Best wedding ever!

We had the best time working with Alena! She has a lot of experience planning weddings and it clearly shows through her skill in managing the details and all the great suggestions she was able to provide. Alena went above and beyond to help us plan and we seriously could not have done this without her. Her responsiveness was very much appreciated and honestly my (now!) husband and I felt almost none of the stress we expected to feel leading up to the big day. Even when it did end up raining, Alena was right there to make sure everything was taken care of. Our wedding day was fantastic, and we are so thankful for all of the work Alena put in to make sure it was exactly what we dreamed of!

Wonderful experience with Will

My wife and I decided to have a day of coordinator for our wedding and couldn’t have been more happy we had Will to help us. He was extremely professional, responsive, hard working, well organized which created the perfect wedding day for us. They say no wedding goes perfect but Will proved that wrong!

Could not have done it without her

For context we were not only based out of State we were based outside the US which is why we looked for a coordinator/planner who would provide month of service. Alena was incredibly flexible in finding ways to speak to us factoring in the time difference. From our initial conversation we had a strong feeling that this was a professional who had a strong understanding of what we wanted, matched with her understanding of what we neeed and what we should consider (often thinking of things we hadn't thought of). Hiring her the best decision we made, she was able to talk to vendors far more easily (particularly ones we found awkward to get hold of) and present us information in clear, informative way with clear guidance on things she needed to know to get on with her role. We arrived in Albuquerque 9 days before the wedding. Alena was ready with a timeline and all the outstanding tasks we needed to think of, she offered solutions, she took responsibility for certain tasks off our hands and came back to us with fixes. She attended a venue runthrough which was invaluable in focusing the wedding parties minds on the details that you don't think of but are essential, like where are you when the guests arrive, how do you leave this location to get to that location etc etc. She also attended the rehearsal and kept everybody focused and on track. The day itself she was invaluable in ensuring everything happened as we wanted it. Alena has an incredibly calm nature and a brilliant mind for retaining huge amounts of information which is what you need. Your planner has to be someone who can tie together all the different vendors, have a handle on all the logistics, keep everything to time and do it in such a way that it's invisible to your guests. That person is Alena. She works hard to ensure your day goes as planned. She will help make that day special to you, her packages are tailored for your needs and in no way feel "off the shelf". The end result is the best day of your life, a fun time for the guests, and everything happening as you wanted it to. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Alena is beyond AMAZING!!

When I was planning my wedding, I didn’t think I would need a wedding planner but after speaking with a friend who recently got married; not hiring a planner was her biggest regret and now I see why. I was so fortunate that I found Alena; hiring a wedding planner is a must, but picking Alena was probably the best decision I made when it came to picking vendors. Alena’s sweet nature and incredible organizational skills were a huge part of our wedding’s success, I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her! There is a reason she is the best!!

An amazing planner with fantastic vendor contacts!

Could not have done this wedding without Alena Swanson! She is very professional with a great list of vendor contacts. Everyone she recommended to me was fantastic. No detail was too small. She also did spiritual guidance with the bride and groom! Alena is very knowledgeable about every aspect of wedding planning and everything ran smoothly. I now know why she has won best wedding planner for 5 years running! She is the best and I am very glad we hired her for our wedding!

I can't speak highly enough of Alena and how invaluable her help was. I wanted to hire a coordinator for the day of the wedding to run everything. At first my husband (then fiancée) thought hiring a wedding planner was unnecessary and he was skeptical. I, however, insisted because I was planning most of the wedding myself and I knew I wanted someone to take over so I could enjoy my wedding. Alena was so helpful from the first time I met with her. Throughout the planning process, as questions came up, she was very responsive and full of advice. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything. Alena took over and made sure everything got done and ran smoothly. After our wedding, my once skeptical husband said he was really glad we hired Alena and he realized just how much she had done. Our wedding day was perfect and Alena was a huge part of things running smoothly and my husband and I not being stressed at all.

If you just got engaged call Alena!!! Don’t hesitate!! She is Amazing!! The best money we could have spent! From the beginning, her expertise helped us pick the perfect florist, DJ, makeup, officiant, and caterer. Her suggestions and insight were exactly what we needed so that we could have the perfect day. She kept us on track on time and CALM throughout the whole process. Which is a feat in and of itself. We had to get a new photographer 6 weeks before the wedding. I called her and within the hour she had three photographers in our budget, who were even better then our original person. The day of the wedding she was able to perfectly navigate stressful family dynamics, execute my dream wedding reception, and handle any issues. I was blissfully unaware of the issues that were being handled in the background (frozen flowers, cake that wasn’t perfect, food taking a bit longer than expected) she handled everything and made the day run smoothly and flawlessly. And I mean this truly, the wedding I dreamed up as a little girl actually happened, everything was PERFECT! There is a reason she’s the best. If all that wasn’t enough she is truly one of the best people I have ever met. Alena is thoughtful kind and caring. She took the time to actually get to know us and our story. We are so incredibly thankful and blessed to have found her.

Alena is the first call you should make after your engagement. Stop. Now, book her! She was incredibly professional and helped the entire process run so smoothly. We had family members get ill and some pass away during the engagement. Alena was there to help us keep on track and keep things moving along while we had family trauma. She is absolutely worth the money. As the mother of the bride, I would not hesitate to book her again. She is the reason our day ran so smooth and I (and the bride) was able to enjoy the wedding day so much. She has a great rapport with several vendors so that made working with them all the easier.
She is fabulous!!

I honestly could not imagine a better wedding planner. Alena was professional and so knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. She knows great vendors, is always responsive, and was absolutely magical when it came to anticipating problems before they happened and running the day of the wedding perfectly. I was amazed by the work and out come of my wedding. Alena was on point and helped me make sure my day was smooth even with a diverse and split family dynamics. I did not want religious ceremony but still wanted it to be special, she gave me a wonderful wedding blessing for our parents to read after our vows, gave a template so we could make our own ceremony .

Where do I even start? Alena is without a doubt the best money I could have ever spent. Without her I would have probably not had a wedding. She was there for us through so many obstacles and always had a great solution and way out. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She gave up her birthday weekend to run my wedding day. Not only is she great at what she does, she is an incredible human being. So thoughtful and caring. She truly wants you to be as happy as possible on your big day. All the little extras she sends you along the way are so cute and helpful when planning out details as well. I can't say enough good things about her. When we had our venue screw us over 5 months before the wedding date - making us change venues completely - she handled it. She made what could have been a crappy situation into something fantastic. And honestly better than I could have ever imagined. I don't know what I would have done without her. Thanks Alena, you're so valuable to this community. Andrew and I can't tell you enough how grateful we are for you and all you did.

Alena was such a joy to work with! She walked us through every step of the planning process, and I was so impressed with how thoroughly invested she was in every detail. She really took the time to get to know my now-husband and me. She listened to our vision for the event, and she really helped us bring to life our ideas. She was great in recommending, and embracing, our choice of vendors. Alena really shines on the wedding day itself. (And you realize how she took the time throughout the planning process to go over all possible questions and concerns.) Alena was hands down the absolute best! The best money we spent was spent on Alena. We planned our wedding from another state and she was there every step of the way. Alena had never ending advice and tips and was always willing to offer her opinion. On the day of the wedding I was not worried at all because I knew Alena had covered all the bases; She kept me informed throughout the day and made sure everything that happened happened correctly, on time, and the way we wanted it to. An issue arose at dinner during the event and Alena helped take care of it so we, as bride and groom, didn't have to get involved. Now, just because you have a venue coordinator does not dismiss the fact that you need Alena. Alena makes the show run. Alena is the reason why my wedding was so perfect.

Alena was my LIFE SAVOR!!! Not only did she completely understand my vision, but she also saved my life by not letting me waste time over things that just wouldn't work, due to her years of experience as a wedding planner. She knew what I wanted and would give suggestions that would blow my mind away! She was so organized and I don't think we would have had a functional wedding AT ALL if it weren't for Alena. I always enjoyed meeting her for coffee or walk throughs just because she brightened my day. I could not have had anyone better help me with all of the wedding planning/coordiation. Alena is absolutely amazing. This was my very first time experiencing the whole wedding planning stage. My first marriage I eloped. I had no idea what it took to get things together and having Alena by my side with her expertise in knowing what was needed was such a huge relief. Everything was super beautiful my first encounter I was kinda all over the board with what I wanted Alena placed everything into perspective and I had the elegant classy wedding I had envisioned in my mind and in my heart. Thank you Alena for the best wedding day I could have asked for, I will always remember what a treasure you were to me on this very special day for Ray and I.. my Only wish is that I could have a do over!!! Don't think twice about it - Alena was worth every penny! She kept me calm and organized during the planning process, and the most useful thing for me personally was that she brought up details that I hadn't even thought of. I was a very hands-on and OCD bride, but as my dad always says - "you don't know what you don't know." As much research as I did, there were many details I hadn't thought of and didn't come up in the various checklists I found online.
Day of - Alena was incredible. I didn't worry about a single thing, and I was able to truly enjoy the big day. If anything came up, I didn't know (as it should be). With all of the planning before hand, and then putting out any fires that came up on the day of, everything was perfect for us!

Alena is so worth it - straight up! She kept us in line, on budget, and assisted me greatly with her opinions and suggestions. Alena is absolutely phenomenal at her job! I just wish that I had decided to work with her earlier. Alena is extraordinary. Absolutely top notch - she is a total cut above the rest! I run anxious and I was incredibly worried about everything going well (after having lost my first wedding venue in California and needing to put together a totally new wedding in NM in 5 months, I was especially concerned). Since I live in CA, I was working with Alena remotely, which could have caused problems with someone less capable. No problems at all with Alena, her work was A+. Not only was I able to 100% trust Alena with all of my worries and details, but she went above and beyond in every way during my wedding in Santa Fe in August. She will have every detail that is important to you in her brain day of, and make sure that it happens precisely as you want it to happen. She will solve problems before they even get to you. She will be a shepherd to you and your spouse on your big day - not pushy, but not a pushover. There in exactly the way you need her. She knows her craft, and she executes like the expert she is. She is worth every single penny and more. She has a calming, but kickass presence that will complement you in whatever way your personality type needs. Her organizational skills and professional demeanor truly impressed us during the whole lead up to the wedding and the day of. She managed all of our vendors with elegance, but a get-it-done attitude as well, and they had great things to say about her to us as well. I wish I lived in New Mexico so I could work with Alena on more events. She is unbelievable. Hiring her was the best decision of our entire wedding - and my husband and I say that every time we reminisce about our big day. She made it even better than I imagined...which I did not think was possible!!

How wonderful it was to have a wedding planner that was reliable and you could always count on to be there. She has great experience and lots of connections. My fiancé and I are from NYC but decided to get married in Santa Fe, NM and throw a three day event. We knew we would need someone on the ground helping us create the perfect weekend of events. We could truly not have planned this weekend without her. Both me and my fiancé are SUPER high maintenance and extremely particular about how things look and feel. Alena spent an entire weekend with us going over everything from napkins to event spaces and by the end of the first day, she totally understood our vision and could tell right away if we would like something or not. She truly listens and has a rare ability to understand and execute on peoples visions. Alena is fantastic, but her team also makes her the full package. Not knowing anyone in the area, we have trusted Alena with all of her vendor recommendations and have not been disappointed yet! Her makeup artist is AMAZING, her photographer take pictures that are so beautiful it makes you cry, and we have high hopes for our DJ who is going to make sure we dance all night long. UPDATE to come, BUT we couldn’t wait to review this wonderful and extremely talented professional.

My wife Courtney and I can't recommend Alena enough. She kept us on track through the entire process and helped reassure us that we were right on schedule if not ahead of the game even when we felt like we would never get everything done in time. Her day of services were unparalleled, anticipating things before my wife or I could even ask and even transcribing my vows to new index cards for me at the last minute when my original cards started to smudge 30 minutes before the ceremony. At every step of the process Alena went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was the easiest and best days of our life, and she succeeded. Book her quick cause if you don't I have no doubt her calendar will fill up fast.

During the first stages of planning, we decided to organize our wedding on our own. After we started planning our wedding we quickly found we were over our heads and beyond overwhelmed with the whole process. It was suggested by friends that we use a day of coordinator to bring everything together and eliminate stress. Once we booked Alena, she stepped in and guided us through the whole process. She helped us stay on track with a timeline and kept us focused on the smaller, but important, details that we might have otherwise overlooked. Her expertise, professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and personality made the world of difference in planning and especially on the day of our wedding. Alena has great relationships with a multitude of local vendors and was able to recommended great vendors that fit what we were looking for, she manage complicated family dynamics, and coordinated with ease the overall logistics of running a smooth wedding. The value of Alena can be seen in the amount of money she saved us by helping us choose the right vendors, but the true value exist in how seamless she made our wedding. I couldn’t have been more relaxed waking up on my wedding day knowing that we had a wonderful coordinator that was handling everything for us. Having Alena as our coordinator truly allowed us to relax and enjoy our wedding with all our family and friends. Our friends and family even commented on how great of a coordinator Alena was. Alena, thank you so much for helping make our day truly magical!! :)

In our opinion, we believe everyone needs a professional planner/day of coordinator for their wedding. You may think you can handle everything on your own, which is possible, however, having Alena makes planning your wedding and your wedding day so much easier and enjoyable! We absolutely recommend Alena without a doubt!!

Alena was fantastic! She gave us the names of vendors that were good to use and that we ended up loving. It cut down on our time and made for less shopping around. I booked a shuttle service that mixed up the date of the wedding. Alena was on the phone confirming with them the day of the wedding and caught the mistake before it was catastrophic. The company sent out a shuttle and nobody was the wiser. We had many issues with our venue coordinators and Alena was a great go between so that I didn't have to deal with them. We realized the day of the wedding that we were missing a tablecloth which my daughter and I had ordered. I texted Alena that morning and she was able to line up a rental for us. Alena is worth every penny that you will pay! The wedding ran smoothly and we had many comments from guests on how much they enjoyed it.

Alena is simply amazing at her job. She made planning for the wedding so easy, especially with all of her connections within the industry. It was so nice to be able to let go of the stress on my wedding day. But what will stand out most to me are the all the little invaluable extras ... She was ready with a solution when the bustle on my dress broke, she helped calm my fiancé's anxiety the day of with a peppermint oil remedy, she relayed any message I requested to any of the vendors there, she worked with our reception vendor when a potentially huge space crisis could've occurred and came back to me with a stress relieving solution that brought me to (happy) tears. I truly can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us, both leading up to the wedding day and the day of. Even if you are just thinking about getting a wedding planner, reach out to Alena. I don't trust easily (especially with my wedding) and it just came natural to trust her - I'm so glad I did! Our wedding day was ... The best day ever, mostly thanks to Alena!

We decided to met with Alena after a close friend recommended her. We were wedding novices, as I think most people are, after about the first ten minutes of chatting with her my mom and I both knew we needed to hire her. She showed amazing confidence and knowledge as well as being very personable and easy to talk to. She quickly jumped in to helping us plan and recommending other venders. She was able to provide first hand knowledge of different photographers, DJs, florists, venues and makeup artists as she’s worked with about everyone in town. This really helped in narrowing down our lists as there are so many options out there. She was able to help us find the vendors that fit our personality. I am thankful she was direct with me and firm, which helped me make decisions without second guessing.

I am most thankful for having her day of! She was there to run the show so I didn’t have to worry and could focus on my friends, family and new husband. It was so nice to wake up that morning with a printed schedule of the day and no worries about coordinating venders, family members or the wedding party. Everyone knew where they needed to be and we actually found ourselves running ahead of schedule, which gave us extra time with the photographer and for my husband and I to spend a few quality moments alone. I couldn’t tell you if anything went wrong that day because she was there to put out any fires before I noticed.

Not only did she make planning a wedding easy she also helped us save money by eliminating the fat where needed, talking me down from some over priced unnecessary items/ideas and through her connections with other venders. We found that by using her we got discounts with almost all our venders just because they just enjoy working with her! She makes their jobs easier and so they passed the savings along to us.

Wow! Alena helped to make our event seamless. We had no idea that there were some minor glitches on the day of the wedding, that's how good she is!! She made sure the smallest details of our vision were in place and that we felt at ease on a day that, although joyous, can be quite stressful as well. We really were in a 'stress free' zone and were able to take in every moment of what was an amazing event for all...guests, bride and groom, and us, the parents of the bride.

In the planning stage, she counseled us thoughtfully in regards to other vendors keeping in mind our vision and our budget. And she was always very available to reassure or investigate details or questions that we had.

Alena was an absolute savior on my wedding day!!!! Not only did she handle everything she was my shoulder to lean on when difficulties came up. I can not put a price on having the type of help she offers. She is extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns and is one of the sweetest people I could have encountered along my wedding journey. During the planning process, Alena saved us time, money, and anxiety. She saved us time by helping us identify vendors that fit our style and desires. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alena and the amazing job she did planning our wedding. I started planning a year before our big day and there are so many little details that I didn't think about that Alena helped me coordinate. She kept me on schedule, and during meetings with vendors she knew all the right questions to ask. She is the most organized person I know. Guests even came up to my husband and I during the wedding to tell us how amazing it was, and we knew it wouldn't have been possible without Alena. My wedding was amazing and I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew I was in great hands. Alena sheltered us from a lot of coordination and venue drama the day of, too. Alena is amazing! My husband and I didn’t really think we would need a wedding planner, but now that we’ve had time to reflect on our wedding day and the months leading up to it, I can’t imagine that time without Alena.
This is a great time in your life and you’re probably both excited and stressed out! Maybe you’ve decided you need help, or maybe you’re not sure yet. One of the great things about Alena is that she will help as much or as little as you want so you still feel in control of your special day. We chose to hire Alena for her day-of services as well as several meetings prior to the wedding. Along the way, she kept us on task, on schedule and on budget. She fought battles when we needed help with vendors and listened when we had concerns. She gave us suggestions for vendors and worked with the ones we hired to make sure our wedding day would go smoothly. Her calm demeanor and genuine presence were greatly appreciated throughout the whole process.
On the day of our wedding, Alena took care of everything. She made sure that the venue was set up, decorations were in place, vendors arrived on time and that we were happy. My family, who were mostly from out of town, were also grateful that they didn’t have to worry about anything or do any work on our wedding day.
Weddings are notorious for glitches and ours was no exception. I would not have made it through with my sanity if Alena had not been there to make adjustments, take charge and provide support. Even once I thought things were going smoothly, a guest spilled red wine all over the front of me. Seriously – I would have freaked out of if Alena (and my photographer) had not jumped into action scrubbing my dress with stain wipes!
So, even if you don’t think you need a wedding planner/coordinator, you do! And, if you don’t think you can afford Alena, you can! Hiring Alena is the easiest wedding decision to make, and once you’ve hired her, you can take a deep breath and know that you’re in good hands!

I am completely overwhelmed with gratitude, and I don't even know where to begin singing Alena's praise. I am originally from out of state and have no family here other than my husband's. I quickly realized I was going to need some help with our wedding. I found and met with Alena and felt immediate relief. She was very laid back and had a certain calming effect, but she was also confident and ready to fight for me. Additionally, her services came at a price I couldn't argue with! We hired Alena to help with planning and day-of-service, and this was the single best decision we made.

I don't think I can convey the true impact Alena had on our wedding, but I will do my best. From day 1, Alena was always there. She responds quickly to emails and is readily available. From her recommendations of her MVP vendors and attending meetings with us, to pure, honest advice on any concerns, she was awesome. Anything I needed, she was there to help. I had no problem handing over the reigns to Alena; I knew she'd do her best to meet my vision and help with our budget.

I woke up the morning of the wedding feeling no stress at all. Mostly, this was because I knew all I had to do was show up. I knew Alena would take care of everything and I had no worries. She came by our hotel room that morning and the next time I saw her was at the ceremony. There was a slight change in plans for the ceremony due to weather, but I never noticed any stress or commotion about it. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I was able to truly relax and enjoy time with my husband and our guests without any worries. We heard nothing but compliments from everyone about Alena's professionalism and how wonderful everything was. She stayed behind the scenes mostly, but I know she was the reason everything went so smooth. It was truly the best day of our lives, and the bottom line is that she's the absolute BEST!

Alena is the absolute best!! I was lucky enough to find her early in the process. I was 100% set on having her be a part of our day but my mom was a little skeptical. I had her meet with us at one of first meetings and from then on she was a believer. She was so happy to sit back and relax on my wedding day and she was able to enjoy every minute of it! Alena helped me find vendors and save time (and money!) during a crazy time with work and wedding planning. She was a shoulder to cry on when I was overwhelmed and would talk to me in the middle of the night sometimes just to make sure the day was going to be everything I had imagined. As a project manager, I didn't necessarily need help with organizing the wedding itself (i.e. more typical event planning). What I did need was an expert to help me figure out WHAT I needed to organize; I'd never been married before, so I didn't know what I didn't know.... And that was what was keeping me up at night...until I found Alena.

She customized her services to give me exactly what I needed - pre-wedding consultation and day-of coordination. She went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect and stress-free. And it was. My husband, guests, even other vendors commented on how amazing and professional Alena was. I am so grateful I found her! "It was the best night of my life!" Those are the words that every mother of the bride wants to hear. And we have Alena to thank for those words from our daughter! Alena is truly the best. I received so many compliments on how my wedding was absolutely gorgeous and very smooth running. I credit that all to Alena. My family kept telling me how wonderful she was and how helpful and organized she kept them. I've been in a few weddings where the wedding planner wasn't particularly pleasant to the wedding party and family, but with Alena, my wedding party and family couldn't have loved her more!

Alena was the most important part of planning and coordinating my wedding. I met her about 6 months before the wedding to go over budget and specifics. She contacted all vendors and kept them apprised of our timeline for rehearsal and wedding day she developed. Alena was AMAZING! I was planning my wedding from out of town with the help of my sister (who really knew most of the intricate details) and Alena coordinated beautifully with her and with me at all points. She was extremley organized and detail oriented. It was comforting to know she was there and not have to worry about forgetting the small details. She was easily availiable my email or phone. On the acutal wedding day Alena truly shined! I was able to focus on being the bride, my sister was able to focus on being maid of honor and any issues or problems that arose were taken care of immideatly by Alena! (I don't even know if there were any....I am sure there were but she was that good!) She was also right on point for technical difficulties...because I was having so much fun dancing I tore part of my dress and the bustle kept falling. Alena was nothing short of AMAZING throughout my whole planning process. I met with Alena June of 2013 and until May of this year, she was here for me endless times no matter what I needed for my wedding! Everywhere we went in Albuquerque, vendors were happy to discount our prices because they knew the wedding day would go smoothly since Alena was involved. I am a nurse and had little time to be involved in the planning process which is yet another reason she was SUCH a blessing. The day of the wedding came with minor flaws from other vendors but she handled them quietly and took care of it all for me so that I didn't have to stress about things being straightened out before I walked down the aisle. She coordinated each part of my wedding day beautifully and was constantly assessing what my husband and I needed throughout the day. I don't think there are enough words to explain everything that Alena did for me, my mom and just my wedding in general. I was planning my wedding from out of state and Alena was there every step of the way to help my mom, who was in town, with anything she could in my absence. She did everything she could to make our wedding day the most perfect and amazing day of our lives. When I had a minor melt down due to some rather large charter busses in the very small parking lot at my venue only 2 hours before my ceremony was to start she assured me everything was going to be taken care of and that she too had already had her own moment of irritation because of the situation so I wasn't alone. She made sure that everything stayed on schedule and if something was out of place she took care of it. I can honestly say that Alena was the reason that I was so calm throughout my day because I didn't have to worry about a single detail. I don't know what I would have done without her! Alena was fabulous. She absolutely earned her money and was well worth it. She made this event just wonderful and run seamlessly.

She took all of the worry off of me and kept everything moving flawlessly. She thought off everything and we addressed all items on my worry list before they even became a real worry. I would highly recommend Alena for any occassion. She is absolutely fantastic.

Prior to my wedding I was completely stressing because I had not found an affordable wedding photographer and my wedding date was only a few weeks away. I was referred to Alena by a another photographer who was already booked. Alena came highly recommended and thankfully she was available to photograph my wedding.
Alena responded so quickly to my emails, texts and phone calls. I was planning my wedding from out of town and she made the long distance planning so easy and stress free. I really appreciated her quick contact and communication. She gave me an excellent deal since I did not use the free engagement session. She was more than happy to meet me when I traveled into town and also help me plan the details over the phone or through emails.
On my wedding day she was extremely professional and personable. I really loved how she interacted with our family and friends. She took beautiful pictures and was so creative. My husband and I loved her ability to take unique pictures and she really was able to capture simple, elegant moments. After the wedding she had our pictures edited and mailed to us within two weeks with full copyrights. Since then we have been able to share a special day over and over again with friends. Thank you Alena we could not have asked for more and we are so grateful for all of your effort and support. Your prices are amazing and a steal for the services your provide.

Alena was wonderful to work with! She was helpful, professional, and gave us lots of creative suggestions. In the end we received beautiful photographs. I recommend her highly!!!

Oh my goodness what can we not say. Alena has been more than a coordinator and planner. She made our Alice in Wonderland wedding happen. She was our ATLAS to be sure. We absolutely love her. She was Captain of our Allstar team of vendors who have become like family. She worked with our budget and found ways to make what we wanted happen. Alena is the best of the best there just isn't enough words to express how truly grateful we are. She understood how unique and important certain details were for us and our two sons.
I have issues with seizures and therefore have memory loss. More than anything I didn't want to have to be reminded that I was married or had a wedding already. I didn't want to remember my wedding for everything that went wrong either. I simply wanted it to be a day that my mind could never erase, that was filled joy, and the celebration of marrying the man I have dreamed of since I was a little girl. Alena moved Heaven and Earth to make it happen. Last night I had a seizure and when I came to I still had happiness of our day with me. She gave my husband a gift that is truly priceless. 5 stars isn't enough for all that she has done for us. We are truly blessed to have her in our life.

Alena, I just wanted you to know that I am still getting so many compliments on our wedding! People have told me it was the most amazing & beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Ron and I still can't thank you enough for all of your hard work and you absolutely made our dream wedding a reality! You gave us such great attention and made planning our wedding so much fun! You are such a sweetheart and a very talented & great wedding planner! Kudos again to you for the wonderful job you did for us! We love you and thanks for making our wedding day the best day ever!

We primarily were looking for a wedding planner just for day-of coordination, but with Alena we got much more. She was easy to work with and provided ideas when we hit a design wall, and gave advice for what was reasonable (with the budget and our theme). Alena was on top of all the little details we didn't know went with planning a wedding, and was absolutely wonderful with answering weird questions and explaining how everything would work from the legal side of marriage to day-of logistics. She does get busy in summer and early fall, but I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Working with Alena was honestly one of the best (if not the best) decision we made regarding our wedding.

When we needed Alena she was there, particularly in the 3 days prior to the event. We planned a destination wedding in Albuquerque and a lot of our decor was DIY. Alena was integral in getting us last minute supplies and was a terrific liaison to all of our vendors. I highly recommend her services.

We were very satisfied with Alena's planning services. She was responsive, professional, saavy, and thorough. Alena has lots of good suggestions from aesthetics to vendors, and provides a nice balance between the business and personal side of wedding planning. We would definitely recommend her!
