You NEED Tina and her team
I really can’t even describe the greatness that is Tina. She is efficient, responsive, professional and no BS. She was there from beginning to end and then some and made our day beyond perfect. I would never have been able to have had it be as great as it was without her! -

Made our day smooth and stress-free!
We hired Tina for day-of coordination (which is actually month-of coordination because she starts handling things a month out) and we’re so happy we did. It was seriously one of the best decisions we made. Tina was great with vendor communication and knew just the right questions to ask and details to nail down. At our ceremony rehearsal she was upbeat and fun but organized, and put everyone at ease. On the day of the wedding, she was such a great presence to have by our side. Could not imagine my wedding day without Tina!!!
Truly could not imagine my wedding day without Tina and am so grateful for everything she did to ensure the day went perfect. From the second she arrived the morning of, her energy was amazing and was there for anything we needed and had all the “tools” to fix any problem. My husband even broke a button on his tux and she was able to fix it on the spot. From helping with creating the timeline to ensuring we stayed on schedule and setting up all of my decorations just the way I wanted, Tina was a dream. We also utilized Tina’s rentals which made for a perfect photo opp that our guests loved. If you are in need of a day of coordinator, I would recommend booking Tina!! -

Such a life saver during a stressful (but fun!) time
Tina was AMAZING! We handled most of our planning, but Tina swooped in to manage the last week or so of coordinating vendors and ensuring everything went smoothly! We rescheduled our wedding because of COVID, and asked Tina to step up and handle floral and decor—SHE NAILED IT! Her emergency kit helped us avoid many wardrobe malfunctions (from halter top buttons breaking during the reception to running to CVS because I needed “chicken cutlets” to broken bussel strings and even Visine for the MOB). She also rec’d a STELLAR photographer, who was a JOY to work with.
Put simply, our day would not have been the same without Tina and her team. Between being my confidant for venting about wedding stresses and our hype-woman throughout photos, we couldn’t have made a better choice! My bridesmaids all loved her!
I can’t imagine doing her job and trying to be so buoyant all the time, but she was the BEST! -

Everyone needs a Tina on their wedding day!
Tina is an angel from up above. Honestly up until the day of my wedding my husband kept saying "we didn't need a day of coordinator it was a waste of money" however that couldn't be farther from the truth. Tina made sure everything was super seamless, kept everyone and everything on track, & not to mention the countless fires she helped put out throughout the day wether it was going out and buying panty liners for one of the bridesmaids, gorilla glueing a broken hanger together for pictures, or smuggling me into the church to pee before our ceremony, I would hire Tina a thousand times over, she was also so fun to hang out with throughout the day and I could not have imagined my wedding day without her there, I didn't have to worry about a thing and got to enjoy the day without a worry in the world. If your n the fence about hiring Tina, you won't regret it!!!! -

Do not get married without Tina!
I hired Tina and her assistant for "day of" coordinating. Take note, you get so much more than just one day. Tina came in like a superhero in the 30 days leading up to my wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. We had our reception at home, and WOW were there a lot of moving parts. In the words of my father, "A lot could have gone wrong" (thanks dad!) -- but everything was wonderful. She encouraged me to "put down the clipboard" (yes, I have my own clipboard. I am Type A .. what can I say?) and just trust her. I am so happy I did, and I cannot say enough good things. Hire Tina for your wedding. Trust me, I am a doctor ;) -

Look no further - Tina is your girl!
If I had the ability to give Tina 10 stars across the board, I would. From our first call through the days following our wedding, Tina was responsive, thoughtful and extremely professional. WE COULD NOT have planned our early-2021 wedding without her. From finding our venue and caterer, managing all the vendors and keeping us on budget, to holding on to our wedding license so we wouldn't lose it in the shuffle - Tina and her team were there and NEVER dropped the ball. You don't need to explore further, just hire her! -

Literally & simply, they are the absolute BEST. Tina & Natalie have become family at this point. No details go unnoticed, no second is wasted, & the best — no worries or concerns. Tina made our perfect wedding day possible!
The first step to having a perfect wedding is making sure you have found your perfect partner. The next step is hiring Tina!
We were devastated when our April 2020 destination wedding was postponed with just 5 weeks to go due to Covid, then cancelled altogether when we realized we just weren't comfortable having our loved ones travel. We opted for an intimate ceremony and party for immediate family only and I really did not want to plan a second larger wedding next year like a lot of other brides are doing. While we wanted our day to be low key, I still wanted it to feel special since this was our "only wedding" but was totally fatigued by the prospect of now planning our third date in an entirely different state and venue, different season and now needing different vendors. I really didn't want to pick out another thing.
Enter Tina. From the firs time we spoke, Tina put me at ease and totally understood my vision for an elegant, romantic and special intimate affair. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the process and helped me think through different options for our space which was especially unique since we were getting married in an Air bnb and could only go off of the photos from the listing.
The microwedding package Tina put together made everything so much easier. I was still able to okay the vendors through her but having one fee for everything we needed and not having to communicate with multiple vendors made the planning process as low stress as possible.
The day of the wedding, Tina and her lovely assistant, Natalie, took care of everything and transformed the space into the most perfect setting for our ceremony. They made sure everything happened on queue and allowed our immediate family members to stay calm and focus on the reason we were all together. Tina even managed to call a local CVS when my sister realized she was missing parts to her breast pump shortly before the ceremony and had one ready for my brother-in-law to pick up in no time. She really saved the day for a nursing mom!
I can't say enough how much Tina helped make our day absolutely perfect. The most important part of the weekend is the future and the life I'm starting with my new husband and we will both look back on our wedding day with nothing but happiness thanks to the skill, kind heart and incredible insight from Tina and All Things Possible Events. -

An Enthusiastic Professional
Tina made planning our micro-wedding ceremony a breeze! Her upbeat personality and positive outlook allowed us to not worry about the aspects that we could not control and to focus on what really mattered, our marriage. Given the 2020 circumstances, she always assured us that everything was going to work out (and it did!). From our very first conversation we knew that we made the right decision with choosing her as our planner. Tina was very responsive and always available- just a text message away! Her entire team of wedding professionals were amazing- from the photographer, make up artist and hair stylist, everyone was perfect and accommodating. Magical experience
Tina was amazing to work with. See really made our day magical. We were very discouraged at first knowing we would be unable to keep our Original wedding plans during Covid. Tina was able to completely change our thoughts. Her upbeat attitude, creativity, and confidence put us at ease with the now “new” plans. Up to the day of, she was always in touch and available if needed. Everything the day of was beyond beautiful. The vendors she works with (hair, makeup, photography) are top notch as well. There is nothing about me that is mourning what my wedding day “could have been”, because the day truly could have not been better. Thank you Tina and your entire team for making my wedding day unforgettable and for being my therapist when needed. You’re amazing!-

Absolutely Excellent
Tina and her assistant were nothing short of brilliant. We got married in a small wedding in our backyard (due to COVID) and Tina had a vision. I was stressed and at my wits end trying to figure out how to make the backyard look special. Tina exceeded expectations. Our initial phone call was Tina getting to know who I was as a person, my vision, and just getting to know the vibe of what the wedding was. I sent her a video of my backyard and she just went to town with the ideas! It was BEAUTIFUL! My backyard turned into a Pinterest worthy wedding with benches, an aisle, an arbor, a dance floor with vases and candles...everything! She took all of the stress out of the planning. She handled the decor, the timing of how things should be, and managed to keep checking in with me. Her and Natalie came to my house, set up, and were cleaned up with everything by the time we got back from pictures. They were super efficient. Her vision, planning, execution, and professionalism can’t be overstated. I will be forever grateful for All Things Possible Events. I honestly don’t know why any person getting married would want to tackle all of it on their own when they can work with this company. I promise you, you won’t regret it! -

Picture Perfect Wedding Day
We hired Tina for our DOC on 2/14/20 for a 125 person wedding and she was amazing from the beginning to the end. I don't believe my day would have went so smooth and have been so beautiful and perfect without her. Communication with Tina was great, I had a million questions along the way and she always had the answers or solutions. Feeling at ease was the goal and it was achieved. The day of my wedding all I did was smile, take everything in and enjoy the day, Tina took care of the rest. Every single little detail we spoke about , she took care of and we couldn't of been happier. Tina also built a great rapport with our other vendors leading up to the wedding and it made the day so easy and fun. I cannot recommend ATP events enough. -

All things are possible!
Tina is not only a talented event planner, but she is an understanding, stress-free. kind, and a positive person- the kind every type-A bride needs to have during wedding planning.
I sought out Tina's services for furniture rental. I saw her high-end antique outdoor living room rentals on Instagram and immediately hoped she had my date open.
Not to mention, other local NJ rental companies I contacted just pointed to their website. Instead, Tina CALLED me and emailed right away. Tina delivers 5-star customer service!
Tina took notes of my "dream scene" color theme, materials and setup, and made it come to life seamlessly and beautifully. Her decor is functional and comfortable!
We got so many compliments. The beautiful setup truly added a charming retreat for photo opts, ( and a great solution for relatives that don't love loud music.) Our friends tagged us in photos they took on her furniture that are Christmas card worthy.
Thank you Tina for delivering, setting up, and breaking down the beautiful display - without me even noticing :). I look forward to planning more "milestone" event parties in the future.

Do yourself a favor and hire Tina
Hiring Tina was the best decision I made during my wedding planning process. I hired Tina for full wedding planning and worked with her for about 13 months before my wedding. Over the last year, Tina became my friend, confidant, stand-in-fiance, the voice of reason, and proved herself as the most fantastic planner and day-of coordinator. My husband and I were long-distance our entire engagement, so hiring a wedding planner wasn't an option, rather a necessity. Tina seriously blew me away. She ALWAYS encouraged me to be myself as a bride, helping me make the best decisions for my husband and me. Tina helped me stay true to myself throughout the entire wedding planning process, and my wedding day was better than I could have imagined because of it. Seriously, nothing went wrong. Tina kept me, my husband, our family, our bridal party, and all our guests HAPPY. My grandmothers continuously rave about her because they couldn't believe that someone took such extra care of them. On the day of, I truly worried about nothing. I completely trusted Tina and all the vendors that I hired, and NONE of them disappointed- but I know that is because I had Tina on my side. Anything I needed, Tina took care of without question. She is considerate, smart, organized, and gives great attention to detail. I mentioned a couple times that I didn't like the chairs at my venue's sweetheart table. I kind of ignored it because I thought getting something to replace them would be a pain. WELL, I was getting my hair and makeup done the morning of my wedding when Tina told me to come to look at the room. SHE SURPRISED ME WITH A PURPLE COUCH FOR MY SWEETHEART TABLE. I couldn't believe it. I still can't. Our friends thought our sweetheart table/couch was the photo booth. Some of my favorite pictures from the night are with all our friends squeezing onto Tina's couch. It was the best surprise. There were other instances throughout the night where she went above and beyond the description of her job to make my fiance and I happy and have the wedding we have always dreamed of. I can not recommend Tina and her team enough. She is undoubtedly the best wedding planner I could have hired for my wedding- and my ENTIRE FAMILY and wedding party would agree. -

Tina is wonderful!
Tina reminded me of my best friend. She made our wedding so easy and beautiful! My husband and I were both out of state prior to the wedding and we got married at a County park in northern NJ, which required various insurance forms from vendors and a lot of decisions to be made sight unseen. She took our ideas and ran with them. Her choice of vendors was impeccable and her energy was very upbeat but relaxed. We gave Tina our general theme and described what we dreamed of for our wedding and she made it all happen like magic. All our guests had a great time and felt charmed by the ambiance; everything went so smoothly down to the little details like that last touch-up hair spray, personal attention during the reception, and artistic vision for the ceremony. Tina's assistant Natalie was also wonderful. A real class act. We are very grateful to have had such a wonderful experience with All Things Possible. -

Best Decision I’ve Ever Made!
I decided to hire Tina about a month and a half out as our day of coordinator and it was the best and easiest decision I made throughout the entire planning process. Tina is genuine, dedicated and the perfect person to help you finalize your last minute needs just as you are starting to feel stressed. She was always available via text/phone call leading up to the big day. My entire bridal party RAVED about how organized, dedicated and fun she was throughout the entire day. In moments of stress, Tina is there to fix it, or hand you a drink, whichever will make you happiest. I realized the morning of my wedding I left an item at my house 45 minutes south and somehow Tina found the time to drive to my house and come back without anyone noticing. She is truly a rare find, you feel like you are talking to a friend! We are so so happy with ATP and would highly recommend them to future brides and grooms! Thank you for making our wedding day the most perfect! -

Exactly What I Hoped For!
Working with Tina was so effortless, and everything we discussed turned out exactly how I imagined. I met with other event decorators who were 1) rude and 2) overpriced. Tina is the exact opposite. She is personable, kind, and professional. She went out of her way to meet with me and my husband and was very responsive. Pricing is also very responsible. I am so glad that I found her (through Instagram!) and really appreciate the work she did for our wedding.-

Highly recommend!
I hired Tina as a day of coordinator for my wedding in September. It was the best decision I made. We connected about two weeks before the wedding and she took over from there. She coordinated with vendors and put together our timeline. On the wedding day, she did everything from squatting behind me to hold my veil in place during pictures (it was windy) to even sending someone to a store to get glue for my moms eyelashes which were falling off. She made the week leading up to my wedding completely stress free and on my wedding day I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything ran so smoothly and I spent the entire night dancing with my friends and family. Tina is so easy to work with and I really can’t recommend her enough! -

Every bride needs a tina
I kind of thought I could do everything on my wedding day but thankfully my (now) husband convinced me I could not. Tina was amazing from beginning to end, she took care of all the behind the scenes details I wouldn’t have even thought of. She took all of my half baked DIY ideas and ran with them, she even went to the hardware store on our wedding to make everything work! We seriously did not have to worry about a thing because we knew she was all over everything. She’s worth every penny, we just can’t say enough good things. -

Above and Beyond
During the planning process, I enjoyed finding all of my vendors. A few months before the wedding, my fiancé and I realized that we needed help and guidance with the timeline for our wedding day. The wedding day consisted of two ceremonies and the schedule appeared hectic with several moving parts. We needed a day of coordinator. Like my vendors, I did extensive research. After discussing with several coordinators, I found Tina to be extremely welcoming and she somehow put me at ease when I went over the details of my wedding day. The month before my wedding, she spoke with all of my vendors to make sure they were all on the same page with regards to the timeline and what they needed. On the wedding day, she made sure the groom and I were taken care of, as well as the parents and bridal party! Throughout the day, my family and bridal party kept stating, “Thank goodness for Tina.” Her presence helped make the day run smoothly even though there were a few hiccups here and there. She was constantly 1 step ahead in terms of the events for the day. During the photo shoot at our venue, we noticed that mosquitos would be a problem. Tina had her assistant Natalie go to a nearby store to buy insect repellant for the bridal party and our guests for our outdoor ceremony. My fiancé, family, and bridal party cannot recommend Tina enough. Even our vendors were impressed with her. She goes above and beyond for your wedding! -

Our best decision aside from “ I Do”!
Working with Tina from All Things Possible Events was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. We got married at an outdoor venue which we absolutely loved because it was a “blank slate”..however blank slates can be a lot of work! Tina helped us convert our vision into a reality and made planning, setup and clean up super easy. She was professional, experienced and down to earth. We felt so comfortable working with her, asking lots of questions and taking her advice. She not only helped us with design and coordination, she was able to recommend many other vendors to us who we loved. Tina has rentals that can transform any space into a beautiful backdrop. We highly recommend working with Tina for any event at any venue. You won’t regret it!-

We contacted Tina 3 days before the wedding looking for a ceremony coordinator. Not only she was the first one to respond but she was willing and able to jump to the task right away. She is reasonably priced and made the ceremony flow flawlessly. We enjoyed working with Tina and highly recommend All Things Possible Events! -

The BEST decision I made was hiring ATP Events!
Tina deserves an Academy Award, star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Presidential Medal of Freedom, and any other award for going above and beyond to make my wedding day special. I met Tina at a friend's wedding, and I was incredibly impressed by the design and her thoughtfulness. My friend and I are very different, and I was nervous at first that my vision would be difficult to put together. That was not the case, and she really listened to what me and my husband envisioned. We also ended up changing venues close to the wedding, and it was only possible with Tina's help. The day was perfect. I didn't have to worry or stress, and I was able to enjoy every moment. People raved about the design and logistics. There was no detail left unnoticed, and everything was incredibly personalized. I highly recommend hiring Tina as early into the planning process as possible because she has great relationships with vendors. The best decision I made for my wedding!-

The people you want in your corner!!
We hired ATP early on in our wedding planning process - and we are so glad we did! I was always very organized, but it was great to have someone else there to make sure you were on the right path. She was super helpful the day of the wedding to set things up for us and make sure we were okay. We had a florist incident and not only did ATP update us on good updates, they also helped us get a partial refund after we didn't get what we ordered and half of our centerpieces came just before our guests walked into our reception room after cocktail hour. Thankfully that worked out, but what was great was that we were able to tell ATP how we felt without getting too emotional (or aggressive on my end lol) towards the florist on how wronged we felt. Thank you so much, ATP! -

Best decision of my wedding planning
Hiring Tina was the best decision I could have made in planning my wedding. I hired Tina to assist on my wedding day and now that the day is over I cannot IMAGINE having done it without her. She is beyond professional and took care of 1000 wedding day details that I had not even thought of. I never had to deal with handing out tips, telling the DJ anything, finding anyone. Everything and i mean EVERYTHING was taken care of by Tina. From making sure we got the photos we wanted to helping us deal with the valet, the caterer, the hotel. She was super organized and when we went to our room that night after the reception every item we had used for the ceremony and party was packed neatly in our room ready to go. She is the BEST! Highly recommend. -

All Things Possible and Tina ensured we had a flawless, seamless wedding day!
My husband and I decided to hire a day-of coordinator about three months before our wedding after realizing we needed someone to coordinate all the moving parts between our separate getting ready locations, church, and reception venue. We found All Things Possible and had the most amazing call with Tina about our day. She was informative about what a day-of coordinator would do and how the process worked, and I immediately felt like she was already part of the team. Fast forward to the wedding day, we were blown away by Tina’s service. She was always a step ahead of us, taking care of little things before we even remembered they needed to be done. We never felt rushed, but she kept us on running time. Spending the day with Tina was a joy!
If you are hesitant or not sure you need a day-of coordinator, I highly suggest you do it. Besides keeping us on track throughout our wedding day, Tina’s work gave us greater value from our other vendors. She set-up all the items for the photographer to capture before he arrived (dress, invites, rings). He was able to walk in, take those pictures quickly, then spend more time with the bridal party as we got ready. Tina also corralled the wayward groomsmen, making sure we got to the reception venue with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery before guests arrived. We cannot thank All things Possible enough for all they did for us.

When we discussed planning our own wedding, our anxiety was through the roof! Good thing we found all things possible because literally, they made all things possible. Christina and Erica were patient, understanding, creative, accommodating, and most of all, they made it feel as if we were family while they were planning our wedding. I can't say enough good things about Tina & Erica at All Things Possible Events, but I am forever thankful I found them! From the very first meeting, they took time to hear my vision and put together a plan within my budget. They recommended vendors to us (who were amazing) and worked so well with the photo/videographers, DJ, catering director, and florist to ensure everyone was on the same page. A month after our wedding, guests are still talking about the acrylic arch covered in hydrangeas in the ceremony, the custom chargers and sweetheart table at the reception, and their professionalism and knowledge in making the whole day flow without a single hiccup. They truly took the wedding to the next level. My favorite thing about them is that they always made me feel like I was their only client. I have already recommended them to various people. All of our vendors had Tina's cell so I didn't have to do a thing. The peace of mind they provided to me and my (now) husband the day of the wedding is invaluable. My husband and I just got married at Addison Park and our wedding turned out to be flawless thanks to all of ATP's hard work. From the first time we contacted ATP they were always extremely helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond our expectations. We had hired ATP since we were having an afternoon wedding and needed extra help in the morning since our first look was at 9AM at Addison Park. Since our wedding was an afternoon wedding, we were really short on time to get everything done the morning of that I would've liked and I had expressed my concern to her multiple times but she promised me that everything would turn out perfectly and to not stress. Needless to say, Tina and Erica kept their promises and everything turned out perfectly! They also made the most beautiful welcome sign for my Husband and I that I was stunned when I saw it for the first time. ATP also made sure that the shuttles to and from the hotel ran according to schedule. Needless to say hiring ATP was the best decision that I made since it allowed my wedding day to be stress free when it could easily have been a disaster! They were also extremely nice, accommodating, easy to work with, and had great ideas that I never would've thought of. Where do I even begin?! We hired ATP Events late in the game after searching for a company to provide draping services for our wedding a month before our day. After speaking with Tina over the phone to discuss my draping needs and other details of my wedding, I instantly felt like she “got me” and my vision and I knew I needed her on board as planner/coordinator for the day of and weeks leading up to the event. I had initially thought I wouldn’t need this service, but once I met with her and Erica I was sure I made the right decision. I had already done my own centerpieces and other decor and had no idea how to put it all together for the day of and did not trust the venue to execute my vision - once I had them on board they needed minimal direction and gave me so many suggestions for other elements to complete the look. This alleviated so much stress and from this point forward, I knew I could trust them to make my winter wonderland vision a reality! Fast forward to my wedding day and it was off to a rocky start due to a vendor putting us off schedule and throughout the entire day Tina and Erica calmed me down and assured me that everything was going to be perfect. They were so right! When I finally saw the ceremony and reception setup, it was truly my dream wedding! They exceeded my expectations in every way possible - they were professional, organized, timely, extremely prepared and SO passionate about making my day everything I wanted it to be and more. They were both life savers for me throughout the day and night from start to finish from fixing my necklace which kept falling off to adjusting and fixing my dress and bustle and just all around being there for anything I needed. I cannot day enough good things about these two! Seriously, THANK YOU both from the bottom of my heart and to anyone reading - if you are in need of ANY type of event planning service, don’t even question it, just hire them!!!!-

They were professional, attentive, basically magicians at times and helped me pull off the wedding of my dreams during one of the toughest times in our lives. I contacted Tina with all things possible events with literally less than 30 days before the event, Tina not only found the venue but ordered and sent out all of the invitations, ordered the cake, booked the DJ and more. Amazing stress free experience and the party was INCREDIBLE! -

Tina's Sweet 16 party planning skills are amazing! We were planning my daughter's party, thinking 6 weeks was enough time to pull it all together. We were a bit frazzled even before my father ended up in the hospital and stretched my time even thinner. Then we knew we needed help. Tina came to our house and immediately calmed us with her friendly smile and expertise. Her suggestions were all successful and the party was a breeze. Tina worked with our budget and took care of last minute requests even before we asked for them! When we arrived at the venue room it looked more beautiful then we imagined it would. My daughter loved everything! -

I truly can not say enough about how amazing Tina and Erica were throughout the whole wedding planning process and during the wedding itself. They went above and beyond in every aspect and made my wedding day more than I could have imagined. We had our wedding at a place where everything had to be set up by us, mostly on the day of the wedding. At first I was hoping to save money and entrust those tasks to someone in my family but soon realized I was in over my head and found All Things Possible. It was the best decision I could have made. Everything looked perfect at the venue and our guests couldn't stop talking about all of the little details which wouldn't have been possible without Tina and Erica. If one were to rank me on the list of brides most likely to hire a wedding planner/coordinator, I would most certainly not rank myself too high on the list. A self-proclaimed DIY-er, I didn't realize until halfway through my wedding planning process that it was quite necessary to hire a wedding coordinator for my big day. What exactly did ATP Events do to help?
ATP helped bring my vision to life, and kept me organized and stress-free while the process occurred. I cannot describe how amazing it felt to not have to deal with ANYTHING the day of my wedding. ATP handled the vendors to make sure everyone was on time and paid at the end. They handled setting up all the decor. They even kept me calm as I saw torrential downpours in the morning turn into clear skies just in time for photos for our first look. And while the reception was going on? ATP was at our service every step of the way. Can't find your new husband to cut the cake, they can help make sure he's found!
After all is said and done, I would hire them all over again. To some, you may think the cost exceeds it's worth. Coming from a cheapskate herself, I urge you to think again. The cost of your time, your stress, and your sanity are worth every penny, and then some. Don't make the mistake of taking this stress on yourself. Oh, and they have great taste in decor too.

All Things Possible in one word - AMAZING! Tina and Erica took a theme and not only made it a reality for my daughter but made it 100% better then ever imagined. The attention to detail and incredible outcome were amazing. I contacted All Things Possible Events & Weddings for a full service package, and I am so glad that I did! I was engaged and booked a wedding date VERY quickly, so I knew that I needed as much help as possible. Tina & Erica met with me immediately, and quickly assisted me with picking my venue, DJ, florist, and every vendor that I needed. I knew what I liked, but no clue how to put it all together and they worked with me to get the wedding I was dreaming of. My package included day of coordination which only helped put me at ease that their involvement would mean I wouldn't worry about a thing and I didn't!! I used Tina and Erica for my wedding planning, for all decorations and day of coordination in May 2016. From start to finish everything was just perfect. They worked with me throughout the designing process, to tailor my wedding to feel unique to both me and my husband. They were very open to our ideas, but offered great suggestions to compliment our vision. On the day of the wedding, I worried about nothing, because Erica handled everything. The decorations and table settings were completed early in the morning, and were exactly what was expected. Our wedding day went so smoothly, and mostly I can attribute that to Tina and Erica's hard work and dedication. They made the experience personal, and I couldn't recommend them enough! -

All Things Possible was such a life savior. They took all of my ideas and ran with them. They even gave great suggestions to compliment the ideas I already had. I am always one to plan last minute and procrastinate but ATP made planning and setting up a breeze. The day of the christening they helped set things up while my family and I were at the church. This allowed me to enjoy the event and not worry about how much I had to do when I got to the reception location. When I arrived to the reception it was perfect. Everything was perfectly set in place. Guests complimented every little detail and stated “ You out did yourself on this one”. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thanks for our beautiful wedding
ATP events exceeded my expectations by turning my non-traditional wedding venue into a reality. I knew when my husband and I decided to have our wedding on his families Christmas tree farm we would definitely need some expert advice in the planning process. Her ability to take my vision of an elegant outside cocktail hour and create a lounge like atmosphere was remarkable and people still comment on how elegant and out of the box it was four months later. Every part of the planning process from picking our invitations to the photographer was a much less stressful decision with a wedding planner guiding you in the right direction. I was completely at ease the day of my wedding knowing someone was paying attention to all of the tiny details I could not. I will forever be grateful for Tina’s creativity, experience, caring demeanor and most of all her becoming not just my planner during the process but my friend. Very happy bride!
We found Tina through her various social media posts highlighting the venue we chose for our reception. We did not know anyone that had used her in the past, so we took a chance. She seemed professional, experienced and organized during our first meeting. After reviewing other wedding planners, we decided her experience was aligned with our wedding ideas. We had 12 months to plan our wedding. At first, we felt communication could have been better. Things were sometimes sent or communicated later than we expected, which caused a bit of anxiety and nervousness on my end. This could have been avoided since the event turned out to be absolutely amazing. About a month before our wedding, Tina really stepped up. She did everything she said she would, and it was all done very well. Our venue required more work than a traditional wedding hall and she exceeded all our expectations. She has an extensive history of decor items that she used, all of which were beautiful and fit our day well. We would, and plan to, use Tina again for our future party planning and would recommend her to friends and family.-

Tina and Erica are a top notch team! Tina coordinates everything and Erica executes perfectly. They work extremely well together and listen to EVERY request! Would’ve Chosen Someone Else, For Sure
Unfortunately, my wedding was postponed by 6 months (maybe just like every couple that planned to celebrate in 2020). Tina was the first person to call me and advise that I push my wedding date back when the pandemic started, which I appreciate. She is a nice person in general, but I felt her professionalism dwindled as time went on. Just a few more weeks to my wedding day, I found that she became less responsive to my texts and calls.
As a result, on my wedding day there were some issues I felt could have been avoided:
1. My Pastor was not contacted about the change in time and date. We ended up moving everything around the very last minute, which had me quite flustered!
2. There was no heads up that I should invest in a special knife for cutting the cake. Would’ve been nice to go over a checklist of things a bride needs. Furthermore, nonnegotiable of our guests knew we cut the cake because it was not announced.
3. Decor was pretty underwhelming. I asked Tina weeks prior to the wedding about her thoughts on what I should purchase in order to achieve the look I wanted, but she did not respond. Attention to detail, like placing the larger flowers on my immediate family’s table instead of the smaller vase, would have been appreciated. -

Pretty good up until the wedding, then missed the mark the day of
Dear ATP Future Clients,
Tina has a charismatic personality, she is instantly your best friend and has a wonderful partnership with her vendors. The team she suggests using is top notch and does beautiful work. We paid $3495 for full service planning and event design and worked with ATP for ~ 7 months. I was not local, so we had attempted weekly phone meetings and we made 2 visits to NJ. The initial one to pick the venue and a second to finalize vendors (photo, hair and make-up, flowers, cake). Weekly meetings often turned into bi-weekly and even monthly calls.
My goal is to provide honest feedback that I hope ATP and her future clients take seriously as it will benefit the company in the future.
1. Go over the wedding day schedule at the rehearsal when key members are present. The day of the wedding was complete ciaos, no one knew when they were supposed to be and where, including me. I had a prelim schedule, but due to certain events it changed, and she did not give me an updated timeline. I thought I was supposed to be up in my room waiting for the photographer and meanwhile the photographer was in the make -up room looking for me. I was bombarded with text’s of where to be and when by my bridal party and family. It did not work, as the bride, I feel that paid for someone to take care of all that for me. As a result, everyone was confused which led to a delay in the photo schedule, searching for parents, grandparents etc.
2. Go over the shot list together with the photographer so that everyone is on the same page. There were shots that I thought were obvious but got missed during the hustle. I did not want to be too prescriptive to the photographer to allow for artist creativity but a short call to discuss would have avoided that and prepared the schedule a little bit better.
3. Set time aside to go over ALL of the materials needed for the day of and review the agreed table design. I came to NJ 10 days before the wedding to prepare. So, this could have been done the day of the rehearsal, the morning of the wedding, or in the days leading up to the wedding and it wasn’t. We were promised many times that we would have this meeting, that materials would be picked up and some things (e.g. Advil) would be provided for welcome bags. It didn’t happen and as a result some items got “lost” in the hotel storage and they we not used for the table displays. Items were not used or put in the wrong places. I was completely disappointed that all our hard work was wasted away on a sub-par head table. The cake table had to be re-done 3 times during the night because it was wrong.
4. Set time aside for a “room reveal”. This goes hand in hand with above. We did not have a room reveal. I walked into the room to go down the aisle, immediately noticed that the room was not set up as discussed (we had countless meetings talking about table design, sending pictures and ordering materials). I was rushed out the door to walk down the aisle and could not address the issue. If it seems like something is missing or not right, ASK someone! This could have been easily avoided.
5. Use your assistant! I often saw her standing around doing nothing. No one coordinated distributing flowers- she could have done this. We had to ask 3 times where the flowers were and as a result we had to pause from photos, put on flowers, and then re-take photos. This also resulted in missing shots key shots of pinning boutonniere on groom, and parents. She also could have been directing/organizing family members for photos or looking for the missing design components.
6. Talk to vendors together! We paid full service for a wedding planner because we don’t live in NJ and we work full time jobs and didn’t have time to do the leg work, so I understand that I don’t need to be on every call with the vendors. However, as the wedding approached, I felt that there was a large amount of “telephone” going on. Messages would get relayed incorrectly or not at all, and it would take 2-4 days to send/get information. I should have felt able to call my vendors directly or with ATP together and I didn’t.
Overall, I believe ATP has the ability to create a beautiful event and if you make sure the steps above are followed, I’m sure everything will turn out ok. However, I’m not sure what happened with mine. The design aspect was completely disappointing and missed the mark, there was a lack of trust, as multiple times ATP said she would do something and didn’t or waited to the last minute. ATP was WAY to unorganized and laissez-faire for my A-type personality. It has been almost 4 weeks since the wedding and I still tear up with anxiety and disappointment from that day.

POOR AND AMATURE SERVICE - Failed to Delivery Promised Services/Cut Corners - A Lawsuit Waiting to Happen
I would NOT recommend booking with ATP or Tina for an important event.
I’m a bride who booked ATP almost one full year before my destination wedding, and contracted with them for full planning and coordination services. They oversaw every aspect of my wedding - from vendor selection to design to coordination. (The only thing I did before contracting them was book my venue).
It’s been 6+ months since my wedding, and my guests are still asking, “what happened with the planners?”
I’m asked this question so often because their performance was so stress-inducing, and so noticeably negligent, that it was the talk of the wedding. Everyone wanted to know if I sued for a refund. They had full responsibility for this event - and it was disappointing, frustrating, and criminal how poorly they executed. I haven’t sued, but I have not dismissed the possibility - as I have compiled dozens of pieces of evidence, including photos, vendor accounts, and written correspondence with ATP substantiating their failure to properly perform.
The only reason I didn’t post this review sooner was because I wanted to ensure that I had the photos and videos from my wedding in my possession before they sabotaged them. I know that seems extreme, but given their behavior, preservation of my GOOD memories from my wedding was of utmost importance. (It’s important to note, my photographers and videographers were lovely, mature professionals - they delivered and exceeded expectations.)
You may be wondering why I keep referring to ATP as a “them.” Well, at the time I contracted ATP, they were a “them.” Tina and Erica co-owned the business. But since my wedding, it seems that Erica has since been stripped from the website and social media.
I won’t detail every instance of their negligence - but I’ll give you the highlights:
1) Failed to Show: Of 2-person company contracted for 4-days, neither party showed for first 1.5 days of contracted event, nor for the agreed-upon walk-thrus the day before the events. One claimed family crisis - the other had no excuse, and they were in breach of contract which promised a replacement if they were unavailable. When they did bother to answer my calls and texts at the end of day 2 of non-arrival, they promised arrival times that were not met.
2) Design and Decor: Cheap execution, no coordination with venue in advance for generators and approvals, and some agreed-upon design elements omitted without notice. (During one event, a lighting post that the planners constructed and set up literally fell on my husband DURING SPEECHES).
3) Hotel Blocks: Poor coordination with the hotels and local area
events. The hotels sold out before our guests had even gotten their invites, and hotels couldn’t give us more rooms outside our small blocks. ATP should have researched the other events in town and advised us to have guests book earlier.
4) Cake: For some reason that I still haven’t uncovered, they refused to bring out my cake during my reception, despite being asked my by mother. My brother and 2 cousins had to go outside, retrieve the cake, and bring it in.
5) Brunch: We had agreed on catered breakfast sandwiches for brunch, along with pastries. They arrived with no pastries, no juice, and no coffee. The catered sandwiches were TIM HORTONS. Fast food. They purchased fast food to serve to my guests who were promised a catered brunch.
6) Late Set-Up in Front of Guests: Began decoration and site setup shortly before or at scheduled start time of various activities, including the wedding ceremony itself. This resulted in rushed, slap-dash set up in front of guests. Even after they were in town, they arrived late each day.
7) Stranded Guests: The night before my ceremony, I got a very late text (after 10pm) from Tina saying that the bus that was supposed to bring the bridal party’s guests to the wedding cancelled. ATP provided no solution to this logistical nightmare. I spent 2 hours coordinating travel when I should have been resting before the most important day of my life.
8) Stressful Morning Of: After a late night scrambling to get my guests transportation to the ceremony, Tina was more than 2 hours late to pick me, and my bridesmaids, up the morning of the ceremony. She had scheduled herself to take us to the venue for hair and makeup, 40 minutes from where we were staying. When she was late, we had to arrange our own transportation (The Groom had to drive us). When we arrived, the hair stylist was waiting in the dark. The venue hadn’t been notified of our arrival time, so we had to wait to begin our day for them to let us in. To make matters worse, Tina had lied the hair stylist and said that WE (bridal party) were the ones who were late.
9) Vendor relations: They had a terrible relationship with most of the vendors, many of whom they recommended. I was contacted by several vendors looking for payments because they couldn’t get in touch with ATP. After the wedding, one vendor told me they will never work with ATP again because of the experience they had on this wedding.
Bottom line: Stay away. Stay far away. -
