We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the moment we began working with Matt, we were impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. His planning book was incredibly thorough, and it was clear he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our big day. It felt like every detail had been carefully thought out, which made the whole process so much easier.
On the day of the wedding, he absolutely nailed the vibe. He knew how to read the room and keep the energy high all night long. From the first song to the last dance, the dance floor was never empty! His ability to seamlessly transition between songs and keep the party going made our celebration unforgettable.

Best decision we made!
Amore DJ Entertainment was one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding! My husband was very particular about what our wedding music would entail, as he didn't want the, "average/cliche wedding music." Matt, the owner of Amore, was so detailed every step of the way, even including a personalized book that allowed us to pick, in detail, the music we wanted. He gave us tips, and advice, and was also just a kind person. I think a DJ can make or break a wedding as they hold the responsibility for the timeline (especially at the reception), and also hold the energy in the room when the dance floor opens. Matt did just that. Our whole reception was full of dancing, laughter, and just high energy! Our ceremony went smoothly (other than my brother missing his que to stop playing the piano lol). I highly highly recommend Amore DJ Entertainment if you are wanting an incredible DJ experience on one of the most important days of your life. Matt looks at it as that too - YOUR important day. He even snapped a few reception photos and sent them to us on a hard drive, with a Christmas ornament for our first Christmas married (we were married in May). No detail is lost, and I am thankful we went with Amore.

The DJ that you NEED to book!
Matt was the best DJ we could have asked for. He was always so professional and gave us insight to things planning wise as well. His book that he sent us was so thorough and went through every single step of the night to make sure that we got everything we wanted. The entire wedding day was so smooth, and his music kept everyone dancing! His fun games were also a hit! The pricing for what we got was completely worth it. All in all we paid about $1,700, and for what we got, it was worth every cent.

Matt/Amore DJ are marvelous!
Matt was a phenomenal DJ! He was professional, experienced, thoroughly prepared, organized, truly passionate about his craft, enthusiastic, offered wonderful music variety and knowledge and able to read the crowd. He spent a lot of time getting to know us and our taste and vision. He also had incredible advice and wisdom. Our ceremony and reception were at The Black Canyon Inn Homestead and he knows the venue extremely well. So many details that never crossed our minds about song choices and selections from start to finish, at first can be overwhelming, but he made it logical and digestible. The preparation he put in, the guide he provided for our input, allowed for such a smooth day, with no unwanted surprises! It was truly a seamless day, from start to finish. He had a schedule down to the minute and options down to a science. The dance floor was busy the entire night and everyone loved the energy and music selection! He has a lovely voice and a very smooth style, never interfering only adding to the flow of the night. We trusted him and he exceeded our expectations on every level, from the ceremony, to punctuality, and complete attention to detail the entire evening. He had to make a last call, as no one wanted to leave, he was that outstanding. All I can say is he provided a truly memorable impact on our most special day and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I’d give 6 stars if I could! We had Matt DJ our 10/3/25 wedding in Fort Collins and have nothing but good things to say about him and his work. Fantastic DJ
Matt was perfect when it came to our wedding music choices! He gave us a book for us to fill out (which was very helpful for two young people who didn’t really know what music to play for there wedding, lol). In the book he gave us he created a song wedding day planner book, example from the beginning walk down the aisle song to the last dance song of the night! Also, when figuring out what song to pick he gave us lists of the most popular first dance songs or most popular father daughter dance songs, a lot of question like those. Which was very helpful for it gave us a place to start. And if we didn’t want any of those specific songs we had the option to choose our own! He also gave us game options in the book for the guest sitting at the tables. We decided to do a game called mad lib. The guests loved it and when we read the cards later my husband and I had some good laughs. During the dance party Mat knew how to keep the people of the dance floor. For a wedding couple worried about the party scene we were surprised that everyone was on the dance floor having a great time! Smiling, singing and having fun! He communicated great with us, for he gave us the book to fill out, gave us a call a week before the wedding to talk about the song choices making sure everything thing is good. Showed up at the wedding venue the day of the wedding and knew exactly what he was doing for he had the book to go through and he knew exactly what song to play at this point of the night! I 100% recommend Matt for your DJ at your wedding!!!

Stress Free Wedding DJ
We had an amazing experience with Matt. He was extremely thorough on the front end, but it all paid off come the day of the wedding. As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing and knew that he had it all handled. Our ceremony was beautifully done and the timing of the music and quality of the sound was just what we had envisioned. The reception was so much fun. As soon as it started, Matt went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I had all that we needed. He helped to direct the night so that we didn’t have to worry about the timing of anything and could just be fully present and in the moment. The dance floor was rocking from the time the music started until the very last song. We asked Matt to extend his time with us multiple times throughout the night because we were having too much fun and he was flexible and kind and happily kept the music rolling. We had several guests come up to us during and after the wedding to tell us that that had been their favorite wedding to ever attend. Great Wedding DJ/MC
Matt was great to work with, he is very experienced and very detailed in his preparation for the event. He sent out a planning book in advance of the event that goes through all the details of how the wedding night should go and what songs we wanted played during each moment. The book is full of creative ideas and different takes on doing the dances, entrances, bouquet toss, etc. We did not have a wedding planner and Matt acted as a quasi-wedding planner/day of coordinate and worked well with all our other vendors to make sure we had an amazing wedding and played a big part in making the night run smoothly. Matt played a good mix of music based on what we discussed and had the dance floor rockin all night long. Would definitley recommend him if you are looking for a wedding DJ/MC.

We worked with Matt and Tami for our October 2024 wedding (Matt was our DJ and Tami managed our photo booth). They both did an incredible job. Matt knew exactly how to change up the music throughout the night to keep people engaged and dancing, while incorporating the songs we really wanted to hear. Tami did a wonderful job keeping our guests engaged at the photo booth. Our guests are still talking about how great the music was months later. Highly recommend working with them for your wedding in the Front Range!

The work they put in was so incredibly thorough and detailed, and it really showed how dedicated they were not just to the music, but to making the whole day perfect. Amore DJ Entertainment exceeded our expectations! He is very organized and thorough and I appreciated that quality because as a bride there’s already enough to plan and organize. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that we were incredibly lucky to have found Matt at Amore. He was so detail oriented and had everything nailed down before our big day. Not only was he amazing during the wedding, but Matt goes above and beyond with the things he does for you that aren't even in the contract. HIGHLY Recommend Amore Entertainment
As mother of the bride, I obviously wanted to throw a great celebration for our daughter. 34 years ago my husband and I hired a 7-piece band so there was continual music (only 1-2 band members took a break at the same time). We thought this was awesome. After viewing our video multiple years on our anniversary, I can say I wish we had gone with a DJ where the song sounds exactly as you think it will. We have used Amore DJ Entertainment for both of our kids' wedding and have NO REGRETS. While our own live band was fun, I wouldn't make the same decision again if I could have a "re-do." Matt works hard to work with the couple to understand what they want. We wanted the dance floor to be crowded the entire time, and I can guarantee you that Matt at Amore DJ Entertainment dd exactly that. On top of that, my husband (father of the bride) planned a surprise to play his saxophone which he hadn't played in literally nearly 40 years, and the DJ made it happen, kept the surprise, and accompanied the version he had practiced. In addition my niece sang the song the bride walked down the aisle to, and Matt the DJ made it happen and even verified several times the version so everyone was on the same page. No subsitute for that—and the DJ was cheaper and more reliable than a band! NO REGFRETS after using Amore Entertainment for two weddings! (satisfied mother of the bride 10-27-23 and mother of the groom12-16-17).

The BEST DJ around!
We were so happy with our decision to hire Matt with Amore DJ Entertainment as our wedding DJ. He was the DJ at two of my friends’ weddings several years ago, and those weddings were so much fun that I knew we just had to have Matt be our DJ as well. The energy at our wedding was INCREDIBLE. The dance floor filled up in about 10 seconds and it never died down! It was exactly what I pictured for the energy of my wedding. Matt was incredibly prepared and organized heading into the day that I knew it would all go swimmingly, and it did! Matt has all his brides and grooms fill out a music workbook about a month before their weddings and that really pays off. I was able to select the vibe/type of music I wanted played before, during, and after the ceremony, what we wanted for cocktail hour and dinner, and then of course what we wanted for dancing. Every detail was considered, which is exactly how I like to handle things. I put my utmost trust in Matt and I was so happy that I did. He really made the evening what it was! He controlled the whole flow of the evening and I didn’t even feel the need to have a wedding coordinator. He also has hard copies of all his music as to not leave anything to chance as far as bad Wi-Fi, slow streaming, etc. If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing! We have received so many compliments on the music, and our friends have been telling us they didn’t want to leave because they were having so much fun on the dance floor. Stop researching other DJ’s and hire Matt, you will not regret it! Thank you, Matt!

Amazing DJ!
We hired Matt to be our DJ for our destination wedding at the YMCA at the mountainside lodge. It is super windy out there and the wifi is questionable - not once did we worry or not have music - he was incredible! He went above and beyond to ensure I could walk down the aisle to the instrumental version of my choice. He was amazing the whole night! So many people complimented how great he was days after the wedding. He did a great job of "reading the room" and we all are still talking about how much fun we had dancing all night! He was wonderful and we highly recommend him! It was perfect and wouldn't have been possible without him.

The Best DJ and Event Coordinator Around!
Amore DJ Entertainment (Matt) was the best DJ we could have asked for. Everything he does is well planned, prepared and very thoughtful. He provided us with a book that outlined music options for every special moment of the night. The book even had fun ideas for throughout the wedding on how to take a different spin on things such as the bouquet toss. Matt was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He also has a huge music selection and was very flexible with the music selection. He was not only a DJ but also an event coordinator! He was very helpful with ensuring that everyone was coordinated, helped us to build the timeline of the events and made sure everything flowed well. It's so hard to put into words all of the good that Matt did for us that night and I would recommend him as a DJ to everyone who's trying to make sure their big day goes well.

Amore Entertainment was a life saver for our wedding!! After a two year engagement my husband and I planned a wedding in four short weeks. We tried to prioritize our “must haves” and for some crazy reason we thought we could get away with having a friend play Spotify for our reception. However, 2.5 weeks in I found myself stressing more about the reception than anything else. I wanted the flow to be perfect and not stress about what songs we should and shouldn’t play. So, I tried my luck and called Amore DJ Entertainment. Within a day I heard back from Matt, who unfortunately was already booked, but offered us his go-to-guy, Marc. Matt then immediately expresses mailed us his “very thorough” wedding book and we were on our way!! Fast forward to wedding day - from the moment Marc introduced us up until the very last song, everything went perfect!! Having Marc be the MC took the stress out of our night so we could fully enjoy every moment. He was able to reach the needs of a crowd with age differences from 8-80 yrs old to get everyone out on the dance floor. It was truly the most beautiful night of my life!

The one vendor from our wedding I recommend above all others
My wife Sydney and I had a beautiful wedding with all the bells and whistles. We worked with: a florist, event staff, photographers, and what seemed like a million vendors. I’m here to tell you that the best choice we made was Amore. Matt and his team were incredible from beginning to end. Have you ever been at an event that just flowed? Where someone had thought of the smallest details? That doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because someone like Matt Martindale has done it a million times and cares about this particular time, your time. He was an incredible DJ and Master of Ceremonies who listened carefully to what we wanted and made it happen. Our guests loved the photo booth. It was fun, easy to use, and the guests left a copy with a message that we got to keep! Matt gave me an abbreviated version of his Groom Work Shop. That advice by itself was worth every penny. Matt was so easy to work with! We couldn’t have been happier with his service. All of our guests had a ton of fun and the day went smoothly!
We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and Matt went above and beyond with his flexibility and helped us along the way. Matt was very easy to communicate with which was a blessing. We planned our wedding from out of state and never had to worry about getting a hold of Matt.
Before the wedding Matt sent us a book that he wrote himself to help plan the ceremony and reception. Matt thought of everything for the book and we also learned a lot about the history of different wedding traditions and about new things we could have at our wedding! Matt was also super candid when it came to adding on things that he wasn’t sure would work with our particular venue space. We REALLY appreciated this and it made us feel even more confident in our decision leading up to the big day.
The day of the wedding went super smooth thanks to all of the planning and attention to detail. Everyone at our wedding was having a great time the whole night and we got lot of complements on our music and the additions we had thanks to Amore’ Entertainment.

We had a small wedding and thought a DJ was too much. WRONG!! Matt made the event and he helped with the ceremony and made the reception a lasting memory for all. Matt from Amore DJ Entertainment went above and beyond as a DJ for our wedding. He was very thorough and really took the time to get to know us as a couple as well as our guests before the big day to ensure that he provided the perfect service for us. I was blown away by his professionalism and the passion that he has for what he does. I was worried how the flow of the day would go and what might go wrong but Matt ensured everything was seamless and we had nothing to worry about. He even was able to play a last-minute video from my brother who was serving overseas and was unable to attend our wedding – it was SO special and meaningful that he was able to do that and brought tears to the whole room. His services go well beyond providing music and fun for your special day. He provided us with an in-depth questionnaire booklet that helped us walk through our entire wedding day from start to finish which was amazing. It was actually fun to go through and fill it out and was even more amazing to see it come to life day of! I highly recommend Matt and all the staff at Amore DJ to everyone! He also offers photobooth as an add-on which is awesome and convenient if you’re looking for both! After our wedding Matt took the time to mail us a package with some photos that he took during our wedding, a small gift, and a handwritten note – It was so special for us to receive! Matt with Amore DJ Entertainment was the first DJ we interviewed for our wedding. After chatting with him for an hour, my fiancé and I knew we would be in great hands working with him. In the car leaving that first meeting, we knew we would be wasting our time to look anywhere else! He broke everything down for us, took what we wanted, and made the experience truly unique and unforgettable. Matt is not just a DJ, but a Master of Ceremonies. He ensures that all parts of the event go smoothly… even the parts that seem like they might not affect his job or responsibility.
When Matt MC’d our wedding, he went to great lengths to make our day truly memorable. One example of Matt’s brilliant ideas, he had us record our vows before our big day. He then overlaid them into the song we selected for our first dance. Our guests (especially the bride’s mother) just gushed over this attention to detail. For the bridal party dance, he even found a song from my wife’s favorite band that was only released in Japan. We will never forget the wonderful time we had and how he was an integral part of our success!

Matt with Amore was an absolute dream. He was so helpful throughout the entire pandemic, and made sure to do his best to keep everyone safe.
We went with Matt not only for his music knowledge, but for his wedding knowledge. He has this incredible book that has all sorts of ideas for how to make your wedding unique.
We had to switch from 130 to 50 and eventually down to 20, and Matt adapted with each one. He was amazing at keeping our guests engaged and laughing throughout the night, even though we didn't have a huge "dancing" crowd.
Hands down I would continue to recommend Matt to anyone looking for not just a DC, but a true Master of Ceremony!

Amore DJ is amazing. We worked with Matt throughout our process and he was so professional and easy to work with. He brought up ideas and suggestions we didn’t even think about. We had Mark as our DJ on the day of our wedding and he was awesome. Our ceremony was perfect and our reception was so much fun. We provided just a couple of songs that we wanted played (I.e. entrance, first dance, etc.) but then gave Mark the creative freedom. A true testament to a great DJ is for them to read the crowd and get the guests dancing at he reception. We had so many people dancing and having a good time and we heard countless guests comment that they have never danced so much in their life. Matt was recommended by a business associate of mine and after our first meeting with him we knew we had our guy. He was extremely organized and professional along the entire planning process and always got back to us quickly and with what we needed.
Matt did our ceremony, cocktail hour, AND reception and we were very happy with the music selection and setup. It was a seamless transition to all three areas of the venue. We had some very particular items we asked for and Matt helped us with each of these to make our wedding day experience great (he stuck to our no play list made sure our random assortment of requested music flowed). He had good advice on the reception and our dance floor was so packed all night we had to move additional tables out of the way. His candid photos he sent us just before Christmas were also a great touch.
We also utilized the Photo Booth services and it was worth it. Great props and also very speedy. I've been to other weddings where the lines for the booth get long because the technology / service is slow. That wasn't the case with DJ Amore - people genuinely enjoyed the experience and went through multiple times.
I would highly recommend both the DJ experience and the photo booth for your wedding day.
Grooms - be sure to set aside some time for the boot camp experience. some very good advice and tips to make your day even more special.

Incredible Experience!
On October 19, 2019 my nephew Mike and his beautiful bride Jessica celebrated their wedding day in Golden, Colorado. My family and I traveled all the way from Nashville for this special occasion. Four months prior to the event Mike and Jessica called me in a bit of a panic asking if I could recommend a DJ for their upcoming wedding. They where having quite a struggle trying to find a DJ because they just didn’t connect with anyone they interviewed which was so important to them. Jess and Mike set up an interview the very next day and immediately there was a connection. They hired Matt right on the spot! I knew they were in great hands for many reasons. Not only is Matt a fabulous DJ and MC but his attention to detail leading up to the event was top notch. He created a great playlist from their requests and had an extensive finalizing worksheet that even included a section for that all important “do not play” list. Things that couples don’t typically think about leading up to their wedding is at the forefront as part of his process in planning such an important day. For Mike and Jess, it made preparing for their wedding so much easier. This is what makes Matt Martindale with Amore Entertainment such a true professional! Now lets talk about the wedding. What an incredible celebration! The whole event went so smoothly and guests danced all night long. I have to say it was one of my favorite weddings I’ve ever attended (minus my own of course). The music flowed, the event never stopped and we danced until the very last song was played. Matt had the perfect amount of himself as the DJ and the MC. He was there to carry the party from beginning to end through the music he played and direction he gave segueing from cocktails into dinner and onto dancing with all the important formalities mixed in through out the night. Matt and Tami with Amore are absolutely amazing at what they do. Matt played a huge role in making our wedding day the best it could be, providing his extensive knowledge and expertise the moment we sat down for our first consultation. He made us feel comfortable, and gave us all the information we needed (including everything we didnt even know we needed in the first place), making sure that we knew what to expect and what to plan for. He provided a very thorough planning package for us to read through and select/choose our preferred DJ/Entertainment style, and made the overall process stress free and fun. The music and sound he provided during the ceremony and reception exceeded expectations, and it was obvious because our dance floor was never ever empty. Matt has been doing this a very long time, and it shows. He's not just a DJ, but an all around expert that can provide you with ideas for wedding traditions, bride or groom specific advice for the big day, and how to ensure all of your guests can fully celebrate with you. Matt was an awesome DJ but he helped with so much more than that. His experience and expertise paid off in the biggest way. His advice was key in ALL the wedding aspects, way more than just music. We hired the photo booth that Amore offers as well and I definitely don't regret that! It was one of the biggest highlights of the day! The pictures are priceless.

Amazing DJ
Matt was an amazing DJ for our wedding! I really wanted my wedding to just be fun and for everyone to have a great time, and Matt made that happen! He sent us a big book to fill out, which was time consuming, but I was really happy he did. It had so many ideas on twists for the wedding that I loved, to make it more fun. I was able to personalize my wedding music and it allowed me to take control of the tone set for the wedding. I also loved that Matt took control and led us through all the events - ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, etc. He made the day/night flow and nothing felt rushed. His timing was so spot on and he really read the crowd. He had almost every single guest on the dance floor all night and I had so many people tell me it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. I COULD NOT have hired a better DJ! Thank you SO much Matt, you really made our day so memorable!!

Matt is amazing at his professional. He was called to be an MC. His extensive preparation and abundant experience ensures that your event will be flawless. He does not miss a thing. He is knowledgeable about options, timelines and variety. There is nothing he has not seen or is unable to do. He meets with you in person to book your event. He has you fill out a wedding day planner to make sure you have thought of all the details and where his MC duties might be needed. He is timely and organized. When asked to change the first dance two weeks out he said no problem. During the ceremony when the photographers were going to leave he caught them and reminded them there would be a bouquet & garter toss. His touches are personable and he is 100% present at your event. My family even commented that his was the best master of ceremonies they have ever experienced at a wedding. Matt is truly remarkable and we are very happy we choose with him for our special day!

It was apparent from our first meeting that he had a lot of information and experience that we could benefit from. I cannot say enough about Matt and his wife Tammy. Matt helped make sure the reception and ceremony ran smoothly and Tammy made sure the Photo Booth was running smoothly. I loved getting the copies and having that be part of our guest book, especially since that gave everyone something to take home to remember all the fun they had and get some nice pictures taken as well. Amore was incredible to work with. He was extremely attentive to our emails and calls which made planning the wedding from out of state so seamless. Matt has such a high level of professionalism and provided so amazing out of the box ideas that really made our wedding stand out. We loved that he had so many add-ons to our music package (we used his photo booth which integrated perfectly into our night), and he had this packet that just made all of my worries disappear. This packet was a step by step timeline of your wedding with pages of music, activities, and original ideas you could add to personalize your day from start to finish. Finally, we had a slightly older, smaller crowd and he had everyone up and dancing the entire night and he really read the crowd well and knew when to play what music when which made everything so memorable.

You can tell that Matt really cares about his clients and takes pride in being part of such a big day. I was a little weary at first because the investment for DJs can be a lot lower than Matt’s price, so I wondered “why would we spend that much?” We had a small wedding, pretty laid back, so I questioned if we needed a planning process as thorough as Matt’s. Then, I recalled my brothers wedding DJ and finding myself all dressed up somehow dancing to DMX with my niece and nephew who were way too young to hear that kind of music. The couple had to step in and ask the DJ to play music that was actually appropriate... needless to say, I didn’t want that issue at my wedding. I wanted a DJ who was a pro, real deal...
And with Matt, I never once had to worry. He did it all. From cocktail hour through the reception, he played everything that we wanted. We even booked him for an extra hour at the end of the night. And, he teaches the groom some extra special tips that I won’t even share here so other brides can be romantically surprised too!
We also used Matt for our ceremony and I’m so thankful that we did. We had an outside wedding on a windy day... but this bride refused to move it indoors & forgo her beautiful mountain scenery. Our guests withstood the wind, and since we wrote our vows, it was so critical to have Matt b/c people could actually hear them. How often do you go to a ceremony only to be unable to hear the vows... the love... the real stuff? 3 months later we’re still hearing how much people loved our vows. I think that it made the wedding, and without Matt no one would have heard a word.
The post wedding follow up is just as loving as the pre-wedding planning. Hire Matt; seriously - I don’t know why you’d look anywhere else.

We had Ana amazing experience with Matt! He really knows how to make your wedding day feel completely about you without all of the stress! Every moment ran so smooth from my ceremony to the end of my reception! Matt delivered more than he promised. We wanted a reception that was fun but classy. Friends and family are still complementing us on the event! Matt took the lead and kept a great flow to the wedding reception. What I really appreciated was how he kept the focus on the bride (and groom) and not himself. (I've heard horror stories from other couples). He is very knowledgeable on putting on great wedding receptions. We've been to a number of weddings/receptions over the past 3 years, and we have to say, EVERY one that has had Matt (Amore' Entertainment) as their MC has always had their dance floor packed. He reads the crowd and just knows how to get the guests involved and sets the mood for EVERYONE to have a great time. He's always open and flexible to your suggestions, but we found that just letting him do what he does best, worked the best. 7 months later-our guests are still commenting on how much fun they had and that the dance floor was never empty. We have other children that haven't gotten married yet, we just hope that Matt and Amore' will be around to add to our celebration and memories.

DJ Amore is a great talent in reading and encouraging audience participation in a sophisticated manner. We were amazed with DJ Matt’s expansive music list and his flexibility for choosing songs to fit the mood and keep our guests entertained.
He also helped select beautiful, dramatic up lighting for our reception space. We selected use of the photo booth. Our guests had a blast and everyone received copies of their photos as parting gifts. In addition, DJ Amore and Co were a joy to work with in planning and hosting our wedding reception.

Overall Matt and his crew did a wonderful job and everything went seamlessly. It helps tremendously by meeting a few times and having
all the extensive hand outs he gives you with check lists for all parts of the wedding. Most of these checklists are for those important and small things you may not think of and it gives you multiple options. Not only a DJ by allowing to pick a great list of songs but he takes it to the next level by thinking of everyone at the wedding and checking the surroundings and making it comfortable for everyone. Matt with Amore DJ Entertainment did absolutely amazing for my wedding. He was extremely organized with all of his preparation, so it made the day go absolutely flawlessly. He gave us some great hints of things to do and not do for our ceremony which helped a ton! Matt was extremely easy to work with, and helped make my wedding day as spectacular as possible.
