Could not recommend enough!! We live in Austin, TX but the venue we were getting married at (Aspen Ranch) in Edmond, OK highly recommended Ariana and Aisle Be With You. I am so happy we went with her after evaluating a couple of other options. I felt like I could trust her given that we couldn't meet in person often or with vendors in person due to not living in the area/state.
Additionally, she had excellent relationships with the vendors that we worked with for florals, catering, rentals, music, photography and print. I was BEYOND happy with every single vendor that we worked with, along with thoughts and feedback that Ariana had. She really understood the vision that we were aiming for and NAILED it every step of the way. She thought of details or brought up suggestions that I didn't even think of that made the entire experience better and just the overall vision really come to life. Also, we had a recent newborn prior to our wedding (4 month old at the time of our wedding), so the day of she made everything feel like a complete BREEZE. We were completely relaxed and able to enjoy everything from start to finish because she is so efficient. -

Absolute Perfection!
From the moment we met with Ariana at Aisle Be With You Weddings, I knew it was a match made in heaven!! Ariana has the most unique gift and vision for everything and our daughters wedding was pure perfection!
Her attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for design were all crucial in creating the most beautiful wedding that reflected Emily & Tanner’s personalities. Ariana excelled in bringing all those elements together, ensuring that every aspect of the wedding, down to the last flower petal, was in place.
Having a wedding planner who can understand and translate your vision into reality is a true blessing. Ariana alleviated all the stress of wedding planning and brought a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. The only downside is now that the wedding is over, I am trying to come up with anything else I can think of so we can work with her again!! She is the absolute best there is!!! 10/10 Stars!!!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Ariana. She is professional, creative, knowledgeable and thoughtful, and she has truly mastered her craft. I have never met someone who is so creative and good at design while also being so organized and detail-oriented. Not to mention, she knows all the best and kindest vendors in the game, which made wedding planning so much fun!
She took my vision, budget, and priorities/non-negotiables, and truly went above and beyond in making it all come to life. I trusted her whole-heartedly and gave her creative license to work her magic (which I highly recommend). When I look back on our day, it was more than I dreamed and prayed for, and it would have never happened without Ariana. She took the pressure off me and my mom and had the day so perfectly structured down to the minute. I seriously think she is the best event/wedding planner on earth. Love her so much!!!! -

I have to say, Ariana and I clicked right away! Hubby and I knew from the beginning that she was the perfect fit. She literally took our vision and made it come to life!!! I cannot recommend Aisle Be With You enough. From the beginning, I had an instant connection with Ariana. She is such a sweetheart and makes you feel so well taken care of during a stressful time in your life - wedding planning!
She also has an incredible eye and great attention to detail. It became apparent that her background is in interior design. I believe this is one of the things that really gives her a leg up in the industry. I fell in love with an unconventional new venue that had not yet hosted a wedding. She could immediately see what would work within the space from a design perspective and knew what needed to happen behind the scenes to make sure it was outfitted for a large event- so many details that I would have never thought of! She was able to bring the vision that I had to life except it was 10x better.
On the big day, Ariana and Hannah truly went above and beyond, working together seamlessly as a team. I had endless compliments from my bridal party (most of whom had been in numerous weddings and married themselves) and our guests about how impressive and organized they both were and how seamless the wedding went.
Having Ariana by my side took a huge weight off my shoulders and allowed me to truly live in the moment and enjoy my special day — with my new husband!!! -

Choosing Ariana as our planner was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. From our first meeting with her to the big day, she made the whole experience seamless and we always knew what was going on with each element. Ariana has an amazing ability to bring the right things together at the right time, and in many cases things we never even thought to consider.
She took the time to learn what is important to us, helped explore what would compliment our vision and guided us every step of the way. We couldn't have imagined working with anyone else. It felt like we were in the best hands and allowed us to really just enjoy each step while completely taking the stress off - we can't thank you enough for that Ariana! Calling ALL brides! Our dream wedding wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for Ariana! We wanted something “different” and that’s exactly what we got! To say we are thankful is an understatement.

Arianna was amazing and made everything as effortless as possible for us. As the mother of the bride I was able to enjoy the whole wedding day with no worries and I was able to be present with my daughter and family. She helped me give my daughter her dream wedding and everything was absolutely gorgeous. I had to plan my wedding from out of town (Hawaii) and from day one the organization and kindness from Ariana and her team were so refreshing. Best Decision Ever
The first thing my daughter and I did when we found out she was getting married was meet with Ariana Simms. She came highly recommended from another vendor. We both knew immediately that we wanted to work with her! After talking with my daughter, Christyn, for a while she came up with a vision for her wedding that was exactly what we had in mind but we wouldn’t have known how to express! Honestly, looking back, at that point we could’ve let her loose and not met again. All of her ideas, her attention to detail and her follow through made this the easiest, most enjoyable experience ever! She had amazing communication between us both. Christyn was in school at the time and Ariana was so flexible to work around her schedule and answer emails and calls at odd hours. We both got to thoroughly enjoy every minute with no stress because when I say she took care of everything-I mean EVERYTHING! There are not words for me to get across how highly we think of her. My other daughter was involved in the planning process as well, we all consider Ariana a friend now and will definitely use her again! -

Ariana and the Aisle Be With You team did nothing short of extraordinary. From the minute my mom and I met with her, we knew no more meetings were necessary. I was a full-time student with a part time job, yet I never grew stressful regarding the wedding planning. She gained a sense for my style quickly, and I am confident she could have planned my dream wedding without asking anything further. Throughout the process, she was always kind, always positive, and always knowledgeable and proactive. Nothing ever slipped. The vendors all raved about her and visa versa. We loved each team we worked with. She never steered us wrong! Also, she was always quick to get back to us, regarding questions or her opinion. Each person that becomes engaged, I have and will always suggest Aisle Be With You. On the day of the wedding, things felt as if they went flawlessly. Everything was more than prepared, and myself and family were, again, stress free. She took my dream and brought it to life. It was fun, beautiful, and everything I could have hoped for out of this day. Her mind-blowing organization and natural talent for design allows you to feel completely at ease and enjoy this time. Ariana made the whole wedding experience so much fun, and I never felt stressed or pressured while planning my wedding with her. She was referred to us by another vendor, and we are so grateful for that. From the first phone call and meeting, Ariana took the time to understand me and my husband, what we were wanting out of our wedding, our style, and what we wanted the vibe/design to be. I came in really knowing nothing about what I wanted the day to look like. Ariana was patient and kind through my questioning. She took the time to understand what we wanted and from that, helped us envision an absolutely beautiful and breath taking day. Ariana suggested all of our vendors, and they did not disappoint. She works with professionals and guarantees their quality. On the day of the wedding, I felt very calm and could relax with my friends and family because I knew she had it all under control. She organized transportation, when people should be where and gave an amazing day of timeline to us so there wasn't any confusion. Our wedding day was amazing and we have had so many people tell us it was the best wedding they had been to. We are eternally grateful! -

I was really lucky to have Ariana as my planner.
She's kind of a big deal in the wedding world.
I had 6 months to prepare for my wedding and had no clue about what up do other than picking my venue. I picked out my venue first at Gaillardia Country Club and asked the coordinator if she had any suggestions and she said "they're all fine..but Ariana... She's one of the best". Venues and vendors don't lie! I contacted her that night and managed to squeeze myself in as her last bride of the season.
She was also 37 weeks pregnant and popped out an adorable bundle of cuteness and Ariana worked through it all.
I had no idea there was so much involved in wedding planning.
Because of Ariana I had fun and absolutely no stress.
My wedding was spectacular and so much fun. I enjoyed my wedding day and didn't lift a finger with any of the set up because Ariana was there directing everything. I got to enjoy being a bride and celebrating with my husband, friends, and family. My reception was simply amazing and exceeded all my expectations and vision.
Pros:
-Ariana sent me a nifty to-do list every month that was fun to follow through
-She recommend to me awesome vendors like make up artists, photographers, videographers, and all I had to do was choose and I ended up with the best team of vendors
-She helped me stay within budget
-She booked all my vendors for me after I chose them and did all the communication and set up
-She got me Pen Wedding videography
-My photographer was so good. My engagement and wedding photos look incredible.
-Arianas schedule was so flexible, she catered to me in everything.
-She really pays attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect
-Ariana has an incredible knowledge base. She had insight and suggestions for everything.
-I flooded her with emails on a daily basis and always got answers back within hours
-She went with me to all my appointments
-I had no clue on linen design and she guided me though the rental process and made my reception look magical
-I changed my mind several times and told Ariana and she immediately contacted the right people for the changes
-I wanted specific things for my wedding and Ariana made it happen
-Ariana is so much fun and made me laugh everytime I met up with her.
-She has great people skill and was sweet to all my family and friends
-All my vendors rave about Ariana and love her because she does such a great job coordinating with them
-The night before my wedding, I had to make a change to my timeline and texted her at midnight. Immediately got a reply "no problem, done!"
-My cake was jaw dropping awesome, made by a cake artist Ariana recommended and helped me design
-Ariana took my vision of my reception and took out to the next level. It was gorgeous.

When asked what is the one thing I’m glad I did when organizing Ben and I’s wedding my answer is always hiring a wedding planner, but more specifically hiring Ariana and Aisle Be With You. From day one she was with us every step of the way. Always there to answer questions, but never once was overbearing when it came to decision making. Ben and I still talk about our wedding day, it really was the BEST DAY and I know a large majority of that was thanks to Ariana. We did not have to lift a finger ALL DAY. We were able to fully enjoy every second from start to finish and everything went perfectly. Ariana has loads of knowledge to share and the relationships she has with others in the wedding industry only elevates what Aisle Be With You can offer to couples. Choose her. Just do it. Whitney Sent on 02/28/2018Ariana was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding planner. Funny, smart, thoughful, but most of all problem solver. We planned an outdoor wedding for almost a year and when the weather didn't cooperate the week of she seamlessly re-worked floor plans, made necessary changes, etc. She is a true miracle worker and we can't say enough amazing things about her. Even though all of those changes were last minute she had a plan B (and if I'm being honest probably a C, D and E knowing her) ready to go so we had zero stress the day of the wedding. We truly got to enjoy the day and she pulled everything off with 100% flawless perfection.She saved us so much time and stress by guided us to the right vendors.....of which we loved every single one. She is a MUST MUST MUST for your wedding. My husband and I both agree she was the best money we spent on the whole entire wedding. Before you do anything else, call Ariana and book her ASAP.

As a wedding officiate, I work with many Wedding Cooridnator/Planners. Ariana was professional, but kind from the phone calls to emails to the moments leading up to the ceremoney. I would recommend her to any couple as their coordinator/planner. Her staff is also sharp and professional, who all have the mindset of putting the wedding couple first in every phase of their special day.
