Anders and Ben performed live instrumental music for our ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful. They continued with live music for the cocktail hour and then dj'ed the reception. My husband and I love live music so the ability to have a blend of live music and dj was perfect! Anders was so professional and easy to work with, and he helped make our wedding day special. We would highly recommend Anders! -

We hired Anders based on a venue recommendation from Terrain Yards in Devon, Pa and couldn’t have been happier with our selection. We received many guest compliments on Anders’s DJing, acoustic set, and demeanor as a person. He was our favorite vendor to work with, always had a smile on his face and an easy going, approachable attitude. Somehow Anders blended classic rock and modern hip hop music to keep both us and our older guests happy and on the dance floor. His rendition of my processional song was so good, my husband said he forgot it wasn’t the artist singing. We’d highly recommend Anders to anyone in the area he covers.

Book Anders, Angella, and Ben for your wedding!! Before our wedding, Anders went above and beyond to help us prepare for the day, supporting our timeline and carefully walking through all of our music preferences with us. We originally only booked Anders for the day, but about 2 months out, we decided we’d really love to have the whole trio, and Anders and his team was so incredibly accommodating. I immediately knew we were in great hands! Anders, Ben, and Angella even learned the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to, and it was perfect. As the wedding party was walking down the aisle, we had some last second changes to the music (we needed to skip the flower girl song), and Anders and his team perfectly adjusted on the fly. All of our friends and family commented on how wonderful the music was and especially loved the live music at cocktail hour and during dinner. It was so special to be able to have both live music and a DJ – Anders is the whole package, and we are so grateful to have found him! THANK YOU!!!! -

Booking Anders for our wedding was probably one of the best decisions we made! He was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish, super pleasant and responsive. He was willing to accommodate our needs and provided exactly what we wanted: beautiful live music with Angella, and excellent song list for DJing. He was also a fabulous MC! Both Anders and Angella were such nice people and brought incredible energy to the party. Everyone loved them! Thank you Anders and Angella for making our special day that much more special :) -

If you can get Anders for your wedding - do it!!! We are so happy we found Anders to play live music AND DJ for our wedding. The perfect mix! We hired Anders and the trio - Ben and Angella - and had live music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and a portion of our reception for dinner - and WOW, I honestly cannot say enough about their talent. Between the guitar, violin and vocals - it was exactly what I had envisioned for our big day. They brought my wedding to life with the music and I not have been more happy. Anders knew how to read the room and had all our guests dancing, he is so accommodating and throughout the whole process was so helpful. Plus, what an amazing live music song list to choose from - that in itself was so fun. When it came to the DJ portion of the evening, he rocked that too. We had tons of compliments from our guests. I highly highly highly recommend booking him and Ben and Angella! A huge thank you to them! :) -

Anders & Angela made our wedding perfect!
Working with Anders was a wedding dream come true! Music is a key factor in my relationship and it was super important to my now husband and I that we work with a DJ who understood our eclectic taste and wasn't just a "regular" wedding DJ/musician. From the very beginning, Anders was an absolute pleasure to work with, was very clear and prompt with communication, and had a great questionnaire that covered everything needed for the music for our wedding day. I had sent Anders a playlist for inspiration since our taste in music is all over the place and he said he had it handled, and boy did he.
My requests for the ceremony were perfectly executed, our cocktail hour music was beyond even what I expected (including some songs that are tricky to play) including a quick reset due to unexpected rain, and our dinner/dancing DJ'ed songs were wildly fun.
We received so many compliments on the music (including gasps, thumbs up, and nods throughout) and it is completely due to Ander's style and professionalism.
We hope he had as much fun as we did! It really was a dream come true! -

Anders was the DJ for my wedding in September 2021, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He stood out among all other vendors I talked to for being so personable, helpful and patient as I navigated the new world of wedding planning. He was flexible, accommodated all of our requests, and all of guests of all ages had a great time. Anders and Ben played live music for our cocktail hour and did a great job. I highly recommend him to everyone! -

My husband and I came across Anders online soon after we got engaged in August 2019 - we went to see him play at a local restaurant and knew we had to include him in our day. My husband and I love live music, but didn't necessarily want to go the full band route. We had initially hired Anders to play at cocktail hour and possibly our first dance/parents' dances at our reception. Then the pandemic hit and our plans changed. We decided to still get married on our original date in a small ceremony, but postpone our reception to a year later. Anders worked with us to adjust our date and our plans. We decided to do a brief vow renewal ceremony before our cocktail hour and reception, so we asked Anders if he would play some songs while guests were getting seated and for the processional/recessional - and he was happy to do that. Working with Anders in advance of our day was super easy. He has an online database of songs you can pick from, online forms to fill out about the day, etc. Literally couldn't have been easier. On our day, I can't tell you how many guests came up to us and said how amazing the music was for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Everyone loved the added special touch - it was the perfect balance of songs most everyone would recognize, and classy but fun. We are so glad we had Anders be a part of our day and we'd definitely recommend him to anyone else for their wedding or event - thank you! -

Anders (and Ben) performed at our small backyard wedding and it was absolutely perfect!
Anders was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event, taking time to talk through our plans, concerns, and coordinate microphones with the rabbi and videographer. He even learned a new song for our father-daughter dance.
Anders and Ben were phenomenal on the wedding day. They played the ceremony and throughout the reception, mixing in a perfect amount of classics for the older group and some amazing modern acoustic covers (Hey Ya, Mr. Brightside, and some Blink-182 stand out). The performance was really high quality, and Anders’ voice sounds even better in person than on his videos.
When we made the decision to downsize our wedding from a big party to a small backyard reception, we were concerned it might become a little…boring, perhaps? But Anders and Ben really elevated the day and made it a truly perfect event. -

Anders was warm and easy going. We hired him to play live music for our ceremony and cocktail hour, then switch over to DJ'ing recorded music for our reception.
The live music was AWESOME - Anders is extremely talented and played all of our requested songs beautifully. He read the vibe of our party/venue and performed accordingly in volume and key. He also did a fantastic job keeping the party going with music for our reception, taking requests from guests and getting all of us dancing. It was exactly what we were looking for and we were completely thrilled. If anything, I wish I had asked him to play a few live songs during our reception because he was just so talented.
We highly recommend Anders for your wedding!!! -

First, we were very uncertain about who to hire to perform during our ceremony and DJ during our reception at our small COVID wedding in late October 2020. I researched endlessly, and was honestly not "sold" on anyone right away. It seemed like everyone wanted loads of money, and it appeared like we were going to have to orchestrate and book two different vendors (one to provide live ceremony/cocktail hour music and another to MC and DJ our reception) it was very stressful and seemed like music was going to eat up our already tight budget. I emailed a handful of musicians who seemed they may fit our needs and Anders was not only the first to respond to me (and quickly!) but he was SO warm, understanding and professional. I sat down with my fiance and we went over his website where he lists an extensive song list of live songs he can perform well, and we were impressed. What sold us was how responsive and kind he was, his ability to provide ceremony/cocktail hour live music, MC services AND DJ services all at a reasonable price point, and his awesome reviews from other couples on sites such as this one. After communicating back and forth with Anders a few times, we booked him with a deposit and then we read (on his website) about how he often performs with one of two other musicians/artists and he offers to ask them if they are available if a couple wants a duet or just more than one musician for their wedding. We chose to add Ben (he plays violin beautifully and he and Anders have great musical chemistry and talent!) we felt the addition of a second artist was also a reasonable fee, and we were more than blown away by how awesome both of these guys were in-person! Our venue even told us they loved having them on-site for weddings because they always showed up early and prepared, and were total professionals. Our experience supported all of these points plus more! Anders is just the nicest person, and we encouraged he and Ben to just enjoy themselves and jam out during our cocktail hour and a portion of our reception. After our wedding was over, my new husband commented that he felt Anders was the best part of our celebration, in terms of vendors and atmosphere! So many of our guests (of all ages) came up to us and raved about how great they were (who can go from Johnny Cash to Sublime with ease?? ANDERS CAN!) Don't hesitate about booking Anders or any of the musicians he works with for your wedding--you won't regret it! -

Anders is the best musician/dj we could have asked for!! He played acoustic music for our beach ceremony and cocktail hour, then transitioned to dj for the reception. He even learned to play a few songs for us, including our first dance. Our guests were so impressed by him and he kept people on the dance floor all night. Anders was easy to work with and great with communication throughout the entire planning process. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Anders at any future event ! -

Anders is incredible! We were recommended to him by another local musician for our last-minute micro-wedding. Not only did he show up and put on an excellent performance, taking as many of our requests as he could, but he also learned our first dance song and my parents' first dance song in less than a month! More importantly, you will not meet a nicer, more respectful, and more professional artist. He truly appreciated the opportunity to come and entertain us. He took the time to talk to all of us and thank everyone individually for having him there. Really just a fantastic find and I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Anders! -

Choosing Anders for our music was one of the best things we did for our wedding! He played acoustic for the ceremony and cocktail hour and DJed our reception. Anders style perfectly matched us as a couple and the theme of our wedding. He worked with us to pick all of our favorite songs and performed them wonderfully! He even learned new songs for our special moments, like the first dance. He took all of our suggestions to heart and truly understood what we wanted. He was open to doing whatever would make us happy and had great professionalism when we were unsure. Anders was a great MC and kept the party alive all night!
If you're looking for someone who will create a comfortable, laid back, romantic atmosphere, then Anders is it!

Anders and Ben played at both our wedding ceremony and reception this past weekend, and they were absolutely amazing! Our guests loved them and are still talking about how great they sounded and how they created the perfect ambience...some said they want to have Anders and Ben play at their own events!
When I initially reached out to Anders, I didn’t know if he’d be available because his schedule looked really full (which I totally understand because he’s awesome!)...but he got back to me right away and said he could play at our wedding, and I was thrilled. He continued to be extremely responsive and flexible, and really listened to what we were looking for. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free. In addition to his talent and professionalism, he is just a really kind, nice person...as is Ben!
I really appreciated how Anders paid attention to everything I mentioned in our first conversations about bands and songs my now husband and I enjoy. At the wedding, I heard them play all the songs we requested...they also learned a few songs just for us, which was wonderful. I noticed that on breaks, they’d even put on specific songs that I had said we like, but Anders and Ben don’t play themselves. They truly are incredible and I can’t recommend them highly enough! -

There is nothing but good to say about Anders. We had great interactions with him through email and the phone when planning our wedding ceremony with him. He was very knowledgeable in the music we wanted and gave some great suggestions, which we ended up using! He was also extremely accommodating and was able to learn a song pretty last minute which was a lot to ask of him! He was respectful and courteous of the church we got married in and worked well with the priest before and during the ceremony. He is so talented with the guitar and his singing voice. Every time I watch a video from the ceremony, his vocals/instrumentals parts made it that much more special. It really was everything we were looking for and our wedding day would not have been the same without him. -

Anders performed our ceremony music for our wedding and it was perfection. I knew that I didn’t want the typical processional and recessional songs (which he also does) but I wanted music that would reflect the love we feel for each other, our family and friends. Anders was VERY prompt in returning calls and emails. His website is great because he has samples of his music and lists of songs he can play. He can perform as a solo artist or with partners. And he is a great value. He was wonderful to work with and he helped make my vision complete. I would highly recommend him to anyone. -

There is a reason every review on here is 5 stars. Anders professionalism is only exceed by his talent. He did our ceremony acoustically, happy hour and first dances acoustic with vocals, then rocked the rest of the night as a DJ. There aren't many folks out there who have the versatility to do all of that, let alone so well! The guests raved at how great the music was. The next day we saw videos and snaps filled with our friends and family laughing, dancing and singing along to Anders cocktail hour set list. He really felt the vibe of the crowd and helped create the fun, laid back environment that we were looking for. He granted every request we had for him and really helped our day go smoothly. We will definitely keep him in mind for events in the future. If you are looking for a talented professional who is easygoing, hardworking and kind then hire Anders. -

Anders is a friend/acquaintance, and we were so happy to have him included on our wedding day as musician for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Anders is extremely talented and incredibly professional. The form he had us complete was detailed and thoughtful. As the planning went on and we wanted to change or add some songs to the ceremony lineup, Anders was quick with getting back to us and answering any questions we had. He even learned several songs for us! Again, we were thrilled to have Anders play a part in our perfect day. Would recommend 10/10. -

We wanted to have something classy and fun for our wedding reception and cocktail hour and he delivered above and beyond our expectations! We would definitely recommend him for your wedding or event! We had so many compliments and loved that he would learn songs (before our event) to play at the reception. He’s a great find and is reasonable all around!

Tracy Sent on 07/12/2018Book Anders as soon as possible. Anders was the perfect choice for us. A true professional. He was super accommodating from beginning to end. He was always available for questions. He rolled with moving the ceremony indoors because of rain and then set up outside for cocktail hour when the rain stopped. His voice and guitar playing are exceptional. His website is very helpful and interactive. We made some song choices for the Wedding Ceremony and Anders assisted us in making sure the songs worked for the ceremony. Anders also learned a new song my daughter requested for her processional and it sounded amazing. We couldn't decide on a recessional, we gave Anders 3 choices and told him to surprise us! We had complete faith in his choice. Our guests loved his music. Reasonable prices, well worth the money. My only regret is that I was late to cocktail hour and was unable to enjoy the music as much as I would have liked to. Anders made this MOB very happy with our choice! We have and will continue to follow Anders as he plays in local venues.

Emails were returned quickly and he had no problem adjusting to our requests for the day, from learning our first dance song to bringing music to play during his breaks. All our guests were very impressed and had a wonderful time requesting songs and dancing along.
