I loved working with Kim

From planning the day's timeline to picking out colors - Kim was an amazing help. The day of my wedding, she was always one step ahead keeping everything running smoothly and me calm. She always let me know what to expect next. We were on time for everything thanks to her. I couldn't recommend her more. We loved her!!

Couldn’t ask for better pictures from our wedding! Kim was always there to answer my questions and concerns and even went with it when I asked to change the time a week before the wedding. Would absolutely recommend!

More than a Photographer

Kim was absolutely amazing from the first time we met with her! She was the first vendor we ending up booking before we even had the date and location determined. Before officially going with her, Kim sketched a timeline of events for the Day of the wedding! She has so much insight on weddings, what to do and what not to do. On the day of she helped to get me dressed, showed my Mom and I a trick to get all my buttons done. She knew exactly what shots to do and took the lead and got things done for the pictures. She even saw some good areas that I didn't realize would make great photos. She worked quickly and quietly, most of our guests didn't even know she took certain pictures. We had a list of places we wanted to go for our photos, but we can't control the weather, so she offered advice and I am so glad she did! She took a lot of the pressure off of the day of and got things moving. Lastly, and I cannot thank her enough for this, she suggested a slow dance with my grandpa (who I hadn't seen in a very long time-different countries) to get the dancing started for the night. Oh my god I didn't even think about it, and she found the perfect song to dance to (to incorporate Spanish and English). She got our photos to us SUPER fast, and had so many to look through. She is AMAZING, she is more than a photographer, she is the Brides Life-line in the whole process! HIRE HER :)

All around sounds and video

Kim was ours for the day. She was on time, professional and kind. The first thing Kim did was give us an itinerary for the day. It helped us get the photographs we desired . This was a big help. She had good ideas for fun and exciting photographs to capture the moments that were most precious to us. I would highly recommend her. She was priced fair and competitive. Outstanding!!!

Wedding photography

Kim was great to work with and we have a lot of wonderful photos. She captured a lot of great moments. I love the ones of me and my husband in the park. She even helped my MOH bustle my dress. She has a lot of knowledge of weddings and is willing to talk things through and offer suggestions.

Perfect Wedding Day

Right from the start, my new husband and I knew that hiring Kim was the right move. She has the skills and professionalism that we were looking for and she responded quickly to all of our questions. She took lots of time mapping out what our options were and how things should flow the day of the wedding. We feel that their prices were very affordable and Kim is extremely friendly and outgoing. On the day of our wedding, Kim was right on time, kept everything organized and captured so many special moments from our big day. She even helped me get into my wedding dress!! I've had some medical issues and Kim made sure during the reception that I was keeping up with necessary food and drink requirements so that I would not get sick. She went the extra mile for us. Kim helped make our wedding day so memorable. You absolutely need to hire this company if you want a picture perfect day with outstanding photos. My husband and I are so thankful for all that you have done, Kim. This company is the best around for sure!!!

Clean results

Kim has seen enough weddings to know exactly where all of the moving parts will be so she is 100% ready for the action. If you're looking for her, shes in the part of the venue where the most photogenic parts of your wedding are organically unfolding and captures all the detail. She can take your ideas on the fly and make them better. She'll yell so loud your drunk 2nd cousins' friends will line up like the north korean army to get the photo out of the way and they all turned out great. She's a de facto wedding planner in a pinch and texts keep the communication open. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Kim did an amazing job on my daughter's wedding photos, 7/21/18 ..captured every special moment! Matt, our DJ was just as exceptional..played music everyone could enjoy...the dance floor was full all night...highly recommended! I would recommend Kim to ANYONE who needs photographs for ANY event. Her professionalism and quality of work are second to none! The photographs were amazing! My pictures turned out amazing. SO many were taken and was able to capture both myself and my husband as we seen each other for the first time. We had a large party and Kim was able to range them all together for awesome pictures. SO happy we went with this company. And out DJ was so amazing as well. People didn't sit down all night. They are still raving about how awesome the music was. Thank you so much for making our day great!

We hired Kim to do our outdoor wedding on 7/14/18. We feel in love with her and her pictures as soon as met. She’s down to earth, incredibly knowledgeable, and not pushy at all! Her prices are wonderful too! I loved that her all day price is a true all day price and not “ all day, but that really mean x amount of hours” that we found at other places. She was even willing to drive from West Seneca to N. Tonawanda for ONE picture then to East Aurora for the wedding. I never found another photographer willing to do that. She is very personable and takes charge to get the pictures you want. She gets to know your family, so she knows the dynamic of the people she is shooting so the pictures come out wonderful. Our wedding was particularly challenging as it started to downpour and silly me, didn’t have a backup plan. She didn’t miss a beat. Our one hour photo time got cut to 30 minutes. She got all the photos we wanted plus some others. She found a perfect backdrop, and made our pictures beautiful. You could never tell it was pouring (in 95% of them and it had nothing to do with her picture taking ability)! If I could do it all over again, I would choose her again and again!

I could not have picked a better company to do my photos and my DJ. Kim did my photography and she took everything I wanted and made it happen. She was always around if I had questions, either in office or just texting me. The pictures she took were perfect. Blew my expectations out of the water. Also or DJ Matt was great. He had all my requests and even kept the party alive. They definitely made our wedding day perfect!

Kim was absolutely amazing!! She was always quick to respond when I reached out and extremely accommodating. She remembered every detail and helped calm me down when I began to feel overwhelmed. She was honestly like a second maid of honor she made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there and even carried around essential things that i would have never thought of and ended up saving the day with her sewing kit!! When it began to rain and I started to panic Kim remained calm and collected and made sure we got all our pictures in and even suggested another location. The pictures were all done within five minutes and you would never even know!! I am extremely satisfied with All Around and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional services. They definitely go above and beyond exceeding expectations!! Kim was not only a photographer, she was someone I could turn to about absolutely anything—from centerpieces and table ideas to good limo services etc. Definitely five stars and would even add more if I could!!

Kim was amazing. She was able to capture the pictures we wanted. The day of the wedding flies by so quickly and to think of and remember what pictures you wanted captured she was able to do. She also was very patient with handling all our kids in the pictures and getting them all to smile. She even took pictures of just us at a different location. I could not be more pleased.

My wedding was 6-25-17. It was the most wonderful day!!! I have to give a lot of credit for that to our photographer Kim!!! Kim was more helpful than the wedding organizer. She kept us all moving and mostly on time. My fault of course LOL!! I don't even need to see my pictures to know that they are going to be just wonderful!!! But of course I can't wait to see them!
Kim is so great...people were actually asking me if we were friends because we had such a great time together. I had my pups in my wedding so that was also a difficult task I threw at Kim...but she handled it like a champ!!! She also took some very special unnamed pictures (Kim's idea that I never would have even thought of) that are going to be very special for my Husband as they honor his Father who is not with us anymore. So creative, so spunky!! I just can't say enough!
Erich did an awesome job as out Dj! I was so happy completely happy with his music as I am not much of a fan of modern music. He was even great about a change that I made to the ceremony music the night before the wedding.
Such a great team! Fun, Happy, and didn't mind our goofiness. I will recommend you both to everyone I know that is even thinking about getting married!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Kim was super great on the day of our wedding-- she is very honest as well, so if your hair looks bad or your make up is off she'll tell you, not just be silent about it. She also came prior to the wedding to take pictures before hand and actually really helped facilitate people and got my big wedding party to listen. Very nice person- is not afraid to give people orders (which is what you need, believe me), and get's really great shots.

I can't begin to express how amazing it was working with Kim. Not only did our pictures turn out amazing but she was so helpful through the day. My wedding party was huge and she was able to keep everyone focused, pictures done quickly, and made sure everything went smoothly. It's not everyday that you find a photographer that will fluff your dress throughout the night and fix your bustle. She was great and we definitely would recommend her to anyone!!!

Kim was an amazing photographer. She was my lifesaver!! She was there to walk me through our wedding day from start to finish. When my planner wasn't there Kim knew exactly what to do to keep the night rolling!! Reasonably priced, and the her work is amazing! we are so happy with what she did for us, I don't think we could have picked a better photographer! We also got our DJ Erich through Kim. He was great with our guests and everyone had an amazing time! He had the dance floor filled the entire night! Amazing, amazing place to get your photographer and DJ!!!

Kim went above and beyond just taking pictures the advice she gave throughout the day was very helpful she also bustled my dress for me when we got to the reception and no one else was there yet to help me lol. All Around Photography, Video, and Sound provided professional service, a smiling face, a great attitude, and an amazing product all for a great value. Kim was SO fast when it came to responding to our many inquiries via calls and texts (texting was a nice alternative that my husband and I appreciated). She captured so many beautiful photos of our first look, pictures we needed to have (family, vows, cake), pictures of the party, and even pictures that we had no idea she was taking (they turned out to be our favorites - rings in the flowers, my husband walking it out with his cousin, all the laughter that I still have no idea how she was able to capture so seamlessly). Further than the photography, she was in the midst of the wedding activities, offering support and suggestions that made our lives SO much easier. Without reservation, I recommend Kim and her company to any couple who is looking for an A+ photographer that will exceed your expectations.

I used all All Around Photography, Video & Sound for my photographer. BEST decision I made when for the wedding. Kim answered all my questions, made sure I had all of the shots that I wanted off pinterest, and the regular wedding/family shots. All of the pictures came out perfect. I have a TON of photos, and the rights to print them as I please which is what I was looking for when searching for a photographer (it was actually the "deal breaker" for me if the photographer didn't have that option.) Make your wedding less stressful by booking All Around Photography, Video & Sound it's worth it!

Kim did a great job with our wedding. The pictures are wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and gave us great ideas! It ended up raining on our wedding day when we wanted to go get pictures. Luckily the day before I grabbed some umbrellas for the wedding party. We took some pictures in the rain with the umbrellas and she had great ideas! We also took some pictures at our venue which had an arcade and she suggested we jump in the arcade. She was very professional, kept everything on track, but let us have our silly fun too.

Kim was very responsive and returned phone calls promptly. The prices are very reasonable and the picture quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend All Around Photography to everyone!

Kim at All Around Photography was an absolute delight to work with. From the very beginning she made my husband and I feel so comfortable with her and there was no pressure at all at the consultation. The prices are so incredibly affordable that we booked right away. During the planning stages, Kim was always very responsive and offered me so much advice that she almost doubled as a wedding planner.

On the day of the wedding she arrived promptly and immediately began to take beautiful pictures of the flowers and rings while chaos was ensuing int he background. She gave directives to all of the bridal party to make sure no one wandered away. I'm a bit of a control freak myself and i was able to relax knowing that Kim had it covered.

i received all of the wedding pictures less than a week after the wedding and they are all beautiful. I have already recommended All Around Photography to some of my friends and will continue to do so!

The D.J's name was Roy.... He was on time, professional well mannered. When it came time to interact with the crowd he was awesome. This man was funny and entertaining. He interacts well wit any age group from babies to senior citizens. Our family picnic would not have been as much fun without him... The photography as always is SUPER. ..Kim Is the best in the business. She got them shots nobody thought she would.. Kim captures the event everytime. I recommend All around Photography and Sound to everyone and anyone who needs an event done right.

Kim is the absolute best! She went above and beyond on everything. Everything from meeting us outside of her business hours to work with our crazy schedules, to giving ideas for centerpieces and lighting ideas. We met with about 4 other photographers before meeting with Kim, she had the best pricing and package options we found and once again worked with us to build a custom package for what we wanted. Last but not least ( and most importantly) the pictures came or amazing she captured the spirit and fun of the event!

I was very lucky and had Kim as my photographer for my wedding day. She was absolutely great! She arrived at our hotel room while we were getting our hair and makeup done. She was terrific to work with. She had really great ideas for different shots with my husband and I, as well as, us with our bridal party. The photos came out amazing! She was really more than a photographer, she had really great tips and was super helpful. Erich was our DJ for the event. He was great to work with and accommodated all of our special music requests. We gave Erich a listing of general songs we would like to hear. He added similar songs to our list. We also decided to extend the music for another hour at our reception. Erich was more than happy to do that for us. Our guest had a blast, no one wanted to stop dancing at the end of the night.!! After everything was said and done, Kim and Erich made my day simple and easy. From the day we met to go over the photo and DJ services until the last song of our wedding night. I would definitely recommend All Around to any of my friends!

Kim and her team were phenomenal!!!! This was my daughters wedding and of course everyone is nervous, not with Kim around. From the minute she walked into the house until the minute she left the hall she put us all at easy. Kim is great.The pictures were great and so professional from the posed one to the unexpected. Kim captured memories that we did not know we were going to have!!! Thanks Kim. The video was amazing he captured the essence of the night perfectly!! This video captured scenes that my never occur again and we so appreciate the life long memories it provides for us now and the memories it will provide for the little ones at the wedding. The DJ was the greatest. He kept us entertain the entire time with great music, humor and interaction with the guests. He played everything pre-requested and a few extras with some dedications. Kim and her team were very professional yet at ease to interact with everyone. They went above and beyond on somethings and it was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Kim and her team in a heartbeat. They are who I will use for any future events. The price was right. The team was great. They were an over all great experience to have preform these services!! Much thanks to Kim and her team!!!!

Kim and everyone at All Around Photo and Sound did an amazing job! My photos and video are beautiful. The DJ did an awesome job keeping the party alive and bringing us into the new year. Everyone was quick to get back to me when I had questions. Very professional and friendly. The whole team made sure we had everything we wanted, that our day was perfect.... not only with the photos and such, but with everything. I was so very much satisfied with the services I had received from the photographer and DJ. The photographer was ON TIME and very flexible with all that went on, on my wedding day. She was outstanding and really kept everything smooth. She had a sense of humor which made the day great, pictures turned out AMAZING and the prices were the best all around, the packages they offer are such a great deals.They are really dedicated to the job and it SHOWS.... ITS NOT TO GOOD TO BE TRUE! DJ was great played everything we had asked and more, my guests really enjoyed our DJ, he was friendly and very responsible. He did what we had asked him, even if others wanted different. Words cant describe how happy I am. I highly recommend this company.

All around photography did a great job! Was very flexible and made a trip to my husband's grandmas nursing home to take pictures with her since she couldn't attend the ceremony. Pictures turned out beautiful and we got so many pictures to remember our special day forever! Would definitely recommend all around photography for your special day!

I normally do not write reviews but am making an exception for All Around Photography. Kim was absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough good things about her.

First and foremost, the photographs are gorgeous. Kim did a phenomenal job capturing all the little details and emotions of the day. I could not be happier with how our pictures turned out. Also - the pricing at All Around Photography is fantastic! The packages are great and I love their Album designing process.

What really stood out about Kim and All Around Photography was the level of service we received. I came across All Around Photography at a Bridal Show. Kim was the only Photographer at the event that did not try and push a booking. She simply handed me a pamphlet and answered my questions. I did not feel pressured when speaking to Kim. I liked and respected how she did not push.

Throughout the year Kim was extremely helpful as we planned the wedding. She answered my emails almost instantaneously (pretty much seconds after I sent them - even if it was late at night!).

I feel that Kim worked WITH us to create the perfect day vs FOR us. She did not just do the minimal of what we wanted and fade into the background of the Wedding. She listened to what we wanted and provided thoughtful suggestions on how to make it happen. We worked together to plan the day. On the day in addition to taking pictures Kim helped us when we needed it. She helped corset my dress, put on the guy's boutonnieres, safety pinned dresses, brought baby wipes and cleaned the Flower Girl's dress when it got dirty, and always.... ALWAYS found my train for me when I lost it.

So to sum up - I would highly recommend All Around Photography. The quality of their work and the level of service is extraordinary. I really can't say enough good things about Kim. She helped make our Wedding day special!!

Kim was absolutely amazing! Thru out the day she was not only our photographer, but offered so many helpful hints. She even bustled my dress for me! Kim kept our time line in check, and made sure we captured every photo we wanted, and more we hadn't even thought of. When we received our photos, we thought we would have a few really good ones. Instead, we have hundreds of awesome pictures to choose from. We highly recommend Kim, she is a professional, and made us feel like we were long time friends!

I have to say I was a littler nervous when I found out I wouldn't be having the original photographer but their replacement was great. He was so respectful towards my special needs nephew. I also can't say enough about the dj. I basically gave him free reign and couldn't be more pleased with his musica choices. All the seats were empty because all my guests were on the dance floor!

When I first booked I was a little leery because they were so much cheaper than any other photographer I was looking at. I am so glad I went with All Around Photography for my wedding. Our wedding was Oct 12. Should have been the height of fall color. But the day before the wedding husband and I took a drive through our favorite park where the pictures were scheduled to be and there wasn't any foliage! I called all around in a panic hoping they would be OK with changing that and they were great. They didn't mind at all. And our actual photographer who was going to be taking the photos called us the morning before the wedding just to introduce himself and give us his number. I thought that was an awesome extra. I don't think many others would do that. Hr was so great on the wedding day too. He wasn't afraid to tell members of the wedding party what to do. And he really fit right in with our crazy families. He ever played down on the ground to get the angle on a picture we wanted. Also he even climbed up on a railing between a walkway and waterway to capture a pic that was a tight fit. He had great imagination and desire to provide the best look, angle, and moment. I haven't seen the pics yet but there is no doubt in my mind that they will be amazing! Also Kim who answered the phone every time I called is very reassuring and extremely nice to work with. At one point I had to call her about one thing and my mom wanted to talk to her about a different thing and about the end of our conversation, with out even thinking, I asked her to call my mom to talk about whatever it was. And she was cool with that. After I got off the phone I realized maybe I was rude of me to make her call my mom instead of the other way around but Kim was more than happy to do it. After my experience with all around, I am left with one word - wow!

John was the photographer for our wedding that was on October 26, 2013. He called us the day before to go over the wedding schedule and to make answer any questions that we had. He was very nice and very accommodating. The day of the wedding, he showed up right on time and was in a very good mood. He interacted with everyone and made sure to capture everything! John was always positive, respectful, and had an awesome personality that had everyone laughing. He went above and beyond and stayed very late, making sire to capture everything. I had Kim take some personal photos for online usage. She did a wonderful job..... made me look fantastic. I particularly liked her attention to detail... told me I had lipstick on a tooth. I had All Around Photography & Sound for my wedding in October. The photographer did a great job with being flexible to what I wanted. She was extremely personable and very organized to help keep things on schedule. We also chose to have our DJ from the same company. My daughter's wedding was in Aug. 2012. It was a pleasure working with Kim Hart who is now the owner of All Around Photo and Sound. The photographer and videotaper did show up on time and stayed with us throughout the day. The photographer did a very good job getting the large grouop of us organized and focused. And it was on a day that was extremely hot. The videographer worked well with the photographer and got all the necessary videos recorded. I was pleased with the company. Even after the wedding was over, Kim stood by us and continued to help us out. We submitted part of an order at a time that was way past the wedding date. That was our mistake and not the company's I am sure that other businesses would have ignored us. But Kim fulfilled that part of the order even though it was submitted very late by us. She is very helpful and keeps her word. That is something that you don't often experience with companies.

I love the photos!!! They turned out amazing. The photographer was about 20 minutes late to my house and then a little late to the sight for after the ceremony, but beyond that, the pictures turned out beautiful! I cannot wait to get my albums back!

We worked with Kim at All Around Sound and Photography to setup both photo and DJ services for our wedding. It was nice to find a place that had both of these services available under one affordable package for us. John, the photographer was absolutely terrific. He remembered everyone's names in the wedding party, was up for any type of photo we wanted to take and took over 1200 beautiful photos of our big day. He was a lot of fun to work with and we finished up our wedding party photos a little ahead of time so we didn't keep our guests waiting too long. Roy was our DJ and he did a great job of keeping people on the dance floor all night. Overall, our experience with All Around was positive and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!

They help clear up any questions you have, very helpful. Good pictures, digital album was very nice and had good quality. The video wasn't perfect but I'm not picky. They put in the songs we wanted but you couldn't hear us talk in the video at the ceremony. I had a friend make us another video and he had my husband wear a microphone under his suit during the ceremony. You could hear us well in his. But remember nicer videos may cost you more of your time on your wedding day. They were late 3/4 times I met with them. Overall good price for what you get.

I was happy with my photography. My only issue was some confusion before the wedding when there was a transfer of management an I could not get ahold of anyone. But overall good.

We were very happy with the service we received, Kim was excellent to work with as she is so down to earth and real! We had 2 photographers, Alex and Mark - both were very different from each other which was great because they were able to capture our special day from different perspectives which gives us a variety of styles to choose from. We were in love with our videographer, Matt, who we are sure was having JUST as much fun as we were!! We have have no received he video yet which understandably takes much longer to edit. Our DJ was Erich who overall did a great job providing the music and really stayed on time with everything (although my husband and I got slightly behind when taking pictures during cocktail hour!). Erich made sure to play all of our requests, work with a not-so-standard setup in regards to the reception, and gave direction to the guests as needed (i.e. starting the cake cutting, directing people to go to the dance floor which was in a different area than the dinner tables). Overall, we are pleased with the service we received. We are just starting to go through our 2,000 photos to figure out which ones we'd like further edited.

Such an amazing day

Kim was very easy to work with and a lot of fun! She made us feel really comfortable. She was such a trooper, taking all our winter shots out in the snow and cold. The pictures turned out incredible.

Very flexible and accommodating! We had an engagement shoot and 2 photographers for the whole wedding day. We gave them a schedule and they stuck with it. Communication before, during, and after the wedding was great! Photos turned out nice and clean, not over-edited so that they look fake. Only downside was we didn't get to choose our 2nd photographer so we didn't know who we were going to get. Overall a good experience!

Our photographer, Darryl, was very professional and great to work with! He was very helpful and flexible in planning with me before the wedding, as far as time of arrival, photo options, and suggestions, and followed-through in meeting our requests.

We had some trouble with our actual DJ but the company itself was very responsive to our concerns. Just be more picky with what "kind" of DJ you want. Ours was too old school for us, but was very professional and good (for the older folks in the reception).

I would not recommend the videographer. Kim was very organized and in control.However, the picture editing was not ideal. None of the photos are edited. You just received the raw photos.

The Photographer was wearing a jean jacket and jeans which was very unprofessional the day of my wedding. About 80% of my photos colors were off. My dress was white and looked yellow and more than half of my photos were blurry ...I DO NOT recommend this company unless you want photos looking like a 8 yr old took them...

Choose someone else. Not impressed. As someone who is knowledgeable about photography, computer graphics, and their position, but not in the business myself, I thought there would be better pictures and photographers. There were 65 days that it took for them to send out the photos (as per envelope post-marked day) on a CD that came in the envelope with a broken case. There were 2 photographers at my wedding and the CD only had 762 pictures on it. None of the photos were edited. There were even 6 or more photos that weren't rotated. No edits on lighting, glare, cropping, and many photos were diagonal! They didn't take pictures of all the grandparents, and none with the bride and groom with the grandparents. There was only one picture of the bouquets, no picture of the dress before I tried it on. They never encouraged the bridesmaids or flower girls to look at them, smile, and all of them look like they have their eyes closed! There is no picture of the entire wedding ceremony from the back of the yard. There were only two pictures from my Pinterest page that I sent them that I wanted. One was missing and the other wasn't properly executed and looks terrible (There is a photoframe that was supposed to be held by the wedding party and frame the bride and groom inside the frame). Worst of all, there is no closeup of the first kiss. My head is completely covered by the grooms hat. As for the reception, they never got a picture of the bride feeding the groom a piece of cake. Never took a picture at each table as to get a picture of all the guests. The majority of the pictures were of the flower girls dancing on the dance floor. For almost paying nearly $1000 for this, I expected better quality overall. I am going to be requesting at least some of my money back!

Worse than I could imagine

I understand the terms you get what you paid for, and in this instance we went with a cheaper photographer/videographer, however...cheaper doesn't mean that you take pictures of the air and ground and video of a wall, I can hear nothing but heavy breathing from the photographer during our vows, during the live parts (speeches, cake cutting, garter removal) you hear nothing but static, the video chops in and out. I have 1,300 photos and like maybe 15 of them. The photos I have from my DJ's photo booth came out better. I am so disappointed with this service. I have emailed Kim the manager/owner whatever, without hearing back from her for months at this point I have given up. It is so unfortunate, bc I can never relive this day and that is what they're meant to capture.

Awful videography, Small Claims Court, No Payment

Does not even deserve 1 star. Audio you can't hear unless its turned up all the way. Shots of the ceiling, can hear the clicking of trying to zoom in and out on a shot, blurry then comes into focus, cut off names of my wedding party being announced, filmed in "night vision" while people are dancing(my guest have glowing eyes). Transitions horrible, shots of the grass and the videographers boots walking (that was the 2nd editing btw). The camera used to film was nothing high tech but a cheap model you have laying around your house somewhere. You could buy for less than $100.00 at Wal-Mart. Does not return phone calls or emails. Had to fake a new customer apt to get a hold of Kim when after 7months of waiting for my video. Had to take her to small claims court to get my "re-edited" version which was just as bad as the 1st. Was awarded money back by the judge cause she even agreed it was garbage after watching them both. Kim refuses to pay me. Even told me she was going to pay me and to come to her office via text message knowing full well she moved her office. So she sent me on a wild goose chase with no intentions of paying me. Save yourself the hassle and stay away at all costs. I will never get that day back or the money spent on this. It's been almost a year and a half of pure nonsense. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life. Most business want to make it right and make their clients happy (within reason). That is not what you will find here. She will tell you she was sick at the time of my wedding and hired others to do it for her. But does not understand she is still responsible for the work coming out of her business. Even BBB states the business has a F rating. You can do your homework and look for yourself. I was hopefully she would honor her judgment and pay me. So out of courtesy I had not left a review hoping it would be an even trade. But that is no longer the case. Now I can not speak for there photos cause thank God I had someone else do them I can only speak for there videos they produce. If anyone would like to see the type of product they produce please let me know I will gladly show you. Look on Google reviews many more people have my story as well as TheKnot. Kim must have her family and friends post fake reviews on here.

This company is a scam!

Kim is so unprofessional. She did not show up for our wedding and did not even call or apologize. She sent someone else. He was late and she sent the videographer to the wrong place. We got married in July of 2018 and we STILL HAVE NOT received our wedding album, video, or prints. She just ignores our calls and emails. I have read on google about a few other people that she is doing this too. Her company is the cheapest in the Buffalo area because the quality of the pictures and video are terrible. I am devastated that I hired her and that we won’t have wonderful memories from our wedding. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HER COMPANY FOR YOUR WEDDING! You will regret it.

Amateur, terrible product and service

We hired Kim from All Around for our wedding in July 2018. It took her until Christmas to provide our wedding video and upon receipt, the video is of very poor quality for the $1,000+ that we paid for it. Kim will not respond to email and we sent a certified letter to her outlining the issues with the video and requesting a refund on December 26th. Kim has still not signed for this letter as of today, February 21st. The overall service from the business was terrible, Kim showed up unprepared for our wedding, never brought the list of pictures that we wanted taken at the wedding and in fact, never took a picture of us with my wife's parents. Absolutely terrible service and product. As communicated to Kim regarding the video: On the main video page, not only are our names not centered, but the word “Play” is blurred and appears to be two words on top of each other. • The video was taken by someone who clearly does not have a steady hand, an amateur such as myself, could have taken a much steadier video. • The camera appears to be totally out of focus throughout much of the entire video. • Numerous scenes including inside the house and most importantly, during our vows, were videoed with Kim in the picture including videoing her back side as we were taking our vows. • The video of my Best Man and I placing boutonnieres on each other, totally cut off our heads, you can’t even tell that it was us in the video. • The sound quality during the ceremony is absolutely awful and clearly shows that Kim and her team did not use a high quality video camera with a noise filter. Throughout most of the ceremony, you hear rustling and breathing noises from the Videographer. • During the tribute that was done by the Bride's friend during the ceremony, the Videographer did not video the person who was speaking until after several minutes and all we can hear is the Videographer breathing. • At numerous times throughout the video, the video appears to be distorted. • Kim was instructed that during the Bride's dance with her Father and her Best Friend, to use the music in the video that was being played during each dance, instead, she used the music that the bride and I danced to. • The scenes with our friends being asked questions have several issues: First, for many of the responses, there is so much background noise that you can’t hear what our guests are saying. Second and most importantly, the Videographer did not ask the questions that were provided to Kim in her “Wedding Reception Planner”. • The Videographer never recorded my Bride and I being introduced at the start of the reception. • The video ends with my Bride and I standing together…..there is no closing music, no narrative such as “David & Michelle. July 18, 2018”, no ending whatsoever. It simply leaves you hanging.

Best advice I can give........stay away!
