My now husband and I interviewed 3 wedding planners for our then upcoming wedding. Having our wedding in US and living outside of the country, we needed someone locally to be our "eyes and ears" and someone we could trust completely with handling one of the most important days of our lives. The moment we met with the owner Flavia, we instantly knew she was the one for us! Not only she gave us a lot of honest & valuable advice on our first meeting, but she also took us over with her amazing personality - we could tell that she does this for a living because she truly enjoys it. As you may know, wedding planning is quite a stressful task! From the very beginning until the very end, Flavia was always there for us: extremely responsive & patient replying to our million questions, calming us down in the few meltdowns along the way, explaining and guiding us through the proper wedding etiquette and designing the wedding of our dreams! We felt like we were her only clients! Flavia is extremely well connected in the "wedding world" and did an amazing job negotiating all the contracts, making sure we get the most (and MORE) for what we pay. We had a quite tight budget, and Flavia made sure we stay on it! A lot of planners can do a lot with unlimited budgets, but very few can make your wedding look like million dollars for a fraction of a cost and she is one of those very few planners! I cannot recommend Flavia enough - our guests were in awe all night and kept telling us that ours was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. Everything went perfectly on our magical day and it was truly a dream wedding come true, all thanks to Flavia!

We were so lucky to have chosen Flavia to help us plan our wedding! Words cannot express how truly amazing she is! Her enthusiasm and energy made meetings with her fun, exciting and productive. She's super responsive and stays on top of everything. Her relationships with vendors was invaluable too. From the photography to the flowers and decorations to the DJ, we had the best of the best and at a reasonable price :) Issues with our venue? Yeah - Flavia fixed those. And regarding the big day, so many people we talked to said things would go wrong and that nobody would notice and to just keep having fun. Well, there was nothing that went wrong for us. And that's because she went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. On our wedding day, she managed every single aspect so well - it honestly was kind of awesome to watch. Like watching a master chef run a kitchen or an orchestra conductor conduct. A thing of beauty. And, by the time we were ready to get married, we were actually somewhat sad she couldn't pass off her wedding planner role to someone else and be one of our guests!

She was absolutely AMAZING! She has a gift for this. There just aren’t words to describe how grateful I am to have had her by my side. I talked to many wedding planners when I was deciding who to hire. I'm a very thorough person so I wanted to explore my options before I made such a big decision. When I talked to Flavia, it was obvious she was the best. I felt she understood me and my vision without even telling her much at all. I am quite the planner when it comes to things. I'm the person that keeps spreadsheets for everything and is so organized, its scary. I like things done a certain way and can be very particular. All of this said, it's sometimes hard for me to let go and let someone else take charge. With Flavia, it was easy. I trusted her with it all unlike anyone else. This took off so much stress. She understood me and produced something better than what I had imagined. She truly blew me away. When I walked into the ballroom for the first time, I started crying. I was so overwhelmed with happiness that I couldn’t help it. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it all had turned out. She truly went above and beyond to find and give me the best. She didn’t have to go the extra mile, but she did, because that’s just what she does.
I can’t say enough (in fact I ran out of space here) about Flavia and how amazing she is. I could go on about her. She is truly a special person. Her passion for what she does shows in her work. Her attention to detail and eye for design are unlike anything I’ve ever seen. She has an ability to get things done and done right. She knows the industry and all of the vendors were great. She is there when you need her and is always working behind the scenes. She cares about your day and you, this isn’t just a job or another wedding. I truly felt she was vested in making my day special. She makes you feel special. She will be there when you need her no matter what else she has going on. Words just can’t describe how lucky and grateful I am.

I can honestly say that my wedding was my absolute dream wedding and it had everything to do with Flavia and Allure Events Atelier. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful but having someone like Flavia really makes the planning process a great experience. Flavia goes above and beyond to make sure that everything on your special day is beautiful, elegant, and pure perfection. She has amazing ideas and always keeps your budget in mind when making suggestions. She listens to what you want, but also has unique ideas that really take things to a new level. She is extremely organized and stays on top of everything and all the small details that can drive a bride crazy. On the day of, Flavia and her team stay on top of everything and make sure everything runs smoothly and on time. Any wedding coordinator can make a beautiful wedding with an unlimited budget but Flavia is a master at making the most of your budget and giving you the million dollar wedding without having to spend a million dollars. If you hire Flavia there is no doubt that you will have an impeccable wedding, an event all your guests will be talking about for months.

Of course, the reason why a bride hires a wedding coordinator is to have the most amazing wedding which you will get if you hire Flavia, but this is not the only thing that sets her apart. I can honestly say that Flavia puts 100% of herself into everything she does. Anytime I had a question or needed anything from Flavia she was available. Even if it was just to listen to me vent about all the stresses in my life. She never made me feel like she was too busy or unavailable. Not only did she make me feel comfortable during the entire process she made sure my fiancé, parents, and in laws all felt comfortable as well. She really becomes family at the end of this process and I can't say enough about how amazing she is.

Flavia at Allure Events was absolutely amazing! She made our wedding absolutely stunning and really made it the best night of my life! I can honestly say the day would not have been the same without her and she really took the stress off my wife and I. She listened to what we wanted and made it better than we could have imagined. The name is true: events*. Your wedding will be something else, truly a spectacle that none of your guests have seen. Flavia has years of experience working in high end-luxury hotels on the catering end. She will help you navigate contracts and help you make the best decisions for you and your fiancee.
She will never lead you to something that she does not like herself, and this I believe is a personal quality that you would not find in other coordinators. This is important: she has seen it all and will tell you when she sees something special that will make your guests drool.
Finally, She will put your wants over what your family wants, and that makes her the most amazing person/representative of you. You will have a beautiful wedding and practically flawless day. Flavia is the best.

We were so lucky to be introduced to Flavia in January of 2015. She planned my daughter and son-in-laws wedding which took place on December 5, 2015, and I cannot say enough about her talent, attention to detail and warm and genuine heart.

The wedding day was magical and like a dream. It was only made possible by Flavia's hours and hours of hard work and most creative and beautifully executed ideas.

The mandap she created for my daughters wedding ceremony was out of this world!
The decor in the ballroom was exquisite, elegant and like a fairy tale setting.

Flavia brought a team of wonderful assistants with her on the day of the wedding. Nikka her main assistant needs a word of praise as well. She did not leave my daughters side for a minute the entire day and her calm disposition and professionalism were like no other.
Flavia stayed till the very end of the reception and was by our side solving small issues on the fly with her innate calm personality.

I would highly recommend Flavia to plan your wedding. You will gain not only an amazing planner but a good friend.

So much thanks to give to Flavia. She was my planner for my Indian wedding this past May. There are so many things to navigate with an Indian wedding, but she was so well informed and prepared. She truly cares about the event as if it were her own. She and her staff went out of their ways to be sure that our event was flawless, elegant, and had just the right touches. She went above and beyond her call of duty to be sure my vision was carried out. She gave me and my fiance a beautifully designed Mandap and the decor was exactly as I envisioned. We could not say enough kind words about the talent, care, and attention to detail she provided during our entire event. Our guests were delighted at their experience of our wedding and we are still getting compliments as to how everything was arranged and executed. She brought a team of helpers with her the day of our wedding so that I would always have someone nearby if I needed them in any way. Thank you Flavia for all your hard word during out wedding. You gave us a beautfiul memory!!

Hiring Flavia was one of the best decisions I ever made next to choosing my husband of course! From our first meeting I felt a connection with her. She followed up with me the next day and made me feel like she really wanted to be a part of my wedding and that made me feel like I was not just another client. Flavia was very personable and made me feel like I was working with a friend rather than a planner. Flavia accompanied me to appointments with vendors and venues. She always provided great input and feedback. She was extremely accessible and quick to respond to texts, emails and phone calls. I really felt that she was invested in our wedding. One thing that I loved about Flavia was that I always felt our wedding was a priority to her. I had a semi-traditional Indian/Pakistani wedding so the stages for two of the events were very important. She worked within my budget to make both stages absolutely beautiful and beyond what I had hoped for. As the wedding got closer, there were additional expenditures, but Flavia came up with creative ideas to make sure I got everything I wanted. We had many events including a Mehndi (Henna) party and a wedding reception, and everyone was so impressed at the how the rooms looked on both days, from the draping and furniture on the stages to the lay out of the room to the center pieces on the table. Flavia put together the most delectable dessert station ever. She hand wrapped many of the candy boxes so they looked like fancy soaps, and decorated the table with candle operas and flowers. I have to say, my husband and I were floored when we walked into the wedding reception. It was like my vision on steroids. I highly I recommend Flavia as a wedding coordinator and a friend to you during this stressful time in your life planning a wedding. Flavia loves what she does and she is professional, honest, and very caring. I can't imagine what I would have done without her on my side during the whole process.

It is amazing how much Flavia and her team knows about the Jewish culture and wedding. Their attention to detail, thorough research and very fast response were very impressive. All my questions over the phone and emails were responded to very quickly… even before I expected. We counted upon their experience and expertise for making our wedding a success. Glad I got Flavia as my wedding planner. Highly recommended!

Pleasing me wasn’t easy because I was very particular about what I wanted. And on top of everything else, I wanted it to be a perfect Indian wedding.

Allure Events Atelier was just what I needed. A group of talented professionals who are full of new ideas and innovativeness. Their attention to detail, fast response and patience were commendable.

I never planned to hire a planner - I figured I was organized enough (and easy-going enough) to manage planning a wedding without losing my mind. Mid-way through, though, due to circumstances both outside and inside my control, I realized that if I wanted to enjoy the wedding I was so meticulously putting together, I had to get some help. I hired Flavia from Allure Events as our Day Of Coordinator and immediately felt as though a weight had been lifted. Flavia was amazing from day one - answering questions, giving excellent referrals, making introductions - she made the last few months of my own planning go way more smoothly. When she took over a month from the wedding date, I realized how much I regretted not getting the full planning package from the beginning. On the day itself, a few things went wrong with our venue - if I had been on my own, I'm certain it would have had a huge impact on my enjoyment of the day. With Flavia there, it barely registered. She was awesome. We had a fantastic, beautiful day. Thank you, thank you, thank you Flavia and Allure Events!

Throughout the process of planning our wedding, Flavia was exceptional at attending to every detail that we meticulously requested. Each request was met above and beyond satisfaction. She was an absolute delight to have as our day-to-day venue contact and coordinator where we held both our ceremony and reception. She juggled all of her responsibilities very well, without ever seeming overwhelmed or that we weren't a priority. Flavia is the best at what she does and walked us through the entire process with ease. She always returned phone calls and emails in detail. Her physical presence during our walk-throughs, rehearsal, and actual wedding made us feel very reassured that our big day was in good hands. We knew that she wouldn't let anything go haywire.

I don't generally write online reviews - but for Flavia, I'm willing to make an exception. If you are looking for a great, detail-oriented planner for your wedding, I highly recommend her. She helped make my wedding such a success that people still talk about it two years later as one of the best weddings they ever attended. Flavia was hands-on during the planning and found a way to make things happen at the hotel that really made it special for my wife and I. As much as she was busy during the planning phase, I recall distinctly seeing her work during the wedding and reception - she just kept going, keeping everything moving according to the plan. We were lucky to have her help us - and you'll feel the same once you work with her.

I worked very closely, pretty much daily, with Flavia Lamoglia of to plan my wedding, and I can honestly say that she was the perfect wedding planner. I am a very detailed person, and I was relieved to learn that Flavia was just as detailed, if not more, than me. Not only was she detailed, but she was always quick to respond to my questions and ideas, she consistently reassured me that my special day would go as planned, and she did all of this with a smile on her face. I know that while she was working to plan my wedding, she had several other weddings that she was juggling at the same time – instead of getting overwhelmed and skimping on things here and there, she worked long hours and was clearly determined to be perfect at her job. My wedding day went off with out a hitch, and was the most perfect day I could have possibly imagined, thanks to Flavia’s hard work. It has been two years since I got married, and Flavia and I still keep in touch to this day – she is a very genuine, hard working individual and is someone I would recommend to any bride looking to get married. I am confident that she will make other people’s wedding day just as perfect as mine!
