Amanda Ketterhagen is THE photographer you need!! She is magic in a human. When I first met with Amanda, she was bubbly and fun, making me feel so at ease! We did two photoshoots with Amanda before our wedding, and both were a blast - and the photos were exactly like the vision I had for the shoot. Her style is based on prompts rather than posing, giving an organic and real feel to her pictures. On our wedding day, Amanda was the most amazing ring leader. She helped us build our timeline, herded our entire wedding party around all day, and seemed to have just as much fun at our wedding as we did! Daughters’s Wedding
Prior to my daughter’s wedding she continually raved about Amanda and her photos. At the wedding I had the opportunity to meet Amanda and experience the passion she has for her work. Amanda was flexible and easy to work with. Without hesitation, she complied to any special requests this mom had. Her experience allows her to know what to look for and make a perfect picture. Her work is amazing and the end results are perfect pictures. -

We are so so happy that we hired Amanda as our wedding photographer! She truly blew our minds with her talent and creativity, which was evident in every single photo she captured.
From the first time working with Amanda for our engagement photos, we knew we could place full trust in her for our wedding day. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and is such a lovely person to be around!
During our wedding day, she made sure we got all the different photos we wanted, and was very helpful with directing things as needed to make sure things continued to run smoothly the whole day. She also did a great job at location scouting and finding the perfect spots to fit the vibes we wanted for our photos. We got compliments about how great she was to work with from multiple people in our wedding party, and that made us even more thankful that her and her second shooter Kelsey were with us all day!
Thank you so much Amanda for capturing so many special moments of our wedding day, that we will be able to look back on for many years to come! -

1000% Recommend
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda! From the beginning she was very responsive and friendly. We felt so comfortable with her taking our photos even as two people that do not often have their photo taken. Amanda was so helpful before and during our wedding day and kept everything running smoothly and efficiently, giving us plenty of extra time to enjoy our day while getting all the photos we wanted. We already loved Amanda but when we saw our finished gallery, we were floored! The photos were more than we ever expected. Every single photo was like a work of art. We look back at our photos all the time and are always amazed. We constantly have people complementing our photos and it is all because of Amanda and her amazing work and dedication to her clients. I would recommend Amanda again and again and again. You cannot go wrong with hiring Amanda! -

Amanda Captures the Day Beautifully
Amanda was an absolute joy to work with from the first call to getting the photos back. She captured our wedding day better than I could have imagined and made sure to get all the special little moments which mean the world to me. I could not express how grateful we are that we chose Amanda as our wedding photographer. She was so comfortable to work with and made everyone feel their absolute best when behind the camera. My husband and I live out of state but are hoping that if we can ever get back to Wisconsin for another big life event we can get her to squeeze us in because of the great experience we had. -

Easy to work with, organized, genuine, and has a unique way of taking individuals out of their comfort zones!
Amanda was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process all the way from the beginning starting with our engagement photos! Although planning a wedding can be very stressful with the many different elements, we always knew that Amanda would be prepared and ready to go for our big day. On our wedding day, we were so obsessed with the way Amanda was able to capture our love, even the little moments. From the sneak peaks, all the way until the entire gallery was ready, Amanda stayed true to her timeline of when the photos would be delivered! From the first time we looked through the photos, to the many times thereafter, we could not be more happy with the way they turned out! We are in love with every single picture! -

Incredible
I honestly can't even put into words how incredible Amanda was as our wedding photographer. Once we had a wedding venue, we booked Amanda the very next week for our wedding over two years away. We knew we needed her to be our photographer. She made us feel incredibly comfortable at our engagement session, and gave us so many great directions and pointers to get beautiful photos, while also letting us just be ourselves and act natural. Leading up to the wedding Amanda was insanely helpful in planning our wedding day timeline, and answering any questions we had. Her timeline was by far the most helpful piece of wedding planning guidance we received. Day of our wedding Amanda was just as excited to be there as the rest of us. She fit in with everyone in the party so well it was like she was apart of it, not just a wedding vendor contracted to be there. She truly cares about her couples and making sure their day is exactly what they want. We have only gotten our sneak peeks back thus far, but they are breathtaking. I can not stop going back and looking at them all over again. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she is sure to capture every single important moment, as well as those great candid's that you would never expect. I can not wait to see the rest from our big day, and continue to use Amanda in the future for any of our big life moments. -

I can't say enough kind words about Amanda and her photograpy! She was amazing throughout all steps of the process. She made everyone feel so comfortable taking photos and that was a huge win! She kept everyone on track while still remaining professional and is seriosuly just so kind and you feel like best friends when it's done! The Best!!
We truly couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture our big day! Before our engagement session we had never had professional pictures taken, and Amanda made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and gave awesome direction every step of the way. She provided an extremely helpful timeline before our wedding day, which made our day full of picture-taking (with a large bridal party of 20 people) a breeze. She was professional and organized, but also so much fun to work with! We are absolutely in love with our wedding gallery and are so happy to have such amazing pictures to remember our wedding by! -

I can't recommend Amanda enough for future couples! I first met Amanda at a wedding expo and immediately fell in love with her photo style and personality. She guided us through our engagement session with ease and made us feel so comfortable.
We ended up having to postpone our original wedding date due to COVID and Amanda was extremely accommodating to make sure that we could still work together in the future. On our wedding day, she was so professional and organized to ensure our day went according to plan. She easily became an important part of my bridal party; she even jumped in to help me pin down my veil, put on and take off my painful shoes, and helped my mom/aunts bustle my gown! I can't thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to making sure our day was perfect.
I would recommend Amanda to any one in need of a wedding or lifestyle photographer, and I can't wait to work with her again! -

Choose Amanda, you won't regret it!
Amanda was an absolute dream to work with. I am very picky about photographers and I am OBSESSED with the pictures from both our engagement session and the wedding photos. She is so much more than a photographer, she helped with planning our whole wedding day itinerary, outfits, general logistics, and more! She made us feel so comfortable during the whole process, and was great with my dog and two year old nephew! It can be very difficult to get good photos of their squirmy selves and she was patient and goofy, helping to get their attention. If you're still undecided about your wedding photographer, you will not be disappointed if you choose Amanda. -

BEST wedding photographer!!
We knew right away when we met Amanda that we needed her to be our photographer! She made us feel comfortable right away starting with our engagement pictures. On the day of our wedding she went above and beyond to capture everything, she answered all of our questions, and was a huge help in keeping our larger bridal party moving! Fantastic experience
If you want to look back at your special memories and feel like it’s happening all over again, you need to book Amanda!! She captures EVERY special detail, big or small. Our wedding gallery is the most beautiful set of pictures I’ve ever seen. She captured things I would have never imagined. She was insanely flexible to work with. Due to covid we had to change our date and cancel our normal reception. She was there for every question along the way! We could not have been happier!! And of course she’s just a complete joy to work with! Everyone who attended our wedding couldn’t stop talking about how kind she was. We will be doing all our photography through Amanda from now on ❤️ -

Amanda is a CATCH, so make sure you snag her right away! She brings a creative, silly, and thoughtful energy into her pictures, and you can see it! I am OBSESSED with our engagement AND wedding pictures! We felt extremely out of our element taking our first engagement pictures, but Amanda's relaxed personality, combined with specific directions, made us feel increasing comfortable and confident throughout! In addition, she's one that can take on any weather-related circumstance the conditions for these were sticky and warm, but you can't even tell by looking through our pictures! THANK YOU for creating such gorgeous images from the quiet moments we walked away to the more exciting moments with family and friends, we will cherish these pictures for years to come! -

Best Decision!
Working with Amanda was the best decision I made during my wedding planning process! Her work is absolutely stunning, but working with her was next to none. Loved everything about Amanda's photography style! She took extra time to help pose us for our engagement session and even stayed out in the freezing cold with us to get some amazing photos! Amanda was so wonderful to work with. I had to rearrange my wedding plans due to COVID, but was fortunate enough to book Amanda just 3 months out from my wedding day. While that sounds stressful, Amanda made the whole process feel the exact opposite. I was so thankful for such a kind, talented, and knowledgeable photographer. She offered to coordinate with my videographer to build a suggested day-of timeline, which meant so much to me as a bride trying to replan everything else in such a short time! I didn't actually meet Amanda until my wedding day, but I felt like I had known her for years. She was such a calming force on wedding day, and just an absolute joy to have around! She was also the perfect balance of "going with the flow" of a wedding day while also capturing all of the pictures we had wanted of our day! And of course her galleries were absolutely gorgeous. We just feel so lucky to have had such an incredible photographer capture our day. We would book her again in a heartbeat! -
