Above and Beyond Service

I found out that the veil I had been searching high and low for online was discontinued. Not only did Malinda reach out to them and was able to get me the last one in stock, she kept me updated over email and still sent me a swatch first. It arrived in perfect condition!

Saved my accessory nightmare!

I had a dream veil that had been discontinued and was having issues with another bridal salon with trying to order the last one in stock. I happen to come across this site which carried the same brand, but so inexpensive compared to the other salon. I gave them a quick call to see if they could help and Melinda was absolutely lovely and so fast to respond. I got my veil within 5 days of ordering it. I was skeptical at first since I’m not sure they have a store front? But I can attest they are real and fabulous service.

The most beautiful, perfect veil!

I didn’t want to take my veil off all day! I loved it so much. Malinda worked with me in the order process to ensure that the tulle and beading on the veil I ordered was the best possible match for my dress. I actually purchased another one at first, and then ended up with mine after I sent her photos of my dress. She went through her inventory to find the best matches and switched the order for me, even after I paid. My veil photographed beautifully and was so well-made. I have friends whose veils tore on their wedding day, and mine did not, even after wearing it outside for hours! Malinda has a keen eye for beautiful bridal accessories and I would recommend her whole heartedly if you are looking for a gorgeous and affordable veil or hairpiece.

Absolutely loved getting gorgeous headband and necklace/earrings sets from this company! Malinda is a delight to work with, was very helpful, and exemplified great service when I had a problem with a product! Products are shipped very fast and packed so carefully. I had this place earmarked for a couple years because I liked their products. I waited a bit long but she was very responsive and got me my veil shipped to me express. It was beautiful and just what I wanted with the knee length, diamond white color and a little bling. It was sturdy and attached easily and I think it looked great if i do say so myself. I am grateful for their service.

Malinda was great to work with! I was hesitant to purchase my veils online without seeing them in person but Malinda offered plenty of options. She was also very patient with me as I sent many emails and asked lots of questions. Delivery was super quick. I am so happy with my purchase-- they are just what I wanted and at a great price! I can't wait to wear them!

Affordable Elegance Bridal is quick, professional and provides quality material. I am throwing a anniversary party for my Aunt and Uncle. I originally ordered the wrong size and needed larger at the last minute. Malinda worked with me to get what I needed a prior to the date I requested. The last shipment was 24 medium lanterns. They were packed well and I received them undamaged. Therefore, I am confident I will receive this next shipment in the same manner. I will post another review once I receive the new shipment. They are truly the best!

These are one of a kind pieces and the quality for the price is unbeatable! What's even better is that when you contact them to assist with finding the right piece for your dress, they're spot on and know what they're doing! I was on the fence about ordering online but once we matched a set to a picture of my dress, we were good to go! It's shipped properly to ensure there's no issues. It's a beautiful set and would highly recommend this company for wedding jewelry!

Malinda was so easy to work with and put forth every effort to make sure I had exactly what I wanted in plenty of time. Her selection is gorgeous, and true to its name, there's something for every price range. I know the headpiece and earrings I purchased for my wedding are something I will forever cherish.

I absolutely loved the jewelry from affordable elegance that me and my bridesmaids wore on my wedding day! The veil I wore was also ordered here, and everything matched and coordinated beautifully! I still wear some of the jewelry for special events to this day! I was so excited about this jewelry because I knew I could give my bridesmaids a wonderful set to wear on this special day that they could wear for anything else as well as not break my budget. The service was wonderful and Malinda helped me match my veil and jewelry to my dress perfectly. I tell all of my engaged friends about this sweet online boutique!

Although, I was a little bit hesitant to buy wedding jewelry online for myself and my bridal party, I contact Malinda to ask her some questions and she was SO helpful! I was absolutely in love with my bridal choker ( I got tons of compliments the day of the wedding), and the beautiful pearl jewelry/earring sets that Malinda helped me pick out for my bridesmaids was gorgeous and a big hit!

I ordered a tiara online and it arrived quickly. I brought it to my hair trial and unfortunately it broke. I emailed Malinda and she immediately responded and shipped a new one quickly. This one made it through the wedding and my friend will be borrowing it for hers! I was so glad Malinda was professional and resolved it immediately. Reasonable pricing, excellent communication. Loved every piece I had ordered (head band & earring w/ necklace set for me, 5 matching earring w/necklace sets and 5 matching infinity bracelets). I loved my own Pieces! My only draw back was the sets for my girls only came in groups of 5 when I only needed 3. I ordered them and found homes for the extra sets. Once my Pieces were on I felt whole and complete in my wedding attire.

I was looking for hairpiece and earring sets and found several beautiful pieces on this site. As with anything online, you hope you get what you see online. So I had some concerns and questions about the products. I received prompt responses and reassurance via email. I ended up with a beautiful bridal comb.

Avoid Affordable Elegance Bridal!

My daughter who works in healthcare, planned a wedding in a pandemic, in a state neither of us lived in. As Omicron surged, and her facility had a severe Covid outbreak, she decided to finish her bridal shopping online. This included a veil, hair combs, and jewelry- all from different websites. I ordered her requests as a bridal gift. Our mistake was in not reviewing the return policy for Affordable Elegance Bridal. Basically, there are no returns ever accepted. When her necklace, earrings, and bracelet were shipped, we did receive a shipping notification and tracking information with a delivery confirmation. But in all the chaos, my daughter didn’t realize until she was packing for her wedding that she hadn’t gotten that order. I reached out to Malinda, who basically said it wasn’t her problem, since she had sent me a delivery confirmation. And she would not accept any returns, as she had processed that order more than 3 weeks prior to this. My daughter found comparable jewelry at David’s Bridal. And the misplaced box was found in the complex’s mailroom after she returned from her honeymoon. At one point in time, I even responded to Malinda that it was ridiculous for her to be arguing with me about a return for items we never had received. The jewelry was fine, but we will not ever use it because of the negative energy associated with Malinda and her lack of customer service!

Read their return policy! You ONLY have five days to return anything... anyone who knows what it is like shopping for accessories for your wedding day knows that is not quite long enough! I purchased a necklace and received it in the mail 19 days before my first dress fitting. After trying the necklace on with my dress and my beautiful Haute bride sash it looked terrible together! The colors didn't match and you could certainly see the difference in quality between the designer sash and the necklace. Owner wouldn't budge on taking it back even though it has never even been worn! So that's $100 down the drain, I guess I can give it to my niece to play dress-up with...

This store has an unusually restrictive return policy (one item per buyer, 5 days to request return, 10% restocking fee, etc). The most unusual restriction (one return per buyer) is is hidden in the 3rd sub bullet on the 8th paragraph of a 14 paragraph return policy. My suspicion is that they intentionally hide this aspect of the return policy, because their customer base is mostly one-time buyers (for weddings) and so they don't have to worry about customer satisfaction because you'll never use them again anyway. Not very nice.

I ordered 3 necklaces with the intention of seeing them in person and keeping one. I had read the first 7 paragraphs of the return policy and started to tire out when it started talking about international returns, so I missed the 3rd bullet in the 8th paragraph where it said one return per buyer. So, given the return policy, I could only return one. The quality of the necklaces was much lower than it looked on the website, so I ended up just returning two because I simply wouldn't use them, but of course I was only refunded for one.

I also later found the same necklace (Silver CZ Necklace N 2724) that I had ordered for $92 from Affordable Elegance, at a much cheaper price at another website.

Overall I had a bad experience with this company. The products were more expensive and lower quality than expected. When I raised the concern about the return policy being hidden, Malinda was inflexible and did not offer to either make the return policy concise and easy to understand, or to refund my two necklaces.

Don't let them continue to prey on one-time buyers. Find a reputable company to buy from.

BEWARE the return policy! Read it before you order! You have only 5 days to request a return "approval" and once obtained, they must receive the merchandise being returned within 5 days. In addition, many items are not returnable. This strict and inflexible return policy is ridiculous.

This company is horrible!!! They're complete thieves!!! I bought one of their products for $99.99 but once I received it, it wasn't what I had expected because they DID NOT MAKE IT CLEAR that out of the two different style of product they had available one was out of stock.

They're actually advertising the one they don't even have as their main photo, which is the one i liked and of course waaaaaaaaayyy down below in small lettering they write what they actually have and it is the one they sent me.
They should know better, specification is key to selling to people, but of course they're too lazy being busy stealing other people's photos to actually put the correct product up.

Anyway, I didn't like it at all because it was too big as well so I decided I was going to send it back. I requested a paid shipping label like every legit company usually do for their customers and guess what?! they don't do things like that, I had to WASTE $10+ to send it back and even worse once they got their cheap ugly product back they STOLE $25 from me for "restocking" purposes, what a bunch of losers!!! SALTY ENOUGH?! That people may actually not like something, so somehow someway you have to make your money right?!

And of course they took almost a month to refund me what was left of my money.
NEVER AGAIN!
Stay away from this company people!!!
