From the moment we started planning with An Old Town Wedding And Event Center, we knew we'd made the right choice. Lauren, our wedding coordinator, was incredible—she stayed on top of every detail and kept us in the loop every step of the way. When we needed to make last-minute changes to our seating chart, she responded to our texts right away and handled everything perfectly. The space itself is gorgeous and roomy, giving us plenty of options for how we wanted to set things up. Lauren and the team made our day flow so smoothly, and they genuinely wanted to help us enjoy the experience instead of stress about it. We felt taken care of the entire time, and honestly couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to work with.

Thank you everyone that made our night perfect. It was such an amazing night and we are so glad that we choose An old town wedding & event center. Not only did they make the planning part less stressful by offering packages that include Cake, DJ, Florist, Photographer, Catering and Coordinator but they also made the night stress free and took care of everything.

From the first Zoom walk through since we live out of state, to all the Zoom meetings before the Wedding day, then the actual wedding day, it was all amazing! The package rates are nice with options and not having to search for all the different vendors as they find the right vendors for you based off of what your dream day looks like, so worth it all. This venue goes above and beyond in their services! They have a beautiful location, a big dance floor, lots of seating, and lots of personalization options!

I had an excellent experience here, and can't suggest it to others enough. Super responsive and willing to do whatever was needed to make the day special. Any minor hiccup that happened was quickly and efficiently handled without any issue, which was amazing!

This is an amazing venue. It is a treasure you didn’t know existed. The staff is also amazing and will take care of all your needs.

Everyone here is so sweet and truly cares that your day is great. They were so helpful with cleaning up/packing at the end of the night, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We had Lauren as our coordinator and she was the best. She truly made it so so easy for us.

The second we toured this place we knew it was it! The team was so welcoming they felt like family and treated us as such through the entire process. They are so hands on and genuinely do anything to make your day special. The venue itself, is beautiful. They are constantly making it better in ways you don’t even realize it can improve! The bridal sweet worked perfectly for my large party and they boys loved the games and space in theirs. It’s truly a magical place, from the street you can barely see it and when you are inside the gates? The rest of the world doesn’t even exist, it’s your own personal fortress. Plus, they offer so many packages that work with every budget! I was able to source every vendor through them and not even have to worry or think past that. I 100% recommend the venue and the team to anyone and everyone!

Josh and Haley went above and beyond with professionalism. Every question I had was answered in a timely matter. The venue is beautiful.

I have been coming to this venue since 2018. The owners are both super awesome and friendly. Their professionalism is unmatched! Anyone coming here would be extremely blessed and all their wedding/venue dreams fulfilled in what they are looking for! Don't skip this place just because of size because they may be small but they are big in what they do!!

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here in February and it was absolutely perfect. The owners take so much pride and care in their work. They were also super flexible to meet our needs. When we originally got married here it was a bed and breakfast at the time and now the place has transformed into so much more. We cannot wait to celebrate our 30th!

The amazing Tacos with Louis and Alex. Our wonderful photographer Lia capturing every moment. Our baker Marisela making the most beautiful and tasty cake. We could not have asked for a simpler process at this all-inclusive venue who brings in the best vendors and then an amazing crew (Cierra, Tatum, and Magic Mike). The staff was absolutely amazing! The days leading up to the wedding were filled with excellent communication, we knew exactly what was expected and how the ceremony was going to play out. The day of the ceremony went so smooth there wasn’t a question on what’s next. By the end of the night the staff was joining in and making it feel like they were part of the family. It was one of the best experiences I had. The efficient communication and inviting nature of the team made everything perfect, especially when planning a wedding by yourself. We can’t say enough good things about them.

We had an amazing wedding day on 3.10.23 at An Old Town Wedding and Event Center!! Joshua and Haley did a great job making sure we had everything ready and were clear in communication. Our coordinator, Lauren, was also incredible and we appreciated her hard work and attention to detail. My only complaint is that I created playlists for the dj to use for our songs and he didn’t follow it as much as I would have liked, but no huge issue. Everything else was so perfect and pretty affordable for what’s out there nowadays!! Our guests were constantly complimenting the venue also!

We got married here in March of 2023 and the venue and the staff was nothing short of amazing. We had the ceremony and reception that we dreamed of. The quaint house and property makes you feel engulfed in romance nestled away in quiet downtown old town Peoria.

My husband and I picked this place and we couldnt be more happy that we did. Everyone was great. Lauren she rocked it on the day of the wedding. I send all my friends that are going to get married to them

Josh and Haley were such a nice couple to work with. They went over all the details with us. They have in home vendors. Which is great so I did not have to find anyone. Loved the out door everything from the ceremony to the reception. The lighting was great dont let the area deceive you when you get in there is is beautiful. Where to start DJ Debbie was so fun she listened to us and also suggested things which we did not think about. Debbie worked with us to get all the details we wanted to make the night so special. We had to do a couple day of changes to accommodate and debbie got it all moved around and timed so right.We had sharko's catering they where so amazing. The food came out great. The guest loved all of the food serviced. Also had to add chicken strips for all the kids we had those also was amazing. We gad Lia as the photographer she was also so amazing got the shots I wanted and had it scheduled so well. Due to us having a bigger party we got those photos out of the way first which I felt like made more time to do other things. Out florist was wendy Campbell we had a hiccup but we go it all straightened out and the flowers where so beautiful. Was better than I expected due to wanting blue she made the flowers flow together. Marisela is the vendor they used for our cake. Which first off tasted so amazing but was wrong flavor cake we picked got carrot not pumpkin. Also mising the strawberries for the other type of cake we picked. But added in macaroons which were so amazing. But the best part was the Cierra our coordinator Mike out bartender for the day of. Cierra was so amazing was helping me with getting food for my kid. Being there every step of the way. Checking to make sure my husband and I didn't need anything. Mike was all over drinks and taking care of our guest and us. Never missed a drink between the two of them. The whole group was so amazing and recommended them. They made our day so perfect and special. Thank you all.

Haley & Josh are great. They went above & beyond to make our wedding extra special. They have available DJ, Bartender, photographers, baker, florist and caterers for hire. They have brides and grooms rooms for the wedding party to get ready. Area is very spacious and have lighted trees, water fountains, a gazebo all that makes it so magical.

The entire staff help make the process go smoothly. They made the experience and wedding amazing.

Friendly, professional and helpful. Everything is included and if you need help, someone is always ready to do what is necessary. Vendors were great. Can't say enough about this venue. Would recommend them to everyone.

Words cannot express how perfect our wedding turned out. Josh and Haley are amazing. They did everything they could to make sure our day was special and memorable. They went above and beyond and answered any questions we had or if there were certain things that we requested they made sure it happened. They treated us like family and always remembered who we were every time we came in. It was a blast having Josh be apart of our moments when he was on the dance floor with us to making sure we were all taken care of. This day will be something I will always remember. I would highly recommend booking your wedding at this venue. You will not regret it. :)

We feel in love with this place when we went for our tour staff is great friendly always there to answer questions. They work with you every step of the way just great all around.

Old Town is AMAZING! The staff is incredible, helpful every step of the way! Every vendor meeting filled me with a sense of peace and relaxation! I wasn't stressed or worried about a thing!! Our day was 100% enjoyment!
The caterer? Out of this world! We purchased an extra starter because it was all too tasty to choose! 0 regret, it was the right choice! You can never have too much food. We had leftovers to take home, wonderfully packaged and refrigerated for us, ready to go.
The bartender was next level- knew exactly who to cut off and how to while appeasing everyone. Bonus: she was FUN! Such a great conversation every time you were at the bar.
DJ Debbie was fantastic, extremely thoughtful, helpful, and an absolute blast!! She knows what the people want. I loved my meetings with her!
Not enough can be said about our photographer Kristy! She made me feel like such a gorgeous bride, took THE best photos, and got down on the dance floor with us! I can't get over how much I love Kristy's work!!!
Marisela went above and beyond on our cake! She loves her job, she's passionate, and she's so skilled!! I requested flavors she didn't have and she bought them just for us!! That's next level service, I was blown away! The cake was beautiful and SO tasty!! My only day of regret is only eating one piece (I'm planning to get a birthday cake from her to rectify my mistake lol!)
My tastings were all made Covid friendly, everyone was so accommodating to our covid high risk needs! A huge sense of relief and care, it was heartwarming.
Joshua, Haley, and my DOC (whose name is sadly escaping me, forgive me!) Were all amazing. My DOC especially! She worked so hard, was so flexible, kind, and wonderful! Everyone was!!

We had our dream wedding here on October 10, 2021. Joshua’s team was professional, attentive, and made the process seamless and easy. The venue was spacious, twinkling with lights, and gave the rustic, welcoming vibe we were looking for! It was absolutely perfect!

We had the best experience at Old Town. Our wedding was during the shutdown, Josh did whatever he could to give us a beautiful ceremony and then moved out wedding to a new day. The communication is great, he is always on top of things. Josh spends a personable about of time with his brides to give them an unforgettable experience. If i had to do this all over again, I would with the same venue. He made everything so easy and made us feel so loved and special.

My husband and I were married here 11/30/18 and we’re so happy we chose this place as our venue. Josh was amazing to work with he was so friendly and attentive as were the vendors we selected. We opted for the all inclusive package which made everything so much easier. From the food to the flowers there isn’t one negative thing I can think of to say. We highly recommend!

This place was a hidden gem! Joshua worked with us and our budget to provide the best wedding we could have possibly hoped for. He and his staff and vendors ensured that our day was more than perfect. We were able to have a morning wedding with about 50 people. When our caterer backed out two weeks before the wedding, he provided us with an exceptional alternative, and when at the last minute we opted to add a DJ, he had been able to save us then as well with his recommendation. We cannot say enough about this venue, and who they work closely with. It was perfect for photos, and extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend to have a wedding or any large event here over and over again.

Sarah at An Old Town Wedding and Event Center was amazing. About a week after I was engaged I found this venue and it was exactly what I had in mind. Sarah and her team were amazing. I loved that this venue included everyone I needed, it was one stop shopping and less stressful. This venue is absolutely gorgeous and everything was perfect. We got married in October 2016, we had an issue with the photographer that was provided with the package that we got, but Sarah went above and beyond and made it right for us. We had an amazing wedding, Sarah and her staff are wonderful. The venue is absolutely beautiful as well. Everything was wonderful besides the photographer not doing what she was supposed to do, but like I said Sarah fixed it for us.

We almost cancelled our appointment to look at this venue based on another venue we had seen. We are so glad we didn't because this was the one! We fell in love with this venue the minute we saw it! The wedding packages are great and made our special day so easy!

This was the best place to get married!! The staff (Sarah, Shannon, and Melissa) were so friendly and knowledgeable about every detail of my wedding. My wedding went off absolutely perfect. I fell in love with venue the moment Sarah took us on a tour. It's all outdoors and all-inclusive and they work to keep you within your budget. Sarah is wonderful and very personable and makes sure that your day will be perfect! I am so glad that I found this venue, because I couldn't imagine anything better.

This was the perfect choice! We only had 2 weeks to plan our wedding and the staff was more than helpful. Everything looked wonderful. They were able to help us find affordable services such as an officiant, photographers and a DJ within a crazy time crunch. The coordinator was calm and reliable. I found the rules and boundaries to be reasonable. Loved this place! I was going for a vintage feel with my hubby in his sailor uniform and the 1940's essence was definitely present but not in a way that was overkill. I will be forever content with my choice in marrying at this venue.

Old Town Wedding and Event Center was the first and only venue I looked at for my wedding. I did tons of research online and wanted to see this site and fell in love with right away. I love that you don't have to use all their vendors (like a package), and their pricing is great. Very helpful and willing to work with you. They make sure your day runs smoothly. From the time I first saw this place,I knew it was the one...I called my fiance,and told her that she NEEDED to see it,and that it was exactly what we had been searching for!White picket fence,lush greens,beautiful flowers,fountains,red brickwork,and a very quaint gazebo.AMAZING!! We had been on the hunt for a venue with a garden feel,and that meant more than a few potted plants and a table top fountain....some of these vendors should be ashamed. Right from the start,the staff at Old Town were VERY friendly and let us customize EVERY part of our ceremony.No cookie cutter wedding for us! they were almost all inclusive,and they would have been for a fee,but since we could customize it all,we chose our own vendors. They provide all the linens,and tables and chairs,some lovely white decorations( that you can really spruce up with your own wedding colors)an officiant,and loads more if you want! Truly a joy to work with,and at a price anyone can afford in this economy, no joke! The new Bride and I are convinced...let those others pick Scottsdale, Old Town in Peoria is were it's at!!

This venue is quaint, beautiful & lets you have the wedding of your dreams! There is ZERO hard selling, only a calm & inviting atmosphere w/ a very encouraging host! We had a lot of questions/concerns & Sarah was great; she made us feel welcome & put us at ease, she was very patient & took time to explain anything we were not sure about. She went over everything w/ us a few times & made sure to confirm any unclear details far ahead of time.
We went for the all-inclusive package w/ the venue hosting both ceremony & reception & using 4 of her recommended vendors: the officiant, the caterer, the DJ & the Photographer, all of which we were pleased with. It totaled about $6,500, the stated amount spent ($7,000) includes the OPTIONAL gratuity I paid to the vendors because I was so thrilled w/ them!
The flawless Day-Of Coordinator (Susan or Suzanne, I can't remember) was amazing! She made everything flow smoothly, she had a calming effect on my rattled pre-ceremony nerves, & she was an absolute JOY to work with. Her professionalism & aplomb (as well as her sense of humor) is unparalleled.
I was extremely nervous before the ceremony (reading my own vows which I knew would make me emotional) & she helped me to not freak out. My wife said that it was the wedding of her dreams & I have the Venue, Vendors & Susan to thank for it! I couldn't have done it w/o them!

Josh and Haley were a delight to work with for our wedding. Their all-inclusive packages are reasonably priced, especially considering what a beautiful venue they put at your disposal. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day--their coordinators took care of it all, and we are so happy with our experience!

Sarah was wonderful. She made time to go over everything with me and make sure our day was special. She is only one person, so it did take her awhile to get back to me sometimes. Though, it was always within the same day if I called and 1-2 days if I emailed. I think this is a wonderful place to get married.

The owners of this center are amazing. A mother and daughter team, they truly work to make it "our" day. The center is beautiful...well kept, clean, tidy, beautiful garden. Every time we would stop by there would be new improvements to the center. The day of the wedding was perfect and both Sarah and Shannon worked to keep it stress free and easy on us as a couple. Highly recommended location for any event!

The venue is beautiful. I chose this place because of the all inclusive package and I’m so glad I did. Everything was taken care of and I got to do all the fun parts of wedding planning with less of the stress. I am so happy with the service and vendors. The only negative thing I could possibly say was that some of the vendors took awhile to respond and I had to reach out to them multiple times to get a response. (Mainly the catering and DJ) everything else was truly perfect. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The photos are absolutely stunning. I highly recommend them.

We got married at An Old Town Wedding & Event Center on 2/25/2023. Our day was absolutely PERFECT. Leading up to the wedding came with a few bumps.
- Florist: Amazing but we did not meet with her until the week before so this caused stress by waiting until the last minute.
- Cake: The cake at our wedding tasted nothing like our cake tasting, we were a little disappointed. We also figured out what the cake would look like the day before the wedding.
- Bartender: AMAZING. We listened to what Hayley told us to bring and then Mike, our bartender, sent my dad to the store to grab more stuff right before the wedding.
- DJ: Bradley was great, we gave him a generic vibe that we wanted and he killed it. He was even able to blend our first dance in English and Spanish.
- Food - Mexican: We finally succeeded with meeting our food vendor on the 3rd try after 2 no shows. Other than that, the food was delicious, the al pastor was our favorite meat.
- Photographer: Our assigned photographer never reached out until a few weeks before and we noticed that she did not have the experience we were looking for so we brought in our own. There was confusion between the amount that we should have got refunded, first it was $600 and then it was $500. Would recommend you have an itemized list with the cost of everything broken out.
- Videographer: Amazing, we loved working with her and are excited to see the final video.
- Day of Coordinator: AMAZING, we were absolutely blown away by Lauren. She truly ran the show and made our day more than perfect. Highly recommend requesting her! I did wish we would have got to meet her before our big day so we could go over how we wanted the tables and all the smaller details.
- Hayley and Josh: We mainly worked with Josh, he was great anytime we met with him. I will say he showed up to rehearsal in pajama pants (we paid almost 15k and this was a little upsetting because it felt like the venue did not care about how big of a deal this day was to us). My interactions with Hayley were direct and I felt there was a lack of any excitement or emotion for our big day. Making payments was challenging due to the delayed response in most cases. We were not able to get there until 3:00PM with the ceremony starting at 4:00PM. My dress was going to take at least 30 minutes to put on and that did not leave us much time for a first look with my dad and first touch and private vows with my husband, our ceremony started over 30 minutes late. I feel like this was the most stressful part of the process, I wish we could have been able to show up at 1:00PM and get ready without having to panic and run around.
Ultimately, they made our day perfect and I will be forever grateful to everyone that make it happen. I would also recommend this wedding venue to everyone.

We had a ceremony only at this location but it was perfect. We had a morning wedding and it was a small affair less than 50 people and everything went as planned. We were actually ready early waiting for our guest to arrive. lol Just wish we would have had more time to do pictures and such afterwards.

Old Town Wedding and Event Center's best quality is their ability to be flexible with your needs. We live in CO and it can be stressful to have a destination wedding. Knowing this team has it all handled and can accommodate to all our needs makes planning so much simpler!! They worked with my every quirk and made all my ideas happen. Would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

The first time I ever seen this place was many many years ago when I attended another wedding there, I knew from that moment on I was going to be married there. When we started looking for venues, I looked high and low to remember where this place was, we then made our appointment for a walk through and my husband and I were sold, the place is beautiful and Mary, one of the wedding planners was the greatest thing ever, if you are looking for an outdoor setting in a beautiful garden like setting this place is the perfect place!!!

The venue was absolutely beautiful and Sarah was great.

They provide all the vendors for u, which sounded great initially but became stressful in some ways. Here’s some insight on that:

- many of the vendors wait until the month before ur wedding to even contact you - this is SO stressful haha. this was awful in the sense that i didn’t end up liking the florist they assigned me. luckily, they gave me another florist who i loved, leah! encouraging their vendors to contact u earlier would be way more comforting, especially if they were responsive (many weren’t).

- our DJ arrived late to our meetings and lacked professionalism in some areas, but he was cool. He took a longgg time to respond to emails which was very stressful at times. I did a lot of the work for him (made playlists) and he did not stick to them throughout the night - i thought i was specific about this. there was an hour or two of music i didn’t like until he realized we liked a country vibe better. Overall, Tevin is cool.

- Maki florals is overall awesome. Cooki and Leah were the sweetest ever, so responsive, and wanted all my dreams to come true, The flowers were very beautiful! the one downfall was that my bridal bouquet totally fell apart when i walked back down the aisle :((( this was so disappointing as i wanted to have my boquet preserved and there was nothing left of it. I also was unable to take ANY of my wedding photos with my boquet. this was so disappointing!! i’m not sure what happened :( Leah was truly amazing outside of this incident.

Overall we had a great wedding and they truly care about your day:) This venue is beautiful and they take great care of it as well as your needs. special thanks to our coordinator Lauren, she was the best part of this venue:)

We had our ceremony and reception here. It was evening and very warm out even for' late Sept. The venue itself was lovely especially in the evening with all the lights in the trees. I didn't feel that the coordinator did all she could. We couldn't find her a lot of the time and she held us from seeing our guests before the actual reception started..We had a wonderful evening even without her help. Our DJ and caterers were awesome and they helped with a lot of details, where she was absent. The guidelines for use of the venue were fine, but you do have to clean up at the end of the event.

It was a beautiful location for an outdoor wedding and reception. They were so helpful and knowledgable about everything involved with a wedding. My wedding and reception went perfectly and all our guests commented on the beautiful location.

The venue was very nice. However, if you book them for a morning wedding make sure you're very careful about time. They will not allow you on the property until 9:00 and most dj's take an hour for set up. Their morning time block is only five hours so this can get tricky. They also make your dj stop playing at 1:45. If you have them for more time in the evening itmay be better. You will also be responsible for all of your cleanup.

The venue offered all wonderful things prior to the wedding professional and experience wedding coordinator, professional cake maker, a flexible efficient, free travel agent. However things were wrong during the whole wedding reception, the March was out of order, they didn’t initiate the toast and speeches(guests requested toward the end) the cupcake looked like I made them at home. I requested travel agent information and no help no response. I would not recommend this venue and their empty promises to anyone!
