Incredible, exceeding my expectations in every way!!

Alyssa went above in beyond in her photos for our wedding events! Her professionalism, candor and easygoing nature made the flow of all of our events go smoothly and it was so enjoyable to work with her! What she was able to capture because of this were some images that literally blew my husband and I out of the water. The candid photos showing our guests enjoyment was truly amazing and she was there to capture everything!! I would more than recommend Alyssa, it was a true pleasure working with her and we now have treasured memories to keep forever!

Best Decision EVER!!!!

We are the luckiest people to have hired Alyssa to capture the most special day in our lives, and perfect does not even begin to describe how awed we are by our photos. From day one, Alyssa was so easy to work with and so much fun to talk to! During our first meeting with Alyssa we knew that she was the photographer for us. Her philosophy is to capture the emotion of an event, which is exactly what we wanted. Alyssa was flexible and provided very personalized service. On wedding day, she was the most relaxed and laid-back person, but also made sure that everything went according to schedule. She made sure to capture all the photos we wanted, but never in a forced or staged way. She was so easy going and really made us feel at ease. The pictures are flawless and capture the emotion of the day (smiles, tears, laughter, joy) perfectly. Working with Alyssa was the best because we never had to worry about anything except having fun and enjoying the moment, she made sure to capture it all! We feel so lucky to have shared our wedding day with Alyssa!

Alyssa is amazing!

Alyssa was incredible to work with and her photos are stunning. We had the best time working with her leading up to our big day. She was always extremely responsive and got our photos to us in just 2 weeks, that has to be a record. We highly recommend her and would love to work with her again!

Spectacular!!!

Alyssa was spectacular!!! We booked her many months before our wedding, and she and I had the opportunity to chat several times over the phone before my wedding day. Immediately, I felt at ease with her. She has such a relaxed vibe, which is something I was looking for given my high anxiety and fears surrounding my "big" day. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we lost our original venue and needed to find a new space that had the same date available. This was extremely stressful, but Alyssa went out of her way to suggest a number of alternative venues and even offered to change dates if I needed. I truly appreciated her kindness. Later after finding a venue, a few other issues came up and Alyssa reassured me that all would be okay and even made me laugh, which I really needed. When the event was closer, we discussed locations for shooting and made plans to meet the day-of. When the day came, Alyssa was on time, prepared, and organized. This was so important to me because it allowed me to relax and enjoy myself versus focusing on what needed to be done. Alyssa was also super cool and fun, and she made us laugh, which I really needed. We took all of our family photos before the ceremony, and I felt like everything flowed naturally. After the ceremony ended, I barely noticed Alyssa during the reception, yet she managed to beautifully capture ALL of our major moments. My family and friends even commented about great they thought Alyssa was. I cannot say enough about how thrilled we are with the photos. They are a work of art, we cannot stop looking at them, and we will cherish them forever. I highly recommend Alyssa. If you any doubt about choosing a photographer, rest assured, you made the right decision with Alyssa. Thank you, Alyssa, for everything!!

Friend, photographer, professional

Alyssa is not only a talented photographer, she also has the unique ability to make you laugh and feel comfortable. Her bringing her humor and energy to the event is a service unto itself, and the beautiful photos are a welcome reminder of that.

Alyssa was a breeze to work with leading up to the wedding and throughout the entire process. I could probably keep going on, but you should probably just hire her!

Alyssa was so amazing to work with for our wedding photos! She has such a calming and chill vibe that instantly made us feel at ease during what can be a really hectic day. She felt like a friend who was there to capture all of our special moments. Our photos are the perfect mixture of posed and candids and truly capture the day and night of our wedding beyond what I could have imagined. There were so many moments and details that I missed the day of but now have pictures to remember forever. She is also super fast and had our pictures to us within two weeks (literally, all of our pictures, laid our beautifully via a custom link to easily share and download)!! Seriously the best ever!! Cannot say enough fabulous things about her :)

Alyssa did our engagement photos and Central Park and she also did our wedding photos. She is a creative genius, who truly captures the moment and its raw feelings and emotions. She worked with us at every stage, from planning our engagement shoot in Central Park (i.e. providing feedback on outfits, lighting, time of day, etc.) to the day of the wedding (i.e. shot list, logistics, "ideal" photos, help with photo locations and vibes), and everything in between. She is organized, professional, and really fun to work with. So helpful, insightful and knowledgeable. She makes the process fun and easy; like you can be in your natural state of being, and she will capture the beauty and essence of that moment. Some of the best shots we got were candid (the formal ones were incredible, as well), and I can't wait to print them and have them, forever. It was so much fun working with her and we are still in disbelief that we received our wedding photos, less than a month after our wedding! My husband and I are SO thrilled and SO excited about all of the amazing shots that we have from the wedding. The only dilemma we have is which ones to choose! I would highly recommend Alyssa for anything, whether it’s for a wedding or another type of special event. We definitely hope to work with her again, in the future! She’s amazing! Alyssa was absolute perfection from start to finish - professional, chill, goofy, sincere, go-with-the-flow but with a vision.

We already were raving about our positive experience before we even got the pictures (Alyssa is a gem, just personality-wise, to have with you on your wedding day!!). BUT THEN we got the pics themselves! Honestly, we couldn't be more pleased. The variety of shots, thoughtfulness in editing, and the beautiful, cohesive suite as a whole captured our day magnificently.

So many friends & family members have already commented on the genuine and easy joy captured in our pics - we have Alyssa to thank for that! I can't recommend highly enough.

Alyssa is absolutely phenomenal! She was precisely the style we were looking for with an emphasis on capturing the day's amazing moments (as opposed to lots of posed shots). We expressed our strong wish for those types of photos and boy did she deliver. I'll back up and say that in the wedding planning process, she was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. I sent her photos that I liked, descriptions, lots of emails with questions and clarifications, and she was on top of every email and question I had. It was very comforting to have such a responsive vendor in the midst of wedding planning. She's also super laid back, funny, charming, and sweet. She was FABULOUS to have around on the day of the wedding. She's fun and made everyone feel relaxed - most importantly my husband who can be a little camera shy. Then, the photos! We just could not believe her amazing work. She captured our day so beautifully and so artfully. We couldn't have dreamt of photos that would come out like hers. And she sent the entire album to us exactly 9 days after our wedding. I couldn't have imagined a better surprise than to wake up that Monday morning, the first morning my husband and I had to get back to reality, to that email from Alyssa saying that the photos were ready. We've been looking through them ever since. I am so grateful to have such beautiful art to represent everything that day was to us. I cannot say enough about her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone and I most certainly plan to use her services again.

Alyssa Maloof is absolutely amazing and her work is incredible. Alyssa was the photographer for my wedding. From start to finish, the experience with Alyssa was extremely positive. She was responsive throughout the whole process. On the wedding day, she was early and well prepared with lots of great photography ideas and shots. My family is a bit chaotic at times; Alyssa's super calm yet fun and professional demeanor really made the photographing experience memorable... And her pictures -- UNBELIEVABLE. I still look through the hundreds of shots she took.. Each one amazing and captures the essence and pure joy of the day. I also appreciated that during the ceremony and reception, she took great shots -- but I rarely ever knew she was there (aka not in your face!). Her pictures are very candid/in the moment -- less forced portraits which I appreciated. I'd recommend Alyssa and her creativity in a heartbeat. Totally worth it.

One of the best choices we made in our planning was to have Alyssa Maloof document our wedding. We had met Alyssa a little more than a year ago, when she was the photographer for a close friend’s wedding, and when the time came to plan our own wedding, we knew she was the way to go!

Working with different vendors for our wedding, we know that everyone is busy, but Alyssa is incredibly responsive, prompt and thorough in all the prep. As we got closer to the date, we exchanged ideas on photo locations around the city. Her ideas were way better than mine – the day of I just turned it all over to her!

We are not exactly fans of having our picture taken, but Alyssa's direction and style (she is so much fun!) put our minds at ease and the results are nothing short of stunning. And to top it off, we had ALL of our pictures back only two weeks after our wedding. We, our families, and our friends can’t stop looking at all the amazing photos!

We could not recommend Alyssa more strongly to anyone. You won’t regret it!

Alyssa was amazing! Made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole day. She also has a way of being present and getting amazing shots without being in everyone's faces and overwhelming people which I have heard from others regarding photography and videography vendors. Her photos are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Look like something out of a magazine. She has the best eye for finding candid moments. I would recommend Alyssa to anyone who wants photos that truly capture the emotions and joy of their wedding day. We loved Alyssa immediately! She has such a great personality and won us over from our first meeting with her. She was able to meet and talk via phone in the evenings which was extremely convenient, and she was quick to respond to emails. And her photographs!!! OMG. She works alone and pretty much everyone said they never saw her the whole night. No annoying entourage to deal with. Despite being solo, she got shots that were spectacular and in my opinion better than ones from friends' weddings with 3-4 people on staff. She was so great making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and gave us great directions without instructing us too much. So, she made sure we were in flattering poses and lighting, and yet wasn't making us do anything that wasn't "us." You get to keep all of the digital files, which is amazing. Actually, I have one negative thing to say about her: there are too many insanely awesome photos that it has caused me anxiety just picking out ones to add to a photobook and make into a canvas. Ha! I'll have to print and add them all!

Alyssa was so amazing to work with! We were introduced to her by a mutual friend. Once you book with her you get access to a client page on her website where you can make payments, and update wedding info with ease! Because we were planning a destination wedding we didn't meat Alyssa until the big day, but we all immediately felt so comfortable with her! She was so fun and energetic! Alyssa Maloof is a rockstar! We stumbled upon her work while googling images of our venue. My artsy fartsy husband instantly fell in love with Alyssa's website and online portfolio. After an incredibly generous offer on a 6 hour wedding package & engagement photo session, we booked our dream photographer. One of the best decisions ever!
I could go on and on about how promptly Alyssa responded to emails/ calls, or her professional online invoicing system, or how easy it was to schedule our engagement session, but I'd rather focus on the emotional aspect of Alyssa's work.
Alyssa has an artistic eye, an amazing ability to work with light, and a familiarity with the city we call home. Our City Hall/ Dilworth Park engagement session with Alyssa was so fun! She kept things loose and light. Her hand gestures and silent communication while shooting kept us laughing and led to beautiful, natural photos.
There were several moments during our wedding when I needed to take a break to rest my back. Alyssa stuck with us when we took our down time and we ended up having some great conversations -- letting her in on some of our jokes, my recurring whale dream, and the story of how we first met. We truly felt comfortable with Alyssa.
Ten days later, we received about a dozen teaser photos. She captured our happiest moments in such unique and artistic light. We're thrilled with what we've seen so far and can't wait to see our entire portfolio of pictures.
We highly recommend Alyssa Maloof Photography and would absolutely work with her in the future!

I loved everything about my wedding, and it was all that myself and my husband had imagined, except how fast it all happened. More than a year later, Alyssa's photos bring it all up again. I don't know that I would be able to remember all the details of the wedding without her exquisite images. We keep looking at them and wonder: did we really look this good and glamorous? Of course Alyssa gets 5 stars!! She is a brilliant photographer who truly loves what she does. She finds the most immense beauty in the finite details...all the details that, as a bride, you may look back and realize that you missed (it in all of the hullabaloo). But don't worry, Alyssa's got your back!

From the moment we met her, we felt a great connection. She's very calm and laid back (which we loved) but don't let that fool you, she takes her work seriously and won't let a thing fall through the cracks!

When we talked to all of our family and friends when we got back from the honeymoon, the second thing out of their mouth (after "we had a great time") was how much they loved Alyssa. She made everyone feel special and comfortable all at the same time.

As soon as we received our pictures, we poured over them again and again. Each time, reliving the magical moment of our day and saying to each other "man, Alyssa is awesome"!! We love her- not only for her beautiful work but as a pure and lovely human being!!

Alyssa Maloof rocks my world! Not only does she do amazing and creative work, but she was so easy to work with, kept me at ease and took my suggestions as far as places to shoot or specific family shots that were important to us. I was pretty much not interested in any of my wedding details, EXCEPT the photography. I wanted someone who would take amazing photos that I also felt comfortable enough with to be around non-stop on my wedding day. As soon as we met with Alyssa, i knew she fit the bill. She completely exceeded my expectations. She managed to direct our large (crazy) bridal party and our large (crazy) families to get the shots she needed while still letting us all be ourselves and have fun....and the candid shots she took were by far some of my favorites. I absolutely love our photos and I cannot count the number of compliments we have gotten on them. I am completely non-photogenic and awkward, but she somehow managed to make me look amazing. At least five of our friends or family have tried to get her for their weddings after seeing our photos and my cousin just booked her for her wedding in October. Seriously, if you are on the fence, just book her. If you are like me, you have now realized how ridiculous planning a wedding can be. Having someone you know will do an amazing job photographing the day with zero direction was such a nice feeling.

Even now, almost three months after our wedding, I am still THRILLED every time I look at our wedding photos. I am so glad we chose Alyssa to join us for our wedding day and help us chronicle everything from "getting ready" moments in the hotel, to our magical and memorable "first look," to every little detail of our ceremony & reception. More than any other vendor or anyone else who helped along the way, Alyssa helped make our wedding day a success. She was cool, calm, and professional throughout the entire day. She was flexible and accommodated my ideas for photos & poses, and brought an arsenal of her own incredible ideas. She definitely understood and respected my ideas & vision for the day, and struck the perfect balance between doing things we wanted and doing what she knew would make our photos look best. We just gave our family & friends albums for Christmas, and everyone was completely blown away. My mother said, "I didn't even know wedding photography could LOOK like this! Where to begin . . . I can not say enough AMAZING things about Alyssa and her work. Working with her was a pleasure from start to finish. Alyssa provided great photography to our wedding. She was personal and easy to work with. One thing about Alyssa's photo packages are that she allows you to keep a disc of the photos from your wedding. In today's society, with copyrights and licensing authorities, this was a great bonus in working with her. (As a note, my grandparents, married 55 years, cannot make a copy of their wedding photo because they cannot get a letter of approval from their photographer. This is because the photographers has been deceased for over two decades.). Great service, great product, and great price! Thanks again Alyssa!

Where do I begin? I tell everyone that I made 3 excellent choices for my wedding... 1. My Husband 2. My dress and 3. ALYSSA!!! Alyssa surpassed all of our expectations. My husband and I are usually camera-shy and appear awkward in photos but, Alyssa made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Alyssa is fantastic! We liked her and her photos instantly, but she still, somehow, managed to exceed our expectations. We met with her twice, and signed the contract with her on our second visit. We met a third time, a few weeks before our wedding, to walk through Independence Park to scout some good backdrops for photos. She was totally accommodating, reassuring, and had great ideas. On our wedding day, she stuck to the schedule we had discussed, kept me and my wedding party and our families entertained, and totally blended in with our guests. She was unintrusive, but managed to capture, I think, almost all of our guests in at least one photo. We can't thank Alyssa enough for capturing our wedding day so perfectly!

We were fortunate enough to have Alyssa shoot our wedding in September and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I booked Alyssa right after meeting her because she felt like a friend, and it is really important to like the person that is going to be following you around on your wedding day.
During the whole planning process she was super helpful, always there when we had questions, and calmed my nerves about the logistics of the day. I don't think of us as being photogenic, and was worried that we would feel awkward being the centers of attention, but Alyssa brought out the best in both of us. My husband (whom i was sure would not like being photographed all day) said he felt like George Clooney. We couldn't be happier with our photos, they are AMAZING. She captured all of the emotions of the day and we are so lucky to have this wonderful collection of timeless images to look back on.

Alyssa was fantastic! Our pictures are so gorgeous--all of my unmarried bridesmaids love the photos so much that they insist they are going to hire Alyssa to be their photographer when they get married!
She has a great personality and is a lot of fun to work with, which is important. She can get great poses out of ordinarily shy people.

We also had Alyssa do an engagement photo session with us. Those are also gorgeous and we're so glad we did it! We spent one hour with her and had hundreds of great shots as a result.

Aside from her fantastic talent, I also love that she edits every single photo takes, which a lot of other photographers don't do. She also provides you with a CD with all the wedding photos on it for you to do with what you want--which is a huge value! She also doesn't charge by the hour-she's there with you ALL day. She's very responsive and had our photos back to us promptly.

When my fiance and I were looking for a photographer we met with four high end photographers. We met Alyssa last and chose her. It was an easy decision--we're so glad we made it! I highly recommend her!

I HATE to have my picture taken!!! So when it came to picking our photographer for our wedding I was not too excited. We met Alyssa through a friend who used her for his wedding. As soon as I met with her and saw her work, I just knew she was perfect for me and my style. The pictures where not the traditional poses and cheesy wedding pictures you see over and over. They were so natural. They really showed who we were as a couple. Alyssa was so relaxed and made me feel the same way which lead to gorgeous pictures. She made me feel at ease on both the wedding day and during our engagement pictures(which I highly recommend!) There was not a picture that she took that I did not like. I had a terrible time trying to pick the pictures to include in our album.

I would recommend her to everyone and anyone!! I can't wait to work with her again on our family pictures!

Alyssa Maloof Photography is AMAZING! We had a small ceremony in a courtroom in Philadelphia's City Hall and, needless to say, we were not expecting much by way of flowers or backdrop. The final product completely disproved our predictions! The photographs truly captured the feeling and moods of the moment - romance, love, and magic. Our wedding itself was rather last minute, but Ms. Maloof was able to immediately capture and document the most intimate interactions between our families and friends.

After the ceremony, Ms. Maloof photographed us throughout City Hall, its beautiful courtyard, and South Broad Street. She even captured the rush hour traffic and passersby complimenting us! Her photographs are breathtaking, and every time we review them, I am reminded of how special that day was for my husband, myself, and our families. Alyssa Maloof Photography did such an awesome job with my sister's wedding that we were overwhelmed when we saw the photos. Ms. Maloof was able to capture the beauty and elegance of an older Philadelphia City Hall courtroom in a way that I thought impossible. When I first entered the room it was dark and felt cluttered. The photos showed a completely different story! The images that Ms. Maloof captured turned a small City Hall wedding (on a rainy day, I might add) into an stately, elegant and refined experience.

The exterior shots were even better, as Ms. Maloof guided the newlyweds into the courtyard of City Hall, she photographed them impromtu and captured the essence of the city within the context of stately beauty. The photos were absolutely AWESOME. I highly recommend Alyssa Maloof Photography, not only because of her technical skill behind the camera, but for her innate ability to KNOW WHERE to point the camera. That profound gift, in my opinion, cannot be taught at the finest art schools, the photographer just has to have that instinct and Maloof has got it!

Alyssa did my shot my wedding in September. She is an amazing photographer, with a great eye. Her pictures were a unlike any wedding photos I've seen before. Alyssa was amazing, we loved her. We were nervous about choosing a photographer because we know nothing about photography, but seeing her work online, we thought she took beautiful pictures, so the next step was to meet her in person. She was very responsive through phone calls and emails while we were setting up a time to meet in person. When met her at her office/gallery and we loved her, we thought she was very nice and professional so we were sure she was the one we wanted. We discussed the details and she explained what we would get up front. She was very flexible with her time, we had a traditional Vietnamese wedding, so this was a day long event, she did not know what she was getting herself into, but she handled it like a champ. She took amazing pictures and we can't wait to see our album once it is complete.

The advice we was given when we were choosing a photographer is the same we would pass to anyone else who's looking. Be sure that your personalities matches. We interviewed a few and you could tell that it was just another gig to them or that they had no heart in it. But with Alyssa you could tell from the beginning that she loves her work, then she genuinely enjoys the events that she attends, and I think that adds the value to the cost, because that comes through in the pictures.

We highly recommend this photographer and if we have any other major events, we hope to have the chance to work with her again.

Working with Alyssa was fantastic. She was very responsive and always friendly. She met with me on-site before the wedding to do a walk-through of the location and was very knowledgeable with lots of great ideas. She was flexible with me on the pricing options so that I ended up with the items that were critical for me without breaking my budget. On our wedding day, she was on time, at the right location, and prepared. Most importantly, our pictures are absolutely beautiful! I don't know how I'll narrow them down for the album. I highly recommend Alyssa, especially if you're looking for more creative/artistic photos than the typical wedding fare.

Alyssa was so fun and fabulous to work with! We chose her because I had looked at countless photography websites and her photos made me the most emotional. Everyone is the photos looks, happy, fun, and relaxed and that was definitely the experience we had with Alyssa. I don't think I've ever had so much fun getting my picture taken. I was a little frazzled before the ceremony, but taking pictures with Alyssa and my bridesmaids before hand was so much fun. She set the perfect tone for the wedding. She's creative, warm, and a pleasure to work with. My bridesmaids loved her so much they invited her out for drinks. And now that we've gotten our pictures back I can confidently report that she does really excellent work! She got photos of all of our guests and caught all the right moments. We couldn't be happier! In the end we were happy with all our wedding vendors, but if I could only recommend one it would definitely be Alyssa!

Alyssa was an awesome photographer for not only my wedding but my maternity shots to follow! She is incredibly well-bred in the field of Photography and her amazing shots speak for themselves. I will and have recommended Alyssa to many friends and family members. She is definitely someone I will continue to work with as long as I have the opportunity.

When we spoke to Alyssa Maloof and other wedding photographers regarding our wedding on September 29th, 2007 we had a few specific requests. We were looking for someone who would provide professional photography for an intimate wedding ceremony and reception at the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia for only about 30 guests. We also looked for someone who would meet up with me and my two daughters ages 4 and 6 at the time down by Franklin Square to photograph them with me on a carriage ride and just being out on the town beforehand. The other important request was to capture the ceremony and reception in a classic, black and white sort of way and not just all color photos. We felt strongly that Alyssa was clearly the right person for the job based on her flexibility, inherent passion for photography, and previous work on her website.

In having those expectations already set in our minds, she still managed to exceed our already elevated expectations in every way. When we first received the dvd we were simply astonished and wowed by the way she captured the evening.

The work a photographer performs should not just be for canvasing the memories you see in the picture, but by capturing those emotions and enabling one to relive the moments on that special day for all who were there and drawing in those who were not.

Alyssa is FANTASTIC! She is so incredibly talented and her work is just so lovely. It's artistic and real and just perfect. Some of our pics made us stop and say "Is that us?!" Also, she is sweet and a pleasure to spend time with during a somewhat stressful and hectic time.

I highly recommend doing engagment photos as well. We weren't sure initially if we needed them, but we had so much fun during our session. She encouraged us to be romantic, silly-- really to be ourselves and our photos showed it. It was honestly some of the most romantic and fun hours of our engagement!

I think some couples don't think through that they will be spending a few hours with this person on a very important day in their lives. Alyssa's professionalism and calmness was a great addition to our day!

I would HIGHLY receommend Alyssa to everyone!! She is so gifted and absolutely amazing. She made my wedding day an exceptional experience. I had so much fun with her while she took the photos. She makes you feel comfortable and beautiful...which are key ingredients to a perfect wedding day. Everyone who has looked through my wedding pics agrees they are the best they have ever seen. I have given her name and contact information to several friends who are going to be planning weddings soon. I promise...you will be very happy with your photos if you choose Alyssa.

Alyssa was a wonderful photographer. She was attentive to all our requests. She was very professional throughout the whole day. The pictures were amazing and everyone was extremely impressed with our photos. I would highly recommend Alyssa to anyone.

Amazing photographs from a truly talented photographer. We can't get over how good the pictures came out. Superb eye for composition! and excellent judgement in post process. We had Alyssa shoot in a mostly candle lit setting and a string light lit backyard and the essence of the evening oozes out of every shot. Our families love their shots as well and it's raining jpegs and likes all over the place. Head and shoulders above other "canned" wedding collections we've seen. We were worried if our day would result in the magical collections on her blog collections but when the pics came in it was exactly that.

Thought. Talent. Execution.

I had a very specific idea of what I wanted my photos to look like, so I searched around for a while. I came across Alyssa and loved her work, it was very "moody" and editorial and I thought the lighting looked amazing. Nothing looked staged/cheesy or too "high-def" as I call other super sharp kinda of photos. They are more grainy/gritty/edgy. So we set up a call, and I just loved her. I think we talked for over an hour about everything. I liked her so much just from that first phone call, and felt so comfortable with her I decided to book her. I asked her a ton of questions throughout the year, like where she thought we should go, what time my ceremony should start based on lighting, and she was very responsive and helpful. She even helped me plan my timeline of the day. On my wedding day, when I was getting ready I hardly even noticed her in the room with us, once I saw all the amazing pics she got of us getting ready I was shocked! She got such amazing shots of my girls, and nothing cheesy, which sometimes the getting ready pics can be. I loved how she didn't direct the group exactly, or set us up and make us do silly poses. In her own way she communicated with us to just "do our thing" which creates really beautiful organic pictures. She is super chill, which is exactly what you need on a stressful day. I am so in love with the photographs. She captured some really great moments and was awesome to work with. She also got them back to me in 3 weeks which is INSANELY quick compared to others. I would recommend her in a second!

Alyssa has now shot gorgeous professional photos for our family four times and each time we are simply blown away by how effortlessly she manages to capture each of us in the best possible light. She has shot us pregnant, with infants, on the beach, in the back yard with many small crying kids and even in her studio. Just when we think all the photos must be a disaster, she comes through with dozens of stunning shots. iPhones and canon cameras alone have failed time and again to achieve what Alyssa does: providing us with a momento that we will treasure forever. She is incredibly professional, easy to get along with and talented and our family is blessed to have found her.

Alyssa Maloof Photography was a real good service to work with, the staff very professional and easy to talk to. The scenes that was taken erally expressed the wedding in pictures, and I was very happy with the outcome.
