Best dress shopping experience by far!

This was the third (and final!) bridal salon that I visited and the best experience by far! Mylinda did an incredible job explaining the process and helping me find my dress. She was so efficient but I never once felt rushed. She and other staff answered every question and made every adjustment I needed to make a decision. I ended up choosing a dress in a style that I hadn't even considered before, but absolutely love! I highly recommend making an appointment here and cannot thank Mylinda enough for all of her expertise and kindness! All of the staff were fantastic, and you can tell they really care. My dress shopping journey started at Kleinfeld and I have to say, All Things Bridal was a much more personal, low-stress experience for me. This place is truly a gem.

What a team!

Cindy and her team were spectacular to work with! As a middle-aged bride, they helped me find the perfect dress making me feel confident and beautiful! Han's alterations made the dress fit flawlessly. If you are looking for knowledgable, personal, attention-to-detail service, I highly recommend All Things Bridal!

Great Place for Brides, mothers and wedding party

I went into All Things Bridal and had no idea what I was looking in a wedding dress. I went in just to browse and I left with my perfect dress. Kelly was able to show me different styles and asked lots of questions to help narrow down what I was really looking for! There were a few tweaks I wanted to make with the dress and they even helped me come up with new ideas I didn't think of with the alterations. They also helped to find my mother the most amazing mother of the bride dress! My mother in law and my bridesmaids all got their dresses from All things bridal and everyone really enjoyed their experience! I felt so stunning on my wedding day and I cannot thank the entire team for bringing it all together! I felt super comfortable with everyone there and it was a very relaxed atmosphere!

Last Minute Saviors

Everyone at All Things Bridal is beyond helpful, kind, and flexible. I called for a last minute appointment (day of!) and they squeezed me in, understood my vision and were extremely helpful with feedback and suggestions, and super sweet the entire time! From initial phone call to final signatures for my dress (yes I found my dress with them), they were amazing to work with. Special thanks to Doris, Cindy, and Cheyanne!

Great experience

The entire process was wonderful with All Things Bridal! I initially scheduled an appointment hoping to try on a specific dress from Essence of Australia that I had tried on elsewhere. After making several attempts to source the style I requested, Cindy reached out to let me know that they would not have that specific style but let me know that they had many similar styles from the same designer.

The consultant I worked with was very friendly and made the process fun. She specifically pulled a similar style dress to the one I had requested that she thought I would love. She was right - I loved the dress she pulled even more than the dress I originally had my heart set on and I said "yes" to the dress. I can't wait for the dress to come in!

I recently went for a trunk show and the employees make you feel so special, they're so personable, and accommodating! I not only found my dress but they had so many beautiful dresses in my small budget!

Amazing experience

My sister schedule an appointment for me in all things bridal, casually, they had sale that day, the dresses were beautiful, and good quality, the best part was that i found my wedding dress for only 99 dollars,and the original price was 1500. The staff was great, and made me feel like a queen, i totally recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing Experience!

Just said YES to the Dress at All Things Bridal! I cannot say nicer things about this shop. I went to a few other places before coming here, and nothing compared to the selection of dress ATB has. Doris was my consultant and picked out exactly what I imagined, within my budget. She was awesome to work with, and everyone else has been so sweet too. You can tell that Cindy, the owner, really cares about the brides who get their dresses from them. The shop is so cute and clean. I felt safe during Covid, and was able to try on dresses in a relaxed & comfortable environment. I am IN LOVE with my dress. I highly recommend All Things Bridal in Quakertown!

Wonderful experiencs

Cindy, the shop owner, is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find my dress in the peek of the pandemic. I wish I could describe how much it meant to me that she did this. The week of my wedding I realized my veil would not work with my dress and she broke the return policy to make sure another was overnighted to my house and didn’t charge me the difference. She is so fun and personable and all the girls that work there are very sweet. My dress was perfect. Not only is the service great but the selection is so unique and beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend using her shop you will not be disappointed!

Found the Wedding Dress of my Dreams Here

All Things Bridal was the 3rd bridal store that I went to during my search for my gown. I showed Anna a handful of dresses from my Pinterest board and other dresses that I tried on at other bridal salons. Once she had an idea of what I was looking for, she pulled out about 10 dresses for me to try on. She asked me why I hadn’t said “Yes” to the dress yet and I couldn’t really quite put my finger on what was missing. After putting on the first dress and falling in love with it, she asked me if I felt “bridal” in this dress and totally hit the nail on the head. I almost said “Yes” to that dress right there. However, I think Anna knew that the first dress wasn’t it. We tried on a handful more until we found the ONE. It made me feel like the best version of myself. She must have known when she saw me in it because she took me to the back area with the lights to show me how the dress would look under the lights. We actually didn’t say “Yes” at this first appointment because it was just me and my Maid of Honor and I wanted my mom and mother-in-law to be there when I decided. So she made the follow up appointment and we tried on the two contenders again.

From the alterations end, Cindy and Kellie were great for providing a critical eye for how the dress was fitting. Mrs. Han did amazing work on the bustle and made me fall in love with the dress even more.

Lovely experience

From the very first phone call, I felt like All Things Bridal truly cared about finding me my dress. I fell in love with the All Who Wander and Essence of Australia dress lines. I was a bit undecided in what I wanted and that was no issue for the team. Doris helped me try on dresses and was extremely knowledgeable and understanding throughout the day. I ended up finding a beautiful dress from the Essence of Australia line. It was a big decision for me to make and I never once felt pressured or unheard about any concerns that crossed my mind. I can't wait to receive my dress and begin alterations. I highly recommend All Things Bridal!

Great service

My mother-in-law made the dress appointment (the appointment was in March 2018). My husband's family lives just outside Quakertown so we knew of the store previously. I didn't end up finding my dress here but I found some contenders and the service was absolutely wonderful. It was my first dress shopping experience and felt supported and heard throughout the appointment. I felt the consultant wanted to help me find the perfect dress not just get me to buy a dress. No pressure and great experience!

Amazing Grace!!!!

F A B U L O U S !!!!!!

To all the ladies out there that are shopping for a bridal dress....I say there is no better palace in the world than ALL THING BRIDAL!
I got my dress during the hardest time ever.. the great COVID DEPRESSION...
I called one day ---stuck at home--and was thinking I would leave a message. The owner, Cindy , happened to answer then phone. She explained to me that she could not have any customer's in her store....but she did not stop there---I told her my wedding was happening no matter what the world was doing!!! She took almost 45 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions. We video connected the next day...she walked me around her store on the video.. she put 4 dress's I was interested in on mannequins so I could see what they looked like....here is the best part...SHE LET ME TAKE TWO OF THEM HOME TO SEE WHICH ONE I WANTED TO GET.

I could not have been more thrilled...my mom and my mother in law where with me when I tried in on at home...

We all got really emotional and it was so special a moment.

All this because Cindy took the time to understand what I wanted and was so interested in making "MY MOMENT" as she called it, so special.

Amazing family-owned bridal/prom shop

I had a wonderful experience this past weekend at the trunk show at All Things Bridal. The staff here is amazing - you can tell they truly care and are excited to help you find your dream dress for your special day. I bought my wedding dress and everyone was extremely helpful. I can't wait to work with them for the rest of the wedding to purchase the bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dress, etc.

Exactly what I wanted!

I was very specific on a type of dress as I didn’t want a traditional dress and wanted it to be plainer and with color. The attendant was very accommodating and helpful in trying to find a dress that fit my curves in a way it flattered me. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for and ordered the dress in the exact colors I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better dress and it’s nice to know it was made locally. Definitely would recommend for wedding, prom, or evening attire.

Great experience. The consultant made sure I tried every style before choosing which dress I liked the most. Which happened to be what went in there thinking I wouldn’t like! My dress was stunning, couldn’t beat the price for an Essence of Australia. So grateful for ATB!! You won’t be disappointed. Also helps that every dress in their store is under 2k ;)

Great selection, wonderful staff

The staff here is amazing! I went in knew exactly what I was looking for and they pulled out a bunch of dresses that matched the description I provided and they stayed within my budget. Even after I got my dress, they worked through the whole process with me and made sure I was happy with everything and that I was comfortable. Their seamstress was wonderful and the dress turned out beautifully.

Perfect, I will cherish the memory of buying my dress here forever

I had a truly amazing experience at All Things Bridal today!!! We booked a champagne appointment (which I highly recommended because it just makes the moment even more memorable for you and your bridal party) with our consultant Doris and Cindy. First Doris was amazing! Incredibly kind and listened thoroughly to what I wanted and nailed it with every dress she suggested, the biggest problem I had was picking just one! Both her and Cindy were so welcoming, courteous, and extremely helpful. The store has a great selection of dresses that are all priced accordingly. Bottom line I had the best day and I am still beaming about my dress. Doris and Cindy thank you!!! You truly made me feel special and like a bride today, I will be telling everyone to come to All Things Bridal and I cannot wait for my fitting :-)

I loved shopping for my dress here. They make you feel so special and really understand what you are looking for. I cant wait to go back to look for dresses for my bridesmaids and mother. My experience with ATB was nothing short of perfection! My mother and I decided that we would go out and take a look at dresses, with no intention of purchasing. As soon as we walked in (we were a walk-in, no appointment) Anna greeted us with professionalism and enthusiasm which made it so easy to get in the spirit of finding my dress that day! I did find my dress and purchased it that day; I felt important, special & had all the time to make my decision. I'm so happy with my experience and would recommend friends and family members to go. The owner Cindy stayed open to help my sister and her bridal party to find bridesmaid dresses. She is wonderful and the selection of dresses are amazing compared to 5 other places we went to prior that day. I decided to do a private "champagne" appointment-- meaning that I paid a deposit to have the whole salon to myself and my family on a Sunday. I wanted to have one amazing experience, get my dress on the first try, and spend a memorable day with my family (I had my mom, mother-in-law, aunt, sister, gram, and 16 month old niece, so it was a fairly large group). Most of the deposit went toward the dress, and the rest went to champagne, orange juice, pastries, fruit, etc. for everyone. Not only did I have the whole salon to myself, but I had the owner, Cindy, AND a consultant, Anna, working with me. Based on pictures I emailed, they pulled close to 12 amazing dresses, and though I loved most of them... they found me my dream dress and gave me the bridal moment with my family that I never could have imagined. I had the most positive experience looking for my wedding dress, and All Things Bridal gave me a day that both my family and I will remember. Being able to enjoy with my baby niece/ flower girl, and the women in my family, while having the salon to ourselves was incredible. I could not be happier with my decision to do a champagne appointment at All Things Bridal. Not only was the day amazing, but so is the dress! I loved the options and had numerous dresses I could have picked. Anna and Cindy, I'm so thankful for all that you did for me! Thank you!!

I got my wedding dress and veil at All Things Bridal and my mom got her dress there too. Doris was our consultant and she was absolutely incredible. Their dresses are reasonably priced and absolutely gorgeous! Han does an excellent job with alterations as well. I absolutely loved the store, the staff and of course our dresses!!

Stumbled upon this place while having ice cream last night at the place next door. Made a trip down today for a mother of the bride dress. Cindy was more than accommodating and helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a price I couldn't believe!! It is a smaller shop than the standard bridal shops but I loved the personal attention I received.

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful experience at All Things Bridal! The the moment we walked in we were greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. Taylor was our helper and made sure my granddaughter found the perfect dress. Other staff were on hand to help us as well and were very friendly. Our experience at this shop was awesome!

I cannot even begin to express how happy I was with my experience at All Things Bridal. I went in Sunday for my first ever Wedding Gown appointment and Doris was beyond anything I could have ever expected. I told her my budget and what I thought I was looking for and she picked out the perfect dresses for me. She understood if I didn't like something and if I did, went out of her way to accessorize it to see if I liked certain things. Both she and her assistant Christy went above and beyond. I was impressed that she pulled dresses in my size without even asking what it was. Anything I wanted she made it happen. Doris was calm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the gowns in the store as well as the designers. I tried on about 8 gowns and I know she would have let me try on more if it had come to that. I loved the boutique itself it was the perfect size and we had the whole bridal section to ourselves in the back. There was more than enough room for myself and my mother and 2 sisters who were with me. We toasted with sparkling cider once I said yes to the dress!! Even the other girls in the shop were great. They even came out and measured me again to be 100% sure. And even though I was surprised at the size Doris took the time to explain the sizing to me. I will certainly be back for my alterations and I cant wait for my dress to come in!

All Things Bridal is a wonderful shop with an amazing staff! Purchased my dress back in March 2014 for my August 2015 wedding -- and from the purchase date all the way up until the wedding, they have been nothing short of amazing. Would you believe the first dress they showed me, and the first wedding gown I tried on EVER, was the one I went with?! They listened to what I wanted and what I envisioned for myself perfectly! I only tried on two dresses after that one, just to try on in case, but knew they hit it out the park right away… they helped me find my dream dress in 2 minutes flat! In addition, the veils, headpiece and jewelry they matched my dress with was all on point. Since I live in New York (originally from PA), and with my fiancé, they let me store the dress at their shop until I was ready to pick it up and bring it to NY to do alterations. Next up, about a week before my wedding, I called the store looking for advice on what to do with my veils -- did they need to be steamed, how should they be steamed, etc. They told me everything I needed to do and it all came out without a hitch! I must say, this is one of the best bridal shops in the Lehigh Valley area!

I was searching for bridesmaids dresses for my wedding and was finding it so difficult to find the exact color that I had hoped for, until visiting All Things Bridal. Carina was so helpful and found the perfect color right away, along with so many great options that suited each of the girls. I couldn't be happier with the dresses we picked, for a great price, and with all the help we had.

I bought my mother-of-the-bride dress here. I came in last minute. The owner was very helpful. She didn't try to sell me something that didn't look right for me, but patiently found the right dress and the right color. Her seamstress was fantastic, fitting me right away and doing the alterations right away. The fit was perfect.

I had a horrible experience at a big name bridal store and was made to feel terrible. A friend recommended this store to me. I stopped in randomly on a Friday afternoon and my consultant and I had the best time finding the most beautiful dress for me! I'm an artist and an older bride and wanted something unique with a vintage feeling. I especially love the champagne colored dresses but, have had a hard time finding many choices in that color. My consultant immediately said I have the perfect dress and it was. I'm over the moon excited to wear my dress and can't say enough wonderful things about my afternoon at this shop. Just genuinely caring and friendly people. So many lovely dresses for the bride and bridal party. Thanks a million for turning around my horrid experience with the "corporate" wedding store.

I cannot stop telling everyone I meet how amazing the ladies in the shop were to my sisters, daughter and mother. My mother and father wanted to celebrate their union and have all of their daughters as their bridesmaids. With only 4 weeks notice, somehow the miracle workers helped with the wedding dress, and bridesmaids dresses as well as my mothers jeweled hairpiece. Best bridal shopping experience we have ever had!

Dear Wedding Wire Brides to Be, =)

I purchased my wedding dress from *All Things Bridal* during the 50% off sample sale about a month ago for my August 10th, 2014 wedding. Not only is my gown exquisite--an ivory and lace, shimmery, illusion neckline dress, with a beautiful mermaid train--it WAS SO AFFORDABLE (think $750!)

After doing hours of research pouring through bridal magazines and scourging Pinterest :), I brought 7 inspiration pictures with me to my Saturday morning appointment and was taken with the *VERY FIRST* dress I was directed to try on by the *All Things Bridal* team. I continued to try on 6 other dresses, but the very first gown was, with the agreement of my two sister-in-laws, mother-in-law, and grandmother-in-law, "the one." :) In sum, I purchased my dress within 45 minutes at this Quakertown gem. Previous to this experience, I had visited 3 dress shops and had incredible difficulty finding a gown to accentuate my 5'0," apple-shaped frame.

The enormous joy I feel when I try on my wedding gown is incredible, and I urge you to visit *All Things Bridal* because I want this same experience for you. I didn't follow the traditional route, since I bought my wedding gown with only 3 months to go before my wedding; however, I'm happy that I procrastinated because I said yes at *All Things Bridal!*

I felt incredibly comfortable looking for my wedding gown at All Things Bridal. I was in a pinch and needed a new dress 2 weeks before my wedding. I was able to purchase my gown and other pieces for my attire here. this is a small shop, but they carry beautiful gowns....and all different styles. they also provide prom gowns and i think the best part of buying my dress here was that the alterations were included in the price of the dress...we all know how expensive alterations can get!!!! check them out! she provides a lot of other services as well.

After having gone to two other places to look at wedding dresses, I searched online to find other places in the area that I could go to. I found All Things Bridal and after reading reviews on WeddingWire and Facebook, I decided that I had to come here and I had nothing to lose. Requesting an appointment online was super simple and I heard back from the store in a reasonable amount of time and before I knew it, the appointment was scheduled. I went to the appointment not expecting to actually find my dress and just thought I'd maybe find one or two I liked but would go to other bridal salons to try on more. Instead, I ended up saying yes to my dress and I could not be more excited!

My consultant, Anna, was terrific and so friendly. I had previously emailed my Pinterest board and some dresses had already been pulled for me to try on. Anna really took into consideration my likes and dislikes along with how important staying within my budget was to me. She ended up finding a dress that I absolutely love and it was below my budget! I could not be happier with my decision to come to this store.

Stress free and fun - excellent place to get a wedding dress

I happened to go during a truck show and it was such a great experience for my first time trying on dresses. I didn't end up going anywhere else. They didn't push anything I didn't want to try on, but were there helping me figure out what I was looking for. For me I didn't have any idea what I wanted so it was a little overwhelming trying to find the dress, but they were able to help me figure it out within my budget. I am so happy with my choice.

From the moment I walked into the store, Cindy and her staff were very attentive and able to select my style. They know their inventory and were able to recommend the most appropriate style for me. I didn't have a lot of time to work with but Cindy was able to choose an "off the rack" dress and have it customized to fit and look beautiful. Very talented in what they do! And they have the best seamstress in the area for fittings!

My girls got their dresses from All Things Bridal. I also purchased my gown and veil from ATB. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. The first time my girls and I went Cindy opened early for us because we were limited in dates with people being out of town. She was very accommodating. There were a few small mix-ups, but nothing that wasn't caught quickly and handled well. I would recommend ATB for their dress and quality of service.

Good variety of dresses and great consultants!

I went here to find my wedding dress at an affordable price but one that showed my personality. I had only been to one other bridal store and was disappointed in their selection for brides on a budget. My consultant, Kellie, was very friendly and helpful and helped me try on ~8 dresses until I decided on one. The owner even came out and gave advice for the alterations/customizations for my dress and how it would change. The only negatives I experienced was I said I definitely did not want a ballgown dress because it was like my prom gown, and yet I was put into a ballgown which was a silly waste of time. Also, my family wasn't allowed to take pictures of each dress I tried on "to save time", and only take pictures of the dresses I was seriously considering. This was disappointing because 90% of my bridesmaids weren't present, and I had to try on a few dresses twice just to get a picture. Just a strange policy to me. Overall, still happy with my experience.

Choosing All Things Bridal was definitely the best choice i could have made when picking my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. From the very first day until the very last when i picked up my wedding dress, the staff was so helpful and just so nice. It is a small shop and i loved that. Every time i went, someone always helped me quickly. One of the best things they did was not push to buy right away. They know that picking a wedding dress is a very important decision therefore the decision should not be pushed and forced upon. I really recommend this bridal shopt to everyone!

Good until the day I picked up my dress

I was very happy with All Things Bridal till the end. I ended up falling in love with two dresses and they made everything so easy to get a custom dress. They made the whole process quick and easy for me. That is until the day before my wedding only two hours before I had to show up to our rehearsal dinner. We came in and they didn’t have my dress ready. It was supposed to be pressed and steamed right before they put it in the bag and then I was going to the hotel to take it right out. We I had to wait 50 minutes for them to steam it. I quickly went to the hotel to drop it off get changed and run over to the dinner. I was very disappointed with their service that day. I loved my dress and do still recommend them.

Being a little clueless as to where to search for a dress I called all things bridal last min. They had a possible appointment open on a Saturday but the person on the phone said they would double check with the person and call me back. She called me back right away and accommodated me and two other guests I brought. Very attentive staff and very helpful. I loved how they worked as a team to satisfy my needs and wants and tastes. I have to say I walked in not thinking I was going to buy my dress there. Wasn’t impressed with the look of the store but needless to say I said yes to the dreSs here. It was the super friendly and helpful staff and selection of dresses is what impressed me and made my experience a great one. The owner knows what she’s talking about and clearly loves her job! The experience offered at All Things is far superior to what you will find at David's Bridal. I would know as we have been shopping for the bridesmaid dresses at DB. They were incredibly attentive and completely understanding and patient when I warned them that I am easily overwhelmed.
But it's up to you to decide if the overall experience is more important than price. All Things dresses started at $300 more than what my original budget was. They did try to help me save money by offering clearance dresses; but none of them fit my taste nor was I okay buying it right off that rack knowing 100's of other women has tried it on and there were slight pulls and stains on them. They then put me in their cheapest dresses that I could order; but my consultant made the ultimate mistake of putting me in a dress that was way over budget and it ended up being the one I fell in love with. I should have left and shopped elsewhere; but instead I pressured myself into buying a dress that day because I didn't know when I would be able to get everyone together again, especially since my MOH, who was one of the number one people I wanted by my side for the experience and her opinion, lives 5 hours away in Pittsburgh and has no car. I ended up saying, "I guess this is it," to the dress that was $700 over budget.
I am glad to have had a positive experience; but now live with the regret that I didn't stand up for myself and leave and am expecting to wear a dress I said "I guess this is it" to on my big day. Seeing it now, experience did not trump price.

My experience, on the whole, was a positive one. I felt a little overwhelmed by the owner, Cindy Landis, during the first half of my appointment. She didn't seem to listen to everything I was telling her, and she was a little too pushy and overbearing. At one point, I wanted her to just give me and my family a little space to discuss but she preferred to hover right next to me. After I decided I wasn't going to buy anything that day, it was actually one of the other consultants assisting Cindy who was extremely kind and accommodating and made me feel more relaxed. I tried a few other dresses on and found my perfect dress. So, in general, I'm pleased with my experience, but more so because of the other people at the shop rather than the owner.

My experience here was a little disappointing. I felt rushed and the staff didn't seem very helpful as to what style would best suit my body type. Although I did find a dress I loved. They didn't seem happy until I said "yes to the dress" I love my dress but, not this bridal salon though. Hopefully other people will have a better experience.

I was very, very disappointed with my visit to All Things Bridal. Although they had the dress I wanted to try on, they were only able to provide two other gowns in my price range and style selection. It was the first salon I had been to and after trying on only three dresses I was very pressured to make a purchase. When I explained that this was my first store and had only three gowns on, the sales associates, yes plural, became even more rude and pushy. I felt like I was buying a $1,500 bridal gown from a used cars salesmen. I ended up buying the same gown at a different salon even though it was a few hundred dollars more. I was not about to give my business to a salon that treated anyone that way. I hope they don't ruin any other brides shopping experience the way they did mine.

One of my bridesmaids asked to get measured for her size but to call and order the dress in a few months as she was trying to get pregnant and wanted to make sure the dress would fit. Cindy REFUSED to measure her if she was not buying a dress that day, claiming she didn't want to measure her and then have her buy the dress somewhere else. This was ridiculous because the four other bridesmaids were all paying for their dress in full that day and she wouldn’t have placed the order without the final dress (2) When I bought the dress they had a $100 off sale, which they didn’t give me. I called when I saw the receipt later and they said the $100 was actually just a $100 gift card to the store and that they would mail it to me. They said that the gift card is usually not transferrable but because it was close to my wedding and I probably had everything I needed they would let one of my sisters or someone use it. I have not received the gift card. Other things happened too, message me for more info.

I was very disappointed with this bridal shop. The sales associates were initially helpful, but soon I noticed a condescending attitude and there were rude comments made to me in front of my friends when they were fitting me. Very unprofessional. And after being measured, they told me I was in between sizes and they put me down for the smaller size ("because I just had a baby and would probably loose weight"). I was in a rush and should have made her change it, but I feel as though they were hoping to get an alteration fees. Also, they had me order $20 worth of extra length to the gown (which I definitely didn't need and will have to have hemmed). Not to mention the fact that it took FOREVER for the dress to come in.

It is a shame that they were not more helpful. I would have been able to overlook the uncomfortably warm temperature in the building and the dirty/gross bathroom, but this just added to the poor shopping experience. I am glad that some people had good experiences, but sadly I did not.

After giving them my measurements over phone (which had just been taken professionally elsewhere), they insisted on ordering a dress that was two sizes too big. I told them what size dress I wanted and they did not listen. I had to pay over $100 to get the dress altered to fit because of the wiring inside the dress. They were also very rude on the phone and when I picked it up. I am tall but my dress covered my feet. Even though I said I was not paying the extra to have length added, the woman helping me continued to say "it's too short," after everything my mom and I said to each other. I would never shop here.

Horrible experience

Owner Cindy is the most rude and unprofessional business person I have ever delt with! Would recommend to go elsewhere!

Not a good policy to require an appointment when no one was in the store and the next booked appointment was 30 minutes later. I have an unlimited budget and none of it would go to this store. To add insult even more. .. The next appointment was for a prom dress. Very disappointed
