I booked with Amari way in advance because I was eager to lock in a good vendor, so I didn't have to worry about much closer to the wedding date. I'm so grateful I did because the Amari team was so quick to respond and easy to work with from the first step to the last.
As someone who has worked in multimedia professionally, I'm so satisfied with how our photos, wedding video and sneak peak reel came out. It is one thing to take photos and shoot video, but it is a different art to tell a story. I think the photo & video team were so present on the wedding day, they managed to pick up the little and big details about our love story without us telling them a word, then turned all that into a beautiful compilation of photos and videos that told our story perfectly.
Of course, the forms they have you fill out in preparation for the final product helps a lot, too. But that's the other thing!! -- they do so well at making sure they have the info they need ahead of the big day, so when the big day rolls around you don't have to worry about much.
Anyways, I wish I remembered all of the 4 photographers & videographers' names who worked with us for our wedding because they were warm, friendly and ready to get the job DONE. My main photographer even drove me to the ceremony in her personal car. I hid in the backseat of her blue sedan. I'll never forget it. When they told me their shift was over at the end of the night and that they were leaving, I was bummed because I wanted them to stay for the party. Lol.
Book Amari. Their product is good. Their customer service is the cherry on top. -

Working with Amari Productions has been a wonderful process! We had the AP team for both photography and videography, and it was such a seamless process. The team responded quickly to my questions and was quite thorough with their questionnaire. On the day of the wedding, the lead photographer did such a great job at coordinating the shots and adhering to the timeline. Major shoutout to Ray! We absolutely loved working with Amari Productions! From start to finish, they were incredibly flexible, friendly, and professional. They asked all the right questions leading up to our wedding day, which made us feel so confident that they truly understood what mattered most to us. From our beginning consultation to the actual day of our wedding, I felt like they were just so kind and truly made such an amazing experience for us!
On the day itself, they were such a joy to have around, fun, calm, and genuinely kind people who made everyone feel comfortable. They managed to split up and be in multiple places at once, capturing all the important moments from both of our perspectives so beautifully. Amari Productions exceeded all our expectations for our wedding day. The videographers that we had present on our the day were kind, enthusiastic, brought great energy, and were so professional with catching such intimate moments throughout the day. Leading up to the wedding, they were very clear with their options, had a great process for us informing them of what we could have wanted. We didn't have a strict inspiration and will gladly say the video came out even better than we could have hoped. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amari Productions—they were truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! From the very beginning, their team was the perfect combination of professional, flexible, and incredibly supportive. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which is no small feat when it comes to planning a wedding.
Will, our lead photographer, and Nick, our lead videographer, were phenomenal. Not only are they both exceptionally talented, but they also took the time to understand what moments were most important to us. They made sure to capture every single special detail—without ever feeling intrusive or rushed.
What really stood out was how Will and Nick prioritized our experience. They ensured we got all the shots we wanted, but also gave us the freedom to truly enjoy our celebration. Because of them, we were able to maximize our time on the dance floor while knowing all the magic was being captured behind the scenes.
Even though we haven’t received our full gallery or final video yet, the sneak peek photos alone have absolutely blown us away. The emotion, joy, and atmosphere they managed to capture in just a handful of images have left us counting the days until we see the rest.
Working with Amari was a breeze—communication was always prompt, clear, and friendly. Their pricing felt incredibly fair for the quality of service and product they provide. It’s rare to find a team that delivers on every level, but Amari absolutely does.

We were so very happy we ended up going with Amari for our videography services of our wedding. Like most couples we had been weighing budget against what we wanted out of our day and what it came down to was that photography was our priority, but we still wanted to have video. We came across Amari thinking they would just be there to capture the day to remember, but not expecting anything crazy. We are so happy we made that decision. Not only were they very helpful in the planning process, but the day of they were professional, made us feel comfortable, and provided us with a great final product. Also, we were really looking to have the raw content so that was a bonus that they allowed for that too. We ended up going with the slightly more expensive option and it was worth every penny because George was awesome. He met with us before to talk about our goals, expectations, what content we would really like to see, and ran through the day of timeline so there were no surprises. If you are on the fence, get the videographer, and go with Amari. -

Photographer and Videographer were 10/10!
I was initially a bit nervous about choosing them as my photographer and videographer, especially since I saw they mostly focused on video work on social media. Leading up to the day, I was a little worried, but when the wedding day came, they completely exceeded my expectations. They were incredible at helping me pose, making me feel so comfortable in front of the camera without over-posing me (which I really appreciated because that's not my style). I was so happy at my wedding—maybe a little too happy—but they still captured all the moments that truly mattered. The coloring and candidness of their work looked so natural and beautiful—it genuinely felt like our memories were brought to life. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them! -

We got our wedding video back and WOW, I couldn’t be more obsessed with it! It perfectly portrays just how amazing of a day it was & now we can cherish and re-live every moment forever. Sage, Alec, and Sebby are absolute rockstars when it comes to wedding photography and videography! Working with them was a breeze from start to finish. Sage, who did both our engagement shoot and wedding day photos, has a real talent for making you feel at ease in front of the camera. He captured our essence perfectly, striking that ideal balance between natural moments and expertly posed shots. He knew exactly how to bring out our best selves!
Alec's eye for those magical sunset photos is unreal. The shots he got during the golden hour are seriously frame-worthy. Sebby was also a total pro with the video camera and equipment.
What really blew us away was their incredible work ethic. These guys didn't just clock in and out - they stayed extra to capture those priceless moments of us dancing with our guests.
Throughout the whole process, we felt so comfortable with them. It was like hanging out with old friends who just happened to have professional-grade cameras. They knew exactly how to guide us without making anything feel forced or awkward.

Amari was 100% the right choice. The guys (led by Matt) were on-purpose and professional — and completely blended into the background on our wedding day. They rolled with last-minute schedule changes and still got so many incredible shots that I hoped they could/would (on both the handheld cams and drone). They nailed the angles and feeling we wanted, and then the editing team crafted a beautiful and heartwarming wedding video for us less than two months later.
Amari was reasonably priced and the entire team was easy to work with throughout the planning process. They definitely understood and carried out our vision. We can’t thank them enough. -

We have been following Amari Productions on Youtube since the beginning of our wedding planning journey so we were excited to hear they had our date open and could fly in to work with us! Throughout the process, they were professional and easy to communicate with. The web forms were clear, direct, and easy to fill out. They really took our preferences and made it into a true work of art! Our wedding video was well edited, well thought out, and we particularly loved that Amari captured the day as it was with all its details and intimate moments. We actually loved our highlight video so much that we’re having them create a feature film for us too!
Our cinematographers, David & Jaan Carlo, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were kind, polite, professional, and fun to be around! Both were flexible to unexpected delays to our timeline and they worked really well alongside our other vendors (especially our photography team John DeFiora Photography) to make our big day a success! From the first call to the moment we watched our finished video, Amari was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I got engaged in December 2020. We signed with Amari at the very beginning of the pandemic when everything was so uncertain (and when we all thought, "Oh yeah, it'll go back to normal in the late summer, right?"). Needless to say, Amari was professional and flexible. And even in my moments of "frantic bride-ism," Aaron and Britt helped us figure things out.
A little about the team that we worked with: Aaron was welcoming and spent a lot of time with me on the phone when I first called to inquire. As you all know, the wedding industry is intimidating, and Aaron made us feel comfortable and listened to. After we signed, Britt came on and was involved in all the emails and planning throughout the year. What can I say, she is so positive, cheerful, fun, and personable! Our shooters were Magdalena and David, both so friendly, sweet, and professional! Everyone we had contact with on the Amari team are the type of people you'd be friends with. Down to earth.
Our original 120 guest wedding at our dream venue in La Jolla ended up being a 22 person intimate ceremony and dinner. one thing we knew for sure was that we didn't want to postpone the videography for a postponed party, but wanted to capture the day we got married. I was worried how the video would end up with such a small wedding, but Amari captured the fun and love of our day better than I could've hoped for. I am so grateful, thank you Amari! -

Amari Productions was our wedding videographer for our Sept 2020 elopement in Santa Barbara, after COVID required us to postpone our actual wedding until 2021. We only did the event with the two of us, so wanted to ensure we captured the wedding via both photo and video. We looked at ~10 videographers, and Amari’s modern and sophisticated website caught our eye. After watching their videos, it was a clear choice. Their style was modern, sophisticated, upbeat, and bright - exactly what we were looking for. We got on a quick call with them and that sealed the deal.
Corey and Monique were our assigned videographers who helped us with the day. They arrived early, and were extremely personable from the start. They made us feel very comfortable and kept it very casual like we wanted - giving us a few suggestions for poses/shots, but otherwise blending into the background.
We got the first 1 min social video after only about a week, plus a few shorter teasers. All of them were exactly what we were looking for, and put a smile to our faces as we relived the day. The video even made the new mother-in-law cry when she saw it for the first time. We’re still waiting on the full cut, but know it will be great so we’re writing this review already.
We can’t recommend Amari enough as a wedding videographer, and would certainly use them again for any other special days - wedding or otherwise. Thanks Amari team! -

My husband and I reached out to Amari Productions pretty last minute because our wedding plans changed due to COVID-19. A videographer wasn't in our budget for the larger wedding we were originally planning for, but since we ended up marrying in front of immediate family only, we decided to invest in a videographer. We looked at several different production companies because we didn't think our top choice, Amari Productions, would be available since it was so last minute. We were ecstatic when we found out they were available for our wedding date!
We reached out via email and we received a response within 24 hours from Aaron. Aaron was wonderful and explained the different packages, answered any questions we had, and assured us that our assigned shooters would make it, even if it's not safe to fly - he said they'd make the drive from San Diego to San Francisco if it came down to it...WOW. Fortunately it didn't come down to that but knowing that they would do whatever it takes to be here gave us so much comfort during such a strange time. They were also willing to drive from our ceremony/reception site (my sister's backyard) to a beach near our house, definitely off the beaten path, about a 25 min drive, for sunset video footage! That was a huge plus for my husband and I since the hidden gem of a beach is really special to us.
I don't think we were expecting our two wonderful shooters to impact our wedding day so much.
There was a lot of family drama the morning of our wedding and I felt that Corey, the lead shooter who was with me while getting ready, sensed what was going on and I truly credit him for turning my day around and putting me in a better mood. He was hilarious, supportive, kind, professional, and just brought so much positive energy.
I went to get dressed after hair and makeup and I couldn't find my shoes anywhere. Corey immediately volunteered to go check my car outside. I ended up finding them underneath something and felt so bad that he went to do a thorough search of my car. When I apologized to him, he let me know that he was there to help me and he was so happy I found them.
Corey and Jaan Carlo worked seamlessly with our photographer whenever we were taking photos/video footage. The three of them were absolutely hilarious together and we had the BEST time!!
Corey and Jaan Carlo brought so much FUN, positive energy, happiness, support, laughter, and a high level of comfort to Eric and myself on the most special day of our lives. We can't thank them enough. My husband and I kept saying that it felt like we had an extra set of best friends with us that day.
Since the very beginning of reaching out to Amari Productions for a quote and to check availability for our wedding date, my husband and I both talk about the high level of customer service we have received. It almost feels weird to call it customer service? Everyone we have interacted with, Aaron, Britt, Corey, and Jaan Carlo, have all been so friendly (we mean truly, genuinely friendly) and we feel as if we're being treated like family. It's easy to tell that the team at Amari are kind people to their cores and we couldn't be happier to have the opportunity to work with them.

We hired Amari Productions to produce a highlight video of our wedding day and we cannot recommend them highly enough! First of all, if you're considering whether or not to splurge on a wedding videographer in addition to a photographer, I strongly recommend that you do. We were not planning to do so and ended up choosing to add this service shortly before the wedding, and it is one of the best decisions we have ever made! The whole weekend flew by, and we have already watched the beautiful highlight video the Amari team made for us again and again in the weeks since we have received it. It’s a stunning time capsule of our special day, and it’s so amazing to hear and see the event come to life before our eyes in addition to having our beautiful photos. It has been a particularly wonderful gift to share with family and friends who were unable to make the wedding in person, and it’s something we will treasure for the rest of our lives!
Now, here’s why we LOVED working with Amari Productions. First, the team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They integrated seamlessly into the flow of the wedding day, capturing so much important content while being gracious, kind, and not at all pesky. Second, they worked closely with us to help us understand what we wanted to highlight most in our wedding video, and the final product reflected those wishes perfectly! From the music they chose to the moments they captured throughout the day, it truly felt like they perfectly understood what we were hoping for and delivered it to us for a very reasonable price. Finally, while we absolutely adore the highlight video that we received 6-8 weeks after the wedding, we had a “sneak peek” 58-second video within days of the wedding that was formatted perfectly to share with friends and family on social media. It was such a treat to have that delivered to us while we were on our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful preview of what to come! If you are looking for a fantastic team to help you produce the wedding video of your dreams at a very reasonable price, we can’t recommend working with Amari Productions highly enough!

Choose Amari! No doubt about it! My sister in law had Amari film her wedding back in November and when they presented the same day edit at the wedding we were amazed and knew we had to choose amari for our wedding as well!! Our day of team was the sweetest group of guys lead by Taylor I am so thankful to all of them for capturing the sweetest moments and for being such a pleasure to work with. Taylor Ashley with Amari Productions was so great! He was super helpful and responsive over emails whenever we had questions or updates on our wedding. He was available over the weekend to meet with us and help us plan the videography for the wedding. Working with Amari was a dream! We did both our engagement shoot and wedding day photography and filmography with them. All our photographers were professional and communicative, both leading up to the event and on the day itself. They captured all the shots we wanted, maximizing our time outside as best as possible (it rained on our wedding day). Our lead photographer, Gene, was fun and engaging and really made us laugh, which turned into some excellent photos. We just got our photos and video back and everything is gorgeous. Amari really rolled with the punches on our rainy wedding day and captured our family portraits, etc. indoors and still made them look gorgeous. Their pricing was very reasonable for the area (California, Inland Empire), and they let us customise our package so we were only paying for what we really wanted.
Two things I will say: 1) If you are doing a shoot in California, make sure to get the photography permit well in advance (for non-wedding day photography). Our engagement shoot was around the holidays and it took longer to get the permits than expected, but we were able to pivot at the last minute to a location that did not require a permit. 2) If you are looking for more direction in how you are posed, make sure you advocate for yourself. All our photos are excellent, but I do wish that I had been more vocal about asking for tips, or having someone check to make sure my hair or dress were laying correctly.
Overall, we loved Amari and would absolutely recommend them! I hope to be able to work with them again in the future! -

Amari was amazing. We can't say enough about them. We did regular pictures, film and videography. The communication was excellent, wedding video was amazing and they asked us lots before the wedding to prepare. They are really considerate when it comes to blended families, and were able to work around any issues you would have. You get plenty of input about the wedding video and everything was timed perfectly. Our pictures turned out AMAZING. Absolutely would work with them again. They are not cheap, but I think the professionalism and quality was worth it. -
