Loved my experience!

I loved working with Lisa, she is very personable, professional and highly skilled at her job. For an extra cost, she created the floor plan and handled all communication between her and the venue. It was worth it and took a lot of stress away from us. I highly recommend her services.

Wonderful Experience!

Advantage Events was a great vendor to work with! The lights in the barn were beautiful and exactly what we wanted! They were put up before we decorated Friday evening and they came in and took everything down after our event was over. Super easy to work with!

Stunning Lighting, Beautiful Decor

Renting lighting for our wedding was a total game changer -- it was GORGEOUS, and we are so happy we made room in our budget for this. (And the photographs came out BEAUTIFULLY with the lights in every shot.) Highly recommend!

Efficient, beautiful, helpful, no worries

Lisa was very helpful. She made a an indoor arbor like curtain backdrop for the ceremony on which we put flowers. She also set up ceiling sweeps with lights and we rented mirrors for the centerpieces. She set up the day before so we were able to see everything at the rehearsal which was nice and she took care of all the cleanup. We didn't have to worry about a thing. She was reasonably priced as well.

We worked with Advantage events to help out with the lighting and special accents for our June wedding. Lisa helped us from beginning to end, advising us on ideas and helping us stay within budget. She was able to help us turn our so-so venue (student union of our old university) into a real wedding venue. The event was beautiful and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

We had a great time working with Advantage. Lisa was very helpful in explaining to us our draping options. She was quick to turn around a quote and was incredibly flexible. A few days before our wedding, we decided to add two pillars to our stage. Lisa worked with us and ensured the last minute addition was no problem. Our draping and the stage turned out beautifully. We are so happy with the end result and would recommend Advantage to anyone with draping needs!

Working with Lisa at Advantage Events was great! She completely transformed our reception venue into exactly what I had envisioned. She had so many options for all of the decor and always had a solution or an idea to make the space just that much better. She and her team were so flexible when it came to the setup and executed everything flawlessly. We would definitely recommend Advantage Events to future brides and grooms!!

Lisa was great to work with! She worked with our ever changing schedule which was greatly appreciated. She had good suggestions based off what I provided for "ideas" I liked. Her work was really pretty and added to much to our ceremony and reception! She was even able to help put up some of our florists decor who was unable to be there. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Lisa was wonderful to work with. She made everything at my daughters wedding perfect. I would not hesitate to work with her if you are a bride looking for a great experience. We rented an arch from Advantage Events for our backyard wedding, and it worked perfectly. They delivered, set up and removed the arch right on time and as expected - in fact, we didn't even know there were here! Highly recommend!

Advantage Events provided beautiful lighting for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding. The cafe lights and chandeliers they provided added an extra layer of elegance to an already beautiful rustic venue. They were extremely helpful and professional and were also highly recommended by several of our other vendors.

Lisa is awesome to work with. I was trying to plan the reception while living in another state and she was such a big help. Everything was beautiful. All night long people were asking about the ceiling draping and the stage. I gave her name out all night long. You cant go wrong with Advantage Events !

Lisa is absolutely amazing!!! I really enjoyed working with her. She is very professional, attentive and friendly. She assisted me every step of the way. Lisa did a wonderful job decorating for my daughters wedding. She hung cafe lights that looked beautiful. She took decorations I had and combined some of hers to make the building look beautiful. I would recommend hiring Advantage Events for your special day!

Lisa did a wonderful job decorating for my daughter's wedding. She hung cafe lights over the tables and dance floor. She was able to use my decorations and combine them with hers to create a beautiful room. I was able to spend time with my daughter while she got ready and not have to worry about decorating. Lisa transformed our reception room (Walter Commons at St. Charles) into an elegant venue with stunning uplighting and draped lighting over the dance floor. She was so easy to work with and was even willing to meet me at the site weeks ahead so we could get everything just right. You should hire Lisa!

We chose Advantage Events to help transform our reception into the vision we had hoped for. Lisa was excellent to work with and truly brought our vision to life. She hung drapery around our entire reception and accented everything with beautiful up lighting which set the mood for the entire event. From Vendor to Vendor, it is always awesome working with Lisa. This year in particular, I had some last minute events pop up and she was professional, personable, prompt and efficient. Advantage Events put gorgeous string lights in the rafters for my wedding at the Amelita Mirolo Barn in Upper Arlington. The lights were beautiful and really brought all of the decorations together. Lisa and her staff were very responsive and timely. I highly recommend Advantage Events.

Me and my husband love the drapery decor she provided for our wedding. It really made our venue pop, and the upward lighting was amazing. Lisa is very easy to work with, friendly, fast, and dedicated to making our day magical. She even added a special touch that we originaly wanted. I would highly remember anyone to use her, and I myself will use her for any future events I may have.

Lisa, who when I first met her, I knew was there to help. I had never planned a wedding, let alone my own plus in school, work and being a mom. She was very patient with me. She helped give decor ideas, and kept everything in our budget. The day of the wedding and reception, she went above and beyond as usual. We arrived and everything was beautiful. And even our venue for reception ended up being bigger, well she worked with that. Before she was Justus wedding decorator/rental lady now I made a long lasting friend! Thank you Lisa for keeping me sane during all of that!

Lisa and Advantage Events delivered beyond expectations. My guests commented over and over how great the decorations were. She did a beautiful job! I'd also recommend looking into her homemade preserves as favors.

Curtain Drapes and a Chandelier - sounds simple enough but the staging by Advantage Events at our Sept. 3, 2016 Wedding took my breath away - and that of our guests.
This vendor did not rush my office visit and carried a large and diverse inventory of items to select from.

Advantage Events provided the dramatic decor I wanted to finish off the barn my wedding reception was held. The decorating crew bravely draped 6 curtains from a beam about 20 feet above the floor and hung a gorgeous chandelier in the center of the beam. It was spectacular. They also hung drapery around loft doors to frame my dessert table. The final effect made the space magical. Some of my guests even cried when they saw how beautiful the space was. The venue attendant said that the decor was the best they ever saw in the barn. I am so pleased with Advantage Events from my meeting with Lisa to the professionals who put up the decor. They came to the venue on time and worked so hard to make the space perfect.

The dreamy, white drapery that Advantage brought in for our industrial chic wedding finished off the space in the perfect way. It was the final piece of the vision that pulled everything together and made it magical. The space wouldn't have had the same romantic feel without them.

We worked with Lisa to decorate our venue, the Amelita Mirolo Barn. She is creative, responsive, and flexible, and the decor and lighting was absolutely GORGEOUS! It turned out even better than I anticipated. She made chevron curtains specifically for us and they matched the colors and vibe perfectly. When I walked into the barn to decorate the evening before the wedding, Lisa was just finishing up, and my jaw dropped. Her decor and lighting completely transformed an already lovely space into exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We had gotten a quote from another rental vendor previously, but by hiring Lisa, we paid less and got more! The only hiccup was a slight miscommunication about the final setup we wanted but that was partly on me. It was resolved quickly, plenty of time before the wedding, and everything worked out great. If you're looking for a decorator, I would highly recommend Advantage Events!

Lisa was very quick to respond to my request to drap the gazebo for my wedding ceremony. I was very pleased with her professionalism and willingness to help. She offered her assistance on short notice and was available the weekend following a holiday. I was thrilled! Lisa was wonderful and easy to work with! We absolutely loved the drapery that she provided as a backdrop for our reception. She didn't have the table numbers I wanted, so she ordered them for me, and charged me a small rental fee, which was above and beyond. Renting small details through Advantage Events made a big difference at our wedding. I would highly recommend them!

Backdrops were absolutely amazing and when we wanted something adjusted ever so slightly, she was more than happy to help. The Chandeliers were stunning and once everything was put together, the effect of the room was breathtaking.

Advantage Events provided all of the linens for our wedding at the Amelita Mirolo Barn. They also transformed our venue with beautiful cafe lights, fabric sweeps and lanterns! Lisa's work really took our venue to a whole new level! We cannot thank Advantage Events enough for providing such a beautiful end product (and for allowing us to stay within our budget!!!). Thank you!

Christmas Wedding

We rented 2 backdrops, 1 of which displayed twirling lights, 2 Christmas trees that arched together and 5 swags that hung from the ceiling. The displays were beautiful and made the scenery into a Christmas wonderland. The team was super helpful in creating and recommending different displays. Great company to rent from.
