Dreams Really Do Come True!!

Mandy and her amazing team at EFC are in the business of making wedding dreams come true!! I know this because they made my dreams come to life and exceeded every expectation I had of what a dream wedding could be. If you can dream it, this team can make it happen!! All it took was one initial meeting with Mandy and showing her a few ideas and pictures from Pinterest. Based on that short meeting, Mandy knew exactly what I wanted and designed the most beautiful table settings, altar floral design, fireplace floral design, bridal party bouquets, flower girl tiara, and so much more. I was absolutely floored at the artistic skill and design genius that Mandy and team made come to life- not just with florals but with all aspects of the wedding design. Hire this team!! Could not have done it without her!!

From the very beginning to the day of our wedding, Mandy was absolutely AMAZING!! She was always there to answer questions and guide us through this very stressful time. The day of the wedding was a breeze with her!! I could not have done it without her!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that is planning a wedding! I could not have picked a better place to get my flowers from. They were the greatest and I am so thankful for all of their hard work!!

An English Flower Cottage made all of my pastel dreams come true!! Everyone was so easy to work with and made it a truly stress free experience. They were always quick to respond and were really on the ball with everything. I still have people talking about how beautiful the flowers were. They also had an amazing guest list seating chart and really just knocked it out of the park with all the decorations. I could not recommend them enough!!

Amazing Florist and Coordination

Mandy and her team were a dream to work with! From the first appointment to discuss my wedding dreams to the most beautiful wedding day I knew they were going to make my vision come to life. Along with making my wedding decor dreams come true, Mandy’s coordinating made our day run so smoothly and took care of making sure all vendors were taken care of and that my husband and I had nothing to worry about to the very end. Exceeded expectations

Mandy and staff did a beautiful job for my daughter's wedding.. she wanted an "elegant western" theme and they were able to exceed our expectations .. she wanted minimal flowers but the few that were used were absolutely gorgeous! The tables were tastefully done with leather accents, multi-level black and white candles (floating, pillar, and tapered) , some greenery and deep burgundy mix of.flowers. I can't thank them enough!! They were able to dress the groomsmen, alter dresses, and direct the rest of us!!

The Fairy Godmother of Weddings

Working in hospitality, I have had the pleasure of working with Mandy & AEFC for several years. I have witnessed her masterpieces, work ethic, and delightful personality.

When it was my turn to say "I Do", without hesitation, I contacted Mandy. Immediately, she set aside our ceremony date. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer two months before our wedding, Mandy made it a point to check in on me daily, she stopped by the hospital post-surgery, and she & Linda brought me breakfast days later.

Mandy listened to my vision, shared ideas, and asked questions. The ceremony was intimate and lovely. It was perfect for us. She even had the winter weather hold off until AFTER dinner!

Best. Planner. Ever!!!!!

Words can't describe how much we loved working with an English Flower Cottage with Mandy and Mary! They did our planning along with all our flowers. Point Lookout Vineyard (our venue) recommended us to use their services. We had a huge wedding planned. It was going to be two weddings and a reception all in one day. One Indian and one American. It was a TALL order. Mandy and Mary stepped up to the challenge was able to make our special day amazing! We had to postpone our wedding once and Mandy was able to get majority of our vendors scheduled for our new date. We barely stressed about our wedding because of them! We love them and can't wait to work with them in the future! We highly recommend every bride to use An English Flower Cottage! :)

Stress-free planning!

Working with Mandy and team was great! She has so many contacts for other vendors in the area that made planning super easy. Her huge inventory of decor to choose from made planning even easier. I was more of a hands-off kind of bride and left most of the decorating and floral decisions up to her and it all turned out so beautiful. It was also very convenient to have Mary there to do some minor alterations to my dress.

Mandy and her team are Fantastic!

We used An English Flower Cottage for our Fall wedding in Lake Lure a few years back. We used all of her recommended vendors from the flowers, and photographer to officiant, DJ, and a even our travel agent for our honeymoon. Everything went off without a hitch, and came out great. All of our guests were happy and talked about how it was the best wedding they had been to. We gave her a lot of leeway with decorations and could not have been more happy with how our rustic/elegant theme turned out. If you're in the area, and thinking about An English Flower Cottage, go ahead and hire them. You won't be disappointed!

Stunning wedding setup & floral arrangements!

Mandy Frazier is the BEST! 5+ Star Rating!

My daughter got married March 24, 2018, and Mandy and her team at An English Flower Cottage did an awesome job making her “fairy tale” day a reality!! This was a destination wedding, but we were able to visit with Mandy at her shop in Hendersonville. From the moment Amanda (Bride) walked in, she knew Mandy was the one to do her flowers. The shop is filled with so much more than flowers and it was all these special items and touches that she used that made the wedding and reception come to life! Mandy totally got Amanda’s vision and she transformed the Crest Pavillon into a spectacular, romantic, elegant reception venue. Mandy worked closely with the venue and also with us, through face to face meetings, face-timing, emails, and phone calls. I feel like we really got to know her and she got to know us! Mandy was also our “day of” wedding coordinator and the day was stress free and perfect. She took care of all the details and made sure everything ran smoothly. I was truly able to just enjoy the wedding and reception! The flowers were beautiful and all the extra items (pearls, crystals, candles, etc.,) that made up the center pieces for the tables were spectacular! I wouldn’t change anything and when I think back about her day, I can truly smile, knowing that it was a fabulous experience for everyone, and Mandy was a big part of that!!!! Even now when we run into people who attended, we get compliments galore!! I absolutely highly recommend Mandy and her team to help make your wedding day one of a kind!!

Beyond What I Imagined

Mandy created the most beautiful wedding I could have possibly imagined. Every single one of my guests was in love with the decorations and the floral arrangements. Our daughter requested a mountain wedding and as she lives in Sylva and we in Charlotte and her venue of choice was at Cabin Ridge in Hendersonville we immediately envisioned this wedding to be a logistics nightmare. My wife contacted Mandy and began the discussion with her to be both our wedding planner and vendor of choice for our daughters flowers requirements. We met shortly thereafter with both Mandy and Linda and signed a contract to move forward.
It was a full years process of planning and decisions and Mandy was with us all the way. I initially thought that we could handle the planning portion but quickly figured out that hiring Mandy was money very well spent. Mandy's execution to pulling the logistics together was impeccable, from working with the venue owner, rental folks, cater, string musicians, DJ along with transforming the venue into a magical setting with the beautiful table presentations to the outstanding flower arrangements was just simply astonishing. The flower arrangements that Mandy and Linda provided were both professionally done and beyond compare. Our guests marveled at the professionalism and beauty of our daughters wedding. Our daughter and new son in law expressed to us that we provided a wedding that they will treasure always.
Mandy and Linda are true professionals that will guide you through the wedding process and eliminate the stress to insure the day is perfect along with beautiful floral designs.

Absolutely in love! As soon as I got engaged I knew I wanted An English Flower Cottage to be my florist, but little did I know they would turn my dream wedding into an even better reality that I could have hoped for! In the months leading up to the big day Mandy created a Pinterest board where we could both pin ideas. From there she started to get a sense of my style and began putting together certain trends. We met one afternoon and every idea she kept showing me was so spot on because she really paid attention to my style from my Pinterest board. Afterwards we walked around the shop and I pointed out to her and her partner, Linda, all the decorations I loved. It was that simple! I just showed them what I wanted, and they took care of it all. The day of the wedding I showed up to the venue and literally teared up because it was so beautiful! It was way better than anything I would have done myself, plus I didn't have to worry about a thing. I was carefree on my wedding day thanks to Mandy and Linda! An English Flower Cottage was our chosen florist for our wedding on 6.3.17. Mandy and her team are phenomenal at what they do. I had contacted Mandy a little late in the planning game, but I was the only one feeling stressed and pressed for time. Mandy answered every email and call full of questions and handled everything with ease. Flowers and decor on my wedding day were everything I could have dreamed of and more. She made my every request and vision come to life that day. It truly made every bit of the scenery from the decorated gazebo and guest seating of the ceremony to each table dined or sat at and the entire space of the reception. So thankful to have had the chance to work with her. She is obviously great at what she does, but to add to it, has the best, genuine spirit. Look no further! Mandy and Linda created a magical wedding with wedding bouquets, table decorations and gazebo decorations. Their work exceeded all our expectations. Never had to worry about quality of work even though this was a destination wedding. Unsurpassed professionalism!

The flowers and decorations were drop dead gorgeous. I could not have been more pleased with the overall look of the wedding venue when I walked in. I had heard of another couple that was not pleased, so I tried to stay on top of what was going on and make sure that we were all on the same page. The flowers were quite pricey, but you get what you pay for, and the bride and groom wanted very specific flowers and arrangements. And we got exactly what they wanted.

Mandy and her team at AEFC were absolutely fantastic! I was looking for a florist who would also be our week of the wedding planner so not only did our daughter (Washington, DC) get beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, etc., we also got wonderful guidance at our destination wedding site, BFCC in Asheville, NC. I feel like they became family!

I love Mandy. She and Linda are like family and I will miss seeing them to plan the wedding. They are great, down to earth, and listen to your suggestions. Mandy's assistant Jessica even played ball with my son at the wedding so I could mingle with guests. Not the kind of service you will get with just anyone. Everyone who was at the wedding has done nothing but rave about how great everything looked. From the first phone conversation with Mandy we knew she was the one wanted because even over the phone you could tell she cared about us as people and not just a paycheck. She and her team did everything, set-up to clean-up, and not all wedding planners in the area include that!

We were so blessed to have Mandi & Linda plan our wedding. We wanted a themed wedding and they executed flawlessly. We also wanted a planner that had the ability to make our day worry free for us and our guest. It was important that we found a planner that could handle setup and take down without the help of our family members and guests. They are so friendly and professional. So much thanks to Mandy and Linda for the beautiful flowers and seamless day-of planning services. The flowers were INCREDIBLE and the options offered for extras were plentiful. It was really easy to tailor our wants with our budget. I had no idea that day-of coordinating was a thing, but Mandy is a total pro at it! She was busy the whole evening, guiding us from one thing to the next. We didn't have to worry about a thing and our guests noticed how efficient she was. She thought of fun details like having dinner plates wrapped and sent to our room, and even set up boxed dessert with napkins and forks so we could enjoy everything after the festivities. Every little detail was perfect and we can't say enough good things.

Mandy and Linda were absolutely fantastic to work with and design the perfect flowers and decorations for our wedding. We met with the ladies a few months before our wedding but planned our destination wedding mostly via email. Mandy was always quick to respond and their Pinterest pages are to die for when it came to getting ideas for decorations. We gave them a few simple ideas and they ran with it. I was so overwhelmingly excited on our wedding day when our tables looked perfect, the outdoor decorations were wonderful, and our bouquets were stunning! All of the flowers were absolutely stunning!!! From the bride's bouquet to the table arrangements. My daughter was married in Asheville over this past Memorial weekend. This was a destination wedding so she did not get the opportunity to go back to Asheville to preview flowers and make specific selections. She spoke with them, looked at the pictures, and gave them her vision of what she wanted. They far exceeded her hopes and wishes. The price was reasonable.
I highly, highly recommend them for your wedding flower needs. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!

Mandy and Linda were amazing. They listened to all of my ideas, and turned my dream wedding into a reality. They were easy to work with, fun, and extraordinarily talented. While I was getting ready, my mom snuck a peek at their work. She was blown away and came back with tears in here eyes. She was speechless, and my mom is never speechless! At the end of the night, Mandy was gathering the flower arrangements on the tables and told me that we were welcomed to keep them, but if we decide not to, she repurposes them by gifting them to local nursing homes the next day. I love that! They did a fantastic job and I am so grateful to Mandy and Lisa for their hard work.

I have done weddings for many of years. However this year the florist I had been working with was no longer in business and I had to find a florist. I'm very picky when it comes to florist because not many can actually do flowers for a wedding and capture your vision or the brides vision. So with much time spent visiting florist in my town I just wasn't happy with what I was finding. So one day I called our local Hospital to see who did there events and they highly recommended Mandy at An English Cottage. I have to say she is one of the best florist I have ever worked with. She is professional on every level and her staff is outstanding. If I can say one thing that stands out about her is that she listens to you and what your vision is that you are trying to acheive. She so much wants to capture your vision and she does just that. I highly recommend her if you are a birde or a wedding and event planner. You will not be disappointed.

Mandy was fantastic! The decorations and flowers looked like they were from a dream! Her and the entire staff was very professional and the attention to detail was spot on. Everyone kept saying how beautiful everything was and that it was picture perfect. I can tell that they really put their heart into our event and it meant the world to us. ***** 5-start wedding planning from soup to nuts! And they make it all look easy! You won't find a better team to manage your special day. I was in Florida getting married in NC and Mandy knew all the people to provide services, even ones for my craziest requests (antique wagon to use for guest book crafts). No challenge was too big, not even the palatial downpour that delayed the day-of set up - snap of the fingers and her vendor brought an extra tent at the last minute so the guests would not get wet should the rain continue... the weather cleared, Mandy and her crew didn't blink - they got to work and you never ever saw them sweat. We started only 30 minutes behind schedule which was totally because I, the bride, sat back and enjoyed one last glass of champagne as a single woman!!! It was the best day of my life and one of the most beautiful days as well, everything to the very last detail - all because of Mandy and Team !!

Mandy is wonderful to work with. She did our flowers as well as the wedding coordination at Lake Lure Inn. More people complimented our flowers than any other one specific thing in the wedding. To this day my friends talk about how pretty our flowers were. We spent some time discussing our vision with Mandy and she was able to translate our vision into something better than we could have ever imagined. I even plan translate a photo of our flowers to a canvas for my dining room. My mom and I are forever grateful and highly recommend using An English Flower cottage for your flowers.

Mandy and her team at An English Flower Cottage were AMAZING! My husband was a bit weary as to why we needed a Wedding Planner for the week of our wedding but within 5 minutes Mandy was able to explain the value of her services. Subsequently, my husband was convinced it was a valuable investment and we're glad that we chose her! She ensured we were up-to-date with all activities and did not have to worry about the finer details on the day of the wedding. Although she did both our floral and coordinating - she did not compromise her quality of work which was essential. I would highly recommend An English Flower Cottage and Mandy to all future brides! Hiring Mandy as our florist and week-of-wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! The bouquets, table decor and ceremony decorations were all unspeakably beautiful. She was also extremely kind to work with my budget while still creating all that I had in mind. After only a few conversations and pins on Pinterest, Mandy gleaned our style and made what we had in mind it come to life. During the weekend of the wedding, I was a relatively stress-free bride because of Mandy's coordinating services! She made sure all vendors and elements were in place down to the tiniest details for an incredibly smooth day, and I didn't have to worry about any of it. The only problem we had during the entire wedding occurred after the father-daughter dance when the button holding my bustle broke. Before I even realized what was happening, Mandy had me by the hand, softly telling me everything was under control while leading off of the dance floor. She pulled out needle and thread, sewed the bustle back together, and had me ready to dance again before I had even missed a full song! Mandy has a wonderfully calming air about her and is very talented in all that she does. Thank you, An English Flower Cottage!!

What can I say! An English Flower Cottage with Mandy, our wedding planner, was awesome! Organized, professional, down to the very last detail. As well as Linda, Mandy's partner. They both were at my daughter, Kate's side, the bride, at every turn throughout the entire day, evening, and night! Kate said she thought she was a princess for they tended to her each and every detail. The flowers, oh!!! the flowers, were so very beautiful, vibrant, and colorful. The reception decorations were stunning! The desserts, thank you Mara, our officiant, thank you Jacqui, and The 1927 Lake Lure Inn, thank you! My daughter had a 1920's Great Gatsby Theme Wedding at The 1927 Lake Lure Inn in Lake Lure, NC! Mandy and her team made the ceremony, dinner, and dancing venues come alive just as it would have been at the time the inn was built! She left no details out!! During the first conversation, I wasn't sure what my "vision" was for the special day... and somehow I feel like Mandy and Linda figured out what flowers would be perfect, decorations that would be stunning, and what we needed for day of assistance. Mandy was my wedding planner and both Mandy and Linda handled my flowers and decorations. I cannot express how grateful I am to these two wonderful ladies for making my wedding a dream come true. Mandy was there throughout my wedding planning process to keep me calm, answer any questions I might have, give me advice, and most importantly, keep me on schedule for decision-making. It became more than just a simple business agreement, she became my friend. So by the time the wedding rolled around, I felt as though I could let go and trust her completely to handle everything. She managed every little detail the weekend of my wedding, leaving me with no worries so I could focus solely on enjoying myself. She kept me fully relaxed and made sure every moment was one to cherish for a lifetime. What can I say about Mandy Frazier and Linda other than they were absolutely fantastic to work with! Not only did they do an amazing job with our floral needs for our daughters wedding but Mandy also did double duty as our planner as well. Mandy and Linda are positively magnificent!!! Unlnike many girls, I have not been planning my wedding since I was 5 so I had only about 2% of a vision. Mandy and Linda were able to take my faint suggestions, my eclectic Pinterest board and turn into an absolutely gorgeous affair that represented my husband and I flawlessly. They were so kind throughout the process and were very in tune to my erratic emotions - and they knew how to say just the right words to calm and soothe!! They had some amazing ideas that only enhanced the wedding and though I had initially been completely ANTI wedding planner, these lovely ladies want to make me tell any newly engaged couple to hire a wedding planner, especially this wedding planner! We were planning our wedding from 2 different states, with the wedding taking place in a whole different state, so we really had to rely on the girls at An English Flower Cottage. I was worried that since we rarely met face to face prior to the wedding that the flowers and flow of the day wouldn't match with what we were going for. Fortunately I couldn't have been more wrong. The decorations were spot on and pretty impressive given how little they had to go on. Mandy did an amazing job as the wedding coordinator, she took care of some potentially nasty situations (one mom forgot her sand for the sand ceremony) with ease and I honestly didn't have to worry about anything the moment she took over at the rehearsal. Very happy with our day and the services provided.

Mandy knew how important this wedding was for my daughter and I. Both of us at different times had a close brush w/death and we were very lucky to be there together. She made sure EVERYTHING worked perfectly. Although she was not the official "day of person", we asked her to provide support and boy did she.
The wedding was at Lake Lure Inn, and she smoothed out every bump so that the ceremony and reception flowed seamlessly. It was supposed to be outside--it rained. No problem adapting. Mandy is a very strong comforting presence, knows her business and performs w/grace and discipline.
Oh, the flowers. Knockout. My daughter gave her a concept out of a magazine and Mandy not only made it come alive but improved on it.
In summary, if you don't engage her services for your daughter's wedding in the Asheville area you're rolling dice. She and the English Flower Cottage should be your first choice of vendors--she knows all the rest.
I apologize to Mandy for not writing this sooner. Mandy you made our day!

Our wedding last weekend at Lake Lure Inn was truly perfect because of Mandy and her team from An English Flower Cottage. They provided our flowers and decor and Mandy was our on-site coordinator for our rehearsal and the day off. First, planning with Mandy was so great, she has the best, most creative ideas, which was evident in our reception decor. It was even more beautiful than I had dreamed. Mandy makes you feel like you're her only bride and puts so much into creating every detail to perfection. Second, our flowers were amazing. Stunning. It's been a week and they are all still alive at my house! We received so many compliments on our decor and flowers. The ceremony site was breathtaking. Lastly, we couldn't have pulled it off with out Mandy's on-site coordinating. She prepared us all at the rehearsal so professionally and efficiently, I never once stressed out about how it all would go the next day. Having Mandy at our reception was a HUGE stress relief. I can honestly say that I felt so certain she would take care of everything that I didn't worry at all while I was getting ready. All of our guests raved about how sweet she is and how perfect the whole wedding was. Mandy played a huge role in this. We cannot thank her and her team enough!!

Our daughter was married at Kenmure Country Club in Flat Rock. Mandy and Linda had a great relationship with Kenmure and were so very helpful with suggestions. They readily met with us at the "Cottage" as well as at Kenmure and answered all our frequent questions. Their skills and personalities put us at ease. It was extrememly important to choose the right florist for this event - my mother who had passed away - had been a floral designer, so we expected the best! We received that. On the day of our first interview with Mandy and Linda, we had scheduled a later meeting with another area florist. After our meeting at the "Cottage", we cancelled the other appointment without ever meeting with them. Our level of confidence in Mandy and Linda was and remains at the highest level.

The English Cottage Garden was wonderful to work with. From the planning stages to the wedding itself, they were professional, caring, and creative. They furnished flowers for multiple events, and each arrangement was beautiful and fresh. I would highly recommend the English Cottage Garden to my friends.

Mandy and her amazing crew were unbelievably fantastic- they totally nailed the romantic/vintage theme we wanted for our wedding. The planning process was so much easier because we were able to communicate the vision we had in mind with a Pinterest Board. I simply pinned beautiful images to my board and Mandy made them a reality. They were also very flexible. My father ended up building our chuppah (a marriage structure) and we discussed how they would decorate it based on a iphone photo I emailed them. Even though they had never seen the structure in real life, they made it so beautiful with draperies and floral arrangements. The bouquets were exquisite and the table decorations were perfection. I couldn't have been happier. I think they are a little pricier than other area florists- but you pay for what you get. Every detail was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!!!

An English Flower Cottage did a great job not only with decorations but also with coordinating the event! Everything was beautifully decorated to our taste. I was not stressed on the day of the wedding thanks to Mandy and all of her hard work!

At first I was not going to hire a planner for my destination wedding.... After talking to Mandy I knew that not only that I needed one but that it needed to be her. If you even talk to her you will know what I mean. She did the flowers and planning. The flowers were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. Exactly what I wanted!! We had a huge mishap at my wedding due to the terrible caterer running out of food, and if it wasn't for Mandy I would have had a breakdown. She handled it and it ended up being as ok as it could be. She makes you feel like you are her only bride and that you are most important. The woman is truly amazing and I could go on for hours about it. Aside from my husband, she was the next most important person there on the wedding day. I rate her a one million :)

Mandy and Linda were wonderful to work with and my flowers were beautiful. I am so pleased I couldn't have asked for anything more. They also saved the day when I realized I had forgotten my veil and they made me a hair comb with flowers which I ended up liking even better.

From the beginning, I had very specific ideas about what I wanted my wedding to look and feel like. Mandy, at An English Flower Cottage, did a wonderful job taking that vision and making it a reality.

Planning a wedding from out of state is a challenge. But Mandy was there for me each step of the way. She used Pinterest to exchange ideas and begin to build a vision for the wedding. And, beyond the flowers, she was just a wonderfully comforting presence as the process of wedding-planning got more and more stressful.

In the end, the flowers and the decorations for the wedding and reception were exactly what I had dreamed of. I actually cried when I saw my bouquet, because it was so perfect.

Mandy Frazier of An English Flower Cottage, and her assistant Linda are absolutely wonderful! They were able to take random thoughts and ideas and create the most beautiful floral arrangements. I received so many compliments on them that I could take absolutely no credit for! Mandy and Linda are patient, helpful & professional. I felt their prices were fair. We also utilized their tuxedo rental services for our event. All of the tuxes fit perfectly on each groomsmen, they looked incredible & they were relatively inexpensive. Also I must mention our event was planned from Los Angeles, and took place in Lake Lure, NC. None of the groomsmen went for a tux fitting. Mandy is great at utilizing social media, as well as email to communicate to create the day you dreamed of!

An English Flower Cottage provided all our bridal flowers, reception centerpieces, and church floral decorations! We were very pleased with all decorations/flowers! They met with us several times to ensure that our dream wedding took place! Everything was gorgeous!!!

Thanks to Mandy and Linda...my wedding ceremony and reception was absolutely gorgeous!!! I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect...these gals are so creative! I have had compliment after compliment from friends regarding how beautiful the ceremony and reception were...that is all thanks to Mandy and her crew. She was able to take my vague ideas of what I wanted and turn them into something amazing! She also was always in contact with me and responded to emails or voicemails quickly for which I am very thankful. Not everyone conducts business in this manner - she went above and beyond to help me figure out what I wanted, to keep me sane, and did a wonderful job the day of the wedding in making everything run smoothly. I am very appreciative of all Mandy and Linda did for me and my husband throughout our wedding planning experience. I recommend their services above and beyond any other florist/wedding planner....you will NOT be disappointed!

If I could give Mandy 10 stars in each category, I would. She is an absolute genius who is a joy to work with. As one of "her girls" I really felt like our day was special to her as well. We started back in January with ideas and it was amazing to see them all come together. All the decorations were beautiful and the bouquets were stunning. As a fall wedding with an antique rustic theme, she really pulled together a gorgeous arbor with burlap, apple crates, apples and Sunflowers. I have had so many compliments on that structure! Without pictures, it is hard to describe how breathtaking her work is (of course, with the help her wonderful partner in crime - Thanks Linda!). As a florist she was so fun to work with and bounce ideas back and forth with on pinterest and via email. As it got closer, we had a "meeting of the minds" at her shop with us and Paula Benson from the venue to nail down final details - amazing to have my coordinator/florist and venue coordinator work so closely together to make it all happen!

As a day of coordinator, Mandy is priceless! She made sure everything happened on schedule and took care of any issues with grace and amazing calmness. She always made sure we were where we had to be and kept us fed and full of champagne the whole way through :) She worked magic with a very high maintenance band and convinced our venue to let us go a teeny bit over time. She was a wonderful puppeteer and if I ever plan a big event again, she will be the first person I call!

Mandy and Linda were amazing! From the very beginning, Mandy helped us to shape our vision for the wedding. Not only did she realize our own ideas, but she helped us to take them to the next level of elegance and uniqueness. During every conversation and meeting, she evoked excitement and a warm friendliness. Even during the day of the wedding when I started to get nervous about all of the details, she showed up to calm me down and tell me that I don't need to worry about anything except getting myself ready for the day... and she was right! My daughter Annie's wedding was at Rumbling Bald Resort on Lake Lure,NC and we are from Cincinnati...I walked into An English Flower Cottage and knew right away this was the place for us! Spent 2 hours with Mandy & Linda, had so much fun, booked them right away! I left to go back home and just knew that I didn't have to worry about the flowers till I would see them the day of the wedding! The flowers and every detail that they did exceeded our wildest dreams and we are forever grateful and amazed at their talent.Our guests still haven't stopped talking about how beautiful it was! Love those two crazy gals!!!!

Our daughter was married on November 5, 2011 at Lake Lure Inn. She was fortunate to find Mandy and Linda at An English Flower Cottage to coordinate the flowers and decorations for her wedding. We received so many compliments on the beautiful fall flowers and room decorations. One Inn employee was kind enough to say it was one of the most beautiful weddings he had seen at Lake Lure. The morning after one couple asked for Manady's name and number. As our daughter and attendants were removing their things from the Concierage Room, a few guests stopped to say how beautiful the flowers and rooms looked.
Everything Mandy and Linda created from the bouquets, to the Gazebo, to the table decor was exceptionally beautiful and stunning. (However, the candy and favor table was my favorite!)
The coordination for the rehersal and wedding was excellent. I will always remember their kindness and attentiveness throughout the afternoon and evening, especially with my "zipper snafu"! I can not say enough about these two highly talented and creative ladies. Please give An English Flower Cottage a call, I believe you will not be disappointed !!

Mandy & Linda are wonderful! They make your ideas come to life. I had ideas but they took my ideas and made them so much more personal and appealing. It was nice to sit and "chat" with them and afterwards realize that the flowers for the wedding were taken care of. I did not have to worry about that anymore.

An English Flower Cottage did an amazing job for our wedding. Mandy and Linda are great to work with. From picking out flowers to decorating the gazebo and dining room they were there every step of the way with ideas, suggestions and photos. If you can picture it, these ladies can accomplish it. I would highly reccomend An English Flower Cottage!

I cannot say enough about Mandy and Linda at An English Flower Cottage - they are truly, truly, truly AMAZING!! Absolutely phenomenal!! From the first phone call and first meeting, we knew we had the right florists. They are so friendly and warm and easy to talk to. We were continually impressed with their level of professionalism and experience. We came in with a few ideas about what we liked and they were able to take those ideas and completely transform our whole wedding into a dream! They always had really great advice and an attention to detail that is matched by no one! Also, they had reallly great relations with our other vendors (we had our wedding at the Lake Lure Inn), and that made things much easier, I think. Everyone you talk to sing praises about these ladies, so I was really excited to see what they put together.
They were super flexible and responsive. They worked with us to stay within our budget and to still have such an amazing quality. My guests are STILL talking about how beautiful everything was (from the ceremony to the reception)!! My fiancee and I moved to another country before our wedding, and they were always available on the phone, skype or an email away whenever we needed them. Because we were planning from so far away, we trusted them 100% and they completely nailed it!
Additionally, Mandy helped us with the wedding planning and she was a savior! Everything went PERFECT. I think back on our wedding and there is nothing that could have gone better. It was exactly what we wanted. Everytime I thought about something that needed to be done, Mandy was one step ahead and had already taken care of it. I never felt stressed the whole day because Mandy was on top of it all.
On top of everything, they really made us feel like it was "our" day and it was all about us! They really made our wedding an unforgettable weekend and cannot thank them enough!

My daughter Ashley's wedding was perfect. Mandy and Linda made her dream come true. The flowers were beyound beautiful. Mandy was our savior as our wedding planner we could not have possibly made it through the week end without her caring and quidance. The wedding was everything we dreamed about and more. God bless you Mandy and Linda for all that yu did and for the kind,wonderful,caring individuals that you are. My husband and I feel that we have found new friends and Ashley and Scott have started their journey on an extremely positive foundation.
