Best Wedding Band Ever!! HIRE THEM!!
Alex and his band were absolutely AMAZING! We had the time of our lives at our wedding and it was all due to this band! They crushed song after song and we had SO many people come up to us to compliment the band and say how much fun they were having. No one could leave the dance floor all night! If we had to do it all over again, this band would be the first and easiest decision on our list! Every single member of the band is insanely talented! And to top it off - Alex is the absolute best person to work with. So incredibly kind, easy to work with, flexible and timely in his responses! They were able to take our vision (and our skeleton draft of a set list) and make it a reality and ten times better! Look no further - Alex and his band are the people for the job! They will make your wedding day even better than imagined! -

AMAZING! So glad to we chose him!
We had our wedding in New Rochelle, NY on a Sunday, and Alex played the guitar during our ceremony.
Having Alex perform at our ceremony was the best decision that I made. To begin with, he is a kind, thoughtful, and gregarious person, which makes the whole process easier. But because he has done this many times before, he can offer thoughts and suggestions, which I was desperate for (he could tell I was struggling and asked if I wanted suggestions!). He is also very responsive to messages.
The day of our ceremony, his music made me tear up with joy. It sounded so beautiful. Everyone at the wedding loved it. Not to mention, he learned to play a song that is so meaningful to me and my family. In hindsight, I wish I asked him to play more, because it just sounded so good.
Best choice by far!!! -

Hire Alex, it's the best decision!
I have worked with Alex on a bunch of weddings over the last couple of years and I won't use anyone else. He is professional yet personable, creative and incredibly talented! I've not found a song he can't play (though even if he couldn't I am sure he'd learn it!) and he always goes the extra mile for my couples.
He's performed at small elopements on gorgeous sunny days and also larger weddings in Central Park during bad weather but his beautiful performance always shines through! He is a joy to work with & I can not recommend him enough! -

Amazing Band/DJ Experience
Alex was referred to us by a friend who used him as a DJ for her wedding. From our very first interaction with Alex, we were extremely impressed by his professionalism, response time to questions, and his positive/passionate attitude, which was infectious. Alex helped shape the musical entertainment for the entire wedding, from the ceremony through reception. He coordinated a string trio (including himself on guitar) for our ceremony and cocktail hour and he led a 6 piece band (again with himself on guitar) for our reception. Alex struck a perfect balance between the band playing and DJ sets. All we can say is wow! Alex and his band rocked and the dance floor was packed all night. He is truly an amazing guitarist! Hiring Alex was one of the best decisions for our big day. He was incredibly reliable and more than exceeded our expectations. We continue to receive compliments from guests about how amazing the music was for the whole event and how much fun they had listening to them. You will absolutely not regret your decision working with Alex. -

Best choice for our wedding!
Alex was excellent to work with and exceeded our expectations. Working with him before the wedding he was great as he took a lot of the worry out of figuring stuff out for our music to be played throughout the entire evening. He provided beautiful live music for the ceremony and dinner, and then switched over to DJ for the dance party. Highly recommend!! -

Intimate and perfection
Alexander Prezzano is very responsive, patient and sweet. Alex plays beautifully. Alexander is prompt. He is was very thoughtful in his planning and collaboration with us prior to our city hall wedding dinner. Alex played a variety of songs, from Marc Anthony, Green Day, Elvis Presley, Juan Luis Guerra, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, and Luke Combs. Highly recommended for your wedding or event. -

Amazing Guitar player
Alex is an awesome guitarist he can play absolutely anything you set down in front of them. I 1000% recommend him. Everything about the music was just perfect, a great mix of songs.(Spanish and English) We hired him for 2.5 hours and he played before our guest arrived. So like 3 hours. We had a small dinner of 14 people. We gave him a list of songs we wanted him to play and he played all of them. (Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Whitney Houston, Marc Anthony, bad bunny, the Beatles and so much more.) The memories I made with my family having him there were priceless. He’s very professional and responsive. He responded to every text. No matter what time. I’m grateful for his warmth and kindness while he played. He even played baby shark. For my 2 year old niece. I will definitely hire him again. He made the dinner party elegant and fun. -

Alex made the party!
Alex was incredible to work with. He played classical guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour- he is incredibly talented and the music was beautiful. He was kind enough to not only allow my dad to play with him during the cocktail hour, he took time to rehearse together via zoom several times before our wedding. Alex also djed our reception and was able to get everyone out of their seats. We didn’t want a typically emceed dj situation and he executed the night perfectly without overbearing, cheezy banter. Alex is so warm and personable, easy to work with, and talented. I highly recommend him! -

Perfection
Alex and his band were perfect, not only did they play the reception which was amazing. Alex also set up audio for the ceremony and then he and another member played acoustic guitar and sang during our cocktail hour and dinner! He was super responsive whether through email/text/FaceTime and made my new wife and I so relaxed! His ability to play guitar is off the charts and the rest of the band were great as well! They let us essentially build our entire reception set list (heavy 90’s-00’s hits with some country and hip hop mixed in) which they absolutely crushed. My wife and I never left the dance floor for the 3+ hours! I honestly can’t say enough how amazing and truly stress free they made our day/night. -

The Best, The Talented, The Amazing Alexander Prezzano!
As you all know, planning a wedding is stressful. With Alex, its one less thing to worry about. Been planning this wedding since 2019 and with pandemic happening we move our wedding back to 2022! Alex stuck with us and is the nicest human being there is! We asked for a couple request such as my best friend singing the Recessional song and we had to ask to transpose to a higher note, as well as requesting other songs that is not normally in his repertoire. Anyway before his head explode from all the praises wanted to say thank you to Alex for being so talented and accommodating. Thank you thank you thank you!

Alex is the best!
I cannot recommend Alex enough! He is so talented, professional, and easy to work with. We ended up having to reschedule our wedding from May 2020 to October 2021 and Alex was so flexible and accommodating. He was super responsive to emails, organized, and worked with us every step of the way. We ended up adding a cello and Alex made this process super easy too. My husband comes from a culture that has the very unique wedding tradition of singing a hymn during the ceremony. Alex was able to learn a completely new song from a different country, carry the tune when all of our wedding guests were attempting to sing in an unfamiliar language, and knocked it out of the park! I really can't recommend Alex enough. If you want beautiful music, a super nice person, and responsive communication, hire him now! -

Incredible Musician and Orchestrator
Alex is the best of the best- a world class musician with the most positive and radiant energy. Alex is professional, creative and extremely well versed in all different kinds of music. He was able to take our vision and the vibe of our big day (Broadway meets French brasserie) and make it come to life with a bespoke group of curated musicians. He led us down the aisle with some beautiful Spanish guitar and then turned our venue into a lively reception with his group of musicians. We had bass, saxophone, keyboard, violin and guitar who were all incredibly talented plus the perfect AV and speaker setup provided by Alex.
Additionally, Alex was patient with our wedding when we had to reschedule due to Covid providing nothing but support and understanding. He was flexible when we decided to have him DJ at night for our nighttime party too!
Alex is a true joy to work with! Highly, highly recommend him and his team for your wedding or event! -

Such a sweet and fun guitarist
Working with Alex was amazing. It has been a wild ride during COVID. He was extremely responsive, flexible and gave us exactly what we wanted! My husband is a huge movie guy and Alex played us songs from various movies which made it so personal and fun!! His talent and professionalism is wonderful. If I could give 6 stars I would!
We can't begin to express how amazing Alex was for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We originally asked Alex to play for our wedding back in spring of 2020, but due to the pandemic our wedding was pushed to September 2021. Alex was flexible, understanding, communicative, and the pinnacle of professionalism. He was willing to travel to Vermont for us and also provided a microphone for our ceremony, and had all the necessary equipment for an outdoor wedding. His music was beautiful and we had so many guests comment on how talented the guitarist was. For anyone who is detailed oriented and is wondering whether your ceremony musician can achieve the correct timing etc. for all the songs in the processional, book Alex and you won't even have to think about it. -

Perfect for our party!
We hired Alex to play some background guitar music for my sister's Bridal Shower and he was amazing! We changed the date and venue multiple times due to COVID and he was extremely flexible and easy to work with. Look no more. Book Alex!
From the beginning to the end Alex was a professional. Even though we had to delay our date a full year due to COVID, there was never an issue dealing with Alex. He made sure to check-in between our old and new date to ensure we had everything we needed. Once the date was around the corner we got to meet with him and his excitement for our upcoming date was infectious. This was all before we got to hear him play for us and our guest. During a ceremony filled with rain he helped make it seem like the sun was shining. Once we headed in for the cocktail hour the party was on. He, along with the cello player he helped us book, were phenomenal. They even threw us a little game of thrones song in between which had the whole party excited. Whatever you do make sure to book him for your event, you won’t be disappointed -

No awkward silence
We had our ceremony in a beautiful, industrial space and we’re glad Alex was available to play for us. We requested two songs - one for my walk down the aisle and one for when we sealed the deal. With just those two selections, he played other songs which suited us. He played well and kept our family and friends entertained while they waited for the ceremony to start.
One thing I want to note, since we are still dealing with Covid and our wedding happened in late September, is he was very respectful by wearing his mask and he was also six feet apart from everyone at all times. -

Alex plays the guitar incredibly well. He can play a varied number of popular and classic songs. All our wedding guests were delighted and impressed with his tunes. Alex was a pleasure to work with and his music was absolutely perfect! I requested 3 songs for my ceremony and then told him to play whatever else he liked and everyone was saying how beautiful it sounded!! Alex was absolutely wonderful! We had a really difficult song we wanted played for our ceremony and Alex blew it out of the park. He was extremely responsive and put together a great trio to play at our cocktail hour as well. I can't thank him and the other musicians enough for the wonderful job they did. Alex was open to playing all different types of music and learned a few new songs for us as well! He is extremely talented and can play almost anything you'd like! We preferred more folk type music and he delivered. Thanks, Alex!! -

Alex was amazing to work with from the start! Professional, personable, reasonable pricing and was happy to discuss options with you, great recommendations, prompt responses and everything the day of my wedding went so smoothly. I trusted him with whatever he felt should be played during cocktail hour and he and our cellist really read the room. Many compliments were given on how lovely the ceremony music was and really added to the ambiance. Great during cocktail hour too! He also gives options for additional musicians if needed which we had and together they sounded beautiful! Highly recommended and hope to have more occasions I could hire him for! -

Always goes the extra mile- He's the best!
Alex was the best! He was always available for a phone call or an e mail, and worked with us to set the tone for our wedding exactly as we wanted it. He and another musician played an acoustic set during cocktail hour (they we’re great!) and then he played some great music with his DJ equipment for the second half of the evening. He was completely accommodating, followed our wishes, and most of all his incredible talent was evident when he played music.
We especially appreciated the fact that he played the songs we wanted played, both during the acoustic set and later in the evening. I know Alex and his accompaniment had to learn some tunes in preparation for our wedding and we really appreciated them playing certain special songs for us. Alex also purchased certain equipment specifically for our wedding so that he could accommodate our venue. The fact the he seemed to always go the extra mile for us is the reason I would tell anyone considering Alex for your event to hire him!

My daughter had Alex play for her wedding in July of 2018. It was the hottest day of the summer and unfortunately very uncomfortable. Alex played as if the weather was gorgeous! I can not tell you how Happy we were with his performance! Working with him before the wedding was So Pleasant. He was open to all suggestions that my daughter and I had and he kept saying that he wanted us to have the most wonderful experience and he delivered! Our guest were overwhelmed by his presence! Alex was kind, respectful and so Amazing during the ceremony and cocktail hour! He played the most perfect songs and the setting with him playing made my daughter’s day Perfect!!! Alex provided ceremony music for our wedding. I was impressed by how extremely responsive Alex was from our very first communication. He was very affordable and offered to learn any song that we wanted to hear for no additional price.
Alex is an extremely talented musician. He was also very helpful in finding a vocalist that could sing the Ave Maria opera style. Most importantly, Alex is honest. When the singer came down with a cold 3 days prior to our wedding and would not be able to sing Ave Maria opera style any longer, he informed us and gave use the opportunity to opt out of the singer and receive a refund on our deposit, or have her sing Ave Maria regular. We were extremely grateful for his professionalism by giving us the heads up and not blind-sighting us the day of the wedding. We opted for having her singing the Ave Maria regular and it was wonderful!
Alex showed up timely, prepared with his equipment and delivered on everything we requested and he promised. Two thumbs up for Alex! I hope to see him at another event again. I would definitely hire him again. -

Alex was such a wonderful touch to my Spanish themed wedding. I had so many compliments about his music. He made is really easy to help pick songs since he sent a long list. He was at the venue early , set up and started with out me even directing him. I spoke to him right before the ceremony. He played flawlessly and beautifully. I forgot to have someone play my song from the computer on our way out! He instantly played a song and no one ever knew any different. Alex is such a wonderful guy in general. I highly recommend him for guitar for your wedding. -

Alex truly defines professionalism. He is not only an incredibly dedicated guitarist with a large musical repertoire, but he was quick to respond when we needed him and was even able to accommodate a venue change not far from our big day. He offers a large option of music ranging from classical pieces to The Beatles and Eric Clapton all of which he performs masterfully. Alex was simply amazing. We found him not too long before the wedding and he immediately engaged with us to help us make our event special and very much “us”. He played instrumental guitar for roughly an hour before the wedding and then the processional as we walked down the aisle. We received many compliments on his work as well. I could not recommend Alex more. A good friend told me that it's important when choosing vendors for your wedding that you just feel a natural, genuine rapport—an inkling that you would want to be friends with the person or people providing a service on your special day. Even just over our initial contact via email, my (now husband!) and I knew that Alex was perfect for us, right away. Not only is he incredibly talented with a genuine love of music (you don't want someone who is just going through the motions and not really feeling the music), he's also extremely friendly, attentive, professional and kind. While he met all the traditional markers of an excellent person to work with for a wedding—responsiveness was immediate, he himself offered to learn new pieces that were special to us, his preparation was thorough, and more—he also went above and beyond in ways we couldn't have asked for. When our wedding ended up happening precisely during the moment of a flash flood, Alex was still there, playing for our guests, adding so much beauty and romance to the ambience in the midst of water that gradually rose inches above our feet, adding so much wonderful energy for us and our guests during our fun and rain-soaked celebration. :) In musicality, in personality, in everything, you can't do better than Alex! -

I came across his services in one or two of the wedding planning websites and so happy I did. His website already has samples of his music (I was specifically looking for an acoustic guitarist to play in our ceremony), and I was instantly interested. We spoke on the phone a year before the wedding so he can get to know us, get a sense of what we envisioned, and generally start off our chemistry. Several weeks before the wedding, we met Alex in person and the energy just got better. He was professional, down to earth, and took an important interest in meeting his clients beforehand. Connecting with clients gives him a good sense of what the couple is like and their energy, which translates to the music he plays – and it was wonderful! Alex was open to our ideas and excited to be a part of the big day. After meeting with Alex, my husband and I definitely felt much more at ease knowing the ceremony music was in good hands. We CANNOT WAIT to see the video so we can hear how beautiful he played as guests came and as the procession started. Thank you, Alex! -

Alex have done an amazing job on our wedding on 9/24/16. He is a top-notch guitarist and awesome DJ to have on a special occasions. He has talent and passion, also a great personality, and very friendly. We have contacted Alex after listening to his guitar music on his website. We were on ourselves planning for the wedding and at the time we desperately needed a good musician. We asked Alex to play his guitar for the ceremony, but when he knew that we didn't have a proper DJ at that point, he volunteered to be our DJ for the reception as well.
From beginning to end, working out with Alex was such a pleasure. Alex have a great personality and very friendly, so it was very comfortable to work with. He kindly went over all the details one by one. He was always accessible when needed, and is very open-minded, so it was very easy for us to ask him whatever we wanted from him.
Alex have done far more than what we were expecting on the wedding. Not only that he provided us with his great guitar music throughout the day, he was also well prepared for the DJ job. Every single guest on our wedding enjoyed his music and DJ-ing. His guitar solo towards the end of reception was super, I believe he played a non-stop solo for about an hour. Fantastic.
We were so lucky to meet Alex, and we were so right to invite him as our very best musician and DJ for the wedding. Thank you Alex soooooooo much! <3 Hope to see you again for future events. -

We hired Alex to be our wedding ceremony guitarist, and we are so happy that we did! From the very first conversation, Alex was friendly, professional, and open to our requests. On the morning of our wedding, he arrived bright and early and began playing music while we were still setting up. So the guests who arrived extra early had a special treat while they waited. We were pleased to discover that Alex plays a wide variety of music. We had a mix of some older classics along with some more modern songs. He even made sure to play some Dave Matthews songs for us, as we shared that this has special significance to us. Alex really created a beautiful ambiance for our ceremony, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding guitarist. -

I initially contacted him to play acoustic guitar during the ceremony, and asked him if he also knew anyone who could DJ without any power provided, as my venue didn't have any electricity onsite. After looking around he offered to use his own equipment and do it, which was perfect, as we did not need to much beyond just playing the songs. He is incredibly talented with SO many song options for the acoustic guitar performance, and played all of our requests and unique versions of familiar songs. He replied to emails within hours, and was very reasonably priced. I understand he works both in MA where his family is, and NY as well. My wedding was in Ipswich MA and he came to the site with no problem. I absolutely would recommend Alex! -

I wish I could give Alex more than 5 stars! He did a superb job with our ceremony music in Central Park. He was incredible to work with and was able to accommodate all of our requests. I wanted a few songs to be played with vocals, and he was able to set us up with an amazing vocalist, Joelle Lurie. Together, they were brilliant. Alex played at my small wedding in NYC. From our initial emails he was always quick to respond and very flexible to work around my needs. He has a wide repertoire but was also open to learning any new music if I had a special request. Alex played beautifully during my ceremony for the processional and recessional and also played for a bit after the ceremony. I was planning a small intimate wedding at an amazing venue in lower Manhattan and was looking for a musician that could add to the magic of the evening. After a lot of research, I decided on a classical guitarist and found Alex based on lots of great recommendations. Working with Alex to the months/weeks leading up to the wedding was great. He was flexible and gave us a lot of great ideas on the music choices he could play that evening. Day of the wedding he was phenomenal, so many guests complimented his music. He played through our ceremony and during our reception. From Latin to classical to 80's pop (my request ha), Alex really had an extensive choice of music to play that evening. Would highly recommend him and would definitely use him for our next big party!!!! -

Not only did he learn specific songs for us, but he didn't even question when we asked him to learn the Jurassic Park theme song on his classical guitar. Alex provided the live music for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. He was also the DJ for our reception.
Alex is a friendly guy who is very easy to work with and did an amazing job. He worked closely with us to select the music that would be played during our wedding and he even learned a new song that we requested to play during our ceremony.
I would highly recommend anyone work with Alex to provide music for their event. In addition to doing an excellent job he does not overcharge for his services compared to some of the other DJ services we contacted. Definitely worth it. Thank you Alex. -

Alex met with me and my husband ahead of time at our apartment, brought his guitar along, and had a great time with us just chilling and playing through some ideas. He never made us feel rushed, offered us an incredibly broad spectrum of music styles and themes to choose from, and we pretty much fell in love with him right away. Alex is humble, friendly, a whole lot of fun, and incredibly generous with his time and pricing. He worked with us to give us a program we could afford while still bringing PRICELESS talent to the event, which made it feel very rich and special. He created custom arrangements just for us, learned new music with very little advance notice, and communicated with our coordinator to make sure he was able to quickly and easily set up in the park as well as at our reception restaurant. He played at the perfect volume: background music which never competed with the conversation but could always be heard. His music was so beautiful that it makes us want to have another whole wedding, just so we can hear him play more! We can't say enough about him- just book him as soon as you can because Alex will be a choice you will never regret. -

I can't say enough good things about Alex! Professional, talented, and great to work with. When I first reached out to him based on other positive reviews, he was very quick to respond, and gave me a lot of information right up front, including his cost, repertoire, and a video of him playing. He was willing to learn new songs, and adapt to what we wanted in our ceremony. We wanted a cellist along with the guitar and he found someone right away. He showed up early the day of and was completely ready to go by the time we did our run-through, and even set aside time to work with a singer we brought in. He and Claude, the cellist, were so pleasant and nice and the music was beautiful. He was also affordable and responsive throughout the entire process. I will easily recommend him to any future brides!! -

As soon as I heard Alex's music on his website, I knew his style was the perfect match for our vision for our ceremony. Alexander is a true professional. During inquiries, he did not push us too book too quickly, despite the fact that I contacted him within a month of our reception date. He was always kind, patient, and flexible. When I told him about my husband's desire to have a violinist and my love for his guitar, Alex made it happen and we had hired him and his friend to play as a guitar-violin duo! Alex was super responsive, and for the normal set price (in which he could have just played music he already knew) he created original arrangements for and learned three new songs just for our wedding. Alex was amazing! He is talented classical guitarist who provided the most wonderful music for our daughter's wedding. He was very responsive to our requests. Where do I begin? Alex was such a pleasure to work with, he was always accessible and responded to questions and concerns in a timely manner. We booked Alex to play during our ceremony and cocktail hour about a year before our wedding, we communicated mainly through email. There was one time, about a month before our wedding we needed to talk to him but, he was driving back to Boston from NYC and put us on speaker phone and made time to talk to us.
Alex was punctual on our wedding day and extremely professional, oh and more talented than words could describe. He learned La Vie En Rose specifically for us as we walked back down the aisle. All our guests raved about his talent and the extra ambiance his music added to the ceremony and cocktail hour. I wish I could just hire Alex to follow me around and play a soundtrack for my life... is that weird to say?
If you're looking for an extremely talented, professional and easy to work with musician for your ceremony you must go with Alex. -

Alex was fantastic! He played beautiful classical guitar music at our outdoor ceremony in Boston. I play classical guitar myself and have performed at a few family/friend weddings in the past, so I had to have an exceptional classical guitar player at my own wedding. Alex was the perfect choice! Alex played phenomenally, his repertoire was extensive, and he was an absolute professional. On top of all of that, he is a nice, friendly guy. I loved working with him!
While our guests waited for the ceremony to start, Alex played beautiful pieces to set the mood. Even with the cold, clammy weather we subjected him to, Alex performed flawlessly. One of our guests thought it was a recording, that's how great he sounded. As I walked down the aisle with my dad, Alex played a stunning rendition of Pachelbel's Canon, timing all of the high points perfectly. He definitely heightened the emotional impact of our ceremony.
