  We recently had the pleasure of working with Alexa's Cafe and Catering for our wedding, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we first reached out to inquire about catering options, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. We especially enjoyed the Open House were we had the opportunity to try some of the popular menu options.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Alexa's Cafe and Catering for our wedding, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we first reached out to inquire about catering options, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. We especially enjoyed the Open House were we had the opportunity to try some of the popular menu options.
  
  Set-Up: On the day of our wedding, Alexa's Cafe & Catering team arrived on time and worked seamlessly to set up the reception area. They took care of everything, from arranging the food stations to ensuring that the table set-up matched our vision.
  
  Catering: The food was nothing short of amazing! We opted for a appetizers for cocktail hour and a buffet-style spread. The presentation, variety, and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about the fresh and flavorful food. The staff was attentive, making sure everything was stocked and ready to go without ever feeling intrusive.
  
  Take-Down: At the end of the night, the team efficiently handled the take-down. They cleared the space quickly and quietly, without disrupting the flow of the celebration. We were impressed by how smoothly everything went, with no lingering stress after the meal. Everything was packed up neatly, and there was no mess left behind.
  
  Overall: Alexa's Cafe and Catering truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day stress-free and delicious. Their attention to detail, delicious food, and seamless service made all the difference. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for outstanding catering and event support.   We hired Alexa’s to cater our wedding and we are SO HAPPY with our decision!! Alexa and Leigh were so engaged and involved. From the moment we booked with Alexa’s, they were professional and responsive, and I could trust their expertise for guidance on food and drink for our guests. We went to multiple open houses to try their food and talk with Alexa, so by the time our wedding came, I felt like they truly knew us and what we wanted for the day.   Great service!

  Alexa's did an amazing job with our catering! They have open houses so you can try their food, they are easy to work with, they work with a rental company for linens and tableware so you don't have to worry about that, and they will even set up your reception for you!! Their food is amazing and they have many different options for dinner type, menu, drinks, etc.!

  High quality, professional and affordable!

  Alexa's Catering was phenomenal from beginning to end! We loved them from the minute we met them for our tasting and felt that they really cared about our goals for catering. Catering is so important for the wedding because they really are the "foundation" of the vendors throughout the day, making sure the set up, dinner and bar flows so smoothly from set up to tear down. It was obvious they have lots of experience because Alexa made all of the steps from planning to "production" so smooth, efficient and easy. As someone who literally balked at the cost of catering when I first started researching caterers after rentals add up etc., I felt Alexa's was affordable and super willing to work with us to cut down costs where we could which I really appreciated. AND the food was absolutely amazing - we got SO many compliments from guests afterwards which feels so good to know they enjoyed themselves! Literally there were no leftovers to take home, and we had several people not show up day of - meaning we should have had a lot of extra food, but the food was so good our guests ate up all the extra! Can't recommend Alexa's enough!!

  Alexa's was very easy to work with and we were happy with the service! All of my questions were always answered through email. The food was good! The staff was professional and courteous. We would recommend Alexa's!

  Everyone loved how quaint and cute this venue was! It is set back in Country Village so it is a little hidden but it is beautiful! We were able to walk around outside to get some amazing photos too! The venue has a nice set up so that we were able to have both our ceremony and reception in the same location! I am so glad the we had our wedding here and I will recommend to any friends and family!

  Teresa made a lasting impression on us AND our guests. The food and the cake were the BEST food we've had in recent memory. Our guests kept coming up and complimenting our choices in food, and were trying to poke their heads in the kitchen to get recipes (closely guarded secrets, and for good reason!). We only had a small amount of food leftover, and we paid for about 10-15 servings MORE than actually showed at the reception. Everyone was stuffed. We couldn't be happier.

  Amazing, Affordable Catering

  Alexa's cafe was the best vendor! The planning process was smooth and seamless. Coordinating our rentals through Alexa's made it stress-free. The entire team knew what was happening and was so helpful. Plus, the food is just delicious. We did a buffet for 150 people and everyone was so happy! From Flank steak, to salmon and pasta...just yum! Thank you!

  Working with Alexa's was the best!! They did the catering for our wedding, but really do so much more than that! I worked closely with Alexa for almost 2 years after having to postpone our wedding, and she helped with all the details of the planning process and had so many good recommendations for us to take into consideration. Their team ran around like crazy on the day of, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything turned out perfectly and just like we planned! Alexa was so good at communicating with me, especially in the final month or two when it seemed I had constant questions for her. Most importantly, the food turned out amazing! Everyone loved...   Alexa's Cafe & Catering was incredible. From the moment I first reached out to Alexa's, they were so kind, responsive and professional. Every interaction with the staff from Alexa's was so positive and helpful — I had a ton of questions for them, especially when COVID hit and we had to change our wedding plans multiple times, Alexa's was always so supportive and understanding. On the wedding day they were so great about set up, clean up, and with such friendly service — our family was so impressed by all of the staff! (Plus, everyone loved the food!) We cannot recommend Alexa's enough for making our day so special!

  Great Food and Wonderful Service!

  Alexa’s Catering exceeded our expectations in everyone way. They not only provided excellent food but also handled nearly all the setup on our wedding day (including our own personal table decorations) and were even able to serve a smoked salmon appetizer that was caught by the groomsmen, which every other caterer we talked to wouldn’t do. Alexa and Leigh are incredibly easy to work with and we would recommend Alexa’s to everyone we know.

Your meal and your wedding is incredibly important and they 100% understand this and make you feel it. We decided to book Alexa's for our wedding before trying there food (crazy right?). They were a preferred caterer recommended by our venue and the reviews we read were spectacular. From our first visit to one of their catering open houses, we were delighted with the food and blown away by the exceptional customer service. Both Alexa and her mother (owner and founder of the cafe), were present during the open house and took the time to sit down and speak to us and answer any and all questions we had right away. We had absolutely no need to worry what-so-ever about having our needs and requests met for our wedding. I asked for individual baguette's for each setting — Alexa loved the idea and had them come from Macrina Bakery (amazing). I asked to have parchment paper and twine wrapped around each one — Alexa and her team were more than happy to take this on morning of the wedding. I asked for different CORT rentals multiple times — Alexa responded so nicely and made every adjustment without hesitation or any judgement. I could go on ... We were able to say hello and thank them during our wedding and it felt more like a new friendship than anything. After our wedding, we received countless compliments on every dish ... Especially the steak. Could not recommend enough. Thank you so much to Alexa (our main point of contact), and the team. We love you!!

  From the beginning, Leigh (owner) was great to work with. They operate a breakfast/lunch restaurant as well as the catering company (stop by if you're in Bothell for a great breakfast), and we had a great dinner there after rehearsal as well as a fun tasting of samples of their catering menu at a separate event.
  
  In the end, everything was on time, on budget, and executed just as our daughter wanted. They provided what was ordered and also worked with her on customizing many things - she wanted her own gold leaf chargers and other bride-provided items that were set by Alexa's, and they provided a bartender who served alcohol that we brought to the venue (I didn't know that caterers allowed customer furnished alcohol!).
  
  The food was prepped and served very well in a challenging setup with no convenient kitchen. Leigh has developed some very unique, great tasting dishes. My wife's favorite is a fruit and vegetable landscape that was a buffet appetizer and big hit. From the setup to cleanup, the on site staff was accommodating and helpful and packed up all of the items that the bride furnished as well food and cake to take.
  
  Our daughter had an outdoor wedding this past weekend, with rain in the forecast for the Seattle area. Leigh went through all of the logistics of procuring and having a large tent installed on short notice, and even coordinated with other weddings before and after ours to get their buy-in and contributions for the tent. Truly "above and beyond" in my book.
  
  We can't say enough about the whole experience with Alexa's. Highly recommend.

It felt like we just gave them an idea of what we wanted in the meetings before the wedding, and they ran with it wonderfully. The bar was efficient, the buffet laid out beautifully with signs and flowers that they provided, and they even made a fancy design with berries on our simple cheesecake (we went for taste over fanciness, so this was a really neat surprise). I was a little worried when their prices were so competitive that we were going to get nickle-and-dimed the whole way, but this fear turned out to be completely unfounded-- the estimate based on our uncertain vision at the beginning of our planning process turned out to be higher than the final bill once we'd nailed down all of the details. And let me reiterate, because I think this is important-- the food was AMAZING. The chicken was moist (not a simple feat in a buffet!), the lasagna wonderfully cheesy, and all of the sides and breads were simply delicious.

  If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Everything, and I mean everything was phenomenal. Leigh was incredible from day 1, and everything was perfect on our wedding day. We did a buffet dinner for about 70 people, and I think every guest raved about the food. They were accommodating of dietary restrictions, and so helpful with even things we didnt think of in relation to food and beverage service. Alexa's even coordinated our rentals (chairs for our ceremony and some decor items as well through CORT). Our event was held at a winery, but they provided bartending services and beer for our event, serving the winery's wine as well. The staff, food, drinks, communication, timeliness, professionalism, everything was just extraordinary.
  
  We hope to have another event in the future that Alexa's can cater!

  We had Alexa's Cafe host our daughter's and new son-in-law's Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception. We were very pleased with the food, prices and services that Alexa and her staff provided. From the initial catering proposal/meeting to the cleanup after the wedding, this vendor did it all, and assisted us along the way.
  All of the rehearsal dinner and wedding guests commented on how delicious the food was, and how it was presented. They took the bride and groom's vision of what they wanted for wedding, and helped to make it memorable and enjoyable, and it didn't stop on the wedding evening. They prepared all the leftovers to go, so that a dinner after the wedding was enjoyed.

  We had Alexa's Cafe host our daughter's and new son-in-law's Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception. We were very pleased with the food, prices and services that Alexa and her staff provided. From the initial catering proposal/meeting to the cleanup after the wedding, this vendor did it all, and assisted us along the way.
  All of the rehearsal dinner and wedding guests commented on how delicious the food was, and how it was presented. They took the bride and groom's vision of what they wanted for wedding, and helped to make it memorable and enjoyable, and it didn't stop on the wedding evening. They prepared all the leftovers to go, so that a dinner after the wedding was enjoyed.

  Alexa's was such a wonderful choice of food for my wedding! I saw them first at the Snohomish Wedding Tour and was in love with their Fruit and Vegetable landscape. They managed the event so thoroughly we had nothing to worry about on the day of the event! And when they left our house, you couldn't tell they were even there because it was spotless. They set up and took down tables, chairs, linens and decorations. The food was excellent, and they worked hard with smiles on their faces the entire time! Will recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding for special event requiring catering!

  So just to be clear, my wedding hasn't happened yet. It is still 4 months away but all of the planning has been very enjoyable. Teresa with Courtyard Hall is making it way easy! Not only are we able to do our ceremony and reception at this beautiful location, but she also takes care of the catering and the wedding cake! She even helped us build a custom menu. This place is a wonderful value and I can't wait to actually tie the knot here!

I was so pleased with how easy it was to work with Teresa. She was very easy going and very flexible. We asked to see the venue a couple more times and each time it was no issue. For the price we got the venue for a long period of time and was able to set most decorations up the night before the wedding so that day of little needed to be done, which helped my family a lot since they were the ones doing day of wedding set up. The food was fantastic as well. She has a wonderful catering service that goes with weekend weddings and I was just so pleased! Everyone was impressed with the location and food. She and her staff did an amazing job! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute, but awesome venue/caterer!
