Best in the business!!!

Brianna, Maria, and their team did an AMAZING job with my wedding hair and make up. Between me, my mom, mother-in-law, and 9 bridesmaids everyone looked absolutely stunning! I love a natural look and they executed perfectly on my vision for everyone to look like an elevated version of themselves! Even through the upper 80's temperatures and broken AC in the church, each girl's hair and make up stayed in place all day long and even into the after party. I've never felt so beautiful in my life! The team was very punctual, professional, so friendly, and organized. As the bride, I felt so calm the morning of my wedding knowing we were in great hands with Amie Decker Beauty! Sierra is a hair genius!

I hired Sierra and her associate for hair for my wedding and I am so glad I did! Sierra was incredibly responsive and attentive to what I wanted during my trial and the day of. She was brilliant at making my hair look exactly how I envisioned (a low bun with swooping waves) and was very patient with my pickiness over a few stray hairs that I wanted readjusted. She even stayed late on the wedding day to help me with my veil and make sure I felt confident with my look. My bridesmaids were all very happy with their hair as well and the team was very flexible when one of my bridesmaids wanted a change to her style. I would absolutely hire Amie Decker and Sierra again - their team is top notch!

So Talented!!!

We were lucky enough to have Crystal and Maria as our beauty team for our daughter's wedding. From first interaction to last, they understood our vision, applied their high standards and taste to it, and executed with perfection. The initial trial was such a nice introduction and then day of, Crystal and Maria and their assistants were the consummate professionals – punctual, and then able to listen to all 9 of our wedding party’s individual desires for how they wanted to look that day. They put each woman at ease, and were conversational and fun, creating a wonderful, crucial kickoff to the wedding day.

Each lady felt beautiful and we all received numerous compliments all day – we absolutely lost count of how many oohs and awes we got. They enhanced each person’s natural beauty without making them look unlike themselves. They brought us so much joy and went over and above what we could have envisioned – we so appreciate your attention to detail and how they obviously applied their talented touch to each.

They were absolutely worth the money we spent. Their passion and commitment, excellent guidance and advice, and highest quality and standards make them top of the top. Highly recommend!!

9/3/22- amazing!

Sierra did my hair for my wedding along with my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law, and we could not be happier! I had a trial with her a few months prior, and then the day of I had her make a few tweaks, and she was so patient with me and absolutely nailed the look I wanted! Not to mention her and her assistant were so friendly and pleasant to work with! Sierra also gave tips for placing and removing my veil. Amie Decker and her team are professional and quick to respond to emails. We are so grateful to have chosen them to do our hair!

The Most Beautiful Hair & Makeup!!

Amie Decker Beauty is the absolute best for wedding makeup / hair! We worked with Amie for makeup and Brianna for hair, and they were both a total dream. They were the first vendor we booked for our wedding (after the venue), and it was the best decision.

We had hair and makeup done for me, my mother and nine bridesmaids, and everyone looked absolutely fantastic. All of the makeup / hairstyles were gorgeous and varied, and everyone was so happy with how they looked and felt. For timing on the day, Amie and Brianna did beautiful work right on schedule, so we were never stressed or rushed. They had such great energy, and it helped create a lovely, relaxed vibe in the bridal suite.

My mother-in-law had actually booked her own makeup elsewhere, which turned out to be a complete disaster. Amie was incredibly generous with her time and agreed to stay late to re-do my mother-in-law’s makeup, which totally saved the day.

Absolutely 10 / 10 experience from start to finish. Would recommend Amie and Brianna to anyone who wants to feel absolutely beautiful at their wedding.

Talented & Amazing!

We hired Amie Decker Beauty for our wedding in April 2022, and her and her team were amazing to work with! JoAnna and Sarah were the lead stylists the day-of and they are so talented, professional, and fun to work with! What really speaks volumes for me is that both my mom and MIL were nervous about getting their hair and make-up done, and the team absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that they were comfortable and OK with everything that was being done along the way. The kindness and attentiveness that was shown really blew me away. I'd recommend Amie and her team to anyone!

I’ve been working with Amie’s team for well over 10 years and have been in love with her work since the very beginning. When I got married almost 6 years ago, I knew there was no one else I wanted to work with. So talented!

We loved working with Amie and her team for both hair and makeup for our wedding day. They are crazy talented and also just a total pleasure to be around. This combo was perfect for our large group as we spent all day (starting early!) with the team getting ready. The handled our group of 13 with ease, and from start to finish were the perfect combo of professional and fun -- even one of the makeup artists who was 7 months pregnant! It's such a bonus to be able to work with one team for both hair and makeup - made it so much easier to coordinate overall. We had so many compliments on the beautiful and unique hair styles and the makeup was so good we all looked several years younger! The best!!

I used Amie for makeup and Kelley for hair and could not have been more pleased! I had a large bridal party so they brought two assistants each for the day of the wedding and all 6 of them were wonderful. I am very picky about makeup (I had never had it done professionally where I had actually liked it prior to my wedding trial) and Amie knew exactly what to do with very limited direction from me. For my hair, I asked for a pretty big change the day of (compared with what was done at my trial) and it was better than I could have expected. Two of my bridesmaids are big into makeup and sat with one of the Amie's assistants for hours during the day asking about products and they have been using some she recommended since! For a vendor that I spent a ton of time researching prior to selecting one, Amie, Kelley, and their team were phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone, no matter your style or tastes. They may have been slightly higher priced than some of the others I looked at but they were more than worth it - hair and makeup is not something you don't want to be happy with on your wedding day! Thank you, Amie and Kelley, for being so talented and lovely to work with!!

My coworker recommended Amie Decker Beauty after she used them for her wedding, and I'm so HAPPY I took her advice. Sarah did both my hair and makeup, as well as my mom's, and did an amazing job. I wanted to look like the best me on my wedding day -- and not too made up and overdone. Sarah was eager to talk things through and delivered the wedding look of my dreams! Awesome Experience

Amie Decker Beauty was amazing. Best Hair and Makeup Stylists for any occasion!

The team we had for our wedding was incredible but hair and makeup truly made the day! I have been in a number of weddings and attended numerous others and have never found a group that listens to the clients needs like the team at Amie Decker Beauty.

Maria, Sarah and the other ladies helping with hair and makeup were exceptional. They have a talent unlike any others I have seen to enhance the natural beauty of their clients.

My mom, mother in law and bridal party were absolutely glowing, a feeling any bride would want for the women closest to her.

I have never been so confident and felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and am so glad they were able to do my wedding after having done my oldest sisters just a year before.

I am so so happy that I got to work with Amie Decker Beauty on my wedding day!! I looked like an absolute magical princess and it was all Amie and Kelley's doing!! My hair was super intricate and Kelley spent so much time ensuring all aspects of my hair were perfectly placed. She even took the time to help me pick my hair piece and earrings to exactly match the dress - so sweet!! And my make-up was stunning- so natural yet special and beautiful at the same time!! Amie, Kelley, Shauna, and Sierra were so much fun to work with and were so flexible and laid-back. Amie is AMAZING!!!! From the start when I booked her and did my trial she was responsive, professional, receptive and not to mention an absolutist utely wonderful, sweet person. All the guidance I gave her at my trial was that I wanted a natural look and she went with it and did everything I could ask for and more. On the day of my wedding she showed up cheery and ready to go-she was such a fun addition to our morning getting ready. I got so many compliments on how natural and great my makeup looked. I loved my wedding hair and make-up, thanks to Maria (make-up) and Sarah (hair)! Maria and Sarah really listened to what each of us wanted, and I thought all the ladies (6 in total) looked beautiful. Maria made me look like myself but a better version, just like I wanted, and Sarah listened to all my concerns about looking bald from the front with my hair up and did a super cute side updo. Both Sarah and Maria arrived on time in the morning, set up quickly, and even got us finished ahead of schedule. They were both very professional, fun to be around, and really added to the relaxed, chill vibe of the day. I also appreciated how communicative Amie, Maria, and Sarah all were. They were the first vendor to reach out to touch base about a month before our wedding, and were always incredibly responsive and thorough whenever I had any questions.

Amie is truly the best! After seeing the beautiful work Amie did at a few friends’ weddings, I didn’t even consider any other makeup artists - I booked Amie immediately! After my trial, I was even happier with my choice! Amie is so fun to be around and she does such a beautiful job. I absolutely loved working with the Amie Decker Beauty team. My planner (Kaitlyn with Evoke) worked directly with Amie to coordinate the details / logistics but every interaction I had with their team before and during the event was amazing. My hair was done by Kelley and my makeup by Maria. I loved my trial with both of them a few months before. They were patient (esp because we got stuck in traffic and were an hour late!) but they still took their time and created the most amazing hair and makeup styles for my big day. I went into the day of feeling confident and comfortable.

We had a brunch wedding so we had a very early call time for hair and makeup. They arrived at 6am (!) with smiles on their faces and an army of artists (3 hair and 3 makeup) to get bridesmaids, flower girl, moms, aunts and grandmothers ready for the big day. And, they hair and makeup for 14 people in a short amount of time - it felt effortlessly. We all felt amazing and had such a fun morning with the Amie Decker ladies. I highly recommend the Amie Decker team - they are incredibly talented and a pleasure to work with!

Our wedding planner from Wedding Savvy recommended Amie Decker Beauty to me and I am so glad she did! I chose to work with Crystal for hair and JoAnna for make-up based on their portfolios on Amie Decker's website. Crystal and JoAnna did an AMAZING job- I could not have asked for a more perfect look on my wedding day. I got so many compliments throughout the night and felt so glamorous.

The trial is included in the price which was super nice! I didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted, but I showed them some pictures on Pinterest and described what I envisioned and they brought my vision to life! All of the bridesmaids and our mothers loved their hair/make-up on the day of. Crystal and JoAnna arrived early to our getting-ready location and worked so well together throughout the morning. Their personalities meshed so perfectly with all of my girls :) It was such a relaxing morning- we were able to let loose and joke around with Crystal and JoAnna- the whole morning was so much fun! Half of my bridal party are Asian and I have had some really scarring experiences with make-up professionals in the past when I've been made to look like a geisha - no joke. But JoAnna made us all look and feel beautiful! Matron of Honor said her make-up at my wedding looked better than at her own wedding which is probably the best compliment, and how she wished she had hired Amie's team for her big day too. Crystal is the sweetest and the detail and time she spent on each and every person's hair was incredible. She far exceeded by expectations for how my hair would look for my wedding and it looked even better than the picture I had shown as a sample. They are worth every penny and more!

Maria!! This woman is AMAZING. So sweet and sooooo talented. Honestly, I cannot even explain how grateful I am for her- made me feel totally comfortable, listened to what I wanted, talked me through the process, and was patient with all my blinking during mascara application! The trial we did with her was awesome and the day of was perfect. Did I mention she did both my sister and my make up for our DOUBLE WEDDING. We got so many compliments and felt like princesses. I contacted Amie Decker Beauty one month before my wedding after having troubles with my original make up artist and in desperate need of a new one! Amie was so quick to respond and able to accommodate for my bridal party of 10, and even add an assistance with such sort notice. She scheduled me in for a trial within the first 4 days of our initial contact. Upon meeting her, I knew immediately she was the perfect choice. Amie and her staff are so kind, friendly, and fun! She had great recommendations and paired my complexion and style to fit me perfectly! The make up came out stunning on everyone and photographed so well. Amie and Shawna were a pleasure to work with, showing up early and finishing all 10 of my party with plenty of time to spare to get started with our day a head of schedule!
I cannot thank Amie enough and highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for incredible work, and a fabulous time!

After a bad experience with another makeup artist, I searched for someone who specialized in bridal makeup. I was relieved when I found Joanna Popp with Amie Decker. For the trial, Joanna was on time, professional, and comfortable to be around. I showed her a picture (someone w/ impossibly perfect skin on Pinterest of course) and even with my acne prone skin, Joanna recreated the exact picture. Then like a typical bride that over analyzes things, I came to the realization 'wait maybe that picture isn't what I want, my facial structure is different/that color might not be my color etc.' JoAnna didn't get frustrated, saying 'hey this is what a trial is for!' She removed eyeliner and I felt more like myself. I left the trial knowing I was in good hands. I could tell she knew what she was doing and had done this a time or two...On the actual wedding day, she was on time (actually I found out later she was 3 hrs early and slept in her car because she was so worried about Labor Day traffic, so sweet right!?) She had a calm and relaxed energy that I appreciated. I remember her reassuring me about the weather and then talking about wedding day expectations...what she said really put my mind at ease/made me focus on the important stuff. She was professional and focused, finishing one girl after the next without rushing. 4 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and I were done on time. Everyone agreed what a great job she did. As for my makeup, the airbrush she used looked amazing. I felt like my skin had never looked so flawless. I also really loved the fake eyelashes. Even though I wanted minimal eyeliner/natural look, those eyelashes made me feel 'very bridal' and looked great in the photos. I'll admit Amie Decker had higher prices than I wanted to pay; however, after I had such a bad makeup trial with another artist, I realized I wanted to pay for peace of mind. You really do get what you pay for. I felt beautiful and was so incredibly happy. Thank you JoAnna!!

Amie Decker Beauty is INCREDIBLE. I was going back and forth on a lot of hair/make up places and the second I found Amie Decker Beauty I knew I wanted to work with them. First of all, Amie is phenomenal and makes you feel like a rock star. So professional and sweet. She is VERY responsive and followed up to personally congratulate me the day after my wedding. Who does that?!?!?! Now onto my experience...

Booking was effortless, payment was effortless. My hair and make up trial was so much fun and provided a great opportunity to test out my look. Then...on my wedding day...the team was amazing. I worked with Crystal for hair (she is the sweetest!!!!!!!!!) and Maria for make up (so talented)!!! Both came into our bridal suite on time and ready to go and the beautification began! They did make up for my sisters and mother of the bride & groom...our flower girl and me!!! ALL of us have never felt more beautiful in our entire lives. I have never been someone who learned how to do my makeup well - or my hair for that matter. But, for my wedding, it was essential that I found the best makeup artist and hair stylist to make me, my friends and family look like the best versions of ourselves. I couldn't have been more fortunate that my wedding planner recommended that I work with Amie and Kelley. I felt absolutely radiant on my wedding day - and I owe that confidence to Amie and Kelley. They made me feel beautiful! I couldn't recommend them enough. Amie Decker and team were top notch! I had Amie and Kelley do my hair and make-up for my wedding and could not be more pleased. Amie is so personable and even stuck around for a little after she was done to see me get into my dress. They were there on time and were very quick on getting both hair and make-up done. Kelley is amazing with hair as you can show her anything and she can replicate it, easily. Amie doesn't need much direction from you on the look you are going for because she has and eye for what will and will not look good on you or in pictures. They even left me with bobby pins, hairspray, face blotters and a sample lip color to spruce up with. Thank you so much Amie and Kelley! I wouldn't change a thing!

JoAnna and Crystal were so fantastic to work with. From the first 5 minutes of my trial I knew these two ladies were exactly in tune with the styling I was looking for - for the big day. They were super fun to hang with on the day - and incredible professional and focused. Our hair and makeup was flawless from beginning to end. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day thanks to Amie and Kelley. Amie and Kelley from Amie Decker Beauty did an outstanding job on makeup and hair for my wedding! They are so lovely and both knew exactly the classic look I was going for at my trial. I did not need to change one thing about my hair or makeup-they absolutely nailed it. On the morning of my wedding, Amie and Kelley were so much fun to get ready with!! They brought a lot of laughter and calming energy into the room. I was not stressed at all because I knew we were all in the hands of the best in the business. My mother, my bridesmaids and I were all absolutely obsessed with our hair and makeup. Everyone looked perfect!!! I worked with Amie and Kelley for makeup and hair, and they provided services for myself, the bridesmaids, and mothers. They worked with everyone to determine exactly what they wanted, and they were all extremely happy with the results. Despite an unavoidable early traffic crisis that delayed both of them, they had a backup plan in place, and still arrived with plenty of time for us to be ready in time.

My hair and makeup lasted throughout the night, and I felt fabulous the entire time!

I booked Aime from Aime Decker Beauty. She did an absolutely AMAZING job on my makeup. She also did my bridesmaids makeup and my mothers and mother-in-laws makeup. Everyone looked flawless. I would use Aime again in a heartbeat. Not only did we look amazing, she was so much fun to hang out with the morning of the wedding. She definitely made the morning much more relaxing. I loved working with Amie Decker Beauty! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and responsive. Crystal and Joanna provided hair and makeup services for our party of 12 on wedding day. They showed up bright and early and were loads of fun to have around as we were getting ready. They had us looking great and ready to get out the door ahead of schedule. We had a long, hot day in DC- a ceremony at 2pm and reception at 5:30, but everyone's hair stayed up and makeup in place all night. If you are considering them for your wedding, make sure you get on their calendar early- they book up quickly!

I had SUCH a great experience with Amie Decker Beauty. I worked with Maria and Crystal for makeup and hair and they were AMAZING! They are so professional and are truly great at what they do. When Amie, Kelley and Danielle arrived to our bridal suite the day of the wedding, they were flexible and efficient as they juggled completing hair and makeup on my entire bridal party. My friends and family were so thrilled with the end result, which says a lot, as we are picky. Some of the bridesmaids had requested specific looks/styles, which Amie, Kelley, and Danielle emulated with ease, while others simply asked them to use their judgement. Either way, the bridal party was stunning and everyone looked like the best possible version of themselves.

As my wedding approached, I completely changed the look I was going for. I was nervous to tell them I had changed my mind, but they were flexible and assured me it happens all of the time. I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. They're true artists and I will never forget the look on my husband's face when he saw me at our first look! Amie and Kelley were so invested in our day, that they stayed over their allotted time to see me fully dressed. I am SO grateful to have discovered them and 100% recommend them for any and all events. My fingers are crossed that my newly engaged friends will use Amie Decker Beauty so I can run into them again. Amie Decker beauty is phenomenal! They were recommended to me by my photographer and after my initial trial, I knew I had to book them for my wedding. Amie, Kelley and their team made my entire bridal party look even more gorgeous than I could have hoped for. All the girls (12 of them including myself) loved their hair and make up. Their hard work lasted all day! Every bride has a vision of how they want to look on their wedding day and Amie and Kelley hit it out of the park. I was so happy with the hair and makeup that Sarah and Maria did for me and 10 other women at my wedding (8 bridesmaids and 2 moms). They did an amazing trial with me and were extremely professional and accommodating. They arrived early on my wedding day and immediately got to work. The two of them really just felt like part of the bridal party by the time we were done. I can't even believe how they managed to stay focused with everyone yelling and singing and sobbing. Everyone looked so gorgeous on my wedding day and I was so happy that I'd decided to book them. They took the time to give everyone what they wanted and still managed to finish all 11 of us in 5 hours. Our hair and makeup lasted all day. Can't thank them enough!!

Amie and Kelley did the hair and makeup for my entire bridal party, and we could not have been more pleased with the looks they created for us. They sent the sweetest get-to-know-you emails leading up the trial and to the actual wedding, and their fun personalities helped set the mood for a perfect day. They arrived early on the day of the wedding, and were so helpful and patient as they worked with each bridesmaid to find her right look. They finished up around 1pm, and everyone's hair and makeup was perfectly intact for the 6pm ceremony - and throughout the entire night!
I've never felt so gorgeous as I did after Amie and Kelley worked their magic, and I would highly recommend them to any bride!

To say that I felt the most beautiful I have ever felt in my life on my wedding day, doesn't feel like enough praise to give Amie Decker and her team. Hair and makeup was one of the aspects that most worried me about the wedding. Amie without question is the most talented makeup artist in the Baltimore/DC/NOVA area, and along with her success, she has the SWEETEST, bubbly, personality, and makes the bride, and her family, bridal party feel like true VIP's. I had Amie for makeup and Sarah and an additional stylist for hair. My hair felt and looked like a masterpiece, and the makeup was perfection. My mom, aunt, and bridal party all felt so comfortable the morning of the wedding, and in turn that made me feel so much more at ease. My bridesmaids looked stunning, and so did my mother. I'm a wedding planner and I work with TONS of talented make up artists and hair stylists every weekend. For my own wedding though, I knew that Amie Decker Beauty was the right team for me! Not only are they extremely talented at what they do --- but they are also so much fun -- which is important on your wedding morning when stress and anxiety levels can be on the higher side :) I had 12 -- yes 12, bridesmaids, in addition to two moms, two grandmas and a few aunts --- well over 20 women who had their hair and make up done and every.single.lady was OBSESSED with both their hair and make up! Many said they have never felt more beautiful! Everything was effortless for me --- at my trial with Amie and Kelley, I had not one change or complaint --- I sat down in the chair, showed them a few pictures of my dress and said -- you're the professionals, do what you do best --- and the result was perfect. My mom and I are still receiving compliments on both our hair and make up for both the welcome reception on Friday and of course the wedding on Saturday thanks to Amie and Kelley. Oh and I forgot to mention my wedding was in the outer banks! She was incredibly attentive as I described what look I was going for (I'm scared of heavy eye makeup but still wanted my eyes to pop in photos- not an easy task!), how I was nervous that the makeup might be so heavy that my groom wouldn't recognize me, I literally told her every crazy concern I had. When I was able to look in the mirror post trial- I was blown away by what I saw! It looked like the best version of ME I'd ever seen, which was exactly what I wanted! I couldn't have been happier.

On the day of my wedding Suzanne was right on time and did a fabulous job on everyones make up (there were seven of us total). I already knew Suzanne was a total professional by that point but what made her a rock star in my book was that after she had completed my make up and I headed off to to get married and she had gone home, she drove to my wedding venue last second after I had accidentally smudged some of my make up off. I was so worried it would show up in photos, I started to panic but Suzanne was completely amazing and came right over and fixed it in no time. She totally saved my life that day!

I can't recommend Amie Decker Beauty enough, especially Suzanne. Not only did she do a amazing job on my make up but she also spray tanned me and my MOH leading up to the wedding. Did I also mention that she's incredibly sweet and fun to hang out with? You want to work w. this team, trust me!

I had the pleasure of working with Kelley from the Amie Decker Beauty team. I saw her work on the cover of engaged magazine and knew I wanted her as my hairstylist. She came on site to style my engagement hair. My hair looked perfect and the only direction she really got from me was what I was wearing that day! I hired Amie & Kelley to do my hair & make-up for my wedding. I had meet them both at one of my bridesmaid's wedding. While I will admit they are definitely a bit pricer them some other companies - they are worth every single dollar. First of - my own husband remembered how gorgeous my friend looked at her wedding & demanded I hired them! I literally think it is the only time in his life he has remembered something like that. When I showed up to my hair trial - my color stylist had quit on me & Kelley graciously offered to color my hair before the wedding - a lifesaver literally!

Kelley did all the hair for myself & bridesmaids - I actually had two weddings in one day & she flawlessly changed my styles mid-day. Both looked amazing! Amie did the makeup for myself & most of my bridal party. Literally I have never seen myself or my friends look that gorgeous. I had so many people ask what company did the hair & makeup for everyone - because it was just that beautiful! All the styles stayed in all day with some touch-ups - from literally 7am till almost 12am!

There is no doubt in my mind that Kelley & Amie are the best in Baltimore! I'm already trying to come up with a reason to hire them again :)

I realize that I'm writing this review nearly two years after my wedding, but I feel that I must! I just received my wedding album after putting it off for quite a long time, and I have to say, I LOVE my pictures. I can't say how special and beautiful Amie Decker Beauty made me feel - even two years later.
I initially contacted the company because pictures of their work showed that they were leaps and bounds better than the competition. Luckily, they were free for my big day! And, being a long distance bride (I planned the whole thing from Florida), knowing that they were willing to work around my crazy schedule set my mind at ease.
My makeup and hair trials took place the week before the wedding. I have to say I was a bit surprised at the amount and color of the makeup that was used (and I use makeup daily!), but they really, really knew what the were doing - it photographed so well and everyone raved. And, I've heard multiple times from my bridesmaids that that "was the most beautiful they've ever been!" Even from the few who usually refused to wear makeup...
The day of the wedding went so smoothly - they showed up early with all the gear that would be needed. The girls were rotated in and out of chairs in our hotel room and given the looks they had picked out from magazines - from updos to long, flowing curls.
Overall, the experience was excellent and I would have to say that you would be making a big mistake not to book them if you can. And trust them! They know what they're doing! They'll make you look like your best version of yourself. I remember Kelley saying, "Don't you worry about your hair - let me worry about it. It will look perfect." And she was right!

I highly recommend Amie Decker Beauty! Sarah did hair for me, my sister and mom and Joanna did our makeup. They were super easy to get along with and really put us at ease as the pre-ceremony jitters start to set in! Couldn't have been happier with my sophisticated up-do and smoky eye makeup, everything photographed perfectly and its a definite plus that they include false eyelash application!

I have always been a "makeup" person and did my own hair/makeup (and some of my friends', too!) for special events. I even thought about doing my own hair and makeup on my wedding day... then I thought again. Did I really want to be stressed about it on such a big day? No. No I didn't. That's when I turned to Amie Decker Beauty. I had seen their work (and they had done several friends' weddings) and knew I was in good hands. Let me tell you, it was one of the BEST wedding decisions I made! The girls were so great (and fun!) to work with, and I felt so at ease having a hair and makeup trial included.

We had a great time getting ready on my wedding day (they also did several of my bridesmaids), and my hair and makeup looked FABULOUS.... and it didn't just look fabulous for an hour or two, it literally looked amazing the ENTIRE NIGHT! I was so amazed when I returned to our wedding suite that night, that I took a picture to document that the hair was still in place and that none of the makeup had smudged. And this is not because we had a boring wedding, either :) I was thrown around (literally), crowd-surfed, danced until I was sweating.... you name it!

When my professional pictures came in and I started sharing them with friends, literally one of the first questions that was asked was, "Who did your hair and makeup? It's amazing!". Even the night of the wedding (no kidding) I had several girls stop me to ask who did the hair and makeup for the wedding.

So to sum it up, Amie Decker Beauty is amazing, and you cannot go wrong! Sarah Lamb (my hair stylist) and Maria DeCesaris (my makeup artist) were absolutely phenomenal. Seriously. Thanks again for everything!!

Amie Decker Beauty is the absolute best. I am so thankful my wedding planner Elle Ellinghaus listened to exactly what I wanted and knew exactly who would be able to make it a reality. My wedding planner arranged for my hair and makeup trial to be done at her studio instead of the salon so that I could feel more relaxed! The office manager, Danielle did an amazing job at coordinating everything, and making sure that everyone stayed in the loop. My hair stylist, Kelley Small made me so comfortable discussing exactly what I wanted. Prior to even meeting with Kelley for my trial I was already sending her pictures of me in my pajamas to show her my hair! That speaks to how comfortable she made me feel. She answered every single question I had. Prior to even doing my trial with her. I was so impressed with the level of service I received from her that I knew I would be doing my hair! She gave me the beautiful an sexy style that wanted and my hair looked just as good at the end of the night as it did when we got started. Kelley also did my daughters which turned out amazing. My Make-up Artist, Amie Decker was amazing! I didn't really have anything in mind for what I wanted for my makeup. I knew that I wanted to look my best, and for that I would need the best and that is exactly what Amie is! On the day of my trial I decided to try going with a smokey eye. In the past when I have tried this it doesn't turn out good, but I will say hands down - Amie does the absolute best smokey eye. It looked incredible!!! It looked so good I almost didn't recognize myself!! I later decided to go with a more natural eye and Amie executed that flawlessly! I went with the airbrush makeup and it stayed put all night. On my wedding day Amie & Kelley arrived to my suite on time and were ready to go. I am honored to have had the opportunity to have Amie & Kelly provide hair and makeup for such a magical day.

When I started the planning process everyone said to book Hair & Make-up ASAP so I asked another girl that had gotten married at our venue. She mentioned her neighbor who worked for Amie Decker Beauty! At that point I started my stalking :) After spending hours looking at gorgeous weddings and brides I knew I had to have them do my wedding. I also knew (from the online gallery) that I knew so many of the brides and everyone had amazing reviews from working with them.

Amie - where do I even start. She is absolutely amazing! If you want perfect make-up on your wedding you have got to book Amie! Amie is amazing at what she does and she is the best of the best. She made me look and feel gorgeous on my wedding day. I even had her do my make-up for our engagement party and our engagement pictures. Amie did make-up for 10 people in our wedding party and did it with ease!

Kelley Small works wonders with wedding hair! I came to Kelley with examples and she took that and went above and beyond. My hair was exactly what I wanted. Kelley was able to do about 16 people's hair with assistants for our wedding. She was able to make everyone's hair look flawless when most of the girls didn't bring examples. Kelley is so accommodating and efficient with helping get everyone set for the wedding.

Amie & Kelley really made the wedding day fun. It was like a huge party getting ready that morning :)

Working with Amie Decker you get a fun trial where you get your hair and make-up done and you get to discuss what you envision for your day. The reviews don't lie - they are the best! You need them for your wedding day!

This company is amazing. Amie the owner is great! I contacted her last minute frantic needing a hairstylist after a previous stylist fell through (not so great story), and she walked me through everything. I was an out of town bride and she made she I could complete a trial at a stylists house the day before the wedding as well as have the stylist come to the hotel the morning of which saved us a LOT of time and stress of driving around trying to find a salon. Crystal was my stylist and so professional, she made my day! She invited me to her house the morning before (usually it is in a salon but I was flying in late), and welcome any and all feedback or requests with a smile and even added on to my requests! The morning of the wedding she showed up early, and spent a couple of hours doing all of my wedding party's hair, laughing and joking with us, and just being one of the girls. She even let me try a new hair style before going back to the original we worked on the morning before. The bridal party was ready before the groomsmen (that never happens)!!! I would absolutely recommend this company and Crystal to ANYONE. The have AMAZING prices and were the best vendor I found (and I looked for MONTHS)!!!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the hair and make-up services I received on my wedding day from Amie Decker Beauty! The company came highly recommended to me by a friend who had hired them for her wedding back in 2011. I am fairly particular about my make-up, but Maria did an amazing job at my trial, eliminating any fears I might have about how it would look on the wedding day. Sarah, the other half of the beauty team, was incredible at taking my vision and creating a hairstyle that perfectly matched my dress, style, and overall theme. Amie Decker Beauty came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator, and I couldn't have been happier with them! We hired Kelley and Maria to do the hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law. Before the big day, I attended a 'Beauty, Brides, and Bubbly' event, where I did a trial run of my hair and makeup while chatting with the girls about the big day. Even though I was the last trial after a LONG day, Kelley and Maria did a great job and made sure that I was completely happy with the look. I worked with Amie for my makeup at my wedding. She also did the makeup for my 6 bridesmaids and my mom and the groom's mother. Amie was amazing to work with. I would say that I am a bit picky about how my makeup is done and Amie did a great job. Every single girl loved their make up and they all looked beautiful. I felt a lot of pressure to find a talented make up artist because I wanted to love it and the way that I looked for my wedding day. I am so glad that I found Amie. Not only is she talented but she has experience doing wedding parties so she knows exactly how much time to leave- we were on schedule the entire day and we finished on time! Sarah and Maria are the ladies I used for my services. I used Sarah for my hair and Maria for makeup. I was supposed to get Aime herself but there was a mix up during the booking process but it ended up being the best mistake ever; Sarah and Maria did an excellent job and were awesome to work with.

When I went to my trial I went thinking I wanted to wear my hair one way but when it came down to the day of I totally changed my mind and not only was Sarah really flexible about it but she made me look beautiful. The girls also did the rest of my bridal party and were able to do exactly what everyone wanted and they were great at running the timing of the day.

Maria did an excellent job with my makeup and it lasted all day and all night perfectly. Together my hair and makeup was perfect and I felt beautiful. I would highly recommend both Aime Decker Beauty and specifically Maria and Sarah to any bride.

Amie and Kelley are AMAZING!!! I am so thrilled that I picked them for our day big! My hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted. They also did my entire bridal party plus my mom so 11 people total. Amie made sure everyone was ready on time and I have been in a number of weddings where hair and makeup took longer than expected. Amie was very flexible with setting up my trial and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. She recommended an excellent sunless tanning consultant who came to my hotel to spray me two days before the wedding. Kelley did my hair for my rehearsal dinner which was absolutely gorgeous! And, the day of the wedding, everything turned out perfect. Since we had such amazing weather, Amie did everyone’s makeup outside which was very relaxing and great for lighting. I could not be happier with the way that my hair and makeup look in our wedding photos. I absolutely recommend using Amie Decker Beauty!!! Stunning work!

Kelley and Maria, from Amie Decker Beauty, made me look hot on my wedding day! (I could have never whipped my hair into such beautiful shape or made my skin look like a work of art.) The ladies arrived on time for the big day and were very nice to me and the bridesmaids. I had a vague idea of what I wanted with my hair/makeup so both Kelley and Maria came up with something that worked perfectly for me. (Kelley even trimmed my unruly bangs – definitely going the extra mile with customer service.) I highly recommend this company to any bride!

Amie did my make-up and my bridesmaids’ make-up for my wedding day and she is amazing!!! All the girls looked so gorgeous and I thought my make-up was beautiful. I still looked like me, but prettier :) Plus Amie is so sweet and exactly the kind of person you want to be around on your wedding day. I would highly recommend Amie for your wedding or for any event when you want to look stunning!

Amie did makeup for myself, my mother and my six bridesmaids. She was on time and did makeup for all eight of us in just over three hours. She listened to each persons requests and made everyone look their very best. She was fun, friendly and is a truly amazing makeup artist. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a makeup artist for any event!

My bridesmaids and I were so pleased by the fantastic artists at Amie Decker did on my wedding day! Hair and makeup for 7 girls was all completed within 3 hours and we couldn't have looked any better! All of the artists listened to our ideas and completed them perfectly. All of our hair and makeup lasted though pictures, the ceremony, dinner and dancing! These ladies were smart and efficient and incredibly nice. A tad pricey, but hair and makeup was not something I was willing to compromise on. They were still a whole lot less expensive than a lot of other companies I compared them to. This team was unfailing professional and immensely talented. I just wish I could have them do my hair and makeup everyday!

Amie Decker Beauty - what an amazing team! Kelly was on hair and Amie was on make up for my big day. They are both incredibly talented, easy to work with, friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you and your bridal party look stunning. My hair is slightly shorter than shoulder, but Kelly is a genius and managed to put my hair up with the help of some hair that wasn't my own. You would never be able to tell it wasn't mine and she made my elegant up do dreams come true. I wanted my skin to look flawless on the day, and Amie delivered! My make up was what I would describe as glamorous but timeless, if only I could have Amie do my make up every day! Every photographer I went to have great photos, but I kept noticing that some of the pictures just stood out because of the beautiful hair and make up - It was Amie Decker Beauty every time so I knew I had to have their services for my wedding. Do not hesitate - they are the best!

Amie is awesome! As someone who can sometimes be a make up snob and actually does a pretty good job doing their own make up, I definitely had my reservations about working with a make up artist for my wedding. The reason I did chose to work with one is that I had already known Amie as a colleague and just loved her as well as the idea that I just wanted to be pampered on my wedding day.

I actually just went ahead and booked Amie as soon as we had a date because she books up really fast. I knew she would be versatile to work with me on what I wanted as we got closer, and of course she was. We met about a month before my wedding for a trial and though I wasn't totally feeling the first look, it was absolutely not a problem and she quickly switched some things around to suit more of what I was looking for. I did really appreciate her flexibility and ease!

On my wedding day, Amie came to my suite with one of her assistants (sadly I do not remember her name), who was also crazy talented and amazing. The assistant did make up for my 2 bridesmaids and both mothers, Amie did mine. One thing I was so pleased with was that each person's make up was different in that it suited them each perfectly! It wasn't like oh, you're all just going to get the same thing. No previous consults needed, they were all so happy with how their make up turned out and they all looked really beautiful!! For people that I know so well, I can say that they all truly looked their best.

Any my make up? Well stunning of course! Haha! I definitely wanted a dramatic look but nothing too crazy that I looked like a drag queen. I had bought they thick, lush fake lashes that I was really excited about but then felt like they were too much. Amie was so flexible and had smaller individual lashes on hand that we used instead and it made it perfect! She is just so sweet, chill, laid back but also very professional, on time and everything else you would ever want in a make up artist. She does also do hair!

I could not be happier with how Amie Decker Beauty's team did for our wedding. We had 7 updos and 5 makeup and they were 100% on schedule and everyone looked beautiful. Maria did the makeup and Sara did the hair and it was perfect. They fact that they came to us was a huge plus. I highly recommend!
