First Time Wedding Dress Shopping
I had the pleasure of working with Stefany for my first-time wedding dress shopping, and she was FABULOUS. She was able to accommodate my larger party and all of their reactions. Stefany put me in every style of dress imaginable to help me decide my vision for my special day. She listened to me and helped me pick 3 favorites I was in love with. Unfortunately, I ended up finding my dress at another store, but I just had to write her a review for her time. I could really tell she was experienced and knew what she was doing. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with her. The store itself is also super sleek and modern as well as clean. Would highly recommend shopping here!

I called All About the Gown and they got me an appointment that day to try on wedding dresses! The experience was exactly what I was hoping for (after trying on dresses at two other places that didn't go so well). At All About The Gown they have all of the dresses beautifully presented, mostly on mannequins or at least hanging nicely so you can really see all the dresses (rather than shoved altogether on a rack!).
Upon arrival, they gave me a set of clothes pins and I got to go around and pin each dress I liked. They then handled the dresses and brought them all into the GORGEOUS dressing room for me. You really feel like a bride in there!
They happened to have a sample sale going on at the time but didn't tell me which dresses were on sale, so that I wasn't swayed either way. I ended up falling in love with one particular dress and it happened to be on a 40% discount! I bought it right then and there and was so happy with it.
The team there was very helpful and knowledgeable, the whole experience was very professional.
I later came back to try on veils and had 6 family member and friends with me. I thought that might be overwhelming but the staff were totally cool with it and made it a very easy, calm experience. I ended up choosing a veil that I wanted at a custom length so they measured it for me and sent in the details to get that made for me. It came back in just a couple weeks and was gorgeous! It was made of the same soft English tulle that my dress was made of so it matched perfectly.
Highly recommend checking them out! They are constantly getting new designs in and having sales.

I called the shop up to schedule an appointment to try on bridal gowns. The original dress I asked about they did not have in stock but I figured I could try on a similar gown.
I was blown away by the experience I had here.
The bridal suite was so beautiful! I was given a choice of styles to choose from initially to try on. They were so patient with me as I tried on a lot of gowns. I loved how they brought me styles I would normally not have considered.
I finally found “the dress” and purchased it! They made the shopping and trying on process so easy! I appreciated how patient they were with me too as I was very particular on what I was looking for in a dress. I would recommend All About the Gown to any bride needing a dress- you will not be disappointed!

AOTG was amazing. Angela I believe her name was was honest and so sweet and make my appt so much fun! She really went above and beyond! I love that I was able to look at dress on mankins(oppose to in a bag) and take a clothes pin to what I liked and they were able to see what I was liking base off that and pictures within my budget! I even tried on dressed that I didn’t pin that I loved!! I decided to go dress shopping super last minute, not expecting to find anything and I found two I loved, I was torn between the two. Angela and the owner stayed late for me and I didn’t feel rushed to get out. I was able to come back the next day and try on both again and finally said yes! I Would highly suggest going during week day if possible vs busy weekend(time might not be as flexible). Simply amazing people!

My dress shopping experience
This was the 6th store I went to. As soon as I walked in the door I loved everything about it! It was the perfect dress shopping experience! Staff was so friendly and brought a variety of dresses that were gorgeous! Im so happy I said yes to the dress with All About the Gown!

I found my dream dress! I came to All About the Gown with my mom and 3 bridesmaids, and one of the bridal stylists Boiana helped me to narrow down the style I was looking for and make it a fun process in finding "the one"! We were greeted with mimosas and had our own private room which I really appreciated. Even leading up to my appointment, they were great about answering all of the questions I had.
My recommendation for future brides would be to make sure that you do research before coming in. Their dress designers (which are listed on their website) have a distinct style that I was looking for. This made the day even easier so I wasn't trying on styles I had no interest in, and was able to see versatility with similar looks (i.e. long trains, lots of lace, etc.)

WOW! What an experience I had with Judy and the Gang! I was a bride that was both excited and anxious going into it- which some might not be that way. But from the day I made the appointment to walking out and beyond they've been so fun, kind and helpful! They emailed me confirmation and had me fill out a little profile which helped them get a better feel on what I wanted. When I got there the place was so adorable and clean. Our little private room was so memorable and beautiful and I was so excited ton have my little posey comfortable while we had our experience. (I brought my Mom, Grandma & Sister) My consultant walked around the dress room with my Mom and I and we had the opportunity to pin any dresses we liked. She asked our budget and let me know she was going to pull all the ones we liked that remained in that price range as well as some ones I didn't pick to switch things up. I really loved that she did that because it made me sure of what I wanted. (I went in wanting Fit and Flare but I still tried on A-line & Mermaid, etc.) That really helped me to feel confident on what I was looking for. We tried lace, sparkle, and different necklines. I tired on somewhere around 20+ dresses but ended up leaving with dress #5!! I knew instantly but wanted to make sure I loved it and I ABSOLUTELY DID!! We all knew that was the dress from the moment I tried it on. All the girls rushed in when we put it back on and yelled as I said YES! It was such a great experience and they continued to give me knowledge on alterations and everything I needed to know to make the dress even more perfect for me. I'm so grateful for their help and kindness and during a stressful time its so nice to know I have another thing checked off the wedding list!! THANK YOU All About the Gown!!! BRIDES- Shop here! They have such unique styles to chose from, most of which I hadn't seen at any other boutiques. The stylists really listen to what you're looking for and are great at picking out things that you might not have originally pictured yourself in. Fantastic service and just stunning gowns I purchase a high end wedding gown off the floor due to a surgery and in a short period of time as my wedding is just around the corner. Judy and Stephany were absolutely fantastic, not only are they personable they are friends. I tried on 25 dresses and believe me they'll have the gown for you. I have been to a lot of other bridal shops before but All About the Gown by Judy was by far the best. They were very helpful, personable , friendly and gave a lot of attention to us. Everyone there wanted to help be apart of our experience which was nice and there was a good selection of gowns. After looking at so many places i was little stressed but they made our visit fun, easy and not stressful at all. Much better experience there by far than any other places we have been too. i did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision like other places and the price was great too! Thank you everyone at All About the Gowns by Judy!! I love my gown!

I am picky, I am reserved, I am indecisive, and I need to see all of my options!... a recipe for disaster, right? I found the perfect dress at All About the Gown! Stefany and the entire team were FANTASTIC!! Me and my squad got to walk the show room and pick out our likes, and the team threw in some others as well. Their inventory is the perfect size, not too large, not too small, with great picks. No one was pushy, they were honest, and they don't rush your appointment. I ended up buying a sample dress, because it happened to be my size! Stefany also made sure to inspect my dress to ensure nothing was wrong with it before purchasing. By far the best experience I had dress shopping!

I had the most amazing time at All About The Gown! I had a lot of my favorite people with me who were able to help pick options of dresses for me to try on and also were given amazing mimosas in this beautiful bridal suite to try on dresses. Everyone was so happy and helpful. I found the most beautiful dress. Everyone should experience something like this because they made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for. Recommend 100000000x over!

Awesome experience
All about the gown was an amazing experience. I found the perfect dress that was not even what I was planning on wearing. It got ordered a little too big but nothing alterations couldn’t fix. I had so many compliments on my dress on how different it was and I wouldn’t change anything. Thank you guys!

I cannot say greater things about All About the Gown. Judy and Stefany were beyond wonderful and dedicated. They made me feel like I was a top priority for them. I purchased my dress and we also rented all of the men’s suits through All About the Gown. The majority of the guys got measured at different boutiques and called their measurements in. Unfortunately, many of their measurements were completely off. But Judy knew exactly what to do to fix the situation. She was obviously extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her profession. The suits ended up looking and fitting the guys so well! We got so many compliments! I received so many compliments on my dress as well. I definitely would not recommend any other boutique!

Truly the best experience
All about the gown truly encompasses the perfect experience when it comes to buying your wedding gown. I felt so comfortable telling the girls what I did and did not like. Just by telling the things that I did and did not like, they were able to bring me the best dresses that worked for me. I never once felt as if I was being pushed to purchase a gown. I found my perfect dress here and cried like a complete baby and everyone else did with me as well. I would recommend this place to any bride to be. I wish I could rate above and beyond because that’s how they manage their bridal salon. They go above and beyond.

Everything I hoped for!
Dress shopping is so stressful! Between feeling unsure what to expect, wanting to look perfect for your wedding day, and waffling with how much is too much to spend, it's a lot of pressure. Do yourself a favor and visit Judy and Stefany from All About the Gown. From the moment I reached out, all of my anxieties were immediately erased. During my appointment, I truly felt like Stefany was an extension of my family and friends who came with to support. After trying on a handful that I had picked out, she sneakily slipped one into the room that she knew I would like and, just like that, I have my dream dress. I literally did not want to take it off. In addition to being overly satisfied with the experience, the dress, and the veil, it all came in under my budget. I cannot possibly thank them enough for giving me that once-in-a-lifetime memory and helping me find my perfect wedding dress.

Our experience at All About the Gown was amazing! You get your own private room, along with champagne, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet professional. It really feels like you’re working with family! You get to be hands-on when choosing dresses to try, which was really cool. The BEST Possible Experience!!!
I am SO grateful that I found All About the Gown! I was looking to go dress shopping while family was in town and had contacted a few other boutiques several days prior to their arrival with no response. We live in northern Illinois, so I decided to expand my search area to include Lake Geneva and gave the store a call the morning I would need an appointment. Judy got back to me very quickly and they fit us in that evening! Angela and Judy were absolutely wonderful and accommodating and all of the dresses were gorgeous. There was an obvious winner and I very happily said "yes to the dress" with absolutely no hesitation. I am so happy the other stores never got back to me because this was a perfect experience!

I said YES to my dress in May and had the most amazing experience at All About the Gown! They made the day so much fun by allowing us to choose the dresses that I tried on. It felt like I was the only bride in the store, as they gave us an entire room to fit ALL 8 of us & provided mimosas. I recommend All About the Gown to to all brides! The absolute best
YOU GUYS. Judy and her daughter Stefany are amazing. I went to a bridal store in Burlington which was an absolute joke. They did not treat me nice at all and were just rushing me out. I didn't book appointments anywhere else because all my friends got their dresses at this boutique in Burlington and I just assumed I would get mine there. Well when we left the place I felt so defeated and we just looked up places around that we could go to and saw All About the Gown. I gave them a call and they made it possible to fit me into their schedule that same day. We get there and everyone was so so so nice and Stefany helped me get into my dress and pinned the dress (unlike the other place) and did everything she could do to help me envision the dresses on me that were not my size. We got champagne to drink (yay!). Anyways, I found my dress that day! From feeling so defeated to finding the one, I was so emotional! I was able to get my dress altered by Stephanie, the seamstress there. I did not have one bad experience at this place. They were so nice that I even went back so my girls could get their bridesmaid dresses there (and they did!). I am so glad I went here. I will recommend this place a million times over and over again to anyone and everyone.

Felt Like Family
All About the Gown by Judy set the bar high and I wasn’t disappointed with any aspect of finding my dream dress. This was the first place I visited, and it was the place I compared all other visits. From the first phone call to the time I walked out with my dress – I felt comfortable and I felt like the team truly listened to what I was looking for. When I walked up the stairs I was greeted with open arms and everything was very comfortable. Angela listened to what I liked and what I didn’t like and was able to find the dress that fit my vision.
I wasn’t ready to commit to the first dress and the first place – so I checked out a few more places. Not only did I keep comparing everything to the first dress I fell in love with – I also kept comparing everything to how the team made me feel and the experience I had at All About the Dress. There was no irritation with trying on multiple dresses, there was an excitement from everyone when I came back to purchase my dress and I truly felt like family. So many parts of the wedding come together after you find the dress and I believe the foundation of my dress experience has paved the way. Absolutely perfect!
Going into this experience, I was terribly nervous. I was feeling very awkward about standing in front of my friends and family, modeling these dresses for hours. BUT- within the first 5 minutes of being in the shop, my nerves we’re eased. The bridal stylist did an amazing job of listening to me and made sure that I found what was best for me. I LOVED every minute i spent in the shop. I picked the perfect dress within an hour and 5 minutes, which was awesome how fast it went-but I was sad to leave so soon! Haha the reason I was able to find the perfect dress so fast was because the stylist did an amazing job listening to my feedback about every dress. She responded to each of my likes and dislikes about the dresses until she narrowed it down to the perfect one. I 10/10 recommend this shop! They really know what they’re doing :)

I got my dress because of this place!
I had my eyes were set on a dress I had seen online since I first got engaged. For some reason, it was SO difficult to find it in stock in any store. I saw that All About the Gown by Judy carried the line of the dress so we called and spoke with Stephanie. From the get go, she was SO wonderful to work with. She said the dress was supposed to come in within a few months and continued to call to keep us updated. Fast forward a month and the dress still hadn't come in because the provider (in China) was on their New Year break and everything was shut down and people were unresponsive. With time running out to find a dress, Stephanie took the initiative and started researching FOR me and started calling stores and providers all over to see if they happened to have the dress I wanted to try on (mind you, I still have never tried this dress on so I don't even know if I will like it). Regardless, she put a ton of effort into this and called us with GREAT news: she had found the dress at another place, snatched it up and hid it in the back room so that no one else would try it on until the we came for our appointment. SUPER SWEET!
Anyway, our appointment came along and this was, BY FAR, my best experience with a bridal dress appointment. They set aside a huge room for us that was private and beautiful and offered each of us champagne and mimosas upon arrival. Stephanie and the staff were accommodating to my whole entourage (there were a lot of us...about 10...I have a big family haha).
I was relaxed and actually had fun with the whole experience (I hadn't yet the best experiences before)! We snatched several other dresses to try on (none of them worked haha) and when it finally came to THE dress, I was super nervous to try it on. I think I placed all my hope in this dress haha. Anyway, I walked out and......I LOVED it and so did everyone else! We walked out of the store that day with my dream dress all because of the hard work of Stephanie and the staff at All About the Gown! Thank you so much!

As a woman who’s normally pretty insecure (aren’t we all), I wasn’t really looking forward to trying on dresses, fearing I would hate how I looked - can I say instantly I felt welcomed walking in with a beautiful private and spacious room for my mom, sister and I to have, and welcome signs for me, and champagne/mimosas offered! I immediately got excited.
Stefany was the lady who helped me and she was so great! What a fun personality and so sweet and reassuring. :) what was really cool was that she gave me some clothes pins to actually browse their boutique and pin dresses that I liked! Which isn’t a custom at all bridal shops. She also brought out her own dresses for me to try based on the description I had given her.
The entire process was so fun and relaxed and the moment I tried in my gown, I basically knew...but I wanted to keep trying on dresses since it was so fun, and their selection was beautiful!
Stefany was so patient (and I think honest) which made the experience that much more special. They also pulled a beautiful bolero jacket for me since they knew precious per my sister what type of style I was into and they were able to make the gown I chose that much better!! I’m so in love with it and I’m in love with all about the gown! I have raved so much to my friends and am insisting any of my friends who are expecting engagements soon to go! Thanks so much, ladies! I can’t wait for my October wedding!! 😍😍😍😍

It is known dress shopping can be a bit overwhelming and stressful but I have never had more fun dress shopping then when I did while shopping at All About the Gown! Stefany, her mom and the rest of their team were sooo sweet, genuine and all around fun people to work with!! Not only did they help me with my bridal gown but they also carry bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride/groom dresses and tuxes. Did I mention they carry other accessories too!? All About the Gown is a one stop shop that I will recommend till the end of time!!

Their gowns are beautiful and there's a gown for every bride. I immediately made an appointment when I easily found "the one" at a Bridal Show. All About the Gown has a friendly and warm atmosphere. I can not say enough about how happy I am with my experience at All about the Gown! Judy is amazing, she was so patient and concerned for my satisfaction. She listened so well to what I wanted and delivered the most gorgeous dress I could ever imagine. The bridal suite is jaw dropping beautiful and had me feeling like a princess! We spent a good amount of time pondering my last few choices and never once felt rushed as I made my decision! Thank you so much for this absolutely wonderful experience, All About the Gown by Judy will always be my number one recommendation for any bride to be!

Beautiful boutique where you really get your "Say yes to dress" experience!
Loved, loved loved All About the Gown by Judy!!!!! It really felt like what you see on Say Yes To The Dress on TLC!!! We got our own private room that fit the 8 people that I brought with me and mimosas were provided and the staff was great! Really helpful and really good at learning and bringing dresses that you would like. Found my dress after trying on 6 dresses!!! I would definitely recommend going here!

I had an absolutely amazing time. My appointment was the last of the day and all the girls were so helpful and sweet. I will recommend All about the gown to anyone and everyone getting married can't wait to bring all my bridesmaids back for their dresses. I don't even know where to start. I emailed them asking them to meet with me the following day and first of all: their responsiveness was amazing! second of all: they were flexible and understanding of my situation and were able to squeeze me in the very next day. As soon as I arrived, they were already waiting for me with complimentary champagne and mimosas, personalized signs and a whole room just for myself. All their attention was solely on me and I couldn't feel more special than that. Judy was AMAZING. She was very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured by her. I literally loved all of her dresses, but she made it easy for me to pick out THEE dress. I left their place with a dress and with a smile from ear to ear. Cannot stress how great they are from the get-go. Definitely recommend them. Looking forward to visiting again with my bridesmaids!!!

I had an amazing experience at All About the Gown! There is a great variety of gowns to choose from. Staff were friendly and fun. Definitely not pushy and made choosing my wedding gown a fun and memorable experience!

Judy was great to work with! She listened to what I was looking for and found the PERFECT dress. It was the first dress I tried on and I knew it was going to be the one. She and the other staff members were a blast too!

Absolutely amazing bridal store!! They have a large selection of gorgeous gowns. My stylist was SO kind and helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend "All About the Gown" everyone!

From the minute I walked in, I had tears in my eyes from the personal touches they put on the day! They instantly made me and my whole entire wedding party feel welcome, with personalized welcome signs, mimosas waiting, and a whole room to ourselves. Stefanie was amazing helping me find the perfect dress, you could tell she had a natural touch for what she was doing. She knew what I liked, helped me find what I didn't, and allowed me to have fun trying on dresses, never feeling pressured to try on anything I didnt like. I knew I was going to find the dress here, because I had fun the entire time. It was the most relaxed experience, I could ever hope dress shopping to be. They made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on, and I am so happy to say I found my dress here! I cannot wait to go back for my bridesmaid dresses

I worked with April but Judy and Stefany both care in and assisted at different times. They were very flexible and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I explained I loved a top from one dress and a bottom from another and April literally found a dress with both things I loved. I knew I wanted it but was super unsure about making the big purchase! Then she was patient as I tried on multiple others and even had to reschedule to come back and try it on again to be sure! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I felt comfortable like I was with friends and not sales people. It was overall a great experience and I found my perfect dress, veil, and belt for the day!!

I found a gown I loved online and when I searched for shops that carried the dress designer (Mon Cheri) I found All About the Gown by Judy. They were absolutely wonderful to work with! Stefany ordered the gown for me to try on, and agreed that if I didn't like it I could pass on it with no obligation. They were responsive to my emails promptly, worked with me to meet my budget, and even though the online Mon Cheri size chart recommended a size 16, based on my measurements, Stefany recommended I test out the 14 instead and it fit perfectly! Just needs to be shortened a little.. Can't wait to wear it on my big day! I will add pictures after the wedding :)

This was the best experience that I could have hoped for wedding dress shopping! The store is beautiful and it has a great location. Stefany was amazing and helped me through a lot of dresses and was honest and helpful about what looked good. One of the best parts was when she let my mom and I look at all their dresses and pick which ones we liked. It was am amazing experience and I would love to do it again if I hadn't bought my dress!

Had a fabulous time and experience. Decided to stop at the store while out in Lake Geneva and we did not have an appointment. We were welcomed and were able to try on dresses without waiting. All employees were very helpful and fun to work with. Would definitely recommend!

My overall first experience with All About the Gown by Judy, Inc. was absolutely fabulous! I contacted the shop on a Sunday night, received a response back almost immediately from Stefany, and had an appointment scheduled for the following week in no less than two emails! Stefany asked ahead of time for specific ideas or pictures of styles I liked so she could have a selection of dresses put aside for me to try on. I brought along five women and two children as my "dress search" posse, and it sure didn't take long for us to take over the bridal suite! Stefany took everything in stride with a smile, and even had complimentary mimosas at hand to add to the excitement. I had success finding the perfect dress, all under one hour. I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff at All About the Gown for making what started out as a nerve-wracking afternoon into a fun experience with family that I'm sure we'll reminisce about for a long time!

I cant say enough amazing things about this place!! I felt so great in the store! everyone was smiling and made me feel so special!!! The women that work here will always have a special place in my heart for making my special day even better!! Thank you so much for everything! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wedding dress in the future. The bridal suite was so accommodating (and had really great lighting). My family and bridal party were all able to be in the room with me while I was trying on dresses (in a dressing room to the side which allowed a lot of privacy) so I was able to be apart of their conversations even while I was changing!!! The suite was well decorated and had all the fun accessories in the room which I thought was a great concept. all in all this was a wonderful experience and I wish I could go back and do it again!!

Best bridal boutique! Stefany, Judy and April made shopping for my wedding dress the most wonderful experience! No other bridal boutique I went to even compared! Every part of the appointment was so special! From the service to the mimosas, to the dress selection, to the shop decor, everything is just perfect. They were all so helpful and had great ideas! I am SO glad I said yes to the dress here!

I had a wonderful experience working with Judy and her daughter at All About the Gown. She had exactly what I was looking for and was very easy to work with. Judy is an amazing person to work with. she went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect gown. she made my bridesmaid and I feel comfortable and offered us beverages and honesty. Judy is an honest and caring individual. I went to the store at 315 on Sunday, the store closed at 4p.m., but i wasn't rushed to try on dresses or told I had to leave. she worked with me to the very end. I bought my wedding dress that day with Judy. I can't wait to see it. Thank you ladies. ?

Found the Dress!!
Looking for a higher level of service and unique selection of dresses, come here!! Judy guides you through by selecting dresses based on your wants. Based on your feedback she selects dresses from their designers. Even before the appointment they ask for your Pinterest board and or Instagram to get to know my style. Highly recommend, unlike any other experience I had dress shopping. Plus, their selection is unique and special, they carry designers that are different than the big box stores.

So Much Fun!
My experience at All about the Gown was very fun! The staff was all working together to make sure I had everything I needed and was supported the whole time. I felt like I had a second bride tribe cheering me on! It was lovely.
