Roselily Bridal is the best bridal shop in the Tri-City area! They have so many great dresses and a great selection of plus size dresses! All of the staff was amazing in trying to help me find my dress. Even though I didn't buy from them, they had the best customer service hands down. I wish I would've upgraded my appointment to have snacks and champagne though. It was an experience I will never forget. -

Covid bride
I absolutely adored my time at Amy's Bridal Boutique. I was able to find a dress within an hour and the staff helping me really listened to what I was searching for. Amy’s Bridal was the last place I went to to shop for wedding dresses and nothing else came close to my experience there. I wish I would’ve gone there first! They take the time to listen to exactly what you want. They are all so nice and I never once felt pressured by the workers like I had at other places. When I found my dress I knew I loved it, but it was missing something. The ladies worked to come up with accessories I could add to make it my dream dress and I fell in love with it. Going here was just like the experience every girl dreams of. They treated me and my girls like royalty and I will definitely be sending all my friends there for their wedding dresses in the future! -

I would highly recommend this salon to any brides looking for an amazing experience, and gorgeous dress!! -

They are willing to work and accommodate most price ranges and will do their best to help you find the perfect dress! It takes me an hour to go to the shop but it is soooo worth the drive! -

Laura Sent on 02/22/2012Amy and her staff and truely a blessing! They are so nice, helpful, and willing to go "all out" to help you have choses to have to pick your perfect dress. Amy's eye for what looked good on me was amazing - I didn't really know what kind of dress I wanted and this was the first place I had gone too. She picked a few selections for me to try on after I shared my likes and dislikes and in the end the first dress she suggested was the dress I went with because it looked the best on me! My fiance has also gone in and reserved their suits also. The pricing is very reasonable! -

The girls there are attentive and kind, although I dock .5 star for an employee (whom I can't remember the name of) who seemed like she had other things to do when I went back in during the waiting period for my dress to try it back on. I felt like that was unprofessional and it doesn't make a girl feel good. But that was only once out the 4 times I went in there for something or another. I still stand by this shop.
My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Amy's as well and they looked absolutely stunning.
It was nice that they were able to place an order for my out of town bride after she went in to another wedding store and tried different styles of the designer on. -

I had gone to the wedding expo in tri-cities and this vendor was part of the fashion show which made me want to make an appointment here. It was WELL worth it. I had gone to two other bridal shops and liked some of the gowns, but the stylist I worked with really seemed to want to help me find THE dress and not just hurry to the next appointment. She really took the time to get a feel for what I was looking for. She picked a few different styles of dress for me and they all looked good on me, but I did find THE ONE here, massive selection at this botique. HIGHLY RECCOMEND! -
