Amazing team!!

Cory and his team are great! They were so flexible and easy to communicate with. My husband and I felt super comfortable and at ease during our engagement shoot and wedding events because Cory was guiding us through the process. He listened to our ideas and incorporated them in to our shoots as well. The quality of our photos and video is outstanding. The team is professional and punctual. Everyone has a warm and positive attitude. Overall, they were amazing to work with and I would definitely work with them again for a future event!

Amazing to work with!

Cory and Greg were the perfect people to work with throughout our engagement and wedding weekend. They made our time stress-free, and kept the focus on exactly what we wanted- capturing the love between and surrounding us. We cherish our pictures and wedding film so much! Amazing experience and incredible photos!

My husband and I are so glad Cory was our wedding photographer! He was amazing from the first time I reached out and even now after we've received our photos. A friend recommended him after her wedding and I loved the style of his work. Each one is a work of art and they aren't like everyone else's standard wedding photos!

He truly has an eye for incredible, thoughtful, beautiful photography and spends time exploring the settings to get the best shots. Cory went along with our non-traditional ideas and helped everything stay on schedule during our engagement shoot and wedding day. He made everyone he came into contact with feel comfortable and at ease.

We're thankful that Cory captured our day so perfectly for us to enjoy the photos forever.

Amazing wedding photos and videos!

Cory and the team at Afterglow were fantastic for our wedding! Months before the actual event we sat down with Cory to go over what we were looking for in our photography and videography and he was so receptive to all our requests and ideas. He also offered his own creative ideas and we absolutely loved them. During our wedding weekend, he showed up early and was ready to go at each event. His ability to keep things fun and light hearted throughout were really great as we were looking for someone who was personable and charismatic. We would highly recommend Cory and his team for any event you have planned!

Amazing Team!

Cory and his team were amazing to work with! From the get go, Cory was very responsive and flexible. I appreciated that he set up some time for us to chat prior to the wedding so that we were on the same page regarding the schedule and events. There are so many events, rituals, and traditions that go into an Indian wedding and Cory didn't miss a beat - he captured everything! We loved all our photos and videos and can't wait to share them with our family and friends. I would definitely recommend Afterglow Creative!

Amazing photos

Cory and his team did such an amazing job capturing our wedding! He has worked with a few of our family friends wedding! Cory knee exactly what to rake pictures of with it being a South Asian wedding! We were impressed with his work since day one!

Highly recommended, phenomenal work, stellar guy!

5/5 when it comes to Afterglow Creative! Number one thing we loved about Cory was how responsive he was when helping us leading up to our big day. We met with him face to face a few months before the wedding and he calmed all of our nerves. He is very patient, kind and understanding. Ladies, he is like a fly on the wall during the wedding day but captures everything BEAUTIFULLY. He showed us a teaser clip a few days after the wedding and we knew we were so happy to have decided to go with a videographer. Cory will work with you to make sure that he captures everything you want. He turned our wedding day into a magical film that we can’t wait to continue watching for years to come. Thank you Cory! Amazing work!

Cory and his team were absolutely amazing!! I am so glad we had them do our wedding videography! Cory captured our wedding day perfectly and we are obsessed with our wedding video. We had only talked on the phone prior to our wedding weekend but when we met it felt like we had known Cory forever. He is creative, kind, enthusiastic and great to work with. Cory - such a gem!

Cory is AMAZING!!! We loved having him as our photographer! He was actually the only photographer we met with and knew right after we met him that we wanted to book him. He is so much fun to work with, makes you feel super comfortable throughout your photo shoots, and is so sweet. He took our photos for both engagement and the wedding day - we are in love with all of them!! We highly highly recommend Afterglow Creative and can't thank him enough for capturing our wedding day!!

Corey was absolutely amazing. He was with us every step of the way and was always responsive to questions. He worked with us to create the best package for out small, intimate wedding. He was excellent on the day of the wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. His pictures were excellent and we just can't say enough of how great he was.

The afterglow team of photographers and videographers was incredible! They captured every single event leading up to my wedding including the engagement photoshoot. Hiring Cory and his team was one of the best decisions my husband and I made. After a wedding is over, the photos are what is left to physically look at and the video and photos were nothing short of what we expected. The photos all have a different feel to them and from all sorts of angles and definition. Overall, Cory was very easy to work with and extremely understanding with any last minute changes. Would recommend to anyone that is on the fence or looking for a team that you will 100% be happy with.

I literally cannot say enough awesome things about Cory. Hiring him to be our photographer was one of the best choices that we made for our wedding. My husband and I got married in Columbus, OH, which meant that Cory traveled to town twice for us - once for engagement pictures and once for the wedding. That is a lot of logistics, but Cory was incredibly professional and communicative, which made it very easy.

His pictures are STUNNING. I cannot get over how beautiful they are. The colors are exquisitely balanced, the composition is always lovely, and the angles from which he shot (Cory would climb up on chairs, or get really low to the ground, and generally move around very quickly, quietly, and efficiently to get the shots) made us look dramatic and gorgeous. Also, Cory's turn around time was ridiculously fast.

Finally, Cory is just ridiculously nice and fun to work with. My husband and I were both a little shy about getting our pictures taken, but Cory made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. He was calm, competent, and friendly throughout the day, and he was very flexible when plans shifted due to rain. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough - he is worth every single penny.

Cory was an excellent photographer to work with throughout the whole wedding process. He was patient in explaining our options and offering helpful suggestions where necessary to guide us in the right direction. He made sure that every detail was well planned out before the wedding events, and was accommodating enough during the wedding to go off-script in case we had any last minute ideas. Cory's team throughout the actual event were incredible, they were friendly and patient with all of the wedding attendees when there were pictures to be taken. We were very happy with the set of pictures that we got back. Cory and his team captured all of our events in entirety and we were able to get good photos of all of our friends and family that attended. In addition to the photography, the highlight video that Cory produced captured our wedding weekend perfectly. The video and editing is very artfully done and is of the highest quality.

Cory and his team were a delight to work with from the time we contacted him for a pricing quote to the end when all of our pictures and materials were delivered. I would recommend Cory to anyone that is interested in a photographer or videographer for their events!

Afterglow Creative was absolutely spectacular! We used them for our engagement photos, wedding photos, & wedding videos. Cory (the owner/lead photographer) was so professional and excited about what he does and getting the chance to work with Greg and me. He was willing to work with us on setting up a custom package with exactly what we wanted. He did an amazing job on our engagement shoot and we loved the way the photos turned out, he captured the feel of our relationship and did a beautiful job editing. As a graphic designer I understand the hard work that goes into editing photos and Cory is wonderful at it. His whole team was equally amazing the day of the wedding. everyone was so nice & friendly. All their ideas for our photos/videos turned out great, and when we had an idea for a shot they were eager and willing to try it out. Just like our engagement photos our wedding photos turned out amazing and captured the feel/essence of our wedding day. When we watched our video for the first time it brought tears to our eyes all over again. I have already referred them to a few of our friends who have gotten engaged and I will continue to do so because they are absolutely amazing and you will not be disappointed with them.

Afterglow Creative is absolutely amazing! we used them for our engagement photos, wedding photos, & wedding video. all of our photos turned out amazing & i honestly couldn't be any happier. Cory was so awesome to work with & made the entire process so easy & fun. my (now) husband & I had never had professional pictures taken and he took the time to explain the process, how the shoot would go, start to finish, & his wording for certain movements/poses - it was really refreshing to work with someone so eager & excited to work! his whole team was equally amazing the day of the wedding. everyone was so nice & friendly. all their ideas for our photos/ videos turned out great. i will cherish my beautiful photos forever. My daughter was married October 1, 2016.. we chose Afterglow Creative Photography for her wedding and video photography. I can't say enough to nice things about Cory .. he was brilliant and creative while capturing amazing engagement .. bridal and wedding photos.. There is not nearly enough time nor space provided here to describe the absolute passion Cory has for his work. His individuality and superb shooting and editing techniques speak for themselves in the photos provided here and on his website. He has a knack for making his clients feel comfortable in front of the camera and every shot is unique, interesting, and creative. Cory and his team at Afterglow Creative are simply amazing. I could not have asked for better people to work with on our wedding day. Cory captured our wedding day perfectly, not only through his photos, but through his cinematography as well. Afterglow Creative not only makes you feel comfortable, but they make sure you are having fun! They also not only make you feel like their top priority, but they help make sure everything runs smoothly for you on your wedding day. They ask your opinion for everything you want and make sure you get it. We used them for both photography and videography for our wedding. Cory also created a beautiful wedding website for us that housed all the information our guests needed to know for our wedding day. Afterglow Creative does an amazing job creating a wedding package that fits your needs. Cory and his team were the perfect combination of professional and fun. I had so many guests comment on how awesome our photographers and videographer were! We got our photos and video back in a very reasonable timeframe and we were included in everything through the video editing process to make sure it was exactly what we wanted! Cory Tapia was able to crate the most stunning and creative wedding photographs during our April wedding at The 1927 Lake Lure Inn & Spa! We loved the flexibility and price points of his wedding day packages! Prior to our wedding day we had several casual yet efficient meetings where we discussed logistics, floor plans, and created a "day of" itinerary. He was happy to travel for our wedding day and was actively taking pictures or scouting out creative locations from the start of my bridal brunch and all the way to the end of our sparkler exit! We were also able to squeeze in some amazing bridal portraits! Cory posted a few sneak peaks early the next morning of our wedding day that I was able to share with our friends and family before parting ways. Our wedding album was finished in a flash and I love that we own the copyrights of the photos! The number of high quality pictures we have from our wedding has made it a challenge to not go overboard in putting them around

We loved working with Blue Motion Studio to capture our wedding day. Cory was wonderful to work with and brought a great team of photographers to help him for our wedding day.

We used Cory for our engagement photos and we got them back way quicker than we could have possibly imagined. We had so many great shots, we ran out of wall space to hang them all!

He was willing to go the extra mile for us during the entire process. He helped us come up with a timeline for our entire wedding day. He also had recommendations for other wedding vendors that we were having a hard time finding or choosing. We never had to worry about anything. He had great ideas for photos and was willing to try out whatever specific requests we made.

We can't say enough great things about him and the team he brought. We'd use them again in a heartbeat!

We are so happy we chose Blue Motion Studio to be our videographers for the big day. From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew we had made the right choice. Cory was absolutely amazing. For the minute we booked him he was responsive, creative, and modern! We did our engagement photo shoot with Cory at Hunter Farms. He was there early and already scouted tons of places for photos before we got there.

We used Cory and his team for our wedding. He designed our invitations, by hand. All of our guests were blown away but the intricacy, unique, detail, and elegance that was our invitation. Cory also designed our photo seating chart.

Cory, Angela, and Amy traveled from North Carolina to shoot our Wilmington, Delaware wedding. They got in the night before and were amazing! The shots Cory captured in a new space were incredible.

Honestly, Cory and BMS was the best decision we made in the entire wedding process. We are so thankful for Blue Motion Studio. Local. Honest. Modern. Creative.

My wife and I spoke with many photographers and reviewed many portfolios. Blue motion studio is by far the best. His prices are very reasonable and you get to personally keep a digital copy of every photograph. I am personally a horrible photo taker, but Cory coached me so I wouldn't have a bunch of pictures with my eyes closed or an awkward smile. The lighting always looked perfect too, which showcases Cory's skills because I am fair skinned and my wife is dark skinner. He also has a plethora of locations to choose from for photo shoots depending on your style.

Cory is by far our favorite photographer! He was such an awesome guy when it came to working with our budget and our busy random schedule due to my husbands military career. He's really easy to work with and is a very welcoming, approachable, and comfortable guy that makes you feel better about your pictures being taken. He also really liked the fact that we wanted our dog in some of the photos and did a really great job working her into the shots. Having him capture our wedding was the right decision and I would highly recommend him!

We couldn't say enough good things about Cory and Angela! They were so great! Just like most brides, it gets stressful with all the vendors you have to deal with and Blue Motion was by far our favorite and the most accommodating. They made sure that we got exactly what we envisioned and wanted in a video from the details of the wedding to the music. They were always available by email or phone, always asked if we were ok with something before finalizing it and worked well with all the other vendors at the wedding as well. They both also have such a creative eye and make your videos look so surreal. We couldn't have asked for anyone else to videograph this event and will definitely use them in the future for other occasions.

The Video and Pictures that were taken turned out amazing! Most people probably know how uncomfortable it is to get pictures taken, but they made it very easy. He was completely professional which made us relax enough to get some great photos!

We were beyond pleased with our videography by Blue Motion Studios for our wedding! I can't say enough about how happy we were with everything that they captured of our wedding day and how comfortable and easy they were to work with. Cory was also very willing to create exactly what we were looking for in a wedding video and even the pictures that were taken (which were an extra that was not expected!) we're amazing! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family and feel so fortunate that they were a part of our special day!

Cory and Angela were amazing. I was the mother if the Bride and also the stylist so I did not even realize our photographer did not show up in time. Corey and Angela stepped right up to the plate. Not only did they videograph they also started shooting pics and continued through the entire wedding. I wish I had known about them before we hired the photographer. Cheaper is not better when it comes to pics or video for your wedding. I suggest you hire them for both.

Cory Tapia with Blue Motion Studio provided one of the most professional and comfortable photo shoots I have ever been a part of. He was extremely flexible with timing and had no problem traveling 3 hours to do our maternity shoot. I would highly recommend Blue Motion Studio to all of my friends and family and will never go anywhere else! We are extremely anxious for our newborn shoot in November!

Working with Cory and his wife was an absolute pleasure! They were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly professionals who were very accommodating on our special. As one can imagine sometimes things don't always go as planned in the course of a wedding event but Cory just had a way of assuring me not to worry that he would make sure our day was captured in the most special way. I would highly recommend him!

Cory was such a pleasure to work with!!! Trust me on this one, Blue Motion Studios will definitely put in hard work and time to capture absolute beautiful memories for years to come. Everything went smoothly with Blue Motion from the very beginning to the very end. They were willing to work with my budget up front, and offer me a valuable package that was well worth the money. Cory was willing to work with my schedule (you know how hectic it can get on the big day), and was ALWAYS very professional and prompt. Cory has great camera skills and I barely even noticed he was there! He also did an exceptional job editing the video and matched the music nicely with the video. He was always very open to my thoughts and ideas and gave me plenty of time to review and edit the video. There were a few minor glitches on the final DVDs he sent me, and he fixed it and mailed me completely new copies in no time!! I LOVED the video and my family and friends absolutely adored it!! I can honestly say this was the BEST MONEY spent on my wedding. I would highly (and do) RECOMMEND Blue Motion Studios for any special event where you want to have a recording that is both high quality and very professional. I was thrilled with the video results and with Cory being such a genuinely nice guy and a calm and collected individual...now that's icing on the cake!!

I've worked with very few "small vendors" who have above and beyond customer service - I've seen great, good and pretty awesome, but not like Blue Motion. AND, to boot, amazing final products! Our wedding video is amazing, and the videos we've received from festivals that we have coordinated have been stunning - so, Blue Motion is the best around. BMS for life :)

What can we say? We met with Cory and Angela, a perfect team by any definition, to contract them to photograph and video our most special day and events. They made us feel extremely comfortable with their expertise and excited to see what they can do. Throughout the process and at the end of it all, they completely blew us away with the quality and professionalism of their deliverables. We look forward to the next event in our lives where we can and will certainly use Blue Motion Studio again. We wish them continued success in their future endeavors.

Great photography company

Afterglow Creative was an absolute pleasure to work with. We met with the owner and co-photographer over Zoom and immediately felt comfortable with their approach and personalities. They were very professional including giving us alone time as a couple during our first look. They provided great guidance but did so in a considerate and polite way to both us, our guests and other vendors. I highly recommend Afterglow Creative for all of your photography needs!

Not impressed with the service or product. Lack of attention to detail.

The videography quality wasn’t the best. We had a bunch edits and couldn’t believe they forgot to include a whole event of ours (we had 5). I felt that this was a major oversight, and it made me feel like they were rushing through processing our video.
