The best in the business
We worked with Amazing Event Rentals for all of our rentals for our outdoor wedding on HHI. They supplied us everything we could have possibly needed — huge tent, large dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, china, coolers, fans, beautiful lighting, and more. They were very responsive during the planning process and were a joy to work with when I had to make changes to the rental list or changes to our wedding layout. However, I was most impressed when it came to delivering and setting up the wedding venue. We were thrown high storm winds and rain on the weekend of the wedding, but Amazing Event Rentals showed up with smiles on their faces and immediately started working. They turned a plain grassy backyard, into a dream wedding venue. They worked through the rain and high winds to get our tent up asap and when changes had to be made due to the weather they were professional and kind and understanding. They are the definition of professional. With the last second weather changes they even were able to find walls to put onto our tent at the last second and they made it their mission to ensure we had a dry and cozy atmosphere under the tent so we could enjoy our wedding despite the weather. They worked late into the day to set up the venue the day before, and they even showed up the morning of the wedding to walk through everything and dry things out that got wet from the rain over the night. When the lights were having difficulty staying lit during the reception, they showed up again and ensured they got fixed for us. They came after the reception and removed the dance floor, chairs, tables, linens, and bars immediately — their fast and thorough work was impressive. They could not have been more pleasant people to work with. They made our wedding into a dream and we cannot thank them enough. If you are looking for a rental company for an upcoming wedding or event, look no further and hire Amazing Event Rentals — they make it their mission to ensure everything was as stress-free as possible for us and as beautiful as we all imagined it would be. They are amazing!
Amazing event rentals provided all rentals for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding! My mother-in-law and wedding planner did most of the coordination with them, but they were very easy to work with and were flexible with some late-in-the-game changes. Our wedding could not have happened without them! We are so thankful!!

Wedding Reception
The reception was held in the Grand Ocean Terrace at the Westin Resort & Spa in Hilton Head, SC. The furniture brought in transformed the space from ordinary to elegant. They did an outstanding job. Beth Baldwin was our wedding planner who has worked with this vendor and they were top notch. The reception was beyond incredible! -

Great experience
Despite having to reschedule 3x due to COVID, Amazing Event Rentals was helpful and flexible every step of the way. They helped us tweak the design to allow for more distancing. They even quickly and calming managed a mini crisis on the day of around some missing table cloths (they came to our rescue!). The setup was gorgeous and we had a great experience! -

Our COVID-19 Wedding
The representatives at Amazing Event were awesome, we had to cancel our beach wedding and move it to the resort deck to the city of Hilton Head and COVID-19 and AER were very accommodating in taking care of us and communicated with us up to the point they made the delivery.... -

So Courteous and Helpful!
When we had an issue with the original draping and lighting vendor for our wedding, Amazing Event Rentals stepped up and saved the day for us. I spoke with Lyndsay on the phone, and she was able to help us have a beautiful reception. They are wonderful people to work with, and I highly recommend this company. I was helping with a placed order for a wedding and due to Hurricane Florence we had to cancel. I was very upset and heartbroken, but no where as bad as the bride to be. The staff was absolutely “amazing” as far as reaching us and trying to help us out. They offered to reschedule for us, but it was an option. Even after the storm passed, one of the girls there, I think her name was Jill, called to make sure we were alright and safe. It really meant the world to us. Destination weddings are hard to begin with, but with hhis compnay, you can tell they genuinely care. I absolutely recommend them to anyone! -

This company is awesome! We had a "clitch" in our original draping and lighting vendor for my daughter's wedding reception, and Amazing Event Rentals stepped in and did an outstanding job. The lighting and draping in the reception area was even better than we had imagined. They were courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job...and our pictures are beautiful. Their name says it all! They dealt with my endless questions and provided me 100 different quotes as I was trying to find the nicest chairs that fit my budget. Misty with the Amazing Event Rentals Team was awesome! She was very responsive, super attentive throughout the entire process of selecting pieces, updating quotes and adding on last minute tent (pending the weather). Even with some last minute surprises of some items not being at our disposal the day before the wedding Misty and Tara our wedding planner were able to work everything out to perfection. I was even able to meet some of Misty's team members and they were also a complete pleasure, very professional and super flexible. Their rental pieces were in great shape and exactly how they were pictured. -

After searching for a vendor to rent forty chairs from I choose to go with Rentiquity. I contacted a couple of other vendors for our rental needs and the per chair price was ok, but they then added on multiple different fees making the total price astronomical. With Rentiquity the price was excellent and the delivery, set-up, and tear down was complimentary! My contact Paul was excellent to work with and made the process very easy. My husband and best friend oversaw the set up and could not say enough of their efficiency. Rentiquity made sure the spacing was lined up and that all the chairs were strait and even. They arrived exactly on time for both the set up and break down. Extremely pleased with their excellent service. -

At the last minute I found out I needed extra tables and chairs. I loved being able to place my rental order on Amazing's website and price everything out before deciding to go with them. I enjoyed not having to talk to someone to secure what I needed- with weeks left before my wedding it was a relief to be able to get it done! -

We rented from their Hardeeville, South Carolina store for my daughter's wedding in Savannah, Georgia that was on May 21st. Everything was delivered and set up on time. They had everything packed up in the truck on time after the wedding too. There prices are the best of all the rental companies we talked to.
I would suggest that you go to their store to talk with them in person.
Amazing Events Rentals Hardeeville, South Carolina location did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again.

Paul Shammas at Rentiquity was one of the most accommodating, responsible, and friendly vendors I have ever had the pleasure to work with on a wedding. He was great to develop an accurate contract from the beginning and revise it as we changed our wishes right up to the deadline. At the time of the wedding we had to change venues from an outside park to an inside reception venue due to rain. He and his crew helped us set up and revise the wedding plan in such short time doing work he ordinarily would not do as a rental company so that we could meet the ceremony schedule. He continually asked what else he could do to help us as the day went on. It was a perfect set up with the right look right on time in spite of a change of venue at the last minute and the bride and her family were so happy about the outcome. I will always refer others to Rentiquity with trust and confidence that what is agreed upon would be delivered with service beyond what is needed if required. -

We rented 80 chairs from Rentiquity for our outdoor ceremony. Paul was very easy to work with and was extremely flexible with our changing headcount and time changes. Delivery and pickup was smooth and efficient, and the rental fees were much more affordable than several other companies we looked at - would definitely recommend! -

AER came through in a time constraint for me as I was three weeks away from my wedding day when my previous chair vendor, Fairytale Rentals located in Statesboro, GA, informed me she did not have enough chairs (that I paid in full for) for my wedding day. AER had the chairs, were more reasonably priced, and were so incredibly professional! They were truly lifesavers for my wedding, and I HIGHLY recommend them for your next rentals! They were on time with delivery, and their crew was so friendly! I was so glad to have found them!!! -

When the furniture was delivered to our event location, it was so much better than the pictures we had seen or what we had envisioned. I heard more comments throughout the evening that ours was the most beautiful wedding they had seen and that was in no doubt due to the antique furniture we rented from Rentiquity. In the week since the wedding, we have received so many positive comments about how unique and beautiful our use of antique furniture was. We wanted to offer a vintage lounge area at our outdoor fort venue, but couldn't swallow the 2k+ quotes from other local vendors for a couch, couple of chairs and a coffee table. I found Paul and he made it possible - his prices are beyond competitive. For a split second before the wedding, I thought his set up might be too good to be true - just what I want for an amazing price and service? - but it JUST is that good. We used Amazing Event Rentals for chairs at our wedding ceremony at Kate Gleason Memorial Park. In person, on the phone, and over email, the employees were very responsive and professional. And, the delivery crew was great! We sent them a photo of how they wanted the chairs arranged and set it up perfectly. -

Customer service really is their specialty!! Paul was wonderful to work with. They have many wonderful items, but we used just the standard white padded chairs. While other local companies had outrageous prices or decent price with outrageous delivery/setup fees, Rentiquity had great prices. Also offered a military discount. Called to confirm setup details a week prior in case we had changed our mind on anything. Would definitely use them again.
Unbeknownst to me, we also stayed right next door to where Paul lives. He just returned from setting up our event when we were coming outside to wait on our trolley. Very nice and congratulated me. -

Paul and Andy are two amazing guys running an equally amazing rental company. They worked tirelessly to source the exact items that we were looking for our ceremony seating and decor. Paul was extremely responsive and helped at every turn to make sure that we would have everything exactly the way that we wanted it on our day. We were instantly at ease with him, and although he didn't have a huge selection of items at the time, because the company was fairly new, we decided to get all of our furniture rentals from him simply because he made us feel that no matter what he would make sure we were happy, no stress and no pressure. He was even happy to meet us on a weekend to show us his offering, and although it was hot, and we did a lot of deliberating on the spot about which things we liked more than others. He was very flexible, allowing us to drop, swap and add items to our rental agreement until the month of the wedding even!
We had a very unusual circumstance, in that our guests had to drive through our ceremony location to park, and then all of the pews (from Rentiquity) could be set up, and we were on a time crunch to time everything right with sunset. Paul was amazing and helped us to feel at ease, knowing that he would be able to accommodate our crazy request.
There may be a dozen more rental options in Savannah, maybe some with more reviews than Retiquity, but honestly, you will not be disappointed if you let Paul take care of your rentals. I promise you will be happy!
We were absolutely over-the-moon about how everything turned out, and we couldn't have done it without Paul at Retiquity! -

We used Amazing Event for the majority of the rentals for our daughter's wedding. The venue looked amazing. Our wedding planners, Alysse and Tristan of Design Studio South, worked with Tony at Amazing Event to create just the look we were after and then some. I absolutely loved the X back chairs and barstools for the reception and cocktail areas. Amazing Event seems to have such an extensive inventory, they are able to create just about any look you are after. Plus they are great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! -

We hired Amazing Event Rentals for our chairs, coolers, pillars and linen. Everything was flawless! Delivery was on time, products were in good condition and reserving them was a breeze! Emma was very helpful and professional. I made changes several times and everything was promptly changed and a new invoice sent. Delivery charges at all the other rental places in Savannah was outrageous! For example: 3 separate companies quoted 500 for chairs and 475 for delivery! Amazing charged me 60 for delivery and it was only 50 extra for them to set up the chairs and the chairs were 25 cents cheaper per chair!! Amazing is right!! LOVE this company!! Saved me so much money, which is refreshing considering people actually raise their prices just because you are having a wedding! We rented from Amazing Event Rentals primarily because we found them to be less expensive compared to the other rental companies on what we needed to rent (folding chairs, 5' round tables, 36" hightops, chafing dishes) for our wedding. We were extremely pleased with our decision. Their guys delivered right on time, set up the chairs/tables right where we asked, and were easy to work with. They delivered on a Friday to our venue and picked up on a Monday - which saved us weekend delivery fees. We would highly recommend them! -

Gorgeous rental chairs and benches
We had a venue change last minute due to covid issues with our first venue so we had to totally change the look of our wedding. However, amazing rentals came through for our change from formal club house wedding to a formal beach European style wedding. We used the cross back chairs for the reception on the hotel lawn and the long grey benches for the beach ceremony. It was absolutely stunning!! Prices of the items were all fair; however, the delivery fees and Sunday wedding delivery/pickup fees can add up. I highly recommend amazing rentals for their flexibility and gorgeous supply of furniture! (I wish I had better photos to share but our professional pics aren’t back yet!! I’ll share them ASAP!) -

With our wedding being on the beach on Tybee Island, I searched forever to find chairs for the ceremony. When I found Amazing Event Rentals it was like a dream come true (they also have a location in Savannah). When I first spoke with them I was a little upset because I learned that it would cost significantly more to have the chairs delivered to the beach. They were willing to work with me though and drop the chairs off at our reception venue which was right across the street. When the day arrived however, our delivery man brought our chairs to the ceremony site anyway and even helped us set up and breakdown. Overall, everyone was so great to work with and made getting everything ready so much easier. -

Amazing Events provided all of the rentals for our ceremony and reception. We rented everything from the plates and silverware to the tables, chairs, tent, and lighting. Admittedly, our wedding planner acted as the go-between for all of our interactions with them, but I found them to be helpful when we had questions, timely with estimates, and willing to provide multiple options in a range of prices. Everything was set up well in advance and was a nice quality. We had our wedding ceremony in the round, and Tony took the time to set up the chairs in a perfectly round and evenly spaced circle. I was on a budget for my weddnig and I found it every difficult to spend at much money as I did on chairs, but it is an unnecesary evil I'm afraid. Our experiences leading up to the wedding weekend were not very pleasant. Luckily I had kept notes and exchanged emails because they tried to take back something that was told to us at the beginning of planning. Every time we contacted them to change something about our event, it was like they were talking to us for the first time all over again and we had to start from scratch. After about 4 rounds of this, things seemed to get better and we started to deal with someone new in the office and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. The set up for our wedding was beautiful and the weekend of the event was great! Our stereo system did go out half way through the reception though and no one at the wedding knew how to fix it. -

Had good options for tables/chairs/etc. Pricing was very annoying with them. We got a quote then their linen prices went up SIGNIFICANTLY. There was total of 5 "delivery/set up" charges on their invoice instead of one clear cut price for everything. They were wishy/washy over which charge was for what and changed in multiple times on different invoices.

We booked our wedding rentals with Amazing Event Rentals and really loved them at first. They had a wide variety of items to choose from and fit exactly what we needed. The only issue that I had is that our wedding was the weekend of a hurricane and with them being based in South Carolina, they were ordered to evacuate before Georgia made a call. Since they had to evacuate, they wouldn't have been able to deliver our rentals even if we stayed. We ended up being made to evacuate as well and had to cancel everything. We were in a declared state of emergency and the vendor cancelled on us (before we were told to evacuate also) and they would not refund our deposit. We cancelled our wedding and eloped because it would take another several months to get all of our vendors available on the same day again and we had a lot of deposits tied up with them. I wish, given the circumstances, that we would have been given our deposit back. They were able to give us a credit on our account that we could use for something else at a later time. We ended up booking a bounce house for a friend's child's birthday party. At least it wasn't totally wasted. -

Amazing Event Rentals was pretty good. They really do have EVERYTHING you could possibly want for your event and their delivery and set up was really convenient and easy. I feel like one issue with this company is that they have too many cooks in the kitchen. When you call, you're working with anyone that happens to answer the phone. It would be nice to have an assigned agent to help us throughout the process. I live across the country but I made two separate trips to Beaufort and stopped in to the shops. That was, by far, the most helpful thing to do. I really knocked out all of my questions and concerns. The day of the wedding was great and everything was delivered that needed to be delivered. However, 2 weeks after the wedding, I learned that NOTHING was picked up from the ceremony. People were calling me left and right about it but I had no idea because it was their responsibility. Luckily, they made sure I knew I wouldn't have to pay for anything. But it was definitely more stress than I needed. -

Amazing Event Rentals provided beautiful white resin folding chairs in a square for our wedding. Initially, we went with them because they were offering us the best value for the price. However, we were given inaccurate information several times by phone AND on our initial invoice. We were finally given an accurate invoice from Alyssa who apologized for the mistakes that were made and did her best to remedy them. Chelsea and Alyssa seemed to have the most accurate information and were responsive and helpful.
On the day of the wedding, we had to contact the delivery drivers several times. Our event started at 4:30pm and the chairs had still not arrived at 4pm. After several calls, they arrived at 4:15pm stating their previous job caused them to run late. They set up quickly and the chairs were wonderful. The individuals delivering/picking up the chairs must have waited near by as they asked our photographers if they could take down the chairs shortly after the ceremony. They had them picked up and put back on the truck by 5:15pm. So, in the end it all worked out. I would caution others that there are extra charges on Sundays, so be sure these are included in your invoice. Even though I asked about the extra charges, they didn't appear on my invoice at first. -

I used Amazing Event Rentals for my seating at my wedding. We just rented 10 6 foot long benches. I was speaking to Maura the entire time, communication was great. They wanted to drop the benches off before we were allowed to be in the location so we used the pick up option. My father was already in Savannah and didn't know what the benches listed on their site looked like (I spoke to Amazing Event Rentals prior to to make sure this was okay and we got the correct order) so he drove to the Hardeeville location and picked them up for me. Upon me arriving at the venue several hours later I realized the benches that were listed on their website were NOT the same benches that I received.
I went back to their website to see if maybe I made a mistake, only to realize that benches that were given to my father were not even listed on their website... ANYWHERE.
At first she wouldn't even acknowledge that were was a difference in the benches other then the length even though it is very clear that they are nowhere near the same bench. After pointing it out again that the only similarity in these benches is that fact that they are benches she just simply said "sorry for the mix-up" not that I am looking for any sort of refund but when it comes to your wedding day details you expect to get the product you paid for. -

We had a great experience with the office staff at amazing events (specifically Tony). My mother interacted with Tony many times throughout our planning process. We initially planned to have our wedding reception outdoors in a tent and then changed the venue (consequently changing our event rental needs) about 5 months out. We also added and subtracted items from our event rental order throughout the planning process. Tony, as well as the other office staff, was very accommodating and willing to help with changing and finalizing the order. In our contract, we had agreed that our event rentals would be delivered between 10AM-12PM on the day of the wedding. There was still no sign of the delivery truck at 11:45AM. I called Amazing Events and they stated that the delivery drivers were 15 minutes away from the venue. The delivery drivers then got lost and consequently arrived 30 minutes late. Upon arrival, the delivery men were rude and unhelpful. My family members and wedding party ended up helping (really doing most of the work) the delivery men unload the truck and assemble the items. Many of the items were covered in dirt and damaged. The delivery men did not bring a list of items or invoice so it was unclear if all of the items that were paid for were delivered. When asked about certain items that appeared to be missing/incorrect one of the men replied that "he was just responsible for delivery". My mother called Amazing Events to discuss missing/incorrect and damaged items that required replacing prior to the ceremony. The office staff was responsive to the issues and the damaged items were replaced. As for the missing/wrong items, we just ended up making it work with what we had. My mother spoke to the office staff again a few days after the wedding. They were understanding and willing to refund the charges for the delivery and pick up. -

We started planning with Amazing for my wedding about 4 months ahead. There was only one person we spoke with that gave consistent information and was knowledgeable. They arrived with a bathroom trailer at our venue and did not have the proper vehicle to park it with. It smelled like it had never been cleaned. We were not satisfied with their service but unfortunately are one of very few Event Rental companies in town. -

We recently had a wedding in Hilton Head, SC. As it was a destination wedding for us we decided to do a Welcome Party and Sunday Brunch (at separate venues). Our tables were dropped off in time for the Welcome Party but forgot to pick up two cocktail tables Saturday. On Saturday during drop off for he brunch, the driver could not find the house, after calling 2 hours after his drop off window. Long story short, we never recieved our tables for the Sunday brunch so we used the 2 cocktail tables from our welcome party that still hadn't been picked up. I spoke with customer service and they weren't remorseful what so ever. -

Folding Chair Nightmare
Rented about 1 dozen folding chairs for a casual pre-wedding family get-together. I opted for the fruitwood with pad chairs. Pictures on website look like they would be in very good condition. Unfortunately, not one was in even average shape. Some had splinters sticking out, one didn't even unfold correctly (would have broken if someone would have sat down), and all others had multiple scratches showing the unfinished wood (beige) vs. brown fruitwood. Too embarrassed to use. So very disappointed. Ended up not using even one. Company refused to refund (even partial) due to contract terms. If you're looking for very used looking chairs in sub-par shape, this is the place.
Recommendation: Check each chair prior to leaving their site. If you don't, at least call them if you are dissatisfied with the rental as soon as you know. They are supposed to come out 24/7 and replace.
I realized well after closing how poor of shape the chairs were, and had no confidence they could deliver better chairs within the timeframe needed. Will never use this company for anything, primarily due to them not willing to compromise on a mutually satisfactory outcome.-

Ordered extra chairs for my wedding online. I had to email them afterwards to get the invoice they were supposed to have already emailed. I paid 50% up front. The chairs never arrived. No email. No phone call. No contact. -

Very Disappointed
While I know that every business has to make money to survive, I feel like customer service should come before a profit. I have never left a poor review for any business, but I have to for this one. In February my future MIL and I went to Amazing event rentals to look at rentals for the reception and ceremony. We walked through by ourselves, we were not assisted by any of the staff. Once we were happy with our selections, we went to the staff to ask them to place an order for us at that time I paid half of the invoice. Fast-forward to April, Covid hits and our destination wedding is postponed. I emailed them to let them know we had decided to post pone our wedding to October. Fearing that Covid would still be an issue and could still impact travel for all of our guest as it was a destination wedding for the majority of them we decided to simply elope. I sent an email asking about a refund of my deposit of over $500.00. I was told that they were not giving refunds and it was stated clearly in my contract that it was "non-refundable". Now, that being said they didn't do anything. Literally nothing. All they did was create and invoice and take my payment. In the email they told me that they would still honor the contract if we were to have the wedding at a later date. Seeing as we are already married that's kind of absurd. Every other vendor I has during this did everything they could to work with me regarding deposits. They didn't even make an attempt. Not even offering part of my deposit back. I feel like this was just poor customer service and not a business that I would ever recommend in the future. -

HORRIBLE Experience! We hired Amazing Event Rentals to do lighting on the outdoor deck of our venue. We met with the representatives several times before our wedding day and even received an exact layout of the lighting and dimensions. We were assured this would be very easy because they had done this several times at this particular venue. On the day of the wedding, they call me (bride) around 12:30 PM (Reception started at 4) and asked where to go? They were lost in Shipyard and went to the wrong venue. We provided directions and the phone number of the Amazing Event Rental representative that we met and worked with to organize the lighting. I received another call around 1 and the representative said "I'm here, now what do I do". They were not given any instructions or directions from Amazing Event Rentals and had no clue to how or where to string lights. Our wedding coordinator had to help and show them to how string lights on the outdoor deck.
The good news is we did end up having lighting at the reception. The bad news is they caused unnecessary stress for me and my mom on the wedding day and were completely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend using this company for lighting services to any family members or friends. -

This vender was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. From the get go everyone was so rude. I originally chose them to rent chairs for my ceremony because they have the best prices. I paid for the chairs about 6 months in advance. Well, a few weeks before my wedding, I found out that I had to pay an additional fee for them to be on time. My Ceremony was starting at 4:00 p.m. and they could not guarantee that they would be on their on time unless I paid an additional $40. My honest first thought was, "Who are these people? Comcast?" I would have thought they would have told me this in the beginning. So I give them a call to discuss my aisle and take care of the fee and they were so rude. No one would ever return my phone call. I really didn't want my wedding to turn into a BYO Chair type of an event so I went ahead and reached out to another rental company. The other company was willing to be on time and also took 10 minutes to talk to me about the aisle I wanted setup. When I called to cancel my chair order, I found out that I couldn't get all my money back. They offer half the money in credit. I needed centerpieces, so I just went ahead and rented some candelabras from them, something I could just pick up and drop off myself. When I arrived to pick up the candelabras, they were dirty. They tried to clean them off while I was standing there and I just didn't have the time to wait. So I took the dirty candelabras. My refund at this point is about $60. About a month after our wedding, I remembered they had never issued the refund. When I gave them a call about it, they said they would call me back. The did not return my call. So I called them again and was put on hold. When someone picked up they said in a rude tone, "I have your check right here and I'm putting it in the mail." That's all they said. I asked to speak to the manager and they refused to even let me talk to them or tell me their name. Do not use this company. -

Amazing Event Rentals was anything but amazing. Our order was to be delivered on Saturday and the delivery time was to be confirmed on Friday. No call on Friday. Saturday we call and hear it'll be after 1:30. At 4:00 we hear it will be in the next 40 minutes. The order was partially delivered at 7:00 pm and was not complete. The groom missed a family dinner due to Amazing Event Rentals. When I spoke to the manager on Monday he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. -

Unfortunately, I have to honestly say, I will never work with this company again and I will definitely never recommend them to anyone else. We paid for a service they did not deliver and refuse refund our money. My wedding was supposed to be in Savannah on October 8th but Hurricane Matthew had other plans. We were under MANDATORY evacuation from the Governor and Amazing Event Rentals will not refund us our money, but it is as simple as we paid for chairs and didn't get them. Every other vendor was accommodating and apologetic to what was happening as our entire wedding was cancelled and Amazing Event Rentals have been a nightmare to deal with. They provided no chairs and no labor and should simply do the right thing and provide a full refund. They tried to give us a policy, after the fact, that is NOT a signed agreement for hurricanes saying that you could have a "rain check" but it is not binding and we never signed nor agreed to that policy. Please find a vendor who not only has beautiful rentals but practices good business and provides quality customer service. I am very disappointed and would hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. -

Awful experience with this vendor!
I actually booked this vendor based on feedback from the event planner at our wedding venue, she said they were the company they typically rented linens and chairs from for various events at the hotel. The event planner got into contact with them about renting a pipe and drape (curtain) for our ceremony room to cover the door - we got some emails back but never got a contract or anything else. I called them about 2 months in advance to see about finalizing renting the curtain and was very rudely told that the lady we'd been talking with (Mackinzie) had left the company, they had no record of our requests and that I would have to call back when their supervisor was in. I called back in a couple days and tried again to rent the curtain, I was told that someone would send me a contract in a couple days and the we'd finalize payment. After a couple weeks went by with no email, I called again. I was told that again there was no record of the conversation, but they would take care of it that day. I paid in full by credit card and was told the contract would be sent over immediately. A couple days later I called again, they had "no record" of my credit card payment (even though it showed up on my statement later that day) and then promptly charged me again! After several more calls with them, I finally got the curtain rented and had it there for the ceremony. When they delivered it the curtain was horribly wrinkled, luckily we were able to steam some of the wrinkles out. I wish I had just contacted another company when they first started jerking me around. Absolutely awful!!!! Please do not rent from these people, there are lots of other professional companies in Savannah that won't make you want to turn into Bridezilla! -
