I purchased my dress from Alexia’s and had my alterations done there. My consultant did a great job listening to what I wanted and tailored her picks based on what I was liking the most. My gown was by Ines di Santo. Alexia’s worked with the designer to make the customizations I wanted. I was notified promptly as soon as my dress came in. Every employee I interacted with was so kind. Alterations went smoothly and my dress fit perfectly. -

Had my wedding dress fittings at Alexia. All of the staff was so helpful and nice. They were able to customize my dress with a special train and it turned out so beautifully! Highly recommend. -

I had my wedding dress alterations done at Alexia's Bridal. Jamie and Olga were absolutely amazing to work with! When my dress came in and I first tried it on, something wasn't quite right. Jamie really understood my vision and helped come up with ideas for making it perfect. And then Olga was able to alter it to match. I did not make it easy on them, but they had the best attitudes and were really willing to help and make changes until it was perfect. They truly care about the customer and want you to feel beautiful on your wedding day. Highly recommend! -

Everything I ever dreamed of!!!
Purchasing my beautiful wedding gown from Alexia's was the best decision I could have made when I was planning my wedding. After going to two other bridal shops, I found Alexia's. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like a queen. Shoutout to Jamie, she was there for me every step of the way from picking out my gown, helping me find the perfect veil, scheduling me for alterations, and answering all of my questions! I had an idea of what I wanted going in and they pulled the perfect gown. I think I actually purchased the very first one I tried on at Alexia's. The sweet lady that does alterations is awesome! I felt like I was the most stressed out bride every especially since I had to postpone my wedding due to Covid but they made my bridal experience totally painless. I remember picking up my gown and walking out for the very last time and it was the most bittersweet feeling. I will definitely miss going to Alexia's (will especially miss Jamie)!! I will cherish my gown for years to come. Alexia's is worth every penny! -

I bought my wedding gown at Lana Addison and had all my fittings done at Alexia’s and I could not have asked for a best experience! The lady that did all my alterations was so knowledgeable during each fitting and my dress fit perfectly! The customer service was top-notch and made me feel exactly how every bride should feel! -

After finding *the dress* at their sister store Lana Addison, I had the pleasure of having my two dress fittings at Alexia's bridal. The fit was so perfect at the second fitting, we did not need a third. I was very happy with the service provided by the employees there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. -
Kristen Sent on 07/23/2018If I could give 10 stars to Alexia's, I would. My dress buying and alterations experience was professional and rewarding. On top of me absolutely falling in love with the dress the minute I put it on, the professionalism of Alexia's staff was top-notch. We had a part of the dress that was giving all of us "a run for our money" and the team of alterations women came to the rescue and made my dress PERFECT. I'd recommend Alexia's to anyone who wants to buy a beautiful dress and have a team of women who makes dreams come true.

Kelsey Sent on 03/27/2018I had a wonderful experience at Alexia’s! I went dress shopping alone and picking a dress was probably my least favorite part of the entire wedding process. I was late to find something in time for our wedding and Alexia’s was the last boutique I stopped into by chance. I didn’t find anything I liked after visiting a few other places and decided to try going to Alexia’s before giving up for the day. I was so exhausted and tired of looking at dresses, that I almost felt I picked my gown by default. I was never crazy about it and at the time, wouldn’t really refer to it as “the one” but felt it was the best out of the options I had tried. My dress was a simple crepe gown that showed every little thing, making alterations especially difficult. During my fitting, there was an issue with the bust that Alexia and Jacqueline assured me would be fixed to my liking. I had a stressful couple of fittings but Maria (alterations) was able to go above and beyond to get the dress perfect just in time for wedding day. We didn’t have much time but I was told I could cram in as many fittings as possible until I was happy. My last fitting is when it all fell into place and I finally felt confident and beautiful in the gown! Alexia herself was there through the whole process and even came into a fitting and made some suggestions that made a world of difference. On my wedding day, there couldn’t have been a more perfect dress! I felt so beautiful!!! I can’t thank them enough for not giving up until the dress was perfect. I never felt like an inconvenience or a “bridezilla” even though I’m sure my complaints during fittings probably came off a bit nit-picky. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about my dress. It exceeded my expectations and the team at Alexia’s would not give up until I was happy. After visiting many places, I can say without a doubt that Alexia’s is THE place in Raleigh to find a gown. Wonderful customer service, attention to detail and professionalism.

I live a couple hours from Raleigh, and they were very responsive with emails/communication throughout the whole process. From the start they were able to find beautiful gowns within my budget and make me feel beautiful. I could tell that they all loved their job and genuinely enjoyed helping us, which made the experience so much better. The lady who did my alterations was so sweet as well. I thought I loved my dress before, but wow did she do an amazing job! My dress fit like a glove and I did not have to worry about "pulling it up" while dancing all night. I would highly recommend Alexia's to anyone. Gorgeous selections, great people, and a stress free/fun experience!

Carolann Sent on 08/19/2016After shopping at Alexia's sister store in Cary and not finding anything that wowed me, I was told Alexia's had some openings from cancellations that afternoon if I wanted to pop in. I went by and was assigned a consultant, and while I was waiting showed my Pinterest board of favorite gowns to Alexia. She asked what I liked about a particular gown and then said "I have something I think you'll like." Go figure, the one she had in mind was "the one." It was a Vera Wang sample dress that I NEVER thought I'd be able to afford in my budget, but she gave me a pretty killer price for committing to it that day. Additional alterations were about of third of the dress price itself (so beware of the dreaded alterations!) but those would have been expensive anywhere. All in all I had a lovely experience and am so happy Alexia and my consultant, Kate, helped me find my dream dress! -

Rachel Sent on 11/16/2015I had an amazing experience at Alexia’s Bridal! The day I came in for my appointment, there was a Vera Wang trunk show. I described a style I had in mind, and by the third dress I had found the one. I chose a beautiful Vera Wang gown, a dress I would have never chosen until I was asked to step out of the dressing room and into different lighting. I was in love. The staff of Alexia’s Bridal and the Vera Wang representative were all so wonderful. They were all so helpful and made me feel so good about myself (an extremely self-conscious bride-to-be). From booking my appointment, to finding my dress, sipping champagne to celebrate, working on alterations, and finally picking up my dress just weeks before the big day, it was all such a positive experience. Thank you! -

I had a very specific style dress I wanted for my wedding - one that most salons in the area didn't carry a huge selection of. After several fruitless visits to salons in Charlotte, Winston, and Durham, and an awful experience at another salon in Raleigh, I scheduled an appointment at Lana Addison, Alexia's sister salon in Cary. Although I didn't find my dress there, one of the owner's suggested a Vera Wang at Alexia's that sounded perfect. They were kind enough to squeeze me in that same day, so I could try on the dress, which turned out to be the one.
Although I was working with a limited budget, I was always treated with kindness and respect and never looked down upon like I had experienced in a few other salons.
Not only did they help me find my dress, they were amazingly accommodating with my schedule for all of my fittings, since I was coming from Winston Salem. My seamstress did an amazing job with my alterations, especially with my grandmother's jewelry, which was sewn into the dress, so they wouldn't fall out on the big day.
And after all was said and done, all I can say is I looked fabulous on my wedding day. I had so many compliments on my dress. I highly recommend them to any bride-to-be.

My appointment with Jamie more than a year ago was excellent. Jamie is kind, professional and helpful with choosing the best fit. The selection was amazing! I tried a different saloons but couldn’t find anything that I liked. In Alexia I actually loved two dresses and chose an Ines Di Santo dress that I wore to my wedding two weeks ago. I absolutely loved the dress, it was so comfortable and received so many compliments. -

Kelsey Sent on 11/23/2015Amanda was absolutley amazing to work with, but all of the girls were extremely helpful and fun! I got a gorgeous backless Monique Lhuillier in all white. It took some time for the fittings, as I changed the dress a good amount which was discussed before I purchased. Marie, the seamstress, did a fantastic job at tacking down the lace and making all the minor adjustments!
The only reason I docked some points on flexibility is because the fittings and alterations can only be scheduled on certain weekdays before 5 which really proves to be an inconvenience especially when coming from out of town. Make sure to keep that in mind when purchasing as I was not told!
Otherwise, extremely impressed with my dress and the experience. Thank you Alexia's Bridal for making my dream dress come true! I have already recommended two friends to Alexia's who also said YES to the dress! -

I bought my Sareh Nouri wedding gown here in November 2020 (wedding April 2022) during a trunk show for my designer. My Raleigh-based wedding planner recommended Alexia’s to me. My experience choosing a gown here was fine, the bridal consultant listened to me and allowed me to try on any dress I wanted. She did try to stay within budget I originally said, however we ended up telling her to pull gowns we wanted regardless of price. I do wish they had a broader selection of designers’ gowns available during “trunk shows”.
The reason for my low rating is alterations. I made the horrible mistake of having my gown alterations done by an Alexia’s seamstress. In all, it took 5 alteration appointments and over $1300 to get the gown to fit and make a very minor style adjustment. I was initially quoted $1100 for alterations just to get the gown to fit. My seamstress would make alterations that ended up then having the gown fit worse and had to be corrected. My dress did not fit for my bridal portraits and didn’t fit until my final appointment the week of my wedding.
I live several states away and ended up having to take time off of work and FLY to Raleigh for my fitting appointments because they have no weekend availability (was not disclosed to me before committing to alterations at Alexia’s). This was a stressful part of wedding planning no bride should subject herself to. It’s essentially highway robbery. -

I went to Lana Addison Bridal yesterday because I was looking for a tailor to fit a dress for me. I am the mother of the bride. Even though I didnt buy the dress at this store, they told me they'd be happy to help me. The seamstress told me that it fits well and she would not recommend altering it. The whole conversation was less than 5 minutes but they charged me $75 for the visit!! That is insane! Nowhere on their website does it say they would charge me, and they didnt alert me when I was scheduling the appt. They also said that they usually charge $150 for this service. This is a ripp off. I also experienced that they do not answer the phone either - they do everything by email or text. I highly suggest you bring your business somewhere else.
