We loved working with ‘All Events PR’ for our December Wedding , in Puerto Rico!
Sarah is great at helping you clarify your vision and choose your vibe.. Every step of the way, communication was clear and efficient.

We had family arriving from all over the world and we were not in Puerto Rico leading up to the wedding, so we feel so grateful it turned out beyond our wildest dreams.

Sarah is a powerhouse talent, who combines her experience in catering, event planning, first aid, and her vast net of contacts to offer you the BEST. Her vendor list is HIGH QUALITY. We loved all the ones we chose with her.

Even amidst the unpredictable weather of a Tropical Island our three locations; Beach-Restaurant-Tropical Garden Party all turned out INCREDIBLE.

Amazing wedding planning

We planned our wedding all the way from Germany and there is no way we could have done it without Sarah! She knew the best vendors and helped us make our vision come true all the way from across the world. On the actual wedding day, she made sure everything was perfect! From coordinating all the vendors to drying the bride's feet herself after a beach photoshoot. We'd recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Puerto Rico.

Couldn’t Have Done It Without Her – All Events PR Was Everything!

We are beyond grateful for All Events PR as they made our dream wedding in Rincón come to life. From our very first conversation, Sarah immediately put us at ease. She helped us break down the destination wedding planning process into manageable, structured pieces and guided us every step of the way to bring our vision to life. What truly stood out was how deeply she listened. Before recommending any vendors, she took the time to understand our goals, priorities, budget, and non-negotiables. Then she went above and beyond to help us secure the best vendors at the best value. Her deep local connections made everything incredibly smooth.

Before the wedding, I spent a week in Rincón and Sarah was by my side nearly every day scheduling tastings, walkthroughs, and vendor meetings — and still made time to show me her favorite restaurants and corners of the plaza so I could truly connect with the town. That personal touch made the experience so special.

On our actual wedding day, Sarah and her incredible assistant Angie worked nonstop behind the scenes to ensure every detail went off without a hitch. We were able to fully enjoy the moment, knowing they had everything covered.

Sarah is also a very talented chef - she made a beautiful homemade brunch for me and my bridesmaids before the wedding and it was delicious and super fun.

We truly couldn’t have pulled this off without All Events PR. If you're planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, don’t hesitate, Sarah and her team are everything you could hope for and more. 100% recommend!

Our wedding in Rincon

Sarah was such a delight to work with. She helped coordinate all sorts of great local vendors and enthusiastically helped us create a unique and beautiful wedding. During the week of our wedding, she was so on top of everything, even giving hour by hour breakdowns of when everything would be happening. She also was very respectful of our budget and helped us throw an amazing party for our friends and family. Highly recommend working with Sarah if you are getting married in or around Rincon.

Amazing team

I don't know if I wasn't sure what to fully expect from a wedding planner but Sarah and her team were AMAZING! Sarah was so helpful with coordinating vendors, saving me money whenever possible, SUPER accommodating. The entire team went above and beyond ro make our day special and I am forever grateful 🙏🏾 I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Sarah was intent on making sure that our wedding was planned to fit our wants, likes, and needs. She came to our rehearsal, met my family and was just overall so welcoming. We were planning a wedding in Puerto Rico from California and only visited once throughout the entire process. To be honest, never once did I feel stressed (and typically I am a complete stressball!) I would 100% recommend All Events PR! You will NOT be disappointed 💜

Best Wedding Planner

She is the best! She's really helpful, very patient, and amazing! We communicate very well through email for our destination wedding. We love her personality and strong woman. Love, love love sarah!

Sarah was the absolute BEST! My husband pushed back on having a coordinator, thinking we could handle everything. When I convinced him FINALLY that we needed one and got Sarah, he ate his words. She made our {destination} wedding day the smoothest it could've ever been, especially for me. Planning from hundreds of miles away was not easy, but Sarah and I communicated often and when the time came, she was on it! What we loved best was that while everything was in motion, she took care of it all. She made sure the vendors were where they needed to be, she decorated the ballroom exactly how I wanted, she made sure we ate which was so0o0 important, and she even handled our last-minute rearrangements. She even gave me and my husband these wonderful gifts that I still use and love. Sarah was the best, a true gem!

Amazing Wedding Planner and Chef

50th Birthday Extravaganza

We found Sarah and her team through a goggle search. We hired her as a private chef for a surprise dinner for my sister’s 50th birthday. We were a group of six women and she made the dinner an unforgettable event! From the beginning Sarah was fantastic. She was responsive, attentive and incredibly professional. The day of the event, we sat around and enjoyed each other’s company and drinks while Sarah and her team created a masterful dining experience. The food was AMAZING!! If you are looking for an organized, responsive, attentive event planner in Puerto Rico, Sarah with All Events PR is the clear choice!!! Absolutely amazing experience

Excellent Service! Wedding 12/02/2021

Sarah and her team at Alleventspr were everything we needed for our perfect destination wedding! The moment we met her Chris and I knew she was the perfect match to bring our wedding to life. We live in Florida but we always knew we wanted to have a beach wedding in Rincon, Puerto Rico. We’re both fun, romantics , love the outdoors wanting the perfect combination of party and nature. She delivered a list of excellent vendors that fit our criteria. She was always available to answer our questions/concerns, gave us excellent suggestions and kept us on track as we got closer to wedding day. Her attention to detail, they way she was so understanding when we felt the pressure of planning and her attentiveness to us and our guests on wedding day is one of the reasons I would hire her 1000 times over again. Sarah was so great, words will not be enough. Planning a destination wedding is not an easy task but Sarah pulled out the best wedding we could ever asked for. Every idea that we had, she was able to make it happen and always looked out for our budget. Expectations were clear since day one from both sides. The day of the wedding she was more than my wedding coordinator she was my second mom, yes, that's how good she was. She made sure we had food, she made sure we were on track, she took care of everything, every single detail from meeting vendors to making sure everyone had a great time. If you need someone to make your dream wedding come true, this is the person you need.

Sarah of AllEvents PR was the caterer for our intimate destination wedding in Rincon, and I couldn't be happier with her services. She was a great communicator, made AMAZING food, and went above and beyond. Sarah is amazing!!!

Sarah was amazing. We had a destination wedding. We were only able to visit once before the pandemic hit yet she didn’t miss a beat. During the visit she arranged all tastings and vendor meetings. What we could not arrange in person we were able to tackle between emails and a few phone calls. I highly recommend hiring Sarah for all events, not just weddings.

Proposal Dinner and Planning

Sarah provided the best possible service and help in planning my proposal. I worked with Sarah while still in Washington DC. She helped me select a secluded beach, secure a table, set it up, hire a photographer, and coordinate the entire evening. All we had to do is walk up to the spot on the beach. The level of attention, detail, and personalized care she put into the project is unmatched. The food was amazing, and the entire evening was better than I could’ve imagined. I highly recommend working with Sarah on ANY of your plans- she will stop at nothing to make sure your day goes exactly how you dreamt it.

Above and Beyond!

Sarah and her assistant were amazing! Our original wedding date was April 19, 2020, but due to covid everything turned upside-down. We postponed three different times before settling on a last minute elopement. Every time, Sarah was by my side contacting vendors. She had vendor suggestions and visited sites for me. She calmed me down every time a plan fell through. Zuly handled everything the day of, remembering all the things I forgot. Do yourself a huge favor and hire Sarah!

Great meal and amazing customer service

We celebrated a friend's 40th birthday in Puerto Rico with a 10 person sit-down dinner. Chef Rosario and her son were incredible. The appetizers and dinner were delicious, and she was very flexible with our last minute need to push back dinner after we were delayed returning home from a day on a boat. I would certainly recommend her to anyone!

The BEST private chef experience on the island!

We booked Sarah as a surprise for a friend's bachelorette, it was a total of nine of us staying in an Airbnb home and we weren't sure what to expect. Sarah completely exceeded our expectations, from the seamless planning to the incredible menu creation and dietary accommodations, and beyond that- Sarah is a beautiful personality! I couldn't recommend Sarah (and her chef assistant, who happens to be her son!) enough for your next party, small or large.

Great wedding coordinator!

It was a pleasure to work with Sarah and the All Events PR team. We hired All Events PR for partial coordination services. Sarah was very helpful throughout the process of booking vendors and provided great recommendations and sound advice. The weekend of the wedding, we knew everything was in good hands and being able to just let go and trust like this was really such a great relief. The team was so responsive to anything we needed to ask for that weekend and also really a pleasure to work with and interact with. Sarah is the BEST!!!

Sarah made my wedding day PERFECT! She is AMAZING!!! I live in North Carolina, so we communicated over email and text. At times it was hard for me to get in contact but she is very busy and always assured me that everything was good. She provided me with everything I needed to plan for my wedding. She was very helpful putting everything I wanted into reality. The day of the wedding I didn't have to do a thing. She handled all the vendors the day of the wedding and didn't worry me about anything. The wedding was beautiful and everything went very smoothly. It was my dream wedding. Phenomenal person/planner

Sarah is amazing! She is literally the sweetest, most detail oriented person. She handled everything to the last detail and even hooked me up with hair and makeup last minute at a great price. Look no further, Sarah and her team are amazing to work with. Sarah was there for me every step of the way. She has great ideas and suggestions and there is no possible way I could have done it without her. She is both professional and fun! She allows you to have freedom with choosing from different vendors she works with so you can get EXACTLY what you want, and even if you don’t know she has great suggestions. She helped me save a ton of money where I needed which was extremely helpful! I am so happy that she was apart of the whole process and there for me on my big day. Sarah was so easy to work with and always had a positive attitude and amazing energy - which is so important when planning a wedding. She took the time to understand what we expected for our wedding to be and made sure to make it all work within our budget.

I recommend Sarah and her team from All Events with my eyes closed. They helped me achieve my dream wedding last month in beautiful Rincon, PR. Let me tell you a little bit about my experience.

Sarah is very easy to work with - which is very important when you are planning a destination wedding where you rely a lot on phone and emails. She has a positive attitude; great energy; and takes time to understand your budget, style, and the things you like/dislike to offer proper recommendations. She even lent me decoration she had in her house so I didn't have to buy them for just one day.

She knows all the local vendors and have worked with them, which makes it easier on you. For example, when my wedding dress got ruined in US by a tailor that charged me $400, Sarah found me a tailor in Rincon that saved the dress and only charged me $35 for redoing everything 2 weeks before the wedding.

Every time I had an idea she tried to research how we could make it happen; no matter how difficult it seemed. And when something wasn’t possible (for example - restrictions imposed by the venue), she provided alternatives.

The day of the wedding everything went very smoothly. At least for me. I imagine there were behind the scene situations that she had to solve to ensure it went according to plan but I didn’t notice it. Which means she did a great job!

Besides being an event planner, Sarah is also a professional chef. This is beneficial because she understands food; plus she can help you select a delicious menu for your wedding. Sarah also went above and beyond by teaching a Puerto Rican cooking class the day of the rehearsal for the family/friends of my husband. Chef Ramsey would be proud of her! She provided an interactive presentation that everyone enjoyed. Even the Grandma had fun smashing plantains to make ‘tostones’. She assisted me with menu creation; preparation work before the dinner; and even cleaning afterwards.

Sarah was amazing! She was very quick to respond and covered everything I needed or even wanted. She even added in more than what we paid for. She was very kind and friendly. When she came to cook she needed no direction, she took charge and did her thing. Before hiring her I seen 3 other vendors menus, which basically told you what they were serving and gave no options. Sarah's menus had a variety of selections for everyone and let me mix and match. She's very organized and delivers above and beyond! She was very family oriented and you could tell cooking is her passion not a job. She put herself in the customers shoes as to what she would want and the service she would want. Her assistant was amazing as well. She made our wedding outstanding. We are all still talking about her food almost 2 wks later. If I ever have an event again, there will be no searching or question Sarah is the only one id have cooking for the event. Being far away and not knowing who you are hiring is scary but after meeting Sarah I know we got this right. She knows her stuff no question, she's the one you want! Thank you so very much! Sarah R. from All Events PR was absolutely wonderful! With the two hurricanes in September, 2017, we were concerned about damage, power outages, cell services and more! We just starting planning the wedding late last summer for February 2018. Sarah was so helpful and everything we asked her for we got and more! Sarah was absolutely amazing from the second we first spoke last year, until even now- one month after our wedding. She never said no to any of my ideas and thoughts, even when I made last minute changes, including changing the location on the beach of the ceremony the morning of the wedding :) We communicated all year through scheduled phone calls and emails. She helped us stay on budget and set us up with the most amazing vendors. She made my pinterest vision at the Beach House come to life and it was even better than we could have imagined. Always smiling and always reassuring me everything would be amazing (even when it rained for hours on our wedding day) ... AND IT WAS!! We had 80 people come to Rincon for our wedding and it was a crazy group. Sarah did a great job of keeping us organized and on point. They are all still talking about our wedding and it wouldn't have been "the best day ever" without her services. We leveraged All Events PR for Planning and Coordination (primarily the latter), but definitely planning of décor, floral, and furniture rental. We had independently negotiated for our venue, hotel, DJ, and photographer on our own, but All Events (namely the proprietor Sarah Rosario) sourced several floral/design firms and solicited proposals from all of them and really managed that whole piece of our wedding. Taking a step back, we had around 9 planners/coordinators recommended by our venue, but none were to our satisfaction (including the mostly highly recommended who was unable to assist us with our wedding because we are a same sex couple, which was NO problem for All Events PR). Thank goodness we had met Sarah at the Bridal Salon in New York City. We submitted a competitive bid to All Events, and found that they were willing to offer more services and staff at a comparatively lower cost. What sealed the deal was Sarah herself—she was personable, had a positive “can do” attitude, really listened, and demonstrated a hunger to please us that more than offset the fact that All Events had not previously worked on a wedding at our particular venue. We really enjoyed working with Sarah and her team Margie and Ana. We found them to be proactive, responsive, able to work effectively in both Spanish and English (being important for me who doesn’t speak Spanish ☺). Sarah was responsible for executing the overall décor, floral, and furniture rental as well as coordinating all the vendors (floral/décor, furniture, band, DJ, officiant, photographer, venue/catering, etc.). She did a phenomenal job and literally NOTHING went wrong. Our entire wedding consisted of a weekend’s worth of activities—a Friday night welcome food and drink event, a Saturday outdoor ceremony by the beach, and outdoor reception in a tent, and an indoor after party with a lounge set up in a large ballroom, and an outdoor Sunday brunch. My vegan eco-friendly wedding was absolutely magical thanks to Sarah and her amazing staff. She understood and appreciated what I wanted and made it happen. My husband and I live in Chicago and had our wedding in a huge villa on the beach in Rincon, PR with 100 people. Throughout the process, she was accommodating to our schedule and always professional. If you are getting married in the Rincon area, there is no one else you should work with! There was not a single thing that came up that Sarah did not take care of and she did so with a smile. She was a pleasure to work with through the entire planning process and was dedicated to making sure my husband and I had the best day of our lives. Some of the best things about working with Sarah were her professionalism, the fact that she knows EVERYONE in the area and the fact that she listened to what WE wanted, not what was more convenient or what anyone else wanted.

David and I worked with Sarah for about 10 months in total, planning our wedding at Villa Dezecheo. She always was available via email and text and was constantly working on my requests and sending updates. I was confident the entire time that our day would be fantastic.

When we arrived in Puerto Rico for the wedding, Sarah was available to meet with us as much as we needed and made us her priority. She has an AMAZING team working with her (literally they are incredible) and she took care of everything. I'm not kidding... my nephew (who was in the wedding) didn't try his shirt on until the day of the wedding and it was about 8 sizes too big. She had a member of the staff drive to another town to get a new one. You name it, she fixed it.

Her prices were absolutely affordable and she works with some incredible vendors. For flowers, we worked with Elaine of Floral Fusion - FANTASTIC! For food, we used Chef Oscar Estrada - DELICIOUS. I have never heard people speak so highly about food at a wedding. The cake (I cannot recall the baker's name) was outrageously good. For our DJ we used Elijah Kleine who was so awesome and flexible, really a pleasure to work with.

I truly cannot say enough great things about Sarah and her team. It was the best day of our lives and we look forward to going back to Rincon and visiting her again! SHE'S THE BEST THERE IS!

WOW! Simply put, after seeing how Sarah and her team pulled our wedding together flawlessly, there's nothing she can't handle. We enlisted All Events PR to help us plan our dream beach wedding in Rincon and it was clear that Sarah was the best choice. We took a trip down in October of 2013 and she met us at several venues, gave us her opinion on the best way to have the event and from there it was a breeze. Sarah and her team are very detail-oriented, so for the brides that have their vision of what their wedding should "look" like, rest assured Sarah will make it happen. At our wedding (9/19/14), everything was set and ready to go when a tropical storm hit Rincon, destroying the tent and entire setup on the villa's roof she and her team had setup. But, much to our surprise, this only set us back about an hour, because she and her team took charge and made it happen. by the time we got back to the villas after the beach ceremony (which was absolutely gorgeous, thanks to Sarah) a new tent had been setup, candles lit, decorations hung and we were set for our fairytale reception with our closest friends and family. Our wedding was almost a month ago and we're all still talking about it. There wasn't a thing Sarah and her team didn't do well and if you're planning any event in Rincon, All Events PR is far and away the team you want to hire.

We chose to use All Events PR for our wedding in the Luquillo/Rio Grande area of Puerto Rico and I'm glad we did.
Sarah at All Events PR began to assist us the moment we contacted her. After consulting with her over conference calls we scheduled a scouting trip 3 months before the wedding and found out the place I had chosen over the internet wasn't as advertised and we needed to find another venue. The scouting trip was something that All Events PR recommended and it really ended up saving us money and stress later. Sarah was there to help immediately. Luckily we found an amazing available venue and though we had to move the wedding date one day forward and to a different venue Sarah helped us make it all work.
As far as value I think the knowledge she had of local venues and the way her team handled the wedding ended up saving us more than we had to pay for the service of wedding planning. Both of us agree that the most important thing we did to make our event a success was to hire All Events PR. She was able to answer all our questions about vendors and services and also really go out of the way to find the vendors that could do exactly what we envisioned for our day by finding us the best chef and DJ for our wedding. The decorations, the cake, photography and all the venue staff were perfectly coordinated and we wouldn't have changed anything.
There were many times that Sarah and her staff went far out of their way to add extra to our event from decorating and assisting the venue staff to helping us coordinate the brides maid change just minutes before the ceremony.
Everything ended up being great and we feel we owe much of that to All Events PR. Through the process well also fell in love with Puerto Rico and the wonderful people we met through All Events PR and Sarah Rosario. We ended up making a friend for life. We love you Sarah!

Sarah! Wow. I don't even know where to begin. She was everything a wedding planner should be. My husband and I don't know anybody in Rincon so planning a destination wedding there was scary. Without the right person to help us, our dream wedding could have easily turned into a nightmare. Everything was perfect. My husband is a chef and the most important thing to him was to have amazing food. He had a very specific tasting menu that he needed executed. Sarah recommended Chef Oscar Estrada and he exceeded our expectations. Our dinner felt like a five star outing! Elijah Kleine, was recommended by Sarah and he was an amazing DJ! Everything that we needed, even literally, last minute such as a guest book for our guests to sign, which I forgot, Sarah made sure to have it magically appear! I had particular gold runners I wanted for the guest tables and when she could not find them in Rincon, she went to San Juan and when that didn't work, she even let me use her personal address to have my items shipped. The vision I had for the décor came to life as a dream come true to the last detail thanks to her. I told her "Candles! I love candles! The more candles, the better!" and when nighttime hit, the candles were endless! Among her recommendations for the photographer, we went with Jose Del Valle, who was spectacular. We even rebooked him to do a "trash the dress" session at the beach and another booking for underwater pictures at Caracol Che, in our wedding attire! Unreal! We can’t wait to see our video from Innova Video, another great recommendation from Sarah. The venue was at Villa Orleans and I had another contender at the time but when I spoke to Sarah and let her know my dogs would be with me (they are family), she let me know hands down the place I wanted for my special day was Villa Orleans, owned by Luis Ortiz. She could not have been any more right. She made things stress free for me and her connections with such friendly and professional vendors is priceless.

Sarah is a wonderful wedding planner. When I first started looking for a wedding planner I had a specific budget in mind. I soon realized for how many people I expected to have the budget was unrealistic. I talked to other wedding planners and they told me how much the wedding would cost but didn’t tell me how much specific things would cost. I was also told that if I were to venture farther with asking about pricing that this would be considered a “verbal contract”. Sarah did the complete opposite. She gave me a detailed list of everything I wanted and how much each item would cost. She worked with me with my budget and made up a payment plan before I signed the contract. This is the first reason I chose her.
When the wedding came closer I realized my guest number was cut by 2/3rds. Sarah was more then accommodating. She wrote up a new plan based on the number of people that were actually attending and gave me back some of the money I already paid her. She found a great photographer, makeup artist, officiate, bartender, and DJ. She took care of any problems that came up and went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone that is doing a wedding in Puerto Rico.

I was looking for a wedding planner in the Rincon area of Puerto Rico and frankly I was blessed. I have interviewed many other wedding planners and once I interviewed Sarah my fiance and I connected with her immediately. I didn't know what I wanted in the wedding and she helped me along the way through out the year. She made sure I was on schedule with everything and even after I had 4 months of random financial hardship she still made sure I was going to have the wedding of a lifetime. Her professionalism is superb, her designs and ideas AMAZING. I am recommending her to anyone I speak to. And if your reading this review TRUST me LOOK no FURTHER. I can not thank her enough for everything. She went above and beyond to make this day about me and my husband and everyone that attended the wedding was extremely impressed and with the budget I had was astonished with the outcome. Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly easy to work with and so understanding of my needs. She took care of everything while I was hundreds of miles away. This is at least the 5th time we've used Sarah to coordinate our event - and this was by far the biggest event with a big budget, spectacular live artists, and lots and lots of details. We were able to focus on having fun with our guests, and Sarah - as always - handled everything!

Sarah was wonderful to work with! We used her for the rehearsal and the wedding, and both events were perfect. We provided her with an array of photos on Pinterest and she executed everything seamlessly. It was a magical wedding weekend. Our guests are still raving about it!

I thought Sarah was fantastic and a huge help to me in planning my destination wedding. She was able to work within my budget and negotiate with vendors on my behalf. My wedding day was amazing as Sarah pulled my entire vision together. She went "above and beyond" to add some special unexpected touches. The whole staff on our day was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Sarah was amazing for the whole year we talked. Whatever my vision was she got it. She emailed me back right away and if I didn't like anything she gave me other options. The wedding day she was there the whole day making my day perfect. Anything I or my guest needed she got. Looking back on our big day she made it PERFECT.

Where can I start there is only one word to describe Sarah and it's that she's awesome. Throughout the entire process Sarah was great. She was very responsive which is a must for anyone having a destination wedding. She made my day definitely one to remember. Wow-its hard to find words to express my thanks to Sarah and her team for making our wedding day as stress-free, smooth and amazing as it was! Hiring Sarah was the absolute BEST decision I made when planning my wedding. I live in CA and was envisioning a beautiful beach wedding in Puerto Rico and had no idea where to even begin. She was incredibly responsive and easy to get a hold of, listened to exactly what I wanted and made phenomenal recommendations for everything from the rehearsal dinner venue (Lazy Parrot!) to the masseuse (Jason and Vivienne). One of the best parts is that EVERYTHING was included in her services: she took care of hiring, managing and paying the caterer, rental set up/breakdown company, photographer, flowers, DJ, officiate and baker. She handled everything, much of it before the actual wedding day, so we could enjoy the event as much as possible. She and her team made sure mine and my Grooms glasses and plates were full and checked in periodically throughout the evening to make sure everything was going as planned. She charmed guests, made everyone feel special and important, and even added to our guestbook :) I am a type-A personality and I would recommend her whole-heartedly to anyone looking to have a beautiful destination wedding in Rincon!

Sarah was amazing!! We had a small intimate wedding at a resort in Rincón, PR and hired her as our day-of coordinator. Sarah respected our vision and budget for the big day from the beginning. She helped us think through details for our big day - and was there to make sure the event ran without a glitch. Her professionalism and good energy is unparalleled. Big benefits to using Sarah/All Events as your wedding coordinator:
1. She replies to emails within 24 hours or less. This is great for those "A" type brides (like me).
2. She can communicate well in English. I love the island of Puerto Rico, but not everyone speaks English well, therefore having a bilingual coordinator makes the whole process more pleasant.
3. She has lived in the Rincon area all her life so she knows all of her vendors and have an immense number of contacts. So in the case that last minute problems arise, Sarah always has a Plan B in place. But chances are the couple won't even notice if something goes wrong.
4. Sarah and her staff act and look very professional. The wait staff, bartenders, and chefs were in uniform and they were very attentive.
5. Sarah is very time conscious and runs a tight ship on the day of the wedding. My wedding timeline went perfectly.
6. Sarah herself is very warm and inspires a lot of confidence. For a control freak such as myself, planning a wedding abroad was a daunting task. When I met Sarah, she quickly put me at ease and I felt comfortable discussing everything with her. After a couple of emails back and forth, I trusted her completely and let her take the reigns.

My wedding in Rincon was fun, beautiful, and EASY thanks to Sarah's efforts. I pretty much just had to show up on the day of the wedding and say "I do".

Excellent! I recommend AllEvents and Sarah to anyone planning a wedding or event in Rincon, Puerto Rico or any area she can provide service. She has the best contacts for flowers, music and anything needed for events requiring catering, music, and transportation. She helped us to organize the Rehearsal Dinner, and a Christmas Dinner also. Delicious! and beautifully presented traditional PR food (natural ingridients only). The day of the wedding she took care of every detail and to guide us even though we could not practice before. Thanks to her we had a great time and the wedding day is a happy memory. Every day she would call me in the morning or answer my calls anytime and solved any problem we had, even non related to the event, like where to shop organic food, farmacy location, she was like a guiding angel. Sarah is very reliable, smart and delivers what she offers. when I look at the photos I'm so happy and realize how much she helped us.

I worked with All Events for my Dec 2012 wedding. Sarah and her staff were there for every step of the planning. They helped find me the best vendors to make my dream wedding come true. I honestly was a little concerned how everything would go on the big day since you have to give up a certain amount of control with a destination wedding. In the end everything came together perfectly. I heard over and over from my guests that it was the best wedding they've been to. I do not know how I would have been able to do it without All Events.

I cannot describe the quality that Sarah and her staff provided my wife and I on our special day. Like many weddings there were a few unexpected issues such as a power outage. Sarah being the resourceful woman that she is found a hotel with a generator and they allowed my wife and her party to use the electricty to finish their hair and makeup. But my favorite moment of the process was at the beginning of the wedding day I was being myself a take charge kind of guy. I was pointing out where I thought things should go and how they should be and Sarah pulled me to the side and said " Bart I've got this I will make this special this is what I do!" I knew at that moment that we were in good hands. I will never be able to thank her for all that she did for us. I would recommend her for any size event. Just leave it in her hands and you will be "WOW"ed

Bobby and I were married at Caracol Che Villa on April 28, 2012. Sarah was our planner and coordinator, for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding. To start, Sarah was such a pleasure to work with! Living in Florida and getting married in PR, all of the planning was done via email and over the phone. Sarah was very easy to communicate with, get in touch with and she always followed up and followed through. We sent Sarah pictures of exactly what we envisioned and she made it all come to life; literally, we had our fairytale wedding! The centerpieces and cake turned out exactly how we wanted. The food for both the rehearsal dinner and reception was delicious. She did a perfect job of incorporating our guests favors at each of the place settings. We had brought photobooth props for our guestbook and she beautifully set up a table for this. She added hanging candles to the tree we stood under for our ceremony. We also purchased raffia fans and they were placed on each of the guests chairs at the ceremony. Sarah asked if we wanted them to hang off the side of the chairs and line the isle. We said no, because we didn't have ribbon and didn't want to have to worry about getting ribbon. Long story short, as we looked back at pictures of the ceremony site, prior to guests arriving, Sarah had added ribbon and lined the isle. This is just one example of how Sarah truly goes above and beyond for her clients! We gave Sarah direction as far as what we envisioned and wanted, but trusted her to make it all flow perfectly together....she is the professional and did not disappoint! By the end of our wedding weekend extravaganza, we felt like Sarah, Carlos and their teams were apart of our family. We definitely plan to go back in the future and would, without reservation, recommend Sarah. Thank you Sarah for making our dream wedding come true!

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Sarah Rosario of All Events PR and the town of Rincon. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had, gave us great ideas, problem-solved, and was there for the entire process. Planning a wedding in a place you've never been can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to make it unique and within budget. We rented a beach villa in Rincon for the wedding, not knowing what to expect. Upon arrival to Rincon, everything was perfect. The views, the people, the food. In talking with the owners and locals, they said Sarah had a reputation in Rincon as simply the best wedding planner. We & our 50 guests were completely blown away by how stunning everything looked. Very unique, elegant, and affordable. Many commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had been to. Later in the evening, Sarah helped us light sky lanterns for everyone attending, followed by a bonfire on the beach.

After extensive research of wedding planners on the island, we found All Events PR, which kept popping up with glowing reviews. We knew nothing about Rincon. But, after an initial phone call with Sarah, we decided to visit to see if she was a good fit. I’m SO glad we did. Other planners in Puerto Rico told us to immediately double our budget or detailed what they envisioned our wedding should be like (and not vice versa). Sarah worked within our budget and blew us away with her execution. Sarah was very patient and when there were challenges, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We enjoyed Sarah’s company so much we invited her to join us for the rehearsal dinner. Sarah also helped us in ways we would have never expected. She let us borrow her Sam’s Club card to purchase wedding alcohol. She had her daughter drive to Mayaguez to purchase flowers from a wholesaler to save on cost. When Sarah was incorrectly sent orange napkins from the vendor instead of the coral color my wife wanted, Sarah tried other vendors all over the island with no luck. But, when we got to the reception, there were the coral napkins my wife had envisioned. Sarah had the napkins made specifically for our wedding the day before. Amazing. Sarah is connected to excellent vendors that provide fantastic service and value. These vendors include Vanessa Vargas (photos), The Perfect Pour (bartending), and Jenny at The Sunset Spa for hair & make-up. The catering (Deena?) for the reception was unbelievably good at a very reasonable cost. Note: due to overwhelmingly positive reviews like this, the word is out about Sarah. She had quite a few events lined up before ours, so you may need to be patient and wait a couple of days for a response. With that said, she prioritizes extremely well. Don’t hesitate for one second to book Sarah for your event. She is incredibly capable, thoughtful, and generous. You won’t be disappointed. THANK YOU SARAH! ~ Love, Matt & Shelly

Sarah Rosario is INCREDIBLE. She is fun, professional, and seems to really love her job. She knows what is available in her area and she knows how to get the best of the best. Her chef is AMAZING (all the food was great.. All of it), and her staff is very friendly and kind. One of the best decisions we took planning our wedding was hiring Sara Rosario and her All Events PR crew. On top of being very professional she always presented us with different options for the different wedding scenarios we presented. I live in the USA and every arrangement we did over the phone, email and text message and she was very efficient understanding every need for the wedding plan.
I flew one week before the wedding and when we had our first face-to-face meeting she has very kink and humble. She made us feel like we were family and it was very calming knowing she had already taken care of all the things we discussed previously. Our wedding was in a beachside villa in Rincon and before the wedding my husband and I had time to enjoy the sun, the breeze and our family that was staying there. The spare time also allowed us to watch how the All Events Crew transformed the Villa into such a special place.
We were very satisfied on how attentive and professional the All Event crew was during and after the wedding. The couple that decides to hire All Events can be assured that the activity will be beautiful and that all the guests will be very well served.
My husband and I are very grateful and pleased with her work. The main thing we enjoyed was having a stress free wedding. It allowed us to enjoy family, friends, music and all the details knowing that everything is taken care of. Every detail was taken care of ahead of time and everything was ready when it was supposed to. There were some arrangements in the decoration that were no taken care of as planned but other than that everything was so perfect making it a tiny deal.
To sum it up, it was the wedding my husband and I envisioned and we have to thank All Events PR for making it possible.

We found All Events online and when we spoke to Sarah Rosario on the phone we were convinced that she would be able to pull off the destination wedding of our dreams. She immediately understood what we were looking for and in a very short time found high quality vendors that fit our tastes and budget. We visited Rincon twice to confirm aspects of our wedding and both times Sarah was fully prepared with a list of vendors, locations, and fun spots for us to visit. Sarah proved to be EXTREMELY flexible in the face of a tropical storm on the day of our wedding! She literally saved the day by getting on the phone with everyone, including vendors we booked independently without her, and completely rearranged our day so that we could have the beach wedding we had been planning all year. It went off without a hitch and Sarah was calm, cool and collected the entire time, not once did she add to our stress during the change of plans. Her staff is also very nice and helpful, she really has a great team. We are so glad we picked her, and we would recommend her to anyone having a wedding in Puerto Rico.

sarah was great and made my wedding day run super smooth! i never had to worry about a thing! the wedding was planned from afar and we never got to see, taste, or feel anything beforehand. our expectations were far exceeded and everyone did a beautiful job!

Sarah is the one to go to if you are planning an event in Puerto Rico. Our wedding in Rincon was beautiful. The vendors she recommended were excellent: florist( Elaine Irizarry from Fusion Art), baker and Carolina who brought the taco bus for an event at the house we rented. They all contributed to making a dream wedding week.
