Marta was amazing from the beginning! When we first met she took my mother and I through all of wedding her decor she has accumulated over the years and allowed me to choose anything and she brought everything to the wedding and set it up. This was awesome because it lessened my expenses and also I wasn't left with a bunch of decor afterwards. She was super on top of things, always a fast responder to email, text or phone calls, her timeline was great as well. It helped the whole wedding party and all of our families to be able to organized for the wedding day since we lived over an hour away from the venue and would be getting ready at the venue. She helped me the whole day, with my veil, with my train and bustling my dress. She made sure my husband and I always had drinks and food and everything went so smoothly. She was such a blessing and she was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her over and over again. Her prices are super reasonable too. You won't find anyone better! -

I'm very glad we hired Marta. When we had a crisis with our alcohol delivery a couple days before the wedding, Marta took care of the situation and called me to tell me about it after she had already resolved it. She went and picked up our alcohol herself instead of having us worry about how we would get it to the venue on the day of the wedding. She was also on time and professional for every meeting. We even borrowed some of her decor so we didn't have to buy everything ourselves. She set the decor up for us as well, and with a 4 hour event time, I was so glad we didn't have to worry about setup or breakdown. Our wedding was set up beautifully! -

AMAZING wedding planner
Marta is absolutely amazing!! Without her, I don’t know how I would of handled everything... especially the day of! She made sure to keep in touch throughout the entire time up to our wedding date on May 7, 2021. Because of her, I had NO stress as a bride on my wedding day. She took care of everything and I can’t thank her enough. ❤️❤️ -

Marta is going to be the best resource you could have for your wedding. Not only does she provide you with tons of information about how to find vendors, address your invites, a timeline for prep, she also has multiple storage sheds filled with decor that is included in her price! Her daughter Kara was the main day of coordinator for my wedding & she was amazing to work with. Marta & Kara had my day all set up and running smoothly by the time that I arrived, ready to walk down the aisle. Due to the pandemic, we ended up canceling at our venue and opted to do a backyard wedding instead, but that made Marta & her team just that much more important. My day would have been WAY more stressful & less fun if I did not have Martas' crew to help it run smoothly. Highly recommend them! -

Marta was an essential part to our wedding, From day one she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. In addition to her coordination, she offers her own inventory of decor to her brides which is HUGE and the savings add up not having to buy your own decor. She was especially helpful when we postponed our wedding from COVID by reaching out to our other vendors and coordinating our new date. The wedding itself went smoothly thanks to her. She set up, cleaned up, and made sure we stayed on time and everyone was where they needed to be. We couldn’t have had the perfect day we did without Marta! -

Wonderful Wedding Planners and Fun Props for Your Wedding!
Marta and her team are the absolute best! She has coordinated many weddings at our venue, La Banque de Fleuve, and we hope to see her many times this year! Marta is also a really good person and tons of fun to be around. Everyone loves her:)
They also offer a number of props for you to use, some even at no cost!

When we first got engaged we knew that a wedding planner was a must! We heard about Marta through one of my mother's coworkers. Marta is the nicest person you will ever meet! She was quick to answer any questions I had about planning! She also has a list of vendors which is incredibly helpful in finding vendors for your wedding day. She also has so many decorations to choose from, which is great so you don't have to buy wedding decorations that you may not use again. On our wedding day, I did not have to worry about a thing! Marta handled every single detail to make sure our day went as planned. We even had an issue with our favors, Marta handled the issue and made sure I did not have to stress about it. I CANNOT recommend Marta enough! She made our wedding day stress free and AMAZING. Thank you so much Marta! -

Best decision we made.
Hiring Marta was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Marta came highly recommended and when we met her, we found out why. She pays attention to every detail of/leading up to your day, and works incredibly hard to make sure everything goes according to plan. She truly listens to what you want and makes it happen. She made sure that everyone involved in the wedding can enjoy the day and not have to stress. I couldn’t have anything better to say! -

Marta and her team were so amazing to work with! They are the ones who made my wedding day perfect, while my hubby and I relaxed as much as we could! We were beyond happy that our officiant recommended Marta as our day of coordinator. She was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process and absolutely amazing on the day of the wedding. She not only met with us at her house, but also let us borrow some items for the wedding ceremony and reception. She also coordinated the whole wedding with all the vendors and ensured that everything went smoothly. Both Marta and her team helped one of the bridesmaid with a last minute hem and made sure that all wedding cards were accounted for and brought them to our suite. I highly recommend Affairs Extraordinaire by Marta, you will not be disappointed! -

So, Marta Kastner is actually my Aunt. Regardless, of her being my family member I advise any bride to hire Marta! She honestly saved the day. She helped plan the entire timeline of my wedding day (from the picture times, cocktail hour, reception events, etc.) weeks in advanced. She made sure to stick to that schedule to. My goal as a bride was to dance and enjoy my wedding and she made this happen. She took my vision of a French garden theme and exceeded my expectations. Being her niece, I would like to say attention to detail runs in our family and as I was getting ready I checked in on my reception set up...IT BLEW ME AWAY IN THE BEST WAY! Marta also, calm my nerves when the potential to rain was more likely than not (Praise the Lord, the skies cleared up) but she was determined for me to be married outside, no matter what. She made sure I had no idea of any issues/problems and was very attentive. She works with all budgets and is so amazing -

I am so thankful to have had Marta as my wedding coordinator! From the first conversation we had, I knew she was going to be an amazing coordinator. Her energy, enthusiasm, and experience made her the perfect person to entrust our wedding day to. She was there throughout the entire process and totally accessible whenever we needed her. She really went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the day was perfect. Marta created a day of timeline, communicated with all vendors, even had a shed full of décor we were able to borrow! We met with her several times before the wedding to make sure we were always on the same page, and she made a special trip to view our venue before the big day! She jumped right in to help with set up and during the entire day things went so smoothly. It was so nice to know that we could all relax and enjoy the moments because she handled everything so capably. -

We went back and forth on whether or not we really needed her, but realized that we needed someone to help keep us organized and keep our heads on straight. Marta helped keep us all in line, handled any situation that was thrown our way, and made sure that all other wedding affiliated people were accounted for and in there designated areas. The day of the wedding she arrived at my home earlier then all others and began prepping and decorating since this was a home/farm venue. We could not imagine doing it all without Marta, we love her!

She has a lager collection of decor to choose from which saved on having to buy decor that would never be used again. Marta is her name and weddings are her thang! She seriously knocked it out of the park for us from the moment we met her to the end of our wedding day. When we first met Marta she had so much energy and love for what she does and that was it, we were in it with her all the way. During these wild times Marta made covid times seem like they were lightyears away. Marta was not only there for us almost every step of the way but she made us feel at ease knowing we were in good hands. She made the day move smoothly and without a hitch and it didn't stop there, the amount of decor and items she possessed to make the venue sparkle were limitless. Marta is the embodiment of wedding excellence and everyone should book her NOW! Seriously she made us feel so safe putting our day in her hands we couldn't have done it without her. Marta and Kelly were amazing and I know without them I wouldn’t have had such a great time at my wedding. Marta has so much beautiful decor for brides to use that saves a lot of money! Kelly and her assistant did a wonderful job setting up everything! My only issue was that my initial meeting was with Marta, my second meeting was with Kelly, the final walk through was with Marta, but then Kelly was the one that came to the wedding. Everything worked out great in the end but it would have been less stressful if we had all the meetings with either Kelly or Marta as it left me feeling like things that I spoke to each of them about would be missed. However, they did a great job of communicating with each other and the feet were only a few things that needed to be ironed out because of the back and forth between the two planners. I would definitely recommend Marta and her team to anyone! -

Marta was never on site at my son's wedding until she showed up at the end of the evening to request payment. She sent one planner (who is not listed among her accredited planners) and two inexperienced teenaged servers/bussers for 130 people. I feel that my son and his bride were given the runaround. Promises were made but they were shuffled off to the B-Team, and their lovely garden party wedding suffered from lack of coordination. Weird, since they paid Marta to be their wedding coordinator.
