During the planning stages, Amy was incredibly helpful and communicative. She was willing to discuss ideas, help guide our vision, and help us create the wedding of our dreams. She was prepared and punctual for the event. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly professional, yet she was never "clinical" or cold. She made us feel at ease in front of the camera and captured some amazing shots. She was flexible during the wedding, especially when bad weather ruined some of our plans, and she even came prepared with hand warmers to keep us warm. in the end, she provided hundreds of breathtaking pictures for an incredibly reasonable price. I can not emphasize enough how happy we were with Amy. She is spectacular and will make sure you have a million photographs to remember your occasion. Also, the kindest, nicest person ever, she is definitely someone you want at your wedding. -

We are over the moon our photos and videos from Amy and John. The quality is incredible, and the quantity is unbelievable. They delivered an incredible amount of photos so quickly, and our friends and family have commented several times that it looks like our wedding was featured in a magazine spread because the quality is so impressive. We’ve been looking through them nonstop, and every time we see some new gem. They captured so many big and small moments throughout the weekend. It is incredible that they were able to capture so much without us or our guests feeling like there were cameras everywhere. They blended seamlessly and it truly felt like we were just hanging out with them all day. They were so kind and lovely to work with and directed us beautfiully, while allowing us to be ourselves and capturing geniune and authentic moments. They both brought such a calm presence. We can’t believe they captured so much content and so many angles when we don’t even remember them doing that - we mostly remember them being by our sides and talking and laughing with us. So many of our guests have said similar things. They truly impressed everyone and have given us so many incredible photos and videos to remember the weekend. Hiring them was such a great decision. We would 100% do it again, and recommend them wholeheartedly. -

Talented, thorough and thoughtful
Amy was a fabulous part of our wedding! She was incredibly helpful, organized, creative and professional. We love all of the photos that she and her husband John took. They went above and beyond in capturing all of the wonderful moments of our special day. Our family and friends agree with our opinion that they were friendly, considerate and discreet. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a sneak peak of our wedding photos only one day after our wedding! We couldn't have chosen a better photographer to share our wedding day with, and we have nothing but fabulous things to say about Amy Weits Photography and Designs. -

Amy and John Weits were incredible to work with. From the moment we first spoke to Amy on the phone, it was easy to see how much care she and John put into every couple they work with. They took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple and built their approach to guiding us through out wedding day in a way that fit us perfectly. Their style was also exactly what we wanted and the highlight gallery that we received the day after our wedding(!) made it that much sweeter. -

Best photography choice!!
I've have known Amy for 8 year now. I knew her passion for photography so when looking for a wedding photographer I knew exactly who I wanted to ask. Amy flew up to NYS to photograph our wedding! We felt so relaxed and comfortable with her around! She had a us fill out a survey ahead of time of the types of photos we wanted and what meant the most to us and she absolutely delivered!! My husband had a broken foot at our wedding and Amy was able to keep his cast out of view in most of our photos. We ended up with hundreds of photos to chose from. Our day was captured so beautifully and we will cherish those memories forever. ❤️ -

Amy was more than we could ever hope to find in a photographer! She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera during our engagement shoot and at our wedding. Our wedding photos turned out so beautiful. We had so many last minute changes due to covid and Amy was super accommodating to everything. Our wedding day was even on her birthday and she was still willing to take us on. I've been married over a year now and I'm still in awe of our beautiful photos. I highly, highly recommend Amy! -

We had Amy photograph our 10/30/21 wedding. We spoke on the phone a handful of times prior to and she understood my vision and how I wanted my pictures to turn out. We only got a couple teaser photos back yet and they are absolutely stunning. She was amazing finding a spot for our first look, capturing the ceremony and the reception. -

Professional, Friendly, and Simply Amazing
Amy took the most beautiful photos for our intimate pandemic wedding. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Amy was quick to respond, fulfilled all of our requests, and a pleasure to work with. She had a teaser available for us the following day and had our full gallery available in less than a month.
10 out of 10 would recommend!! -

I hired Amy somewhat last minute before I proposed to my girlfriend. She helped me decide on where exactly I wanted to pop the question, giving me pros and cons to spots I was considering. Eventually, Amy hiked up to a mountain view at sunset, acted like she wasn't there for us, then took amazing pictures of the proposal as well as a photoshoot afterward with the setting sun. It was perfect and I have Amy to thank for that! -

Amy was SO flexible with our booking for our friend’s engagement. We changed the time and plan and she was so understanding and her photos came out STUNNING!! Amy has been so accommodating through the whole process of photos. We did our engagement shoot; and she was SPECTACULAR. Our wedding was 08.29.2020; she made sure to get all the photos I wanted and then Extra!!! She never made us feel rushed and was so sweet. We had sneak peak photos (about 5) THE NEXT DAY! She was very independent and wasn’t shy to roam around; which I SO appreciate because I wasn’t worried about whether the guys got as much attention as the ladies! She is absolutely amazing and I would never recommend someone else over her. -

Amy was nothing short of phenomenal! She was extremely responsive, met with us well in advance, answered all our questions and was early for every shoot. She was willing to do a family portrait session instead of an engagement session, which we loved! On the big day she was so easy to work with and made everything feel effortless. She captured every shot we asked for and so much more. She was able to capture all the happiness and love in our wedding and the pictures turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. If you are in the North Carolina/ upstate South Carolina area there is no one better to photograph your big day!
