Best wedding planner money can buy!!
I would be sitting here for a week if I tried to write out how absolutely wonderful Nicole Sheppard is as a person and a planner. If you only read one thing in this review, know that Nicole/Wander treats you as if you are their only client. It was never difficult to get a hold of our planner, she never pushed us off to an assistant.
Words could seriously not describe how grateful I am to her. She did a fantastic job from start to finish. When I was having trouble articulating, she read my mind and put exactly what I was thinking into words. When my wedding dress wasn't right less than two weeks before the wedding, she was there for me, got in her car and brought it to a seamstress she trusts and it was resolved within the week. When multiple rounds of invite proofs came out, she would already have a list of feedback for the artist before I could even open my mouth, and all of it was exactly what I was thinking. When an issue arose with my guests after the reception, she handled it like an absolute pro. I had no idea it even occurred until she told me after the fact. She became my brain and I am unbelievably impressed with her talent. For a normally very anxious person, I have never felt more calm than I did the days leading up to my wedding and even the day of, to the point my family was worried about me (ha), and I completely owe that to Nicole and her team. She reassured me every step of the way and did an INCREDIBLE job with our wedding. If Nicole can deal with me and put *me* at ease, I promise you she can deal with anyone. -

The best wedding planner EVER
I would be sitting here for a week if I tried to write out how absolutely wonderful Nicole Sheppard is as a person and a planner. If you only read one thing in this review, know that Nicole/Wander treats you as if you are their only client. Nicole is the absolute best!
I had the amazing opportunity to hire Nicole in 2019 when we were originally planning my wedding for May of 2020. Although the world had other plans for our 2020 wedding, and we eventually moved the wedding to July 2021, Nicole never missed a beat. As our plans kept changing, Nicole was there with unique, creative ideas to make sure that whatever the circumstances were by the time we got married, our vision would be brought to life. Nicole is incredibly hardworking, patient and flexible. She has a heart of gold and treats you as if you are her only client, even though she also runs an amazing wedding salon, Wander Atelier. She is incredibly organized and professional. She also knows so many people in the wedding industry and has a keen awareness of what her clients want. Throughout this entire three year process, Nicole was always available to answer any frantic questions that I had with the ever-changing wedding rules of 2020-2021. She had everything planned down to the minute and listened to all my comments and concerns. The work that she and her team did for my wedding was out of this world- so much so that almost a year after our wedding, I still cannot get over how absolutely perfect it was! My three day wedding had so many moving parts, but Nicole made all of these parts come together effortlessly. Choose All Who Wander Events and Nicole to turn your event into a dream. I am so lucky and grateful that I chose her for mine!! -

Best decision we ever made!
No words can even begin to fully express our gratitude to Nicole for planning the most spectacular wedding weekend for us, our friends, and family. We are deeply indebted to her- from our very first call to our last (and every call/email/text in between!) Nicole was incredibly focused, patient, helpful, efficient, honest, and organized! Bringing Nicole on board was, by far and away, the best decision we made throughout the planning process! She is an EXPERT in her field- she connected us to the greatest vendors, she has the best ideas, beautiful visions, and executes it all flawlessly. She is also so sweet, funny, thoughtful, and became a good friend in time of such high stress and pressure. Nicole took every curve ball with such ease - we knew the entire time that we were in the BEST hands. THANK you Nicole, for making sure our weekend was beyond our wildest imaginations. Thank you for carrying out every little detail while we focused on the big picture. We love you so much!!!

Amazing planning services!
Nicole planned our 170 person wedding over a few months in 2019. She was patient, organized, responsive and ALWAYS had a solution ready for any issue that arose. We had 3 events over the course of the weekend, at least 4 caterers and needed to rent literally everything so it was a labor intensive endeavor - Nicole executed it perfectly. We are so grateful to her and would recommend her for anyone who is looking for a calm and joyful wedding experience!!! -

Nicole is a gem!
From the perspective of the Mother of the Bride, I wanted to share my thoughts on my daughter and son-in-law’s magical wedding weekend. From the very first drink at the rehearsal dinner to the final cup of coffee at the farewell brunch, every aspect of the weekend was beautifully and meticulously crafted! While my husband and I owe the sunshine at the wedding ceremony to good fortune (and the intervention of departed relatives!), every other aspect of the weekend was due to Nicole’s thorough planning, thoughtfulness, creativity and wisdom. She was a wonderful source of insight and serenity throughout the yearlong planning process, and we were very grateful for her skilled and experienced guidance. I appreciated how she came to my daughter’s gown fittings, how she came to her rescue for her veil selection and how she assisted with her bridesmaids’ dress selections, as well.
Nicole was a wonderful listener and a terrific sounding board, always hearing our concerns and allaying our worries, big or small, throughout the planning process. Each of her recommended vendors performed to perfection. Her personal touches for welcome signs, escort cards and boards were unique and representative of the bride and groom’s personalities and vision.
The wedding day can be nerve-wracking, rushed and filled with emotion. Nicole was always a voice of reason and a non-judgmental confidant. She always remained upbeat and positive and her optimism and unruffled attitude was contagious. The timing of the event was perfect, as well! We never felt rushed or out of place. Having a minute-by-minute “Run of Show” helped immensely and she clearly built in extra time whenever it was needed. Her creative vision guided us in all aspects of our decision-making, especially with the transformation of the reception space that ended up exuding so much warmth and sophistication.
In summary, I remain eternally thankful for Nicole’s steady hand, calming voice and seasoned experience in planning and executing my daughter and son-in-law’s consummate wedding weekend. No amount of words can fully express my gratitude to her.

Best planner there is!
Literally the best. Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed of thanks to her. She is selfless, kind, calming and understanding whilst always taking control and managing all details and behind the scene crises that arise. No task is too large for Nicole. I don’t think she told me “no” once. I had very specific wants yet also an unclear vision for my wedding. Nicole took what I gave her and ran with it and my faith in her had me crying tears of joy on my wedding day. Her taste is impeccable and she can transform any space to make it stunning. Guests are still telling us how beautiful and we’ll-run every aspect of our weekend was - thanks to Nicole. If you have any concerns or problems during the planning process, she remains calm and has a solution instantly. She always makes you feel like you are the only wedding on her mind every time you meet or speak in persons, via email or text. Hire her if you want a beautiful, unique, personal, and well-run event. -

The best decision you will ever make
Nicole is the single best decision you will make in the wedding process - right up there with the decision to get married in the first place. Our wedding weekend was the most magical, perfect weekend of our lives and we owe that to Nicole’s artistic vision, her exceptional ability to execute, her superpower attention to detail, and her extraordinarily calm demeanor.
In order to understand just how versatile, kind, creative, sweet, accommodating, brilliant, and amazing Nicole is, here’s three things you need to know about us: 1) We have three sets of parents, all with lots of opinions and all of whom were involved in the planning; 2) We had three full events (Friday BBQ, Saturday Wedding, Sunday Brunch) with 200 guests invited to each; 3) I spent the year leading up to our wedding traveling across Africa and Asia for work, and had little time to plan.
Any one of those situations would have been challenging, but Nicole was never fazed and was always unfailing calm. She designed and executed a perfect weekend - every vendor she recommended was the perfect fit, every design detail (down to the customized cocktail napkins) was noticed and appreciated by guests. She helped us navigate our budget, knowing precisely where we should spend a little extra, and where we could save by taking a different route. She often took on DIY crafts herself (which came out looking professional); the lounge furniture she ordered made us want to hire her to decorate our apartment. Honestly, now that the wedding is over, we miss her presence in our life - our whole family does.
Finally, if the above doesn’t convince you maybe this will: 30 mins before we were set to walk down the aisle, one of my bridesmaids had a freak accident and got blood all over her (light gray) dress. Nicole cleaned her up, got the blood stains out of the dress, and sent her down the aisle looking as if nothing happened. The crazy part? I had NO IDEA IT EVEN HAPPENED. Didn’t even learn about the incident until the next day at brunch.
Nicole is literally that good. Hire her yesterday.-

Hiring Nicole was the best decision I made! Her taste is impeccable and she is sooo on the ball and decisive. After just one convo she completely understood my vision and was able to read my mind for the next year. The wedding ended up being more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined! -

Nicole was amazing!
Nicole was absolutely incredible for our wedding at Gurney's in Montauk. Our venue had a wedding/day-off coordinator so we originally thought we would only need a month-off coordinator but hiring Nicole was the BEST DECISION we made!! She understood the vision we were going for from the beginning and everything was beautifully executed and was exactly what we envisioned!
We cannot recommend Nicole enough to anyone that is planning a wedding. She is super organized, responds to emails within minutes, extremely reliable, calm and has great taste! She also introduced us to great vendors that really helped put our vision together. She went above and beyond on all the small details for our wedding - from the capiz shells for the rehearsal dinner to dying our welcome sign to the exact color that we wanted. She thought of every detail!
On the actual day of the wedding, Nicole and Christina ran back and forth between the bridal and groomsmen suite and did an amazing job coordinating with all the vendors. She was calm, cool and collective the entire day even in moments that I felt stressed and that was huge. Our wedding was the best day and we were able to completely enjoy ourselves and that's because we trusted Nicole and knew she could handle whatever came her way. If you're planning a wedding, you need to hire Nicole - it will be the best decision you make!! -

Amazing planner-hire her
Nicole was a dream to work with!!! I could give her vague direction and she would immediately know EXACTLY what was in my mind. She directed me to the perfect vendors for what i was
looking for (florist, caterer, etc) who were all equally as wonderful to work with. On the day of, everything ran SO much more smoothly than i could have ever imagined. Honestly, i kept waiting for something to go wrong, and I 100% attribute the fact that nothing did to Nicole. She also knew exactly how to manage my now husband (not easy)!!! If you are planning a wedding, you should DEFINITELY hire Nicole. She can interpret anything you imagine into reality and she's fun to work with!! -

Nicole is truly an amazing wedding planner! We could not have been happier with the perfect wedding weekend she helped create. On top of that, working with her was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. You should hire her immediately! Seriously. Don't miss out.
Nicole was everything we hoped for in a wedding planner and so much more. She was creative, attentive, hard working, organized, enthusiastic, and a lot of fun to work with. She continuously went above and beyond the call of duty to build our wedding into exactly what we hoped it would be, finding ways to make it all happen while staying focused on the budget. She was tireless in her pursuit of making us and our families happy (which often times meant a lot more work for her) and we all came to trust her judgment completely.
With her great taste and creativity, Nicole was able to transform our vision into a beautiful wedding that fit our personalities to the tee, collaborating with us every step of the way on design, food, booze, music, ceremony everything. She had so much versaility in her style, and listened so well to us, that whenever we felt that particular pieces weren't working she was ready with a suggestion that brought it all together. At the same time, we never felt pressured to take her suggestions or go with particular vendors and she always gave us honest, supportive, and helpful feedback.
Equaly important, NIcole was a master at making all of the moving parts run smoothly throughout the entire wedding weekend: the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding, and brunch. The whole wedding felt seemless, which was a testament to her hard work and organization.
Nicole was also there for us when the planning process got difficult and tense (as it inevitably does) and always made us feel like she understood exactly what we were thinking and feeling. We ended up building a great friendship with Nicole, which was an unexpected but truly wonderful part of the process.
We miss working with Nicole and can't say enough about how great it was to have her as our wedding planner. We recommend her with unmitigated enthusiasm and without any reservations whatsoever. She is the best.-

I worked with Nicole to plan our wedding this past Labor Day Weekend (2018) and couldn't be happier we chose her. She was so easy to work with and as someone who tends to feel anxious, I felt really calm and organized the whole year thanks to her! Nicole was so helpful in all decision making, planning, coming up with creative ideas and solutions, budgeting and a million other things I can't even think of right now. The whole weekend ran seamlessly and I really really felt that I got to be present and enjoy the entire wedding and that is in huge part thanks to Nicole and her team. There is not one thing I would change and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience - so much so that I actually miss the planning. -

I can’t say enough good things about Nicole Sheppard and her team from All Who Wander Events. Although we did the heavy lifting on planning my daughter’s wedding at Lion Rock Farm in Sharon, CT, Nicole brought it to the finish line with great skill and experience. She is highly organized, responsive and has a calming way about her that put me at ease that we were in good hands going into and on the wedding day. With a keen eye for detail, she also added innumerable finishing touches that brought the reception décor to the next level. I highly recommend All Who Wander as an event planner. -

Nicole combines the necessary qualities of great taste/creativity, attention to detail on the administration, close relationships with suppliers… and best of all - zero tolerance for the jokers looking to take advantage of a wedding - and there are many. Crucially, she’s easy to get hold of, and snappy on details small and large. Things just get done.
Even for the most organised of us, there are a number of aspects of wedding planning where experience really matters - how exactly do you arrange the license when you live in the city and your wedding is upstate? What about guests flying into the country who have never been to America before? Who’s going to: field endless questions, manage changes of mind about hotels, note dietary requirements - and on it goes. Answer: Nicole.
She’s cool under pressure. When a supplier or two needed whipping into line for taking liberties on pricing and sneaking extras onto the bill - she was brilliantly indifferent about throwing them overboard… in other words, she was on our side - and I’d say that matters most with your wedding planner. She transformed the barn at Liberty Farms into something really spectacular and heart-felt - beautifully realised and thought through. She over-delivered and nothing was too much. Above all, she really listens, and she wasn’t pushy on anything, ever. A great look all round. And she’s a lovely person. I’d gladly recommend her. -

There are actually no words to describe how amazing Nicole was throughout the process of planning and executing my wedding, but I will try anyway. My fiance and I were working on a tight budget and he didn't even think we needed a coordinator, but considering we got married in a DIY venue (Dobbin St in Williamsburg - which as it turns out was a venue with a lot of idiosyncrasies that only Nicole could've helped us work around), I knew I needed some help.
I spoke on the phone with several coordinators and Nicole was the ONLY one who not only immediately got my vision, but was super understanding and non-judgmental of my budget. I hired her as a "month of" coordinator but got so much more than that. She was constantly available and offering up recommendations and advice, and made vendor communications completely seamless and stress-free. She was so professional but also felt like a friend in the months and days leading up to my wedding.
On the day, my parents could not stop talking about how amazing she was, and my mom was pleasantly surprised and impressed when Nicole dropped off all our (many) personal items at her hotel at a truly ungodly hour. The furniture (Patina) and the food (Comparti) in particular were things that were important to us that exceeded our wildest expectations purely because of Nicole and her relationships and good taste.
And in the days since, my now husband has not stopped saying that he was wrong, and he is SO glad we hired Nicole!! Us, our family and close friends were really able to separate ourselves from the work of the wedding and truly enjoy ourselves and have FUN. Do yourself a favor and hire this woman!!! -

Working with Nicole was the absolute best. We talked to a few different planners when considering who we would hire, and she was the obvious choice as soon as we spoke for the first time. Not only is she extremely organized and on top of everything (which is pretty much required for any event planner), she is also skilled in design and aesthetics, very personal and easy to get to know, and clearly has great relationships with vendors who trust her and want to work with her. The year or so we planned our wedding was so pleasant and fun, and I'm truly sad it's over in large part because Nicole made the process so easy, fun and personalized to us. I've already recommended her to several friends and would do so to anyone else. -

Working with Nicole was a true pleasure from start to finish. From the moment we met via Skype, her warm and laid-back personality came through, and I knew it was going to be a great match! Planning my wedding in the Hudson Valley from Boston was stressful and not exactly convenient, but Nicole always knew when to check-in, make a helpful suggestion, or get things moving that were technically “my” job! All of her suggested vendors were excellent, and because she has built such strong relationships, always went above and beyond for her. Despite her busy wedding season, I never felt that I wasn’t first on Nicole’s list, and she worked tirelessly to make my vision come true. As an event planner myself, I have a critical eye when it comes to weddings, and I can truly say that not one thing (that I am aware of!!) went wrong on the big day. Every single detail was as I’d imagined it (or better) and Nicole truly went above and beyond to make everything come to life on a budget that wasn’t always as flexible as we would have hoped. I can’t recommend Nicole highly enough – she was so wonderful to work with, highly professional, and got the job done, all while staying calm, cool, and collected! -

Nicole was the single most important component of our wedding. Being in the wedding industry myself I had high expectations for someone who was going to be taking on such a big roll and she not only met those expectations but infinitely exceeded them with kindness and grace. We had a clear vision of what we wanted but needed someone to help us execute those ideas and Nicole went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly how we envisioned. She’s extremely professional and easy going, firm and kind, she’s understanding, creative, thoughtful, and beyond knowledgeable about every aspect of event planning. From big items with lighting and rentals, to the candle holders and cake knife she makes sure it’s all taken care of as stress-free and painless as possible. She takes charge when other vendors are slow to respond, she gives advice on where to spend money, jumps in to manage stressful situations, anticipates your needs, and personally will make sure the day runs as seamless as possible. Her and Christina made our dream wedding come true and to have them with us on our wedding day was truly an honor. My only regret is they were working instead of sitting and personally enjoying our incredible wedding day with us. -

We were just married at the beginning of June and we both feel so lucky to have worked with Nicole!!
My husband and I had booked the "month of" package, but Nicole went far above and beyond that to make our vision a reality. From the first meeting we clicked instantly and she understood exactly the look and feel that we were envisioning for our wedding. She helped us design an escort board, offered a wealth of ideas, advice and vendor recommendations, placed the order for all of our rentals, made us a detailed timeline for the day of, lent us a few props from her large collection, and even came with us upstate one weekend to pick out our table settings!!
On the day of, Nicole and her team were on top of every detail and the whole day ran smoothly. One of the best things about Nicole is her calming personality which is contagious- you always know that you’re in good hands and everything is taken care of. I don’t know what we would have done without her there!
I wish we could do it all over again!! If you’re planning a wedding, booking Nicole will be one of the smartest decisions you can make. -

If i could plan a wedding again with Nicole (owner and lead planner) I would. I got married just over a week ago and I can say without hesitation that I had the wedding of my dreams thanks to Nicole and the All Who Wander team.
Nicole and I worked together for just over a year and it was an absolute breeze. In spite of a few venue changes over that period, Nicole truly executed the best wedding/party imaginable. She has built amazing relationships with vendors and put together an A+ team to ensure that my vision was executed to a tee. It was particularly impressive, considering the venue was a private residence that had never hosted a wedding before.
Nicole has a knack for guiding your hand in the right direction without outwardly telling you what you should do. I never felt that what I wanted was being out-shined by my planner's vision, which is something I found to be very important. I was told again and again how much fun our guests had, what a great party it was, and how relaxed the bride (myself), the groom, and our families were throughout.
Nicole ensured that we had the best day of our lives and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! -

As the father of the bride I can't say enough good things about Nicole. Our daughter could not have had the extraordinary wedding she had without Nicole's patient and unobtrusive guidance!
Planning a wedding for us was a very long process - we started nearly a year before the event and Nicole was responsive throughout. She has the patience of a saint! Never gets flustered and figures out the solution to any issue. She is also meticulous about staying within budget - all the overages were MY DOING! Haha.
Once you've given her your budget she can tailor the event to what works for you without any misleading promises - something a friend told me to beware of you. She is a woman of the highest integrity and the calmest demeanor. She also has wonderful working relationships with an extraordinary group of vendors and our event truly felt like a team effort in the very best way. I'm not sure there are enough nice things to say about Nicole short of I can't wait to do another party to use her talents again!

We had a very tight turn around time on our wedding (just 3 months from engagement to ceremony) and there is no way we could have pulled it off without Nicole! She was very helpful throughout the process and was definitely a good calming voice who helped us solve problems and iron out issues with our venue, food, music etc.
Nicole was also a good listener and was responsive to our needs/requests which really helped us put together and amazing wedding! I would certainly recommend her to any of our friends! -

I don't even know where to begin. Nicole, the founder of All Who Wander Event Design, is an absolute gem. About four months before our wedding, I had a moment of panic. We were missing that "go to" person responsible for all of the minor details on the day of the event. I, for one, did not want to be running around in my wedding dress making sure the programs were being handed out and the menus were being placed perfectly on the tables. While Nicole did an excellent job of being that "go to" person on the day of, she also went above and beyond in the months leading up to our wedding. She helped us create a detailed run of show, making sure the timing of everything was spot on. She also visited our venue with us to make sure she knew the lay of the land and helped us pick out our rentals. She gave me a great bakery recommendation so that I could order a groom's cake and even picked it up on the day of the wedding. I could go on and on about all of the ways in which Nicole helped us leading up to and on our wedding day - I just can't say enough great things. She is an absolute professional with an eye for detail. She also has a beautiful design aesthetic and anything she touches will turn to gold! I would do it all over again with Nicole and cannot recommend her enough! -

We got married at the Montauk Yacht Club this September and Nicole helped us plan the entire wedding. Nicole was amazing to work with - she was beyond organized and always kept her cool even in stressful situations. Nicole is so responsive and helps make the process fun. I am so lucky I found Nicole because I couldn't imagine a better wedding planner. My wedding day ran so smoothly and I know it's because of Nicole. We planned the rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks on our own and when our venue pulled something sketchy, I called Nicole for advice even though it wasn't her event. When we first approached Nicole about coordinating, designing and executing our wedding weekend we had no idea that it would be the best and most important decision we made in regards to the wedding. Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing and her skills, vision, attitude and ability execute are unmatched.
Nicole took our vision for a 3 day farm-to-table understated elegant wedding weekend and gave us something that far exceeded our wildest expectations. She assembled an all-star vendor team and gave us a wedding people are still raving about. The wedding and the design were well thought out, the small details fit together, and there was a subtle story that was expertly woven from start to finish which ensured that not one thing felt out of place, random or unnecessary. Nicole guided our decisions based on her experience and knew exactly where to recommend spending extra money and where we could save money without anyone noticing.
We were married in June 2016, in the Berkshires MA. This was Nicole’s first wedding in the Berkshires but within two weeks she knew and had relationships with every vendor in the area. The logistics for our wedding were complicated, my husband and I lived in London, Christian’s family lives in Germany and my family is in the US. However none of that mattered. Nicole was beyond flexible to accommodate our schedules and perfectly blended our different cultural traditions together.
Besides having one of the most beautiful and tasty weddings; the best part was that no one in our family had one stress the entire time leading up to the wedding and more importantly throughout the weekend and that is priceless. We all enjoyed every moment, every speech; every detail because we all knew Nicole had the entire weekend under control. If you are thinking about hiring Nicole, do it, because I guarantee it will be the best money you will ever spend and you will have a wedding that exceeds even the best Pinterest boards. -

Having worked in the events industry in New York myself, I am very particular and had very high expectations when planning my own wedding. I know a good wedding planner is worth their weight in gold and knew I would need to hire one as my wedding was at a private estate in New Jersey and had a lot of moving parts as events are not typically held there. I hired Nicole for month-of planning and she was an absolute rockstar. She handled everything with grace, kept everyone calm and handled a few hairy situations that popped up (they always do) effortlessly. With inclement weather and a threat of rain at my completely outdoor event I was beyond impressed with how Nicole handled the situation and kept everyone at ease. I cannot recommend her enough and am forever grateful to all she did to ensure my wedding day was everything I'd dreamed of. I had a vision for what I wanted for my wedding but knew I would need help executing everything. I loved Nicole's aesthetic and was excited to work with her. Well, she went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly easy to work with, quick to respond to any question, and helped (gently) push things along when my fiancee and I needed it. She traveled to Cleveland for our wedding for three days of installation in a warehouse space, worked closely with our florist, and helped run our ceremony. We honestly could not have done it without her and our wedding was so great in large part to her work. I can't recommend her highly enough! -

After swearing we were not going to get a planner and do everything ourselves, we ended up asking Nicole to come on board and help with everything for the final few months before our wedding. Working with Nicole was a fantastic experience - she was always very professional, but also has a casual, relaxed approach to planning that made communicating our ideas very easy.
Right from the get-go, Nicole made sure everything was organized in one place for us to see. From there, Nicole was always available to answer our questions and responded promptly, even for the ridiculous questions, tiniest details, or confirmations we asked for multiple times. She also made our lives much easier in terms of taking over all the vendor communication and making sure each small detail was taken care of, especially the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. Aside from the coordination itself, we also hired Nicole to help out with the design and decor to help our vision come to life. While we had an idea of how we wanted our wedding to feel, we had no idea how to make it happen. Ultimately, everything came together perfectly and we couldn't have done that piece without her.
In terms of the weekend of, we literally could not have pulled everything off without Nicole. She came out on Friday afternoon without us even asking her to and helped with the rehearsal dinner. On Saturday, she was there first thing in the morning, finishing up all of the small touches and making sure everything was exactly as planned. Throughout the day, she was always there for us to answer any questions, handle any mini-crises, and make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time.
Hiring Nicole was arguably the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Not only is Nicole incredible to work with and very professional, but we could never have imagined how much taking some of the load off of our shoulders and getting to step back and enjoy the experience leading up to our wedding. -

We hired Nicole and her team for month-of-coordination of our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Nicole was incredible to work with -- she's very well organized and professional, but she also feels like an old friend at the same time.
Nicole immediately set up a shared google drive for us, so we could share all of our important documents and wedding contracts easily with her. She also created an incredible schedule of the wedding that included everything from vendor load-in, to when my make-up started, when photos began, etc. It was extremely helpful. Nicole established contact with all of our vendors prior to the wedding to make sure everyone knew what to expect. She also did a very thorough walk-through with my venue a few weeks before the wedding where we talked through all the little details - it was really helpful. She's also great at answering emails, calls, texts very quickly.
Nicole has wonderful taste and an eye for design, so I knew I could trust her to set up some of the most important features of our wedding -- which included a huge photo gallery, half of our centerpieces, and other large display areas. She pulled it off beautifully, and I heard so many compliments about how well designed our wedding was.
Most of all, I was able to relax knowing that Nicole had everything under control. I didn't need to worry about whether or not the DJ arrived, I was able to just relax and get my hair and makeup done, and soak in all of the special moments with my friends and family. We couldn't have pulled off such a magnificent event without Nicole!! -

I did not plan on working with a wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding as I am very organized and have experience planning large (fund raising) events for non-profits. However, choosing to work with one, and choosing Nicole specifically, was the best decision my daughter and I made.
Nicole took the pressure of thinking about all the planning details off of me, my daughter and my future son-in-law. She took control right away in a calm, reassuring way yet she never “took over”. She never forced her opinion on us but professionally directed us in helping to make the decisions we were faced with while making sure we stuck to our timeline. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Nicole was always available for questions, insights and great recommendations.
Very importantly, having Nicole with us the day of the wedding was incredible. I was able to relax knowing the details were being looked after by someone else and she was there to address any questions or needs that arose, and there are always glitches the day of.
For all of you future mothers-of-the-bride, the best gift you can give yourself and your daughter is to work with Nicole. She goes above and beyond and helps make this wonderful but stressful time easier and more enjoyable.

For all you grooms out there: My now-wife and I highly recommend Nicole! When she began planning our wedding I thought "okay, she'll make sure everything goes right on our special day." I truly did not expect her to put in so much work, love and passion in the year leading up to our wedding day, not to mention the wedding itself.
As with any wedding, Nicole had to work out conflicting needs and tastes. She balanced my demanding brides vision with my own concerns for sticking to our budget. Needless to say, we avoided a bunch of the stress (and inevitable fights) that come along with wedding planning. From conference calls, to vendor meetings, negotiations and budget management, she did it all! I can't thank her enough for that.
More importantly though, she really connected with us and understood what we wanted. Her experience helped us avoid a bunch of pitfalls, cliches and definitely saved us some money along the way. So yes, you'll be paying for a planner but you'll be saving elsewhere thanks to her relationships and prior experiences.
On wedding day (and since then), we couldn't help but be amazed at how it all looked and worked out just the way we drew it up. She is professional and dedicated... and she is one of many lasting memories from our special day! -

I planned my wedding with Nicole for about a year, having only figured out the venue and photographers when we hired her. We had booked the Metropolitan Building without realizing how much work it was going to be or maybe it's just because as a designer, I tend to complicate my life even more than the average person in order to create something absolutely amazing.
Working with Nicole was a designers dream. I presented her with a theme and she not only gave me more ideas but she organized them. All Who Wander was able to execute a ceremony backdrop + escort card display our guests are still talking about! She handled 10+ rental companies and vendors from California, NYC and Massachusetts, to ensure we were working with the most creative and cost effective vendors out there.
After a few months of having hired Nicole, we realized she surpasses every single expectation you could possibly have. She's gave me advice on where to go for a dress, on where to look to get my hair and makeup done, even what what color dress my mom should wear.
The day of the wedding, Nicole was there every step of the way to make sure everything was as I imagined. My family was surprised when I was calm the week of and the day of the wedding, but I knew that if Nicole was there, it would be handled. And it was.
She was always calm and kept everything flowing to the timeline we had crafted. Nicole made sure there was always food and drinks for our guests, and that WE had food, drinks and more importantly... that we had nothing to worry about so we'd have fun!
When I first got engaged I never understood why anyone would ever WANT a wedding planner... but after working with the All Who Wander Events team, I realized how much we NEEDED them... I realized how much more we were able to enjoy the planning process so that the memories of our wedding would be of one happy year that culminated with an amazing day thanks for Nicole's team. -

It has been almost a month since our New Year’s Eve wedding and our friends and family are still in awe. We asked Nicole to help us with “Day-Of” coordination and we got so much more than that! Leading up to the big day we had some last minute additions and Nicole took the lead on every project. I had so many ideas running through my head and having her there to talk through all of them kept both fiance and myself sane. Nicole and I spent hours texting, e-mailing and speaking on the phone to ensure that she understood our event vision, and how we wanted it carried out. She also wasn't afraid to tell me when an idea wouldn't work the way I expected it to but instead of just telling me it wouldn't work she came up with a solution or another idea to get the desired result which is something I truly valued. Nicole contacted our vendors, read over all of our contracts, and created a timeline that laid out every minute of the day. Because of all of the planning and organizing that she did, every vendor was on-time, and provided a copy of the outline so that there were no questions on what the night entailed. We even had some unforeseen problems on the day of and she handled it all swiftly, efficiently and I never had to stress about anything. From the initial meeting through to the actual execution of the event Nicole was everything we could have asked for and more. We engaged Nicole for month of coordination services about two months before our wedding and this decision was a complete game changer for my Husband and I. With only two months to go we had A LOT left to do and could not have possibly done it all without Nicole!
Nicole is super organized, anticipates your needs as well as the needs of your event and is a pleasure to be around. Nicole translated my mish-mosh of likes and dislikes into a wedding aesthetic that was exactly what I wanted (and never could have articulated or pulled together on my own). Nicole thinks of all the little details (e.g. escort card display, the color of the lights around the columns at the venue) that help tie an event together visually.
Throughout the entire time we worked with Nicole she was super responsive, thoughtful, and patient with all of mine and my husband's questions (and we had quite a few!). Nicole created a detailed day of timeline for us and communicated that to all of our vendors. On the day of Nicole gently nudged our very large wedding party (10 bridesmaids and 15 groomsmen...ridiculous I know!) to help keep us all on time which was no small feat and she did it with humor and ease! Everyone that interacted with Nicole leading up to and on our wedding day had nothing but glowing things to say!
The vendors that Nicole engaged on our behalf were high quality and worked within our price range. It was clear that Nicole is selective about who she works with and is looking out for the best interest of her clients. I would highly recommend Nicole's services to anyone planning an event! -

Nicole could not have been more amazing! She was efficient, easy to work with and extremely professional. She was always one step ahead of every detail. Our vendors were impressed with her follow through and the All Who Wander staff that we worked with, Erin and Sara, gave us piece of mind all night long! The wedding day went smoothly and everything was right on time thanks to their attention. They really enjoy what they do and it shows in their attitude and smiles! -

I cannot recommend Nicole and the team at All Who Wander Events highly enough. Nicole exceeded every expectation we had. Anything that popped up was handled professionally, effectively and immediately. Nicole thought to take care of every little detail before we could even think of it. Once the wedding weekend began, I did not have to worry about a thing because I knew it would be handled by the team (and it was). Our day was perfect in every way because of the All Who Wander Events team. We could not be happier! -

Nicole and her team were amazing. We had quite the undertaking with our wedding as we bit off slightly more than we could chew. She did day of planning for us. Our first meeting with Nicole was so refreshing, she made us feel great and confident in her experience. She was always available to us leading up to the wedding; How ice much ice, where to have cocktail hour, timing and staging of stuff on the day. We had our wedding up state in Germantown, NY and she was more than happy to travel up there on the day, and did a site visit with us beforehand.
On the day, she and her assistant did so much, it was incredible. Arranging our reception tables, setting table settings, coordinating with vendors, everything! She was so sweet through it all, we always felt we could reach out to her for more help along the way.
We want to get married again, it was so much fun to work with her. -

We had such a great time working with All Who Wander for our wedding. Nicole, the lead designer, has impeccable taste, and really understood the romantic but fun aesthetic I was going for. She responded to all of our emails promptly -- even if we sent them very late at night -- and came up with great, creative ideas (like our beautiful pennant flag-shaped escort cards strung between two vintage ladders!) She also introduced us to many of our fantastic vendors, like Rent Patina, which provided vintage furniture to warm up our warehouse space. Nicole is also one of the nicest people I've ever met, and she serves as a great buffer if you're working with anyone pushy or rude. She keeps the planning experience fun and takes care of anything that isn't.
Though no wedding day can go absolutely perfectly, regardless of how much planning goes into it, Nicole and her team stayed calm and handled any and all hiccups with ease. My one complaint was that some of the guests came up to the ceremony space before we were done taking photos, and I had to dash inside the bridal suite. But it really wasn't a big deal. Overall, I wouldn't have changed a thing. -
