Aleksey and Leah are an incredible team! We loved working with them from beginning to finish, and the "sneak peak" we received just days after our wedding revealed the most beautiful, artistic, professional photos we could yever hope for! We knew they would be amazing from seeing all of the work they have done with other couples, but to see your own photos look as beautiful has such an impact. The day was so special and so emotional, and they captured the lovely essence of our celebration just perfectly.
Before we even got to the big day, we had several virtual meetings with Aleksey to go over all of the details of what the day would look like and what we wanted from our photographers. We let Aleksey take us by the hand and listened to his recommendations for how things would flow best. It was so helpful to have an experienced touch with this behind-the-scenes planning because we had none of our own. He was kind, professional, and funny, and immediately we were looking forward to working with himself and Leah.
On the big day, Aleksey was cracking his hilarious dad jokes from the beginning, keeping the energy light and easing some of the natural anxiety and tension we were feeling before the ceremony went underway. Leah was so calm, collected, and warmly straightforward with her instructions which was immensely helpful. Our portraits, formals, and candids all came out great.
We did a first look before the ceremony so that we could exchange our personal vows privately. Aleksey and Leah were able to capture the tenderness and softness of that moment without even being noticed. Wedding party photos came next and had us laughing and being silly together which we are so thrilled to have on record. Everyone looked great. Our ceremony then took place on a tiny fairy-tale inspired island, surrounded by a Koi pond in the Japanese Garden at Avanti Mansion. This setting was one of the big reasons why we chose this venue to get married in and I am thrilled we had fair weather. Aleksey and Leah masterfully captured the beauty of the location. Multiple friends and family commented on how thorough they were, and how kind and charming their presence was.
We couldn't have asked for a better team to handle this very important element of our big day and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for the best wedding photographers in the Buffalo area! Thank you Aleksey and Leah! -

As the groom, I took the lead on selecting our photographer because I was looking for something specific. I didn't just want standard wedding snapshots; I wanted an artist with an editorial eye. I found that in the work of Aleksey K Photography.
We chose the package that included both Aleksey and his wife, and they were a fantastic team to work with. Aleksey’s process is incredibly professional. From the initial survey to understand our personalities, to the multiple planning meetings months in advance, he made sure our expectations were aligned. I trusted him with the creative freedom to capture the day his way, and he delivered. The pricing was industry average, but for the level of artistry and professionalism we received, it was worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their wedding photos to look like art. -

Best Photographer!
Aleksky wasn’t as much a vendor as he was a valued part of the wedding. From the planning and design stage, he met with us several times and gave us great insight to what he has seen at other weddings and assistance in planning timing elements. At the wedding, he did a tremendous job with the photography and took every effort to make the small details just right for some amazing pictures. He was helpful right from when he got there at noon as I was putting my suit on. The first look pictures were also tremendous. I recommend him wholeheartedly! You will not be disappointed! -

I don’t think it’s possible for us to say enough good things about Aleksey. We knew Aleksey was the perfect choice to photograph our wedding from our first interaction with him. He was extremely detail oriented - even giving me tips for picking my dress - and easy to get along with. You will spend a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding day so feeling comfortable with them and their direction is so important.
Leading up to our wedding, Aleksey was available for multiple calls, shared photo ideas, and helped us create the right timeline.
On the day of, he was prompt, sticking to the timeline and even sometimes working ahead of schedule (which we love!) and gave clear guidance to us and all of our family and friends - he even learned every parent and wedding party person’s name so he could direct us personally.
My husband and I were able to get every photo and more that was listed on our planning sheet. We received our preview photos within days of the wedding and were blown away. He captured the love, joy, happy tears, and every other emotion from the day perfectly. Our family and friends can’t stop complementing his professionalism and skill from the wedding day. We are so happy with the photos we’ve received and can’t wait to see the rest.

Words truly cannot express how grateful we were to have Aleksey and Leah by our sides on our wedding day. They were referred to us by an old friend who spoke so highly of them, we knew we had to reach out. It turned out to be the best decision we made.
From the moment we booked them, they went above and beyond. Not only did we have them with us for a full 12 hours, but they also showed up with the kind of care, thoughtfulness, and preparedness you can only dream of on your wedding day. When I chose a wrist bracelet instead of a bustle (pro tip: don’t do that), Leah literally sewed a bustle onto my dress on the spot. They brought extra tissues, toothpicks, and even spare batteries for our Polaroid camera. Things we forgot, but they didn’t. Every detail was thought of.
But it wasn’t just about the details, it was their presence. Calm, warm, and incredibly generous with their time and energy. Everyone - and I mean everyone - commented on how amazing they were all weekend long. We had a few unexpected hiccups on the day that no one could’ve predicted, and Aleksey and Leah helped keep us grounded, focused, and smiling through it all.
Aleksey met with us several times throughout the planning process, and even took additional meetings to help me coordinate a surprise for my fiancé. They made everyone, even those who usually dread photos feel relaxed, confident, and even excited. Aleksey was amazing with the kids and the adults alike, and created a detailed timeline that I honestly could not have survived without.
Even though I’ve written many words here, it still doesn’t feel like enough to express just how thankful we are. There are simply no words that can fully capture what Aleksey and Leah meant to us - or how highly we recommend them.
If you're wondering whether to book them, stop wondering. Just do it. You will be so glad you did.

My husband chose Aleksey K for our wedding because he is an architect and therefore THE pickiest person when it comes to the appearance of art--and I couldn't be more grateful for his decision. Aleksey is truly an artist and both him and his wife (HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDING HER TO YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE) have a way of making your natural romantic moments look as beautiful as they feel. Another underrated quality--they are efficient! Our party was so relieved that pictures were not drawn out because Aleksey and his wife have a plan and execute it flawlessly. We reviewed our wedding day timeline multiple times before the big day and they made copies of it to send to the other vendors so everyone was on the same page. Made the day so smooth! Plus, their price was very reasonable compared to local competitors. Would choose Aleksey K again and again for our big day! Thank you Aleksey and Leah!!! -

We hired AlekseyK to photograph our wedding in January. We did the package with the film ad we also did an engagement shoot with Aleksey. Aleksey and his lovely wife Leah were with us every step of the way. They helped us immensely with our timeline, offering suggestions but never orders. They helped us get the day we wanted and we were never rushed. The pictures came back quickly and they are GORGEOUS. I usually do not like how I photograph but Aleksey and Leah really captured the emotions of the day and me made look beautiful. The photos are works of art. They captured so many moments even when I did not know they were there. Our guests said the same thing--they enhanced the day but they did not interfere with the day, blovk the guests, etc. All of the comments we received from our guests were 100% positive. My husband and I (and everyone else) felt very comfortable with them, The film they made for us makes me cry every time I watch it.
I am a type A personality who has high expectations. My expectations were surpassed. They are the consummate professionals who captured all of the moments we asked for plus many more. Check out their gallery. You will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend them enough. -

Aleksey is an amazing photographer! We hired him for our engagement photos and liked working with him so much that we immediately hired him to do our wedding day photos as well. He has a great eye and does an amazing job capturing the vision. What can I say!? Not enough! Aleksey & Leah are top notch! Their professionalism to their sense of humor was exceptional. They truly kept our day in line. Every request we had plus some was done with extreme patience and honest advice. I truly felt I had a set of friends with me the entire day- from start to my bustle detaching and Leah helping me to fix it- when I say I could not have asked for a better team I truly mean that. My entire bridal party plus my parents could not have spoke more highly of both of them. Their speedy turnaround time For a sneak peek of over 70 photos 2 days after was mind blowing, with the photos being PHENOMENAL and everything we could have envisioned - and that was only the sneak peak. I can’t emphasize how much I highly recommend this dynamic duo! I truly promise you will be so happy with this choice. -

Aleksey is the BEST!!
We rate Aleksey five stars because there is only five! He is very professional, well-organized and with great sense of humor. He taught us poses, he knew how to make relax and look perfect. But at the same time, he never interrupts the important moments. Aleksey and his wife Lia are patient and friendly toward not only us but also our guests. Aleksey would kindly prepare a towel to clean the wet chairs for people and use guest's Instax to take photos. After the wedding, he picked and edited 70+ stunning pictures almost the next day for our social media! We love Aleksey, our guests love him as well and want to invite him to their wedding! -

Planning a wedding is not easy. All the pieces need to fit together, and only then do you begin to feel as though you can concentrate on what really matters. Aleksey and Leah not only know this and work within the confines of your event, but they collaborate with other vendors and those who perform the critical roles within your day to manage the flow so that you don’t have to.
From our first consultation to the final goodbye at the end of our day A&L treated our wedding with the utmost care, asking us important questions so that they could understand and capture our vision. They made us feel like we were the most important couple in the world, and that feeling comes through in our photos.
Throughout the event as A&L worked their magic we had the privilege of seeing a few previews of ones that they were particularly proud of and that told us two things; not only were we confident that our portfolio would be superb, but also that they genuinely care. Their passion for what they give you cannot be overstated.
We haven’t been able to stop looking over the sneak peek package but if they are in any way indicative of the rest we are beyond excited. As we wait to see our final drop, we couldn’t wait to write this review. We want everyone to know how important A&L are to us. We want A&L to know how important they are to us. We want everyone to choose them. We will remember the best day of our lives in the same way that we experienced it, because of Aleksey and Leah.

If I could give Aleksey 10 stars, I would! Aleksey and Leah were amazing from our engagement photos to our wedding day, to our wedding video. We bought photos and video and we are beyond thrilled with all of them! We've received tons of compliments and were able to make beautiful photo books from them to commemorate our special day. We really wanted a photographer that could capture traditional portraits as well as candid shots, and they did a beautiful job of both. Their attention to detail was especially appreciated. I never had to worry about my hair or dress being out of place because I felt confident they would fix/adjust anything as needed. The video was beautifully edited and I'm so happy we decided to add that opion. It's also very nice that they offer photo and video, so you only have two people running around instead of 3 or 4. I feel that they are reasonably priced for the high quality of service provided. I highly recommend Aleksey!

Aleksey and his wife, Leah, were phenomenal, and way surpassed our expectations for both our wedding and engagement pictures. Their level of skill shows true mastery and expertise at what they do. They both knew exactly the right angles for the best shots, keeping everyone on schedule, and having fun doing so! Aleksey is especially funny with his jokes to keep you laughing and feeling at ease. It was honestly such a wonderful experience from start to finish. And also, I have to Ofcourse mention all of the effort Aleksey put into BEFORE the events also- the hour long video chats with my husband and I, and the timeline that he put together and also re-edited a couple times too when a few of our plans changed- all of these little details did not go unnoticed by us. I would highly HIGHLY recommend using AlekseyKPhotography- he runs such a professional and class business, and we are SO happy we went with them!!!! We are actually going to miss him, not seeing him anymore. But I’m sure if we ever need professional pictures down the road, he will be the first person we call!! -

Aleksey and Leah photographed two of my husband’s cousins’ weddings—we fell in love with their artistry and knew that we wanted them to photograph our wedding from the start. Before the wedding, Aleksey was super communicative with us and even carved out multiple meetings to go over the wedding timeline and talk through who would be involved in our wedding. During our wedding, Aleksey and Leah ensured we were on schedule so that we did not have to stress about time. Most importantly, their demeanors put us at ease throughout what can be a stressful planning process. Best Photographer in Buffalo!!
If there is one advice I got before our wedding, it was to spend on a good photographer. I am normally the person who usually goes for the lowest quote, or really checks reviews prior to buying any goods or services. Aleksey's portfolio was stellar, but I wasn't quite sure how he would work out for us. Aleksey was great during all our video calls pre-wedding. He was even better on the wedding day. If it wasn't for his wife and him, we would not have such a well organized wedding shoot. Our photos came out phenomenal! We've received compliments that we had an amazing photographer, and we definitely did! Our wedding was at the Buffalo History Museum, and they were like photo ninjas. My wife and I had no idea they were around us, and many were surprised too, but they were suddenly there to capture the best moments. Aleksey and Leah are great at what they do, and this is very important on your Wedding Day. In fact, we (and family) would consider his work the best in Buffalo, so we highly recommend choosing them! -

Aleksey and Leah truly bring it all- amazing artistic skill, exceptional planning and fantastic attention to detail. Their portfolio speaks for itself, so I want to emphasize how fantastic they were through the whole process. From our very first meeting Aleksey’s professionalism and expertise were apparent. We had two meetings prior to the wedding during which he gave advice and helped us develop our timeline. Of all of our vendors, Aleksey’s prep process was the most well planned and seamless. During our engagement session we knew that we chose the right photographer when he had us feeling comfortable in front of the camera and we left knowing our wedding would be in good hands. Throughout the wedding day Aleksey and Leah were flexible, calm, and kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed. They were able to flawlessly transition from quietly documenting moments like our first look to directing the whole family for portraits. We had multiple guests compliment their ability to help everyone pose to look their best, even in big group shots. They were excellent with all of our family members- grandparents, toddlers, and dogs included! To top it off, they went above and beyond their photographer duties- Leah was even ready to sew up my dress when my bustle broke. We are so impressed with the number and quality of photos we have gotten in our initial sneak peek just a few days after the wedding. They truly captured the emotions of the day. We absolutely adore the wedding photographs Aleksey and Leah took. They make the best team-- Aleksey with his vision and Leah with her great eye and attention to detail. They made us, our wedding party, and our family feel so comfortable. The pictures they took of us for our October 2020 ceremony look beautiful with the photographs from our August 2021 reception. You will not find a more dedicated artist team for your wedding. Aleksey and his wife Leah are excellent at photography, and they are truly devoted to giving you their best work. In addition, many of our wedding guests had fun interacting with them! Like - our guests, unprompted, told us they had a blast with Aleksey. He and his wife either blend into the surroundings and capture really touching moments without you even knowing they’re present, or you’re having fun taking pictures with them directly. There were quite a few times when I kinda wished they could have put the cameras down and had a drink with us to celebrate (but, as I said, they’re dedicated!)! Regarding the artistry of their work, our venue was the Admiral Room and we had some additional pictures taken at Buffalo City Hall. Aleksey and Leah are experts at taking advantage of amazing settings like these, or even capturing the big emotions of the day in a small hotel room you’re getting ready in. We were really not prepared for how cool and fun their initial shots were - which they shared just a couple days after the wedding, which was an awesome surprise! If you book Aleksey and Leah, we’re really excited for you (and a little jealous)! -

Artistic, Professional, Flexible - The Whole Package
Extremely professional on both our engagement photo shoot, our wedding day, and on all of our zoom meetings in between. Aleksey and his wife Leah made our experience fun and exciting every time we worked with them, and the photos came out fantastic! Photos are extremely artistic, and Aleksey plays with the light of the room very well! Aleksey was very receptive to any requests we had regarding our photos and had no problem adapting to them. Beat decision we made for our wedding
I accidentally stumbled upon Aleksey's work one day and immediately knew he was the person I wanted for our wedding photographer. The style of his photography was exactly what we wanted, and he also catered to smaller weddings, like ours, that weren't all day events. Aleksey was a pleasure to work with from beginning till end. Blown Away
Aleksey and his wife Leah are phenomenal. From the very first meeting, to the quick replies when a question came up, to rescheduling twice due to COVID, and then managing a rowdy bridal party of 16 wandering around downtown on a cold November day, Aleksey didn't miss a beat. We were blown away at the sneak peek sent to us and can't wait to see all the photos he managed to take! The bridal party and parents keep talking about how easy and awesome he was to work with. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Aleksey. He knows what it takes to get a shot and has great leadership to direct. He is professional and assertive, and at the same time keeps it fun and light.
What impressed my wife and I the most is the final product. Many photographers had an impressive highlights portfolio, but when we requested to see a sample of full albums, the photos would fall short. Aleksey has the ability to deliver a consistent album. There are a number of fancy portfolio grade shots in our album.
We are just so grateful to have found Aleksey after looking at over 100 portfolios. On such an important day, this is not the area to skimp. If you are looking for a true professional, this is your company -

If you are getting married and want a professional photographer I highly recommend AlekseyK! I actually tried getting a different photographer who was booked and told me I had to choose Aleksey. So glad we did. After a few zoom calls we could tell just how knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and overall great guy he was. He is also great with kids, pays close attention to detail, creative, and was very prepared. We had him and his wife as the second photographer. They truly make a great pair and his wife helped me a lot. His works speaks for himself and he is an amazing person. My husband and I are extremely happy with his level of service and can't wait for the video now. Thank you again and again Aleksey! From the discovery call to weeks after the wedding, Aleksey has been nothing but a professional. When choosing what we wanted and how we wanted it done, we were never pressured into anything that we didn't want. Aleksey has a great way of advising us on best practices without being pushy. We always got the feeling that whatever we wanted, he would make it work.
Leading up to the wedding, we had several check-ups with Aleksey which demonstrated his consistent desire to make everything perfect and make it so the least amount of decisions as possible had to be made on the big day.
Aleksey and Leah were punctual on the morning of the wedding and did a great job sticking to the plan. They do a great job of not interfering with the natural flow of the "getting-ready" process while still making sure that they get the shots that you hire them to get, all while laughing and having a good time with the people they're with.
When it comes to first-look, family formals, wedding-party shots, etc..., they waste no time - they get the shots they need and move on, taking as little time away from the day as possible.
As for the ceremony and reception, they became invisible. You barely notice they're there, but when you do, you can always see they're working to get the great shots. I highly recommend everyone take 10-15 minutes out of your reception to get some quiet sunset pictures if it's an option. We saw the sneak-peek pictures and they're incredible.
I can't think of anything I'd change about our experience with Aleksey and Leah. Truly professionals! -

If you’re looking for a photographer, your search is over. This is the one!!! Every time I open our engagement album and wedding album, tears of joy and love fill my eyes. I cannot express enough that working with Aleksey and Leah was the best part of our wedding and wedding planning process. Aleksey is extremely knowledgeable and gave us SO much advice and insight to wedding things that had never crossed my mind. I was anxious going into our engagement pictures because I had never had pictures taken like that before and I didn’t know what to expect. Aleksey immediately made us feel comfortable and made it FUN! I will always remember that day. He consistently checked in with us throughout the months leading up to our wedding and spent time getting to know us. Any time I had a question, he responded right away. He helped us tweak some things like how our DJ should set up and where our introductions should be in order to make our day perfect. The day of the wedding, Leah was way beyond thoughtful and caring. Any anxiety or worry I had, she immediately calmed me down and brought me back to earth. When my hair was falling out, she pinned it up. When I needed fashion tape, you bet she had it. When I started worrying about our bar, both Aleksey and Leah jumped in to remind me of what truly matters and even bustled my dress. What I’m saying is, Aleksey and Leah become your friends. They are the sweetest, most caring people and not to mention how talented and unmatchable their work is. The emotion they captured in our pictures is truly remarkable. You can see their passion and dedication just radiates in all of their work. I cannot thank them enough and I’m sad our wedding is over but I hope I have another reason to hire them again soon. Our best friends just got engaged after our wedding and plan on hiring Aleksey. And my new sister in law plans on hiring him too when her day comes. Hands down he’s the best!!
AlekseyKPhotography is amazing at what they do. I had the pleasure of using Aleksey for my engagement photos, small covid wedding, and recently my big dream wedding. Aleksey and his wife Leah have been nothing but amazing throughout the whole wedding process. Their support throughout changing dates and changing plans was absolutely amazing. All the photos we received from them are beautiful, elegant, and all around amazing. Meeting with Aleksey the first time, we just knew we had to go with them. They are very well organized, professional, personable, and really make sure your wedding day goes smoothly. Leah and Aleksey make you feel so comfortable and really capture every moment throughout your whole day. I would give Aleksey and Leah more than 5 stars if I could. Selecting a photographer to capture your big day can be daunting. However, as soon as my wife and I saw Aleksey’s photos and interviewed him, we knew that we found the right wedding photographer.
When we met for the first time for our engagement photo shoot, we were blown away at Aleksey’s craft. He made us feel comfortable, had us laughing, and most importantly, he took beautiful photos that were both classical and artsy.
Like many couples during the pandemic, we had to postpone our 2020 wedding. Aleksey was very accommodating and was able to fit us into his 2021 calendar. He laid out a detailed (but flexible) timeline of when he’d take photos on our new special day and made us feel at ease.
On the night of our wedding rehearsal, Aleksey picked up right where he last left off. He did a fantastic job capturing us with our friends and family. On our wedding day, Aleksey’s professionalism and attention to detail shined through. Both my parents, my wife’s parents, and our guests commented on how engaging Aleksey was with them. Like us, they were not only awed at the wedding photos he took, but felt comfortable being themselves and having fun.

From start to finish, this is why AlekseyK Photography was the best decision we ever made in preparation for our big day! :)
First, when we initially reached out to Aleksey, he responded very quickly.
Throughout the entire wedding planning process our correspondence back and forth was prompt, professional and extremely efficient. When we officially booked with them, we received a bouquet of rose Ferrero Rocher chocolates as a thank you for booking with them.
Second, he took time to learn about us and had us fill out a questionnaire so that he could become familiar with us and the names of important people in our family and wedding party. We enjoyed three in-depth zoom meetings during which we were further impressed by his organizational skills and attention to detail. Aleksey helped us to realize what we wanted out of a photographer.
Third, Aleksey provided a wedding day timeline, which made us feel like we also hired a wedding planner. Honestly, we credit Aleksey and his wife, Leah for making the day run as smoothly as it did.
Fourth, on the day of the wedding they were amazing, making us and the entire wedding party feel at ease and we had a wonderful time. Leah had bobby pins for when my hair started coming undone and even bustled my dress before we entered the reception! This is totally above and beyond what we had expected out of a photography team.
Fifth, the final images and their quality are second to none! We didn't even blink, and the sneak peek photos were in our inbox. Not just one or two either, but a decent amount from each part of the day; getting ready, first look, ceremony and portrait shots. Our full album of photos was available only 12 days after the date of the wedding. We had never heard of a turn around time that fast for a full suite of wedding photos. We received nearly 800 photos, all professional quality and organized by time and location. These are the highest quality wedding photos we have ever seen.
Sixth, we have received several compliments on our photographer and their work. We cannot thank Aleksey and Leah enough!!! We will definitely be recommending their services to our engaged friends.

My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are to have work with Aleksey and Leah as our photographers!
As a couple trying to get married in 2020, we were very concerned about our wedding plans. Aleksey went above and beyond to help us plan our special day and was extremely helpful. He was in constant communication with us leading up to our wedding, adjusting flawlessly to our ever changing COVID-19 plans. When the day finally arrived, both him and Leah were amazing to work with. They were kind, funny, prepared for anything and were always working to get the perfect shot. I never thought I would have so much fun taking photos! Our guests spoke so highly of them both, commenting on how they were detail oriented, very organized and so nice. Even though our wedding was small, they were able to keep everything on schedule to get the shots we had spoken with them about previously. We felt like they were old friends by the end of the night.
We were pleasantly surprised that only a couple days after our wedding, Aleksey had an album of preview photos for us! The photos were STUNNING. When we received our full gallery a couple weeks later, I could not believe it. The photos were everything we had hoped for and more. Aleksey also made a wedding video for us and it was nothing short of AMAZING. That video captured the feeling of our entire day and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. As far as wedding planning goes, finding a photographer can be the hardest part. It was so important to my husband and I that we had someone who understood us and how to capture our day. Where do I begin? I have written and rewritten this review a million times, unable to find the words to adequately describe how incredible AlekseyK Photography is. After seeing some of the photos Aleksey took for a friend’s wedding, we knew his work was something special.
We first met Aleksey via Skype, which he happily suggested as a way to accommodate our tricky schedule. After one chat, we knew that Aleksey’s personality and style was something that needed to be incorporated into our wedding day. We opted for the “Full Day Coverage” option, which included a second photographer (Aleksey’s lovely wife Leah), 12 hours of service, digital files, a print release and a $250 credit.
We chose to use our credit on an engagement session which was one of the best decisions we could have made. A few days prior, Aleksey sent us an email with some words of advice, “It's not every day that you get to spend 2 hours together doing nothing but staring into each other's eyes, holding hands, hugging, kissing and being super sweet to one another so take advantage of that time! And for my clients, I want them to forget I'm even there. … The best photos are created when you forget about the camera and let loose.”. While I was concerned about posing and smiling nice, I realized that I overlooked the fun-factor. The opportunity as a whole was a great learning experience that allowed us to establish a relationship with Aleksey and Leah prior to our big day.
In the months leading up to our wedding, Aleksey went out of his way to help us get organized. He helped us create a timeline to ensure we didn’t overlook any important details and asked us to put together a Pinterest inspiration board. Both guaranteed that his photos would perfectly align with our vision. Putting in the extra effort truly paid off!
Our wedding day went off without a hitch. We knew that we were in safe hands with Aleksey and Leah. They seamlessly blended with our family and friends, capturing the most natural moments, happiest smiles and genuine feelings. Their experience and professionalism made it easy for us to relax and enjoy. When we were surprised by a cloud of rain, Leah ran to the car to bring us umbrellas. Meanwhile, Aleksey made the most of the situation and used the visual effects of the weather to produce the most magical photos. Aleksey’s technique sets him apart from other photographers; he takes advantage of the lighting and environment for every picture rather than creating an unnatural look by over-editing.
Just two short days after our wedding, we got a sneak peak of about 100 photos. The talent and effort put into making this happen was evident; each photo was picture-perfect with Aleksey’s passion and photo-journalistic style radiating through. Going back through our images allows us the opportunity to experience the memories and emotions all over again. In addition to our pictures, Aleksey included a short video that perfectly summarized our day. This remembrance was truly a gift that we will forever cherish.
I can’t say enough great things about AlekseyK Photography. From start to finish, Aleksey and Leah offered endless support, advice and guidance. This husband and wife team can truly turn a vision into a reality. -

WOW is all we could say when we saw a sneak peak of our wedding photos! Aleksey and Leah were the most amazing team we could have had! Words really can not sum up the experience we had with AlekseyK Photography. From the day we meet with Aleksey we knew he was the photographer for us. HIs work said it all. Aleksey has an incredible eye. To see him in action was truly awe inspiring. He would just see a spot and know it was going to be an incredible picture and memory for us. Elizabeth Sent on 09/25/2018Where to start...Aleksey and Leah are quite the team. I spent months looking for photographers for our very special day when I found Aleksey online. I had two meetings with two separate photographers on the same day and what really helped make my decision (aside from his absolutely stunning work) was Aleksey’s personality when we first talked on Skype. His personality really won us over. He is incredibly organized and thorough and has a great plan that makes follow through on wedding really make sense. Throughout the entire time from booking, to the engagement shoot, and ultimately wedding day, Aleksey frequently checked in and even offered tips and tricks which I thought was super unique. He is truly an artist and his work speaks for itself. He really captured the magic of our day.
He was personable and worked seamlessly with our bridal party. He makes sure each shot is perfect and really is a master of lighting! I’ve been in weddings where the photographers seem uninterested or business-as-usual but this is definitely not the case for Aleksey. You can tell he is passionate about what he does!
He and his wife work well together, Leah was incredible and carries things like safety pins on her just in case. They even chauffeured me around :)
I cannot recommend them enough. -
