Amazing Team from Booking to Last Dance

Don't Miss a Beat Events was a major part of making our Wedding so absolutely amazing. They were professional, communicated clearly, and helped make our wedding as stress-free as possible.

From the start, Don't Miss a Beat Events did an amazing job of discussing our concept and explaining their capabilities to determine if we aligned in our desires and expectations. They detailed each of their services and helped guide our vision while keeping within budget.

Between the DJ package, Uplighting, Dancing on Clouds, Sparklers, Photobooth, and the LED Robot, the entire night felt completely magically. Adam and team kept the pacing moving, but unhurried, got everyone on the dance floor to celebrate, and made the entire evening flow perfectly from Ceremony to Last Dance.

Don't Miss a Beat Events found all of the music that we wanted for our wedding, including more obscure and foreign music for a first dance. They also put together an amazing set list for dancing, mixing together music that had everyone from our older relatives, our friends, and our younger cousins without feeling segmented or in disarray.

The photobooth was setup right near the dance floor allowing guests to move seamlessly from dancing, to photos, and right back into the fray. The Don't Miss a Beat team did wonderfully helping guests with props and timing, making sure everyone got in the photo and got their copies (both physical and digital).

If you are looking for an all around DJ team for your wedding, you can't go wrong with Don't Miss a Beat Events.

I cannot recommend enough

Adam and his team were so communicative and helpful throughout the planning process. During the final meeting- Alex helped arrange how we wanted our ceremony and was encouraging and supportive to any idea we had. During the actual wedding, Alex checked in and made sure we were having a great time. I would recommend Don’t Miss A Beat to everyone. They’re so understanding of our ideas and needs. It was the best “bang for our buck”.
EXTRA: Alex took videos and all my friends and family called him our free content creator because he got some of the key moments and most fun the crowd had. I cannot say a single bad thing about using this company and the effort they give to clients.

MC Alex was amazing!!

We are still having people talk about how much fun our wedding was! Our MC Alex was awesome!! We met him at an expo and we knew we wanted to work with him! He truly made our reception so much fun and worked with us every step of the way. Our DJ was awesome and played great music to keep the party going! The glam Photo Booth was such a hit and everyone loved it! Couldn’t have asked for a better entertainment for our wedding!

The best of the best!

We booked Adam and Don’t Miss a Beat Events for our wedding, and we could not have made a better choice. From the very first meeting, Adam brought energy and charisma not just to the wedding, but to each of our individual meetings. He was kind, thoughtful, responsive, and an absolute joy to work with. He was always ready with suggestions, feedback, and assistance.

As for the wedding itself, I’ve been to weddings where the DJ just stays in the booth and plays music — that’s not Adam. He was our MC, DJ, dance-floor hype man, and even part-time coordinator, keeping everything running smoothly and everyone having an amazing time.

Traditional and Gay Jewish wedding

Adam and the DMAB crew were great! My husband and I wanted a lot of Jewish music in particular, and Adam was deeply knowledgeable about what we were looking for and helpful in his suggestions about how to have the best event possible. His staff are excellent, responsive, and friendly. They worked with us through our changing and expanding needs and allowed us to relax on our wedding day. The music was one of the best parts at an already great wedding! Also, he was understanding about the auditory needs of our guests, turning the music down when we thought it was too loud.

Book Don't Miss a Beat Events!

Don’t Miss a Beat was just what we had wanted for our big day! My husband proposed to me in a Big Mac box (I am a fast food fiend) and we wanted to incorporate it somehow into our wedding. Had trouble finding good options and then someone suggested Don’t Miss a Beat - they were super responsive and got us a contract right away. It was a hit! They set up a McDonald’s stand at the end of the night so people could grab it on the way out - we opted for nuggets, cheeseburgers and fries but there were more options if needed! Everyone loved it and thought it was hysterical.

Nothing short of amazing

There are not enough words to express the crazy FUN that Adam and his team brought to our wedding celebration. I first met Adam in 2009 when he was the MC for my little sister’s Bat Mitzvah. He was meticulously vetted by my very detail oriented mother, and knocked the event out of the park. A few years later, he then did both of my cousins Bat Mitzvahs as well. 13 years later, my fiance and I got engaged and we were in the market for our wedding entertainment. My mom suggested we reach out to Adam and his team, calling him the family DJ. We met with Adam who discussed with us the vision of our wedding. We wanted a wedding that would get everyone up and dancing. After working with Adam before, I had no doubts he would deliver. But oh my god, did he deliver, and then some. Adam had people smiling, dancing, cheering the entire night. He was engaging and interactive. Our Assistant DJ, Wesley, could not have done better mixing amazing songs to keep people up. Together Adam and Wesley read the room perfectly. Joe, in Tech and Media, was on the dance floor, capturing our friends and family dancing and singing. There was not a moment that Joe wasn’t running around. Alex did an amazing job manning and operating the photo booth which was such a fun addition to our night. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. Adam got all of our guests on their feet from our 13 year old younger cousins to our 86 year old grandparents. People were UP and DANCING. Adam was absolutely incredible, keeping our wedding timeline on track, keeping people smiling. There was never a lull throughout the entire night. We absolutely loved sharing another huge family milestone with a trusted company, and I could even say friend. Thank you Adam and crew for an incredible ceremony and reception. As our best man said, it was a bad night to be a dance floor.

Best dj vendor!

Words can't even describe how incredible Alex & James were at our wedding. When we first met Alex at a bridal expo, we instantly knew we wanted Don't Miss A Beat as our DJ. Alex incorporated every single detail we wanted from our first dance, our "NBA" style intros for our bridal parties, 1st entrance, to our second big entrance with sparklers and dancing on the clouds. The energy was amazing and our guests can't stop talking about how fun our wedding was. Adam & team truly care how your night will go! It was a night to remember forever.

Adam and his team at DMAB created an amazing experience for us and our guests! Planning was a breeze, and they sent monthly emails leading up to the event to keep communication open. Most reliable and professional DJ and event planner around!

My wife and I hired Don't Miss a Beat Events for our wedding in November 2022 at Park Chateau. The whole team goes above and beyond! Adam gave us ideas on top of our ideas to make an absolute unforgettable wedding and just coordinated and put it all together with his team. He builds that trust and puts you at ease and promises that your event is well taken care of it and guaranteed to be a great time....and him and his staff delivered!! Shout out to Marissa and the office staff!! You are awesome!
Adam was our officiant at our wedding ceremony as well. He worked with us on giving ideas for his sermon that he will be presenting and incorporated any words that I would like to be said as well. He was very professional, heartfelt and also humorous to keep our friends and families engaged the whole time.
Onto our venue...Adam and his team rocked that place! The lighting, the music, the vibe and just the atmosphere as a whole was incredible! Adam and his team just coordinated everything perfectly throughout the night and my wife and myself wouldn't have changed a thing! Not to mention there was a robot!! People that attended our wedding are still talking about the great time they had. And we owe a big part of that to Don't Miss a Beat Events!

Great experience. They the songs I requested for certain parts of ceremony and party. They had the party going all night. They played all the different range of music we requested. When we asked for something not on our list they were able to find and download ASAP. I highly recommend partying with these guys.

Absolutely the Best

Could not recommend more. We used Don't Miss a Beat for our wedding this past weekend and they may have been the best decision we made.
James was our MC/DJ and he was great in every single way. We had a couple of unique requests and he nailed each and every one of them.
We loved the music, vibes, and energy he provided throughout the night. He kept the party going from start to finish, kept the energy up without having to just blast the music, and made all the special moments (first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc) unforgettable.
The best way to know he was great was that we got so many compliments afterwards regarding the DJ and the music, and they came from people of all ages. Our parents & family members in their 60s and our friends in their 20s, everyone seemed to love to DJ across the board.

Beyond My Wildest Dream!!!!

Where do I begin! My wedding day was absolutely perfect!!!!! DJ Adam was the bomb!!! Not only did he provide the most amazing entertainment that made the wedding memorable for a lifetime but he was the best officiant ever! He was sincere, funny and kept the audience entertained! Having Adam as the Officiant and then the MC for our DJ provided a seamless transition to our reception. He had a handle on all the music from the beginning of the ceremony continuoustly during the cocktail hour into the reception. Everything went off without a hitch. I didn’t have to worry about a thing!
I cannot say enough about Adam even before the wedding he was on point when it came to my songs, vows, and music style. His suggestions were right on par and perfect! Also, he provides so many extras. We had the fireworks display which was such a big hit for our first choreographed dance, as well as TV displays, Photo Booth, and Lighting. Adam and his employee was amazing with our wedding. Before our event we had helpful zoom and phone call meetings. He planned an extra activity during our reception so that the guests who didn’t feel comfortable with covid/didn’t want to dance still had something to be entertained with. He met with us before our event so that he was able to add in small details and make our announcements and entire event unique to us. When our ceremony had to be altered because of rain he was able to quickly modify his set up. He was a joy to work with when wedding stress was difficult because he offered tips and suggestions. I would recommend Adam for any of your events!

Unbelievable!

Stop searching for DJ’s because these are your guys! They knocked it out of the park in every way. They recommended my photographer (who was also AMAZING) and they brought so much life and personalization to our wedding. They helped the wedding have a seamless flow. They knew when to relax and when to turn it up. They took my favorite songs and created a playlist throughout the wedding that had everyone out on the dance floor having fun! When your 89 year old grandmother is on the dance floor smiling and dancing for multiple songs you know you have a good DJ! Chris and Manny were a great team. They made sure we were comfortable and they did a wonderful job with all announcements throughout the wedding.

We also added the big sparklers which were SO awesome. They knew just the right times to set them off to get everyone really excited! Also made for great pictures! The ring roamer was another great add on. It was instead of a photo booth and our guests loved it!

Phenomenal

James and his team at "Don't Miss a Beat Events" were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE for my wife and I before and during our wedding. James reached out to us multiple times to make sure the event would be run perfectly. He had us fill out a music portal where we could cater the wedding to exactly how we wanted it to be and it is safe to say that he DELIVERED. They look at every single small detail from the parent dances to introductions to lighting to cocktail hour music. Their attention to detail and performance was amazing and we highly recommend to everyone getting married or celebrating an event.

Additionally, James and his entire staff are down to earth, professional, helpful, kind, and fun. They valued our input and knew how to get the dance floor popping. At the beginning, they played the perfect music for guests of all ages and, as we requested, made it for of a "party" as the night went on. Again, I cannot reitterate how James did exactly what we asked him to do and put on an amazing show that night. We also got a saxophone player in additon to James and his team. The sax player added an extra element to the night and really spiced things up.

The entire team kept the entire wedding crowd involved, excited, and full of energy, accomodating all ages and music needs. We highly recommend and are thankful that we booked with "Don't Miss a Beat" for our wedding.

Absolutely Amazing experience with amazing staff

We had Alex as our MC, James as our DJ and Adam came to assist with production. All 3 of them were fantastic with Alex being just the best possible addition to our wedding. Jada was also the best with the photobooth!! She had suggestions for everyone who wanted unique pics.

Best dj/mc ever!

Adam and James are amazing. I would recommend don’t miss a beat to anyone for any event. 5/5. You will not be disappointed. They are full of energy and can get any crowd to dance. We got married during Covid and our wedding was still a blast while following Covid guidelines. Adam worked with us from the beginning and Fulfilled all
our crazy requests. He is honest and supportive. We can not say enough great things.

Best DJ Experience ever!

My husband and I are so happy we used Don't Miss a Beat Events to DJ our wedding. They were referred to by a friend and we are so glad they did! We booked them about a year out and then Covid hit. They were really responsive as I needed to keep updating them with plans changing. They truly got to know my husband and I and learned what they needed to in order to make the event truly special. It felt so personal the whole time. I would 1000% recommend using Don't Miss a Beat Events. Its worth every penny.

The Peralta Wedding 10.15.20

Adam the owner is a friend of the bride for many years. A local town DJ from camp that build his business into truly an amazing company and empire. He is so helpful, warm and kind. Adam is so detail oriented which is exactly what you want in an event host. He understood what we wanted, what we didn’t and helped us create a room all night that truly came alive. The smoke, monogram, sparklers and truly guidance and support alone were priceless. We can’t thank him enough and his team for making our entertainment on our wedding day perfection. Every step in the process, even with bumps and problem due to the pandemic we had his support and encouragement. We adore Adam and his passion. He will always be our DJ for every event in the future. If you have the honor to work with him you are beyond lucky.

Perfection

One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was hiring Don't Miss A Beat Events. I worked with Adam throughout the whole process, from day 1 until our wedding day he was available and extremely helpful. Being a Covid bride isn't easy but being a wedding vendor during Covid times is even harder. Adam worked with me and honored every request I had. He is professional, hardworking, diligent and awesome to work with. He is friendly, experienced and certainly knows the industry. He brought an energy and vibe to our wedding that I didn't even know we needed. He went so far beyond for me, he spoke to my venue personally, he dealt with any issues that came up without me even needing to know or worry about. He brought MC Will with him and Will was just as great as Adam. Both Adam and Will make an exceptional team and brought positive energy and kept everyone dancing and happy which is all I wanted for our wedding.
I also hired a live sax player through Don't Miss A Beat Events and I was so happy I did. The sax player, Jason Nelson, was phenomenal. I hired him as a surprise for my husband and both Jason and Adam kept it as a surprise. Jason was out on the dance floor with us and everyone loved him.
On a more personal note, I have worked with Adam for years. My family has used him for sweet 16s, anniversary parties and weddings and he just keeps getting better. He truly cares about his clients and just wants everyone to have fun. He takes the time to get to know each of his clients personally, he is professional but also endearing and empathic. I felt like I was working with a close friend (because I was) when working with him. He went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. I cannot say enough positive things about the whole Don't Miss A Beat Events team but Adam, Will and Jason certainly have my highest recommendation. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Such a fun time!!!!

We loved our wedding day with AJH. James really threw the down the beats. Everyone of all ages was dancing. Highly recommend the sparklers!!!! It made our wedding feel like a high end night club. Go book them for your events!!!

The most perfect DJs ever!

Adam and the gang really knocked our wedding out of the park! From our first meeting to my last minute texts about changes, Don’t Miss A Beat was responsive, attentive and thorough. We walked out of that first meeting confident and happy in our choice. Wedding day, our ceremony music was amazing and flowed perfectly. Cocktail music perfect and not too loud. Reception, music was amazing!!! Our guests couldn’t stop dancing all night long. The sparkler fountains were the best upgrade and perfect touch. Don’t Miss A Beat provided everything we ever wanted and more!

Dream wedding

I cannot rave about this company enough! The entire team went above and beyond AND THEN SOME to make our day even more amazing. No one sat down at our wedding. Every single guest was on the dance floor. If I could re-do our wedding day we would absolutely use this team all over again.

Amazing, rocked it hard

Adam at Don't Miss a Beat Events and his team were amazing! They helped make it the best day of our lives. The music was spot on. The party rocked it all night long and our friends literally did not stop sweating from all the dancing they did. Adam was super responsive before the wedding and listened to our suggestions to make the perfect playlist. The entire night went smoothly and the drums definitely added an extra element to the party. I would use him and his team again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely perfect

Words can’t even describe how amazing Adam and his team were for our wedding day. I actually first met Adam for my sisters sweet 16 ten years ago. When my husband and I were planning, I immediately thought of Adam and said we have to meet with him to see if he can do our wedding. I am sooo happy we did because he and his team were seriously awesome. From our first meeting to the day of, Adam made sure everything we wanted was perfectly executed, and had awesome recommendations where we needed them. We used Don’t Miss a Beat for our DJ/MC for our reception, but also used their pianist for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and a saxophonist (who was AWESOME) who played at cocktail hour and throughout the night on the dance floor with the DJ, as well as up lighting and a photo booth.

Everyone had so much fun at the reception it was hard to even go around and say hi to our guests because they literally were dancing all night long !! My husband who actually told Adam he doesn’t want to dance before the wedding, danced ALL NIGHT! Adam and his team do such an amazing job of keeping the party going and getting everyone psyched up it was literally everything I could have asked for and more.

We even had guests coming up to us alll night long, and after the wedding asking about who our DJ was and if he travels! If you haven’t found your entertainment for the night yet, look no further because this is the team you want for your big day!

Absolute Perfection

Prior to meeting with James, I always knew I wanted to work with Don't Miss a Beat Events for my wedding. My cousin immediately mentioned James and that he would be perfect match for the big day. I will never forget our first meeting. What I loved about James from day one was his power of storytelling in our conversations. He has a beautiful way of explaining the wedding entertainment process and expressing his passion within each story to make sure you understand the whole package. It is truly genuine and makes you feel beyond comfortable and super pumped to have him at your wedding. Boy did he throw a killer dance party! He exceeded my expectations and my vision from day one (vision: everyone my husband and I loved on the dance floor singing and dancing the night away) happened without a hitch. Still get compliments about all aspects of our wedding... over 5 yr ago!

Groom here just remembering back to what a day we had for our wedding and reception. We were married outside and had our reception immediately following at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge in Millstone, NJ. What an amazing venue on a gorgeous day in Sep! Not bragging, but we still have family and friends tell us that our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to, and that was over 5 yr ago. I know that Adam and AJH had a big part to do with that. In fact, I just had a close friend ask me who we used, and I sent him to AJH (Don't Miss a Beat Events now for weddings) without hesitation. We had Adam emcee our wedding reception, and he was amazing! From the first time we met Adam, we had a great feeling about what they were going to bring to the table. We had great communication leading up to the wedding, including a must play song list, what kind of atmosphere we were looking for, and getting photos together for a video montage shown on the tv screens during the reception. We had the package with the uplighting, video montage, and pictures taken throughout the night shown on the live screens as well. It was such a cool feature. The video montage we had AJH put together after the wedding was awesome as well. I would highly recommend Adam and his team without question if you are considering options for emceeing your reception or event. You won't be sorry!

Best night ever

We hired AJH entertainment for our wedding day and it was by far the best decision we made. From booking time until the day of everything went smooth. AJH is seriously EPIC

We used AJH entertainment for our New Year's Eve wedding and it was seriously amazing. From the detailed meetings leading up to your wedding to the texts checking in, AJH entertainment makes you feel like your wedding is the MOST important thing. The custom mix was so creative that they designed for our grand entrance. Our dance floor was packed the whole entire night. Everyone single person was on the dance floor for every song. He made sure he played every song that we requested. I strongly recommend AJH to any bride planning her next event!!!

Best DJ Around

Having used Adam and AJH Entertainment in the past (for my sweet 16), I had no doubt that Adam was going to be the person we called when it came time to booking a DJ for our wedding. Adam loves what he does and it shows in his work. He puts 120% into everything he does. He is easy to work with, very easy to talk to, responsive to all emails and text messages, and very professional.

With the perfect mix of music for all ages, he had no problem getting all 185 of our guests out onto the dance floor. As the bride and groom, all we wanted was to make sure everyone was on the dance floor and having a good time. AJH Entertainment definitely delivered! Adam helped make our wedding the perfect day and we couldn’t thank him enough!

I would highly recommend Adam and AJH Entertainment for any party you are having – you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Adam and AJH Entertainment did such an amazing job at our son's wedding. Family and friends are still talking about the night. The dance floor was packed from start to the absolute last minute. My wedding was nothing short of amazing. Adam and his team did an incredible job. 2 weeks later i still have friends and family telling me how amazing the wedding and music was. The whole room of 180 guests spent the night on the dance floor. Music was perfect mix for all ages. The uplighting.. tv montage.. sparklers.. everything was absolutely incredible. AJH for the win!!! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Adam and James for our wedding. They were great from start to finish. If we ever needed anything or had questions they answered right away - Adam even helped us pick out our wedding song! I don’t think a single person sat in their seat for more than their meal, and two weeks later, people are still raving about how great they were. One thing that stood out to me most was when my husband and I were sitting at our sweetheart table and Adam came over asking if we needed anything - it’s the little things like that that stand out most. Adam has done many events for my family over the years so selecting him for my wedding was a no brainer. He also came highly recommended by my venue, the grand marquis. Adam and his team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From our first meeting he seemed to know exactly the kind of couple we were and exactly the kind of wedding we wanted. We really felt like he “got” us. He was organized and listened to all of our requests without being pushy or gimmicky like some other companies I have seen. We met with another company just for comparison sake and there was none. Our wedding went perfectly and I could not have asked for a better host than Adam. He was a pro and incorporated various styles of music into one cohesive event seamlessly. There was never an empty dance floor even when meals were being served! I had so much fun at my wedding that I never wanted to leave the dance floor! Thank you for everything Adam, we are so grateful for all you did to make our wedding perfect!

I met Adam at a bridal show that he was hosting, and was really impressed with his presence. We ended up choosing him because of a package that my mom had won for us at the bridal show. He was true to his word on the package and was even flexible with adding a few different things on that we were looking for.

On the day, Adam was there on time and made sure that everything was running as efficiently as it could have being in such an old building. There were many things that he did throughout the night that continuously got people up on the dance floor. We loved how he started by asking everyone to come out for a group photo. We also really appreciated the circle towards the end of the night where we were able to thank all of our guests for coming.

Our package included the light show which was great for the younger crowd at our wedding. We enjoyed the props and lighting, but were hoping for a bit more interaction at that point with Adam, and maybe more coordination with a group dance or something (when we first saw the light show, we were taught the wobble).

It has been a few weeks now, and when we see people who attended the wedding they are always complimentary of the DJ, the type of songs that he played, and the way he interacted with the guests. We highly recommend Adam and his team, they are incredibly professional, flexible and accommodating to all of your needs.

I knew from the moment we got engaged that we were going to use AJH for our wedding. My husband was not familiar with the company and had a lot of opinions regarding music and how the event would flow prior to our meeting. All of his potential concerns were assuaged as soon as he met our MC. My husband liked Alex from the second we sat down with him, and it was clear they were on the same page about how the event would run, and what kind of music would be played. AJH made everything simple for us, they helped us plan out the entire night, and addressed timelines that my husband and I had not even thought of! The night of was absolutely amazing. The set up was beautiful, with our monogram displayed in lights on the dance floor, and on the TVs surrounding the booth, which were later used to play our same day edit (provided by AJH). The party never stopped; the dance floor was packed all night long. We are still hearing about how people can't believe the amount of people dancing all night! Throughout the night guests were telling me how awesome the DJ was and asking where I found them. Alex helped the night flow so smoothly and I could not be happier with all he did for us. James (DJ) provided the perfect mix of music to keep everyone dancing all night long. AJH also provided a photo booth for us, and as always it was a hit! I wouldn't change a thing about our night, and I cannot recommend AJH enough. I wish we could do it again!

Adam and the entire AJH entertainment team are truly the best in the business! I cannot count how many people told us how amazing the music and lighting was at our wedding. Everyone was blown away! Music was a huge factor for us when deciding which vendors to choose and how much money to allot for each. We can't rave enough about Adam and the entire AJH team! They were so fun and easy to work with prior to the wedding- they were so knowledgeable and very responsive. Once the wedding day came, they brought the high energy and professionalism that we wanted. Our guests have not stopped complimenting them. They listened to all of our wants and stepped in when needed to be the MC of the night. I would suggest them to everyone!

James and his assistant were amazing!! Before the event, he contacted me about finalizing last minute details and would text to stay in touch about any changes I may have wanted. During the event, he was very friendly with the guests and played a great selection if music. My guests were not the dancing type, but James still kept the atmosphere light and fun. I am so happy that AJH was a part of myspecial day and would dedinitely recommend this company to anyone looking to deal with professionals that will ensure your day is funfilled and worry free.

I've known Adam and AJH for years, having had a blast every summer as they brought fun and music to many camp parties and events. There was no question in our minds that we'd call Adam for our wedding! My husband, family, and I loved working with Adam and his team planning all of the details of the wedding. He listened to all of our thoughts and wants, and even let me test out the new LED equipment he used in our reception! Our wedding was a dream come true! As someone who was a dancer over 18 years of her life I knew when I got married that music was going to be one of the most, if not THE most important thing at my wedding. I attended a wedding where AJH entertainment DJ'd the wedding, and over a year later, when I got engaged, they popped into my head right away. They responded to my inquiry right away and when I went to meet with them in person I felt like I had known them forever. I felt so comfortable and they listened to everything that I wanted. They also helped my father and I pull off a choreographed breakout dance for our father daughter dance. Everything was flawless! Their energy was sky high the entire time and the dance floor was always packed full of smiling happy guests, including myself, and my now husband. I had given them a list of songs that I wanted played at my wedding and at the end of the night, when Adam showed to me literally EVERY SINGLE song we requested have been crossed off and was played at our wedding! Everything was so perfect as I told them on our wedding night they absolutely KILLED it! I wished the night didn't have to end. It was unforgettable! Working with Adam was amazing! Our greatest hope for our wedding was that everyone we invited would have an amazing time. They all did and that was in large part due to our DJ! He read the crowd and played music specific to what people responded well to. At the end of the night when the older guests were gone, he played throwback 90s/00s hits for me and my college friends and it was perfect! We also selected the photo booth add on and everyone LOVED using it! The fact that he worked so well with our photographer was an added bonus. He knew when to be in the mix with the guests and when to let everyone be. I can't express enough gratitude for his help in making or wedding the best night of our lives!

Adam was terrific through every step of the process, from planning to suggestions, all the way through to the actual event. Our ceremony was beautiful and Adam helped by providing the music. The reception was a huge hit and everyone had a blast thanks to Adam and Alex. The music selections and energy was exactly what the reception needed. I don't think anyone sat down the whole time, except maybe to eat. We had an amazing time, and everyone kept commenting on how great the DJ was and how much fun they were having. We are two weeks out from the actual wedding and people are still talking about how great the DJ was at our wedding. From start to finish Adam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would whole heartily recommend them for any event and we will be using them again for other events in the future.

You would be a fool if you did not use AJH entertainment for your event. They were very professional and truly took an interest in making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. Adam and his team took their time to talk with us to ensure they had the same vision as us. MC Alex made the evening! Our guests still rave about him and the DJ. We couldn't have asked for a better company to host our event. From the music to the uplighting, everything was perfect. We hired AJH entertainment for our wedding and could not have been happier with the outcome. In the beginning stages, we were asked basic questions such as entrance music, how involved the DJ should be, and any must play songs we had. We made the list and met up with Adam about a month prior to the wedding and he was very friendly and welcoming. My new wife and I are not great at being the center of attention and we voiced this concern. At the wedding, Adam was very good about keeping as much of the attention off of us as possible while still doing what was necessary for the wedding itself. We got tons of praise about how well the DJ performed and held the interest with the perfect blend of old and more modern music, and he even managed to seamlessly tie in some metal for me, which is not an easy task. I had a few couples in attendance that are in the process of setting up thier own weddings and they loved what AJH Entertainment was able to do for our wedding and wanted his contact info ASAP! I cannot thank Adam and company enough for helping to make our night one that will not soon be forgotten. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!! Everything was perfect! The live instruments and music was a huge hit with our guests. The draping that we used around the room was absolutely perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for to enhance our cocktail style party wedding! The video recap of our day was also just perfect.. couldn't have asked for anything more!

Adam was fantastic! I couldn't be happier with our decision! We had a DJ lined up but it ended up that we needed a new DJ due to mis communication. Adam was suggested and we booked just 3 months out. As a planning bride I was slightly nervous although we had heard great things. Let me just say those reviews were understated! He was so professional, his editing skills for our montages our fantastic! He really customized our reception to fit our taste and played music for all age groups! I heard so many great things from all of our guests about him and he really got the party going, some of our guests were so ready to dance with the music they almost missed dinner! Glad he reminded everyone that dinner was being served!!

Adam was amazing to work with! He made our wedding memorable and one we won't ever forget! Everyone was on their feet dancing the entire night! Our ceremony music and reception music were spot on! Whatever you know about DJ's means nothing. AJH takes every party to the next level. I had them dj my EPIC WEDDING. They are hands down the best there is! Adam was awesome! We got married at The American Hotel in Freehold NJ and they recommended AJH entertainment. As soon as we met Adam, I could tell he got what we were going for. He was very professional and accommodating, we had the grooms brothers band play our first song and he worked with them to make that happen. You can tell from simply interacting with them that with this group entertainment is not a job, but a passion. They went beyond and above to make our July 11th wedding magical. Adam and his partner DJ Sergio were amazing from the moment we met them. Adam and Denise were incredibly kind, patient, attentive and professional to all of our concerns from start to finish. They worked flawlessly with Scott and the staff at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge and the day of the wedding the energy level of Adam and his team were our of this world. Not to mention Adam’s fashion is always on point! We were concerned about music because we had 4 generations present and we had no clue how to please them music wise and all we have received were rave review from ALL of our guest! Old and young were on the dance floor all night long. You can't help but get up and dance just watching our wedding video, we danced the night away! We will be recommending them for years to come! AJH was nothing less then extraordinary! From the moment I booked AJH for my wedding I felt confident in my decision, Adam sat down with us to go over all our options and helped us pick out the package the met all our needs and wants. About six weeks before the wedding Adam gave me a call to set up our final meeting before the wedding, now as you can imagine my life and schedule was crazier then ever but of course he was more then accommodating an stayed late one night to make sure our meeting happened! At this meeting Adam got the pleasure of meeting my dad who is the ultimate jokester and disco lover HA! Everyone came to an agreement an finally got every song an name right after 2 hours of back an forth and changing our minds 1000 times! Now for my wedding day... not only was I blown away by AJH's skill but all my guests were as well. AJH kept the dance floor rocking until the lights came on it was amazing to see everyone up and dancing! All I heard the week after the wedding was " I haven't danced that much in years" "Im so sore from dancing all night" " your DJ was the best " it was awesome! So if you are reading this review to decide if you should book AJH for your wedding or next event, I hope this seals the deal they are worth every dime! Adam and his staff were excellent. About a month before the wedding we sat down with Adam and went over everything from start to finish about our whole day. Adam was so helpful and professional. The zap shots came out great and it was so nice to have someone else there to capture the night. Everyone told me how great the music and atmosphere at the wedding was. We danced all night as well as most of our guests. Our saxophone player was also a great addition and people couldn't stop talking about him. He made the cocktail hour so classy and added something extra special to the party. Adam was the only vendor I had that called me when I got home from my honeymoon to discuss the wedding and how our night was. I thought that was so professional and shows he really cares about what he does and his customers. Adam has great energy and made our wedding so special.

I cannot speak highly enough about Adam and AJH. Their service was impeccable. I was very specific with wanting my guests involved in the entrances, our first dance, and on the dance floor throughout the night. There was not even one minute of our 6 hour wedding that the dance floor was empty. In addition, Adam surprised me with his own photographer and provided me with a BEAUTIFUL same-day edit. There are three things every single one of our guests cant stop talking about: our venue, the food, and ADAM. I have recommended him to all of my friends who are getting engaged and truly appreciated the time Adam took to get to know me and my husband. He knew exactly what we were looking for at our wedding and went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams. AJH IS THE BEST!

Adam and his team were simply amazing. From the pre-party planning to the last dance Adam's professionalism, accessibility, and service were second to none. Having so many things to worry about when wedding planning the last thing to worry about is the entertainment, with AJH we had no worries. AJH entertainment saved my wedding!!! Adam seriously kept the party going the entire night! When my outdoor wedding was a wash out he kept all the guests attention on the party and not on the rain! I thought we were doomed but everyone could still hear our outdoor ceremony perfectly and Dave was able to beautifully play the steel drums throughout cocktail hour. When our food was delivered late to guests Adam responded to the situation and kept speeches, toasts, and special dances in order. So many people said that they were glad the food was not served on time because they were too busy dancing. One main thing I have heard from my guests was that my dj was amazing and they really had a blast! Thank you AJH!!!!!!!

Adam knew exactly what I was looking for in a wedding DJ and he delivered just that! My guests were on their feet the entire time and loved the variety of music he played. We were singing and dancing up to the very last song!!!!

Adam went above and beyond playing music.... He helped us get organized and create a timeline so he could help make sure the entire evening was on track. He partnered with the venue to ensure everything flowed seamlessly. I also booked ceremony music through AJH which made planning even easier.

I could not have asked for a better dj service for my wedding. Adam was very professional and flexible. He helped to make my wedding everything that I dreamed of. Music was very important to me as my family loves to dance; I wanted to make sure the company I picked had the guests dancing the entire night, and Adam did. He knew how to mix up the music so that it would appeal to all of my guests. My wedding was also held at an upscale venue and I wanted to make sure that the company I chose was professional and could help make the event have a more elegant feel rather than a Sweet 16 and AJH did just that. The uplighting he provided and custom gobo added a beautiful elegant touch. AJH also helped to add personal touches such as the video montage and they even took great pictures of the wedding which my guests and I enjoyed looking at after. I really enjoyed working with Adam as he listened to all of my concerns and made my wedding a night to remember. When I sat down with Adam to create my playlist, he immediately was able to create a list of songs that were exactly what I wanted- he was even able to choose songs that I didn't even think of just based on our conversation. Not only was Adam accomodating to me, but also to my bridal party. My maids of honor called Adam a few days before the wedding to request a surprise for me during their speech, and Adam made it happen. My guests are still talking about how much fun they had at the wedding, thank you AJH!

Adam was a friend of mine from college and was always known as the best DJ to hire for any parties we had. He always knew how to keep the crowd on the dance floor and having a blast! It was an absolute pleasure working with Adam and his team. He was easy to work with, professional, and made the entertainment plans such a stress-free experience, which is such a relief when planning a big wedding. The wedding night was AMAZING. We also booked the entertainment package with the screens and he put together a beautiful photo montage.
