Very pleased with Americus Diamond. Went in looking for wedding band. Fiance bought engagement ring there also. We went in a couple of times to look and they were very attentive. Large selection to choose from. I love my rings

Ladies, this is the best place to start your ring search. We first came here to "look" at the engagement rings, and neither of us are jewelry people at all, so we were a bit nervous. Right away the salesperson put us at ease, offered us a soda and coffee, and started us on our search. I am very picky, and wanted something very dainty and small - we were allowed to take our time, we were never rushed, and absolutely never pressured.

I was fascinated by all the gemological info, as I'm a bit of a science buff, and it helped me feel reassured that we were purchasing a good product. I picked my two faves, and my fiancé came back to get the ring to "surprise" me. The quality of their product, superior service, beautiful showroom, and no pressure sales made this purchase a no brainer. I like that there is free resizing as well.

We've been back to look at wedding bands, although I am on the fence about cluttering up my dainty engagement ring with an extra band, I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again. It would be nice if they had more budget options for the men's wedding bands - that would be my only suggestion. This is a great place to start and compare to other options out there.

All of the sales people we talked to were very nice. They helped us individually and together, each time we came in. They offered us lots of different options, including custom, and were not pushy at all. The store is very impressive and I love that it's a local place. They really do seem to offer great values. All of the diamonds were beautiful and there were TONS of choices. Seems a lot more unique than going to a typical chain jewelry store.

So happy with the service they had provided my fiance when he was picking out my engagement ring! The staff were quite knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful with catering to his budget and in providing him with information on the differences in the shapes, grades, and qualities of the different rings. We bought our wedding rings from here as well, and were quite happy with the selection and pricing.

We purchased both my engagement ring (surprise to me) and my wedding ring at Americus Diamonds. Americus is a much better shopping experience than going into the large chain stores. You receive more one on one attention and the quality is much better. We had picked a wedding ring out that we thought we put on our registry or wish list, but somehow that got lost. That would be the only issue we had but it is very small and not a big deal. My rings are absolutely beautiful and everyone loves them.

The staff at Americus Diamond are so friendly and helpful! My husband chose my ring to surprise me and they were able to help him pick out the PERFECT one.

Their selection of men's rings wasn't quite as large as we expected but we were able to find exactly what he wanted for his band as well.

Every time we go in there to get it cleaned everyone is absolutely wonderful. I am so happy we went with Americus Diamond for our rings!!

My fiance made the mistake of letting me pick my ring. I had been looking for over a month and could not find one in our price range that was everything I wanted. A family friend recommended Americus Diamond so we gave it a try not expecting more than any other store. I have never seen so many engagement rings in one place! They have every style you can possibly imagine. The diamond we selected was much prettier than any I had seen elsewhere and the prices were amazing. The customer service and financing options were also very good.

Hubby bought me the most gorgeous engagement ring!!! We were so impressed with the store, policy, prices, people...really everything about the place, so we got our wedding rings here too! :) they have such a unique election! My hubby has this awesome two toned wedding band with engraved details, which is just so neat!

Seriously, LIKE EVERYONE complements my ring!!

My husband purchased both my engagement ring and wedding ring here. (I got to help choose the wedding band.) The prices are reasonable and there are so many styles to choose from, so I suggest trying on every style ring within your budget to find the one that is right for you. That is what I had to do. I went in thinking I wanted a certain style but when I tried it on it didn't look right with my engagement ring. The staff are also very patient and willing to help you find the ring for you!

My husband found my engagement band here and It is absolutely amazing and one of a kind! Their are so many options for female rings here! We bought two of the matching wedding bands that are made for my ring and I love love love my ring now! The only downside about this location is the variety for men's rings are very limited, so unfortunately I bought my husbands ring somewhere else.

Love my ring and especially the service. They will clean it whenever you want and to keep the warranty they do not require regular checks/cleanings/service, which is really rare! Awesome store!

Beautiful, simple and large amount of choices. I found the setting I wanted, but it was on display with white gold and with a round stone. I love the ascher cut, and found one that looked like it would be a good fit instead of the round, and we wanted it in yellow gold. The jewelers were very flexible with our request and made our jewelry to order. The stone settings remained in white gold, but the bands were yellow gold. When we went back to find my husband's ring, they were ready to assist. Thankfully we found a ring that complimented my set and all that needed to be done was resizing. They will resize my set for free, and my husband's once for free. They supplied us with one jar of jewelry cleaner, and we can take the rings in anytime for cleaning, and if necessary repairs.

My fiance picked out my engagement ring from Americus Diamond and it is absolutely gorgeous! The service was very good. We went to go have it resized and the salesman recommended little beads added since my finger will probably expand during the hot summers. He took care of the fix quickly. This is a small business of San Antonio, locally owned and operated. I look forward to getting my fiance's ring from here as well.

I love this place. Going into this store was like a fairy tale. Imagine picking your setting from cases and cases of diamonds. My husband surprised me with one of my two favorite rings from this store.

We love Americus Diamonds, the staff is friendly and really took the time to get to know us, my style, as well as our budget. My husband picked the perfect engagement ring and wedding band set and I just love that the diamonds never loose value and can be upgraded. My husband and I were married in 2009 and just renewed our vows on June 29, 2012. I have stopped by many times to have my ring cleaned (free of charge) and I still receive the same great treatment as I did the very first day we walked in to Americus Diamonds! Superb customer service :)

After looking at every jewelry store in North Star Mall and The Shops at La Cantera, I had given up on finding a wedding band I would love. My engagement ring was a solitaire and the setting began so low on the band, that all of the jewelers I met with suggested having it reset so the wedding band would lay flush against it. My fiance had selected the diamond and had it set and I didn't want to reset it. So just as I was giving up, my fiance suggested we try Americus Diamonds. He was right. They had a wonderful selection of wrap around bands and I found the one that took my breath away! And they were so friendly and helpful while we shopped. We had 100% attention of the same sales person throughout our visit and never felt rushed or pressured into making the purchase. I've seen their infommercials for years and thought they were too commercial to be taken seriously. I admit I was wrong. They have such a huge variety of rings, in so many cuts, shapes and styles. Thank you Americus Diamonds!!

This was a major expense for us, which we did not take lightly. When we found the web site, we went through the entire tutorial. We also spent one day going to different jewelers as they suggested, and every sales gimmick that Americus Diamond said would be used we encountered. Americus Diamond is an amazing place, we never felt rushed or pressured. Once we made the engagement and wedding band purchased, I decided I wanted an additional band. We returned to Americus about 1.5 years later they ordered the additional band cleaned, reconditioned the engagement ring, and soldered the additional band No problems. We also purchased his wedding ring at that time, and the additional band cost an additional 200 which it was nice to know my ring increased in value in that short a time period.

Don't go anywhere else but Americus Diamond!!!! They know their stuff and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. They have a lifetime guarantee on all of their jewelry, which was a big deal for us. We enjoyed their service and guarantee so much that we had to get my husband's ring there as well.

Fabulous store. Huge selection, beautiful jewelry, helpful associates, and great pricing. They also give free cleanings every six months. We got my engagement ring and our wedding bands there.

The largest selection I have ever seen in a store. They will also customize anything you want as well.

My fiance went to every diamond jewelry store he could find in search of the perfect engagement ring. I had given him some ideas, and no shop had anything close. So he finally stopped into Americus Diamond, and sadly, they didn't have anything either ! However, they were able to custom make my ring!! He just showed them a picture and they were able to recreate it and he got to be part of the whole process ! After he proposed we went back to Americus Diamond to get a wedding band and there was nothing that really caught my eye, so they custom made that too ! They made it to perfectly wrap around my engagement ring. I am so happy with this place, the service was wonderful and everyone was helpful and friendly. Thanks!

I love my rings! I am so very glad that I got my rings here! The staff is so helpful and they are able to make your wedding rings unique. I did not give them full stars on flexibility because I wanted pink sapphires in my wedding band and they didn't have enough stones to do the job. I was really disappointed. Oh, amazing prices, too!

Never buy a chain or necklace!

Bought a $275 necklace for the $2200 charm that I bought from them. Clasp broke after wearing it less that 10 times & now they are charging me $175 to fix the clasp....read their fine print!!! They win't warranty it!! WAS planning on buying my anniversary jewelery from them....Forget that!!!
