My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the beautifully crafted ceremony script. Ana put together for us. She kept the mood light, but her words spoke Boldy and with so much meaning Ana it’s very professional and precise if you follow her directions to the tea, not a thing can go wrong. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family in their future marriage planning you can’t go wrong. She’s the best. -

Truly a gem 💎
Having Ana María as our officiant was a great decision. We were having an elopement in Puerto Rico and didn’t want any stress or to worry about any of the logistics. She met with us via phone a month before the ceremony to explain the process and any expectations, and checked in with us a couple times again before the ceremony. She made everything so easy and simple for us. She was very thoughtful of what she said at the ceremony and added very nice personal touches to our union. She was even flexible to pivot our location at the last minute. It was so great to be able to be present and enjoy the moment at our ceremony. Highly recommend working with her. -

Ana is just the most wonderful to work with. She made us feel at home with her from the very first time we met, I knew I wanted her to marry us. She is kind, warm, engaging, a great listener, smart, and thorough. She went as far as to meet with us while we were in PR and got a better sense of us, which showed in the ceremony. She added unique things like signing the marriage certificate during the ceremony, having our friends vow to support us, and said so many wonderful words. We loved it! Such a great wedding officiant
Ana Maria was absolutely the best! She was always very responsive. She handled every paperwork aspect which was so great! She got our marriage certificates to us extremely fast, took like 2 weeks, but that was 2 weeks sooner than the alternative of us doing it. She gave us lots of vow options as we are not religious oriented and our whole ceremony i felt so much love and she really got us when creating our vows, the vows she put together for us were soo perfect. She was just amazing and I highly recommend her as a great, above and beyond wedding officiant! Especially if your like us and don't like paperwork because she can do it all from start to finish, and executes in a most beautiful way! We are just very happy we chose Ana Maria for our wedding, and I do not have 1 bad thing to say. I am a very picky and detail oriented person and Ana Maria was always on point and always had an answer no matter what new question i came up with. It was a perfect day, Thank you Ana Maria! -

We are so thankful to have found her for our small symbolic wedding ceremony of 24 guests! I grew up in Puerto Rico and my husband is from Pennsylvania, so we jokingly said it was a half-destination/half-home wedding. We met with her over the phone two days before. She made us feel so at ease talking to her. Sending her more detailed information about us helped her personalized our experience. On our wedding day, she made us feel so comfortable in a moment where we were nervous. She engaged in a very positive and happy way with us and our guests. I loved the most was how seamless the whole process was. She exceeded our expectations! Her fees are reasonable for the quality service she provides. We hired Ana to obtain our marriage license remotely for our destination wedding. Ana was very professional and responsive. I was very stressed about the process of getting our marriage license since the information online were all saying different things. She explained the whole process in detail and answered all my questions in a timely manner throughout the process. We were able to get all the documents needed to her before our travel, she got our marriage license a week before our wedding. She also delivered the license in person to Vieques, which was really nice! Definitely saved us from all the stress and time!! Thank you!! -

Ana Maria was our officiant for a legal ceremony marriage in Puerto Rico on 5.11.2023!
We live in Texas so really wanted to make sure we had someone that not only knew all the legal steps and was professional. From the very first email, you could feel her joyest spirit through her communication and we knew we had to hire Ana Maria! We set up multiple calls to over everything, she sent reminders on the steps needed to legally get married in Puerto Rico! (lab work, paper work, doctors signatures, etc) she is very responsive and professional, I especially love her use for voice messages! She even asked our theme colors so she could blend in!

Thanks goodness for Ana! Planning a destination PR wedding from Colorado could not have been any easier with Ana taking charge. After our first meeting, we had full trust in Ana with making our vision a reality and she delivered in such a big way. From our welcome party to our wedding, everything was meticulously planned and executed. All we and our guests had to do was show up and have the time of our lives.
Ana is a true professional with a vast network of vendors with whom she has built great relationships with. All of Ana's recommendations were incredible and so nice to work with before and during our wedding. Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to, and a big part of that is because of Ana. We had the vision, but she took that vision and turned it into a masterpiece.
Ana will always be on your side and represent you. An example of this is when we received a quote from a band that Ana said was too expensive. She said that she knew of another band through a DJ she often works with. We said, ok, we trust you. Sure enough, we got an amazing band with DJ for about half the price as the band we initially looked at. This is just one example of many ways Ana shows you that she is here for you.
We cannot sing enough praises about Ana. The entire planning process and day-of was as stress-free as you can get. We are so glad and so lucky to have worked with Ana. Do not hesitate to hire Ana as your wedding planner. Thank you so much, Ana! You are a rock star!! -

We hired Ana María to be our officiant and do a legal ceremony. TL;DR she is the best and you should not think twice about hiring her!
She guided us throughout the process regarding the documents needed and always followed up the calls with an email detailing what was discussed and in an organized manner. She was always available to answer questions and responded in a timely manner. In the days leading up to the wedding she did a call with us to go over ceremony details and offered words of advice for the day of the wedding. She put us at ease before the wedding (like she says, we were wedding ready!) and the day of. We did not want a traditional or denominational ceremony, though she does all styles. She catered the ceremony to our style and vibe and crafted a beautiful ceremony for us. Although we had issues with one of the witnesses leading up to the day, she helped us navigate that and was comforting during a very stressful time. I am so thankful for her and her calming presence but also her organization that really made everything less stressful. -

Where do I even start? Ana Maria went above and beyond our expectations as our planner and officiant. Every time we got off a call, my anxieties completely melted away. Her communication with my vendors was on point. The actual wedding day was SUPERB. I really expected something to go wrong- I've worked weddings and events for years so I've seen the backend, nothing ever goes exactly according to plan... and it DID. Ana Maria understood my anxieties and would fill me in if there was something I needed to know and everything just flowed so easy.
Additionally, we had her write our ceremony and keep it a surprise. We only asked her to say specific lines for our vows and had a friend read a poem. We could not have written anything better. As spiritual, yet non-religious individuals she completely understood the style we wanted. We loved the mixing of the legal duties with our friends joining us to sign the paperwork right then. It was so authentic and meaningful. It was the chillest wedding I have ever been to, ha!
Her style may not be for everyone, just like we would not have worked well with a traditional planner. Our personalities complimented each other extremely well. Even as much as a planner as I am, I really wanted someone to take the reigns and let me just enjoy the day. Ana Maria did just that. We couldn't have asked for anything more. -

Ana María made our dream wedding come true! The thought of getting married on La Isla del Encanto (The Island of Enchantment/Puerto Rico) seemed like only a dream. Ana María took care of everything, guided us through the whole process, and made it all so simple!
We were initially just in search of an officiant. We were fortunate enough to stumble across Ana María. We looked her up and loved her energy, story, and what she represented. We got in contact with her and from the very first interaction, she felt like family. My husband said she reminded him of one of his Titis (Aunt in Boricua). It was such a huge bonus to find out that she was also a wedding planner and lawyer. We got the trifecta all in one!
Communication with Ana María was always so simple. She was always quick to respond and would make sure we understood all the details completely. She is so well organized and would send us frequent updated agendas/checklists to make sure nothing was missed and everything was taken care of in a timely manner.
Ana María offered us great suggestions on vendors and helped us find the location for our celebratory dinner. It seems she has built a successful reputation for herself in Puerto Rico, to the point that numerous vendors know her on a professional-personal level. This made it so much easier and a lot less stressful on booking some of the services we wanted. When we had attempted to reach out to some vendors on our own, we were unsuccessful in receiving responses. However, Ana María offered to contact them directly and even drive to the locations in order to book their services for us. We definitely would have had to find other less impressive vendors had it not been for Ana María.
The legal stuff…..it presented as very confusing when we were looking it up on our own. Lucky for us Ana María is an expert in this area and provided us with step-by-step instructions on everything we needed to be legally married in Puerto Rico. It was as simple as emailing her copies of our legal documents and filling out a few forms and she took care of submitting it all. It was a huge relief to not have to deal with the tedious obstacles of getting ahold of someone in a government office/agency (we all know how that goes).
The Big Day…..Ana María far exceeded any expectations we had for what a wedding planner/coordinator does. She called us in the morning to see how we were feeling, and to make sure we were excited and relaxed for our big day. She, again, alleviated any extra stress for us by picking up our flowers from the vendor and personally bringing them to us at our AirBnB in the morning. She made sure that I was relaxed, stress-free, and in good spirits. She made sure everything was on schedule according to our preset agenda. She was even carrying a backpack on her with a “Wedding Day Emergency Kit” that included various items you probably wouldn’t remember or even think to bring with you. She also had extra room in the backpack for my personal stuff like my cell phone, lil’ bag, and even my heels during the ceremony (I changed out of them before walking onto the sand). She really, really wants her clients to not worry about a thing and to only focus on each other, the love we share, and our special day!
She accompanied our photographer and us for our First Look photos around Viejo San Juan. She was there for us! She would hold anything we needed her to, lookout for cars/people that would interfere with our photo session, assure that we were staying on schedule, and just brought extra positive energy and love! We all left to the beach for our ceremony and met up again once we were there. We walked onto the beach and picked out a nice spot near the water...it was perfect! The ceremony began and she was the perfect officiant! The vows she recited were beautiful and personalized to us! We also wrote our own vows, and she fit in the perfect time for us to recite them before concluding our ceremony with her remaining vows.
We wanted to add a little something special to our ceremony on the beach. Ana María suggested a First Dance, and we loved the idea, so we did it! She brought a wireless/bluetooth speaker with her to play our song so we could have that moment. And she even arranged for us to have and cut a small wedding cake on the beach as well. It all went so smooth and flowed so well!
After the ceremony, we did a quick family photo session where Ana María helped out with keeping things moving in a timely manner. Then it came time for our Newlywed Session. She stayed with us the entire time to make sure everything worked out perfectly. And even texted us after we arrived at our chosen restaurant to ensure that there were no issues with our reservation and that everything had worked out as we had previously arranged.
Our day could not have been any more perfect. Look no further and BOOK.HER.ASAP!!! We thank Ana María for making everything possible and making our dream wedding day come to life!

PR's Best Officiant!
Planning our destination renewal ceremony entirely from New York was nerve-wrecking, but hiring Ana was the best choice that we made! From the start, she was willing to make our ceremony as perfect as possible. Communication throughout the year was flawless, she listened to our 'must-haves' for the ceremony and even suggested special moments. The day of the ceremony was an absolute fairytale! Ana arrived on time and jumped right into action. Her speech was absolutely beautiful and captured our family in perfect essence. She included our children, as requested, and squeezed in our candle ceremony. We even got in a few laughs with her throughout the ceremony which made for great memories. I can't stop to say how grateful I am to have met Ana because I don't think I would have survived my wedding planning! Not only is she extremely professional, she is very knowledgeable and really takes care of her wedding couples. I started working with Ana pre-covid and my wedding was moved multiple times. She was great at keeping up to date with all the changes in PR since I live in NY. The vendor recommendations and solutions were absolutely amazing. She dealt with our ridiculous wedding party who could not control themselves on their first vacation since covid! Looking back at it we all laugh but it was super crazy dealing with our groomsmen who can get very boisterous after too many cocktails. She also has an amazing assistant who is present with her the day of and they really make sure everything is running smoothly. I think my favorite part was our vows. She really wrote something special for us and our family as the officiant which made everyone cry instantly. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is highly organized, high attention to detail, friendly and knowledgeable, look no further. The best decision. Our wedding was a destination wedding during COVID. You can imagine the stress that comes with all these variables. When we started planning our wedding, we chose a friend to perform the ceremony. However, we quickly learned the crazy cumbersome logistics to be an officiant on my beloved island. This is when we decided on Ana Maria. My now husband and I knew right away after we first talk with Ana Maria, she would be amazing. Her knowledge, professionalism and patience were top notch. We knew we were in good hands when the first question she asked was, what our vision was and explained how our friend and her would be able to officiate. Ana Maria performed our marriage ceremony for us in Old San Juan. We didn’t have a chance to meet in person because we came to Puerto Rico for a destination elopement, but she still made it a priority to have several phone calls with us to get to know us so she could personalize our ceremony, which made it even more special. We love that Ana Maria wasn’t focused on traditional aspects or how things are “supposed” to be, but what is most representative of the couple and their love for each other. After the ceremony, she gave us a copy of the ceremony that she wrote for us so we could have it to look back on. For couples who don't want to wait indefinitely to have a safe wedding, elopements are becoming much more common. Ana was beyond amazing to work with!! Due to Covid-19 my husband and I had to push back our original July 4, 2020 destination wedding to November 2020. However, just 12 days before our original July date, we decided we wanted to have an intimate elopment ceremony in honor of our special day! Ana Maria was so easy to work with and we loved her. My husband and I are very indecisive and she gave us great locations and times. She knows all the beautiful and adventurous spots in Puerto Rico. We went for a more casual wedding because we are not traditional or flashy, but she does very beautiful formal weddings as well. She is very affordable and we let her write our vows for us and she did a wonderful job. She included our family in our vows which we loved because we are close with our family.
