Amazing experience!
We got married this weekend at pittsburgh botanic garden. Ambassador is their main rental company for basically everything you need which made things very simple and easy for me. From the first time I spoke with Tonia she was very kind and accommodating. I spoke to her countless times on the phone and over email. I changed my mind and layout several times and each time she was more than happy to make the changes for me. Their tent and all the rentals were beautiful. I especially loved the chandelier, clear top tent with twinkle lights and farm tables. The setup was absolutely beautiful and totally exceeded my vision. Thank you Tonia and the crew from ambassador! -

Our wedding was at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden and Ambassadors is their rental company (for a reason!) Tonia listened intently to our desires from day one and always had a can-do mentality. When our wedding week came and the temperature drastically increased, she recommended a different tent to help shield our guests — which we agreed with with only days to spare! Ambassadors is down to earth, friendly, and reasonable — what more can you ask for? -

Flexible, Responsive, and Detail Oriented
I can’t sing Tonia’s praises enough from Ambassador. She worked with me to do our layouts and planning for my wedding at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden and she was just fabulous! We had our wedding during the pandemic and had postponed from fall 2020 to fall 2021. During our planning we had so many changes from our original plan due to the ups and down of COVID and the Delta Variant. Tonia was flexible, responsive, and extremely detail oriented! She helped me plan around a variety of things that came up, from moving our dance floor outside to working with a guest count that went down a significant amount from what we had planned on.
I’ll also say overall that Ambassador was easy to work with and flexible. The day of our wedding we ended up getting a few upgrades because the wedding there they day before us was already using that equipment.
Ambassador, cheers to your team! You guys rock and our event was perfect. Not a chair or napkin out of place. -

We worked with Ambassador tent rental through PBG, and they were incredible to work with. Tonia was quick to email with every change (and we had quite a few). We also rented one of their tents the day after our wedding for a bbq and they were quick and helpful with that as well! So glad we had the opportunity to work with them. -

Tonia and Mike were so helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. I emailed with Tonia with questions and adjustments and she was always very responsive and helpful.
The tent was the HIGHLIGHT of our wedding and the dance floor was the busiest spot all night. They made the process very easy for us and made sure every detail was exactly how we wanted.

Absolutely amazing
Mike was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Our wedding was a dream come true because of his rental. We had the most beautiful ceremony and reception because of ambassador tent rental. We still get compliments to this day. We rented the tent, lighting, generators, dance floor, tables chairs linens, chairs for ceremony and bathroom trailer. It was beautiful and the best day ever -

Wedding Tent Rental
Absolutely amazing service. Always so prompt with emails and any calls I had addressing every question. They will even take the amount of guests you have a build a whole layout for you! Selecting the tent size you would need with the amount of tables etc. They have a ton of add on options as well! From a bar to dance floor to decorations! It’s a one stop shop! 100% recommend! Thank you for making our wedding perfect! -

Ambassador was originally recommended by our venue and from our initial meeting with them we loved the team! I met with Tonia in the beginning to understand the initial vision for our tables, chairs, linens, etc. It was so nice to know that they are experts and could make recommendations on what they think would look best for our day and our budget. Any time there was a change in guest count, they were very responsive in making adjustments. The week prior we had to move our venue and they adjusted seamlessly! Mike came out to review the new venue. Once we got the okay, his team was very efficient and professional putting up the tents and explaining all the different features. If you’re looking for a great team to work with look no further! -

Spectacular vendor!
Mike and his team were awesome! From their flexibility to their patience and advice - everything from start to finish was flawless. Highly recommend! Will use them again in the future for events! We got tables, chairs, linens, side walls, fans, Navi track tent, and the 5 station restroom trailer. We didn’t have any issues with any of it! -

Easy and informative.
Had to change up our wedding due to the pandemic. Which I feel is the new norm. Rented one of the package deals. (30x20 Tent, 72 chairs, and 11 tables) They worked with me in making minor changes and kept me informed of things that would happen if I decorated early. Such as condensation inside the tent which honestly never crossed my mind. Very professional and experienced company. It was a perfect experience and it was a huge part of our perfect day! I will be using them again in the future! -

Backyard Tent Wedding Made Easy
My fiance (now husband) and I decided we wanted a backyard/field wedding at his parents farm property. I did plenty of research on the different companies in the area that offered tents/chairs/tables (everything you would need to rent). Ambassador stood out the most. Their prices were reasonable and the reviews all boasted how wonderful they were to work with. I reached out to Ambassador and was quickly answered by Tonia. Tonia was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! I would randomly shoot her an email with a bizarre, panicky email about something. She helped guide us through the perfect size of the tent. We decided to add an additional section which was perfect for what we wanted. Mike and his crew showed up the Wednesday before the wedding. They were extremely professional. They came in with ideas and comments due to the uneven ground. The tent was beautiful and perfect. The chairs and tables were perfect for what we wanted. We even rented the 5 stall restroom trailer and it was LUXURY. It was clean and did not have any odor! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using Ambassador for your rental needs. -

Ambassador was a total breeze to work with! They made one of the hardest parts of planning a wedding seamless and simple and gave me appropriate estimates for everything down to the number of forks/knives that would be needed based on our guest count (which changed quite a bit during our planning, and they never missed a beat). The draped tent, chandeliers, table setup, and chairs/benches were set up perfectly and the layout exceeded all expectations I had for what my ceremony and reception would look like. Would recommend to anyone! Super easy and pleasant to work with. -

Great experience with this company
We used Ambassador Tent Rental to host a wedding reception in Darlington, PA after we were married overseas. Tonia was very responsive to emails and helping with the ideal layout for tables/chairs/dance floor/food stations/etc. The setup and removal of the tent and other equipment were flawless. I highly recommend this company for your rental needs. -

Ambassador was great to work with from the start. They reached out to the venue and had a lot of the details ironed out while the other companies we reached out to were still getting their quotes ready. We had a wedding in a stadium which came with a lot of special needs and circumstances and they handled everything professionally. Everything turned out great and we would definitely recommend using them for any tent/table/chair needs. -

We had to use Ambassador for our wedding at PBG but I am so glad we had them. The staff (especially Tonia) was super helpful in answering questions, adjusting what we wanted over time, giving us recommendations, and getting our floor plan exactly the way we wanted it. Everything was over email, including choosing colors, which also made everything really easy and convenient. If you are looking for rustic/farm style furnishings their stuff is beautiful as well, just a little pricey. -
