Aisle & Co is Everything You Need and More!

We used Aisle & Co's month of coordination services, and it was the best decision we made for our wedding! We had Taylor as our lead coordinator and she is absolutely amazing. The entire month before our wedding Taylor handled all vendor communication. All the vendors also appreciate working with Aisle and Co since Taylor was so organized and detail oriented (something I wouldn't have been able to do since I've never planned a wedding before!) Then the day of, Taylor truly is the reason I was able to be in the moment and enjoy my wedding. She took care of all the details of the day (both big and small). She even helped me with a last minute dress alteration!! The Aisle and Co teams poise and positive attitude was the energy I needed leading up to the wedding and allowed me and my fiancé to enjoy the day. I cannot recommend Aisle & Co enough!!

This was truly money well spent. Lauren was an absolute joy to work with. Everything was flawless and on track from start to finish. Lauren helped ilus create the feel we were going for and executed fabulously. Having this guidance and help allowed us to revel in our special day without the hassle that accompanies wedding planning! Bravo! I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Mattie & team went above and beyond to make sure every detail on the day was taken care of- it felt incredible to be able to sit back and enjoy our big day knowing everything was in the absolute best hands. The Best!!!!!

I wish there were more stars to give! Oh my gosh!!! Aisle & Co. is 100000000/10 I would recommend them to anyone! I have no idea how we would have made our wedding work without their help. Hannah is absolutely amazing. She is so organized, professional, easy to work with, and just a wonderful person all around. The entire Aisle & Co. team has been nothing but supportive throughout the entire wedding planning process, and then they made the magic happen day-of. If anyone is doubting if they need a professional wedding coordination service - DO IT. The best money we spend the entire wedding was on this team right here. From planning, to executing and everything in between - Hannah made sure to ask every question. She made the perfect timeline for the day, communicated with myself, the groom, the wedding party, parents, and all vendors. We had hiccups I never knew about until after the wedding. I had done most of the planning prior to hiring Aisle and Co. and I was unsure if we'd need this service because the venue had a coordinator. Trust me when I say venue coordination and wedding coordination are SO different and you'll want Aisle & Co. on your team to take care of wedding coordination. After months of planning it was an amazing feeling to go into wedding day relaxed and knowing a professional was there to help. Their website took out the stress of seating charts, meal organization, contact information, etc. Because it was easy to use and all in one spot. BEST EVER! I will miss working with them because it's been such a wonderful experience.

The best people and services!

We used Aisle and Co for our month of coordination, and everything went flawlessly and perfectly.

Our main contact was Leonardia, who was so amazing, but she also had other coordinators assisting her on our wedding day who were equally as incredible! From navigating a very busy schedule, coordinating people and photos, a tight room flip time, and everything else they pulled it off so seamlessly! Leonardia was so kind, communicative, and helpful. We truly got so lucky having her assigned to our wedding, and would pick her and Aisle and Co a million times over if we were to do it again!

We felt completely taken care of every step of the way and knew our team could handle whatever came their way!

Expert Wedding Planning

Please book Aisle & Co for your wedding! I booked the day of coordination (now known as month of coordination - I think) and our coordinator was Hannah.

Hannah jumped right in a month before our wedding to help me coordinate final details including the wedding day timeline and rehearsal. What I loved about Hannah was her bright and chill personality - always so friendly and just as excited as we were for our day.

On the Wedding day, my bridesmaids, family and I did not have to do anything! Hannah and her team came in and took over and everything went on without a hitch. Someone was always around making sure we were good, timeline on track and that we simply could enjoy the wedding without worrying about anything.

The only thing I regret is not booking Aisle & Co for full service. They care about the details and details matter. They also really care about their clients and make you feel that way. That is hard to find these days.

Book with them - you will not regret it!

Best Decision!

We hired Aisle & Co for our wedding and it really was the best decision! Ali Grove from Aisle & Co was our month-of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing and really helped make the day so special. She made a flawless timeline, coordinated with all my vendors, and also was just the most pleasant person to work with. She was super organized and on top of every detail but also really down to earth and brought such a loving and calm spirit to the whole thing. Because of her and the Aisle & Co team, we were able to just enjoy the day and focus on each other instead of stressing about details

BEST decision ever!

RUN, don't walk! Hire Aisle and Co right now for your wedding! I will be shouting this to the rooftops for as long as I live! We hired Aisle & Co for month-of wedding planning services and there's no doubt it was the best decision we made in the whole process. Natasha was amazing to meet with and get to know us and our wedding. She then assigned Ali to be our coordinator. I wish I could hug both us them forever! From taking over vendor communications and timeline planning the month of the wedding to being there for every single moment of the big day, there's no detail the AIsle & Co ladies missed. Perfection doesn't do them justice but that's what they were. Simply perfect.

The easiest and best decision you'll make!

Booking Aisle and Co for our month-of planning was easily the best decision and investment we made during the entire planning process. We had a pretty big challenge for them – we got married 90 minutes from Columbus on my family farm, where we had never had a big event before. The month before the wedding, and even the few days leading up to it, I had basically no stress. They took care of everything! Natasha even came all the way out for our rehearsal. But the day of the wedding was really where they blew us away. I was on cruise control and seriously don’t know what I would have done without Natasha and Rebecca. Their real magic came when a giant storm rolled in, pouring rain onto and into our tent, with a wind that literally lifted the 3 ft metal tent poles out of the ground, almost taking the tent flying across the field. I obviously thought our wedding was ruined and we were going to spend the rest of the night in the hospital. But thanks to Natasha and Rebecca, we were sitting back down eating dinner again after a few minutes. There are so many other amazing examples I could share of how vital they were, but I’ll just say if you are deciding whether or not the investment of a month-of planner is worth it, it absolutely is. And Aisle and Co will also be the best decision you’ll make too!!!

Natasha + Aisle & Co are the Best!

Planning a wedding in Columbus remotely from Chicago, I knew I needed a full-service wedding planner to help with the day-to-day, even though I myself am an extremely Type A planner myself. My family and I talked to multiple wedding planners while trying to figure out who to use, but the second we met Natasha we all unanimously knew she was the one we wanted to move forward with. Her software to keep everything organized immediately impressed my parents, and her excitement about my vision and her ideas on how to take my random thoughts and make them a reality impressed me, and her energy and personality really vibed with my now husband.

It was definitely a crazy year- Natasha had some extremely sad family circumstances that she was dealing with throughout almost the entirety of our wedding planning. That being said, despite all of that (and it was a lot), she was always willing to answer my texts or calls, provide feedback or recommendations for various vendors I was considering, or even to spend hours (okay, likely actually days) trying to track down a very specific lighting fixture that I had in mind from an inspirational photo I had shown her and wanted to incorporate into the design. As a self-admitted very high-maintenance client who demanded a lot of attention, she provided me with what I needed despite everything going on in her own life. We had a few situations throughout the planning process in which vendors who we were using bailed on things last minute, and Natasha was always able to find a solution, whether it was by calling in a favor with her vast connections in the local wedding community or finding someone else completely who could get the job done quickly. Those are the times when you realize how important having a wedding planner truly is.

A huge benefit to working with Natasha is her kickass team who will help out throughout the process behind the scenes. Her number 2, Courtney, is amazing (if Natasha’s not available as she only takes a limited amount of weddings per year- I’d also recommend her any day) and was referred to as the groomsmen at the wedding as a “Boss B” when trying to coordinate everyone for the rehearsal- she gets stuff done. Shayla and Andi are also fabulous with the details and organization. Another large benefit is her rentals—working with her as a planning client gives you access to all of her fabulous goods ranging from bars to LED candles.

My wedding day was literally everything I could have imagined and more. Everything ran smoothly (and the things that didn’t were fixed before I found out about them due to Natasha’s quick problem solving). All my vendors commented on how hardworking & diligent she was on the big day from everything from timelines to staging photos to blocking random people from interrupting our first look. Design-wise, she was able to take all my comments throughout the planning process and create an event that was not only visually stunning but also that embodied my husband and I perfectly.

I could go on and on about how Natasha made my wedding the best day ever but alas, there are word limits on these things. Take my word for it- if you book Aisle & Co for your wedding, you will not regret it.

I can't even begin to describe what a blessing it has been to work with Courtney over the past few months! From amazing vendor recommendations, to general guidance throughout the planning process, she is the main reason I stayed sane in the crazy weeks leading up to my wedding.

On the day-of, we had a potential catastrophe with the florist (whom I picked myself, I will add), but Courtney & Tiffany didn't miss a beat. On top of their numerous day-of responsibilities, they turned into emergency floral designers and knocked the ball out of the park. They worked SO hard to make sure the vision I had been planning came to life but they also made sure that I was personally being taken care of all day long and that I felt like a queen for the day - as all brides should. ;)

I have heard nothing but praise for Courtney & Tiffany from all of my family and friends. The day couldn't have been more perfect and we owe it all to them. On top of it all, I now have a new friend in Courtney and I'll never be able to thank her enough for making our big day so magical and dreamy!

WHERE DO I EVEN START WITH HOW AMAZING PPW IS?! (I ran out of room on this review!) As a super detailed oriented person, I was nervous about relinquishing control of certain aspects of my wedding,but I trusted Natasha and her team instantly with my month of coordination. One of the best parts was that you gain access to Aisle Planner which is the BEST planning software and made my type A self so happy. You can track everything in one place (RSVPs, vendor contact, decor ideas, checklists) and PPW has access to everything. We did monthly calls with Natasha to check in and she referred me to several top notch vendors. She saved me money by allowing me to borrow several pieces of decor (candles, table numbers). As the wedding approached, we met for a detailed timeline meeting. Afterwards, I started receiving checkins from Shayla (who I'm pretty sure is my detail-oriented planning twin/soul sister) and she helped to refine EVERY DETAIL. When we did our final vendor meetings, every vendor commented on how communicative the PPW team was. The week of the wedding it became clear that getting ALL OUR STUFF (25+boxes) would be a challenge due to the busy schedule of our wedding venue (And us not getting in until 3 hours before the start time!!), but Natasha and her team never wavered on their commitment. I felt awful with the amount of stuff and lack of time, but they each had such amazing attitudes about it, and all 3 of them *by some miracle* were still able to stop in to help me and the girls get ready. Courtney steamed all of our dresses and most importantly, helped to keep me calm all day long! When I stepped into our reception hall for the first time, I was blown away by how PPW had executed my vision flawlessly and even added some touches that I would have never thought of! If you want women who are experienced, professional, and all together wonderful people, you will not regret hiring PPW!

So impressed!

We knew instantly after we got off our consultation call that we wanted to work with Aisle & Co. Everyone we worked with were so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They put us to ease during the planning process. At 90 days until our event, we were assigned to Sarah. I couldn’t recommend working with her more! She came to our vendor meetings with us, kept us organized, and was a pleasure to be around and work with. She truly went above and beyond. We are very thankful we were able to work with Sarah and Aisle & Co.! My in-laws and I agree— hiring a coordinator was money well spent and very worth it!

Natasha at Perfectly Planned was the most incredible vendor I hired for my wedding. I had already hired all of my other vendors before hiring a wedding planner so I chose to go with the day of coordination package. Natasha ended up taking over all of my vendor communication and planning about a month before my wedding and made my life 100x easier. I honestly feel like I should have paid her double she was that amazing. My wedding would not have gone as smoothly or been as enjoyable without her.

Perfectly Planned really truly saved the day as far as making sure our wedding and our vision came together. I wasn't a super organized bride and I was out of state from where we had the wedding so I really relied heavily on Natasha and her team throughout the planning process. I had interviewed with a couple different planners and ultimately chose Natasha because I immediately connected with her and felt like she had great taste and would steer me in the right direction. When things fell through with my original florist, she introduced me to one of her contacts and they were so amazing too! (State & Arrow). She goes above and beyond for her clients and I would highly recommend!

Natasha and Katelyn were the planning team for our modern/chic winter wedding on 1/16/16. We simply could not have done it without them! Natasha met vendors with us, and was always available to do anything to help out. I always thought that wedding planners were just for expensive weddings, but Perfectly Planned was very reasonable and even helped us save money by introducing us to the best vendors in our budget and even negotiating better rates! Natasha was like a best friend helping me plan my wedding. On the big day Natasha and Katelyn handled everything from set up to coordinating guests to keeping the vendors on track. The groom and I literally didn’t have to do anything, and our families were able to enjoy the day knowing Natasha and Katelyn were on top of it. They were always so professional and super friendly with everyone. I will definitely recommend Perfectly Planned to all of my engaged friends and anyone planning a special event!

Words cannot describe how lucky me and my husband were to have found Natasha and her team. To say that they were beyond amazing is an understatement. I found Natasha at a time when I had just fired my full time wedding planner and was in need of another. She stepped right in and was incredible. From vendor recommendations, to site visits, she went above and beyond her call of duty. She made wedding planning so much more fun and the execution of the day was incredible. On my wedding day, she ensured I stayed calm, and her & her team were so professional and ensured that every detail I put into my day was executed flawlessly. She was right there throughout the day whenever I needed her. All my friends and family were so impressed with her and her team with how organized things went and flowed. She really was a God sent at a time I needed her most during my wedding planning. I am beyond grateful for Perfectly Planned Events. Great Decision for a Smooth Day!

We used the Month-Of package from Aisle & Co. and had the privilege to work with Courtney. Although no longer a part of Aisle & Co., I wanted to speak to a bit of our experience: 1) We were so thankful to have Courtney as a gut-check for my Type-A/planner/organizer self! It was helpful to hear a professional verify you're on the right path when we were a month out. 2) Having a coordinator who was experienced present on the day of our wedding legitimately SAVED our day in multiple ways. It ended up pouring harder than I've ever seen in October, and Courtney navigated the changes that day required with ease! I never once felt stressed because she had it all handled on the back end for me. 3) My husband and I felt so taken care of and attended to on our special day. Courtney was always checking in with us to see how we were doing, what we needed, and letting us know what came next. It was beyond helpful to have her there checking in on us since you tend to get lost in the madness! Courtney also drove around our car and packed it up the next morning after bringing us coffee and we were SO thankful for that! 4) The only suggestion I have for future brides considering the Month-Of package during peak wedding season months (October being one of, if not 'thee' most popular) is to consider what type of support you need. There are a lot of "full service" brides in the fall and therefore, in priority levels, we felt a bit lower on the totem poll. It made the "pre-wedding" month of process very stressful for us. We didn't get as much returned communication as we were hoping throughout the "month-of" portion, even though we were reaching out with questions or updates on where we were in the process. I'm aware "Day-Of" coordinators don't really exist (your planner needs to know all your details BEFORE the day to make it run smoothly!), but this is more what we'd ultimately consider our experience with Aisle & Co. If I would have known this in advance (or at least that we were at the tail end of the month and should not expect a lot of communication until the week of our wedding), I truly believe it would have taken a lot of the stress and confusion off the weeks leading up to our day. HOWEVER: I can't stress this enough: our day would have NOT gone as smoothly and our family would have carried a huge burden if it weren't for having an experienced coordinator present! And for that, I can't recommend Aisle & Co. enough!!
