  Easy to work with, organized, genuine, and has a unique way of taking individuals out of their comfort zones!

  Amanda was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process all the way from the beginning starting with our engagement photos! Although planning a wedding can be very stressful with the many different elements, we always knew that Amanda would be prepared and ready to go for our big day. On our wedding day, we were so obsessed with the way Amanda was able to capture our love, even the little moments. From the sneak peaks, all the way until the entire gallery was ready, Amanda stayed true to her timeline of when the photos would be delivered! From the first time we looked through the photos, to the many times thereafter, we could not be more happy with the way they turned out! We are in love with every single picture!

  Best Decision!

  I can't say enough kind words about Amanda and her photograpy! She was amazing throughout all steps of the process. She made everyone feel so comfortable taking photos and that was a huge win! She kept everyone on track while still remaining professional and is seriosuly just so kind and you feel like best friends when it's done! We did our engagement pictures with her as well, and they all turned out amazing and you truly feel so comfortable. I can't reccomend Amanda enough!

  Amanda is the best!

  I couldn’t express enough how amazing Amanda was during our whole wedding experience. From the very start, she was always incredibly kind and flexible. With her experience, she knew exactly how to flow through our wedding day to get all the shots we wanted. Everyone at our wedding was very impressed with how well she was organized. We couldn’t be happier with our photos as well! Would definitely recommend.

  Amanda Captures the Day Beautifully

  Amanda was an absolute joy to work with from the first call to getting the photos back. She captured our wedding day better than I could have imagined and made sure to get all the special little moments which mean the world to me. I could not express how grateful we are that we chose Amanda as our wedding photographer. She was so comfortable to work with and made everyone feel their absolute best when behind the camera. My husband and I live out of state but are hoping that if we can ever get back to Wisconsin for another big life event we can get her to squeeze us in because of the great experience we had.

  Incredible

  I honestly can't even put into words how incredible Amanda was as our wedding photographer. Once we had a wedding venue, we booked Amanda the very next week for our wedding over two years away. We knew we needed her to be our photographer. She made us feel incredibly comfortable at our engagement session, and gave us so many great directions and pointers to get beautiful photos, while also letting us just be ourselves and act natural. Leading up to the wedding Amanda was insanely helpful in planning our wedding day timeline, and answering any questions we had. Her timeline was by far the most helpful piece of wedding planning guidance we received. Day of our wedding Amanda was just as excited to be there as the rest of us. She fit in with everyone in the party so well it was like she was apart of it, not just a wedding vendor contracted to be there. She truly cares about her couples and making sure their day is exactly what they want. We have only gotten our sneak peeks back thus far, but they are breathtaking. I can not stop going back and looking at them all over again. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she is sure to capture every single important moment, as well as those great candid's that you would never expect. I can not wait to see the rest from our big day, and continue to use Amanda in the future for any of our big life moments.

  Best photographer ever!

  Amanda was absolutely amazing! Talented does not even begin to describe Amanda. Amanda makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera, even my husband who hates taking pictures! Originally, we had to cancel our engagement photo session due to a family emergency and Amanda was not only understanding but never even blinked an eye at the situation, she quickly rescheduled our photo session without a problem! Which leads us to the wedding day were Amanda was beyond amazing! She saved the day so many times from coming in clutch with a crochet hook to help with the buttons on my dress, to actually sewing one of my bridesmaids dresses, to helping bustle my dress to calling her husband to look at his advanced radar to help make the decision if we needed to move our ceremony indoors. She went above and beyond! My husband, who as I mentioned, is not a fan of pictures actually said he had fun and that Amanda was responsible for that! She had such original ideas for pictures that the groomsmen really enjoyed. Amanda was on top of it all day, she made everything run smoothly, made sure I got all the pictures I wanted. She made family pictures with a large rowdy bunch such a breeze with her take charge attitude without being too bossy! And most important, her talent as a photographer is incredible.

  Great experience

  Amanda was so great, she was responsive, came to Chicago to shoot our engagement shoot and was so flexible. I could not recommend her more. Our pictures were amazing. She is definitely the right choice!

  The Best!!

  We truly couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture our big day! Before our engagement session we had never had professional pictures taken, and Amanda made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and gave awesome direction every step of the way. She provided an extremely helpful timeline before our wedding day, which made our day full of picture-taking (with a large bridal party of 20 people) a breeze. She was professional and organized, but also so much fun to work with! We are absolutely in love with our wedding gallery and are so happy to have such amazing pictures to remember our wedding by!

Without her help, I would have been lost when creating our timeline for the day, picture order and combinations and so much more throughout the wedding planning process. On our wedding day, she was so professional and organized to ensure our day went according to plan. She easily became an important part of my bridal party; she even jumped in to help me pin down my veil, put on and take off my painful shoes, and helped my mom/aunts bustle my gown! I can't thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to making sure our day was perfect.

  Choose Amanda, you won't regret it!

  Amanda was an absolute dream to work with. I am very picky about photographers and I am OBSESSED with the pictures from both our engagement session and the wedding photos. She is so much more than a photographer, she helped with planning our whole wedding day itinerary, outfits, general logistics, and more! She made us feel so comfortable during the whole process, and was great with my dog and two year old nephew! It can be very difficult to get good photos of their squirmy selves and she was patient and goofy, helping to get their attention. If you're still undecided about your wedding photographer, you will not be disappointed if you choose Amanda.

With just the sneak peek gallery that AKP sent us, we were able to remember all of the happy and tearful memories. She puts all of her energy into capturing your day and we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a KICK-A$$ photography. She's also very considerate and patient with your wedding party and family on the big day.

  We knew right away when we met Amanda that we needed her to be our photographer! She made us feel comfortable right away starting with our engagement pictures. On the day of our wedding she went above and beyond to capture everything, she answered all of our questions, and was a huge help in keeping our larger bridal party moving! We are so in love with our pictures and couldn't thank Amanda enough!

  Amanda is honestly AMAZING. She knew how much my wedding photos meant to me and she went ABOVE and BEYOND! My husband is definitely not a fan of getting his photo taken, but she made us both feel so comfortable. Honestly, she made my whole wedding day go SO MUCH smoother. I would recommend her EVERY TIME! She was so sweet and easy to talk to! She was super flexible with everything and anything! I could not wait to open my gallery, and when I did I was not disappointed they were everything I dreamed of x1000! I could not be more thankful for her, her talent and her time!   Amanda is a CATCH, so make sure you snag her right away! She brings a creative, silly, and thoughtful energy into her pictures, and you can see it! I am OBSESSED with our engagement AND wedding pictures! We felt extremely out of our element taking our first engagement pictures, but Amanda's relaxed personality, combined with specific directions, made us feel increasing comfortable and confident throughout! In addition, she's one that can take on any weather-related circumstance the conditions for these were sticky and warm, but you can't even tell by looking through our pictures! THANK YOU for creating such gorgeous images from the quiet moments we walked away to the more exciting moments with family and friends, we will cherish these pictures for years to come!

  If you want to look back at your special memories and feel like it’s happening all over again, you need to book Amanda!! She captures EVERY special detail, big or small. Our wedding gallery is the most beautiful set of pictures I’ve ever seen. She captured things I would have never imagined. She was insanely flexible to work with. Due to covid we had to change our date and cancel our normal reception. She was there for every question along the way! We could not have been happier!! And of course she’s just a complete joy to work with! Everyone who attended our wedding couldn’t stop talking about how kind she was. We will be doing all our photography through Amanda from now on ❤️
