  Our eyes and ears

  During the wedding planning process, our married friends had told us that a million things would go wrong on the day of the wedding and sure enough, it did. AI was our saving grace. They resolved all the problems that arose, without us ever being aware. It was only after the wedding that we found out. What a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders, which we will always be grateful for. AI was very helpful and accommodating from the moment we signed with them. They helped review our contacts, provided unlimited phone and text consultation, and gave us all their industry insights. We also chose to do floral and décor with them. Connie gave us a reception beyond our vision. Her creativity with design and floral arrangements is simply beautiful. Our wedding was in California but we live on the East Coast. Therefore, Reggie and Marie were our eyes and ears throughout the whole process. They made several trips to our venue on our behalf and communicated our concerns/questions to other vendors as well. They helped us iron out all the details for the day-off schedule and coordinated such a flawless wedding. They became like family and we won’t forget all their hard work!!! We miss you guys!!

  This team was literally a God-send 2 months before my wedding when my original wedding planner cancelled on me! I had contacted Reggie the day she cancelled and he was more than happy to help! I lived in Dallas, the Ai team was in LA, and the wedding was in San Diego but I never at any time felt this was a challenge at all. Reggie and Connie would answer all my crazy late night texts and calls very promptly and never let me feel stressed at all.   This team was literally a God-send 2 months before my wedding when my original wedding planner cancelled on me! I had contacted Reggie the day she cancelled and he was more than happy to help! I lived in Dallas, the Ai team was in LA, and the wedding was in San Diego but I never at any time felt this was a challenge at all. Reggie and Connie would answer all my crazy late night texts and calls very promptly and never let me feel stressed at all. I truly feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders when me and my fiancé hired this team!
  
  The week leading up to my wedding, many of my vendors would call me and tell me how courteous and helpful the entire Ai team was in communicating wedding info. The team handled my wedding rehearsal probably even better than the actual church wedding coordinator. Reggie was the emcee at our pre-wedding event and wedding reception. He is such a great emcee, kept the crowd pumped at all times and made both nights flow very well. Connie tweaked our wedding day timeline a million times to my liking and everything was followed perfectly on the day of.
  
  This review does not contain even half of what they did for me, but they did so much behind the scenes to make sure everything turned out perfectly. From the second I met the Ai team (Reggie, Connie, and Marie) at our first meeting, I knew I had made the right choice! Thank you to this amazing team and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  Reggie was the MC at my sister's wedding!
  Also, we are going to be using him for wedding planning, negotiations, decor, wedding coordination, & MC
  
  He has a very knowledgeable team- found the perfect DJ for the wedding.
  
  He is primarily in Southern California doing many different events.
  
  As an MC -
  He was amazing! He is funny, he knows what he is doing. Very comfortable in front of a huge crowd.
  
  At the end of the night and later -  everyone had compliments about REGGIE & the DJ.
  
  As a Planner-
  He is under a very tight and busy schedule. However, he works through it. He picks up... Read more

  He has a very knowledgeable team- found the perfect DJ for the wedding.

  As an MC -
  He was amazing! He is funny, he knows what he is doing. Very comfortable in front of a huge crowd.
  
  At the end of the night and later -  everyone had compliments about REGGIE & the DJ.
  
  As a Planner-
  He is under a very tight and busy schedule. However, he works through it. He picks up calls at ungodly hours. We have called him at 6 & 7 am and we will talk.
  
  I will be using him for our wedding and other events.
  
  Price- affordable for the level of service you get!

  AI International planned & coordinated my wedding this past August at Sherwood Country Club, and it could not have gone any smoother. Reggie and his team found me the best vendors (and prices!) and his guidance through the entire process was invaluable. I told them exactly what I wanted, and they made it happen! Ai-Intl put together our Asian wedding on a tight budget and specific needs...in Houston, TX!!! My wife and I are both in the medical field and don't live anywhere near Texas, and we needed a team that was willing to plan and coordinate the wedding from inception to wedding day. We needed a team that would cover all the aspects of planning a wedding, even down to the smallest details.
