Amazing wedding with Aloha Bars Maui

We hired Kirsty and her team from Aloha Bars Maui for our wedding at Olowalu Plantation House in January. Aloha Bars Maui was amazing and was a huge reason why our wedding day was perfect! The team was professional, engaging, experienced, and fun. The cocktails were delicious and well crafted. We had a guestlist of ~90 people and Aloha Bars made the party a blast.

Aloha Bars helps every step of the way to make your event special with customizable cocktails. This company breathes service and anticipation of guest needs. Kristy makes the planning fun and very flexible, supportive. Great suggestions and on point with counts and very attentive. The whole team, every employee just gets it. Worth every penny and more! Amazing Wedding Experience!

From start to finish, the Aloha Bar experience was a 10 out of 10!!! Kristy blew us away on our first meeting. She was kind, had great energy, happily answered all of questions, and came prepared with great suggestions for our wedding day! She communicated very well throughout the process and was always available via email,
phone call, and text! Kristy made sure all details were well planned and thought through. On the day of the wedding, we were blown away by the Aloha Bar service! The Aloha Bar team was prompt, professional, and attentive! We would highly recommend Aloha Bars!

Best mobile bar service on Maui

We are so happy that our wedding planner referred Aloha Bars to us for our wedding day! They added the aesthetic we were looking for that made our wedding feel classy but also relaxed and welcoming. We had three bartenders/ staff and they were so amazing! They were very attentive, and it seemed as though everyone always had a drink in their hand. They even made sure to keep an eye out for a particular guest we were worried about drinking too much by giving an update to us part way through the reception. They seemed to be very familiar with this predicament which made us feel at ease and like we could relax and not have to worry about it. The drinks were incredible as well! The smoke old fashioned was such a hit and the guava mojitos were so beautiful with the fresh flower and super cute straw! The process of planning leading up to the wedding was so easy with Kirsty, the owner. She has you fill out a questionnaire that covers everything you could think of plus more! Before we hired a bar service, we were so overwhelmed thinking of all the things that we would have to make sure were covered such as greeting guests with drinks, drinks while the bridal party was getting ready, how much alcohol to buy, what the bar would look like, what drinks to choose, etc. All of those overwhelming feelings disappeared once we started working with Kirsty. The pricing is based off of your guest count and is very reasonable. Everything is included in that price which makes it so simple. We loved the idea of not having to worry about choosing a silver, gold, or platinum package because you always feel like you are missing out if you don’t go with the top tiered package. With Aloha Bars you feel like you are getting the top tier no matter what and you don’t have to worry about add-ons. They provide every detail of service you could imagine and you get lots of choices so you can still make it feel unique to fit your wedding and style. Overall, we would highly recommend Aloha Bars if you are planning a wedding or event. If we could do our wedding all over we wish we would’ve just stood by the bar the entire night because it was the main attraction and such a beautiful setup.

Aloha Bars Maui is a MUST

If you are looking for an amazing bar service for your wedding, or any event really, look no further! Aloha Bars Maui was incredible and added so much class, service, fun, and aloha spirit to our wedding day. Not only were the drinks perfect, but the staff felt like family- we had a wedding of 40 and they remembered all of our guests names, it was unreal! We feel so lucky to have had them as our bar service. 100/10! I don't plan on getting married again, but if I do, I'll fly Aloha Bars Maui ANYWHERE to be there... (joking about remarrying, not joking about ABM).

Great Experience

Aloha Bars was amazing start to finish. Kirsty was very responsive and helpful during the entire process. It's not always easy planning a wedding from thousands of miles away, but she was great. They have so many options to make your wedding that much more special. We loved the special drinks we chose and my favorite was how pretty everything was decorated and the glassware/flowers in each drink were gorgeous! Our lead bartender was fantastic! Very friendly and attentive. Great experience!!

Exceeded Already High Expectations!!

This review is long overdue and If I could give Kirsty and her team more than 5 stars, I would. We used them for my 85 person wedding celebration on 1/12/20 at Olowalu Plantation House. They were recommended to us through our wedding planner (TMW) and we could not have been more impressed with their service. Kirsty was available to answer all questions and help curate the perfect shopping list to service my party of professional drinkers and fancy cocktail lovers. We live in Chicago and have high standards when it comes to bar and service and we were absolutely blown away. The drinks were beautiful, the staff was professional & attentive, and there was never a line at the bar. It even rained a little on our day and the staff was prepared and ready to go without flaws. Thank you Kirsty and team for making our day that special!

amazing drinks!

Kirsty and her team at Aloha Bars Maui were fantastic! The drinks were as delicious as they were beautiful. They really go above and beyond to make everything from the bar itself to the drinks and glasses look great. They were also very attentive and made sure no one was empty handed! Kirsty was a pleasure to work with and helped us decide how many signature drinks to include as well as how much liquor and beer/wine to get beforehand. We bought everything at Costco, dropped it off the morning of the wedding, and her team packed up the leftovers afterwards. Everything was handled professionally and we would definitely recommend Aloha Bars Maui!

They Put the "Aloha" in Bars!

Aloha Bars was absolutely fantastic! We hired them to do a "Wild West" theme'd event and it couldn't have been more successful. The drinks were beautiful and we loved the bar setup. Very professional, yet fun, and we couldn't have hoped for more. Definitely recommend hiring them as Kirsty and her team were a pleasure to hang out with! They even designed a perfect bar sign special for our event.

Wedding!!!!

We had the greatest experience with Aloha Bars Maui. Every moment and need for our special day was taken care of in style and great attitude!!!! Drinks were amazing!!! Excellent drinks, even better people!

Aloha Bars Maui was the perfect decision for our wedding! The service, the people, the bar, the drinks - everything was PERFECT!! They were both so sweet and so attentive. My husband and I were never without some sort of drink in our hands, and our guests as well. The bar the use is absolutely beautiful and went perfect with the rest of our decor. The drinks were delicious and everyone was nice and buzzed as the night went on lol. Everything was done so beautifully - so thankful to have had them on our wedding day!!

Absolutely use this company for your bar needs!

10/5 stars for Kristy and her team! They handled the bartending for my wedding this past Sat (Aug 24) and wow they were so great. My guests were RAVING about them (and Chandra -sorry if I am butchering her name-was a fan favorite).

I had decent expectations from them due to their obvious pre planning organization and reviews but was still just so so happy we went with them for our bar! We are big cocktail/spirit snobs so wanted something upscale and they really delivered on all aspects. Their attention to detail was spot on (remembering random things I had mentioned in a survey, keeping an eye on "possible overdoing it guests", asking if our drinks were made exactly how we liked them, the list goes on).

I was also very pleased with what was included in the package- the bar (that is a big rental savings by itself), bar decor (same- we chose their light up letters-this made me happy because I looked into renting this and it was a little pricey), wine service and champagne toast at dinner (we supplied the alcohol they did everything else), and last but not least the glassware was very nice- I was pleased to see the wine glasses were modern and elegant and not your typical run of the mill basic wine glasses. A simple thing but something that made me happy. Also- the included drink menu was AMAZING. It was an LED screen that had illustrations of what our signature cocktails looked like. Seriously so cool.

Definitely Recommend!

Kirsty made the process very easy! Once we got our guest count down and chose our signature cocktails, Kirsty gave us our list of alcohol to purchase for the event. She even recommended a store that would deliver the liquor to our venue. Aloha Bars provided all of the drinkware, mixers, and garnishes. The staff on our wedding day was unforgettable! Our bartender was extremely accommodating and fun. Chandra, who was running drinks, made sure she knew everyone's name, drink of choice, and was sure to keep everyone with a drink in hand. Aloha Bars made our night that much more fun and memorable. I cannot recommend them enough!

The epitome of customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about Aloha Bars Maui! They were AMAZING and seriously embody what a wedding day should be all about. They just get it. When booking I had no doubt that the bar would look beautiful and the drinks would be delicious (which OMG they were). What I had not expected was the incredible caliber of service the would deliver. They were SO helpful from pre-ceremony to final call. They had great energy and seemed genuinely happy to be a part of our day. They undoubtedly added to the magic of the day making not only our us but all our guests feel special and excited. Our guests still (6 months later) talk about how fun and funny our bar tenders at the wedding were.

- Your event will not be complete without Aloha Bars! -

We are so thankful that our wedding coordinator recommended using Aloha Bars…no other service could have been better! I have always been very detail-oriented. From the first email exchange with Kirsty, I knew I had met a fellow perfectionist! Kirsty has put a very thorough and fun questionnaire together for couples who aren’t local, so she can get to know you. From this, she and her team create a completely custom experience tailored to your tastes, from signature cocktails and personalized drink menus, to a variety of glassware and garnishes that fit your look, to the style of the bar and lit bar signage.

My husband is all about the booze, and I am all about presentation and aesthetics. We agree that Aloha Bars knocks both of these aspects out of the park. All of our wedding guests were wowed by the quality and beauty of our signature drinks, and thought the service was outstanding. William, the mixologist during our wedding, was so fun, but also on top of it and professional. Kirsty had suffered a leg injury and was in the hospital having a cast put on during the beginning of our wedding. Afterwards, she still came to our wedding to see how everything was and tell us congratulations…that’s dedication!

The first wedding vendor I’d recommend to anyone getting married in Hawaii is Aloha Bars. If we had them on the mainland, I’d be throwing parties all the time!

ABM to the Rescue!

We were so lucky to have found Aloha Bars Maui to bartend at our wedding!

TLDR: 6 months before our wedding, our original bar vendor backed out on us so our new coordinator immediately had ABM on hold. Although we were devastated with the situation, it's clear to see from ABM's reviews that we couldn't go wrong. ABM has extremely reasonable pricing, quality drinks and most importantly, top notch staff!

Through ABM, we were able to work with Wailea Wines to order and deliver our alcohol directly to our venue which was so convenient and saved everyone time. They also offer no hassle returns on unopened bottles after the event! We filled out a long questionnaire when we first booked with ABM which included our drink selections, whether we wanted toasts, what we wanted to drink after the ceremony, etc. It was so thorough and well thought out that I was skeptical if the day would actually go as planned.

Fast forward to the day of: During getting ready, the guys requested to have a shot of patron which ABM delivered with juice chasers. For the ladies, lemonade and water to keep us hydrated. Right after the ceremony, we were whisked away for group photos but ABM came over with our (DELICIOUS) drinks of choice that we had selected from the questionnaire (lifesavers!). The staff consistently checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure we were okay and got us whatever drinks we wanted (we felt like royalty! so spoiled! :P ). Even our guests raved about how awesome they were.

After reception, when they poured shots for a group of us (upon request), they specifically gave the groom an ounce less because they wanted to make sure the groom doesn't get wasted and ruins his own wedding haha. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness while being accommodating.

The whole ABM team was fun to work with and they remembered everything we wrote down on the questionnaire. Honestly, booking with Kirsty was such a smooth and pleasant experience. She's happy to chat over the phone and quick to respond to emails.

Excellent bar vendor. Heartwarming team. You won't regret it!

-ALOHA BARS BRINGS THE PARTY-
My Hubby and I booked Aloha Bars for our June 30, 2018 wedding and we could not be happier with the drinks, service, and FUN they brought to our event.
We hired Aloha based on a recommendation from our wedding planner, as well as the company’s amazing reviews, comprehensive website, and competitive pricing. From our first correspondence with Kirsty, the owner, she made us feel taken care of. She was professional, knowledgeable, charming, and enthusiastic about our wedding plans.
These plans included an open bar and two signature cocktails. At first my fiancé and I were overwhelmed with the number of amazing drink choices Aloha had to offer (see website for “Something Old, Something New, Something Muddled, and Something Blue” categories) and could not settle on our Bride/Groom beverages. Kirsty was understanding of our indecisiveness (LOL) and arranged a private tasting once we flew in to Maui. My fiancé and relaxed at Vibe Bar (in Kihei) while Kirsty mixed fresh signature cocktails for us to sample (complete with environment-friendly gold straws, orchids, and rosebuds for aesthetic appeal). Needless to say we were absolutely blown away by the quality and presentation of these beverages and in end we couldn’t just pick two signature cocktails- so we ordered three!
Aloha Bars was the cornerstone of our wedding. From the second guests stepped onto the property, the staff greeted them with cold strawberry daiquiris and made them feel welcome and relaxed. They worked quickly and tirelessly (there was never a line at the bar!) but made it look so effortless. Also, Kirsty killlllled it with the drink presentation and the guests could not stop talking about the magical BRIDES DRINK (yassss- that dry ice, Kirsty!!!).
Ultimately, Aloha Bars did not disappoint. They kept everyone hydrated but pleasantly buzzed and the wedding would not have been the epic party it was without them!

Kristy kept in touch with us from day one and made planning our wedding less stressful. They customized a drink selection that was perfect for us and our wedding guests. We hired Aloha Bars to do our wedding in Maui in May 2018. They came highly recommended by our planners and our venue and they did NOT disappoint! The bar and drinks were beautiful, but above all the service was **IMPECCABLE**! The bride and groom were very well taken care of by the entire staff, but most importantly the guests were served with such care and so quickly that we had people coming up to us all night praising us on our choice. Kirsty was incredible in helping us come up with creative drinks, creating an alcohol shopping list, and quickly and clearly answering the million questions we had for her every step of the process. Cannot recommend them enough! PS - Shonda, a server, was the BEST!

We hired Aloha Bars Maui for our wedding at the White Orchid Beach House in June 2016. At first, we weren’t sure if we really wanted a bar at our wedding since half of our guests don’t drink alcohol, but Kirsty told us that they can make any cocktail without alcohol (mocktail). Kirsty was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the pre-wedding planning process. She recommended a few of their most popular drinks and provided us with a simple shopping list.
Kirsty and her team were so friendly and personable. All the drinks they made were delicious. The garnish and presentation of the drinks were absolutely beautiful, even the kids enjoyed the mocktails and lemonades. We made the right decision to have a bar at our wedding. It made our wedding a lot of fun. We’re glad that we chose Aloha Bars Maui.

We cannot say enough about Kirsty and her staff! We hired her team for our wedding in Maui. It can be very stressful planning a destination wedding especially when you don’t get to meet any of your vendors beforehand. I can say that from our first correspondence with Kirsty we instantly felt at ease.

She made the process so stress-free. I am a very detailed person and could tell we made the right decision from her initial email as she had already thought through everything. They have several different bars to choose from and each of them are beautiful, we chose the rustic option and loved it.

On top of being so lovely and making the process stress free, the drinks were AMAZING! They had fresh mixes and garnishes and beautiful glassware for each type of cocktail. It was hard to choose our signature cocktails from their very extensive list but we narrowed it down to 3 and honestly all 3 were absolutely delicious. All of our guests were blown away!

We had a bit of a rain scare on our wedding day but her team just set up where they could and made everything work taking all of the stress off of us. I highly recommend Kirsty and her team for any type of event, they were very professional and anticipated our every need (even before us). They really went above and beyond, THANK YOU for everything!

Just recently got maui'd and used the Aloha Bars Maui service and we were blown away. The fun and unique presentation for every drink was so well executed. The service staff was by far THE BEST I have ever seen, everyone was so well taken care of. My guests were talking about the staff for days after, referring to the "drink angel" who just knew what everyone needed and took care of it before ever having to ask. Highly recommend. XOXO

Kirsty Sinclair was an absolute delight to work with. My husband and I had in mind what drinks we wanted for our wedding, told Kirsty and she took them to the next level! About a month or so before the wedding she contacted me with a questionaire to fill out, as well as providing me with priceless information on where to find great deals on alcohol. A couple of days before the wedding my husband and I weren't sure if we had enough alcohol, I was able to call her and she answered right away and helped us. On our wedding day, before walking down the isle she brought yummy drinks for all my girls and thirst quenching Maui brewed beers for the guys. The whole night our friends and family were catered to by Kirsty and her staff. Nobody's glass was left half empty, they knew who was drinking what the entire night.
For our wedding, we had the Mai Tai and Guava Mojito - created by Kirsty. Also, red and white wine, local beers, and endless amounts of mixers. As a surprise to my husband, we had a cigar bar equiped with whiskey decanters, cigar cuter, decorative signs, and ashtrays provided by Aloha Bars Maui. ***Cigars are not provided***

Kristy and her crew were unbelievable. The service was amazing, the drinks were great and they were fun to have at our daughter's wedding. We started to run out of white wine because I had under ordered. Kristy watched it and came to me half an hour before the local store closed and asked if we wanted more. Since I was probably the one responsible for drinking all the white, I obviously said yes please. She stocked us up and since I had run out of cash she said not to worry about it we could catch up later. I had to track her down several days later to pay her ( she didn't even try to track me down -she just trusted me). I can't recommend her highly enough -she was outstanding.

I am so happy we went with Kirsty and her team, they were amazing on our wedding day! While they were a bit pricey, we decided to go with Kirsty because of all the extra touches they provide. We loved being able to pick a bar that would fit exactly with our theme and all the little touches from the decor on the bar itself, to the custom menu, to the glassware,etc. it all really tied in well to the overall ambiance and decor of our wedding. We received several comments from our guests on how attentive the bar staff was and how great the drinks were. While getting ready with my girls in the house, we were given champagne and during our first look we were brought over water and cocktails, and lastly, immediately after the ceremony we were greeted with more drinks specifically for us for a little private moment on the porch where my husband and I could just relax for a few minutes and really soak everything in. The staff was just so attentive and thoughtful and the Kula Kiss is delicious!! I definitely recommend Kirsty and her team!

Kirtsy was an absolute delight to work with during the planning process and also on the day of the wedding! She had our entire wedding well hydrated, AND she made sure I always had a drink available at all times to keep me cool. She was willing to serve a new drink we requested (limonada de coco), and it was SUPER delicious- knocked it out of the park! From the personalized menu to the well decorated bar, Kirsty leaves no detail unattended. She will also send you a list of the alcohol you need for your party size so you can buy from places like Costco. We went this route with our wine and hard alcohol so we could return any unopened bottles at the end of the night- really great if this is a destination wedding and you don't want to figure out what to do with a ton of extra bottles of liquid. Truly- if you go with Kirsty, you won't need to worry about ANYTHING! You and your guests will love her. She's a wonderful person and a wonderful pro!

Kristy surpassed everything i had ever imagined when it came to a drink service provider. I received a shot to calm my nerves before walking down the aisle, fresh tea with Vodka. After the wedding i was constantly checked in with and assured that all my guests were receiving the same service. I know all of these little things don't seem like a big deal- but there was zero stress at my wedding and i was able to trust in the professionals to roll with the punches and keep surpassing my expectations. It was spectacular and I can't thank everyone involved enough.

I hired Kristi the second after talking to her! She was so reassuring it just felt right...and boy was I glad I did!!! Kirsty and her team are amazing! We used them for our bar service at our October wedding at Olowalu Plantation House. Kirsty was so fun and easy to work with! She created a custom POG martini for our special day- it was amazing! In fact all of her cocktail creations were perfect! On top of the delicious cocktails the service was impeccable. We had a fairly large destination wedding with about 90 guests and some how they managed to never have a line at the bar! Amazing! I highly recommend Aloha Bars Maui!

My guests are STILL raving about the drinks they had at my wedding two months later! Aloha Bars was a dream to work with! I was sold as soon as I found out they make their own mixers and allowed us to purchase our own alcohol since I'm a bit picky with my drinks but they are so much more than just a bar! They have so many options for personalization with drinks and the bar decor, making each of their events unique. They have lots of special touches to make the bride and groom feel extra special and are worth any extra cost compared to the average bar.
Ps. the Blushing Bride is the drink my guests can't stop talking about, it was that good!

We had our wedding at Kukahiko Estate on August 8, 2015 and we cannot thank Aloha Bars enough for the amazing service they provided. Kirsty is so pleasant to work with and her team’s service was just top notch on our wedding day. Kirsty helped us in so many ways – from choosing wines to selecting our signature cocktails for the wedding day. We just cannot thank her enough. She even sent us pictures of suggested wines from Costco so that we can try them before coming to Hawaii. And also working with her to come up with personalized cocktails was a lot of fun. We ended up having three personalized cocktails and named them using our nicknames. Their presentation was very detailed and sophisticated. They incorporated fresh local ingredients and beautiful accessories like specialty straws and tropical flowers. They were too pretty to drink! All of our guests really enjoyed the personalized cocktails and they all had their own favorites. And their Vintage, shabby, chic looking bar perfectly matched our rustic farm tables. Aloha Bar also creates customized menus. We loved ours so much we are even getting it framed! Kirsty was not only so professional but she (and also Will) was such nice and genuine person. Aloha Bars isn't one of those average bar services you expect at destination weddings. They are real professional full bar service with their own signature spins and characters. We were simply blown away by Aloha Bars. Thank you, Kirsty!!!

These gals and guys are amazing! Not only were they incredibly wonderful to work with, but the gave us everything we wanted and more! They worked with us on our personalized drinks, created personalized signs, matched our decor exactly, and were super friendly and professional. Here are some examples: while creating our menu, I had some questions about the menu. Nothing negative, I just didn't understand something. I contacted them via email to see if we could chat, and they called me with in an hour of sending the email. Cut to the day of our wedding: The ceremony is done, we're feeling great, but not thinking about hydrating on our hot day. Good thing the bartenders were! One of the bartenders walked over to us while we were taking photos, held out two glasses of water with straws and told us to chug! chug! chug! that water down. We were blown away! Ok, now on to dinner. My husband loves his lava flows, but also redbull and vodkas. The crew heard about this, knew he was making a speech and gave his a little glass to calm his nerves. If you are planning a wedding on Maui, you HAVE TO use Aloha Bars Maui. They are amazing. Seriously, I could go on and on about this amazing company! ALOHA!

Aloha Bars was amazing from beginning to end. Kirsty made my wedding vision come to life with her beautiful drinks, spectacular bar and personalized attention. She hand delivered flutes of champagne while I was getting ready, made sure I had one of my specialty cocktails waiting for me to sip on between photos after the ceremony, and never let me go without a drink all night long. We hired Aloha Bars Maui to cater our wedding at an estate on the water. They were polite and friendly and made our experience an easy one. We are from Vancouver, BC and only discussed our plans and wishes by email and had not met them previously. We were very happy with the service and arrangements they provided. They were attentive, made us and our guests feel comfortable and catered too. They walked around serving drinks and cleaned up. Kirsty at Aloha was amazing. She customized the best package for our guests, gave us the option of buying the alcohol at Costco ourselves to save money, and even though we had chosen to to upgrade to the "vintage bar" to cut costs, she gifted the use of it to us anyway! Kristy, owner of Aloha Bars Maui, provided bar/drink service for our wedding on Maui. Prior to our wedding day we met with Kristy, who made us a few different signature drinks to try prior to selecting our final two for our special day. My daughter and I booked Aloha Bars through her wedding coordinator Steven at White Orchid Wedding for her destination wedding. We were a bit nervous hiring a vendor without being able to meet them in person prior to the event. But we were beyond impressed with the service both before and during her wedding!
From the bar decor, the amazing drinks, and the fun and entertaining staff we could not have been more impressed.

Aloha Bars was AWESOME!! They made us feel so special and had so many special and unique little touches that made our wedding so perfectly 'us'! From bringing the girls ice cold lemonade (with a marry me sign and orchids on the glass rims) while getting ready for the big day, to having our signature drinks with signs, to saving the brides favourite white wine just for her, they went out of their way to make our day amazing!! If you're looking for bar services in Maui, you must book Aloha Bars Maui!! Kirsty is not only professional, but she is also very friendly and helpful. Kirsty was so helpful in giving recommendations of exactly what type of liquor and how many bottles each to get for our wedding since my husband and I are not big drinkers and do not have a good grasp of how much or what type of liquor to get for our wedding. She made the process so easy.

Kirsty is open to any ideas and suggestions of how you want your drinks to look and taste. She is also great in working with your budget. She even went out of her way to see which good brand of liquor is on sale at Costco (where we bought our drinks) ahead of time so we can get the best deal and liquor.

Not only do her drinks taste amazing, but the presentation is equally incredible! Her personal touch on the details of each drink will WOW your guests. They also look great on photos.

Kirsty is all about the bride and groom. I remember her constantly checking up on me on my wedding day to make sure that I always have a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Our wedding was outdoors so she made sure that I wasn't dehydrated at any time. Her staff was also very professional and friendly.

I love Kirsty and her services! She is definitely the best in her business!

Aloha Bars Maui and Kirsty were so amazing! We were blown away at the responsiveness of Kirsty and how professional her emails and business acumen were. She was more involved in the planning and set up then we could have even imagined.

Destination weddings are always a little nerve racking because you can't be there through the planning but Kirsty's web site and emails she sent us were so clear and she had so many pictures that it was so easy to know exactly what we were getting.

When we arrived in Maui they met us for breakfast one morning and we went through our entire wedding. They gave us some amazing advice on what to do at the bar and what not to do. They had a plan and a back up plan for every scenario we we could imagine some we couldn't even think of. They obviously put a lot of thought and care not just in to your day but in to how they run the business.

The day of, everything looked so professional and clean. The entire staff was trained so well, honestly we didn't even notice the service staff and yet some how everyone had a full glass of wine, water, etc.

The quality of products she used were also VERY high. She even makes her own lavender simple syrups for the drinks. Nothing was made too strong or too weak. We had some specialty cocktails that they do and the entire guest attendance loved them.

These people are true professionals and have this down so well. Aloha Bars Maui really knows what they are doing and they do it very well. I would recommend their services to anyone having any type of party in Maui, not just a wedding.

My wife and I were married on March 7th at Maui Dragon Fruit Farm. We booked our wedding from afar and that can always make you a little skittish. The reviews we found about Aloha Bars were spot on. They made delicious drinks, had extremely prompt service and were extremely kind to all of our guests. They were also there early for the event and their setup looked amazing. Several people commented on their glowing bar and how they wished they had it in their homes. Both kids and adults alike loved the Lavender Lemonade but the Tropical Sangria was my favorite... especially when she topped it off with the sparkling wine. Our Wedding Reception location would not allow an outside vendor so we sadly couldn't use her services on our big day but I definitely plan to call Kirsty for our next party!

What a "dynamic duo" KIrsty and Del were for my son's wedding - they were fantastic!!

Personality plus and service that was beyond wonderful. Such attention to detail and you can tell they enjoy what they do.

Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a bartending service.

Kristy and her entire team were very professional. They arrived early and had drinks ready for the wedding party. Everything was delicious and well thought out, just as we expected. Their setup and presentation was more beautiful than we could imagine! The entire staff was very considerate and had mocktails ready and available for our pregnant and sober guests. All in all, we couldn't have been happier! They even made my husband a believer in blueberry vodka drinks! Thanks Kristy!

After talking with numerous Bartending Services we chose Kirsty and Aloha Bars. Kirsty was a joy to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had during our planning process. The day of our wedding her crew was on time, organized and professional. Her refreshment station and bar and are a nice touch. I can not say enough good things about her signature drinks, the Blueberry Blossom and the Guava and Mint Mojito were amazing. The only thing better than the drinks were her cocktail and bartending services. Not only were myself and my wife impressed but I had numerous guests come up to me and comment on how impressed they were with the level of service and friendliness of Kirsty and her staff. Thank you Aloha Bars Maui you helped make our special day that much more amazing.

Aloha Bars Maui provided all the bar & drink services for our wedding. Working with Kirsty and her team was flawless! They brought everything (minus the alcohol due to Maui liquor laws), including all the glassware, drink dispensers, decor, bar rentals, staff, etc... so I didn't have to worry about a thing! I loved all the little touches from the paper colored straws to the orchids & fruit garnishes to the drink tags they provided! They were professional, flexible & high-end! Their drinks were not only beautiful but also tasted AMAZING! My favorites were the strawberry & lavender lemonade (with vodka) and the blueberry blossom! I would DEFINITELY recommend using Aloha Bars Maui for any event that requires a bar service!

I'm so glad we were able to book Aloha Bars for our wedding. The drink tasting was a lot of fun. We pre-selected signature cocktails we wanted to try (this process was pretty hard in itself because Kirsty has a wide selection of signature cocktails that use local flavors, homemade syrups, etc.). We had a hard time choosing 3 to serve at the reception (in addition to tasting good, all of the drinks were presented beautifully with flowers, custom-made straws, etc.), but settled on kula kiss, rosemary lychee spritzer, and pineapple ginger mojito.

Since bartenders need a license or something to be able to transport alcohol, we got the alcohol from Costco (Kirsty provided a list of what to get) so future clients may want to have a Costco membership. They have a wide selection and we were able to return the unopened bottles.

Aloha Bars set up a festive cocktail bar at our location.The drinks were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. Kirsty also provided slushies for the kids which were a hit!

We would highly recommend Aloha Bars to anyone needing a bartender on Maui!

Aloha Bars is a five star service! Kristy and her team are so kind and professional, not to mention their amazing drinks! If you are looking for a bar service, look no further. This team is excellent. The flavors of their "one of a kind" drinks are amazing and Kristy chooses local products to assist with making them look elegant or taste divine!

It has been one month since our wedding and everyone talks about how wonderful, creative, colorful, and tasty the drinks were for our special day! Aloha Bars worked with me and my color scheme to create "coral" colored passed drinks prior to ceremony and then tied the color in with a Guava mojito which was delish!They are professional across the board from their attire to their interactions with our guest and us. They also provided some fun snacks at the bar and passed the end if the night.

Kirsty was professional and friendly, and provided excellent bar tending for my wedding, all with only a week's notice! After my original bartender fell through, I got in touch with Kirsty and easily arranged for her to work with my coordinator. Kirsty provided fabulous service for my guests, and when we had a few showers at our upcountry reception, she hustled to set up a tent over her bar area to ensure easy access to the bar. I am very happy with how our bar service turned out!

Aloha Bars is a unique and amazing experience! Each drink is designed with color, texture, and flavors in mind. Kristy is such a lovely lady and provides a bride, groom, and guests with a personally tailored tasting. This is such a lovely touch as you can confirm the service and taste of what you are investing in for your big day. Not to mention the drinks are fabulous!!! I am not a big drinker, however found myself enjoying the richness in flavors that were not too over powering in sweetness or alcohol. She has created an amazing chemistry of unique flavors sourced from the island for example : lavender for the Maui lavender field, honey from a local bee hive, etc. Also worth to note is the fun signs she adds to the drinks "drink me" or "eat drink and be married". This is such a nice touch.

My favorite drinks included: guava mojito, passion fruit margarita, and an amazing strawberry lavender infused lemonade.

This is truly an investment worth every penny! If you are looking for a unique, tasty, and professional bar service, this is it! I highly recommend Aloha Bars and I am so very excited to have them present on my big day.

It was a blast having Aloha Bars there at our wedding - they really helped the party lighten up. Kirsty and the whole team was such a blast - the drinks were delicious and on cue - even when the groom and I were away to take photos during cocktail hour and dinner, they made sure that we were able to enjoy a few drinks as well.

Aloha Bar Service Maui provided an excellent service for our son's wedding at Sugarman Estate, Maui. They went out of their way to ensure that all of our guests needs were catered for, including a request to provide special carbonated and local mineral waters. Aloha Bars Maui provided the bar service for our wedding at Olowalu Plantation. We were so impressed with the level of service, professionalism, the chic and whimsical presentation, and delicious drinks that Kirsty and her team served to our guests.

Our package included an adorable vintage bar, all nonalcoholic drinks for guests throughout the night, bar staff and service all night, as well as wine service during dinner, optional champagne service for toasting, and all the mixers, beautiful garnishes (orchids, paper straws, exotic fruit, etc), and displays (custom printed and framed bar menu with our signature drinks, candy jar for the bar top, etc.). Of course set up, tear down and trash removal is also included. It's ALL taken care of! The only thing it doesn't include is the alcohol itself, which you can easily buy at Costco. Costco is amazing because it's inexpensive and you can return any unused, unopened bottles of liquor afterwards.

During our consultation with Kirsty before the event, we discussed signature drink options and Kirsty put together a contract and a shopping list for us. She was so sweet and even brought a gift to give us at the meeting. She had a questionnaire that helped get to know us as a couple and what we were expecting at our wedding.

As a bride, one of the things I really appreciated was that Kirsty went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, even before the wedding started. She thoughtfully brought the bridal party cold glasses of lemonade while we were getting ready, and had cocktails of our choice waiting for us after the ceremony. She checked in periodically to make sure we had water and everything we needed. I never once had to ask someone "Where's Kirsty?" or "We need drinks, where is the bar staff?" They thought of everything before we needed it and showed up at the right time, always! She is so on top of it -- and that is every bride's dream come true when it comes to choosing vendors for their wedding.

Kirsty and team were exceptional and such a treat to work with on my good friend's wedding. Supporting the bride as Man of Honor it was a relief to know that Kirsty and her team were always in there to support the best experience ever with the most AMAZING drinks! Highly recommend having a quick off call with her a couple of times so you get fimiliar with her and her approach so all goes smoothly in the end. And it does!!
