Don't book anywhere else!
We had an incredible experience with our wedding venue, and I can’t recommend it enough! Tyra was absolutely amazing—she made the entire process feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. She truly listens to your vision and brings it to life in the most beautiful way.
One of the best parts is that some decorations are included, like lanterns, chargers, plates, vases, and more, which made everything so convenient. Even better, there’s no need to worry about setup or breakdown—Tyra takes care of just about everything for you.
If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your day perfect, this is the place. Thank you, Tyra, for making our wedding so special!

Amazing Venue!
The Landmark was amazing! Excellent service and responsiveness. All staff were wonderful to work with, especially Rylee who was our day-of coordinator. Would highly recommend this venue!! The vendors they recommended for flowers, cake, DJ, and food were great and worked together to make it a very special day for our family. -

Budget friendly and so amazing!!
Absolutely amazing! They were so easy and flexible to work with and it honestly made wedding planning SO easy! Tyra and the Landmark team took so much weight off our shoulders and we had the best day!! They are budget friendly, have so many options to work with, and I like that they have vendors that work with them regularly that made the catering, photography, florist, etc. so much easier! -

Best Day Ever
Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. Tyra was AMAZING and helped make every vision come to life, plus she was fun to be around. She paid attention to the small things. The venue itself was also amazing. It was just the right amount of space for our 160 guest count and the flow of the night was perfection. The food vendors included in the package were great as well as love in bloom florists. We had Sarah Fischer as our photographer and LOVED HER! Look into Camryn Bradshaw for videography, they worked great together to capture our special day! -

Wedding review
We were so happy with how everything turned out at this amazing venue. Tyra made the process so easy. She communicated with us frequently and was always willing to answer our questions whenever we had them. The aldea package was amazing and made it so easy to pick out vendors who worked well for our needs but who were also familiar with the venue. We got so lucky that our caterers, florist, photographer, videographer, DJ, have worked together several times, so it made our night flow so easily. Tyra and the team were beyond helpful throughout the night, never had any hiccups, even with it raining while we were dancing. One of the main reasons we chose this venue was because of Tyra. She had excellent reviews, but she blew our expectations out of the water. Can’t say enough good things about this venue and team! -

Wedding Day Magic!
The Landmark staff and venue were exceptional! My wedding day felt worry-free and allowed us to focus on our celebration thanks to Tyra, Joseph and their team. All of the details were taken care of and even when my bustle busted Tyra appeared like a fairy godmother to fix it! Can’t recommend enough and loved how much they supported the set-up while including extras I brought in to make it personal. -

Best venue!
My husband and I were married on April 19, 2025, at The Landmark, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Tyra and her team were absolutely incredible—professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our day perfect. Everything went off without a hitch, and there isn’t a single thing we would have changed. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding day! -

i wish i could give more than 5 stars!! the planning process, communication, vendors, coordination, etc. was seemless from start to finish. after i went to tour the venue and met tyra, i knew thats where i wanted to get married. tyra brought my vision to life perfectly and helped with every small detail you could imagine. me and my husband always say, we wish we could get married again because it was so much fun and completely stress free. i would recommend the landmark to every single person who’s looking for a venue, you will not be disappointed! -

I Highly Recommend The Landmark!!
We got married at the Landmark in 2024 and I can't recommend it highly enough! Everything was perfect and we literally did not have a single complaint. I will lay out lots more detail below but bottom line, if you are getting married in the valley, the Landmark is an AMAZING place to do it.
Before we chose the Landmark, we toured ~8 venues in the valley and made a spreadsheet of about 20. Yes we are those type of people. What we realized is that if we wanted a "traditional" wedding their all inclusive approach was so much cheaper than coordinating all the vendors ourselves. AND The best part was that it was much more hands off and way less stressful than if we had to coordinate them ourselves.
We were extremely happy with all the vendors they offered. It was really important to us that the food be good, and Santis was awesome. Lots of guests commented on how good the food was. The florist (we chose Cloud 9 Bloomss) was extremely respectful of our budget and crushed it with beautiful flowers. The officiant Dondi helped us plan the ceremony and was so sweet and respectful of our desires. The photographer (Lumiere) was excellent; we chose to do an engagement shoot with them as well once we picked the Landmark which got us great photos to use on our invitations! Finally, probably MOST importantly, the DJ (Tony!) was amazing. He nailed our music taste and everyone had a blast dancing.
The team at the Landmark (we worked with Tyra most of the time, but they are all great) were such a great mix of professional and chill. They were always quick to communicate and answer our questions, and they were so on top of things leading up to the wedding and on the day of. We had so many questions because we hadn't been to many weddings and Tyra was so helpful. We had multiple guests come up to us impressed with how professional they were during the wedding and how smoothly everything went. At the same time, they were relaxed and accommodating and so nice. Other venues that we checked out felt stuffy and rigid and like our wedding would just be another entry in a spreadsheet to them, and we did not get that from the Landmark at all.
Bottom line, if you have an extremely specific vision for your wedding and have already picked a lot of vendors, the Landmark's all inclusive model might not be for you. But - what they have to offer is a lovely venue, a group of awesome vendors that you can be confident in because they've been so thoroughly vetted, a super chill and kind staff, and what I genuinely think is a great value for the money if you want the typical things associated with a wedding (photographer, DJ, florals, tables and chairs, officiant, etc.)! When we priced out booking these separately, it was crazy how much the Landmark saved us. They nailed our special day and made the year of planning leading it up to it so stress free and I give them my absolute top recommendation!-

I can't say enough about how perfect our wedding day was - and a huge part of this was due to the Landmark team. They were incredible to work with from the start and made sure that my vision came to life. They were so detailed the entire process and they truly cared about our day! It showed. Best day ever 🤍
The Aldea was absolutely amazing! We knew walking in that this was where we wanted to get married! The all-inclusive option made wedding planning so much simpler! This venue is family owned and made it so much more special because we are such a family-oriented couple. Our wedding coordinator Tyra was amazing and helped me through out the entire process. Cannot recommend them enough! The staff here, especially Tyra the coordinator, but the entire team is so kind and accomodating. They were so professional but also personal. Perfect Summer wedding
I wish I could give MORE stars. We just got married in July, SO hot in Phoenix, but honestly, I don’t know why I was nervous about the heat, it was beyond perfect. I was looking for a place to get ready, married, AND have the reception (the bridal suite was BEAUTIFUL!) This place delivered it all and more! They have outdoor options that would have been great, but I absolutely loved all the indoor options. And the AC worked great!
1) ALL inclusive means all inclusive with this perfect venue—the DJ, the flowers, the decor, the photography, the beer and wine, the food, the services, the set up and tear down 2) Tyra is the wedding coordinator of your dreams, she makes everything very easy, helps you make good decisions, 3) and all with a price that won’t break the bank.
Overall, this venue delivered top tier services with a family feel. Book them! PS You get to keep all the beer and wine you paid for.-

Wedding 2/29/24
The Landmark was absolutely fantastic to work with. The majority of our communication was with the coordinator, Tyra and one of the owners, Joseph. They made sure our day ran smoothly and helped us through choosing vendors and “wedding drama” lol. I loved their decor, setup, 6 hours in the bridal suite, and the list goes on and on. Our guests were stunned at the organization and beauty of the day. Another shoutout to Tyra, she is truly amazing and I’m so glad she was in charge of our wedding day. She truly loves the business and puts her whole heart into it. She makes the venue special, stress free and not to mention FUN! Best day of our lives -

Simply amazing
To say the day was absolutely incredible isn't enough, this place was wonderful, attentive and just all around amazing. Joseph was a pleasure to work with, then we got to work with Tyra throughout the wedding and she is hands down fantastic. She was very patient with me and helpful in the whole process, she never rushed me to make decisions I wasn't ready to make. We were very lucky to have her. We went with using the vendors they were partnered with and that made things very easy. Our wedding day was one of the best days thanks to the staff and I can't say enough nice things about it. -

Amazing coordination/planning team
We were amazed by the professionalism and organization that went into our wedding. Aldea’s team ensures that every aspect of your wedding is covered and they are super easy to work with! And very flexible too. Our wedding was gorgeous thanks to Tyra, Joseph and the rest of the Aldea team. We brought in lots of personal touches but truly none of them were needed because they already had so many decorations to choose from. I can’t recommend Aldea enough. We chose the Silver package and felt it was a great value for all that was included. -

Don’t think twice, book the landmark!!
I’m not sure a review would even do our experience justice! Tyra and Joseph made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. They work so seamlessly with all the vendors that not a thing went wrong. We are so grateful to have found the landmark and even more grateful to their team. People kept asking me “are you so stressed out with wedding planning?” And the answer was no the entire time. They really handled everything and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Most beautiful venue and most amazing staff
Picking the Landmark for our wedding venue was easily the best wedding planning decision we made, hands down. My husband and I got married at the Landmark in February 2023 and we cannot express how incredible our experience was. Tyra was our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond our expectations from the day we booked, wedding plans, and wedding day. Throughout the wedding planning she was beyond helpful when working with vendor communication, keeping personal details organized, and made us feel completely taken care of. On wedding day my husband and I were her TOP priority and she made everything run seamlessly. She directed us where to go when, but was incredibly discreet to make us feel comfortable.
The entire staff was helpful and professional, and we cannot express how happy we were with our entire wedding experience thanks to The Landmark team. They truly cared about us and made us feel very special and loved. We had amazing feedback about the venue from our guests, and would HIGHLY recommend The Landmark to any couple. We are so happy we booked with this venue. They were so accommodating, professional, really listened to what we wanted for our special day and executed it perfectly! Not only is it affordable, but the process was so easy and stress free with their recommended vendors. Fantastic venue!
This was a “destination” wedding for us Minnesotans. Tyra and her team made it easy to plan from a distance. They had decorations included in their package that were up to date with the trends. Tyra has good taste and made sure everything was cohesive and gave us advice on what would look good. The Landmark did all the set up and tear down for us. I wish I could describe EVERYTHING they did for us, but there are just no words and not enough space on this post. Even our guests were raving about her and the team. All of our vendors were recommended by our venue and they were all EXCELLENT.
Our ceremony was outside which was slightly loud, but they warned us about it and they have a great indoor space they offered us. The dinner was inside and the dance was outside. *biggest perk: bar right next to the dance floor!!!* I would not have changed a single thing.
I looked at A LOT of venues in the Phoenix/Mesa/Surprise/Gilbert/Apache Junction and I am so happy I chose this one. This venue made everything easy and it was absolutely beautiful. -

An AMAZING team for long distance planning
We are so glad we got married at the landmark. Joseph was so helpful during our early conversations and when there was a mixup with a vendor, and Tyra was an amazing event coordinator. Living out of state we needed a venue we could trust that would include some vendor credits, and I could not be happier that we went with the landmark. Everything was so beautifully done and well organized, we barely had to think about logistics once we landed in Arizona thanks to Tyra. At the end of the night, everyone was able to dance until the very end because the Landmark team did such an amazing job with getting us all packed up. I would recommend them a hundred times over. -

Absolute perfection!
I cannot say enough good things about The Landmark! From first tour to wedding day, everything was so simple. The communication was timely, accurate, and friendly no matter if in person or over email.
Our coordinator Tyra was perfection! She had all of our details correct and executed everything on wedding day perfectly. Our parents and bridal party all couldn't stop praising her on our day and after!
I would say that if you're looking for a gorgeous venue, friendly staff, and transparent pricing, look no further than here! And the best part is they have open houses on Wednesdays! -

Best Day Ever!
I could really write for hours about how amazing our experience with Aldea was but I will try and keep it short. Living in Texas, they made planning a wedding from two states away so unbelievably easy. They were extremely accomodating when it came to meetings and all of the details that came along with planning. They were there to help and answer questions every step of the way.
Our wedding could not have been more magical. Their team made my visions reality and it was truly the most beautiful day ever! Not to mention all of the small attentions to detail that really made the day that much more special.
Thank you to Krista, Tyra, Joseph, and everyone at Aldea for everything, you were all phenomenal!

This venue is very beautiful I loved every moment on my special day! I highly recommend this venue but I suggest you get gold package because I got silver but ended up paying for stuff I need from gold lol. And I recommend getting a videographer my biggest regret!-

To the perfect wedding venue
The team at Aldea is so amazing from start to finish. We were originally going to get married last year but had to move our wedding date out due to Covid. The landmark was able to make this transition as easy as possible communicate with our excellent group of vendors they team up with. The location was beautiful and there were so many options for décor and set up. They do all the small thoughtful details and make this day as stress free as possible. We got married October 2021 and it was a magical amazing night. Joseph and Krista were so helpful in answering any questions and helped coordinate everything to perfection. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience! I recommend this venue to anyone I know getting married! -

The best decision we made
We had our wedding at the Landmark last month (Gold Package) and could not be happier with how it turned out! Our wedding was originally scheduled for April 2020, but they were very accommodating when it came to rescheduling. They reached out to all our vendors and were able to get everything switched to our new date very seamlessly. We loved that the venue is all-inclusive as it made it very easy to plan and select the vendors! And for vendors that are not included with the cost of the venue (hair, makeup, rentals, tux, etc), the Landmark has a ton of great recommendations. One of my favorite parts about the all-inclusive nature of the venue is that because you choose from their list of approved vendors (which are all great by the way), a lot of these vendors already know each other and have worked together before, which I felt like made our wedding day run so smoothly.
We had a couple meetings as we got closer to the wedding where we nailed down all the details, big and small. Krista and Amanda were very thorough in the planning and decor meetings and answered all our questions and helped bring our vision to life. The decorations were beautiful and everything was set up so nicely. On the day-of, all we had to do was show up and get ready!!! And at the end of the night, they had all our bags, gifts, guest book, and other belongings all loaded up into our car ready to go.
After the wedding, we received so many compliments about the ceremony, the decor, the set-up, the reception, etc. And a month later we are still receiving compliments! We always tell people it is all thanks to the wonderful staff at the Landmark and their amazing vendors. I would recommend this venue (or any of the Aldea Weddings venues) to anyone getting married!!-

Can't imagine getting married anywhere else!
Amanda and the entire staff at the Landmark are amazing. Very responsive and timely. They communicated with us very efficiently and answered all the questions I had. They have you come in for a design meeting where you get to share all your ideas and choose from a wide variety of decor, linens, and other details. We saved a ton of money just from not having to buy all our own decor but using the ones they have on hand. Our wedding ended up getting postponed 5 days before the date and the staff at the Landmark helped us find a new date 3 weeks later. The stressful postponement ended up going so smoothly because the staff coordinated with all the vendors to make the new date work. The day of was 100% stress free for me as the bride. Amanda took care of every detail from decor to communicating with vendor to making sure we had all our belongings at the end of the night. I truly got to enjoy the day and that wouldn't have been possible without the Landmark. I only have positive things to say about the Landmark!-

Beautiful Venue and a Great Value!
The Landmark checked every one of our boxes!
Not only is the space a perfect blend of historic meets modern but it also features picturesque outdoor garden spaces and versatile indoor ceremony/reception rooms.
In addition to the beautiful property, working with the team at the Landmark is such a pleasure! They make the process simple from start to finish. We chose the Silver package, that included our core vendors, so it was really a "one-stop-shop" process for the bulk of our wedding planning. The pricing was an incredible value and they made it easy to pay down our balance in even monthly payments. Overall, they made the process fun and did everything in their power to make all of our visions come to life! They even made our two COVID postponements less painful by being extremely understanding and accommodating.
A few other factors that really set the Landmark apart from the average venue include:
• the fact that all tables, chairs, ceremony seating, cocktail tables, etc. as well as an extensive selection of decor and linens are all included in the venue cost (many other venues make you bring these in yourself or pay extra to rent them)
• indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options available
• spacious grooms room and bridal suite (allows you to get ready onsite and provides a private space for your wedding party throughout the day)
• dedicated event coordinator throughout the planning process plus additional day-of coordinator support, as well as security and a bartender included in the venue cost
• the ability to bring in your own liquor (which means big savings vs. traditional bar packages)
• nearly everything is flexible/customizable (want to bring in your own signage? use a family friend for your cake? start your event earlier in the day or later in the evening? your options are endless!)
• their pricing is totally transparent which means no surprise expenses or hidden fees
We highly recommend The Landmark (or any of the Aldea family of venues) to all couples looking for a streamlined planning experience, a gorgeous event space, and a staff that genuinely cares about making sure you have the wedding day of your dreams!-

Amazing and kind staff
We are unfortunately not getting married here ); it was a hard choice! But let me tell you how amazing this place is !! Absolutely beautiful. We went to their open house and the gentlemen that help me was amazing and absolutely hilarious! He showed us everything and gave us a visual of our big wedding day! I could only imagine that if he was that helpful during the venue tour how much more helpful he would be during the process. Thank you so much for being kind to us and answering all our questions with a smile. We will be telling future brides about this venue -

Greatest Venue in Arizona
When looking for a wedding venue we did not know what to expect. When we came to the landmark we knew right away this was the place! Everyone there is friendly and treats you like family! There for you every step of the way!
Amanda, Krista and Joseph were the best helping me through all the planning for our wedding! They responded same day and are very on top of everything. On the day of the wedding they took care of everything!! I remember it was time to throw the bouquet and I couldn’t find mine anywhere and then Amanda had it ready to go! Great vendors, very professional and affordable! The best part is that it was very easy to plan and I wasn’t as stressed because they helped me through the whole thing! Even planning through the pandemic they were willing to accommodate my ever changing requests to make our guests feel safe and have a great time! Highly recommend:) -

Beautiful Venue with an Outstanding Team!
We were married on 3/13/2021, and our day was perfect! Our coordinator was Amanda along with Krista and Joseph who are all extremely helpful and responsive to all communication via email or phone. They helped my disorganized, type B personality plan a fun and beautiful wedding for 120 guests. We used their carefully curated list of vendors who they know will deliver amazing results. We chose all of our vendors from their list and were extremely satisfied with the role they all played in helping make our day special and stress free. It is worth mentioning that the venue itself is beautiful, but also had added amenities; an impressive bridal suite turned 'nap room' for tuckered out flower girls along with a room for the guys. We can't recommend this venue enough!-

The Best Venue You'll Find
The only decision you should be worried about making for your venue, is which Aldea Weddings location to choose. They're all beautiful! I chose The Landmark and have absolutely no regrets; I'm still getting feedback from my guests on how quaint and classy the venue looked! The team at The Landmark was also hands down amazing; because of them I was rarely stressed about planning a COVID wedding! I never had to worry about if I would get an email back in response to my millions of questions or if they would be able to help with my long list of little tasks. The team was so supportive and accommodating during the entire process, which is exactly what every bride needs when planning their wedding! I wish I were getting married all over again just so I could work with them! :) -

10/31/20 wedding
I cannot say enough good things about Krista and Joseph and The Landmark. We had our wedding 10/31/20, and needless to say it was rough trying to plan a wedding during this pandemic. I cannot say enough good things about Krista and Joseph; they responded to numerous emails promptly, held multiple additional meetings when I couldn’t decide on decor, and made everything an absolute breeze. I am also the type of person who hates planning, so the fact that they have the decor, the vendors, and basically anything you could really need made it so, SO easy. We also decided to change our layout significantly with less than 2 weeks until the wedding, and even though I was in full panic mode, they were so reassuring, and they absolutely nailed every detail. They also have amazing vendors, so if you are also the type of person who doesn’t like to to a significant amount of research to find what you need but still want to have a bomb a** wedding, look no further.
I want to relive our wedding over and over again; it was just perfect in every way. We would choose this venue again in a heartbeat, and are so thankful we had Krista and Joseph involved in our wedding. Thank you guys SO much for making our day perfect! -

Wedding Bliss
This is the perfect wedding location. From helpful staff that is passionate about supporting your vision for your big day to the dreamiest vendor list available, this is the best place to host your big day. Joseph was so attentive and helpful pulling everything together for us. I personally made most of my own signs and programs and they were able to set up my vision perfectly. Wedding planning can be stressful, but I never worried once knowing that the Aldea team was supporting us every inch of the way. Our wedding dreams came true and I couldn’t recommend them more.-

Absolute BEST wedding venue in Arizona
I cannot rave about this venue enough! My husband and I were married here on November 8th, 2020. When we booked the venue, COVID was not on our radar at all. The Landmark worked with us to plan our wedding appropriately, following restrictions. Our wedding was more than I could have ever imagined. From the moment we walked into the venue, I knew this would be the one. Krista and Joseph are so kind and accommodating. No words to describe how amazing this place is
to describe how phenomenal this venue and the people who run it are. We signed with them on the spot--after seeing 6 or 7 other venues. Their packages are great. The venue is gorgeous--There are so many different scenery/view options just within the venue itself. It's handicapped accessible which was essential for us. The all-inclusive packages are competitive compared to other venues of the type. But it's the whole Comer family that makes this place truly special.
We had a big road block--one of the vendors we booked through them cancelled in a really nasty way. We were really stressed and nervous, but Joseph and Krista stepped in immediately and the end result way BETTER than it would have been had the debacle not taken place. They did all of the leg work to find us a perfect fit and made sure everything was within budget and amazing. They and Nicole were literally the dream wedding team. Our wedding ran seamlessly. Our guests were floored by how perfect things were (us, too!). Our wedding was November 30th and I literally miss them and I give them 1000000 stars out of 5. -

They made our day amazing!
I would highly recommend Aldea to any couple, but especially if you are looking for a garden-feel venue. The appearance of the space was one of the things we immediately fell in love with, but we stayed for the professionalism and value of their silver package. Their costs fell way below similar venues for what we wanted and everyone we talked to from day one was kind, personable, and seemed to genuinely care about us. They are so organized and every step of the planning process was made painless by their checklists, reference sheets, and recommendations. We never felt like they were trying to pressure us to book with them or up-sell us, which we experienced while touring other venues.
Our actual wedding day had thunderstorms in the forecast. Even though I had been dreaming of an outside ceremony, they made the inside portion of the venue so beautiful that I didn't even miss the outside area. The whole day was filled with great touches from them, from making sure we knew about how the reception area was progressing while I was still getting ready, to our signature drinks prepared for us while we signed our marriage certificate. I honestly can't praise them enough.
Planning a wedding can be stressful and full of unknowns, but they helped make the whole process streamlined. Being able to trust them helped me really enjoy my wedding day, and I know my husband would say the same. Huge thank you to the staff at Aldea for doing such an incredible job!! -

So happy we chose The Landmark!
My husband and I are so incredibly grateful we chose The Landmark for our wedding day. Krista, Nicole and Joseph were all incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process and answered all of our questions quickly and happily. Our actual wedding day was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and they decorated the venue exactly to our style. One of my favorite parts about this venue is the bridal suite - it is such a gorgeous room and it felt so special to be there with my mom and bridesmaids to get ready before the big day. The staff moved the actual evening of our wedding along perfectly and so smoothly. Plus their prices are one of the most affordable we could find while touring other venues. They also recommended to us the most amazing vendors, which made planning a LOT easier. We went with their suggested florist, cake bakery, photographer, DJ, and catering service and are so happy that we did. We cannot recommend The Landmark enough!-

Aldea Weddings. What all Venues should Aspire to be!
Aldea Weddings at The Landmark is a fantastic venue providing an affordable, customizable, and truly amazing experience.
My wife and I recently got married here and absolutely loved every second of wedding planning with our event organizer Nicole. They were flexible and willing to make changes and adapt the wedding to our vision in every sense, only adding in their opinion with past experiences and photos to assist in making our wedding PERFECT.
In addition to the amazing service and customization, they were genuinely excited with us for the wedding and really went above and beyond in decorating and presentation.
All in all our wedding and reception went perfectly. If you want a wedding where the people really care and want to help you have the perfect wedding then Aldea is the place for you.-

Fantastic wedding venue
We had looked at several venues but after looking at The Landmark by Aldea we knew we had found the perfect place! Joe and Krista were so personable and easy to work with. Nicole ended up being our coordinator for the last 2 months while Joe and Krista were out on leave for their newest addition. We loved Nicole and she brought the vision I had in my mind to life and made everything look amazing! My husband and I enjoyed every minute of the planning process because they made everything so easy and helped us every step of the way! We would highly recommend The Landmark.-

Wedding of my dreams
The first time I stepped into the Landmark I fell in love. From that day everyone at the Landmark has had such great communication and have been so sweet and caring. Krista and Joseph are amazing. My day of coordinator was May and there aren’t enough words to explain how well she did with everything. I didn’t stress out at all. Everything went perfect and I mean perfect. She would check on me and even tell me where certain decor is going to go. She was the kindest and made sure I wasn’t stressed one bit. I got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. I had it outside on a Sunday and you couldn’t hear the traffic at all. The other coordinator that helped, Nicole was amazing too, made sure I had everything I needed to go to my hotel the night of and made sure my ride came. Thank you everyone ❤️ -

I don’t even know where to begin, I loved everything about this venue. If you are looking for a gorgeous, stress free wedding...The Landmark is for you. Joseph, Krista and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing! Krista would respond almost immediately to all emails and questions I would have throughout the planning. They were just so helpful and would work with you and do whatever they could to make all your wedding dreams come true. From the very first time we went to the landmark, we fell in love. The packages they offer are perfect. We loved having an open bar and that you could bring in additional alcohol for them to serve at no extra cost. They walk you through the whole process, give you a wedding checklist (sooo helpful), and help remind you of the little details you need to think of when planning a wedding. The bridal suite...omg the bridal suite!! The prettiest bridal suite I’ve ever seen and so spacious with 5 or 6 mirrors and makeup chairs for the bridesmaid, and the full length 3-way mirror for the bride, it was perfect. The groom and his groomsmen had a blast in the groomsmen suit with the foosball table. They host a design meeting (they have plenty of decorations, table cloths, etc) to choose from and do all the decorating day off. I can honestly say I had zero stress the day of my wedding because they took care of EVERYTHING. Plus they package everything up (left over food, cake, alcohol, decorations you brought in, cards, etc.) and send it all home with your designated person. After our ceremony they had our signature cocktail drink in hand ready for us. They were there the whole night making sure all was going well, my bustle ripped and they were quick to get safety pins and pin it for me. Best experience ever
If you are looking for a one-stop-shop for all your wedding needs, this is it. The Landmark is not only a beautiful wedding venue, but the whole space has so much to offer. They offer both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, a luxurious bridal suite, and all the amenities you could think of for your wedding. Krista, Joseph, Nicole, May, everyone! - Everyone was so helpful during the planning, the bride anxiety, the actual ceremony and reception. The whole experience was seamless and such a delight. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Have your wedding at the Landmark - you won't regret it. Also take the opportunity to visit their open houses and vendor open houses and you'll see why it's a perfect fit! -

Forever the best venue
Krista and Joseph are the real deal. My fiance and I had the best time working with them and their team throughout the planning process. The venue is GORGEOUS and so well maintained. They have open house every Tuesday and you can go back as many times as you want to see the different decorations they put up. They recently remodeled and that remold added the perfect classy touch for our day. The bridesroom.... oh the bridesroom. This is one of the things that sold me. It is huge and accomodating. The only suggestion i would have would be to add some shelves or something for hair dryers and straighteners. Other than that you get way more than what you pay for. -

Game Changer!
The Aldea staff at the Landmark provided an experience unlike any other. Everyday leading up to the wedding, we had people advising that we prepare for some hiccups. They claimed nothing ever goes exactly as planned. I believed that until our big day came. The Aldea team did an incredible job of making my vision come to life. The whole day was magical and the rest of the wedding planning process was seamless. Everything went according to plan! I encourage everyone to check out their different venues. The packages cannot be beat and their service exceeded all of my expectations. We will be back for other events! -

Beautiful, Historic, & Budget Friendly
The Landmark in Mesa is such a great place to host a wedding! The packages they offer are hard to beat! Their Silver Package is everything you need; your catering, floral, DJ, officiate(if you don’t have your own), photography, Alcohol & Bar service is already include PLUS they do not charge a bottle fee! You can also bring in your own extra alcohol, whatever isn’t used gets turned back to you at the end of the evening. This venue is locally zoned, so they have NO noise restrictions, PARTY ALL NIGHT!

Best of the best!
We got married in March of this year and Aldea gave us such an amazing experience! From the beginning, we chose them because they do it all for you. I work and go to school full-time and I am not the most creative crayon in the box so Aldea was just what we were looking for! We worked very closely with Krista, who was amazing! She answered all questions promptly and was helpful in guiding us towards a beautiful design for our wedding. On the day of, Krista was unfortunately unable to coordinate but Joe stepped right in without missing a beat and the owner came in as well to help with anything they might need. The staff was so supportive as well. I could not rave about them more and always recommend Aldea for wedding venues! -

A beautiful venue with incredible people!
We got married at Aldea at The Landmark on March 3, 2019 and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! From the very first time we visited the open house, we were very impressed with how cordial and helpful all of the staff were. Additionally, we were so pleased with all of the vendors that were included in our package. We were so happy to find a place like Aldea that offered such great vendors, with a beautiful venue and great service, all at a very reasonable price. For the day of the wedding, Krista and Joe did an amazing job coordinating all of the vendors and making sure that all the behind the scenes workings went off without a hitch. We are so grateful to the entire Aldea team for truly making our wedding day the best day ever! We would highly recommend this venue to anybody! Couldn’t have been a better experience! -

Book Aldea for your wedding!
From the first email until the last sparkler went out on our sendoff - Krista and Joseph were super attentive to every detail and request. We originally had our wedding planned for October of 2019, but due to a sick family member we moved our date up sooner to April 27th. With less than 5 months to go before the wedding Krista and Joseph didn't skip a beat - they made everything so simple. From having a list of vendors ready to go, upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and a complete designer package I was blown away. When you think of a wedding you just think "I need a venue, caterer, florist, and baker" but costs easily add up when it comes to centerpieces, décor, alcohol, etc. Do yourself the biggest favor of your life and book their all inclusive package. My husband and I booked the Silver Package and we don't regret a single thing. The Landmark is so beautiful and we had so many compliments from our guests about it. The bridal suite is to die for - our hair/makeup team stated it's their FAVORITE venue to work at because of how much natural light flows in and how large it is.
I will note - the original florist part of the inclusive package was absolutely terrible. It wasn't until I hounded him with emails and calls that he finally gave a response to my requests. But! Krista and Joseph were there to save the day without even asking. They contacted me and already knew my concerns and advised I had the option to switch out my florist. I got a free design consultation in person with my new florist who would honor all my prior quoted prices. Aubri (AZ Flower Fix) was phenomenal. She captured exactly what I wanted in florals and even gifted us flowers for our arch! Truly, I am just blown away with the care and attention to detail by everyone involved.
So in short, if you want a wedding that you can literally just show up to and leave without any stress or worries - book Aldea: Landmark, Tercero, or The Village. You will not regret it!-

The Perfect Venue
I cannot say enough phenomenal things about this wedding venue and Joseph and Krista. I was an out-of-state bride, and I was nervous about trying to plan a wedding from across the country. Krista and Joseph were incredibly flexible with my schedule and always professional and sincere. They were always a smiling, friendly presence that I sometimes very much needed during the craziness of planning a wedding. My sister is actually the person who found The Landmark online, and she had us pop in during a visit to Arizona. As soon as I toured, I could not imagine anywhere else I would want to have my wedding. The neighborhood surrounding the venue primarily consists of used car dealerships, which might not be for everybody. However, as soon as you enter the iron gateway into the venue, you are completely transported to an intimate, charming venue (on the historic register none-the-less!). The venue is in a fantastic location, which is a quick Uber/Lyft/Shuttle ride away from many popular hotels and destinations.
The entire planning process was as stress-free as one could make wedding planning to the point where it almost sounds too good to be true (but it is definitely true!). When you book with The Landmark, you are given a list of preferred vendors. There is no extra fee or penalty if you do not use one of these vendors and you bring in your own. The vendors suggested are absolutely wonderful. We used Babbos catering, Infinity Entertainment for the DJ, AZ Flower Fix for flowers, Ivonne and Travis for photography, Piece of Cake, By Tyler (videographer), and I Do Rentals for yard games. All of these vendors were recommended by The Landmark, and they were absolutely phenomenal. I actually had a minor hiccup with the original preferred florist; he became incredibly unresponsive. It was one month before my wedding, and I still had not heard from him beyond the initial time I reserved him for my wedding date. Krista and Joseph were on-top-of-it. They actually called me and said they found a new florist (AZ Flower Fix) they want me to use instead of the original preferred vendor. They assured me they vetted this new one and sincerely apologized for the original vendor dropping the ball. Within two days, I had my flowers picked out for my wedding day, and they were perfect. This flower hiccup comes to show the dedication Krista and Joseph have to their clients' happiness and weddings. I appreciated them recognizing their clients were having difficulty communicating with a vendor and then them trying to remedy it as quickly and professionally as possible.
In addition to no fees if you do not use a preferred vendor, you are able to bring in your own alcohol and take what is left over. We bought liquor from Costco, which The Landmark recommended we do. They provided coordination with vendors, day-of coordination, and bar-tending services. The Landmark does so many weddings that catering to your specific style almost seems second nature. You can tell they absolutely love what they do, and you can be confident they will get it done and give you the wedding of your dreams.
We had a spring wedding. The ceremony was inside, and yard games were set up outside along with cocktail hour. The decorations were absolutely spot-on, and the coordination was incredible. My wedding day and the days leading up were incredibly relaxed and stress-free. The wedding coordinator at The Landmark handled absolutely everything, so all I had to do was relax and enjoy the experience. Then at the end of the night, all of the items I brought in (leftover liquor, images for memorial table, floating candles, etc.) were all loaded into the back of a family member’s car. It was seamless and a well-oiled-machine. During the reception, there was a miscommunication by the shuttle service thinking the last shuttle was at 10:00 pm when it was actually at midnight. The Landmark day-of-coordinator handled it immediately, so we did not need to stress about it.
One thing I had been nervous about was the lighting during the reception. I am not the type of person to dance if the lights are super bright. The lighting was perfect! There is no need to pay for up-lighting around the room (unless that is a look you are going for). Any pictures you see of the reception with dancing is bright due to using special camera settings and flash.
This venue is unparalleled to any other we looked during our wedding search. They are extremely responsive and friendly. Their packages are reasonably priced and are completely customizeable. Krista and Joseph put their clients first and really strive (and succeed) in making the wedding experience as enjoyable and perfect for the couple as possible. Every couple is unique, and they recognize this and cater the wedding day experience to each individual couple.-

We LOVE Aldea!!
When we got engaged back in Aug 2017, the next several months were spent first thing to determine the venue. We wanted a venue that could hold a decent amount of people, a venue that wasn't overly extravagant or exceedingly expensive, and a venue that offered decent services. We visited a total of six or seven venues and Aldea was number 4 on our list to check out.
We attended one of the Tuesday night open houses and didn't know what to expect when we walked through the gate. What initially caught our interest (well mine at least!) was there being a little Gazibo and the good reviews already listed. We walked through the gate and we were immediately transfixed with the cute venue! We toured through the property and really liked everything we saw. We still had three other venues to visit but came back for Vendor night January 2018.
This is when I (well we) fell in love with Aldea - the lights at night are gorgeous, we were in awe of how neat the reception hall looked with tables all set up, and the vendors were great options. We felt this venue really fit our personality and we let know the wonderful Krista know, whom we'd end up working with through the process, this is most likely the place!
Fast forward to May 2018 and our decision was made and we began working with Krista and Joseph in preparation for our wedding in Feb 2019. The all-inclusive packages were what we were looking for and the Silver package was perfect for what was offered, which is basically every major category you need for a wedding!
Krista and Joseph answered all of our questions and eased our concerns/anxiety about the process! It was well taken care of Over the next 9 months from that point. As we selected our vendors from the provided list, we emailed to Krista and she worked her side to book with the appropriate vendors. The one and only issue we did have with confirmation with a vendor (florist), Krista said she'd get on it and sure enough we received a response in the following day or two.
From our design meeting to our final meeting, Joseph and Krista continued to work with us. We communicated through email and they were flexible on days and times to meet with them for discussion. Krista always had detailed notes regarding our choices and we had our own packet they provided us to refer to. They are champs and we appreciate their help and understanding to make this as smooth as possible!
The day of, Krista and Joseph did their duty in preparation for the wedding and behind the scenes. Shoutout to Krista because she is MAGIC for the beautiful and awesome way she set up the reception floor and the rest of venue in the hours proceeding the start of everything, through the walkout and later. Shoutout to Joseph for being fantastic running his wonders to make the day as smooth as possible as well. (Also for his amazing cocktail we used for our wedding!) I can't imagine how you must feel every wedding you work, but just know that you are appreciated and couldn't be successful without your coordination and expertise.
Although we didn't get the chance to see you through end of that day, we want to thank you and the rest of Aldea team for the assistance bringing our wedding to life!

Truly the best day ever
Location: When you step foot inside those iron gates it is like you completely forget where you're at. The Landmark transforms into an intimate wedding venue tucked behind tall greenery that makes the location very private. It is conveniently located just 3 miles from Tempe Market Place where our guests stayed at the newly built Hilton. Vendors: The Landmark provides a list of their preferred vendors-- the officiant, DJ, Flowers, Catering, Cake and Photographers. They made it easy to select! All of our vendors were great and took care of us but we highly recommend Wendy Rocket with Infinity Entertainment and Ivonne & Travis Photography. These two were wonderful! Wendy was especially great, she got our guests excited and the energy level was high all night. Our guests keep raving about her! NOTEs: 1.The Landmark will confirm with your vendors and iron out ANY kinks (if there are any issues) but it doesn't hurt to over communicate with your vendors as well. 2. Our florist was not very responsive to emails but Krista and Joseph as well as our photographers assured us that his work is beautiful and that the end product would be perfect--and they were correct. Our flowers were awesome! On site Coordinators: AWESOME! Krista and Joseph were very responsive with all my emails and questions and took great care of us. They did a wonderful job with all of the details. Krista listened to what I envisioned and made it even more beautiful. The day of coordinators were very helpful as well. At the end of the night the car was packed up with everything we brought in and the left over booze--it was so convenient! We had THE BEST DAY. Thanks for everything! -

Landmark is Exceptional!!
My husband and I went to several venues all over the valley in AZ. We came to the Landmark and instantly knew our search was over. There are two main factors we looked at when selecting a venue: the venue itself, and the people we would be working with. Joseph and Krista have such a welcoming personality that we knew we would work very well with. It is so evident they love what they are doing and they want to provide the most special of special days. The venue itself is gorgeous. I love the options that allow you to choose an indoor or outdoor ceremony where you aren’t locked into that decision when you select a venue. The historic details are to die for and add such a special element.
After selecting The Landmark as our venue, we were so excited. The packages they offer are reasonably priced and allow us to add our own customizations. Being an out of town bride, I loved having a preferred list of vendors and people you knew they already trusted and worked with. We were able to contact Krista at every point and if any questions/concerns/issues came up, it was mitigated or resolved that day! You can’t get better customer service than what they offer. The day of, everything went of without a hitch. It rained on our day, but Krista re-arranged and had a back up plan for all the pieces that were supposed to be outside. Even with the rain, everything went smoothly because of her and her team. We honestly could not be happier with all of our selections. The Landmark has everything you could ever want, and the owners make it a truly exceptional venue. I give the highest recommendation to them. Thank you for everything you guys did for us!! -

The Absolute best!
We got married at The Landmark a little over 2 months ago. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. We visited many venues before choosing Aldea, and are so glad we chose them. We chose them because they were one of the very few DIY friendly venues we found and reasonably priced. Of course if you're going for an all inclusive wedding they have that too. But They allowed us to bring in our own food, cake, flowers, everything really. No fuss, no pushing us toward their preferred vendors.
Throughout the whole planning process Krista was absolutely amazing. Any question we had she answered, she gave us ideas and explained everything clearly. Fast forward to the wedding day, again, AMAZING. There was a mix up with our chair sashes for the ceremony. I let Lexi know and she said she would take care of it, she did. Everything else was perfect and gorgeous. I went on with my day and later when i arrived for the wedding i noticed a text from Krista. I had been too busy getting ready and hadn't noticed it earlier. Turns out they were short on sashes for our cocktail hour. Not a big deal, but they went ahead and went to get more from their other location. Keep in mind that we were in Mesa, its an hour drive to the other venue. I didn't ask them to, I would've been fine with something else. But the fact they went out of the way to make sure everything was exactly as my wife had pictured it really and i mean really made me appreciate them that much more.
The rest of the night was great, bartenders were amazing, everything was just simply perfect. Clean up was a breeze with Joseph helping out. We were very nervous going in and are very grateful for how helpful they were. Thank you Krista, Joseph, Lexi, and the bartenders, sorry i didn't catch your names. But thank you all for giving us exactly what we wanted. We will always be grateful and will forever sing your praises.
TLDR: Amazing staff, Krista is the BEST, beautiful wedding venue, very DIY friendly and very well priced, gave us a blank canvas and let us paint our vision, went out of their way to fix anything that wasn't to our liking. If you're trying to avoid those crazy catering costs, this is it. You will be in amazing hands!

The BEST of the best
Where do I even begin with how AMAZING Krista and the team at The Landmark are. My fiancé and I had viewed all 3 of the Aldea venues, but really fell in love with the history of The Landmark. To preface this, I am not a creative person and wouldn’t even know where to start with the overwhelming amount of wedding planning advice on the internet. Also, my fiancé and I live out of state and really wanted to find a venue that could do a lot of the leg work for us and that was The Landmark. From the beginning Krista was communicative and helped us understand exactly where everything was going in terms of the all-inclusive service. There truly are no hidden fees. When it came to the decorating, I had no idea what I wanted besides the colors and a very romantic feel, with a lot of candlelight. Krista NAILED it. I trusted Krista to make a lot of the decisions the day of because I didn’t want to be stressed out about it, and she is so creative and does this for a living; I knew I could trust her. To all the brides reading this TRUST KRISTA WITH DECORATING. I had a few ideas (like our parents/grandparents wedding photos) but I let her take the lead on this. It was the best thing I could have done for my sanity. Plus, it was fun to be just as surprised as our guests when we saw everything for the first time.
About the wedding itself; we chose to have our ceremony inside, cocktail hour outside, then move the party to the reception area. It could not have transitioned smoother. I would strongly encourage anyone who selects this venue to use all the space, it’s so gorgeous, how could you not?! It’s been almost a month since our wedding and we are still getting compliments about how beautiful it was. Our wedding day was smooth because Krista and team handled all the vendors for us and set-up/take down. I don’t know if I could ever say thank you enough for creating such a smooth, perfect wedding day for us. Pick this venue, you won’t be disappointed. Even if you are a hands-on bride, TRUST Krista!! It’s her job to make your life and your fiancés life easier, and she did. Thank you, Krista and the team, at The Landmark! -

The best wedding I could have asked for!
We had such a great experience at the Landmark! From the very start, everything was so easy to manage. I never felt stressed out or anxious. They take care of everything! The venue is so pretty and I was excited to see the quality of vendors we had to pick from. The staff took care of every detail and I was able to show up and enjoy the day. I went to roughly 10 venues. The Landmark was the 10th and I was 100% certain this was going to be my venue before I left the open house. All the staff is amazing, we worked with Krista mostly. She's very professional and really cares that you get what you want for your wedding. She's very responsive! My wedding planning was a breeze. We used all their vendors and have no regrets. Our wedding day was managed perfectly and most importantly, not by the bride! All I did was show up and get pretty! -

I can't say enough great things about this venue, their staff, and vendors. I will forever be singing their praises.
I planned a December wedding in Sedona, but needed to move up my date due to a family illness. I called the Landmark at 5pm on a Saturday and 2 hours later they had secured all the vendors and asked when I could come in to pick out particulars.
I came in the next day and accomplished months worth of work within hours. They have connections with the most incredible vendors (my photographer, dj, florist, caterer, and desserts were AMAZING), as well as a great design room. They planned my perfect wedding in less than 2 weeks and made a stressful time in my life absolutely seamless.
The Landmark exceeded my expectations, and then some. They were beyond reasonable, willing to work with me, had exceptional ideas, and really care about their clients.
I thought I would have to sacrifice some of my vision to accommodate my accelerated timeline, but the opposite happened. They made dreams I didn't even know I had came true. -

The Landmark was absolutely incredible
We were married October 6th, 2018 at the Landmark. From the day we picked this venue until the day we were married, everything was outstanding and more than we could have hoped for. You dont have to stress searching for all of your vendors, they have already done the work finding the best in the business, so you can enjoy just picking out what you want for your day. They provide the decor for the reception, the ceremony, the bar and everything looked stunning. They answered all of my insane amount of questions so I always had expert opinions on everything. And they were there the day of the wedding to make sure everything went perfectly. Ive talked to other people about planning their wedding and how stressful it was, but because of the Landmark I really just got to enjoy every part of it. The day was so incredible, the best day of my life, everyone had a fantastic time and I got to enjoy every second of it. I would recommend the Landmark 100 times over. -

What a truly wonderful evening. Krista was fantastic to work with for our wedding at the Landmark. Incredibly responsive and very engaged from the beginning, Krista was a real partner in realizing our wedding. She walked us through each step in deciding on the decor, as well as confirming details with our vendors. We really also appreciated having her present during the entire course of our wedding ceremony and reception. The venue was stunning, with elegant lighting day of and a very attentive staff. The Landmark is a beautiful oasis in Mesa. -

Can I give Aldea Weddings at the Landmark an infinite amount of gold stars?! From the moment we reached out interested in a tour, to the moment we said our "I do's" and celebrated with family, every single person went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodations. A large deciding factor for choosing The Landmark was that they only perform one event per day!! We felt very special, and catered to during the entire event.
We worked mainly with Joseph and Krista and both of them made Jesse and I feel like we were their only focus. They interacted with us on more of a friendly level which made us more comfortable. Our communication through email/phone calls during the planning was always simple, Krista is always very quick to respond and they are extremely flexible with the payment schedule.
I had the best day of my life at The Landmark venue and I owe all of it to the team Aldea Weddings at the Landmark has created! Each and every vendor we chose blew our expectations out of the water, and our guests were stunned with the beauty of the entire event. My guests are still talking about how wonderful the staff for Aldea weddings was!
I cannot wait to recommend your services to brides looking for a personalized, intimate, and romantic setting!! Thank you again for everything your team did for Jesse and I, we are incredibly thankful and cannot express it in words!-

Aldea Weddings at the Landmark did such an amazing job with our wedding. The Aldea family knows how to coordinate a wedding. We liked The Landmark because it had a nice classic look in an old historic building. You can choose to either have an indoor or outdoor wedding; both options are wonderful. If you choose to have your wedding outside, there is a pretty white gazebo in the background of your ceremony. As far as the wedding planning goes, Aldea helps to simplify everything. They have various price options or packages to choose from but ultimately you pay one package price and this price includes not only the venue and the coordinator, but also the florist, the cake, the photographer, the officiant, the bartender and alcohol, the caterer, and the DJ. They have several options of each of these preferred vendors too. This is great because though you are paying for a wedding package, you still get vendors to choose from such as several different caterer options, various photographer choices, a dessert table or cake, etc. The staff is so flexible too. I truly believe that they will do whatever it takes to help you create the wedding of your dreams. Taylor was our coordinator on the day of the wedding. She did absolutely amazing. We are so thankful to have found such an amazing venue. After our wedding, many of our guests commented on how nice everything looked and how everything flowed so smoothly. A few even said that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to! I would highly recommend Aldea Weddings. If The Landmark isn't the venue for you, they also have two other venues: Aldea at Tlaquepaque and Tercero by Aldea Weddings. -

From the second we toured the property, we knew this would be the place where we would get married. The staff are so incredible, every step of the way they were there for us to ensure that we were happy. And our big day was absolutely perfect! We had some issues with the flowers but the staff at Aldea made sure that we liked it in the end. We would recommend this venue to everyone getting married in AZ! -

From start to finish I was incredibly pleased in my dealings with everyone at The Landmark. The grounds, ceremony & reception space are absolutely beautiful, and it sealed the deal for me that their pricing was so straight forward with no hidden fees. They were so knowledgeable, helpful and organized throughout all of the planning, I never felt stressed or worried about how it would come off on our big day.
The day of my wedding was so relaxing at the venue, the bridal room was perfect, and the day of coordinators went about setting everything up, just as planned. They were so sweet & friendly and professional- I could be more pleased with everything leading up to the wedding and the actual day!
We did the silver package and their is a wide selection of vendors, we chose Babbo, Noble Photography, PushPlay DJ, Andy Castano for flowers & Carol at Rev Giovanni- so thrilled with all of them! Oh, and Piece of Cake AZ for a beautifully done and super tasty cake!

The Landmark is THE place to have your wedding! To start, the facility is breathtaking right when you walk in. The lush greenery adds natural beauty to the venue, while the twinkling lights make it feel like a fairytale. The hall is romantic, intimate and makes for the best ceremony photos. The courtyard is very spacious. You can have games during your wedding, a spread-out cocktail hour, and the space makes for a nice break to go outside during the evening. The reception hall is PERFECT. We got so many compliments on the whole area the entire evening. It is covered with dark wood, twinkly chandeliers, a wrap-around bar, and just the right amount of space. Next, the staff at The Landmark truly cares and will do everything and anything to ensure that your experience is full of fun and not full of stress. They really make sure that you feel important even though there are other events that they're planning for, but they make sure you feel number one! Alex was a dream to work with. She answered emails promptly, gave her professional opinion when we were indecisive, and she felt like a friend that was there for you whenever. On the day of, Alex was everywhere right when we needed her. She really made it so my husband and I were enjoying the evening and spending time with our guests rather than answering questions or making decisions. Alex was not the only person we worked with, but every time we met someone new, they were helpful, kind, and hard working. The Landmark made our wedding unforgettable. We couldn't be happier with our choice! -

My husband and I got married at the Landmark in Novemeber and our experience was incredible. They were Extremely helpful through out our wedding planning experience. The venue it’s self has a gorgeous vintage feel. The wedding coordinators were all amazing and super helpful. The day of the wedding, they set everything up for us, I didn’t have to worry about anything! The day ran so smoothly and my husband and I were able to enjoy our beautiful day together. My fiance and I are getting married at The Landmark next June of 2018. We are super excited!!! The second I stepped onto this property I immediately could see myself saying I do here. The atmosphere is so romantic and pleasant. I loved how they provide the best vendors for you to choose from because this makes planning for the big day so fun and stress less. Joe is the man to go to for any questions you may have. He knows his stuff and is willing to help in any way he can. Krista is by far the best wedding coordinator I have met. She knows how to make your wedding day perfect and beautiful and she seems just as excited about my big day as I am! I feel so welcome at this venue and I can honesty say I wouldn't go anywhere else. There is no better place to marry my high school sweetheart except at the Landmark. I recommend this venue to all my friends and family!!! -

My husband and I got married in October at The Landmark. It was beyond amazing and way more than I ever wanted. The vintage, but modern feel was perfect! Everything went perfectly. If anything did go wrong they were on their game, and we never knew about it. The vendors and choices were amazing. We were so happy with all of them. We have had so many people tell us that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to! They took care of every detail and personalized it just for us! They definitely made it the best day ever! Thank you Alex, Joe, and Krista, and especially Evelyn for helping to make our day so special for us, and for going above and beyond! Aldea at the Landmark was the perfect place for our winter wedding. The grounds were gorgeous and the team worked with us every step of the way. Every question we had was answered right away and we loved being able to drop by Tuesday night open houses and the monthly vendor open houses (it was really helpful to see the setups and be able to sample all of the vendors this way).
The Aldea team was on top of everything from start to finish to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch. The decorations were just what we wanted and they did an excellent job of setting everything up just how we imagined (even the special pieces we brought in ourselves).
As we got ready on the day of, Krista checked in regularly to make sure we had what we needed and there was always someone from the team around to help guide the next phase. The staff at Aldea really has this down to an art. After the ceremony, the marriage license was waiting down in the bridal suite along with one of each of our signature drinks (as the bride and groom we didn't think we'd get a chance to try them!). We also got to try out the appetizers and get dinner brought to our table just as we were seated at the reception (I heard a lot of stories of brides and grooms not getting to eat so this was fantastic).
The Aldea team was always a step ahead making sure every phase was smooth and seamless. I really can't recommend Aldea Weddings at the Landmark enough. Everything was perfect and if we had to do it all again I wouldn't go anywhere else! -

I am currently booked at the Landmark and will have my wedding on June 9th of 2018. I can't tell you how excited I am and so thankful to have the Landmark as my wedding venue. The moment my fiancé and I stepped onto the property we felt "Magic" in the air! From the beautiful greenery to the swoon worthy gazebo and the amazing windows we couldn't picture our wedding anywhere else. All my life I thought that wedding planning was supposed to be super stressful, but the Landmark staff shatters all those preconceptions! Wedding planning has been simple and dare I say, FUN! I knew from the beginning that the staff cared about me and supported every idea I had envisioned for the day. Krista and Mayley are the dream team and make me feel listened to. I know the day my fiancé and I have dreamed of is going to be better than we could ever imagine because of the confidence we have in the Landmark staff. Call me Ambassador Landmark! We felt blessed to find this location for our event in late September. We've received so many compliments about the look and feel of our wedding. There are other venues that are also beautiful, but much more costly. The value we received from our package heavily outweighed the price. They take out the "heavy lifting" as I call it...catering, photos, flowers, cake, etc. Those choices are narrowed down for you among very talented people. This gave us more freedom to concentrate on other things such as dresses, tuxes, invites and smaller decorative ideas.
Every person at Aldea was friendly and accommodating. We made a special request for a table runner to match our colors. They went out and got it knowing it would be great for our wedding as well as future events. I always felt our questions and requests received immediate attention.
Each vendor we chose was wonderful to work with (I'm sure the ones we didn't select are just as good). The open house on the first Tuesday of each month was calming for us. We got to have brief discussions with each vendor to move our planning forward. Another special request was satisfied by our flower vendor. We wanted a cross as our main background during the ceremony. He went out and built one that looked beautiful against their white drapes. It's great to know that each of these folks understands how big of a day this is for you and works hard to provide a great result. -

I was so happy that we booked with Aldea at the Landmark! Our wedding day was absolutely amazing there. Leading up to the wedding day, the staff (specifically Alex) were so helpful in helping us prepare, answering all of our questions, and making us feel comfortable! The vendor selection that they have is excellent, but are also flexible if you want to bring in an outside vendor. We used all of their vendors and they worked together really well. It was also helpful working with their vendors because Aldea does a lot of the communication for you. You can't pass up the value of this venue either! It was one of the least expensive venues we saw, but in our opinion, the most beautiful too! Highly recommend the Landmark!! -

Having our wedding at Aldea at the Landmark was a great decision! My wife and I got married at Aldea at the Landmark in March. After shopping around all over the Phoenix area we decided on The Landmark because we loved the charm and character of the old property and because their prices were reasonable and competitive compared to other venues in Phoenix. The venue is perfect for a romantic, vintage feel which is exactly what we wanted. Looking back we are completely satisfied with our decision. They are very flexible, lettingyou add your own touches to the wedding and have some amazing vendors to work with. On the wedding day, the Aldea puts a huge emphasis on letting you and your spouse relax and enjoy the day, making sure it is special for you and all the little details are taken care of. Our wedding coordinator, Alex, did an amazing job putting everything together. She constantly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I felt like my wife and I were able to sit back and fully enjoy the day, thanks to all the hard work Alex and the Aldea staff did. Our wedding at the Landmark was perfect beyond anything we dreamed of! We got dozens of compliments from friends and family saying it was the best wedding they have been to and that they had so much fun. I am confident anyone else who gets married at Aldea will have a similar experience! -

My husband and I got married here earlier this month. Everything was absolutely perfect. Upon booking we were given an orientation where they gave us all the information we needed to know. We left the meeting knowing everything. Three months before our wedding date we had our decorative meeting. We went over every little detail. Nothing was left out. It made the planning process so easy and I had nothing to stress or worry about. During our final meeting Alex was assigned as our coordinator. She went over all of the details we decided on through out the planning process. She also made sure we didn't miss anything. She made us feel so comfortable. She made sure everything was perfect during the rehearsal and day of. I was so nervous and she even made me feel so relaxed prior to the ceremony. I recommend The Landmark to anyone. They are so professional and truly make your wedding day special! Amazing job Alex, Evelyn, and staff! Our vendors were amazing as well. We used Ivonne Carlton, Andy Castano, Tulip and TeaCups, T0ny the Entertainer, and Mi Catering. All of our guests even recognized how amazing these vendors were. We got so many compliments. The whole team at the Landmark were so supportive throughout the planning process. From our first open house to the day of our wedding, the entire team (specifically our coordinator Alex and the owner Evelyn) were very responsive to our questions and gave the advice and feedback we needed to make informed decisions. The decoration package was so essential to a stress-free day! Literally everything was taken care of. Ever meet someone and just know after talking to them for a little bit that you NEED to be involved in what they've got going on? That is absolutely what we felt the first time my husband and I met with Evelyn and the Aldea team. Last summer we received an email about a 'new venue' available in Mesa, and we decided to see it. Despite it being a literal construction zone, Evelyn's passion for weddings and for this location was so clearly evident, and we knew we needed to be a part of this! Our wedding was 8 months later, and not for one minute did we have any regrets. Kayla was our on site coordinator and she was incredible. She was full of knowledge and advice, and would always point us in the right direction when it came to decisions. She knew what details needed covered, and allowed us creativity and freedom to personalize our wedding. She never took more than a few hours to respond to questions, and any time i asked her to follow up on something, i had answers almost immediately. On top of our experience with Kayla, really the entire Aldea family was phenomenal. We felt like any time we showed up at any of the open houses (and we attended MANY), everyone knew who we were, and were incredibly warm and welcoming. My husband and I even got caught 'stalking' the landmark location while it was under construction one day, and Matthew spotted us and waved us in and allowed us to see all the changes and progress that had been made. We really felt like we were part of something incredibly special. Now, exactly one month since our wedding, I feel like I can genuinely say that this was one of the best decisions we made. The fact is, as a bride in the phoenix area, you are bombarded with options. You can compare prices, locations, all that. Some places might have better options for you, but what i can vouch for is that not only will you have an incredible wedding at the Landmark, you will really feel like you are a part of something special when you work with them. -

I truly cannot put into words how wonderful Aldea Weddings was to my husband and I. When we first saw The Landmark back in July 2015, the entire building was gutted and completely under construction. We knew the outside structure of the building was beautiful, but booking a venue without having any idea what the finished product would look like was a huge risk. However, after meeting and chatting with Kayla (who ended up being our wedding coordinator) about Aldea's plans for the remodel, we felt confident that this was the venue for us. The final results exceeded far above and beyond what we expected. The entire venue inside and out is absolutely stunning. Aldea did a fantastic job of keeping the charm of such a historical building while adding modern touches that make the venue feel special, romantic, and fresh. I love that they added just enough decor that you can have a beautiful wedding without needing to add anything else; however, if you choose to add your own personal touches, it would not clash.
Throughout the months leading up to our wedding day, Kayla and Evelyn (the owner) made sure to always keep us updated on the progress of the remodel, and were always available to answer our questions. Any time I would send in an e-mail, I would get a response within 24 hours. Not only was the communication wonderful, but they were also very accommodating to every single thing we requested.
Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing. I'm naturally a pretty nervous person and I get stressed out very easily. However, as soon as we got to The Landmark, all of my worries went out the window. The venue was stunning, the staff did an exceptional job at setting everything up, and Kayla ran the show like she was Wonder Woman. The wedding was beautiful, our guests had a fantastic time, and my husband and I had a perfect day all thanks to Kayla and the rest of the Aldea staff. We honestly can't thank them enough. -

Evelyn and her assistant were so helpful to me. When my reception was cancelled less than three weeks before my wedding, they were able to accommodate me and get everything planned in time. Not only that, but everything ended up turning out better than my original plan! They took care of the decorations and found me a caterer. They made sure everything was how I wanted but offered suggestions based on their experience. I could not have been happier with their services. -
