made me feel like we’ve known each other forever. Anthony was our photographer for the wedding day and engagement photos. He is so wonderful to work with. We were floored by the photos. He was great at styling us and making us feel comfortable. Where do I begin?
From the first point of contact with Andrea, I could tell it was a match made in heaven. Her personality alone is enough to work with her. She immediately picked up the vibe and everything I was looking for in a wedding photographer. We would have phone chats about the wedding that would turn into 2 hour conversations that were just friendly and inviting.
Fast forward to the first time she shot us for our engagement shoot. PER-FECT! Her eye for color and pop is uncanny. I am a Pink Haired Bride, so making beautiful flowers compliment me and my hair is difficult. But for Andrea, she just got it. Out of 100+ photos, literally not one is bad. She captured my husbands and I love in truly beautiful ways.
And don't worry if your someone who says " Oh I hate being photographed, Im so awkward!"
Andrea makes you feel like a top model. She makes you feel comfortable even when your in the center of a crowd.
To the wedding day. She showed up early and ready to go! Her easy going but stern manner is exactly what a nervous bride needs. She was there to make me feel like a princess and that she did. She was efficient in making everyone on time and making sure to capture the correct shots. She was so amazing at coming up with creative shots that feel awkward, but shoot GORGEOUS!
When I finally got to meet her team. Everything just got bette and better. They bounced off each others suggestions and vibes. It created some truly beautiful moments, that again I thought, Awkward...but the shots were perfect.
Even my bridal party is ready to use her for all Photography needs. I can say she will be mine until she decides to retire.

Wow! Where do I begin? I found Andrea on the knot, and she was the first vendor I booked, and once I did, I felt a sense of security with wedding planning. Andrea did my engagement photos, created my save the dates, did my boudoir photos, and I then even booked family fall photos with her.. Andrea was in constant communication with me during the 15 months it took me to plan my wedding. The day of my wedding, Andrea was more then just a photographer, she was my right hand the entire day. She made me feel calm, cool, and collected. I had a mini melt down 10 minutes prior to putting on my dress, and she wiped my tears, gave me a hug, and made me feel assured. One of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process, was booking Andrea to be my photographer. I am so thankful to have found her, and she did an amazing job capturing all the emotions of my day. -

My husband and I used AKP for our wedding day. Andrea is AMAZING especially with her communication; we booked AKP a month before our wedding because our photographer we were going to use didn’t plan out the way we wanted it. Only have a month left until our wedding Andrea were phenomenal making everything PERFECT for us. Unfortunately we didn’t have Andrea doing the photography for our wedding we used her associates however they were just as awesome as Andrea. We felt as if Andrea was there. We love looking through all our wedding pictures. There were tears as we could just imagine being back because every picture taken expressed our special moment of that day. We are so grateful!!!!! They are utterly beautiful. Thank you for giving us such dreamy wedding photos. -

There aren't enough words to describe just how amazing Andrea is. Honestly, I could go on and on but no words would do this woman justice. She clearly is a fantastic and gifted photographer, but she's an even better person. She made sure that everyone at our wedding was super comfortable, laughing, and having a great time, even though it was a cold and blustery October afternoon. She went above and beyond the call of duty -- from fixing my bustle (several times) to shoving my arms in her jacket so I would stay warm to sharing some heartfelt moments in the car to taking selfies. The best thing we ever did was choose Andrea to be our wedding photographer. Not only do we have great pictures to remember our perfect day, but we gained an amazing friend as well. She is energetic, passionate, kind, organized, and professional. Her love for photography shows through her energy and the amazing photos that she produces. She was there for me on my wedding day for whatever I needed (seriously whatever lol) She gave us a sneak preview of our wedding photos immediately which was incredible and so fun for me to have to be able to relive my amazing day and share with friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about Andrea. This is my second or third time working with Andrea, she did my sisters wedding, my engagement photos, and family photos with my dogs, and now my wedding, and I will never look for another photographer again. I 100% believe she saved my wedding portraits because we got the tail end of a tropical storm on my wedding day and I was devastated because we had to move the wedding inside and I was worried we wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the venue’s grounds for pictures, but Andrea was so creative and made it work. She even stood in the rain to take pictures of me in the covered doorway. She really went above and beyond and even offered to stay late since the wedding was running behind. Andrea is so great to work with and made us feel totally comfortable even though we’re a bit awkward getting our pictures taken. She was so fast in getting us a first look at our pictures and I am so excited to see the rest as they’ve turned out beautifully! I highly, highly recommend her. -

Stephanie Sent on 12/06/2017To be honest, I've procrastinated so much writing this review because I knew there was no way I could adequately review AKP without writing a novel. Brace yourself. Planning a wedding is stressful. Finding vendors is a real pain in the butt and sitting and scrutinizing minute differences in their offerings is enough to make a bride's head spin. With AKP, I never once questioned my decision. There was no shopping around. I had been following her work before I got engaged and knew that she was a photography magician. Full disclosure: I am incredibly awkward in general and the moment there is a camera on me, that magnifies about a million times. I knew that I was going to need someone with more than a good eye. I scheduled a meeting with my Andrea and my now husband. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and she assured me she would be able to make me feel relaxed in front of a camera. The package we ultimately went with included an engagement session, a boudoir session, and the wedding photography. I'm attaching photos from the engagement session as well as the wedding to prove that Andrea is, in fact, a magician and to humble brag that this is the best I think I've ever looked in photos. She gets 100% of the credit for that. Even during the boudoir shoot, which I NEVER thought I'd be comfortable doing, she made feel at ease. While I knew all along that she was worth every penny, the real proof came the morning (the whole day, really) of the wedding. My aunt, who did the wedding party's hair, had to bring her 4 kids with her that morning. While she did our hair, Andrea managed to capture gorgeous pictures of us getting ready, help corral four high-energy children, and talk to me to help calm my nerves. Since the wedding, I have had so many family and friends compliment not only her pictures but her exceeding helpfulness and thoughtfulness. I cannot thank you enough for all you did to make our day so amazing! We'll be hiring AKP for all of our future events.

As the bride, I was distraught thinking that I might not get my outside photos, but Andrea made it happen! She made everyone she photographed feel special and valued. Her photography is gorgeous and she has such an eye for where the best photo spots are. We are so grateful and honored to of had Andrea behind the lens at our wedding.
