Great music
Tom was great to work with and made everything stress free! He knew exactly what songs to play to get the crowd dancing and made the night so much fun! I would highly recommend all occasions for your next party! -

Amazing!
Emma and Emily were amazing!!!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! They came to the head table and offered to get us drinks, even though that wasn't their job. They went above and beyond with everything. Thank you ladies for the amazing job! You were great!! -

Go with All Occasions!
We had Paul for our DJ for the big day! They were incredibly flexible rescheduling our wedding due to COVID this year, and we decided to do everything outside at our venue. They were able to setup outside and coordinates with the venue to change their setup time with the rain in the morning. They kept track of the days events and made announcements as needed for things like speeches and the first dance. They have an online tool for easy planning and requesting songs throughout the day. They kept the dance floor bumping all night and the whole planning experience up until the big day was so easy and enjoyable! GREAT SERVICE!! -

Fun party!
All Occasions DJ made everything so easy and fun for our wedding. They were easy to communicate with and have a great website where you can add songs you want played during the reception. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. We had Danny as our DJ and he was super nice and super helpful and I would definitely recommend him and All Occasions DJ to anyone! -

Received so many compliments about the DJ throughout the evening. Paul is amazing!
I would highly recommend All Occasions DJ Service to anyone! Paul worked with my husband and I for our wedding last week and everything went flawlessly. Paul was extremely organized, professional and flexible in everything he did. We had a ton of compliments all evening as to how wonderful our DJ was. He listened to everything we wanted, filled the rest of the evening with a great variety of music and kept the dance floor full all evening. He even added a fun little game during the reception which was a nice little touch and something different than most people have seen in the past. I can’t thank Paul enough for helping to make our evening so fun! Thank you! -

All Occasions DJ Services was absolutely incredible! We had Paul Wilkes as our DJ, and he was so much more than helpful! He kept the crowd very entertained, and knew exactly what was going on the entire day. Also, he had ideas for the dance (including a game) that we would never have thought of. His sound system was perfect, and the microphones worked perfectly for the ceremony and dance. Additionally, he met with us prior to our date to plan a timeline for the day and make sure that our planning sheet that we had submitted online was exactly what we wanted. Paul kept guests entertained for a short period of time while he allowed us to be alone together for a part of the reception to enjoy our day just the two of us. Absolutely amazing DJ Service, and I would recommend them to EVERYONE. -

My wedding is 05/21/2016 and when meeting with Paul, he was able to put me at ease with this whole wedding planning stuff. I had no clue where to start, but knew I wanted an amazing DJ for the reception. He understood what I was looking for and provided so much guidance and professional input as well as giving me tips and advise of other vendors that he worked with the in the Eau Claire area. I can't say enough about Paul and I am so excited that he will personally be DJing my wedding! -

We had All Occasions DJ Service provide music for our ceremony, dinner and reception. Pat was our DJ and he was amazing! He played fantastic music that were appropriate for all ages, was incredibly easy to work with and very easy to contact. He was flexible about everything that I suggested and actually threw in a couple fun games during the reception that everybody thought were great. Their pricing is ideal for the amount of service you get! I would highly recommend All Occasions!! -

Great to work with, helpful with answering questions. The online planning feature is really great, allowing us to choose and change songs for important moments, as well as a must play and do not play list, up until just a few days before the wedding. Always easy to get in touch with and willing to answer any questions. Plus, they make for a really fun party! -

I would highly recommend Paul and his company for a DJ service. He made sure that all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. The booking process went smooth and on the day of my wedding he was professional an he and my photographer worked awesome together to make sure I had nothing to worry about. The music and games were perfect. Nothing was boring and nothing was dragged out. Would choose him all over again. -

We thought Paul was GREAT! I have already recommended him to a number of friends that are getting married in the next year or 2. We had never seen All Occasions DJ Service before and we were so suprised with the "secret" additions to the party. Paul was so energetic, professional, and responsive to the crowd. I was so lucky to gave such a wonderful DJ at my wedding! Dustin was absolutely WONDERFUL! Truly great! Pat was our DJ from All Occasions DJ Service. He was so helpful throughout the planning process and agreeable to all the last minute changes after our planned events were delayed by our venue (Emerald Ridge Outdoor Weddings) failure to provide the dinner we paid for and guests started leaving. He handled everything with grace and made the reception an awesome party that let us all forget for awhile about the problems we encountered with the venue! Because of the organization and enthusiasm of our DJ, we felt confident & excited about our big day during our planning. Throughout the reception, Paul exceeded our expectations! The company is great work with and a lot of fun. I was a little disappointed in the garter toss and bouqet toss as I seen something that was done at a previous wedding that was way differant and thought I expressed my concern of wanting to do more games and makeing it fun. Could have played a little more up to date music. All in all tho the company was great to work with!! -

Would not recommend to other couples
We used All Occasions DJ service for our wedding in August, and we were not happy.
AODJ has a nice online portal where you can input all the names/artists of all of the songs you want played at your wedding, but despite this, they still managed to get a lot wrong.
Our DJ played the wrong song as our wedding party walked down the aisle, and the wrong song for the Father/Daughter dance. Additionally, we were told he would play music during cocktail hour, and he did not. Thankfully, we had a Bluetooth speaker and we played music from Spotify during cocktail hour because he didn’t play anything.
We were very meticulous about giving the DJ all the details for the songs/timings/etc, and he still got them wrong. Very frustrating. -

Wedding hire 6/18/2022
We hired AO for June 2022 wedding after doing research and paying attention to other weddings we have gone to that have used AO. We knew our wedding would be more complex than others as it was at my in-laws, not a venue. We met with Isaac multiple times and overall were excited to have him & team play such a critical part of our wedding. For context - we rented a beer trailer, MC/DJ services, 10 bartenders/servers, photobooth, generator, & 2 bars.
The few days leading up to our wedding we didn’t have a worry in the world & felt like AO had a great handle on everything. Communication was awesome. We had all of our songs entered into the software provided & a Spotify playlist to use for pre-ceremony and cocktail hour songs.
The real issue started day of wedding. My husband called Isaac after one of his staff came up to him saying the generator didn’t work & therefore the ice trailer wasn’t powered. We called Isaac and never heard from him. My husband then realized they didn’t put gas in the generator — no big deal, he filled it up and went on with the day.
Guests showed up around 2:15pm. It was then that we realized there was no music playing outside as there should have been. Called Isaac but didn’t get thru. It was then, a young guy, came up to my husband during our photos and said - he is filling in for Isaac, he just took the job an hour ago, he didn’t know really what was going on, he doesnt work for Isaac anymore for “reasons he wouldn’t get into.” The fill in was seen sitting smoking cigarettes when he got there for a long while. We finally heard from him -A DJ had an emergency and he had to cover another wedding, but to be rest assured that his fill in is “one of the best” & that he has our playlist. The fill in then scrambled to get things ready, saying “we didn’t have power”. The generator for his equipment had been sitting in the spot for the last 3 days previous to our wedding. The DJ equipment wasn’t even on site - it didn’t get there until 3:20. he then played random music & not the playlist we had made until quite some time.
At 3:50pm, 10 minutes for the ceremony, I got asked what our precessional songs were. This is the last thing a bride should have to worry about 10 min before one of the biggest days of her life.
Our fill in MC, Paul, (separate from the DJ) did a great job and I don’t think any guest knew he was a fill in.
The photobooth was set up in the wrong location and hours after it was suppose to be set up. This was in lieu of a guest book. We have maybe 30 different photos from it. Guests didn’t even know about it. If I could go back in time, I would have made a guest book.
The DJ (will not name him) was terrible. To come up to the bride and groom and talk poorly re the company you are working for, stating you have no clue what’s going on, and need step by step instructions is the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. If it wasn’t for the MC needing him to cover music, I would have had the DJ sent home. Not only did he NOT take guest requests, he also played a bunch of songs that were on our DONT PLAY list.
After our wedding we got an email from Isaac trying to send us back $130 for what happened. $130 on a $8k+ job was a slap in the face. I truly do not know if he didn’t know everything that happened (although explained to him the next day by my husband), or he thought we would take the $130 insult and walk away.
I will leave my review with this - we had an absolutely beautiful day and it was perfect despite all of this above. Things would have been different if Isaac and his company were forthcoming with the music change. We booked with this company because word of mouth was positive and reviews here are great. I feel bad writing this review, but as a bride, the last thing you want is to be asked what your precessional songs are, or have to ask the bridal party to help figure out the music situation. Isaac did end up refunding us for the full price of the DJ, generator, and photobooth. He made us whole in the end and I hope All Occasions instills a plan B for future events. -

Bailed on us!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We, unlike a few other 1 star reviewers, luckily found out a week before our wedding that we would not have a DJ. We didn’t find out because the reached out and told us. We found out because we sent follow up emails to the DJ we were assigned and the emails bounced. We reached out several times to Isaac asking for an update and he just kept saying he would call us ASAP. Days passed and he never called. He stopped responding to calls, texts and emails. We are so extremely disappointed in this company and it’s owner. DONT BOOK! -

Cancelled Last Minute
We had everything set up and last minute he cancelled on us and the replacement that was sent was a high schooler who didn’t know what they were doing. All of the announcements were incorrect and my family needed to help set up equipment. Save the headache and your money!
Edit: After nearly 3 months, I received my requested refund.
I would not give this company a single thought to be hired for a wedding or any special event. I was constantly trying to get into communication with Isaac and would go weeks without a response until I finally asked to drop him as a vendor where he assured me “all these rumors are false” and there are “two sides to every story”. My honest advice: I would not give him the benefit of the doubt.
According to his website if you purchase the slideshow, all you do is send in the pictures and then they will do the rest and send you a preview to sign off on… long story short I sent the photos 3 weeks in advance (they never reached out about them sooner and I was the one asking about what to do to send them in and get this taken care of). I sent them through a website that gave them 7 days to access the download link. Well you can guess what happened… 7 days go by and the link expired. I was notified about this THE DAY BEFORE my wedding. So I had to reorganize and send off the photos. I never received a “preview” or “signed off”.
Uplighting-his website says there will be a discussion about color and design to cater to what I want. Well…there was no discussion.
We played music video bingo/trivia. I had discussed this with Isaac MONTHS in advanced. He said he would need to bring extra equipment… well not only did he bring zero extra equipment, he used the venues projector. The DJ didn’t even know it was supposed to be music video bingo until 2 DAYS before. He had never hosted that before and it was clear because it was a complete disaster. I had the bartenders asking me if they should takeover because the DJ was so underprepared. It was was truly embarrassing. With that said however, I do not fault my actual DJ…he was easy to get a hold of and had a great attitude. He just lacked support and coaching of what to do in order to make the day a success.
As a bride this was my most stressful vendor because of the lack of communication and lack of planning on their part in order to execute what I signed up for. -

Still waiting on a refund almost 3 months later
I've contacted Isaac multiple times, still waiting on our agreed refund almost 3 months later without word.
Received an email, the morning of our wedding stating we weren't getting our original dj. The "dj" that was sent to us didn't play a single must play, didn't announce games or speeches, played music we said we absolutely did not want played, drank in excess from our open bar, smoked cigarettes after the ceremony in the very clearly labeled no smoking area of a highly flammable tree grover altar, took it upon himself to rap vanilla ice and act like a complete fool, pretty much only played 90s/2000s rap the entire evening and dissappeared ever few songs to do who knows what. Multiple guests of ours brought up that they saw him doing what looked like drugs in the dj booth and complained that the music was way off our vibe and were shocked we had someone so unprofessional. We payed over a thousand dollars for a joke of a dj. Contacted Isaac right after the wedding about a refund for unsatisfactory service, still waiting over a month later for a refund and was told "will be issuing refunds in order when funds allow." -

Mother of Bride
This is an unreliable DJ service who sent an email less than 5 hours before my daughter’s wedding reception stating that the DJ would not be coming. They did not and have not responded to phone messages, emails and messenger, nor have they refunded the money for the service that was not delivered! Run from this group. The rating should be negative stars. -

Stood us up!
The DJ messaged us during the ceremony telling us through email they were not coming and that they were working on a solution. They STOOD US UP! No call, never came, very unhappy customers. Don’t let this happen to you. -
