We hired Aimee as a month-of coordinator, but she went well above and beyond that from the start.
Planning a wedding from out of town comes with its challenges, and Aimee made every bit of it easier. Her communication was consistent and timely, and her local knowledge and suggestions were genuinely helpful — the kind of insight you can only get from someone who really knows the area and the industry.
The real test came when a hurricane rolled through. We relocated the entire wedding the day before, then changed locations again the morning of, with a few seating chart reshuffles in between. Aimee handled all of it without breaking a stride. Her main priority was making sure I wasn't stressed, and she delivered on that completely. She was always one step ahead — handing me a drink, making sure I had my phone, keeping our very lively family on track, all while actually running the wedding.

London is THE BEST and helped save our big day from a potential disaster. London went above and beyond the 15 months that we worked together. I planned my destination wedding sight unseen and London served as my boots on the ground and I am so unbelievably grateful for her. She was constantly available for calls and assistance despite the 3-hour time difference and provided me with the perfect amount of support while balancing my autonomy and ability to make choices throughout the planning process. As the date approached, especially in the final week, London stepped up without me asking and helped to ease my anxiety in juggling vendors and day-of timeline. We had an unexpected hiccup right before our ceremony and London stepped in, communicated with respective vendors for us, clearly presented the problem then gave me and my husband the space to make our rapid decision, and rallied the people she needed to in order to continue with the ceremony so smoothly that our guests noticed no imperfections. What could have been a day-ruining disaster quickly became a smooth solution with minimal panic and delay. I am so grateful for her quick work and immense knowledge of the wedding scene. Her team truly made me feel like my wedding day was about what I wanted and needed from the experience. Aimee also provided wonderful assistance along the way and on the day-of covering all of the behind-the-scenes management (and preparing my dress so I could walk down the sandy aisle) so that everyone could just have a fun and absolutely perfect day! I cannot recommend ARW enough to future brides and will always be so full of gratitude for their incredible services. -

We couldn’t asked for a better wedding planner for our daughter’s special day. From the beginning, she was organized, attentive, and truly listened to our vision. Every detail big and small was handled with care and professionalism, which allowed us to actually enjoy the entire experience without stress.
Her creativity and problem solving skills really stood out. She helped us bring everything together beautifully and made the day feel elegant and unforgettable. She handled everything calmly and efficiently behind the scenes.
Most importantly she treated our family with patient @d genuinely cared about making this day perfect for our daughter. That meant everything to us.
If you are looking someone reliable, and dedicated, I really recommend her. She made a once in a lifetime moment absolutely magical.

Aimee was incredible. She was there for me every step of the way. She responded to anything and everything I needed, didn’t matter if I was 9 months out or 6 weeks out. She was so supportive and never pushy. I was able to get everything I wanted for my wedding with Aimee helping and guiding me. She always listened to what I wanted/needed and things I maybe didn’t need as well. On the day of the wedding, Aimee was extraordinary. She kept us to the timeline, was there when I needed a minute, and handled everything. She is so kind and professional. She truly was the best wedding planner! London was our amazing planner for our Hilton Head wedding. I’m not a very creative type so London really brought my (very vague) vision to life. She was super communicative and just a lovely person to be around. I was able to totally relax on my wedding day which I had not expected given my Type A personality. But London had every aspect covered and I really did not have a single worry. She did an amazing job and played the most important role in making our wedding day amazing. London was absolutely amazing and wonderful! Alexandria, her assistant on the wedding day was fantastic and helpful as well! They both worked with our needs and walked us through all the steps, as we were totally new to the wedding steps/procedures. Wedding days are very stressful and can’t express enough how valuable it is to hire Amanda Rose Weddings to create a stress free environment. We had our videographer cancel just hours before the wedding and London assisted with finding someone right away. If I can rate 100 stars I would!! The main thing we have to say about Amanda Rose Weddings and London Wnek is PERFECTION!!!! All of our dreams became a reality with their help and guidance! Aimee Rohr was assigned to be my wedding planner, and I couldn't be more pleased. She took the time to speak over the phone with me numerous times before my wedding day, with some of those phone calls even lasting 1-2 hours, . Because I was planning a destination wedding, I had many questions and really had to trust her opinions and ideas. She was so helpful and knew my space so well. She even took time to drive to my venue AND the house we were renting to find good spots for my husband and I to do our first look. She sent pictures and videos to our photographers to make sure this space was perfect for us. Every timeline that she put together ran smoothly, and she even brought us a box of extra fans for our guests to use on the wedding day! Aimee Rohr is the reason my day ran so smoothly with no hiccups. Everything was set up beautifully and perfectly. I will forever be thankful for her. You MUST use Aimee Rohr for your special day. Aimee and her crew did an amazing job as our wedding coordinator! Having a destination wedding is a nerve wracking process, but Aimee was there every step of the way. My husband and I were originally unsure about getting a wedding planner as we wanted something small and were pretty Type B with all wedding planning events, but we are SOO thankful we had Ms Aimee Rohr with Amanda Rose Weddings. I was the bride that dreaded the wedding planning process. Especially once we fell in love with our venue on Daufuskie Island, SC, I knew it would not be an easy wedding to plan. Throughout the planning process, my attention to detail served as both a blessing and a curse. Aimee handled my endless questions and adjustments with ease. We had a destination wedding in Hilton Head Island, SC. Aimee was so flexible and great to work with. She created an amazing timeline for us and gave great recommendations on vendors and set up. This was truly appreciated as we were states away. On the wedding day she made sure to help check in on us and bring us specialty drinks. She made sure to keep us on track and helped create such a special day. She also brought our cake and bouquet to our hotel suite and the decorations were laid out beautifully. Being from out of town, I knew I wanted a coordinator that was familiar with the Hilton Head Island area. I grew up vacationing in Hilton Head, but it was important to me to work with a coordinator that knew the venue and could help me execute my ideas easily.
Aimee Rohr was amazing to work with and did just that! We met her when we did our walk through in July, and being out of town, I did have many questions, which she always followed up with thoroughly and promptly. We scheduled FaceTime calls and exchanged many emails before the wedding day, Aimee always knew the answers to any questions I had!
Aimee made our wedding day and wedding weekend so stress-free and being a type A person myself, it was so nice to trust someone to help make the day run so smoothly and all I had to do was enjoy myself. Aimee and London ensured every single decoration was in the correct spot, that the evening was running smoothly, and that me and my fiancé were fed and enjoying ourselves at all times.

Wedding of my dreams
If you are on the fence about using a wedding planner or coordination service this is your sign to do it! After trying to plan for a few months on my own I finally reached out to Amanda Rose services and could not be more grateful that I did. I started working with London and from day one knew I was in excellent hands. She helped me step by step with every decision and was extremely thorough to be sure there was not a tiny detail missed. She went above and beyond for communication, even taking calls after normal work hours to fit in my hectic schedule. Her unique eye for design helped me make decisions I would have stared at indecisive for hours to cultivate the wedding on my dream board. From a few inspo photos she was even able to track down an exact vendor that had done the draping and lighting from the photo I sent. Being local to the area, she also had great recommendation for vendors that I knew I could trust. The day of the wedding she and her team are completely synchronized and help keep everyone and everything on track. I could truly be focused on the excitement of being married, and feel confident that everything else was being handled. When they say wedding planners are lifesavers, they really mean it. It is a very important decision when choosing yours for your special day. I was a bride who planned a destination wedding while in my residency in Chicago in South Carolina. I am very organized extremely type A, but definitely needed help as I was not familiar with the area of South Carolina. We found Amiee on wedding wire reached out to her. When we met her at our food tasting for the first time, we could feel how excited and experienced she was. The whole planning process was seamless and she was very responsive anytime they needed her. She is very meticulous and detailed. Her assistant Lisa was also a pivotal role throughout our process and made extremely doable as a working bride. It’s hard to put your vision in the hands of somebody else, but I cannot rave enough about how Aimee and her team truly made my vision come to reality. Everybody kept commenting on how calm I was on the day of and that was truly 100% due to this team. I had no question that everything will be executed the way that I envisioned. I recently worked with Aimee for my wedding on Hilton Head. Amanda Rose Weddings made my wedding day everything I could have ever wanted! Aimee was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Aimee and her team were incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding, working through the schedule, figuring out details and answering our questions. They were very responsive, and went above and beyond in helping us plan. The day of the wedding they were so on top of getting things set-up and coordinating with vendors. I was so impressed by how I was able to tell them my vision and to walk into the reception and see how they had executed it beyond what I could have expected. And during the wedding it was really helpful to have them keep us on schedule and telling everyone where to be and when. They also made sure we had drinks and brought me a jacket when it got cold. When my now wife and I forgot something, Amanda remembered; when there was a detail that we overlooked, she had it planned. The perfect example of this is that during our reception we didn't have a chance to eat any cake but when we got up to our suite there was two of everything. Aimee and London at Amanda Rose Weddings go above and beyond to help you think of every. single. detail. We chose the partial planning package and were immediately met with a long list of vendors to choose from to help us get underway. As we were planning a wedding in SC but are located in VA this was invaluable. 2 months out from our wedding they stepped in and began orchestrating all of the logistics needed to make our day so special. Both Aimee and London did several site visits to Daufuskie Island and took over all communication with vendors. This was INCREDIBLY helpful in ensuring everyone had the information needed to get on and off island. London oversaw delivery of all of our rentals, made adjustments to our layout where necessary and organized every single detail we had accumulated over the last 1.5 years for the wedding and reception. She got us organized in our most chaotic hour. Aimee and two assistants were there for us on the day of and literally made us feel like queens, bringing us drinks, but also keeping us out of the loop of any challenges so we could enjoy our day. Recommend this team 10000000000% to anyone, they truly know their stuff, put your mind at ease, take away so much stress and help to create a stunning, seamless event. Aimee + ARW was the greatest addition to our wedding and planning process! We do not live in SC, nor even visited our venue. We put all of our trust in her judgement and recommendations for selecting other local vendors and how to plan our day. Aimee was fantastic to work with and I could not have planned this destination wedding without her. I am a very organized, detail oriented person, and she was patient with me through my millions of questions. It stormed so badly on our wedding day, but knowing she was handling the day and the other vendors, I did not even let the weather get to me. I trusted her 110% from beginning to end and our personalities gelled right away. Wedding planning is a stressful experience and she helped me for over a year, tackle it. She knows this industry and without her this day would have never been the same. Wow!! We couldn't be happier with Amanda Rose Weddings! Our initial conversation with Aimee and her expertise helped my wife and I feel comfortable that we needed to go with them. We were then fortunate enough to be introduced to London, who was an absolute rock star! We had never been to Hilton Head and planning everything remotely was a bit stressful, but London helped ensure everything was perfect!
Her attention to detail on the timeline and working with our vendors made it stress free. Weather wasn't looking great for our wedding day, and London worked with all of our vendors on contingencies and backup plans and everything ended up perfect! Not sure how she did it, but she even managed to keep the rain away for our ceremony and cocktail hour!
London allowed us to focus on having a great time with our family and friends and went above and beyond our expectations. If you're looking for a wedding planner in the Hilton Head area, look no further than Amanda Rose and we 100% recommend! Hiring Amanda Rose Weddings was the best decision I could have made during the wedding planning process. My planner Alexandra went above and beyond in making sure my day was perfect. She was so responsive, eager to help, and it was comforting knowing I had someone in my corner. As soon as we started working together, things began to fall into place and my dream wedding became a reality. Any problem that arose she had already handled before I even had time to stress about it. I hired Amanda Rose Weddings as a part time planner and they were amazing! Aimee was super organized and didn’t miss a detail! She has great relationships with vendors and was able to put me in touch or completely handle the coordination when necessary. I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator but since we are from out of town and were trying to plan everything from a distance, we decided it would be worth the investment. They went over and above all my expectations and not only did they coordinate everything and make sure everything ran seamlessly they were with us throughout the day making sure we had everything we needed; cold water, a fresh drink from the bar, every flavor of cake I wanted, I mean I can’t even begin to tell you how well we were taken care of. Our wedding day was the most perfect, stress-free day and that is due in a huge part to Aimee and her team. We found Aimee through our ceremony/reception venue, and I truly mean it when I say that hiring the team for wedding coordination was the most valuable purchase we made. Before we even had a contract, Aimee was offering me advice on my timeline and on which vendors to prioritize first. Karrie with Amanda Rose Weddings was the absolute best investment we made for our son's wedding. Karrie and the entire team at Amanda Rose were available at all hours 7 days a week. Extremely professional, caring and very concerned that the experience be about the bride, the groom and the entire family. Many times, Karrie would email or text just to check on me and my well being. I would have paid more than we did knowing what we know now. The team works so very hard, from sourcing vendors to cleaning chairs to loading cars. These ladies are there at all times to make sure everything runs smoothly. They have timelines and checklists for everything but most importantly they are kind and compassionate. Your wedding is their only concern. I wish I could give them 100 stars! -

Aimee was amazing! We chose to move our wedding from Ohio to HHI due to the pandemic and she helped me get in touch with some of the most amazing vendors with only 2 months notice! Every single vendor by far exceeded our expectations on the island. Aimee put together a very detailed timeline for us and even came to our rehearsal! Without her I would have been lost and way more stressed. Aimee made our dream wedding a reality. We absolutely loved her. She answered all my crazy late night emails right away and made wedding planning so fun and easy. Because of Aimee we were able to plan our wedding from across the country. Aimee is kind, funny, has amazing ideas, knows all the people you need to be connected with, and makes you feel like a close friend from the moment she meets you. No request is too big. In fact, we were making changes to our ceremony up until the morning of our wedding. Aimee truly is the only person who can do it all. Aimee was fabulous and so worth every penny! She had our entire wedding planned and vendors in place before the pandemic, leaving us stress free until our big day! Aimee Fennessey was our wedding planner for a wedding originally planned for May 30, 2020 which was then moved to August 1, 2020 due to COVID. Aimee was amazing through the entire process. She handled every detail and offered so many wonderful suggestions. She handled everything with such grace and confidence and was an absolute joy to work with. I can’t think of a better recommendation than putting her in charge of our second family wedding in May 2021. There would be no way to explain how amazing Aimee and her team are in a review. We got married during the pandemic, changed some vendors, and even changed venues twice. Aimee was VERY hands on (especially because my husband and I are remote while my family is from the Island) and was very involved in the logistics. I can’t tell you how important this was to us with everything else going on—including fielding numerous questions from guests—that we knew the logistics were taken care of and taken care of at an exceptional level. I interviewed a couple other wedding planners on the Island and found that Aimee by far exceeded my expectations. We can’t recommend her enough!
