  10.11.2019 Wedding

  Alan was our wedding officiant in October. He was an absolute dream to work with! He did such a wonderful job of walking us through what the options for our ceremony were and helping us with any decisions we needed to make. He was extremely open to anything we wanted to add or change. Alan did a wonderful job of incorporating two readings that were very special to us into our ceremony. He was a wonderful calming force and put all of our nerves at ease. I had multiple guests come up to me after the ceremony and tell me how wonderful they thought Alan was. He is an absolute class act and we are so grateful that he was a part of our special day!

  Working with Alan was simply a delight. He was very helpful and responsive throughout our entire process. He always seemed sincerely/genuinely interested in getting to know us - he was able to make our ceremony super personal and as if we had known each other for years. We had so much positive feedback about our ceremony, from religious and non religious alike. Alan comes with our highest praise and recommendation!!

  The BEST officiant ever!

  We had Alan officiate our wedding last weekend (10/12/19) and our ceremony was absolutely perfect. We actually booked Alan well in advance (over a year in advance in fact) because I just loved him that much the very first time we met him. From beginning to end, working with Alan was easy and fun. He worked with us to put together a ceremony that included everything that we wanted and was always kind if/when we wanted to make changes. During the ceremony he was genuine and real and brought his humor (that I loved so much) at all the right times; it felt like we had known him forever and we were being married by an old friend. We had multiple guests say how much they loved him and how they would want to have him officiate their weddings/vow renewals. Alan is just absolutely the BEST at what he does. Thank you, Alan, for everything!

  Simply Incredible

  It is very difficult to find words to describe how honored and privileged we were to be married by Alan. He was the first officiant we met with, and before the end of our first meeting, we formally asked him to perform our marriage ceremony. His passion and energy made our decision easy.
  
  During our planning stages, Alan worked with us to craft a custom ceremony that matched our personalities. He guided us as we compiled the various steps and consulted as we worked to integrate our cultural backgrounds. Guests, often focusing on florals and other aesthetic elements of the wedding, raved about Alan and how beautiful the ceremony was.
  
  I own and manage a wedding venue and have the privilege of working with some of the industry’s leading event professionals. Among all my experiences, Alan was among the most sincere and amazing officiants I have ever worked with. We were honored to have him as part of our day and could not recommend him more.

  Best officiant ever

  Alan is extremely charming, funny and insightful. We loved working with him. We felt instantly at ease with him and we loved how much he really gets to know you. He put a lot of time and thought into our ceremony. It was an amazing day. We could not ask for more.

  Great to work with!

  Alan was so great to work with from the beginning. He lets you tailor the ceremony to however you want, has done so many weddings so has great suggestions, and is super funny and a pleasure to work with. He kept our ceremony short and sweet but was also funny and sentimental. He is amazing and we highly recommend!

  Look no further...

  After searching through dozens of officiants online, we felt like we would never find the right person to officiate our ceremony but our luck changed when we found Alan.
  
  We were planning our Newport wedding from NYC and Alan was extremely flexible to set up multiple phone and Skype calls. After our very first conversation we knew Alan was the perfect fit for us. He is incredibly easy to talk to and really took the time to get to know us over the phone and understand what we wanted in our ceremony.
  
  It is hard to put into words how incredible our ceremony was and how appreciative and thankful we are for having Alan in our lives.
  
  It has been one month since our wedding and guests are still talking about "the best wedding ceremony have they have been to." Everyone was in tears and it was the spiritual and meaningful ceremony we wanted. All of our guests asked how long we had known him and assumed he was a longtime family friend.
  
  If you are looking for an authentic and meaningful ceremony - Alan is your guy. Alan truly exceeded our expectations - he is a true professional and really cares about his couples.

  Alan is one of the greatest people we’ve ever met. He’s an expert at what he does and he always makes us laugh! He is kind, professional, and very down to earth. Alan went out of his way to meet our needs, such as scheduling Skype dates to accommodate our pre-marital inventory sessions. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding officiant! Alan made all of our ceremonial dreams come true!

  A Perfect Ceremony (Sept 2018)

  We cannot recommend Alan enough. He was kind and approachable throughout the whole preparation process, and the day-of ceremony was even better than we could have ever hoped for. He strikes the perfect balance between seriousness and humor, traditional and modern, and we had many guests comment on how it was one of the best wedding services they'd been to! Alan makes everyone feel welcome, and also takes the time to get to know you as a couple and convey that on the day-of. We wish him the best and strongly recommend him to any couples getting married.

  I don't know where to begin with Alan Neale. He was absolutely amazing. I can't imagine my wedding without him. From our first meeting till our wedding day, Alan truly cared about getting to know us. My husband and I are not that religious so we were concerned about finding the right officiant.   A true privilege to be married by Alan

  Alan is a beautiful person who invests his heart and soul into the couples whose weddings he officiates.
  
  My husband and I were the first LGBT couple married at Trinity Church in Newport, RI and Alan was our officiant. We met with Alan several times before the wedding, by video conference since we live far away, and in person. Through the course of our sessions we of course learned more about Alan, and him us - but we also learned how to be better partners to each other. More than an officiant, Alan became an advisor and a friend.
  
  So many of our guests remarked that they'd never been to a wedding service that felt quite like ours - a feeling we credit to Alan. We wholeheartedly recommend Alan to anyone who wants a service imbued with love and holiness.

  My husband and I could not be more thrilled that we chose Alan! He is so easy to talk to, witty, and personable that you feel close to him immediately! He did SUCH and amazing job with our ceremony! He can truly handle anything on his feet... We had a beach wedding and for some reason, there was a very aggressive mute swan that decided to join our ceremony !! Alan first off, didn't flinch, didn't miss a word, and handled the entire situation so Incredibly. He has the best voice and did such a beautiful job with everything! Also, my husband is Jewish and I am Christian and our ceremony was a perfect mix of both! Alan, helped us create the perfect blended ceremony. People kept coming up to us saying how much they liked Alan and what a great job he did!! He is the best of the best!

He listened to our ceremony vision and worked with us to refine the spoken words that would reflect our vision. Our guests loved the uniqueness of Alan's secular ceremony vows; noting it's thoughtfulness, reflectiveness, and wise guidance. They, as well as we, loved Alan's choice of outfit on the day of--blue striped seersuckers! He fitted right into our hint of blue ambiance without knowing the theme before hand. It was great!

  My husband and I are so very appreciative of how much time Alan took to get to know us and the amazing job he did at our ceremony. We were in contact with Alan over a year ago and had multiple conversations over phone, internet and met in person on all of our trips to Newport to plan our wedding. Alan consistently reminded me that this was our wedding and he helped to guide us along the way to make sure we had the day of our dreams. There ceremony at Rosecliff was absolutely beautiful and the personal touches (about being from Philadelphia and the meaning of key) he added were beyond fitting. Thank you Alan for everything!

  Alan is one of the most wonderful human beings that we've ever come in touch with. His unique charisma kept us full of ideas and gave us ways to personalize our ceremony.

  Alan was an incredible officiant who always made time to meet with my fiancé and me. We met at least 4-5 times prior to the wedding. He was professional and did a lovely job at our wedding at Newport Beach House. As a couple with diffeerent faith backgrounds, he was very accommodating and helped us create a ceremony that was acceptable to both of us and our families. Would recommend him to anyone.

  My husband, Michael and I were married on 4/29/17 by Alan Neale. We could not be happier! From the first meeting we knew Alan was the one for us, hiring him on the spot. It was very important for Mike and I to have an officiant we felt a connection with. We not only had an instant connection we also had SO much fun with Alan! We looked forward to every meeting leading up to our wedding. Our ceramony was so perfectly US. We feel so lucky to have found Alan. He will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

  I cannot say enough good things about Alan. He is incredibly engaging and we felt very comfortable discussing our relationship with him during our premarital sessions. We planned an interfaith ceremony and Alan was supportive throughout the entire process. He even helped us write our ceremony to incorporate both Christian and Jewish traditions. Many of our guests commented about how beautiful the ceremony was and it was one of my favorite parts of the entire day. Thank you for making our ceremony so special!

  I cannot say enough about this wonderful man! Alan Neale, you made my wedding absolutely perfect! I talk to many of my friends who say that the entertainment and dancing was the best part, or a toast, or the food, or something funny that a family member did, but not very often to you hear a bride or groom, and family, state that the ceremony was their favorite part of their day.
  
  A little story:
  
  So I am a wedding planner for my career so as you can imagine it was tough for me to sit back and relax. We were at the rehearsal and a family member thought it was funny and bought me a "monster bride whistle." No one was paying attention to Alan so I blew the whistle. We all laughed but Alan took charge and finished the rehearsal. Well during the ceremony sermon, he stopped and blew a whistle and told everyone the story and somehow it became a sermon about listening to one another during the ups and downs. I wish I had a video of it to share but it was not only funny for the whole congregation but it was magical!
  
  I would recommend Alan to absolutely anyone getting married!
