Impeccable Work
Where to begin! My now husband and I always knew a planner was necessary to remove the stress from wedding planning and provide us with someone who could guide us through the complex (and competitive) process.
I found Amanda through a Google search and I am so happy that I did! From the moment we had our first phone call, I knew she would be the one who could not only execute my vision but could keep up with my intensity. We got married in Fall of 2022, a year full of competition for every vendor and venue available. The moment we signed our contract, Amanda was sending us lists of different options, on the phone with me any time I had questions or felt overwhelmed and was always available via text. The caliber of the vendor team and venue options Amanda was able to pull together were impressive - especially because not a single option was ever outside of my budget!
I signed up for full service planning which also included design. Amanda was able to talk me through everything I had added in my Pinterest boards, went back and forth with me on any items I was on the fence about and really helped me zero in on making the day feel authentic to my husband and I. My favorite thing about Amanda is how she was never afraid to call me out for coming up with ideas that were WAY out of budget (lol) but even when doing so, she always came with alternatives that would be within it.
The day of our wedding my husband and I were able to enjoy every single part of the day because Amanda and her team of wonderful planners were able to execute everything flawlessly.
Amanda, I know you do this every day but I want you to know that you truly made such an impact in my life and I will never forget you. Thank you for working so hard to make sure my wedding day was perfect and thank you to your team for bringing such wonderful energy.

Better than my wildest dreams
I wanted an outdoor whimsical fall wedding with tents, live music, flowers everywhere and food trucks. Amanda pulled off the greatest day of my life with grace. She is the intelligent articulate translator to any of your wildest Pinterest dreams. She is an expert in her field and incredibly kind. She helped navigate pricing, manage communications, and handled every hiccup with me ever having to worry about it. 10/10 -

My now-husband and I got married at a girl scout camp in NJ. We booked our venue prior to the pandemic, and were able to hire Amanda & her team after postponing our initial, 2020 date.
When we booked our location, we’d had no idea how we were going to be able to transform the large, empty activities building and open field into a space that really felt like a wedding venue. We didn’t really have much of a vision, and figured we would have to DIY pretty much everything.
When we first met with Amanda, we knew she would be able to whip us into shape, and we were right! Amanda & Brooke worked their magic, and and pulled off a beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception that everyone (us, and all our guests) are still amazed by.
Working with Amanda leading up to the wedding was great — even when traveling around the globe, she is super responsive. She organizes all files (quotes, contracts, timelines, etc.) in a shared folder so anything discussed is easily accessed at any time, which is a really to be able to reference. She also handles communication with vendors so everyone stays on track.
The day of the wedding, Amanda & Brooke tag-teamed handling us (the family & bridal party), and our vendors. Without their help, we would have been totally lost about where to be/when, and there would have been no timeline.
TLDR: Amanda & Brooke were great, and we would absolutely hire them again; they’re worth every penny! -

Amanda seriously makes your dreams come true!
Amanda is an absolute game changer! As a diy bride I thought I had everything locked in but I knew I needed a day of event coordinator so we could enjoy our day instead of working the logistics... Let me tell you I had no idea how much I needed Amanda and her team! We began working together after everything was mostly booked right before covid. Then the virus hit and everything was in the air. Amanda helped keep us grounded and guided us through rescheduling process twice! While I was in an emotional state of tears and breakdowns from almost two years of planning and she handled emailing all of our our vendors to coordinate our new day. That in itself was worth it but she did even more! Her extended assistance the weeks before, checking in with our vendors was a huge help! When it came to our wedding day Amanda and her team flawlessly put together everything we worked so hard on for so long and brought what was just a tent on grass to life! She kept everything moving smoothly and even helped pack everything up that night so it was ready to go the next morning. She truly made all the difference. As a perfectionist myself, her attention to detail and ensuring you have the best day is phenomenal. We were so lucky to have AMV Weddings on our team! -

Wonderful experience and I cannot recommend AMV enough. I cannot express enough positive things about working with Amanda and her team. I felt so comfortable talking with, working with, and trusting in Amanda- something that was inherently necessary. Starting the wedding planning process, I had all of my ducks in a row and was set to have the formal event of my dreams. When the pandemic hit and the re-planning process started, AMV was there for every step of the way- throughout all the stressful tear-filled days and all. She was very personable and organized it and it gave me a sense of hope that my wedding day would eventually be amazing. Even my bridal party is still raving about Amanda and her team. The attention to detail was real!
There’s no one else that I would have to go through this crazy ride of wedding planning with. Amanda has a fantastic eye for design and décor. We went from a grand tennis club event to a club vibe pizza party and I had full trust in her to execute it. I literally gave her a big bin of all our wedding décor and told her to “go for it” and go for it she did! Everything was perfectly placed, there wasn’t a single thing I would have changed. Our venue was very unconventional and didn’t have a traditional wedding coordinator, in fact I think our venue contact left mid wedding! Luckily, the all-star team from AMV was there to swoop in and not only save the day but make the entire vibe for the day stress free and PERFECT. Starting from her in depth schedule to packing up everything at the end of the night- it was the most perfect day ever. Highly recommend AMV 10/10 - 100% of the time. -

Brooke and Amanda were wonderful to work with. After postponing our wedding reception a couple of times due to COVID, we wound up upgrading our current contract with AMV, and could not have been happier with that decision. Amanda and Brooke handled all vendor communications seamlessly through our 2 postponements, getting everyone aligned on the new date and updating all contracts. We still held our ceremony on our original date, and Amanda put together a seamless and safe timeline, and was very flexible and patient with my indecisiveness about where to hold to ceremony. When it came time, 1.5 years later to finally have our reception, Brooke made sure that the day was as flawless as possible. I truly didn’t feel more relaxed and confident about how everything was being handled and executed. The entire day went by in a flash, but was certainly the (second) best day of my entire life! I appreciate the help, patience, and expertise that the AMV team brought to the table, and could not have put my wedding vision in better hands to execute. -

We were supposed to get married 3/28/20, the pandemic hit less than 2 weeks out and we had to scramble to reschedule last minute. We scheduled to June, then scrambled again to February 2021. With how things look, we have decided it is in the best interest of everyone (guests, staff, etc) to postpone until 2022. This has been gut-wrenching as you can imagine but Amanda has been SO unbelievably kind, understanding, and accomodating throughout this entire process. We have not offically had our celebration but we have been working with Amanda for over a year now and she has guided us through every bump in the road and mental breakdown (laugh crying). If you are on the hunt for a planner, look no further!! I will recommend her the rest of my life and will surely use her again for any event I can. THANK YOU for making this painful experience as smooth as possible! -

Change the name of this agency to “Glue,” because without them, there was no chance we would have held our event together. Having to call in AMV Weddings because of some rather stressful behind the scenes situations, Amanda, took matters into her own hands and made sure that our vision would be seen by anyone and everyone. Even more so, when Amanda had to step away from our event, she made sure we were in equally great hands with Brooke – who took everything we had and made it work. Not to mention that while you never know how much stress will actually be put on you, they are able to take what you’re directing them with in stride and get you whatever you need ASAP and whatever needs to be done even after. It’s hard to say that we’ve ever put such blind trust in a team and been completely blown away with every aspect of their work in making an event that felt so overwhelming going into it just the dream that we always envisioned. If you need anyone to make sure you hold it together on a day that you’re giving yourself to your partner – AMV is an “a must” vendor. -

Amanda was a gem. We hired her for partial planning services, and she took so much weight off our shoulders when it came to coordinating with vendors and coming up with a day-of plan.
If that had been all that Amanda did for us, it would have been more than enough. But when our plans changed at the last moment due to COVID, Amanda became the best ally we could have imagined. She handled extremely time-sensitive (and time-consuming) communication with vendors and helped us to come up with a new plan literally the day before our wedding. She also went above and beyond, helping to coordinate an alternative date for our reception.
Amanda guided us through an extraordinarily stressful time with grace, generosity, and focus, and we couldn't be more grateful for her assistance.
P.S.: Her intern Sophie, who was visiting from France, was also wonderful! -

Yes yes yessss!
WOW. I literally cannot find the words to describe Amanda and her team...
First and foremost, just do yourself a favor and book AMV to coordinate your wedding! It’s seriously a no brainer! Amanda is so very organized, attentive, quick thinking and positive!
We booked AMV about a year before our original wedding. At the time we were having our wedding at an alternative wedding hall and we just needed some day of coordination and decor help.
Cue Coronavirus.
Our entire wedding was essentially scrapped and we started to plan a new wedding. One. Month. Out.
When I say that Amanda planned a wedding in a month, I am NOT exaggerating lol. And it wasn’t just any wedding. It was a mid-covid-socially-distant-full of restrictions- DIY -Drive-in wedding.
Upon bringing the idea of a Drive-in wedding to Amanda, I was sure I would be met with at least one “no” along the way. Amanda took every wacky idea my out of the box imagination threw at her like an absolute pro and figured it out.
In one month, Amanda planned and successfully executed our DREAM day. It was BEYOND a perfect day! -

Amanda is amazing! I was skeptical at first about hiring wedding planners but now I'm totally convinced that you really need a planner/coordinator for your wedding day. Amanda is detail-oriented and easy to communicate with. We hired her as a day-of coordinator but she helped us a lot with the planning. She was very professional & exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her! -

Hiring Amanda as our Wedding Planner was one of the best decisions we made! We loved the option to hire her for the three months before our big day - she helped keep us organized, and let us know what items needed to be done ASAP. She helped eliminate the stress of paperwork and streamlined conversations with our vendors at the end of our planning process. Amanda created to-do lists and timelines for all the important players on our big day, including our parents, bridal party and the priest! Amanda is easy to talk to, quick to respond and felt like an old friend within minutes of meeting her! We would absolutely hire Amanda again - she was the perfect fit for our big day! She even sent us a lovely Christmas ornament to commemorate our first married Christmas - months after our event! -

I would never even begin to be able to make you understand what an amazing not just planner Amanda is, but what an amazing person she is. She 100% loves what she does and has no agenda but to make our wildest dreams come true. I found Amanda while searching for a planner on wedding wire. Hiring her was THE BEST DECISION I MADE DURING MY WHOLE PLANNING PROCESS. at the time I hired Amanda she was in the middle of traveling the world studying weddings around the globe. She insured me she would be available to me at any time and it would not hinder her performance. I was not worried and thought it was so spectacular and would add to her advantage of being one of the best out there. Over a year of emails and texts back and forth, ideas and feelings, well wishes and inspirations it created a relationship I would have never expected. I knew Amanda was willing to do anything and everything to make it the best day possible for me, my husband, and family. The day soon came and there was no worry in the world. She even gave each individual person of the wedding party their own itinerary!!!! There was never one moment I didn’t feel secure or was unsure of anything because I knew she had it completely taken care of. I really wonder how other weddings go on without someone like Amanda. I mean I guess they do but not as magical and smooth. I wish I could hire her a million more times to make my dreams come true. My wedding day was the ABSOLUTE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE. My husband and I will forever be in love with our day and how it all went down. It was truly magical. Amanda is forever now part of our perfect journey and I would do it 100 more times . It was sixty days before our wedding, and we knew we were in over our head. We were planning a do-it-yourself camp style wedding for 180 people and we were beginning to crack. Amanda saved our wedding by taking us on as a client with only two months until the big day. She immediately filled in our big gaps and got us focused. The wedding turned out to be everything we could have hoped for (and more).
Amanda is creative, flexible, reliable, and she has a high attention to detail. She also has a great energy about her and is able to deal with many different personalities. -

Hiring Amanda was one of the best wedding decisions we made. I can honestly say our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without her.
At first we debated whether we needed a coordinator but hiring Amanda was a no-brainer. Amanda worked at our venue for 5 years and knew the place better than anyone. It was exactly like having two maitre D's! But we have no doubt that she would have been fantastic at any venue as evidenced by her blog, Weddings Across the Globe.
My husband and I are more detail-oriented and Amanda was the "big picture" coordinator we needed to pull it together. We sat with her about a week before the big day and went over the timeline, floor plan and details we never would have even thought of ourselves.
From the time she arrived to the time she handed over the reception to the maitre D' Amanda kept everything on schedule,even shuttling us to our photography site and helping us shift things seamlessly throughout the day. We gave her some decorating responsibilities, which was initially the reason we hired her, but her expertise was so much more useful than we could have imagined. She helped us get flowers from a florist who was already booked by delivering and assembling all the floral pieces herself. Basically, anything we threw her way she took on as a challenge and excelled at.
