  Exceptional!

  Erika and her team (Agustina and Adriana) did an exceptional job! Even though she was not able to be present on the big day, she assured us that everything was going to be perfect, and it truly was. From the beginning to the end logistics, organization and details were top-notch. Guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. Thank you for making my sister`s wedding a dream come true, she is beyond happy!

  My dream wedding and planner!

  Erika and her team were wonderful!! Throughout the whole process Erika was so calm and assured me we can make anything happen. It is hard to plan a wedding in a different country but Erika had the best recommendations and vendors. I couldn't have planned my wedding without her. All her organization aside, she has a real gift with design and the wedding was absolutely beautiful.
  
  We opted to do the full travel concierge package and I have to give a special shout out to Adriana, she was such a big help organizing all of our group activities and travel. Multiple guests told me how wonderful she was to work with.

  Amazing experience with Erika and her team

  From start to finish, Erika helped me shape my vision for my wedding. As I drove to the wedding site the day of my wedding I had a few butterflies wondering if it will all come off as expected. When I arrived, I realized that my dream wedding had come true. Even though a warm front had come through the week of my wedding, the wind gods came through and we had a lovely breeze come through after the ceremony. Erika and her team, did an amazing job and I can truly recommend Amore Paraiso for your wedding. All of her recommendations for the venue, photographer, flowers, DJ, wedding singers, etc. were top notch.

  All around the perfect wedding coordinator

  Erika and her team made our wedding day so perfect. She thought of details and planning that we completely forgot to consider and was so quick and organized with coordinating prior to our wedding. On the wedding day she was so enjoyable to be around, and our day was stress free thanks to her. She is such a sweet person and has a very good eye for setting up venues in an ascetic and functional way. I am so thankful I had her support for our wedding, we seriously could not have done it without her.

  Erika was amazing to work with!

  We are a Jewish Moroccan couple that got married in Tamarindo, Costa Rica and brought along 100 of our closest friends and family. With this, we had more then a few traditions we wanted to incorporate during the week of our wedding. Erika did not bat an eye at any of our crazy ideas or extravagant traditions, she smiled, listened attentively, sometimes took a few notes, and followed through by making it all a reality! She is sweet and honest, and her and her team are highly organized. As the bride she always made sure I was comfortable and happy during the week, and that I was able to enjoy every moment of my events without having to worry about anything. Erika thank you a million times for one of the best weeks of my life and for allowing us to keep all our traditions in such a special place to us like Costa Rica!

  The best in the game

  Erika simply exceeded all expectations in the organization of our wedding. Planning a destination wedding can be very challenging, and Erika made the process smooth like butter. She helped us organize 3 total events, and all went better than we could have possibly hoped.
  
  Erika helped make the visions we had a reality - and this was no easy feat. We had many traditions and customs we wanted to capture in our events and Erika not only did her research about them but also went above and beyond to make sure they were captured perfectly.
  
  Another thing about working with Erika - no matter how stressful the situation might get, she is always cool, calm and level-haded. Nothing phases her. If there is a problem, she will right away look for a solution. She also has been doing this for quite some time, so knows all the vendors and pros/cons of working with them.
  
  Doing a destination wedding means having to trust the planner on the other side - in this case, we couldn't have fallen on a better planner. Highly recommend! Thanks again Erika and team!

Erika, Adriana, Virginia, Melissa, and the rest of the team are trustworthy, professional, and pleasant to work with. Communication was always timely. The decorations and design were stunning. Erika has such good style! The wedding planning process was much easier and less stressful than we expected. My partner and I didn't have to do anything or make any decisions on wedding day, which allowed us to relax and focus on the celebration. Having a destination wedding can be anxiety inducing, since we didn't get to see our venue or sample anything from the vendors ahead of time. Rest assured, Amore Paraiso has a close working relationship with all the vendors, meaning you get reliable, high quality service. Erika helped us set and maintain a realistic budget.   Best Wedding Planner in Guanacaste!!!

  Erika was absolutely amazing. She did such a phenomenal job with everything. She was incredibly responsive and on the money. We had a special case where we had to plan this wedding within 5 months which I wouldn't recommend. And she delivered. Every vendor she presented us with was absolutely amazing in the end. I'm sure that short time frame was very stressful for her but she made it work and made our dream wedding come alive. It was a colorful dream come true. We're so happy and thankful for her. I would highly recommend her!!!

  Amazing service!!

  We found Amore Paraiso on Instagram viewing wedding planners. We booked a flight to Costa Rica and Erika spent the afternoon showing us wedding venues. We ended up booking a venue and come wedding day everything turned out perfect! It was a great experience overall and the turnout of everything made our wedding day very special. Would definitely recommend!!

  Erika is one of the most kind, talented, and overall incredible people we have ever met. She coordinated everything for our wedding- from shuttles to and from the airport, excursions, Airbnb rentals, golf carts, etc for every single one of our guests. She put together the most breathtaking rehearsal dinner we have ever seen. And our wedding…it was more incredible than anything we could have ever dreamed. We found out later that there were a few hiccups that day and she fixed the problems as they came up without us ever even knowing. I wasn’t sure if what I envisioned for our wedding was possible but she took our ideas and created something absolutely breathtaking and dreamlike. All of our guests said it was the most beautiful & incredible wedding that they have ever attended and I know it is something we will all be talking about for the rest of our lives. She helped walk us through all the vendor decisions, all the planning and getting us to the point of our wedding day.   Amore Paraiso Weddings

  Erika was amazing. She was in touch with our daughter throughout the planning. It’s hard to trust someone will plan your wedding from afar(Los Angeles) but Erka was amazing. We felt we we were being a bit needy toward the end but she was so reassuring and flexible. We were a small group, 8, but it did not matter w regard to the service provided by Erika. Thank you!

  Dream come true

  We had such a wonderful experience with Erika and her team. Because we were in the states planning a wedding in Tamarindo, it was beyond helpful to have Erika coordinate with all the vendors. She created a beautiful design that was perfect for our special day and made sure our whole party was taken care of. I appreciated her way of reassuring us throughout the whole process and ultimately she created a day that we will always remember. Getting to meet Erika and her team was magical as well. I don’t know how to thank Erika and the Amore Paraiso team, it was a day we will never forget

  The best wedding planner ever!!!

  I wasn’t much help in the planning process as I work a lot! Erika looked at my Pinterest board and truly made my wedding dreams a reality. She was very knowledgeable about Costa Rica and the best vendors to use.

Watching her team transform our VRBO to our wedding venue on the day of our wedding was magical. She was there from start to finish and made sure there were no worries. She even did all of this with 2 months notice when we decided we needed help! I highly recommend Erika for your wedding planning and all other services while you are in town. She booked us golf carts, COVID tests, transportation, excursions, golf days, grocery shopped and delivered to the VRBO the day we got there, and the list goes on! Erika is absolutely amazing!

  Couldn't have planned wedding without Amore Paraiso

  Erika was such an incredible wedding planner. She nailed the wedding!! It was absolutely exactly what we envisioned!! She responded to all my questions and worked with us on budget. The day of wedding she was there, every step of the way and we did not do one thing but enjoy the day!

  I could say Amore Paraiso Weddings gave me the wedding of my dreams, but that would be an understatement. My wedding was better than I could have ever imagined thanks to Amore Paraiso. When we first started planning, I told Erika I didn't have any spare time for wedding planning. I made a pinterest board and filled out her questionnaire and she took it from there. She turned my scattered ideas into a beautiful reality. I could go on for hours about her amazing sense of design, but I should also mention her other great qualities. She was always available for video chats and quick to respond to emails. She was extremely flexible with my changing and crazy ideas (I changed my mind on wedding locations from one area of the country to the other multiple times) and even travelled over 5 hours several times to check out venues for me. I ended up choosing to have the wedding at a pretty remote location with no vendors in the area. She met with all the vendors, handled all contract negotiations, and arranged travel for them to my location. I never felt the need to go to Costa Rica during the planning process, as she sent plenty of pictures and slideshows of her progress. We started planning long before the pandemic and had the wedding in Feb 2021. She kept me up to date, not only on the Costa Rica travel restrictions, but also on the US restrictions! She arranged COVID tests for all our guests (requirement to re-enter US) and she even helped plan our excursions after the wedding. I was stress-free the entire time, and, if Erika was stressed, she certainly did not show it. She was always kind, professional, and so so sweet. The morning of the wedding, Erika got a serious eye injury, but she never stopped. Amore Paraiso Weddings will go above and beyond your expectations, they will never disappoint, and they will do it all while staying within your budget!
