Pastor Billy made everything so easy on us. He was a great communicator if I needed something and he send us different vow scripts to choose from. The ceremony went smoothly and he seems to really enjoy his work. He send off our marriage license for us so that was one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend! -

I was extremely nervous for my wedding day but Everlove Weddings made my experience so easy. Making the payments was super simple. I only had to answer a few questions and pastor Billy came up with a beautiful ceremony script. It wasn't too long or too short, it was just perfect. Everyone loved how the ceremony went. We actually forgot our wedding rings so we had to "fake" it, but Pastor Billy went right along like nothing happened, no one even realized until we mentioned it after the ceremony! On top of that, we forgot to bring our license, but he was super understanding and allowed us to drop it off the following day at his home. All in all, it was perfect thanks to Everlove Weddings. 10/10 would recommend. -

We loved working with Pastor Billy and his father Pastor Bill! Great communication/responsiveness to questions, and they were super friendly, professional, and helpful. Pastor Bill was able to incorporate a traditional Filipino cultural ceremony (per our request) into our vows and ceremony with ease. We also had an unforseen issue cause us to run late prior to our rehearsal, and Pastor Bill was very patient and understanding with us. Definitely hire them to officiate your wedding, you won’t regret it! -

Just The Two Of Us
Rev. Billy Bailey at The Wedding Bell Chapel in Pigeon Forge was great. Even though it was just me & my fiance it felt special. There was a mixup where we were not on his schedule but he fixed it quick. He seemed really genuine and he put us at ease. We loved the little chapel! We found out a friend of mine had eloped there just like us a year earlier. Our clerk's office messed up the groom's date on the license and he re-signed it for us and mailed it back promptly. Our pictures turned out great! -

If I could give this "officiant" zero stars I would. I have been in contact with "Pastor Billy" since April 11 2021. I found him on The Knot. We have been in contact back and forth via email. Everything seemed to be going to plan. I filled out the form on his website stating what our wedding date is, ceremony time, location, etc. I paid my deposit of $144.38 on May 5 2021. The second/final payment was made on August 21 2021 of $144.37. I paid this guy ENTIRELY before my wedding day on 9.21.21. After you pay your initial deposit, he sends you an email with a link to your final steps for your wedding ceremony script. He tells you to send a custom script to his personal email and he will review it and meet the couple 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. He does give you the option of setting up a phone call to discuss things, however, I did not feel that was necessary for us at the time. I sent him our custom script on September 8 2021. He never emailed back saying anything about the script or our wedding in general. I just assumed we would see the guy 15 minutes before our ceremony as his website stated. On our wedding day, we waited around for over an hour after the ceremony was supposed to begin for this guy to show up. We called and called and CALLED this guy multiple times, and every time it went straight to voicemail. He never showed up to our wedding. He never called. He never emailed. He would not (and still WILL NOT) answer the phone. He would not answer my Facebook messages. He has not called me or emailed me back. I checked his personal Facebook profile on our wedding day, and he made a post about something 3 hours before our ceremony was supposed to begin. My bridesmaid messaged his personal Facebook saying he never showed up and he ruined my wedding day, and he blocked her! This guy absolutely ruined my wedding, and I will be suing. I did not get to marry the love of my life on my wedding day because I hired an "officiant" that never showed up. DO NOT hire this man. I will make sure he pays for the expenses of my ENTIRE wedding, because the whole purpose of a wedding is to get married!!!!!!
