Amira’s Fashion Couture made my dress fit my body perfectly. Every curve was hugged in the most flattering way. She listened to every single one of my requests and executed it flawlessly. My waist, hips, thighs all needed to be taken in as well as the chest area and it ended up fitting me like a glove. I had a bustle attached and it looks so perfect! I felt so beautiful on my elopement day. She is such a joy to work with and through Covid precautions I always felt safe. I highly recommend Amira’s Fashion Couture. -

Amazing work!
Cecilia was amazing! She was honest and gave the best advice when it came to my wedding dress and veil! She altered my sleeves on my wedding dress and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! She created a double veil look using my Amazon veils! Her work is amazing and she did all this in the short amount of time I had! -

I fell in love with my wedding 6 months before the wedding but was 2 sizes too big. I started to freak out because I didn’t know where to go for alteration. I was trying to go to Dave’s and Bridal but they were charging me an arm and a leg for alteration. I decided call up Cecelia (since she was a good friend of mine) and ask for help. Just like that she created a miracle and was able to make my have my wedding dress fit like a glove. Thank you for making my dress experience great, I will 100% recommend her to everyone I know. She is kind and the sweetest person and a professional ❤️❤️ -

I gained stress weight during my engagement. And she was sooo flexible! And can’t even tell you how many times we had to adjust my dress due to my fluctuating weight. She even created a custom detachable train which was everything I wanted. She even finished two weeks earlier than I was expecting! Such a cute work space as well!! -

Amazing!!!
She is absolutely amazing! I had bought my dress almost a year before my wedding and didn't think to try in on until 6 weeks before. I had had 2 surgeries since buying the dress and wasn't sure if I would fit! She was flexible in meeting with me, made sure it fit, added a bustle and steamed out the folds in time for my wedding! -

She was friendly knowledgeably and made me feel comfortable immediately.
Even though I lived in another state she was so accommodating and fixed up my mother's 35 year old wedding dress and made it so I could wear something extra special my special day. I had a bad time with my first seamstress, and she saved the day. Cecilia is literally my hero. She loves what she does and does it well. -

Wedding Dress Bustle
I had a dress with a very long train that needed three bustles done so I could pull the train up during my reception. Amira’s Fashion Couture did a fabulous job and I was so so so happy with my dress! I think I got my dress back after about two weeks, and she showed me how to attach the bustle before sending me home. I also got a gift certificate to help cover part of the cost of getting my dress preserved after my wedding. -

Cecilia made everything so comfortable and amazing at the same time. I was so nervous coming in - I had went to 3 dress shops previously and I felt uncomfortable with my body, and the dresses in stock felt like no match to a typical body that dress shops would normally keep (size 2 - 10). When I went to her shop, the dresses didn’t make me feel uncomfortable whatsoever, instead I felt like the dresses fit me. Cecilia understood my wants and I got the dream dress that I wanted and was willing to pay for everything, including alterations and the dream veil that I longed for. To add to her exceptional work, her alterations for bustling where A1. She showed my godmother and MOH how to bustle my dress with ease. She is very exceptional with her craft and you will not regret her service! She was flexible with payment as well, and all brides know that wedding prices are never cheap. Payment plan was provided with ease; Communication is key for sure, but as long as you keep that, everything will go smoothly. I got my dress in time, along with alterations, and I will forever recommend Amirah’s Fashion Couture. Thank you Cecilia, for everything! I felt beautiful every time I went into the shop and during my wedding and will forever be grateful to you. -

Quick and easy experience!
I needed to get a bustle done for my wedding dress with only about a month and a half left til my wedding. She not only helped me pick the right type of bustle for my dress but she also got it done so quickly and it looked so amazing! So happy with her work and she was so great to work with! -

My wedding gown
I can’t explain how happy I am that Cecilia made my dress on time; all the time! Have been going to her for all my dresses and they all came out perfectly! From being apart of a bridal party to a bride! I didn’t know a wedding gown could look this beautiful on my petite and tiny body! I love it and can’t thank her enough! Thanks Cecilia! -

Bridal Gown Alterations
When looking for alterations for my wedding gown I was trying to find someone I could trust in town and also affordable. Cecilia exceeded all my expectations she did a beautiful job on my wedding gown as well as my entire bridal party and other family members. She was accommodating and very flexible with the needs of myself along with my bridal party. I will continue to bring any alterations needed to Cecilia in the future. -

Cecilia was more than accommodating for what I needed! My dress fit like a glove, but was too long, the corset was too big and I needed a bustle added. Cecilia took my dress on and added a double French Bustle, shortened my dress perfectly for the heels I chose and took the top of my dress in perfectly! There were a couple of times I had to reschedule due to work and Cecilia was incredibly flexible. Her attention to detail and care that she put into my dress showed. She even went as far as coordinating ribbon colors for my double bustle to make sure we didn't get it mixed up. On top of all of the detail, time and care put into the dress, Cecilia was also the most affordable option given that I live in San Francisco. She quoted me a price and that price didn't change. In the future, if I ever need alterations done, I know exactly who to call! Thank you, Cecilia, for making my wedding dress perfect for our special day! -

Highly recommend!
I used Cecilia to alter my wedding dress, and she did and amazing job. My gown has a lace overlay and is beaded, but it only took about a month. Not only is she incredibly priced she’s kind and makes the process so easy. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs dress alterations! -

Amira’s Fashion Coutoure
Cecilia did a perfect job shortening my wedding dress! I also took a bridesmaids dress to her a couple months after my wedding & she did just as good a job on that too. She steamed the dresses as well so they were wrinkle free & ready to wear. She works out of her home & has the cutest boutique style room set up for her clients. She
is super easy going & great to work with. I will definitely continue to go to Cecilia for future alterations & have already recommended her to others. -

Quick, Sweet & Easy

Cecelia's work was flawless! My dress' layers were unique and she was 100% up for the challenge of adding my bustle (along with a few other adjustments)! She was very professional, timely and her alterations were beautifully executed. Not only did she provide me with a 'first class' experience, Cecelia worked on my mother and grandmother's dresses (my mom's was in a pinch!).
I was so happy with how my dress fit and Cecelia's work - my gown was NOT something i had to sweat over day of.
If you're in the Stockton Area i highly recommend Amira's Fashion Couture for your wedding gown. -

Phenomenal
First and foremost I just want to thank Cecilia for being so patient and flexible with me as the bride and all my bridesmaidzillas. I know we were a huge party and so many personalities but you still worked hard and you did everything possible to get us all in in a timely manner. It’s a breath of fresh air when someone cares more about their clients than they do about the money. I’m so happy I fell in your hands, you helped make my dress perfect and I’m forever grateful. Had a great experience.
Cecilia was quick to respond when I inquired about her services. She made sure my wedding dress was altered the way I envisioned it. She gave great input and made sure I was comfortable in it. She put in a corset, hemmed it, and sewed in a sash. Turned out wonderful. She also hemmed my mother's dress and it was the perfect length. She was very nice and great to work with. -

Ms. Cecilia was very professional, prompt and caring. My best friend referred me to her and once I contacted her I got an appointment very quickly. She’s very precise and organized. I was able to set up three appointments with her for my bridal fitting. She altered my beautiful wedding dress to my size. Celilia is amaaaazing. I have found 2 years ago by reading yelp reviews and she has been my go-to throughout my whole wedding journey! I found the dress that I wanted to wear for my engagement party and within a hour of requesting an appointment, she responded immediately and was able to see me within the next few days (my party was that following weekend). She also has done alterations for all my outfits during my bachelorette trip, rehearsal dinner and my wedding day. She was so accommodating, especially to my last minutes needs. She's so sweet and was very easy to work with. My wedding dress needed tons of work, (my dress ended up being way bigger than what would fit me) it had lace, and a mesh back; Cecilia was able to work with all the details of the dress and make it the dress of my dreams. She is amazing! Most of my bridesmaids have also went to her for their alterations, some referred by me and some found her via their own research. She is definitely one to trust when it comes to your big day and ANY of your alteration needs :) -

Seamstress
I had a pretty big mishap with a previous seamstress about my wedding dress! I wanted my dress to have sleeves and It was the week of my wedding when I got my dress and it was a disaster and I was completely unsatisfied ! I was so stressed out and didn’t know what to do. My mom called so many seamstresses to get an emergency consultation and hopefully a solution to the problem! We found Cecilia at Amira fashion couture and she SAVED my dress! She took all the stress away and made my dress exactly how I wanted and she made herself available right away! I was so happy with my dress and I couldn’t be anymore grateful!!! -
