Joseph officiated my cousin’s wedding back in 2017. I was only 17 at the time and remember being in awe of the way he led their ceremony. Fast forward to planning my wedding, I saw that he was still officiating and I decided to reach out.
He FaceTimed with us and had such a soft, calming tone. He also took the time to walk us through how he would structure our ceremony. From that moment, I knew he would be able to tell our story in a way that would move everyone and he absolutely did.
He made the effort to really get to know us and our families, which made the experience feel very personal and meaningful. I truly couldn’t have chosen anyone better for the job.
If you want a ceremony that people will remember, full of happy tears and heartfelt moments, he’s the one. -

Joseph is professional, genuine, and heartfelt. We met him online only a few times, and we almost thought he was too good to be true. Turns out it’s not an act, Joseph is the most genuine person you’ll ever meet. He cares about love and bringing couples together with their families during the ceremony. Both the bride and groom will fill out worksheets to provide inspiration for the ceremony. His presentation during the wedding made it feel like he knew us for years, not months. All night, we heard compliments on how wonderful he was and how nice it was to attend a wedding where the minister did a great job. He made the ceremony FUN. I’ve never been to a fun wedding ceremony, so I’m glad my own was perfect. -

Better than I could have ever imagined!
I can’t emphasize how much I recommend Joseph to every couple that is getting married! I had an officiant double book and needed an officiant 3 days before my wedding. Joseph responded within 35 mins after I sent a request! I was willing to hire anyone at this point but he would not let me. He said let’s FaceTime tomorrow at 7pm for a consult before making a decision. He wanted to talk to me and the groom to make sure we were the right fit. He asked us a couple questions and any requests we may have. He then proceeded to give a small speech on how he would officiate. His voice was soothing and the words were incredible. It was a perfect fit. I really wanted a bilingual officiant and he could accommodate. He sent over questionnaire to be able to build me and my husband’s love story. On the wedding day he met with not only us (Bride and Groom) but asked my loved ones how they knew us before the ceremony which he incorporated during the ceremony. As I was walking towards my husband, Joseph was building up the moment conversing with him. The entire ceremony felt perfect. Every single person complimented him and told us he was such an incredible officiant. The perfect tone, pace, and words. The last officiant unable to do my wedding was such a blessing in disguise because Joseph made our wedding ceremony into such an unforgettable day for the celebration of our union. He makes you feel like family and like you’ve known him your whole life. This was a 22 person wedding and we plan on having a bigger wedding next year. We already booked him for out big wedding because we loved him so much! -

We celebrated my parents 50th Anniversary with a huge celebration and vow renewal ceremony. One of the best decisions we made during the planning was hiring Mr. Flores as officiant. This is your officiant!
Joseph has no idea how wonderful he is! He made our ceremony so special. He did more than let us tell our story but he allowed our loved ones to tell our story as well. There was no dry eye in the building. I had people walk up to me during the reception asking who he was, how I found him and if he did renewals. People who have been married for 30 plus years want Joseph to do their renewals so they can have that special moment. He was attentive, checked in often, allowed me to breath, and dealt with all my crazy questions. If you’re looking for an officiant look no further! -

Joseph was phenomenal!
The title says it all. Joseph is very experienced in what he does and conducts the ceremony in a way that is not only emotional, but also unforgettable. He takes the time to learn about each and every couple, and tells their story on how they met and what makes their partner their love, life and laughter. Joseph practically had everyone in our ceremony in happy tears with his way with words and the way he was able to portray our story. We originally requested a local judge in Comal county to the officiating services, as our wedding was small and we had less than 80 guests. Few days after booking the local judge, my neighbor suggested to get Joseph as officiant and I remembered how great his officiating was when I attended my neighbors’ wedding back in 2021. We couldn’t be more grateful and satisfied of making the right decision and asking for Joseph’s availability for our wedding ceremony.
From day one when we had our first call, you could see how personable Joseph is and the importance that he gave to our special day. Joseph is extremely prompt and responsive and kept reminding us on the different items he suggested to make the ceremony extra special.
The day of the ceremony, Joseph made a huge impact on our special day. He greeted our family members and friends before performing the ceremony. The eloquence and wordsmith of Joseph, captivated the entire audience. Several guests mentioned that they had teary eyes after listening to Joseph’s speech. Even our photographers requested his contact information and they have helped in more than 200 weddings.
You will truly be appreciative of Joseph’s services and is worth every penny.
Also, if you have Spanish speakers as guests, Joseph is bilingual and that made a huge difference with our parents and other elderly family members that feel more comfortable with Spanish.

We received Joseph's name from our wedding planner Jennifer Craft (JCraft Events) and he quickly set up a Zoom meeting with us after hours due to our work schedules. We were almost in tears when Joseph walked us through a vision of the ceremony. After that moment, we knew he was the one.
We got married on November 24, and the ceremony went exactly as we envisioned it. He arrived a few hours earlier to get to know the wedding party a little bit more. We did have some guests ask us if we knew Joseph personally because he seemed to know us so well. The way he gets to know each couple makes it seem as though you have been friends for years.

Joseph was such an amazing officiant. He knew exactly what to say in order to make everyone in the room emotional. He made the entire experience feel so personalized to us. He is bilingual, so his mixture of Spanish and English made the guests who spoke Spanish feel special. Amazing experience!
We definitely recommend Joseph for your wedding! At our meetings we felt that he really got to know us and it felt completely natural. He was respectful, kind, and very knowledgeable. We felt at total ease and we were very excited for our ceremony.
Joseph nailed the ceremony! His pace was not too fast/slow, his projection was perfect for our venue, he had the perfect mix of sentimental and humor. My husband and I were very happy . He is a wonderful officiant and a wonderful person. Our guests loved him, we loved him, and I’m sure anyone who hires him will too.

Phenomenal!
Having a destination wedding can be stressful and having only met through zoom meetings and phone calls I could tell after our first zoom I had full confidence in Jose! He goes above and beyond to get to know the bride and groom and delivers a beautiful ceremony with ways that include everyone in attendance. Jose provided suggestions for items I had never thought about, such as a wine box, that will provide for a lifetime of memories. My husband and I looked into Joseph as our wedding day officiant after our wedding planner highly suggested him to us! So happy we did because we hired him and got SO many compliments from guests! Joseph went above and beyond during our ceremony, he made everyone feel so comfortable and even talked to guests as they walked inside the chapel! He has the most calming and projecting voice, it is the first voice we hear on our wedding highlight video and sounds so movie like and professional! He feels like a best friend once you talk to him, so welcoming and friendly. We got to know each other, he does his best in getting to know the couple to make the ceremony magical! Joseph was an amazing addition to our wedding. About 6 months prior to our wedding, we needed to pivot and find an officiant. We looked online and asked our planner for recommendations; both of these roads led us to Joseph. From the first time we spoke, you could tell his true passion for what he does. While he is explaining to you how your ceremony would flow, it feels like a wonderful story he is telling and you become encapsulated in it. Joseph brought this same passion and story telling to our wedding day. Our friends and family were shocked that we did not know Joseph on a personal level; that is how good of a storyteller he is! Joseph was absolutely amazing! From the 1st interview with him I knew he was it. Even through Zoom my husband and I felt we were in the moment. Joseph knew exactly what to say to make our vows special. Joseph is experienced and made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. The ceremony went flawlessly. It didn't feel scripted, it felt natural, a beautiful romantic story. His transition from English to Spanish was admired. Joseph is well spoken. So good that they asked me if he was a politician. My guests raved about him. Saying things like... "where did you find that man?, he is so good" " I have ADHD and my attention span is short, but this guy kept me paying attention" "If we didn't know the couple, the officiant did a great job in letting us know them in a deeper manner" These are just some of the things said about Joseph. Joseph was definitely a guest favorite, and many said the ceremony was their favorite part of the wedding. It was ours as well. I am so happy with Joseph's services and Highly recommend him. -

Happy tears / beautiful ceremony
Mr Flores is the best of the best !He truly conducts the ceremony where it is not as stressful for the bride and groom . It is seamless and makes you feel so comfortable when all eyes are on you . I remember doing the first sit down with him practically crying with envisioning how our ceremony would be .It was so beautiful and looking at our crowd with tears filling their eyes was so sweet .He was the officiant at a family member’s wedding we were in, and I knew he had to be our officiant . Amazing service!
I reached out to Joseph and heard back from him right away. My husband and I were a little nervous and not sure what to expect. Joseph held a facetime call with both of us and explain his process and pretty much painted out exactly how the ceremony would go. That alone made us feel so so comfortable and we new then and there that we would be asking him to be our officiant. He kept in-contact with us the whole process and asked us how things were. He is so sincere and genuinely a great person. Our ceremony was beautiful and it felt like he knew us forever the way he spoke. It was a small, intimate wedding and he felt like a family member in attendance. My family loved how he explained everything before the ceremony and guided us all. 100/10 hands down!!! Intimate and beautiful ceremony
I am a classical musician and wedding vendor myself, therefore, I’ve witnessed hundreds of wedding ceremonies and numerous officiants here in San Antonio throughout the years. However, the first time I witnessed Joseph Flores officiate a wedding ceremony, I was instantly engaged and touched by his words. I later would run into him at different wedding ceremonies and was always moved by his words each time. After one wedding, I came up to him and told him that he would be my officiant one day (even though I wasn’t planning a wedding at the time). That’s how impressed I was. Fast forward several years later, I became engaged to my fiancé and started the planning process. The first thing I did was reach out to Joseph Flores. It was the best decision I have made. Our ceremony was intimate, personable, and seamless. We received many compliments from our family and friends afterwards about how beautiful and graceful the ceremony was conducted. 10/10 would recommend Joseph Flores. -

My husband and I had a destination wedding so finding the right officiant was a little trick until we stumbled across Joseph. When we found Joseph we had a Facetime call with him and during that call we knew Joseph was the one. He also speaks Spanish, which helped those involved in my ceremony who only speak Spanish. He made the ceremony so beautiful that those 30 minutes felt like 5 and he had the majority of my guests crying, even my photographer was crying! My photographer said that she loved his ceremony and he loves the way that Joseph positioned my husband for the first look as I walked into our ceremony. If he can make me, my husband, the majority of our guests, and even my vendors cry, he can do the same for your wedding! -

Joseph is a wonderful wedding officiant. You can truly tell he has a passion for his work. We had a small, intimate ceremony and chose to forego a rehearsal. Unforgettable
Minister Joseph Flores made our wedding ceremony unforgettable! He made sure to take care of every little detail by guiding us in every step of the process. When we met to talk about our wedding ceremony over video chat, he gave us a run down of what the ceremony would look like, he gave us suggestions and he was always available to answer our questions.
Some of our guests were spanish speaking only and Minister Flores made sure they felt included in the ceremony by making it bilingual. It meant a lot to me and my husband that all of our guests were able to enjoy the moment and feel included. We received lots of compliments from our guests about how they loved that Minister Joseph included personal details that made our ceremony so special and unique. Joseph is truly an expert Officiant. He knows exactly how to make you and your partner feel understood, and implement your values and story into the ceremony in a harmonious way. Joseph was recommended to us by my husbands cousins, and we could not be happier that they shared how much they adored their wedding because of him. Jospeh brought us to tears within minutes of our first meeting and during our ceremony were puddles because his words were so beautiful and impactful. We were lucky enough to have had witness Joseph Flores marry my sister and brother in law in 2019 and knew when our time came, we would hopefully be fortunate enough to book him. Joseph made us feel so comfortable up at the alter and made our ceremony incredibly romantic and intimate. He took the questionnaires he gave us and used them to create our own customized ceremony. We cannot thank Joseph enough for being such an integral part of our big day. If you are in search for an officiant, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Joseph. He is also bilingual which was perfect for our guests who speak English and/or Spanish. Thank you again, Joseph!

From the moment we met Joseph via a Facetime call, he made us feel so excited for our wedding ceremony. It felt like he genuinely wanted to get to know us and felt so excited to get to be a part of our special day. Within our first meeting he walked us through visualizing what our ceremony would be/sound like, step by step and we immediately knew he was our officiant. He was able to incorporate Spanish into the ceremony which was super important to me, as my dad was asked to give me away in his native language. The ceremony itself was beautiful, and we loved the way Joseph helped celebrate the uniqueness of our relationship throughout it, incorporating our questionnaire answers. The entire process felt easy, stress free, and he made it a point to count on him to "produce" the show taking away as many of our worries as he could. He even went to turn in our marriage certificate and get our certified copies so that we didn't have to worry about that right after the wedding. We are so pleased with our experience with Joseph and could not recommend him enough. -

Beyond Amazing!
