We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant for our special day! Amy was a fantastic communicator from start to finish. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our ceremony and worked closely with us to craft a custom experience that was uniquely ours.
Her support was invaluable as we wrote our vows; she reviewed them with care and provided thoughtful feedback that made them even more meaningful. The result was a non-traditional ceremony that perfectly reflected our personalities and relationship.

Hocking Hills Elopement
We found Amy through our photographer, both locals in the Hocking Hills, Ohio area. We chose her from our very first phone call. She truly cares and wants to make sure it's the right fit for both parties. Her attention to detail and personalization is unmatched. Whether you have a vague idea of what you want or a solidified idea, she goes through all the ins and outs to making your ceremony everything it has the potential to be.
Amy puts an emphasis on your marriage(not just the wedding day) and ensures you're set up with the tools to create a foundation that will last. She creates the space for intention and authenticity to shine.
Amy made certain we knew everything there was to know, from the legal side to the heart of it all.
She was readily available to help us every step of the way and even handled all the marriage license stuff for us post wedding so we didn't have to stress about it!
I specifically loved her personal touch with the quiz/questionnaire she had us fill out and the beautifully articulate way she created the ceremony script.

Amy gave us a beautiful and well spoken wedding ceremony. We had several guests tell us that the way she spoke about us each personally appeared like we've known her for years. She has handled all of the marriage license paperwork for us and kept us well informed on it's progress. We would absolutely recommend her for anybody looking for an officiant! -

Warm, Fun & Memorable
We found Amy through Wedding Wire and felt an instant vibe match. From our very first conversation, she made us feel completely comfortable. Her experience was incredibly reassuring, and her guidance helped us create a ceremony that felt deeply personal and meaningful.
Coming in from Germany to get married, we loved how she seamlessly incorporated elements of German heritage into our unity ceremony—it was such a fun and special touch! The worksheets she provided helped us shape a ceremony that truly reflected us as a couple. She’s an absolute pro at what she does.
Beyond that, Amy has such a modern and inclusive approach. It was clear from the start that she creates a space where everyone feels valued and seen.
My dad kept mentioning how much he liked her and even asked if we had known her for a long time—that’s how natural and welcoming she was. She also helped us refine our vows, which made them even more special.
We’re so grateful to Amy for making everything come together so beautifully. Highly recommend! -

We were so fortunate to have Amy as our wedding officiant! From the very first meeting, we could tell that she was not just going through the motions—she genuinely wanted to get to know us and understand our story. Her approach to writing and officiating our ceremony was truly unique and so personal. She took the time to craft a ceremony that reflected our values, personalities, and love for each other, which made it feel even more special.
Throughout the process, Amy was incredibly thoughtful and communicative. She guided us through every step, providing suggestions while also making sure that we felt comfortable with every decision. It was clear that she cared deeply about making our ceremony meaningful, and that sense of care truly showed on the day of the wedding.

We loved having Amy as our officiant. She customized our ceremony and really got it right the first time around - though we were offered the draft and chance to edit anything, we chose not to. It was a simple process to fill out the forms ahead of time, and she really took in all the information and crafted words, intentions, and vows that captured us. I even had a guest ask to see some of the ceremony wording because it resonated so strongly with her and her husband as well! Do yourself a huge favor and contact Amy right away! One of the most fulfilling components of our wedding was our ceremony. Our initial meeting with Amy instantly solidified our decision to work together and her communication throughout the planning process was seamless. When we started in on planning our front-porch super micro wedding, we gave ourselves a little under six weeks and picked a date we knew our adult kids could be there. By the time we interviewed and selected Amy, she didn't have much time! But - she gave us the same compassionate, professional, and insightful guidance she'd give to couples who had six months. We had interviewed others but her ability to authentically connect, listen, understand, and translate our random ideas and sentiments into a ceremony that felt like home made the entire experience so much more "doable" - we were able to relax and enjoy the process, and the result was a ceremony that was meaningful, joyful, and real. Amy is a DREAM to work with!
We came to Amy unsure of what we wanted for our vows & ceremony. Amy asked thoughtful questions and spent time getting to know us and our story. She presented us with personalized vows and readings that captured our love story perfectly! We got so many compliments on how beautiful our ceremony was!
During the planning process Amy was super organized, timely & professional which was much appreciated during the hectic planning process. She made planning the ceremony SO easy!
We loved every aspect of working with Amy but our favorite thing about Amy is her energy and enthusiasm for her work. Amy is one of those people who makes the room brighter and her warm, friendly & positive energy not only calmed our nerves but set the tone for a perfect day!
We cannot recommend Amy enough!
