Cant recommend highly enough

There are great wedding vendors, excellent vendors...and then there are those that go completely above and beyond. That is American Limo of CNY!!! Sooo happy I met them at the Bridal Show at the NYS Fairgrounds four months before my wedding last year and booked their 28-person limo bus immediately when we got a tour of one of them. Immaculate ride. We were married at Hendricks Chapel in Syracuse in May 2019 and were THRILLED with our driver who seemed to anticipate anything we might need before or after our wedding ceremony. Breath mints while we waited for the processional, helping with boutonnieres, you name it. The girls were picked up at the Brewster Inn in Cazenovia and following the ceremony we stopped at Green Lakes for photos before being dropped off at our backyard reception at our home in Madison County. A 4-hour rental worth every penny...we were beyond pleased with the service, professionalism of our driver, and of course the awesome atmosphere provided in the limo bus!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

American Limousine is the way to go if you are looking for transportation for your wedding. Our driver was absolutely AMAZING. He took care of everything, including helping me to and from my house to the limo as well as from the limo to the church (I had a huge dress). He even helped my friends fix the back of my dress before I walked down the aisle. Our driver was so fun and relaxed which is what you need on your wedding day! I have nothing but great things to say about this vendor!

I shopped around for a bit for a limo service since I only needed it for about 4 hours. These guys were the best price I found with great reviews. They did not disappoint! We needed room for 12 people so we got a limo bus-type thing. It was comfy, had champagne, a beautiful fireplace on a screen. It was just perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used American Limousine to transport the bridal party to the wedding/reception venue in their Cadillac Escapade and then they came back 5 hours later with a Town Car to pick up the bride and groom. We had the same driver for both trips (Richard, I think). He was great. Plenty early both times. And he was super helpful getting the bride inside the building without being seen by the groom and guests who were standing by the main door! The reservation staff were friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

American Limousine of CNY, Inc. transported my son and his groomsmen from Skaneateles to Syracuse and then after the wedding transported the entire wedding party back to Skaneateles for the reception. The service was just as promised. Despite the bad weather the driver made it to each destination in good time. He was very personable and professional and even walked me to my car! Despite the deteriorating road conditions our drive waited patiently for the wedding party to finish with pictures and my son commented on how carefully he drove. The level of service that American Limousine provided certainly contributed to what was an absolutely wonderful day!

Vince was our driver and did an exceptional job. We were early to each winery; the selection of wineries was fantastic. We were early on our way back, which allowed for some unexpected stops -- which we enjoyed as much as the wine tour. We are already planning on our tour for next year -- which we have been doing for 3 years now, and each year everyone wants to go back. I look forward to working with American Limousine again for our annual holiday wine tour and hopefully for a professional football and/or baseball game.

Our driver was AMAZING! He was very professional, and we all also had a good time joking around with him. He was very flexible, and with no problem at all, added a couple of hours for dinner after our wine tour. He was by far the best driver we could've had, and the limo was absolutely perfect!

Used on 6/10/11 for our wedding. Was amazed at the service we received, Our driver Ron was very professional, not sure what we would would of done with out him. I would recommend for sure. This was the only vendor we did not have problems with. Great Job American Limo!!!

I can not think of one bad thing about our driver. He was so attentive and on top of everything. I never would have expected the driver to help me with my dress, get me water, and anything else I needed. He was amazing. I am soo happy we chose you guys. The limo was also very clean.

We used American Limo for our wedding transportation and our bachelorette party wine tour. We used several vehicles - the stretch Hummer, the 21 passenger party bus, and the stretch Rolls Royce limo. All the cars were sparkling clean and very comfortable! They were stocked with nice glassware, napkins, and ice. The drivers were such fun!! They were informative, flexible, professional, and very friendly!! They gave us terrific rates since we booked so many trips. Hope we have another reason to hire them again!!

Very professional and timely. Very competitive price for 4 hours (offers deal at bridal show) and very clean limo. Punctual with pickup and delivery of wedding party. Has GPS in car. Music and lighting in car very nice. Driver also helped with recommendations for shooting wedding photos. (Thorndon Park Rose Garden). Great service, provided water while on photo shoot and always helped in/out of the car. Champagne and red carpet included in package.

Our limo driver, Trinidad, was the best. He arrived in Auburn to pick up the men 10 minutes early, drove them to Westvale and then came to pick me and the girls up at my house. All on time. He held umbrellas for all of us and he even fixed my train as I started down the ailse. While we were getting pictures in the church he went and got beer for the guys. At the outdoor photos he gave the girls his coat and held umbrellas for all of us. One of the groomsman (who has been in a ton of weddings) said that he was the best limo driver he has ever seen.

American Limo was great! I wanted the Lincoln Navigator stretch limo as our transportation for the wedding. I had called to book it, but it was already taken. Rob told me to come on down on my lunch break and look at the hummer limo. I was very hesitant at going because I thought the Hummer's were ugly. Well, I was wrong! We booked it right then and there!

The day of the wedding, Rob came in the church to let us know he had arrived, and then the whole day he was there to help in any way that he could! Thanks Rob!

Our limo driver was great! He took us to two different places for pictures and even took the guys to Burger King for a snack! One mix up was when I talked to this company over the phone, they told me the tip was included in the price, so I figured they would charge it to my parents credit card when collecting the final payment. However, the contract (which I didn't read in detail) said tip was to be paid the day of. So I was surprised when they called me asking why we didn't tip the driver. We quickly put a check in the mail to him since he did such a great job. I guess the lesson is to read all contracts thouroughly!

We did an 8 hour wine tour at Seneca Lake for a Bachelor Party in the 14 passenger Party Bus. Great service, flexible, on time, Zeke the driver was "the MAN", and American Limo helped me plan out and make reservations at the wineries. It was a great day of wine tasting and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would Highly recommend!!!

We had a Hummer limo for the bridal party and a 8 passenger white limo for the parents. They called to confirm a few weeks before the wedding and then the week before the wedding to make sure we didnt have any special requests. We even dropped off beer/liquor the Friday before the wedding so they could put it in cooler and guys didnt have to deal with it Saturday morning, plus it was cold for Sat! I cannot say enough good things about both drivers.they even helped me put on the cathedral part of my veil because I had no idea how and didnt realize it until I got to the wedding. Highly recommend!

The driver of our stretch Hummer was wonderful. He was kind and extremely helpful. He even fixed my dress when it was my turn to walk down the isle. He had mints ready for anyone and water for whoever needed it. I feel he went above and beyond my expectations for a limousine company. I would highly recommend this company.

We booked a Hummer Limo for our wedding. The driver was on time to pick us up from the Hotel, but when I told him where I wanted to be dropped off he didn't understand and went the wrong way, putting us at the side door of the church and he had to back up the whole length of the parking lot to turn around which caused us to be later than we already were and since it was raining my girls wouldn't let me walk around to the front of the building. We had called them specifically to ask if there was a place to hook up car seats for the ring bearer and flower girl since they were both under 3 and we were assured over the phone that they could be installed, but when the limo came it had no seat belts or hooks which was confusing since the lady on the phone went out to the vehicle to check and see if it did have belts. Anyway overall not a bad experience and the cost was decent for a hummer, I would recommend them to friends.

I liked the professionalism of American Limousine. I thought they offered a great party bus for our wedding. They one thing i didn't like was having to barter for a better price each time I spoke with them. At the end of the day, they did finally offer one of the better values out of any service on a Weekend.

The only thing that we did not love about American Limo was that our driver did not know how to get to the place we were taking our pictures, Onondaga Park. We had given American Limo all the information beforehand, yet it still took much longer than it should have to get there. Once at the park, the limo driver did not know where to park and we spent a lot of time driving in and around the park. I feel like all this should have been sorted ahead of time. Because we spent so much time driving around, we did not have much time for pictures. The best man told the driver that we would be willing to pay any extra fees for going over our allotted time (even though it wasn't our fault), but the driver came out to where we were getting our pictures taken and get looking at out photographer and tapping his wrist. I felt this was very unprofessional. Even despite this one drive, I would definitely recommend American Limo. We used the 16-passenger limo bus and it was able to seat a wedding party of 16 quite comfortably with lots of extra space (and we had some pretty big guys in our group!) It was very easy to get in and out of the limo bus in my wedding dress, which was not easy to move in. The limo was also incredibly clean, including the provided champagne glasses--those didn't even have water spots on them! Additionally, the two bottles of complimentary champagne and tons of bottled water were awesome!

I'm really glad they showed up on time to pick us up.We where a bit worried after have problems contacting them.They did show up on time and the driver was a nice guy who helped us find a good spot for photos.It was definitely worth the money to arrive at your ceremony in a nice limousine.

American Limousine was prompt and courteous.Our driver arrived on time and was very nice.In the limousine we were provided with a bottle of champagne and flowers.Overall we where very trilled with the service we received.It was a pleasure to do business with American Limousine.

the only problem i had was the air conditioning was not working properly and it was hot, was not happy

The limo driver was not friendly. Very stern and was unwilling to drive where the bride wanted to go before wedding. Just drove right to chapel which was 5 mins from pick-up point and sat for 30 mins if not more. From what I understand through the bride and groom was not very cooperative after the wedding either. Would not use American Limo again.

The driver was incredible rude, unprofessional. Started the ride telling us the famous people he drove. Set rules which we followed then changed them. Pulled the bus over dramatically then changed them. Drove 80mph recklessly in the way home.
