Amy was fantastic to work with! We did an engagement photo shoot and our wedding with her and loved the photos from both. Neither my husband nor I take many photos so she helped coach us and make us comfortable. She was flexible and captured the joy of the day for us! -

Amy was first very prompt with her response and helped me greatly with planning my vision for my wedding. Not only was she wonderful to work with, but she also worked very well with another photographer and a videographer that I hired. Her contract and flexibility made the process much less painful. Any questions that I had, she answered thoroughly. On my special day, all I had to do was show up and lean into the sunlight, Amy did the rest. I don't really like pictures, but she made me feel like a runway model. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a classy product that will be celebrated through many generations. -

Amy did a terrific job as photographer for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. As we were busy getting ready for the ceremony, Amy kept us on task for the shoot we'd planned together while also making sure we (including family and friends) had fun taking photos. Throughout the rest of the day, she snapped all kinds of great candids (as we were hoping!) and staged some beautiful backdrops. We wanted a colorful event, and that really came across in the results. The album is gorgeous. -

My wife and I were so blessed to have worked with Amy on one of the most important days of our lives! Amy prepped us with a "menu" of which shots we wanted and how much each package she was. It was very easy, and a great way to facilitate and plan when we would take photos; and considering how valuable wedding reception time is, this was a godsend. We signed our contract with her right away after we saw this. Amy was very receptive and communicative about our needs either through email or in emergency situations, by phone. During the ceremony and reception she was there at every important moment covering the wedding, but she was never obtrusive. It's almost like she was never really there but somehow captured all the important shots. We enjoyed her very appropriate documentary style. She also impressively avoided a meltdown with our ring bearer who wasn't cooperating during a shot. Everyone in the wedding party were shocked how fast she turned his face around to keep the photoshoot train moving. From candid shots to poses, Amy is the photographer you want. Great photos, great rates, great person! Thanks again Amy! -

Amy was perfect! She photographed my wedding day and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! She is so easy to work with and was very responsive to any communication prior to the big day. We just got our wedding pictures back and they are so beautiful, I can't stop looking at them! Her work really speaks for itself. She got all the candid shots we were hoping for and was very unobtrusive in doing it. I received compliments from many guests saying what a pleasure Amy was, she even trained my 3-year-old niece to take pictures on cue within 5 minutes of meeting her! I would highly recommend Amy for any pictures you may need, no matter the occasion! -

She truly seemed to enjoy herself at the wedding, which made us and our guests feel so welcome and comfortable with her. She clearly has a passion for art and photography, and would do whatever it took to get that great shot! Her dedication came through in the final photos. Her turn-around for getting the photos back was extremely impressive, and she captured the day perfectly. We especially love the candid, laughing photos, and the way Amy was able to showcase the beautiful nature that surrounded us on our big day. We can't stop looking at and loving all these photos! -

We did first looks and a majority of our posed photos before the ceremony and she was great at keeping us on schedule to make sure we got all the photos we wanted. After the ceremony, we got swept up into the excitement of the day and Amy was great at capturing all the important moments of the reception without us even needing to worry about it! Most importantly, we loved our wedding photos and are so happy to have them to remember the special day. We would definitely recommend Amy!

Michael Sent on 10/17/2017Working with Amy was like working with a friend. She was so friendly and responsive to our needs, it was as if she could read our minds. She communicates well and often via email, and was quick to respond to any email or call. All questions we had were answered thoroughly and without delay.
Our wedding was outside in very bright light overlooking the ocean, and the reception was inside of a dark clubhouse. There isn't one picture that isn't framable. -

On the day of she arrived on time, seemed 100% at ease and expertly managed the chaos that was the pre-ceremony, even getting some great photos of me and the girls during the delay. She knew exactly when I was getting tired of the photos and wrapped up the formals quickly, somehow handled my helicopter mother, and always seemed to be right where needed at all times. If your still on the fence about a photographer, Amy is it! -

Amy is wonderful, talented and professional. We hired her for our wedding June 2020 - which obviously was postponed. In the meantime, I got pregnant so she did a maternity shoot, newborn shoot and finally our wedding in July 2021. We had a queer witchy wedding and she totally got it and knew how to capture the ceremony without being obtrusive. She was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable even though neither of us had much experience being professionally photographed. She is especially talented at capturing light, color and spontaneity. She is not your run of the mill photographer. Hire her if you want photos that beautifully and authentically capture you and your loved ones! -

Great experience working with Amy for our wedding in San Ramon in early October. Waiting for the final prints from the wedding, but so far our experience in working with her has been great. We hired Amy because of her eye for capturing candid moments and can't wait to see what she captured. She was great to work with on the day of and had a great blend of not being in the way or distracting from any part of the wedding, yet I also knew she was there capturing so much of the activity. She has a great style and demeanor and her personality was really reassuring and calming to me as a bride and the rest of my family (who are large and unruly to manage at times!). I also found Amy's rates and packages extremely reasonable for the Bay Area. As someone who doesn't like to be photographed, Amy had a very good knack for relaxing both my husband and I. Very happy!
