Amazing!!!
Adrienne Jeanne has been taking our pictures for 6 years now! She is very insightful and listens to her clients. Every year I’m obsessed with the pictures she takes. We are so happy with the photos Adrienne has taken of our family over the years! She is incredibly patient, especially with kiddos and pets. She also took the time to make sure we were happy with the photos, with plenty of editing tricks up her sleeve. The quality of the finished products was amazing! We were extremely happy with Adrienne's work. She was able to capture precious moments of my newborn as well as my on the go toddler (she was even able to take amazing photos of our fur baby!). She is extremely professional while working as well as easy going. I would absolutely highly recommend Adrienne Jeanne photography!We were extremely happy with Adrienne's work. Great experience!
We had an amazing experience with Adrienne from North & Oak! She took our newborn photos and was the baby whisperer. Our little one slept the whole time in her care and was comfortable in the outfits Adrienne provided. We didn’t need to worry about outfits or staging, Adrienne brought everything to us. As a new mom you have a million other things to worry about, and it was a huge stress relief to not need to worry about getting those items. Photos came out great and cherished by our family. Can’t wait to display them in our home.We had an amazing experience with Adrienne from North & Oak! She took our newborn photos and was the baby whisperer. Adrienne did an amazing job on our engagement photos! We loved her so much we booked her for our wedding! She took the time to get to know us and got amazing shots, she even made my fiance have a great time and he HATES taking pictures!! Seriously she was the best! She was my photographer for my wedding 4 years ago and I loved my wedding photos so much I couldn't wait to have her take photos again. My husband and I loved the photos so much we couldn't stop looking at them! Adrienne knew how she wanted the pictures to come out and was able to capture all of my daughter's precious moments. Adrienne is great! We booked her less than 24 hours in advance for our City Hall wedding and it was a wonderful decision. She is so incredibly flexible; we did multiple locations, pets, family, etc and she managed it all. Our family and friends have been so impressed with the results; the photos and the highlight reel (Definitely my favorite part!!! The videographer she works with, Andrew, is also awesome!!). Since the special day, she's also promptly and so sweetly handled all of my silly questions and requests. Adrienne is so quick to respond and that made it all the easier :)Adrienne is great! I found Adrienne through a quick google search when my very exhausted pregnant brain was swamped with the uncertainties of impending motherhood. I honestly spent very little time researching. All I knew I wanted was someone who would come take amazing pictures in my home so I did not have to lug my two newborn twins out to a foreign location in hopes that they would behave in a manner conducive to amazing photos. I can't believe the quality and value that this quick google search yielded in Adrienne Jean Photography! The first thing she did when she came to take pictures was hold both of my babies. You can tell from the minute you meet her that she has that special "something" that babies and animals are instantly drawn to. This translates into expert photography! She was able to elicit some very special moments that we now have captured forever! We'll never get to re-live those first days (and thank GOD for that!) but we can look back fondly whenever we look at her photos. We loved her so much that we had her take their six month photos and we just had her take our 1 year photos too. The 1 year photos are seriously the BEST! I want to plaster them all over my house. Adrienne has been wonderful to work with from our first meeting! She's been responsive and sensitive to our needs and my hectic work schedule! Our first official experience with her was for our engagement pictures, which were beautiful! She assisted us in every step of the way and was flexible in our having to change the day of the pictures due to weather, and supportive in helping us decide what to wear and how to pose!
We've gotten so many compliments on how our beautiful pictures came out! I would (and have already) highly recommend Adrienne to any of my friends requiring Photography services! Adrienne offers a variety of packages to fit different financial limits and has been knowledgeable and supportive throughout our entire experience! We live across the country (but are from the area) and came back a week before our wedding- Adrienne was extremely flexible and worked with us to do a photo shoot with our dogs since they will not be at the wedding. The sneak peak photos came out the day after and we were both SO happy with the results! They were everything we could have hoped for! In a word Adrienne Jeanne Photography is GREAT! She is sweet, professional, and a ton of fun to work with. She captured amazing photos of my two young children. My two-year-old was not in the mood for a photo session and refused to smile so I was just resigned to get a bunch of not-so-great photos. That was not the case! Incredibly, Adrienne managed to capture the sweet goofy boy he is. I was thrilled with the results and the kids felt at ease with her instantly.
Adrienne is also quick to respond to any and all requests via email, text message, or Facebook. Again – she’s a treat to work with! You truly get your money’s worth.

Adrienne shot our twin boy newborn photos. She was extremely professional and prompt in her communication even though she had been in the hospital up until the day before our appointment. She was able to handle our twins in a way that was gentle and professional. She somehow got them to sleep the whole time she was here which allowed her to put them in the most adorable positions. She brought her assistant, Emily, at the time who clearly had less experience than her and said that Emily was going to be leading the session. That made me a little nervous initially but then it was clear that Adrienne was really the one in charge the whole time. We would highly recommend her to anyone with newborns or for any other event and plan to use her again in the future ourselves!Adrienne shot our twin boy newborn photos. It took a year to convince her to retake them somewhere else. Adrienne made her feel so comfortable and we viewed a few shots the day of the shoot. They are amazing and we haven't even seen the finished product yet. Adrienne is so talented and I can't wait to see the finished photos. I gave Adrienne 2 stars because I believe she knows what she's doing. The customer service however, was abysmal. I was married in August of 2012. As a disclaimer, I grew up with Adrienne which makes writing this review even tougher. once we signed on with her, my wife and I were discussing how we were going to have a family member take some video using their phone. Adrienne offered to do video for us, free of charge (as a gift to us in her words) and thus, we never asked family to do it. After the wedding it took months to obtain video, and when we did it was just raw cuts of unedited material. We had no problem with that.
Fast forward to July 2015, and we noticed a new video show up (has been removed) on the studio's youtube page. it was of our wedding which included video. We had received no edited video from Adrienne at any point. This was disappointing to us as we would have hoped that Adrienne would have at least informed us of it before using it in a promotional manner.
I contacted Adrienne via email and expressed these very concerns to her, explaining that all i want (again) is the video and that I would provide the USB and postage. Below are some of her responses via email...
"3 years later you say something and want them removed?"
"So...the answer is no. You cannot have a copy. All images and content related to your wedding will be removed from Adrienne Jeanne Photography media outlets."
"...I do not have time to exchange emails as I have current clients to attend to."
given Adrienne did not have time to exchange email, I visited her studio at 1 common street in wakefield. The studio is not located there, nor is there a new address on her website.
If you're looking for a photographer, please consider your options, and as you can see above, please read your contract carefully, as Adrienne Jeanne has referred me to that several times throughout our conversations. I was not provided the video.I gave Adrienne 2 stars because I believe she knows what she's doing. The customer service however, was abysmal. I was married in August of 2012.
