Wonderful Wedding Reception!
Alexa’s made the planning process easy from start to finish. The buffet was kept hot/cold as needed (and this venue has no formal kitchen!), it was plentiful and tasty — we received many compliments from our guests. The bartenders were fantastic, efficient and friendly. The service was smooth, attentive, friendly and professional, everything was executed as planned with no hiccups — they did a terrific job overall and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire Alexa’s Catering again if we host another event. -

We recently had the pleasure of working with Alexa's Cafe and Catering for our wedding, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we first reached out to inquire about catering options, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. We especially enjoyed the Open House were we had the opportunity to try some of the popular menu options.
Set-Up: On the day of our wedding, Alexa's Cafe & Catering team arrived on time and worked seamlessly to set up the reception area. They took care of everything, from arranging the food stations to ensuring that the table set-up matched our vision.
Catering: The food was nothing short of amazing! We opted for a appetizers for cocktail hour and a buffet-style spread. The presentation, variety, and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about the fresh and flavorful food. The staff was attentive, making sure everything was stocked and ready to go without ever feeling intrusive.
Take-Down: At the end of the night, the team efficiently handled the take-down. They cleared the space quickly and quietly, without disrupting the flow of the celebration. We were impressed by how smoothly everything went, with no lingering stress after the meal. Everything was packed up neatly, and there was no mess left behind.
Overall: Alexa's Cafe and Catering truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day stress-free and delicious. Their attention to detail, delicious food, and seamless service made all the difference. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for outstanding catering and event support. We hired Alexa’s to cater our wedding and we are SO HAPPY with our decision!! Alexa and Leigh were so engaged and involved. From the moment we booked with Alexa’s, they were professional and responsive, and I could trust their expertise for guidance on food and drink for our guests. We went to multiple open houses to try their food and talk with Alexa, so by the time our wedding came, I felt like they truly knew us and what we wanted for the day. The food and drinks were DELICIOUS and all the service staff were absolutely wonderful. Our guests raved about how amazing the food and everything was, and we cannot thank their entire team enough for everything they did to make our day amazing. If you are looking for catering for your wedding or event, we highly recommend Alexa’s!! -

Alexa's did an amazing job with our catering! They have open houses so you can try their food, they are easy to work with, they work with a rental company for linens and tableware so you don't have to worry about that, and they will even set up your reception for you!! Their food is amazing and they have many different options for dinner type, menu, drinks, etc.! -

Alexa's Catering was phenomenal from beginning to end! We loved them from the minute we met them for our tasting and felt that they really cared about our goals for catering. Catering is so important for the wedding because they really are the "foundation" of the vendors throughout the day, making sure the set up, dinner and bar flows so smoothly from set up to tear down. It was obvious they have lots of experience because Alexa made all of the steps from planning to "production" so smooth, efficient and easy. I didn't have to worry about anything ever because I felt I was in such good hands. As someone who literally balked at the cost of catering when I first started researching caterers after rentals add up etc., I felt Alexa's was affordable and super willing to work with us to cut down costs where we could which I really appreciated. AND the food was absolutely amazing - we got SO many compliments from guests afterwards which feels so good to know they enjoyed themselves! Literally there were no leftovers to take home, and we had several people not show up day of - meaning we should have had a lot of extra food, but the food was so good our guests ate up all the extra! Can't recommend Alexa's enough!! -
Marisa Sent on 03/08/2018Working with Alexa's Catering was a fantastic decision! We hired them to cater our wedding/rehearsal dinner, and it was wonderful working with the staff. We utilized their restaurant for the rehearsal dinner space; it was the perfect space at no additional cost! Alexa's was the only catering company to offer day-of support with table decorations, early set-up, etc. The detailed questions I was asked in our final meeting were similar to the wedding planner's questions, reassuring me they wanted to get the vision just right. (Also, very helpful if you choose to proceed without a coordinator.) Alexa's had a great working relationship with our venue (DeLille), which was extremely comforting as they would be locking up at the end of the night. We received SO many compliments after the wedding on how delicious the food was, and everyone LOVED the desserts! We were happily eating leftovers for the next few days. Great company and great family to work with!

Cecili Sent on 01/13/2013Everyone loved how quaint and cute this venue was! It is set back in Country Village so it is a little hidden but it is beautiful! We were able to walk around outside to get some amazing photos too! The venue has a nice set up so that we were able to have both our ceremony and reception in the same location! I am so glad the we had our wedding here and I will recommend to any friends and family! -

Crystal Sent on 05/25/2012Teresa made a lasting impression on us AND our guests. The food and the cake were the BEST food we've had in recent memory. Our guests kept coming up and complimenting our choices in food, and were trying to poke their heads in the kitchen to get recipes (closely guarded secrets, and for good reason!). We only had a small amount of food leftover, and we paid for about 10-15 servings MORE than actually showed at the reception. Everyone was stuffed. We couldn't be happier. -

Alexa’s was one of the 5 preferred catering companies for our venue, and they were a great choice! All of the food was delicious – I wish we could have taken home leftovers! They made it easy to plan our wedding menu by hosting an open house monthly for brides and grooms to try out their different menu items. We went with a buffet dinner, but they have plated dinner options too. We weren’t going to have desserts from our caterer but Alexa’s desserts were so good that we had to have some of their mini pies and chocolate mousse cups at our wedding! Alexa’s also managed all our rentals (tables, chairs, china, glassware, linens, etc.) for our wedding too, which made everything super easy. At the wedding itself we did have one kind of grumpy server, but the rest of the staff and management team were fabulous to work with. My husband and I loved the food so much that we want to find the opportunity in the future to host another big social gathering so that we can have Alexa’s cater with their delicious food again! -

Teresa was very flexible about all the little touches that we wanted to add to our wedding, and we were thankful for that. All my guests loved the food, esp the cake. The cake looked amazing and tasted even better. -

Katarina Sent on 06/26/2013Alexa's not only is a cafe, but it also has it's own catering department. I had been to Alexa's several times as far as the cafe goes, but didn't even know about their catering department until we started planning our wedding.
When I saw that they did catering I instantly starting inquiring. They were an absolute joy to work with, I probably e-mailed them 50 different times at the beginning, and they responded each and every time. They were so patient and willing to work with me and our budget. We booked over a year in advance, and they helped with each and every step of the way.
As the time got closer to the wedding, they even threw in a few extra things here and there to help us out. I couldn't have asked for a better caterer, they were so perfect. The food was absolutely incredible, and they did such a great job on the day of the wedding. We had to do a room flip to transform the ceremony into the reception, and they handled the whole thing included in their original quote. After the wedding was over, they completely cleaned the kitchen and tore down everything for us.
If you need a caterer for any event, I would definitely recommend them. They are a joy to work with, and can help with all of your details. ALEXAS ROCKS! -

We did both alcohol and food through Alexa's. We paid for a 11pm bar but the bar randomly closed at 10pm on our wedding.
They then said that even though we paid for 11 the bar was scheduled to close down at 10:15??? Just because they want to. We had the venue scheduled for tear down from 11 - 12.
They then claimed that they found outside alcohol bottles but didn't tell either of us that they did, they just closed it down.
Additionally, the bartender was one of the rudest bartenders I have EVER interacted with. He was rude to guests, family members, and members of the bridal party. Ten separate people came to tell us how rude he was.
As an example, I was standing at the bar when a guest asked if your bartender had ice. The bartender responded with "NOPE!" loudly. Then as the guest walked off the two boys that were standing with the bartender snickered "I love how blunt you are." your bartender then responded with "yeah I don't give a fuck".
Not the quality of services we expected.
On top of that they charge a MANDATORY 26 percent gratuity.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
