My new Go-To for Sandals Vacations

My husband and I worked with Holly to plan our honeymoon at Sandals Grenada and she was awesome! Holly was responsive and took care of everything for us so that we could focus on wedding planning on have a stress-free vacation in paradise right after. I highly recommend Alpha World Travel to everyone!

Holly is the best! I will not use anyone else!

I met Holly at a wedding show in Raleigh while planning our wedding! We never imagined how easy the planning process would be. She even helped us snag a free couples massage! Her detailed emails helped us feel very prepared for our trip and I knew that if I had any questions she would be able to answer them quickly! We’re already in the works of planning our next trip with her.

Honeymoon Booking

We worked with Corrine at Alpha World Travel to help us book our honeymoon. She was able to provide us with different location and resort options. We ultimately decided to travel to St. Lucia and Corrine also helped book our transportation, fast track through the airport and immigration, and our excursions through the resort. We had a few travel hiccups and she was super quick to respond and always provided the help needed.

A must for a Sandals Destination Wedding

There is no way I could've navigated all the Sandals wedding options without Alpha World Travel. Holly was wonderful to work with and she is very knowledgeable. Having someone that has been to the resorts and can help answer all the detailed questions is so helpful.

10/10 Recommend booking your your honeymoon with Alpha World Travel

Holly was extremely helpful from the very beginning of honeymoon planning to the end of our stay! She answered all my questions, and helped me narrow down which resort would be best for us based on our preferences, availability and room choices. We experienced a flight delay that caused us to miss our connection to Grenada, and Holly was able to adjust our flights and hotel stay for NO ADDITIONAL COST! She really took all the stress out of planning a trip, which was a lifesaver after planning and having a wedding during the pandemic. Can't recommend her highly enough!!

Best travel agency ever

We wanted to go somewhere amazing for our honeymoon, but had no idea where exactly we wanted to go. We contacted Alpha World Travel and gave them a list of things we wanted wherever we chose to go (white sand beaches, calm/clear waters, all inclusive resorts). They were super responsive and within a day or two we had a list of places we could go that were within our budget AND had everything we were looking for! They made the planning process effortless for us, offered a payment plan, frequently emailed us to keep us in the loop, and communicated with us about changing COVID protocols. While we were on our honeymoon at Sandals Grande Antigua, we decided to stay an extra night. All I had to do was inform them of our decision to stay longer and they changed our flights for us quickly. We will never use another travel agency other than Alpha World Travel! Thank you for making our honeymoon so amazing!

Amazing trip to Jamaica

Alpha World Travel did an awesome job helping plan our trip to Jamaica even with the complications onset by COVID. Holly was extremely responsive to all our needs, gave great advise travel requirements and fun things to do while on our trip.

Amazing travel agency to work with!

I met Holly from Alpha World Travel at a bridal expo, and we booked our honeymoon to Sandals St Lucia with her in November 2020. I had never worked with a travel agency before, and now I am completely sold on their services! Holly was wonderful to work with! She kept our honeymoon within budget, was very responsive, and had fun ideas and suggestions for our trip. She was detail oriented and thorough in regards to all of our travel regulations during Covid-19. We just got back from an 8-day honeymoon at Sandals St. Lucia. What a beautiful resort, and so luxurious- we had a blast! We will be using Alpha World Travel for all of our future vacation plans!

Best Travel Agent We Could've Had in this Situation

Having a travel agent is always a great idea when you're planning any big trip (let alone your honeymoon), but there is such a thing as picking the wrong one. I know because I did at first, but then a friend referred me to Holly at Alpha World Travel, and she helped right everything my original travel agent did wrong! Then, Covid-19 came along and with it so much uncertainty about what to do with our honeymoon plans. We feel beyond lucky to have Holly guiding us every step of the way through this crazy planning experience!! We've already had to reschedule our honeymoon and flights TWICE, and she handled everything quickly and with such grace each time!! She even quickly fixed a mistake I made with our flights without any complaints or hesitation!! I don't know what I would've done without her and her extensive knowledge of Sandals and travel in general during this time! It's taken so much of the stress away from me having her orchestrate everything and not having to worry about what to do with flights, rooms, dates, etc! Thanks to Covid, it's anyone's guess what else we'll have to change before we can actually take our honeymoon, but I feel so confident it'll all work out with Holly as our agent! I wish I'd known about her before I started planning our wedding because I would've felt so much better having her handle the plans and vendor communication for that too! We CANNOT wait to go on our honeymoon because I know that, whenever it finally happens, it'll be great since Holly arranged it all for us! It's seriously hard for me to believe you can have such great service at no charge!!

Amazing! Highly recommend!

Planning our honeymoon couldn't have been easier. With all of the stress of planning a wedding, having our travel documents delivered to us in a nice leather travel folio was the nicest thing ever! Holly was amazing to work with. She responded to my (many) emails so quickly and never made me feel like a bother. We will definitely be using Alpha World Travel again!!

Continually Fantastic

7 years ago, I met Lynn at a bridal show. We proceeded to meet with her and book our honeymoon through Alpha World Travel. Many years later, this company has given us the same incredible level of service and care for our trips. We mostly book through Holly now and she, quite literally, takes care of everything. Holly provides thorough information, assists with booking everything and then sends all the info you need a few weeks before your trip. The most worry free vacations ever! We have booked numerous vacations through Holly and have even recommended this company to some of our friends. Alpha World Travel gets paid by the resorts so you are not being nickle and dimed for their service. Lynn and Holly make you feel like you are family and I wouldnt trust my vacations in any other hands!

Easy honeymoon planning!

We booked our honeymoon with Holly through Alpha World Travel and have no regrets! She was easy to work with, responsive, and gave a plethora of information when we were unsure of where we wanted to go. We had an incredibly smooth travel experience and Holly was sure to send us a whole packet of information ahead of time so that we were well prepared! Would Absolutely Recommend

I would recommend Holly to anyone looking to book a Sandals vacation. The resort (Sandals Grande Saint Lucian) was spectacular and lived up to every expectation she had set for us. Her recommendations for excursions and our packing list were spot on. (If she tells you to pack water shoes, there is a reason. We were the only couple to bring them and are so glad we did.) Holly was a pleasure to work with and helped us book the honeymoon of our dreams!

Amazing Experience!

My husband and I are so thankful that we used Alpha World Travel to help book our honeymoon. We worked with Holly Ward and it was a great experience! We ended up staying at the Le Blanc Spa and Resort in Cabo San Lucas. It was a beautiful resort and met all of the items within our checklist for honeymoon location. Holly is very knowledgeable about travel, which made it extremely easy for us to talk with her and decide which destination would be best for our honeymoon. Before our trip, she sent a travel packet that contained travel tips and information which was extremely helpful. We felt completely prepared thanks to Holly.

We are already thinking about future trips that we can take and will definitely plan to go through Holly again! We would definitely recommend Alpha World Travel to others!

Holly helped us plan an all inclusive vacation to Jamaica.

Holly helped plan our all inclusive vacation to Oyster Bay Excellence Resort Jamaica. She gave her recommendation on how to be expedited through the customs at the airport! We were hesitant at first since we were not scheduling a wedding and that seemed to be the main focus of this agency. Thank goodness the Sandals site referred us to Alpha World Travel as our closest Sandals agency.
We wanted to spend Christmas and New Years in Jamaica and Holly made it happen in spades. She could not have been easier to work with and her recommendations were perfect. Everything from airfare, rooms, tours and airport arrival and departure were handled timely and professionally.
The Over the Water Bungalows at South Coast were new and Holly was in Jamaica prior to out trip and took the time to walk through the Bungalows and send us a video. Holly and Lynn have been to the resorts and can make informed recommendations based on their experiences.
You could not ask for better service than that which is provided by this agency.

Holly and the whole crew at Alpha World Travel were a blast to work with! Everything was smooth sailing throughout the entire booking and planning process. They even supplied us with tips for the trip! If we had any questions they quickly responded and they helped us find a great resort in a tight budget. We worked with Holly at Alpha World Travel to book and plan our destination wedding at Sandals Resort - Emerald Bay. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received! Holly handled the booking for our entire group, along with airfare for some. I met Holly at one of the local bridal shows and got all the information about Sandals, at the time I was considering them for a honeymoon. We ended up opting for a WeddingMoon with Sandals and don't regret a thing! After Holly helped us narrow down a resort, we were well on our way to planning our perfect wedding.

Holly is an exceptional planner, we had multiple sit-down planning sessions where we went through all of the options. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and anything she didn't know off hand she forwarded to a Sandals representative and got the responses back to me ASAP. What I especially liked about working with her is that she really listened to what we wanted and offered options for cutting costs if we liked a feature but were worried about our budget. She was very patient and organized throughout the entire planning process.

Aside from the event planning, everyone in our group received a travel packet prior to departure that was loaded with tips, tricks and inside information about getting the most out out of your stay at the resort. Holly and Lynn are experienced Sandals reps and know all about everything from dining to activities, and have tons of real photos from the resort (rooms, beach, etc.). They also are familiar with the layout and will try to get a room that is close to what you're interested in (proximity to main attractions vs. quiet relaxing vacation removed from the center).

Our wedding and honeymoon were a dream come true with the team at Alpha World Travel and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Sandals vacation or destination wedding! We hope to make an anniversary trip in the coming years and will definitely be using them again.

Holly was amazing and answered all of my questions very fast whenever I had them no matter how small they were. She was always happy and upbeat. I had never used a travel agent before, but I found Lynn at Alpha World Travel, and now I have no idea why you wouldn't use one! Lynn helped us choose our honeymoon location, and then she handled all the leg work booking our trip. She was quick to answer all our questions from detailed resort info to travel insurance options. We have booked 2 trips (our honeymoon and 1 year wedding anniversary) with Holly at Alpha World Travel and she has been awesome!! Both times she spent time getting to know what my husband and I enjoy doing on vacation and recommend 2 excellent resorts that would really fit what we were looking for. And both times, she was right!!:) Even the excursions and dining options she recommend were excellent. She was also really helpful in getting us great flight options. Holly at Alpha World Travel was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us book a better honeymoon than we could have dreamed of. She provided us with detailed, personal reviews of the different Sandals resorts to help us choose which was best for us. The week of our wedding a hurricane came through and closed the resort we were schedule to go to. She took care of it all! She got our reservations switched to a different resort, helped sort the price difference out for our flights and got us settled. I cannot explain what a relief it was to have her helping us. We will definitely be using Holly again in the future! I cannot brag on her enough. Truly the best!

Holly from Alpha World travel was wonderful to work with! We wanted somewhere tropical for our honeymoon, but had no idea where to start. We have never used a travel agent before and we had never been out of the country, but Holly made it so easy! Our flights, transportation, resort, and excursions were all booked by Holly, and I really didn't have to do much at all. I had no idea that using a travel agent wouldn't cost a dime! She was also very knowledgeable about our particular resort and took the time to get to know us and match us to the perfect resort, El Dorado Seaside in Riviera Maya. We had the best time of our lives thanks to Holly's careful planning and expertise. She was very responsive to our numerous emails with silly questions, and even sent us her personal packing must-have list. When one of the excursions we chose was unavailable, she found us a similar one with more "extras" for a better price. All of this was pre-arranged months before our trip through Holly and I didn't have to speak to anyone else to get everything squared away. We did have a slight issue while we were there with the transportation and we were unable to contact the transportation company by phone to confirm our pickup time to leave the resort. One phone call to Holly, and we had a call back with everything arranged in 15 minutes! It's like having a friend in the states looking out for you when you chose Holly as your travel agent. It was such a comfort knowing she could take care of us even from so far away, especially since we'd never traveled internationally before. I can't wait to book our next trip with her!

Alpha World Travel was a great choice for us. My wife and my daughter(bride-to-be) met Lynn and Holly of Alpha World Travel, Cary, NC, at a wedding/bridal show almost five years ago. After doing an excellent job for her honeymoon in Jamaica, I have routinely sought their help and expertise for trips to Turks & Caicos, St. Lucia, Dominican Republic and Mexico as well as Florida and the OBX. On each occasion, they and the partners they deal with have delivered beyond my expectations. They are working on a family trip right now.

Holly and Lynn at Alpha World Travel are AMAZING! My husband and I wanted a destination wedding but we weren't really sure where/how to start. I contacted Holly and she was so eager to help us plan the perfect wedding AND honeymoon. She was so full of information right off the bat and that was very reassuring, I knew I had made the right choice in contacting her. Once we chose the Sandals resort and room we wanted, Holly booked it for us and took care of the rest! She kept in constant contact with me via email and helped me plan my dream wedding by delivering my wants and needs to the wedding team at Sandals and making sure they had everything in order for us when we arrived! She also helped our families book their reservations and answered any of their questions! I'm pretty sure I was the most laid back and relaxed bride thanks to Holly! I truly, honestly do not believe we could have had our dream WeddingMoon had it not been for Holly and the Alpha World Travel team!! We will continue to use them for EVERY Sandals trip we book!

Alpha World Travel was absolutely amazing! Holly did a fantastic job arranging the honeymoon of our dreams! She worked well with finding the perfect place for our budget! Wedding planning can become stressful, so we decided to go to Alpha World Travel to help relieve some of our anxieties! Choosing Alpha Travel was one of the best decisions we have ever made together! Our honeymoon was so relaxing and fun! The information provided by Alpha Travel was exactly what we needed in order to feel safe and informed. Alpha World Travel is a great travel agency. My wife and I have used them to book three vacations in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. We have always had excellent service. They take care of all of the details and help you plan a fun vacation. I highly recommend this agency!

This was my first experience with Alpha World Travel. My husband and I are celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. Holly with Alpha World Travel has been beyond amazing!!! I have booked other trips with other travel agents and nothing holds a candle to my experience with Holly. We have had to replan our trip three times now due to Zika and Holly has worked with us with no complaints! We wanted a trip to a tropical location without Zika and Holly made that happen!!! I call and Holly answers or calls me back right away. She emails me with detailed booking information for our trip. I cannot brag on her enough! I was referred to Alpha World Travel from one of my best friends who booked his honeymoon to Jamaica. I would definitely go back to Holly at Alpha World Travel to booknow our next trip!!!!!

Alpha Travel was wonderful. My son was getting married and everything went off beautifully. They were always patient and helpful since we had not travelled outside the country before and had lots if questions. The entire wedding party was really happy with them. Holly was especially good to us.

I found out about Alpha World Travel at a bridal show here in Raleigh. I decided to contact them because my husband and I wanted some help picking out a honeymoon destination. (And the fact that the service they provided was FREE too was a huge plus!) I got in touch with Holly who was awesome! After talking with her over the phone and through e-mail conversations, she gave us recommendations based on what we would truly enjoy at a honeymoon resort. What was really helpful is that Holly had been to all of the Sandals resorts that we were deciding on so she gave us the pro's and cons of each resort. We ended up deciding on Sandals Antigua and had the most AMAZING honeymoon! It was truly exactly what we wanted and I cannot thank Holly enough for her excellent recommendation. Wedding planning can be a little stressful at times so the fact that Holly was able to help us book our flights and hotels for us was such a huge help. When you are spending a lot of money on week-long vacation you want to feel 100% confident about your decision. Thank you again to Holly! :)

We worked with Holly and she was great! She was extremely responsive and we feel we got a great deal on our Honeymoon at Sandals Antigua. She also recommended we set up the honeymoon registry on the Sandals website which enabled us to get 3 excursions as gifts. I was very happy with the service we recieved!

Holly Ward at Alpha Travel did an awesome job in planning our Fiji Honeymoon. She stayed within budget, was extremely responsive to our concerns and suggestions. She made the planning of our honeymoon absolutely stress free. I would highly recommend Alpha Travel, not only for honeymoon travel, but for all travel arrangements. We plan to use them as our go to for all future travels!!

Holly at Alpha travel was magnificent, she was pokite, punctual and got me the best deal available, I would suggest a tone looking to travel to contact Holly! She layer out all my paperwork in the order in which I would need them throughout the trip! Everything went off without a hitch and I do not believe anyone could have done a better job! Having to travel out of the country into a new one without having issues was the greatest accomplishment and I don't believe that would have been possible with Holly and Alpha Travel! !! Lynn was totally on point when helping my husband and I plan our honeymoon to St. Lucia. She is very knowledgeable on the locations and we were not disappointed by following her tips on navigating La Toc, a Sandals resort. We were so lucky to have found Lynn, it made our honeymoon perfection!

We used Lynn to book our honeymoon to St. Lucia. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! We were on the fence about where we should go for our honeymoon, but Lynn was able to narrow it down with just a few ideas from our conversations. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she had been to every destination we were considering, and was able to show us pictures from HER camera- not a photo shopped album that the company paid big bucks for. For me, that was the best part of her services, I knew I could trust what we were putting our money towards.

Lynn was so awesome and knowledgable when helping my husband and I book our honeymoon plans at Sandals Grande Antigua! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to travel because she is so friendly and super helpful. Lynn sat down with us for almost 2 hours and helped us decide everything for our honeymoon as far as when and where we wanted to go then booking our trip with her after that was way too easy. She made sure we got everything we need like passports and any other items needed for the trip and when we needed to get them. She offered incentives when we booked (we got an awesome spa credit which got us a couples massage for free-tip and sales tax not included) and made sure we could use every discount possible to make our stay as affordable as ever. Lynn also helped me out a ton because I booked a surprise candlelight dinner for my husbands birthday which was during the time we were in Antigua. I was put in touch with the people directly at Sandals and planned the whole thing which was a definite success! She is very organized and when it came down to getting our packet right before the honeymoon, she told us everything we needed to know and we were perfectly prepared when we left for our trip. She had information for us about dining and additional notes which had a checklist for all of the last minute things (like telling cc companies you are out of the country). She knows her stuff!!!!! My husband and I are already thinking about our next trip to Sandals and definitely will book through Alpha World Travel from here on out!

Lynn Thomas at Alpha World Travel set up the whole trip to Jamiaca after I called and advised that my husband and I would be on this trip with our friends that were getting married. Then at a later date, I contacted Lynn again and advised that my daughter and her husband would also be going. Lynn is very professional and immediately sent the necessary paperwork that we needed. If ever we decide to go to another destination, I would definitely call her.

Heard about Alpha World Travel at a Bridal show and met Lynn. She was amazing at informing us that she could save us money on our honeymoon and emailed us a few days after the show. She took care of our entire booking, excursions, and tickets. She then scheduled a day to meet with us and go through all of the paperwork, the pricing for the trip, the many different restaurants, and fun things to do while there. She was so great at knowing all the special hints and tips for the different resorts and definitely made our honeymoon better than it would have been! Oh..and the best part is...she was free!
